OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About The Opportunity
OKX's Trading Products team owns the core trading experience across Spot, Margin, and Perpetual/Futures — spanning the full user journey from pre-trade decision-making, through order execution, to post-trade settlement and risk management. As our trading volumes and product complexity continue to grow globally, we are looking for a
Trading Product Manager
who can own and evolve both the
user-facing trading experience
and the
underlying trading mechanics
that power it.
This role sits at the intersection of product design and trading logic. You will work on how users discover, price, place, and manage trades (pre-trade / trade / post-trade), while also owning the correctness and soundness of the core mechanisms beneath the surface — margin models, funding rate formulas, liquidation logic, risk parameter design, and order/matching behavior. You will work closely with engineering, risk, quant, and design teams to ship trading features that are intuitive for users and rigorous under the hood.
What You’ll Be Doing
Start from users and the market to uncover real trading-experience needs
— Continuously surface user pain points through user research, behavioral data, community feedback, and conversations with active traders, ensuring product direction is grounded in real signal rather than internal assumptions.
Benchmark against industry best practices to build best-in-class trading product competitiveness
— Continuously track developments in crypto and traditional finance markets and the latest moves from leading products, translating external insight into concrete product opportunities that keep our trading experience and competitiveness ahead of the industry.
Build and continuously refine the end-to-end trading experience
— Own the full journey across pre-trade (market data presentation, decision-support tools, leverage/margin setup, risk disclosures), trade (order flow, execution feedback, order book/depth interaction), and post-trade (position management, PnL display, settlement statements) — from defining requirements through to shipping the solution.
Drive efficient cross-team collaboration with mature program-management execution
— Bring a complete product methodology, independently write rigorous PRDs, and lead alignment and coordination across engineering, risk, quant, design, and compliance. Own the full project lifecycle — from requirements definition and solution design, through development scheduling, to launch validation and post-launch review — ensuring every stage closes the loop with a clear outcome, without relying on others to drive progress.
Apply rigorous quantitative thinking to understand and reason about trading mechanics
— Bring strong logical reasoning and quantitative analysis skills, with the ability to learn fast and quickly master core trading mechanisms such as margin, leverage, funding rates, and liquidation. Candidates with a deep understanding of trading systems are preferred.
What We Look For In You
We are open to two types of candidates for this role:
(a) Experienced Trading Practitioners
Prior hands-on experience in trading — either within crypto (exchange product, quant, trading desk) or in traditional finance (equities, futures, FX, derivatives) — with direct exposure to how trading products and mechanisms are designed and operated.
Solid understanding of core trading concepts: margin/leverage, order types, market microstructure, risk management, and P&L mechanics.
Comfortable reading and reasoning through trading formulas (e.g. mark price, funding rate, liquidation price) and translating them into clear product logic.
(b) High-Potential Talent
Strong quantitative/analytical foundation — a background in mathematics, physics, statistics, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, with strong academic performance.
High self-drive and fast learning ability — demonstrated track record of picking up complex, technical domains quickly and independently, even without prior trading experience.
Genuine intellectual curiosity about financial markets and trading mechanics, with the rigor to work through formulas and edge cases rather than relying on surface-level understanding.
Common requirements for both profiles:
3+ years of product management experience (or equivalent hands-on experience in quant/trading roles for candidates from profile (a)).
Strong technical intuition — comfortable discussing system architecture and data flows with engineers, and reasoning through quantitative models. You don't need to be a developer, but you think with the rigor of one.
Excellent communication skills — able to write a precise, technically sound PRD, and to explain complex trading mechanics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
High agency and execution velocity — comfortable operating in ambiguity, moving from open question to shipped solution, and making decisions with incomplete information.
Genuine passion for crypto and trading — actively uses trading products, understands order types and market microstructure, and can explain how margin, leverage, or liquidation mechanics work. Ideally, you have skin in the game.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required
to communicate effectively with internal engineering and product stakeholders in the China-based R&D center.
Nice-To-Haves
Experience with derivatives products (perpetual futures, options) either as a builder or an active trader.
Familiarity with risk parameter design (margin tiers, liquidation engines, insurance funds) at an exchange or financial institution.
Quantitative modeling experience (e.g. Python, SQL) sufficient to validate trading formulas or backtest mechanism changes.
Prior work in a high-growth crypto exchange, trading firm, or fintech company.
Fluency in English is preferred to better support communication with global product and business stakeholders.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Web Experience Lead to own and shape the Peec AI website as a core part of our product and growth engine. In this role, you’ll oversee the entire web experience, from structure and UX to messaging, design quality, and performance, ensuring the site clearly communicates our product and converts visitors into engaged users. You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Growth, and Design to continuously improve key journeys across the site, drive organic traffic through strong SEO foundations, and build a world-class web presence that reflects the quality and ambition of the Peec AI product.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the Peec website end-to-end, shaping how the world experiences Peec from first impression to product signup
- Oversee all of our web presence, orchestrating structure, UX, design quality, messaging, and performance
- Increase organic traffic growth through SEO foundations, site structure, and content architecture
- Lead continuous iteration across key journeys: homepage, product pages, pricing, blog/docs, and landing pages
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Growth, and Design to ensure the website reflects Peec’s product quality and narrative
- Manage and coordinate designers and collaborators with high taste and clear direction
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience owning and evolving a website at a high-growth B2B SaaS company with a strong design bar
- Strong product and UX sensibility - you care deeply about navigation, clarity, storytelling, and user experience
- Comfort working hands-on in modern CMS and web tooling ecosystems (Webflow, Framer, headless setups, or similar)
- Experience with CRO, experimentation, analytics, and performance marketing-driven landing page workflows
- High taste and strong judgment - you know what good looks like and enforce high quality standards
- High ownership and proactive execution - you ship, iterate, and continuously raise the bar
BONUS POINTS
- Experience at companies known for exceptional web and product craft (e.g., Framer, Raycast, Linear, Notion)
- Strong product marketing instincts, translating positioning into world-class product pages
- Experience building scalable landing page systems for growth teams
- Background working with designers and agencies while maintaining strong internal direction
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category
EEOC STATEMENT
Peec AI is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
COMPENSATION
The base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $200,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors including the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable New York law.

Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that pairs remote work with top-tier talent. We help individuals from around the world connect with great companies that are looking for their specific skill set. Our mission is to provide great jobs to talented people, no matter where they are located.
We are looking for an absolute weapon of an AI Creative Strategist and Editor. This is not a role for a traditional copywriter or a slow-moving agency editor. We need a "cracked" hybrid: someone who lives at the bleeding edge of AI generative tools, possesses the ruthless efficiency of a native direct-response video editor, and understands the deep psychology of brand world-building.
Your mandate is clear: I own the Shoot Day Scripts and the core vision. Once those are locked and the raw assets (or core ideas) are handed off, you take the wheel. You are a self-contained production pod. Half of your brain is a direct-response killer who thrives in the timeline; the other half is a visionary artist building an aesthetic universe. You take the brief and return with a massive volume of high-converting gold.
What You Will Do
The Handoff & Execution: Take locked Shoot Day Scripts, raw b-roll, and core hooks, and autonomously transform them into a fully built-out ad ecosystem. You require zero hand-holding in post-production.
Hardcore DR Editing: You are ruthless in the timeline (Premiere, CapCut, AE). You know exactly how to chop b-roll for maximum retention, sequence aggressive captions, and manipulate pacing to optimize thumb-stop ratios and click-through rates.
Rapid Hook Iteration: Take one winning concept or piece of raw footage and aggressively chop it into dozens of hook variants (A/B testing visuals, pacing, text overlays, and AI voiceovers) to crush CPA goals and combat ad fatigue.
Organic World-Building & "Art": Generate breathtaking, non-DR organic content designed purely to associate thoughts, feelings, and ideas with our brand. You use AI to create cinematic, highly aesthetic "art" that builds brand aura and commands attention without directly asking for a sale.
Mass AI Content Generation: Spin core concepts into dozens of high-fidelity ad variants using AI image, video, and voice generation to supplement and elevate practical footage.
VFX & Polish: Elevate both raw footage and AI generation with actual VFX, motion graphics, and sound design. You composite, blend, and fix artifacts so the final output looks premium, not plastic.
Requirements
DTC Native & Timeline Obsessed: You actually understand how e-commerce ads work. You don't just edit; you edit to convert. You know Eugene Schwartz/Ogilvy principles, pacing for TikTok/Reels vs. Meta, and how to build a high-converting funnel.
Top-Tier AI Proficiency: Master of tools like Midjourney, Runway Gen-2, Pika, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, and ElevenLabs. You understand seed control, inpainting, and prompting at an advanced level.
The "Cracked" Mentality: You operate with extreme speed and autonomy. You experiment, break things, and deliver a volume of output that makes normal agencies look like they are standing still.
Dual-Threat Aesthetic Range: You possess the unique ability to pivot seamlessly. You can edit aggressive, tactical, fast-paced direct response ads one day, and switch to crafting moody, cinematic, emotionally resonant brand art the next.
VFX / Post-Production Mastery: Deep proficiency in Premiere and After Effects (Nuke is a plus). You know how to track, rotoscope, composite, and seamlessly blend AI generation with real-world b-roll.

Welo Data is looking for experienced, detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Data Quality Analysts. This role sits at the center of execution and quality — bridging Data Labeling Associates (DLAs) and Team Leads to ensure work is not only completed, but done right.
You'll work closely with both people and AI systems — auditing outputs, supporting day-to-day execution, and helping teams apply guidelines correctly in fast-moving, real-world scenarios. The work combines data quality, light project coordination, and hands-on training, where your ability to guide others and think critically is just as important as your own output.

Overview
Welo Data is looking for sharp, curious, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Data Labeling Associate.
This is not a traditional annotation role.
You’ll be working directly with cutting-edge AI systems — evaluating outputs, identifying gaps, and helping improve how these systems behave in real-world scenarios. The work sits at the intersection of data quality, model evaluation, and human judgment, where your ability to think critically matters just as much as following guidelines.
We’re looking for people who are naturally curious about AI, comfortable forming opinions, and confident in contributing to conversations with teammates, leads, and stakeholders.

Project Details
Job Title: Data Labeling Associate
Hiring in: Onsite (Bay Area, Seattle, NYC, or client-dependent)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Employment Type: W2 Full-Time Employee
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
Pay Rate: $34/hour
Important: This is a 100% onsite position — remote work is not available for this role. To be considered, candidates must be located in or able to commute to one of the following cities: NYC, Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Burlingame, Austin, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Chicago, Boston, Austin. Please only apply if you meet this location requirement.
What You’ll Do
Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback
Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior — identifying patterns, edge cases, and failure modes
Apply guidelines thoughtfully — and flag when they don’t reflect real-world scenarios
Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks, not just executing them
Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly
Participate in team discussions, calibrations, and stakeholder syncs
Partner with leads and cross-functional teams to refine quality standards
Document findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
Why this role exists
Higgsfield is one of the fastest-growing generative AI companies in the world. The specialty studios get most of the attention, but the general-purpose creation surface, the library, the shared foundation every user touches, is what makes or breaks daily use. We need a PM with real taste to own it.
What you'll actually do
• Own the core product experience end-to-end: image, video, collaboration, asset management, and the overall UX that ties them together.
• Own the surrounding product: library, projects, sharing, cross-product navigation, the things that make Higgsfield feel like one product instead of a bag of tools.
• Set the taste bar. Every flow, every empty state, every default. You're the person the team looks to when something feels off.
• Ship weekly. Our release cycle is days, not quarters.
• Design the metrics that matter: activation, generation success rate, session depth, weekly retention, feature adoption, cross-product usage.
• Glue the org together on the core experience. Work directly with Design, Backend, Frontend, and the vertical studio teams so the surface stays coherent as new products land on top of it.
Must-haves
1. Deep passion and curiosity for generative image, video, and LLMs. You use these tools daily. You have opinions about which models are good at what, and why.
2. Taste. You can look at a flow and tell what's wrong before the metric moves. Design and Engineering both trust your judgment.
3. Experience launching new products and scaling existing ones. You've taken things from zero to one and from one to ten. Founding or early-operator experience is a strong plus.
4. Strong technical background with a real grasp of AI/ML concepts. You can reason about model tradeoffs, latency, quality, and cost without needing an engineer to translate.
5. You ask smart questions, dig for answers yourself, and update your view when the evidence moves. No ego on the line when you're wrong.
Who this is not for
• You prefer working from complete specifications rather than defining problems yourself.
• You don't use generative AI tools daily. This role is impossible without lived product intuition.
• You are looking for a slower release cycle. We ship weekly.
Nice to have
• Background at a consumer product, creative tool, or AI-native company in the US, EU, or Asia.
• Direct experience shipping image or video generation, editing, or creative software.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
- A seat where the surface you own is what millions of users touch every day.
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, or other office benefits.
This is a fully on-site role based in our Almaty office. Our team works from the office five days per week for the full working day. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems, and build strong teams.
