Lithic is the modern card issuing and processing platform empowering ambitious financial companies to build the future of payments.
Our infrastructure powers card programs for 100+ innovative clients, from fintechs reimagining credit and digital banking to platforms transforming disbursements and spend management. Companies like Mercury, Flex, and Novo rely on Lithic's developer-friendly APIs, direct network connections, and flawless reconciliation to launch and scale card programs in weeks, not years.
We're building a future where access to better financial products materially improves people's lives, free from the constraints of 30-year-old mainframes and legacy processors. We're proud to be backed by world-class investors who share that vision, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Index Ventures, Spark Capital, Stripes, and Mastercard, along with many others.
We're a team of 170+ across 26 states and 7 countries, headquartered in New York City.
Lithic is hiring for Business Operations, Program Management: a generalist role dedicated to the Program Management (PM) business line, where Lithic owns the bank relationship, handles compliance, and runs the client's card program end to end. We're expanding Program Management this year, and this person will build and run how it operates day to day, meaning the processes, reporting, and coordination across teams that today happen informally. This is a chance to build real depth in how sponsor bank partnerships and card programs work, in payments and fintech more broadly, while working directly with the Head of Program Management.
What you'll do:
Own how PM operates day to day, meaning the process, tooling, and reporting that let the business actually be run and measured
Take on cross-functional projects that touch Risk, Compliance, Bank Operations, Legal, Sales, and Product, and see them through to a result, not just a status update
Assist in building and launching new PM initiatives from concept to completion, whether that's a new bank partnership, a new product construct, or a new managed-service offering
Build the reporting PM needs and doesn't currently have
Turn ad hoc process into something documented and repeatable, and find the parts worth automating
Be the person other teams come to with PM operational questions
What you'll bring:
4+ years in consulting, banking, fintech, or business operations
A generalist who's comfortable owning ambiguous, cross-functional work without a playbook to follow
Experience building processes from scratch and achieved results through strong stakeholder partnership rather than mandate
Strong analytically; can stand up metrics and reporting from nothing
Experience running cross-functional projects involving both internal teams and outside parties
Payments or fintech operations background (sponsored bank programs, BaaS, issuer processing) is a plus, not required
Experience or strong interest in utilizing AI automation tooling to improve workflows
The annual U.S. salary range for this role is $75,000 - $100,000 plus equity. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance to our NYC office in Soho. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance.
Benefits for Full-Time US Employees:
Unlimited PTO
12-weeks fully paid parental leave
4-Week Fully Paid Sabbatical (earned at your 5-year anniversary)

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.

This role is co-located with our dbt v2 engineering team in the US to accelerate execution, strengthen prioritization, and ensure tight alignment across product, engineering, and platform teams. In this role, you will
Own and deliver the dbt v2 roadmap, shipping net new functionality to dbt v2 like SQL comprehension, compute, governance, and SAO
Define requirements for Fusion features that integrate seamlessly with the dbt platform and unlock enterprise value
Keep the Fusion engineering team aligned, unblocked, and executing on a predictable cadence
Contribute hands-on to the dbt Core / Fusion codebases, including code reviews, documentation, and small feature implementations
Collaborate with OSS strategy leads, platform PM peers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a unified roadmap
What success looks like
Shipping net-new features on a predictable quarterly cadence
Measurable contribution to Fusion PLG growth metrics, including identification and monetization of local dbt deployments
Hands-on contributions to dbt Core and Fusion code bases, including merged PRs and meaningful improvements to the open source codebase
Strong execution and alignment across the Fusion engineering team
You're a good fit if you have
2-4 years of product management experience in technical domains such as developer tooling, data platforms, or open source software
Strong grasp of system architectures, particularly for local deployments and how they scale to enterprise use cases
Understanding of how open source investments drive PLG growth and product strategy
Ability to bridge technical delivery with business impact, translating features into revenue and growth metrics
Experience working with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and ship complex technical features
Strong communication skills with empathy for open source contributors and enterprise users alike
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with dbt or similar transformation frameworks
Background in plugin architectures, extensibility systems, or platform ecosystems
Understanding of PLG motions and freemium-to-paid conversion strategies
Experience with SQL engines, query optimization, or compute systems
Prior experience as an engineer whose worked with modern development frameworks (examples: React, Typescript, Python, etc.)

In this role, you'll also foster a strong candidate experience and help establish GTM recruiting best practices as we expand across the US.
What You Will Do

- Own full-cycle recruitment across all GTM functions: AEs (Enterprise, Mid-Market, SMB), SDRs, Solutions/Sales Engineers, Partner Managers, CS leaders, and RevOps
- Advise hiring managers on market mapping, leveling, comp positioning, and competitive landscape for US GTM talent
- Translate the nuances of each GTM role into compelling, accurate candidate outreach
End-to-End GTM Recruitment
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to close, operating with autonomy on complex, high-volume GTM roles.
- Source passive and active candidates across US GTM talent pools, particularly in AI/ML, open-source software, and enterprise infrastructure markets
- Conduct intake and calibration sessions with hiring managers to align on ideal candidate profiles and stage expectations
- Drive efficient, high-conversion pipelines and close candidates in a fiercely competitive market for senior GTM talent
Candidate Experience & Selling Mistral
- Guide candidates through the hiring process with clear communication and a compelling narrative about Mistral's mission, culture, and trajectory.
- Articulate Mistral's positioning in the AI landscape — frontier models, open-weight philosophy, and enterprise credibility — to differentiate us against better-known competitors
- Provide candidates with real insight into our GTM motion, growth plans, and the specific impact of their role
- Deliver a high-quality, respectful candidate experience at every stage, regardless of outcome
Recruiting Operations & Data-Driven Improvement
- Develop and refine GTM recruiting processes, tools, and documentation to improve outcomes and efficiency.
- Use data to diagnose pipeline issues (e.g., drop-off at specific stages, time-to-fill by role) and propose targeted solutions
- Build and maintain market maps, competitive intel, and talent pools for key US GTM segments
- Standardize GTM interview rubrics, scorecards, and debrief practices across US GTM hiring teams
Raising the Bar
- Collaborate with GTM leadership and the broader Talent team to continuously elevate our hiring standards.
- Contribute to defining and evolving our GTM talent acquisition strategy in the US as we scale from early commercial team to mature GTM org
- Partner on employer-brand and outbound sourcing initiatives that position Mistral as a destination for top GTM talent
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a startup or high-growth B2B SaaS/infrastructure company, with a focus on Sales and GTM roles
- Demonstrated ability to independently hire across the full GTM stack — from SDRs to senior AEs, Solutions Engineers, and GTM leadership
- Deep network and sourcing expertise in US GTM talent markets, particularly in AI/ML, open-source, developer tools, or enterprise software
- Track record of hiring in competitive, candidate-scarce markets where GTM candidates have multiple offers
- Experience working across multiple US markets
- Willingness to work on other roles as needs come up
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and switching between strategic planning and hands-on execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence peers and senior GTM stakeholders without direct authority
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle shifting priorities across a high-volume hiring slate
- Professional experience with modern recruiting tools such as Ashby
- Familiarity with the AI/ML landscape and the ability to credibly discuss frontier model capabilities with technical GTM candidates

Canonical is a leading provider of open source software and operating systems to the global enterprise and technology markets. Our platform, Ubuntu, is very widely used in breakthrough enterprise initiatives such as public cloud, data science, AI, engineering innovation and IoT. Our customers include the world's leading public cloud and silicon providers, and industry leaders in many sectors. The company is a pioneer of global distributed collaboration, with 1200+ colleagues in 75+ countries and very few office based roles. Teams meet two to four times yearly in person, in interesting locations around the world, to align on strategy and execution.
The company is founder led, profitable and growing.
Canonical builds the open-source software that runs the world’s clouds, devices and AI, and we hold our managers to a high standard. Our Talent Development team exists to make leaders and managers at Canonical genuinely excellent. We define what great management looks like here, and we put that standard into the hands of managers and leaders across the company.
The Organisational Development Associate is where our most driven early-career people begin. From day one you work with real teams and take on real change, coached hard by senior practitioners on a fast path toward running this work yourself. This is not a support or back-office role, and it is not generalist HR. We hire for potential, drive and coachability over a polished CV, and we back the people we hire to move fast.
Applying to this role will enter you into our People Track for consideration across roles in the function.
Location
: These are remote based positions, available across EMEA and the Americas.
The role entails
Being embedded inside a real team: see how it works day to day, and surface what is and isn't working.
Running the diagnostics on a team's health and management effectiveness (engagement, 360, direct feedback), and turning the evidence into a clear, honest read.
Owning an improvement end to end: a concrete change to how a team works that you design, drive and land, with a senior practitioner alongside you.
Supporting managers in delivering effective 360 performance feedback to individuals and helping them turn it into two or three real commitments they follow through on.
Helping build the playbook: the standards, tools and shared language the whole function runs on. You are building the system others use, not producing filler.
Learning coaching and organisational development directly from senior practitioners, on a fast, visible path to running this work yourself.
What we are looking for in you
A track record of leading and organising early. You have run things, built things, won people over and made change happen, in a startup, a student society, the military, a team, anywhere. People around you already see you as a driver.
A deliberate pull toward developing people and organisations. You chose this field on purpose, with a real grounding in organisational or industrial psychology, behavioural science or a comparable basis. It is not a fallback.
Drive and eagerness to learn. You have your own ideas and the confidence to challenge, and you are hungry to be coached and to grow fast.
The presence to sit across from experienced people and talk about change with confidence.
An exceptional academic track record from high school and university.
Up to around two years of experience since graduating.
Business level written and spoken English.
Organised, accurate, confident, authentic, results-oriented, and enthusiastic.
Sincere personal motivation aligned with our mission.
Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events.
In addition we expect that you will match our values, by being:
Precise, taking care to deliver correctness and clarity.
Reliable, delivering high quality work that builds trust and confidence.
Accessible, collaborating to build products and systems that are usable.
Adroit, blending enthusiasm, knowledge, adaptability, style and character.
Nice-to-have skills
Any exposure to people, organisational, coaching or consulting work, through study, an internship or a first job.
A genuine interest in the craft of management and organisations, not just the subject matter.
Comfort working with data.
What we offer colleagues
We consider geographical location, experience, and performance in shaping compensation worldwide. We revisit compensation annually (and more often for graduates and associates) to ensure we recognise outstanding performance. In addition to base pay, we offer a performance-driven annual bonus. We provide all team members with additional benefits, which reflect our values and ideals. We balance our programs to meet local needs and ensure fairness globally.
Distributed work environment with twice-yearly team sprints in person.
Personal learning and development budget of USD 2,000 per year.
Annual compensation review.
Recognition rewards.
Annual holiday leave.
Maternity and paternity leave.
Employee Assistance Programme.
Opportunity to travel to new locations to meet colleagues.
Priority Pass, and travel upgrades for long haul company events.

Reporting to the VP Total Rewards, the role executes the platform and AI strategy the pillar sets, redesigns HR workflows and AI-human handoffs ahead of the SAP SuccessFactors-to-Workday migration, and operationalizes the data governance and responsible-AI controls that make automation safe in a healthcare context. Partnering closely with the Sr. Director, HR COEs, SDO, Procurement and OCIO, the role leads a team through significant platform and ways-of-working change, turning pillar strategy into a working technology capability for PCC.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Technology Roadmap Execution & Platform Sequencing
Co-develop with the Workforce Intelligence and HR Technology Leader and execute the multi-year HR technology roadmap Evaluate, select, and sequence platforms and agentic AI across the ecosystem (Workday, Moveworks, ServiceNow Now Assist, Payfactors, Power BI, Qualtrics) against business outcomes
Operating-Model & Workflow Redesign (ahead of Workday configuration)
Partner with the HR COEs and the four-zone workflow classification to redesign HR workflows and AI–human handoffs before Workday is configured, so Zone 1 and Zone 2 automation is built natively pre-go-live rather than retrofitted. This sequencing is the highest-leverage lever for FY27 and prevents PCC from hardcoding today’s inefficiency into the system for years.
Platform Migration, AI Agent & Automation Delivery (SuccessFactors → Workday)
Lead end-to-end delivery of the Workday migration and the deployment of conversational and agentic AI (Moveworks, Now Assist), owning project plans, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare. Define which workflows are automated versus human-led, monitor agent performance and quality, and manage vendors and budget. Close partnership & collaboration with Procurement, OCIO & SDO through all phases required. Final budget and contract decisions made with partners and Sr. Director
Data Governance, Privacy & Responsible AI
Build and safeguard the data foundation for AI.": an HR data quality audit ahead of migration, operationalizing the data governance policy that defines what AI systems can access, and Workday as the single source of truth. Advance People Analytics maturity and the skills taxonomy that underpins workforce planning.
Team Leadership, Adoption & Employee Experience
Lead and develop the HR technology team, reskilling it as work shifts from configuration to AI orchestration. Apply product and user-experience thinking, and drive adoption and change management so employees and managers experience HR technology as fast, intuitive, and trusted.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive HR technology / HRIS experience, including 5+ years leading and developing teams, and prior experience operating at a leader level or equivalent scope.
Demonstrated experience leading an enterprise HCM platform implementation or migration (e.g., Workday and/or SAP SuccessFactors).
Experience redesigning HR processes and workflows for automation — mapping current state, eliminating waste, and designing AI–human handoffs ahead of system configuration.
Hands-on experience deploying or operating enterprise AI and automation tools — conversational and agentic AI and AI-enabled service management (e.g., ServiceNow / Now Assist, Moveworks).
Strong AI literacy: a working understanding of large language models, AI agents, prompt design, and responsible/ethical AI, data governance, privacy, and security.
People analytics and data fluency — able to turn HR data into insight and design trusted reporting and dashboards.
Proven project and change management skills, delivering across cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors on time and on budget.
Demonstrated experience owning technology vendor relationships and negotiating contracts at a half million threshold or above
Product- and outcome-oriented mindset — frames technology investments in terms of business and employee-experience outcomes.
Preferred Experience:
Workday certification(s) and/or ServiceNow HR Service Delivery experience.
Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
Experience establishing AI governance, human-in-the-loop frameworks, or classifying workflows by AI impact.
Experience with integration architecture (APIs, iPaaS) and enterprise HR data governance.
Experience with data privacy and security in a regulated or healthcare environment (e.g., PHI / HIPAA).
Experience leading and developing a technical HR / HRIS team.
Familiarity with UX and service-design methods applied to employee-facing technology.
Relevant certifications (PMP, Prosci / change management, HRIP, CHRP / SHRM).

ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual team offsite: Each year, we bring your entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia, Italy and Cancún
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Growth PM to own data and growth experimentation across the full funnel, from landing page through to in-app and pricing. ElevenLabs drives significant paid and organic traffic across self-serve, developer, and enterprise funnels; your job is to turn more of it into subscriptions, pipeline, and revenue.
You'll own the experimentation engine end to end: uncovering opportunities through funnel and product data, building and prioritizing the testing backlog, designing and evaluating experiments, and owning the tracking and reporting that turns results into decisions. Your scope runs deeper than conversion optimization: you'll drive experiments across onboarding, activation, and pricing, and align paid media, design, engineering, and product teams around one optimization roadmap.
The ideal candidate is equal parts analyst, strategist, and operator: someone who finds revenue hiding in funnel and product data, ships a high-velocity testing program, and communicates results in terms of subscriptions and pipeline, not just conversion rates.
REQUIREMENTS
- A track record of running high-velocity experimentation programs end to end - hypothesis, prioritization, test design, and analysis - with measurable revenue impact
- Experience running experiments beyond the marketing site: in-product (onboarding, activation) and pricing or monetization
- Deep analytics fluency: comfortable living in product analytics tools (e.g., PostHog, Amplitude, GA4) to diagnose funnel drop-off, segment traffic, and attribute outcomes across multi-domain journeys
- Strong statistical literacy: you know how to size tests, avoid false winners, and choose the right success metric (revenue and subscriptions over clicks)
- A cross-functional operator who can align paid media, design, engineering, and product teams around a shared optimization roadmap
Bonus
- Working front-end web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) to build test variants without waiting on engineering
- Experience optimizing PLG/self-serve funnels alongside sales-assisted (demo/contact-sales) funnels
LOCATION
This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.

We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Global Services is the centre of expertise at Chainalysis — the team that translates our platform, data, and investigative capabilities into real-world impact for customers across law enforcement, national security, financial institutions, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
Chainalysis is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join Global Services as a core technical practitioner. This is not a traditional services or solutions engineering role. Deployment Strategists are embedded technical experts who own the full lifecycle of customer value — from problem discovery and investigation through solution design, deployment, and customer enablement.
The role sits at the intersection of blockchain investigation, data analytics, domain expertise, and customer partnership. You will work directly with customers to understand their mission, conduct investigations, build tailored solutions, and enable customer teams to operationalise Chainalysis independently. Success requires deep investigative capability, genuine domain expertise, technical skill, and the ability to build trusted relationships through credibility — not just communication.
This is the role that makes Chainalysis essential to how our customers operate.
In this role, you’ll:
- Own end-to-end customer engagements — from discovery through investigation, solution design, deployment, enablement, and ongoing value delivery
- Conduct blockchain investigations across the Chainalysis platform, applying tracing, OSINT, and analytical techniques to real customer problems
- Partner directly with customers to understand investigative, intelligence, compliance, or operational objectives and translate them into actionable outcomes
- Design, build, and maintain custom workflows, notebooks, dashboards, queries, and data models using Chainalysis data and products
- Enable customers to operate solutions independently — building their capability so that Chainalysis becomes embedded in their operational infrastructure
- Act as the primary technical and domain advisor for your customers, building trusted relationships through hands-on expertise and credibility
- Deliver live training, demos, investigative walkthroughs, and technical briefings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Support pre-sales technical engagement for complex and strategic deals — helping customers understand what's possible and how to get there
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Global Intel, and Sales to influence roadmap and improve offerings based on field intelligence
- Develop and share domain expertise, investigative techniques, and best practices that raise the capability of the wider GS team
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Conducted or directly supported cryptocurrency investigations, blockchain intelligence work, or financial crime analysis in an operational environment
- Deep familiarity with blockchain ecosystems (BTC, ETH, stablecoins, DeFi) and how on-chain data is used in investigations, compliance, or intelligence workflows
- Delivered customer-facing technical solutions — whether investigative outputs, data products, or analytical workflows — in complex, real-world environments
- Worked directly with customers in law enforcement, national security, intelligence, compliance, financial crime, or security-focused domains
- Built insights from large or complex datasets and communicated findings to varied audiences — from analysts to executives
- Operated successfully in fast-paced, ambiguous environments requiring ownership, adaptability, and sound judgment
Required Skills:
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, transformation, and solution development
- Experience building notebooks, dashboards, and analytical workflows
- Solid understanding of data modelling, querying, and working with large datasets
- Ability to quickly develop deep expertise in Chainalysis data structures, schemas, and products
Domain Expertise
- Substantive knowledge of at least one domain: financial and cyber crime investigations, sanctions and compliance, fraud, national security, DeFi/protocol security, tax, or private sector risk
- Understanding of how customers in your domain operate — their workflows, regulatory environment, and what success looks like for them
- Ability to apply domain knowledge to shape investigation approach, solution design, and customer advisory
Customer & Communication Skills
- Proven ability to build trusted, long-term customer relationships through technical and domain credibility
- Excellent communication skills — can explain complex investigative and data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable leading customer sessions, workshops, training, and technical working groups
- Experience enabling and upskilling customer teams — not just delivering outputs, but building customer capability
Day-to-Day Activities
- Conduct investigations and analytical work using Chainalysis tools (Reactor, KYT, Data Solutions) in response to customer needs
- Develop and maintain technical artifacts — Python notebooks, SQL queries, dashboards, investigative reports — tailored to customer use cases
- Work side-by-side with customers to design workflows that operationalise Chainalysis data in their environment
- Enable customer teams through hands-on training, walkthroughs, and knowledge transfer — so they can operate independently
- Deliver live demos, investigative briefings, and solution presentations
- Support pre-sales activity — technical discovery, proof-of-value sessions, and solution scoping for prospective customers
- Gather feedback from customers and translate it into actionable recommendations for Product, Engineering, and Global Intel
- Contribute to live training delivery in your domain of expertise
- Support multiple customers concurrently while maintaining quality and responsiveness
- Develop your domain specialism through continuous learning, case work, and engagement with the broader investigations and intelligence community
Personal Attributes
- Highly curious and continuously learning about blockchain technology, investigations, and emerging threats.
- Strong customer focus with a genuine desire to help customers succeed in their mission.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and takes ownership of outcomes.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable operating across teams and functions.
- Deeply curious about blockchain technology, crypto crime, investigations, and the evolving threat landscape
- Strong customer focus with a genuine desire to help customers succeed in their mission — whether that's making an arrest, filing a SAR, or building a compliance programme
- Credibility-driven — earns trust through expertise and delivery, not just presentation
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and takes ownership of outcomes
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable operating across teams and functions
- Committed to developing deep domain expertise — not satisfied with surface-level knowledge
Nice to have experience:
- Direct experience with Chainalysis products
- Background in law enforcement, intelligence, or military investigations
- Experience providing expert evidence or supporting legal proceedings
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (BSA/AML, sanctions screening, MiCA, Travel Rule)
- Experience with data engineering tools and platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, cloud-based analytics)
- Published research, intelligence products, or thought leadership in blockchain analytics or financial crime
