BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world’s longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. Offering spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken Pro is where serious traders live. Millions of them. But a great product only wins if the right traders find it, trust it, and actually fund an account. Right now, our organic engine isn’t pulling its weight.
You’re going to fix that.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a hands-on Head of Organic Growth to own how Kraken Pro gets discovered and how curious traders become active ones. At Kraken, understanding our brand ethos, mission, and the traders we serve is essential. Organic is where brand and acquisition meet.
We’re looking for a player-coach who moves fast but thinks long-term, gets in the weeds while leading from the front, and knows that traffic means nothing if it doesn’t convert. This role demands sharp B2C acquisition instincts, a product-first mindset, an obsession with UX, and a self-starter attitude.
- Own organic acquisition. Build and run the strategy across SEO, content, social, community, referrals, and partnerships to bring high-intent traders to Kraken Pro.
- Find out if people convert. Map the funnel from first touch to first trade, report on it clearly, and figure out where traders drop off and how to win them back.
- Make UX your edge. Work with Product and Design to audit and improve landing pages, sign-up flows, onboarding, and in-product moments. Great acquisition dies in bad UX, and you know it.
- Acquire through brand. Make every growth channel a brand-building one. Reach is easy to buy; trust is what makes traders stay.
- Know the product cold. Use Kraken Pro like a trader would, understand what makes it better, and turn those strengths into growth levers.
- Lead a lean, scrappy team. Set direction, coach, and unblock a small team, while staying hands-on enough to ship, test, and fix things yourself.
- Test and learn. Run experiments across channels and funnel steps, double down on what works, and kill what doesn’t.
- Report what matters. Build clear dashboards and insights that show leadership what’s driving growth, what isn’t, and what to do next.
- Ship responsibly. Partner with Legal/Comms to ensure compliant, accurate, and aligned messaging across regions and platforms.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years in B2C acquisition or growth marketing, ideally in fintech, crypto, trading or gaming with experience in a player-coach role leading a small team.
- Product savvy. You understand how products work, why people use them, and how to turn features into growth.
- UX instinct. You can spot friction in a flow from a mile away and brief Product and Design on how to fix it.
- High AI competency. Enabling you to multiply your impact and keep up with demand.
- Analytical rigor. Comfortable with funnels, cohorts, attribution, and experimentation, and able to turn data into decisions and clear stories.
- Speed under pressure. Markets don’t wait for approval cycles and neither do you.
- Range as a marketer. SEO, content, social, lifecycle, partnerships. You know enough about each to direct the work, and you can roll up your sleeves when needed.
- Taste. Knowing which channels and tactics not to pursue is as valuable as knowing which to scale.
- Familiarity trading culture, and the language traders use.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared growth goal.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Join our Product and Regulatory Legal team, embedded with Kraken's Product, Design and Engineering teams to ship novel products and experiences that accelerate the global adoption of crypto. We are a tight, experienced group of lawyers from a diverse range of tradfi, fintech and crypto backgrounds who move fast, stay curious and take pride in the commercial accountability of our advice, partnering directly with Product, senior leadership and Compliance to chart clear, defensible paths to launch and to keep our licensed entities running smoothly.
This is a senior product-facing legal role for the European Union. You will be the lawyer the business trusts on questions that cut across several regimes at once: for example, a single product such as a tokenised equity, a card, or an institutional custody and prime brokerage service can touch the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive ("MiFID II"), the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation ("MiCA"), the Payment Services Directive ("PSD2"), the Electronic Money Directive ("EMD2") and banking rules at the same time. You will bring clarity on which regime applies, what it requires, and how to launch within it.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Head of Product Legal, you will act as a senior legal adviser to European leadership on new products, licensing structure and regulatory strategy.
- Own cross-functional product counselling for European Union launches from discovery to design, launch and iteration, giving Product, Engineering, Compliance and leadership decision-ready advice with clear options and risk trade-offs
- Advise on the regulatory perimeter and classification of new offerings across MiFID II and the Markets in Financial Instruments Regulation ("MiFIR"), MiCA, the European Market Infrastructure Regulation ("EMIR"), payment services and electronic money rules, and banking regulation, including where an instrument or service falls between regimes (for example tokenised securities, crypto-asset derivatives, margin and financing, and stablecoin-linked products)
- Advise on payments and electronic money offerings, including the Krak card and account propositions, safeguarding, open banking and account-access obligations, and the developing Payment Services Directive 3 and Payment Services Regulation framework
- Advise on banking-related questions that arise in the European Union, including bank partnerships and sponsor-bank arrangements, deposit-taking and lending perimeter questions, the Capital Requirements Regulation and Directive, and the interaction of these rules with our custody, prime brokerage and financing products
- Monitor and interpret European Union legislative and supervisory developments, take part in consultations and industry association work where appropriate, and translate their significance for the business proactively
- Draft and negotiate client-facing terms and conditions, taking clear, business-aligned positions
- Act as gatekeeper for European Union outside counsel engagements: scope the work, estimate and manage cost, and sign off before matters go externally
- Mentor and develop more junior lawyers in the team, set quality standards for plain-English, risk-based advice, and act as a senior sounding board for colleagues across the Regulatory Legal team
- Use AI-assisted tools (for example Enterprise GPTs) to speed up regulatory analysis, first drafts and matter tracking, and to build self-service tools that let stakeholders answer commoditised legal and regulatory questions themselves
- Advise on anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing requirements affecting products, including the Transfer of Funds Regulation ("Travel Rule") and the new European Union anti-money laundering package, and on market abuse, conduct, outsourcing and operational resilience obligations, including the Digital Operational Resilience Act ("DORA")
- Lead or oversee licensing, authorisation and variation workstreams in the European Union, including scoping requirements, mapping pathways, supervising outside counsel, preparing application materials and managing regulator interactions
WHAT YOU BRING
- Qualified lawyer admitted in Ireland, England and Wales, or another European Union Member State
- 15 or more years' post-qualification experience ("PQE") in financial services regulatory law, gained at a regulated financial services institution (for example a bank, payment institution, broker-dealer, exchange, central counterparty or crypto services provider) or at a leading law firm supporting such clients, ideally with in-house or direct product counselling experience
- Deep, current knowledge of several of the following, with real depth in at least two: MiFID II and MiFIR (investment services, market structure, derivatives and conduct), MiCA (crypto-asset services, custody, trading platforms and stablecoins), European Union payment services and electronic money regulation, and European Union banking regulation
- Demonstrated ability to analyse novel products against overlapping regimes and give a clear view on classification and perimeter, including in areas where the rules are unsettled or supervisors have not yet spoken
- Direct experience managing senior regulator relationships, including notifications, information requests, supervisory correspondence and examinations
- Working knowledge of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing, outsourcing and operational resilience obligations, including DORA
- Proven ability to instruct, supervise and manage the cost of outside counsel across multiple jurisdictions
- Outstanding analytical, drafting and organisational skills, with crisp, plain-English writing
- Ability to distill complex legal and regulatory issues into clear, actionable guidance for non-lawyer stakeholders and for senior leadership
- A pragmatic, commercially accountable approach to legal and regulatory risk that gives stakeholders a useful range of options and a clear recommendation
- Experience mentoring or managing lawyers, and the judgement to know when to escalate
- Comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving, remote environment
- Familiarity with using AI tools such as Enterprise GPTs to increase the efficiency of legal services
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience advising on tokenised securities and the European Union Distributed Ledger Technology Pilot Regime
- Experience with EMIR, including the clearing obligation, margin for non-centrally cleared derivatives and transaction reporting
- Experience with prime brokerage, securities financing, margin lending or institutional custody
- Experience advising on the United Kingdom cryptoasset regime or other non-European Union frameworks that intersect with European Union operations
- Experience supporting regulatory aspects of corporate transactions, such as change-of-control notifications and entity migrations
- Experience with European Union data protection and consumer protection rules as they apply to financial products
- Fluency in a second European language
- An authentic interest in crypto and digital assets, and familiarity with Payward's and competitors' products
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
PRODUCT BUILDER — SALES AI
⭐️ THE PRODUCT BUILDER ROLE ⭐️
Product Builders at Alan go deep on user needs, define a clear product strategy, and turn it into a high-impact roadmap.
- You will work closely with designers, engineers and sales teams to define the right product and build it.
- You will partner and align with every part of the business: sales, sales effectiveness, and our AI platform teams.
Sales AI: an exceptional opportunity to have an impact and grow
- Our sales teams sell health insurance, a field that demands real expertise. Our internal tools have become powerful but fragmented, and AI is fundamentally reshaping how humans and tools interact. Alan’s growth ambitions are high: reaching them requires a step change in sales effectiveness — in time spent and in win rate.
- So we are rethinking the entire sales experience from the ground up. Instead of tools Account Executives have to remember to open and prompt, we want an AI that works for the rep, including when they are not there: it processes information, analyzes a large pipeline of parallel deals, and comes back with “here is the priority today, do this and this.” A true assistant that helps reps prioritize, prepares work for them, and lets them build faster, more relevant offers, with the right sales material and arguments. With everything we know about past offers and the market, we can massively empower reps to walk in with a sharper offer and a sharper pitch.
- The scope spans the full funnel: top funnel (automating prospection so reps get more, better-qualified discovery) and bottom funnel (winning offers, stronger pitches, higher win rate). Alan has strong maturity here: voice AI is live in France and Spain, outbound campaigns run autonomously, the CRM fills itself from call transcripts, and our offer copilot is used by more than half our reps — around 20% productivity gained this year. The limit today is structural: every capability lives in a separate tool, behind a manual trigger.
- This is a validated, high-ambition bet to reinvent the sales experience, lift sales efficiency and win rate, and give every one of our clients a large-account-grade experience. And it does not stop at internal tooling: the same engine, pointed outward, can reach and answer customers directly in our self-serve funnel, and the approach can then be extended to other parts of Alan.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Reinvent the sales workflow. Move our Account Executives and Key Account Managers from siloed AI tools they have to remember to use, to AI that proactively pushes the right action at the right moment in their workflow.
- Build and sequence the roadmap. The scope is broad, so you will decide where to start, prioritize the highest-impact automation over “nice to have” AI features, and sequence the path to the full vision.
- Get hands-on. We build many of our tools in an “everyone can build” mode. You will work close to the engine room, writing prompts, wiring connectors and evaluating outputs, to understand what is really happening and unblock progress.
- Empower better, faster selling. Bring together what we know about offers, content and market signals so reps produce sharper offers faster — and automate the prospection work that fills their pipeline in the first place.
- Keep the experience coherent. Partner closely with adjacent teams building AI agents in neighboring areas, so the overall experience stays consistent rather than siloed.
- Drive the outcomes. Minimize time spent on low-value work while lifting offer relevance, win rate and the volume of qualified conversations each rep can run — so their time goes only to what needs a human.
⭐️ ABOUT YOU ⭐️
You may be a great fit at Alan if you have:
- At least 5 years in a product role (or equivalent product ownership) in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment, ideally with AI or agentic products. Seniority matters here: the scope is exploratory and not fully defined yet.
- Genuine excitement for AI. You have built AI products, or you are deeply eager to learn how LLM-based systems and agents behave in production, including their failure modes, and you can reason about the shift from pull-based to proactive, push-based experiences.
- A builder mindset. You are hands-on and comfortable close to the product’s engine room (connectors, prompts, skills, evaluation) to understand what is really happening and unblock progress.
- Appetite for the sales and insurance business. You are happy to sit with a rep, review an offer, and learn how guarantees and consumption terms are expressed, then turn that into product vision. You do not need to be a sales or insurance expert already, but you want to go deep fast.
- Strong product execution. You set measurable goals, prioritize effectively, and ship iteratively, balancing quality, speed and impact.
- The ability to bridge technical and non-technical worlds. You translate between platform and engineering constraints and sales reality, and drive alignment through clear framing and sharp decision-making.
- Experience influencing without full authority. You can build the case for a new, ambitious bet and rally people around it.
- Strong written communication in both internal and external-facing settings.
- Fluency in French and English.
For this role, we hire within the D-F level Range. https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity

About the Team
Welo Data's Trust & Safety function protects the integrity of a global, distributed workforce that powers AI data and annotation work. We run a multi-layered fraud detection stack combining identity verification checks, in-house behavioral signals, and platform activity data, and are actively building out a Trust & Safety Committee spanning four core workstreams: identity verification, location verification, account integrity, and multi-accounting detection. This is a hands-on investigative role, not a policy-only seat — you'll be working live cases from day one.
About the Role
We're looking for a Trust & Safety Specialist, based in India, to join our investigations team, working active fraud cases and supporting the broader fraud strategy program. You'll come in with real T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification experience from another platform, marketplace, gaming company, fintech, IDV vendor, or crowdsourced-workforce environment, and be ready to run investigations, process removals, and spot fraud patterns from week one.
What You Will Do
Run investigations end-to-end:
triage flagged accounts, review evidence (identity signals, behavioral flags, platform activity data), reach a disposition, and process removals in line with policy and SLA.
Own IDV review:
verify identity and location signals for flagged or high-risk accounts, distinguishing genuine edge cases from fraud.
Conduct manual audits and reviews:
prioritizing cases by risk and signal strength rather than intake order.
Detect multi-accounting and account integrity abuse:
recognize patterns across linked accounts, device/location overlap, and behavioral signals.
Apply a hypothesis-driven investigation method:
form a hypothesis, test it against the evidence, and reach a disposition that can be replicated and audited.
Contribute to detection improvement:
escalate emerging fraud vectors, false-positive/false-negative patterns, and rule gaps to the fraud strategy team.
Handle sensitive data responsibly:
apply GDPR-aligned data handling and deletion practices in every case.
Collaborate cross-functionally:
partner with Research Labs, Quality Strategy Architecture (QSA), and Forward Deployment Engineering on tooling gaps and process fixes surfaced by your casework
What You Bring (Must Have-s)
4+ years in a T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification investigations role — from a platform/marketplace T&S team, a fintech/payments risk team, an identity-verification vendor, or a crowdsourced/gig-workforce trust function.
Direct experience with identity/fraud signals — device fingerprinting, IP/geolocation checks, document verification, or behavioral fraud scoring.
Multi-accounting / account integrity pattern recognition — you've dealt with linked-account abuse, farming, or account sharing before, not just single-account review.
Case documentation discipline — you write clean, evidence-backed case notes that would survive an audit or an appeal.
Comfort with ambiguity and volume — you can prioritize a queue by risk, not just clear it by count.
Working knowledge of data privacy obligations (GDPR or equivalent) as they apply to case handling and data retention/deletion.
Nice to Have
Experience specifically in AI/ML data annotation, RLHF, or research operations workforce platforms.
Exposure to rule-based fraud detection engines and an opinion on rule sprawl vs. signal quality.
Familiarity with clustering/anomaly-detection approaches to fraud (even at a conceptual level).
Case management system experience (any ticketing or knowledge-base tooling).
Recommended Education
Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Law, Criminal Justice, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Data/Computer Science, or a related field.
Equivalent practical experience in T&S, fraud investigations, or identity verification will be considered in place of a degree.
Relevant certifications are a plus: CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist), or IDV/identity risk vendor certifications.
Location: Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR

About the Team
You will join our global Web3 growth and ecosystem team and support the global growth and ecosystem development of broader Web3 initiatives.
This is a global role working closely with cross-functional teams across multiple markets and regions to identify opportunities.
Responsibilities will be carried out in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Role Overview
This is a global Web3 growth and ecosystem role, based in Hong Kong and operating across markets. We are looking for a globally minded operations professional who is deeply involved in the on-chain ecosystem, understands diverse on-chain user communities, and can independently plan and execute campaigns across regions.
You will work around X Layer and OKX Wallet to connect ecosystem projects, communities, and users worldwide; bring high-quality applications to real users; and turn campaign participation into sustained on-chain usage and ecosystem growth.
This focuses respectively on public blockchain ecosystem partnerships and operations and global Wallet user growth and campaign operations. Both require strong ecosystem knowledge, cross-market user insight, and end-to-end campaign execution capabilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Ecosystem Research and Opportunity Identification
: Continuously track leading public blockchains and sectors such as DeFi, on-chain trading, and consumer applications across global markets. Identify projects with product value, an established user base, and growth potential, and develop actionable partnership and operational plans.
Ecosystem Partnerships and Development
: Build and maintain relationships with project teams, communities, and ecosystem partners across regions. Drive globally scalable co-marketing campaigns, application promotion, and user education, while continuously tracking post-launch activity and growth.
Global User Insights and Operations
: Engage deeply with on-chain user communities across markets to understand the motivations, decision-making habits, and barriers faced by different user segments. Establish user segmentation and feedback mechanisms, and optimise the conversion journey from first-time experience to ongoing usage.
Campaign Planning and Execution
: Independently lead global and regional ecosystem co-marketing campaigns, on-chain quests, trading campaigns, community incentive programs, AMAs, and online/offline events. Own target-setting, campaign mechanics, budget planning, resource coordination, launch execution, and post-campaign analysis.
Growth and Data Analysis:
Define metrics around qualified new users, first on-chain interactions, activity, retention, and partner-project growth. Evaluate performance using on-chain and product data, and continuously optimize participation requirements, incentive mechanisms, and operational investment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, and regional teams to turn user feedback into product and operational improvements, ensuring a seamless connection between campaigns and the product experience.
What We Look For In You
Experience in Web3 ecosystem operations, user growth, community operations, or campaign operations. Able to provide complete case studies of projects personally led, with verifiable results.
Long-term, hands-on participation in the on-chain ecosystem. Proficient in using wallets, DEXs, cross-chain bridges, and mainstream DApps; understands core concepts such as token approvals, gas fees, slippage, and liquidity; and can independently conduct product-experience and user-journey analysis.
Familiarity with on-chain users and their communities. Understands behavioral differences among trading-focused, DeFi-focused, and task-driven users, and can distinguish short-term, incentive-driven participation from needs that support sustained usage.
Understanding of public blockchain ecosystem-building dynamics, including project onboarding, application distribution, user acquisition, liquidity, and communities. Able to design partnership proposals that create value for both project teams and users.
Proven experience independently planning and executing campaigns. Able to clearly articulate campaign objectives, target audience, mechanics, budget, execution process, and final outcomes, and propose improvements based on post-campaign reviews.
Strong data mindset, with the ability to analyze operational conversion funnels, user retention, and campaign costs. Accountable for genuine user growth and business outcomes.
Strong communication, project-management, and execution skills; able to drive projects in a fast-paced, globally distributed, cross-functional environment. Professional English communication and copywriting skills are required to work effectively with international projects, communities, and internal stakeholders. Additional language capabilities and experience operating across multiple markets are advantageous.
Preferred Global Experience
Deep involvement in on-chain ecosystems such as RWA and Meme, with an understanding of user personas, community culture, asset issuance, and trading mechanics across different sectors. Relevant project operations or growth experience is preferred.
Ongoing attention to and hands-on experience with emerging protocols such as Tapeout. Able to analyze product mechanics, user participation journeys, and growth opportunities, and translate these into concrete partnership or campaign proposals.
Experience in Meme community operations, trend-based campaign planning, or on-chain trading campaigns. Able to manage communication timing and drive community participation and user conversion.
Experience in user education, ecosystem partnerships, or campaign planning for RWA projects. Able to translate complex product mechanisms into clear, easy-to-understand content and participation flows.
An active global network of on-chain users, project teams, trading communities, or content creators, with the ability to independently drive cross-market partnerships and produce verifiable growth results.
Demonstrated success in converting early momentum around emerging sectors or protocols into Wallet usage, on-chain interactions, and sustained retention.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are now one company. Together we build the data movement and transformation tools that data teams around the world rely on. Our Analytics team runs on those same tools every day, so you'll work on a modern data stack and help set best practices for the industry. As a Senior Product Analyst, you'll help product leaders understand how customers adopt, use, and stay with our core Fivetran data movement and dbt platform products as well as new product releases spanning AI, BI, and compute. You'll be a "full-stack" analyst. You'll build the data models, define the metrics, create the dashboards, run the analysis, and turn it all into recommendations that shape what we build next. AI is part of how we work. We expect analysts to use AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate analysis and increase efficiency, while applying their own judgment and validating the results. This is a full-time, flexible hybrid position based in Oakland, CA. Our hybrid work model offers remote flexibility and in-person collaboration; there is no fixed number of required office days, and we encourage teams to meet in person regularly.
Why This Role Is Exciting
Two product portfolios just came together.
Many questions about how customers use Fivetran and dbt together have never been asked. You'll be one of the first people to answer them.
Your work drives leadership decisions.
You'll focus on adoption, engagement, and retention, the metrics product leaders use to decide where to invest.
You own the work end to end,
from raw data to the decision it informs.
You'll analyze products built for people like you.
Our customers are data teams.
Technologies You’ll Use
SQL (BigQuery / Snowflake)
dbt / dbt State
Looker / LookML / Omni
Hex / Sigma / Google Sheets
Claude Code / Codex
What You’ll Do
Partner with product managers and product line leaders to understand problems and potential solutions with data. Deliver regular analysis and insight on product adoption, engagement, and retention.
Proactively investigate trends in user behavior and product usage. Find issues and growth opportunities before anyone asks, and use them to shape product and growth strategy.
Define, measure, and monitor the KPIs that show whether our products are healthy and whether the company is on track.
Size the potential impact of new product initiatives and recommend how to prioritize them.
Analyze product launches and experiments, and recommend what to do next.
Find and reduce friction in the funnels users go through to sign up, activate, and adopt our products.
Tackle questions where product data meets broader business data, such as revenue, sales, and support.
Build and maintain the data models, metrics, and dashboards behind your work.
Help new hires, colleagues, and partners understand our data and use it well, so data-informed decisions become the norm.
Skills We’re Looking For
5+ years in analytics, mostly in product analytics, ideally at a high-growth B2B or SaaS company.
Advanced SQL. You can turn messy, raw data into clean, trustworthy datasets, and write, debug, and explain SQL yourself.
Comfort using AI tools in analytics workflows to explore data, draft or improve SQL, automate repetitive work, and synthesize findings. You can evaluate and validate AI-generated output.
Hands-on experience building data models, ideally with dbt, creating dashboards in a BI tool such as Looker, Omni, or Tableau, and performing funnel, cohort, and segmentation analysis.
A track record of using analysis to drive product or business decisions, not just report on them. You can take an open-ended question with little direction and turn it into a clear analysis and recommendation.
Strong attention to detail and prioritization. Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain findings to executives and technical tradeoffs to engineers.
Experience influencing cross-functional, distributed teams, both asynchronously and in real time.
Bonus Skills
Experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B/n tests), including test design, sample size, significance, and turning results into launch decisions.
Deep knowledge of the SaaS customer lifecycle and business metrics, such as ARR (annual recurring revenue), retention, and expansion.
Experience defining product events and helping teams self-serve in product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.
Experience developing and scaling a large dbt project.
Python or R for analysis.

Metabase is the easiest way for people to get insights from their data, from tiny startups who get up and running quickly to major corporations with tens of thousands of users. That's why people love us.
We bring data tools with the elegance and simplicity of consumer products to the crufty world of enterprise business intelligence. We provide an opinionated open source starting point for how companies should measure, analyze and share their data, which is used by tens of thousands of companies.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Security Engineer with deep expertise in source code analysis and offensive product security research. You’ll dig into complex software architectures, trace how code behaves at runtime, uncover subtle vulnerabilities, and address the systemic flaws behind them.
Embedded in our core engineering team, you’ll help shape security decisions from early design through release and adoption. This is a hands-on engineering and research role: you’ll combine your security expertise with frontier AI tools to find vulnerabilities, develop fixes, and make Metabase secure by default across its product, dependencies, and runtime.
Things you’ll do
Partner with engineers throughout feature development, bringing security expertise to design, implementation, release, and adoption.
Build security-focused features, lead security improvements across the codebase, and implement fixes that address root causes.
Use and evaluate advanced AI tools to scale code analysis, vulnerability research, and secure engineering practices.
Conduct offensive research into Metabase, develop proofs of concept, and validate vulnerabilities.
Assess findings based on exploitability and real-world impact, define clear remediation criteria, and verify that fixes are effective.
Turn individual findings into broader improvements that prevent entire classes of vulnerabilities.
What you bring
A demonstrated track record of finding and exploiting application vulnerabilities through source code analysis and hands-on research.
The ability to independently navigate unfamiliar codebases, understand complex architectures, and reason about runtime behavior and trust boundaries.
Experience with application security challenges, including authentication, authorization, injection, and unsafe handling of untrusted data.
Sound judgment about exploitability and real-world impact, and the ability to communicate findings and remediation options clearly.
Strong software engineering skills, including the ability to implement durable security fixes. Experience in Clojure, or a strong desire to learn.
A thoughtful approach to AI-assisted security work, using these tools to extend your expertise while independently validating their output.
Ownership and curiosity: you pursue difficult questions, collaborate closely with engineers, and follow findings through to resolution.
Compensation
The US base salary range for this role is $160K–$225K annually, plus equity and benefits.
Compensation is determined by role, level, location, and individual qualifications, including skills, experience, and scope of responsibility. Pay may vary by geographic location and other job-related factors.
Benefits
We offer meaningful equity and a comprehensive US benefits package, including fully employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance (with 75% coverage for dependents), a 401(k) with employer match available to enroll after the first 30 days, flexible and unlimited paid time off including sick time, and an asynchronous, remote-first environment.
We're a global team (50% outside the US), fully distributed (from Thailand to California), who get things done asynchronously, with plenty of uninterrupted time, supporting each other to do the best work of our careers. We offer flexibility (define your own schedule and work from wherever you want), autonomy, and an environment that fosters growth, learning, and development. We're relentlessly user-focused and believe in building long-term value, not short-term hacks. And we raised a $30M Series B to take our approach to the next level for years to come.
For U.S. applicants: Metabase participates in the federal E-Verify program, which confirms employment authorization of newly hired U.S. based employees. E-Verify is not used as a tool to pre-screen candidates and is only initiated upon hire.

THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Join our Regulatory Legal team, the group responsible for maintaining and growing Kraken's product offerings across every region we operate in and for advising the business on its day-to-day regulatory obligations. We are a tight, experienced group of lawyers from tradfi (traditional finance), fintech and crypto backgrounds who move fast, stay curious and take pride in the commercial accountability of our advice. We partner directly with Compliance, Product and senior leadership to keep our licensed entities running smoothly and our regulators well served.
This is a remote role based in Hong Kong or Singapore, supporting our growing volume of regulatory work across the broader APAC region. You will operate as a practical legal generalist with a focus on Product legal advice: supporting launches and product changes across APAC, including derivatives and over-the-counter ("OTC") options, tokenised equities, earn and staking products, custody, and card and payments offerings.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Provide product legal support for APAC launches and enablement across the entire Payward product suite, including xStocks, OTC options, institutional custody and execution, and cross-regional products rolling out across APAC
- Act as a gatekeeper for new APAC outside counsel engagements: scope the work, estimate the cost, and sign off before matters are routed externally, so that outside counsel is used where local-law advice is genuinely required
- Translate complex regulatory frameworks into pragmatic, actionable guidance for the business, favouring plain-English communication, measurable risk trade-offs and decision-ready recommendations
- Use AI-assisted tools (for example for multi-jurisdiction licensing analysis, first drafts of regulatory submissions and matter tracking) to raise the speed and consistency of the team's work
- Own the APAC regulatory workload under the direction of the APAC regulatory lead, including licence variations, client and broker agreement documentation, licensing structure questions and routine regulator correspondence
- Take ownership of geography-specific licensing in markets such as Kazakhstan, Pakistan and the Philippines, instructing and supervising local counsel in region and in time zone, and supporting other APAC markets (for example South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia and Malaysia) as they arise
- Support Payward Group licensing initiatives in key APAC markets such as Singapore and Hong Kong, including preparing application materials and coordinating with outside counsel
WHAT YOU BRING
- Qualified lawyer admitted in Singapore, Hong Kong, England and Wales, or an equivalent common law jurisdiction
- 10 or more years' post-qualification experience ("PQE") in financial services regulatory law, gained at a regulated financial services institution (for example a bank, broker-dealer, exchange, derivatives dealer or crypto services provider), at a law firm supporting such clients and/or at a relevant regulator
- Demonstrated ability to independently own regulatory relationships and business-as-usual regulatory workstreams, including notifications, information requests and supervisory correspondence
- Strong experience with the financial regulatory landscape in a major Asian financial centre (eg, Singapore and the MAS, Hong Kong and the SFC/HKMA)
- Proven ability to instruct, supervise and manage the cost of local counsel across multiple jurisdictions, including in markets where you are not admitted
- Working knowledge of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing ("AML/CTF") obligations and regulatory expectations
- Outstanding analytical, drafting and organisational skills, with crisp, plain-English writing
- Ability to distill complex legal and regulatory issues into clear, actionable guidance for non-lawyer stakeholders
- A pragmatic, commercially accountable approach to legal and regulatory risk that gives stakeholders a useful range of options and a clear recommendation
- Comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving, remote, multi-time-zone environment, owning a broad workload from day one
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience advising on virtual asset regulation in one or more APAC jurisdictions
- Familiarity with the regulation of derivatives (including OTC options), equities and emerging tokenised financial instruments
- Experience supporting change-of-control notifications or other regulatory aspects of corporate transactions
- Experience with payments, e-money or card regulation
- Working proficiency in a second APAC language
- An authentic interest in crypto and digital assets, and familiarity with Payward's and competitors' products
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
ABOUT THE TEAM:
You'll join our GTM Systems team, which owns the systems LangChain's go-to-market actually runs on — Salesforce above all: the account and contact model, territory and routing, the sales process from first touch to closed-won, and the quote-to-cash and provisioning stack behind it.
We design and ship internal product for the GTM organization. AI agents do a growing share of the building: they draft design docs, open changes, and run Salesforce deployments, while humans hold the approval gates. Build capacity — engineers plus the agent bench — sits on this team, and you'll help decide what it works on next.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You'll own the requirements, prioritization, and quality bar for LangChain's Salesforce-centered GTM systems, turning ambiguous revenue-team needs into shipped process and systems changes that scale.
This is not a ticket queue role. You'll be accountable for a small number of high-leverage GTM systems programs at a time: defining the problem, aligning stakeholders, specifying the solution, and ensuring what ships changes how the revenue org operates.
You'll work across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Support, and Finance in a fast-changing environment where priorities move quickly and influence matters more than reporting lines. The core challenge is operating with authority but not control: aligning teams around tradeoffs as the business changes underneath the plan.
You won't be expected to write production code. You will be expected to write clear enough specifications that engineers and AI coding agents can build from them, and to review the output with enough Salesforce and systems judgment to decide whether it is correct.
Location: San Francisco Bay Area — in office 4 days a week. The people whose processes you're redesigning are in this building, and so are the engineers who build LangGraph.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
Carry multi-quarter programs
- Own the Salesforce sales process from lead to close — routing, qualification, territory assignment, and stage progression — driving each initiative from discovery through UAT, change management, and adoption.
- Be the person stakeholders come to before they file a request, especially when the system was never designed for what the business now needs.
- Own the intake and prioritization model for hundreds of quarterly GTM systems requests, ensuring the team works on the highest-leverage business problems rather than the loudest tickets.
Own what gets specified and what ships
- Run discovery and turn ambiguous asks into BRDs, process flows, data models, and acceptance criteria — with a clear problem statement and ROI justification, precise enough to execute without a second conversation.
- Hold the quality gate: you write the specification, engineers and coding agents write the code, and nothing reaches production without your sign-off.
- Run vendor evaluations when the right answer is buy, integrate, or replace rather than build.
Protect revenue data integrity
- Trace anomalies in revenue fields — Net ARR, initial pipeline, lead source — back to the automation, trigger, or integration that wrote them.
- Own the reconciliation seam between Salesforce, usage-based billing, and cloud-marketplace transactions.
- Identify which design decisions are load-bearing and which are cosmetic, and catch the downstream failure modes before they reach production.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
In your first 6–12 months, you might:
- Redesign the lead-to-opportunity process so routing, qualification, and stage progression are measurable, enforceable, and adopted by the field.
- Create a prioritization model for hundreds of GTM systems requests per quarter, with clear tradeoffs and business rationale.
- Ship a Salesforce change that improves pipeline hygiene, quote-to-cash accuracy, provisioning reliability, or cloud marketplace reconciliation.
- Establish a specification and UAT standard that engineers and AI agents can reliably build against.
- Build enough trust with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Support, and Finance that stakeholders bring you the problem before they prescribe the solution.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
SYSTEMS AND DOMAIN DEPTH
- Domain and tenure — 6–8 years in business systems, sales systems, revenue systems, or GTM systems, with Salesforce as your primary platform throughout.
- Sales process depth — you've partnered with Sales Ops on the things reps feel every day: territory and account coverage, lead qualification and routing, stage gates, and pipeline and forecast hygiene.
- Sales systems / RevOps depth — experience across quote-to-cash, CPQ, territory and lead routing, forecasting, or adjacent revenue processes.
- Technical fluency — you can read a data model, a Flow, and enough Apex to design against what's really there, even though you are not expected to write production code.
PROGRAM LEADERSHIP
- Program ownership — you've been the single accountable owner, at the working level negotiating the commitments yourself, of a program that spanned four or more functions and changed how a revenue org works day to day.
- Release risk — you've delivered a program into a core system on a release process you didn't control, where another team's change could break your release.
- Re-scoping under change — you've re-scoped a program mid-flight because the business changed under it, a sponsor moved, or the original scope no longer matched reality.
- Holding the line — you've turned down a request with executive backing and kept the relationship; you hold the line when something breaks pricing discipline, a legal constraint, or the architecture, and you arrive with the alternative.
JUDGMENT AND COMMUNICATION
- One tradeoff, two audiences — you write for the reader in front of you, not the one you find easiest: the VP gets the page, the engineer gets the spec.
- Maximum agency — you find the friction and start the project. You don't wait for a ticket.
- AI judgment — you give an agent the same brief you'd give a new engineer, and you check its work the same way.
- Architecture judgment — you know which design calls are load-bearing and which are cosmetic: why a usage event belongs on its own object rather than a field on Account, and how you'd catch that renaming one picklist breaks the provisioning saga before anyone deploys it.
STRONG SIGNALS:
None of these is a screen; any one makes you useful faster.
- You've owned a core Salesforce object domain — Account, Contact, Lead, or Opportunity — through a full redesign.
- You've traced a Salesforce field into a usage record into a provisioning step, and seen what broke downstream when it moved.
- You've worked with cloud marketplace operations — AWS or GCP private offers, co-sell, entitlement mapping, metering, and the failure modes when they break.
- You've worked with usage-based billing systems such as Metronome, Orb, or similar, and CRM↔billing identity reconciliation.
- You have LangChain or LangGraph experience, or you're excited to learn it here from the people who build it.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is looking for an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Campaign Strategy & Execution to develop and execute campaigns that help users discover value, adopt key workflows, and deepen their use of Notion.
You'll own campaigns end to end: translating business and customer opportunities into clear strategies, defining audiences and journeys, coordinating creative and technical production, launching across email and in-product channels, and measuring incremental impact.
This role combines strategic judgment with hands-on execution. You'll partner closely with Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Growth, Data Science, Marketing Operations, and creative partners. You should be equally comfortable shaping a campaign brief, building a journey in Customer.io http://Customer.io, resolving execution details, and interpreting results.
Scope guardrails: this role owns campaign strategy, hands-on execution, cross-functional delivery, and performance analysis. It is not the primary Customer.io http://Customer.io architect or incident-response owner, a general intake coordinator, or a production-only role receiving prewritten briefs. The person should operate as an independent campaign owner who can take work from an ambiguous opportunity to a high-quality, measured launch.
This role may be based in either our San Francisco or New York City offices. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the campaign portfolio. Independently lead a portfolio of launch, one-off, and evergreen lifecycle campaigns with clear prioritization and predictable delivery.
- Turn opportunities into strategies. Translate product launches, lifecycle moments, and business priorities into clear objectives, audiences, journeys, channel plans, and success metrics.
- Build high-impact lifecycle programs. Develop campaigns across onboarding, activation, adoption, collaboration, monetization, retention, and resurrection.
- Execute from brief to measurement. Own audience creation, build, QA, localization, launch readiness, and post-campaign analysis across email and in-product messaging.
- Improve foundational journeys. Audit existing programs and recommend which should be maintained, improved, rebuilt, or retired; lead the rebuild of priority onboarding or adoption journeys.
- Raise the experimentation bar. Develop testable hypotheses and use segmentation, personalization, holdouts, and A/B tests to understand incremental impact.
- Measure customer and business outcomes. Connect campaigns to activation, product adoption, collaboration, conversion, retention, or qualified sales outcomes—not only opens and clicks.
- Lead cross-functional delivery. Coordinate dependencies across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, Sales, and external partners.
- Create repeatable systems. Turn recurring campaign work into templates, playbooks, and reusable operating patterns that improve quality and velocity.
- Enable safe self-service. Help cross-functional partners execute effectively while maintaining Lifecycle's strategic, customer-experience, and quality standards.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Significant experience owning lifecycle, CRM, growth, or product-marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
- A track record of independently leading complex, cross-functional campaigns at meaningful scale.
- Strong customer-journey thinking across activation, adoption, engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Hands-on experience with a lifecycle platform such as Customer.io http://Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong audience segmentation, personalization, experimentation, and campaign-measurement skills.
- Ability to use data to prioritize opportunities, evaluate results, and change strategy; working knowledge of SQL or self-serve analytics is a plus.
- Excellent project leadership: clear briefs, dependable execution, proactive risk management, and crisp stakeholder communication.
- Strong editorial and customer judgment—you care about sending useful, relevant messages rather than maximizing message volume.
- Comfort operating in a product-led, highly cross-functional environment with incomplete information.
- Experience with B2B or product-led growth, product telemetry, in-product messaging, or AI-assisted campaign workflows is a plus.
- 8+ total years relevant + transferrable experience.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THE FIRST SIX MONTHS:
- Establish a clear operating rhythm for launch, one-off, and evergreen campaigns.
- Independently own a meaningful portfolio from strategy through performance analysis.
- Launch a materially improved onboarding, activation, or adoption journey with a defined experiment and measurement plan.
- Establish consistent briefs, segmentation standards, QA, launch-readiness checks, and post-campaign readouts.
- Demonstrate credible incremental movement in a product or business outcome.
- Create meaningful capacity for senior Lifecycle teammates to focus on systems architecture, journey strategy, personalization, and modernization.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
