About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
Teleport is looking for an experienced Product Marketer to produce the messaging and key content to support Teleport’s new product and solution narrative, serve as the source of truth for content that cascades across teams, and drive launches and announcements for Teleport key portfolio solutions that define AI Infrastructure Identity.
In this role you’ll help translate complex product capabilities into clear, differentiated positioning that resonates with modern technical teams — including platform teams, infrastructure leaders, DevOps practitioners, cloud security teams, and engineering decision-makers.
You’ll work closely with the Product, Revenue, Solutions Engineering, Corporate Communications, Demand Generation, and Enablement teams to ensure that we meet every audience with the right content. The core content you build will be the foundation that supports our story across programs, campaigns, and sales conversations.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Launch Content and GTM Execution
- Own the messaging and content deliverables for new product, feature, and solution launches, from launch brief through the launch content kit.
- Turn product and executive narrative direction into core assets: messaging frameworks, positioning documents, product and solution briefs, FAQs, and launch decks.
- Run a repeatable launch process that balances rigor and speed, keeping Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales aligned from planning through release.
- Support announcements and multi-channel activations by providing narrative and source content to Corporate Communications, PR, and Demand Generation.
Messaging and Positioning Development
- Work with Product, Solutions Engineers, and other subject matter experts to turn new, industry-leading capabilities into clear, technically credible messaging.
- Build consistent, persona-based messaging for platform, DevOps, security, and engineering audiences.
- Gather input from customer data, the field, and the community to continuously refine messaging and language as the market and product evolve.
Quality and Consistency
- Hold a high bar for writing, clarity, and storytelling across the PMM function.
- Maintain a single source of truth for current messaging, so humans and tooling stays accurate and aligned over time.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Excellent writing and presentation skills; you’re a crisp, persuasive communicator who can turn dense technical input into polished content.
- 6+ years of product marketing experience in cloud-native infrastructure, DevOps, developer platforms, identity, and/or cybersecurity markets.
- Track record of producing positioning, messaging, and launch content for complex technical products.
- Demonstrated ability to write for both deeply technical audiences.
- Experience translating input from SMEs and engineers into accurate, polished content under launch deadlines.
- Experience supporting sales-led, enterprise go-to-market motions.
- Strong cross-functional instincts and the ability to work effectively with Product, Engineering, Sales, and technical field teams.
- Technical credibility, with enough fluency to engage in conversations about infrastructure, cloud, Kubernetes, identity, access, zero trust, and modern software delivery practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge

Skills We’re Looking For
5-7 years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, revenue operations, or FP&A, with hands-on administration of a compensation platform

Technical aptitude: working proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar scripting; experience with Salesforce, BI tools (e.g., Looker), and data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake) a plus
Statistical judgment: knows when market data is credible or a sample is too small, and presents ranges without false precision
Compensation expertise: job architecture, compensation frameworks, market pricing, pay cycles, global compensation practices, and pay-for-performance design, with knowledge of competitor compensation at high-growth tech companies
Reasons from first principles: balances best practice with what the business needs and can rebuild a framework when the standard approach does not fit

Operational excellence: connects systems, stakeholders, and programs to deliver compensation end to end, accurately and on time
Clear communicator: turns complex analysis into a crisp recommendation an executive can act on in one conversation
Experience with usage-based or consumption pricing models and the associated compensation design challenges strongly preferred

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Web Design Manager at Anthropic, you will lead the enterprise web design team responsible for how businesses experience Anthropic on the web. Our website is often the first place enterprise buyers encounter Claude, and the pages your team ships need to make complex, technical products feel clear, distinctive, and trustworthy. You'll bring a strong art director's eye to every project, set the craft standard, shape design direction for the next stage of our enterprise web presence, and build a team that does the best work of their careers.
In this role, you'll own the enterprise web design practice: setting priorities, guiding projects from brief to launch, and holding a high bar for visual quality, storytelling, and performance. We're looking for someone who cares deeply about craft and knows how to use art direction (imagery, typography, motion, and composition) to tell a clear, memorable story on every page. You'll partner closely with enterprise marketing as your main day-to-day collaborators on priorities, messaging, and launches, and work alongside web engineering, web strategy and growth, brand and creative, sales and customer teams, product, and external agency partners to ship work that is both beautiful and effective.
Key responsibilities
Lead and manage the enterprise web design team, including hiring, coaching, feedback, and career growth
Own the craft standard for enterprise web design, ensuring pages are distinctive, clear, and performant
Set clear priorities and ways of working for the team in partnership with marketing and design leadership
Guide projects from brief to launch, turning marketing asks into clear creative direction
Provide hands-on art direction across imagery, illustration, typography, motion, and layout so every page tells a cohesive, compelling story
Coach designers on craft and visual storytelling, giving specific, actionable feedback that raises the quality of the work
Partner closely with campaign, product, and segment marketers on messaging, launches, and day-to-day priorities
Develop the design direction for the next stage of Anthropic's enterprise web presence, in support of company goals
Partner with web engineering to ensure designs ship with high quality and strong performance
Collaborate with SEO, analytics, and growth partners to measure results, run experiments, and improve conversion
Present design work and rationale to stakeholders, explaining decisions simply and pushing back clearly when needed
Build consistency across channels in partnership with brand, creative, and copy teams
Manage external agencies and design partners on larger web projects
Track the performance of shipped work and use data to inform, not replace, creative judgment
Minimum qualifications
Have deep web design experience, including directly managing web or creative designers
Have a portfolio of shipped web work that demonstrates strong craft, storytelling, and a clear point of view
Have strong art direction skills and a sharp eye for detail, with experience directing visual concepts from idea to polished execution
Think like a storyteller, shaping narrative and pacing across a page or campaign so design carries the message
Have designed for complex, multi-audience websites at scale, ideally for technical or enterprise products
Can turn complicated products into pages that are distinctive and convert
Are comfortable holding a high bar on tight timelines and making smart tradeoffs under pressure
Work well with marketing partners, translating asks into direction and pushing back with clarity and care
Understand web performance and use data and experiments well, without letting metrics replace creative judgment
Enjoy building teams, giving direct feedback, and helping designers grow
Can explain design decisions simply to stakeholders across functions
Are excited about Anthropic's mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial
Preferred qualifications
Experience at companies known for exceptional web craft on technical products
Familiarity with enterprise buyer journeys and designing paths to conversion
Experience partnering with SEO, analytics, and growth teams on experimentation programs
A background working closely with engineers on design systems, performance, and implementation quality
Experience managing agencies or external design partners on large web initiatives
Strong writing or content design sensibility that strengthens storytelling on the page
Experience setting design direction during periods of rapid company growth

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience

Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
For roles performing work in California:
We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.
Our Ethos
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
About the Team
The Platform team owns everything that happens after a partner signs with Rain: implementations, account management, support, and card network operations. Account Management is responsible for growing Rain's live partners, from developers and startups to enterprise card programs, through renewals, expansions into new products and regions, and commercial conversations.
As an Associate Account Manager, you will own renewals and expansions for a set of live partners in your coverage area, and be the person they go to when something about their partnership, program setup, contract, or products needs to change. Our Implementations team launches new partners; you take over once they are live. You will start by shadowing experienced AMs on renewals and expansions, then run them with an AM alongside you, then on your own.
What you’ll do
- Own renewals for the live partners, from the first conversation through signed paperwork
- Find and close expansion opportunities in your accounts, such as new products (cards, virtual accounts, on/offramps, wallets, cross-border payments), additional card programs, and new regions
- Grow net revenue retention (NRR) for your coverage area, and flag churn or contraction risk early
- Handle partner escalations that sit outside Support: questions about the partnership, program configuration, commercial terms, and products. Bring in Product, Engineering, Finance, or Compliance when needed and follow each one through to resolution
- Keep detailed account health and notes up to date
- Build a health snapshot of your accounts and use it to decide where to spend your time
- Pass partner feedback to Product to help shape the roadmap
- Help write and improve Account Management playbooks, including expansion playbooks for new products and features
- Learn Rain's products in depth, including stablecoin card issuing, card network basics, and our APIs
You are likely to succeed if you have:
- 0 to 3 years of experience in account management, as an account executive, or in customer success, in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS
- Comfort talking with partners about renewals, pricing, and commercial terms, and asking for the expansion when the opportunity is there
- Clear written and verbal communication on calls, over email, and in shared Slack channels with partners
- Strong organization: you can keep many accounts, deadlines, and follow-ups moving at the same time
- Curiosity about how payments work (card issuing, authorization, settlement) and about stablecoins, and a willingness to learn technical topics, including reading API documentation
- Ownership: when a partner raises an issue, you see it through to resolution, even when it needs help from several teams
- Comfort working at a fast-growing company
Bonus attributes:
- Exposure to card issuing, embedded finance, crypto, or stablecoins
- Experience working toward a renewal, upsell, or expansion target
