ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
As a Product Operations Manager (Design), you will sit within Mistral's Product Operations function, with a focus on streamlining the operations of the design team. You will own how the Design team operates as a system — its cadences, its rituals, its coordination, and the connective tissue that lets designers focus on design. This role exists because a design org at our scale needs someone whose full-time job is the operating system itself: defining it, holding it, and continuously tuning it so the team runs with a heartbeat rather than on ad-hoc heroics.
You will own the team's weekly and quarterly cadences — from leadership syncs to planning, retros, and share-outs — and establish how we track work, surface it outward, and make decisions. You'll design the forums where decisions get made and recorded, keep the rituals that create alignment, and aggressively cut the ones that are just overhead.
Equally, you are the bridge across the org. You will coordinate the interlocks between Brand and Marketing for upcoming launches, and between Product and Product Design for the build pipeline — so interdependencies are understood and planned for, not discovered at the last minute. You will partner closely with marketing, PMs, engineering, GTM to align design work with go-to-market timing and surface what's shipping before it ships.
This is a team-of-one role with a founding design-ops mentality. You will build the discipline from scratch, automate repetitive coordination with AI where it helps, and coordinate people where it matters. You report to the Head of Product Operations, working day-to-day with the Head of Design and the design team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Define the operating system of the design team — the cadences, forums, rituals, and source-of-truth that keep the team aligned and moving forward.
- Own the weekly and quarterly cadences, from leadership syncs and critiques to planning, retros, and headcount-cycle inputs.
- Coordinate the Brand × Marketing and Product × Product Design interlocks so design work is surfaced with enough lead time and dependencies are planned, not discovered late.
- Establish how the team tracks and shares out work — a single source of truth for status, and the forums where design is made legible to the rest of the org.
- Design and hold decision-making forums so decisions get made, recorded, and not relitigated.
- Separate ritual from overhead — keep the cadences that create alignment and cut the ones that are just tax.
- Automate repetitive coordination, reporting, and tracking with AI so the team spends time on design, not admin.
- Bring the wider Product Operations toolkit to the design team — data and analytics for transparent reporting, structured feedback loops and early-access programmes, and launch coordination that aligns design work with product release cycles and go-to-market timing.
- Partner with marketing, PMs, engineering and GTM to align design work with go-to-market timing and surface what's shipping.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6–10 years of experience in design operations, product operations, program management, or a chief-of-staff role within a creative or product organization.
- A founding design-ops mindset — you've built operational disciplines from scratch, not just maintained inherited ones.
- Comfortable automating with AI tools to remove repetitive overhead, while equally skilled at coordinating people and building coalitions without authority.
- Strong systems thinking — you design repeatable rhythms and processes, not just run meetings.
- Design literacy — enough background to have felt the pain designers feel and to be credible with the team.
- A make-it-happen attitude: positive, bias to action, unblocks rather than escalates.
- Excellent communication and synthesis skills — you turn scattered signals into a shared source of truth.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and define your own scope in a role with no playbook and no team to delegate to.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

About the Team
Cx App Foundations is a platform organisation within our global Cx organisation. It provides shared consumer foundations and platform capabilities used by engineering teams across Wolt, DoorDash, and Deliveroo. Within this organisation, the Velocity team owns the paved road for consumer app development across mobile and web: shared SDKs and client foundations, integration patterns and multi-brand customisation, migration playbooks and reference implementations, and developer tooling that makes building on shared foundations fast and safe. Our mission is to reduce the cost, time, and risk of building consumer experiences across platforms and brands. Product teams own customer-facing experiences; our job is to make sure they can spend their time on delivering delightful experiences. The team is AI-native: AI is a default part of how we design, build, and ship software.
About the Role
As the Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of experienced engineers across mobile and web, collaborating closely with product teams, design, and adjacent platform organisations across three brands. Your primary responsibility will be owning the team's roadmap and delivery of shared client foundations, and driving their adoption across the organisation, so that product teams ship delightful customer experiences without rebuilding the foundations under them. You will be a key player in keeping the team's operating model healthy: clear intake from stakeholders, predictable delivery, and support expectations that keep the platform from drifting into a general escalation queue. You will also guide architectural and system design decisions with your tech leads. You will stay hands-on: contributing code, reviews, and prototypes alongside the team is part of the job. This role is ideal for a leader who has run platforms, SDKs, or shared services for other engineering teams, communicates clearly across brands and time zones, and wants their impact measured through what other teams achieve with the foundations you ship.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
Own the platform roadmap - the shared SDKs, client foundations, and developer tooling the team ships - and sequence it against the migration and adoption goals of the three brands
Drive adoption of the shared foundations by partnering with product teams, running onboarding and rollout support, and making the supported path the easiest path
Lead, coach, and grow experienced mobile and web engineers, keeping growth conversations, calibration, and feedback loops running
Keep the team's operating model healthy: clear intake (stakeholder management, shared-platform, product-specific, or exception work), supported capabilities with entry criteria and support expectations, and predictable delivery
Guide architectural and system design decisions for client foundations that three brands and multiple app platforms depend on
Stay hands-on by contributing code and reviews alongside the team, and champion AI-native development practices
Grow the team through hiring
Our humble expectations
You have 3+ years of experience managing engineers, including a team with senior engineers
You have a solid background (5+ years) in mobile or web engineering, with enough technical depth to hold your own in architecture discussions about client foundations
You use AI tooling fluently in your day-to-day work and stay close to the code
You have run a platform, SDK, or shared service that other teams depend on, and know how to treat internal customers as customers
You work across boundaries naturally: product teams, design, other platform organisations, data/analytics and stakeholders in other locations and time zones
You hold a high bar for engineering quality and can navigate production incidents and release tradeoffs with calm structure
You are based in Helsinki, Finland
What we offer
A platform leadership role with real leverage: the foundations the team owns shape how consumer experiences get built across Wolt, DoorDash, and Deliveroo, and your roadmap decisions multiply across every product team that builds on them.
Next steps
The position will be filled as soon as we find the right person, so make sure to apply as soon as you realize you really, really want to join us!
The compensation will be a combination of monthly pay and DoorDash RSUs. The latter makes it exceptionally easy to be excited about our company growing and doing well, as you’ll own a piece of the pie.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ OPERATIONS AT ALAN
The Operations Community’s core responsibilities is to deliver at scale our insurance and health services : we build our platform and operational capabilities and run our processes to guarantee delight and efficiency.

Additionally, you monitor the performance of external service providers to meet SLAs & perform quality controls. To do so, we continuously control & improve the quality of our processes : ensuring we have consistent information for invoicing, unlocking employee invite/removals in case of issue and supporting admin in case of payment issue or bankruptcy.
Note: We look for profiles able to embrace any challenge and jump in any pool ! Depending on Alan needs (and personal interests), an Operations Expert will join in a pool and can change and explore new scopes after some time. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll work alongside diverse, cross-border teams and supportive colleagues who share knowledge and want to see you succeed. Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, and a growing web of integrated SaaS tools run large parts of Wrike's business. As that footprint grows, we're hiring a dedicated analyst to bring stronger visibility, governance, and risk understanding to this business systems estate — partnering closely with the teams who own and use these tools.
Your Impact:
Own security for Wrike's business systems SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, and the integrations that connect them, covering permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, OAuth scopes, and integrations.
Build and maintain clear visibility into what data lives in these systems, why it's there, and how it flows between integrated tools.
Partner with RevOps, Marketing, Legal and others to embed security into how these platforms are configured, extended, and connected to third-party services.
Translate security and business-continuity issues into clear, actionable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure business systems handling personal data hold up against privacy frameworks including GDPR and CCPA, in close collaboration with Legal and Compliance.
Chase data-flow and permission questions to ground truth which means following through until the answer and its implications are genuinely clear.
Your Qualifications:
Your primary expertise is in Salesforce administration and business systems security. Everything else listed here is context you'll operate in. Depth in the primary domain matters more than breadth across all of them.
Salesforce administration experience with a strong security lens. This means permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, and integration patterns.
Solid understanding of how business systems interconnect and why that matters for data exposure and business continuity.
Able to communicate issues precisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Working knowledge of privacy frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA at minimum.
You don't need to tick every box! We're looking for depth in business systems security and the drive to grow across the rest.
Standout Qualities:
Certified Salesforce Administrator credential.
Security+, ISC2 CC, or an equivalent security certification.
Experience auditing or governing SaaS-to-SaaS integrations
Exposure to data security posture management (DSPM) or data classification in SaaS environments.
You use AI as a force multiplier — to move faster, think wider, and go deeper — but your security instincts and judgement are your own. You don't outsource thinking to a tool.
Demonstrated tenacity in chasing complex data flows and access permissions across multi-tool integrations to a definitive answer.
Team Dynamics:
You will be joining Wrike's 15-member global Security team led by Maksim Pekuryn, Director of Security. You will report directly to Swen Groeneveld, Head of Security Operations, whose 8-person sub-team includes Security Engineers, Application Security, and SOC specialists. You'll also work closely with cross-functional partners in RevOps, Marketing, and Legal.
Our Work Style:
Tech stack: Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, OAuth integrations, connected apps, and related business SaaS tooling.
Collaborative environment working closely with RevOps, Legal, and Marketing teams.
Hybrid mode.

Grow With Us
We are looking for a Senior Software Solutions Engineer in Professional Services (PS) to join our growing team. In this role, you will own the design, development, and delivery of complex technical integrations between our platform and enterprise client systems. You'll operate at the intersection of deep software engineering and customer partnership — leading integration architecture decisions, mentoring junior engineers, and driving technical standards across the PS organization.
The majority of your time is spent writing code, architecting scalable solutions, and solving genuinely hard technical problems. You'll bring an AI-native mindset to everything you build — leveraging LLMs, automation, and modern AI tooling to deliver faster, smarter outcomes for clients and the team. You'll work directly with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into production-grade software, with direct, visible impact on customer retention and satisfaction.
Day in the Life
Integration & Internal Engineering (50%)
Architect and build robust API integrations between our platform and client HR, payroll, and POS systems
Develop and maintain reusable integration frameworks and shared libraries that accelerate delivery across the team
Own the full software lifecycle — from design and development through testing, deployment, and production support
Build data migration pipelines and CSV transformation solutions for enterprise onboarding
Develop two-way payroll integrations with complex business logic and error handling
Build and deploy custom internal tools that improve team efficiency, integration observability, and customer operations
Own infrastructure-as-code and deployment pipelines using Terraform, GitHub Actions, and related CI/CD tooling — you ship to production, not just to staging
Apply AI-native development practices: using LLMs and AI tooling to accelerate development cycles, generate smarter automation, and build more intelligent solutions for clients and internal teams
Technical Leadership & Mentorship (20%)
Review code and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers on the PS team
Establish and document engineering best practices, integration patterns, and internal tooling standards
Champion AI best practices across the team — helping others understand when and how to use AI tooling effectively and responsibly
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface recurring customer pain points and influence the platform roadmap
Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration (20%)
Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients to define integration scope and requirements
Translate complex business and compliance requirements into clear technical specifications
Serve as the senior technical voice in client conversations — able to communicate architecture decisions confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences
Custom Solutions & Tooling (10%)
Build custom reporting tools, enterprise-grade career site implementations, and AI-assisted automation for customers
Develop internal tooling and dashboards to improve team efficiency, reduce manual work, and scale PS delivery
Who You Are
Engineering Depth:
You write clean, production-quality code and take ownership of what you ship. You think in systems, not just scripts.
AI-Native:
You don't just know AI exists — you actively use it. You're fluent with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development workflows, and you have strong instincts around where AI adds genuine value vs. where it introduces risk
Integration Expertise:
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and workflow automation platforms (Workato or similar)
DevOps Fluency:
You're comfortable with Terraform, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines — shipping and maintaining production infrastructure is part of your normal workflow, not an afterthought
Technical Leadership:
You've mentored engineers, led code reviews, and contributed to engineering standards — not just executed tickets
Problem Solving:
You enjoy ambiguous problems and bring structured thinking to novel technical challenges
Communication:
You can hold your own in a technical architecture conversation and turn around and explain the same concept clearly to a non-technical customer
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or a related technical customer-facing role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Experience designing and consuming REST APIs at scale
Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or equivalent)
Demonstrated AI-native development practices — active use of LLM APIs, AI tooling, or AI-assisted workflows in prior roles
Familiarity with version control and collaborative development workflows (GitHub)
Experience with workflow automation platforms (Workato, Zapier, or similar)
Must be willing to work during US business hours
Nice to Have
Proficiency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript; comfortable owning backend services while being capable across the stack
Prior experience in SaaS implementation, professional services, or a customer-facing engineering role
Exposure to HRIS, payroll, or POS system integrations
Experience building and maintaining shared internal developer tooling or libraries
Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or agentic AI frameworks

Douro Labs is the core development team behind the Pyth Network. We're looking for a Market Analyst to track the crypto markets, specifically prediction markets and perpetual futures, and turn that understanding into business opportunities for Pyth.
This role is for an analyst who can read the market and explain why it matters to us: someone who can pull on-chain and venue data to quantify a new trend one hour and write the report that convinces the team to act on it the next. You will serve as our eyes on two of the fastest-moving areas in crypto, covering the market side (monitoring events, trader conversations, volumes, and new venues across prediction markets and perps) and the product side (translating that research into a clear picture of our users and concrete opportunities for Pyth).
- Location: Remote (US or Europe)
- Type: Full-time
- Reports to: Head of Technical Operations
About Our Team and Your Role
We are a well-rounded team: half of us are tech whizzes, while the other half excel in building partnerships with institutional clients, prime brokers, and the global financial infrastructure community. Curiosity and rigor are key to how we operate.
Remote Work: Our team is spread across the globe, from the US and South America to Europe and Asia. We are a digital-first organization where remote work is the norm.
Startup-level Speed: We thrive in the dynamic DeFi space and need an analyst who can go from question to answer quickly, without waiting for direction.
The Mission: You will be shaping how Pyth grows in prediction markets and perpetual futures. As these markets expand and new venues launch, your research will inform where we build next and how we serve the teams building on our data.
About the Role
This is a hybrid research/strategy role. At the outset, you'll monitor prediction markets and perps day to day and connect what's happening to our business. Over time, your research is expected to directly shape product decisions and new opportunities across Pyth.
We want research that leads to action: every piece of work should end with a clear view on what it means for Pyth and what we should do about it.
Responsibilities
Market Monitoring
- Track news, launches, and structural shifts across prediction markets and perpetual futures
- Monitor the conversations where traders are active, including X, Discord servers, Telegram groups, and other trader communities, to spot sentiment shifts and emerging trends early
- Follow volumes, open interest, funding rates, and market share across major venues
- Connect recent events to their impact on Pyth and share timely takeaways with the team
- Maintain a current view of the competitive landscape, including oracles and data providers serving these markets
User Research
- Research prediction market and perps protocols to understand how they use price data
- Map who our users are, what they need, and where current solutions fall short
- Build dashboards and datasets the team can use to follow these markets
Product Opportunities
- Turn research findings into concrete product ideas for Pyth
- Size opportunities using market and on-chain data
- Work with product, engineering, and BD to prioritize and pressure-test ideas
- Track how launched initiatives perform against the original thesis
Research and Reporting
- Write clear, convincing research reports for internal and external audiences
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership
- Build a repeatable research process the team can rely on
About You
- Background as an analyst at a crypto research firm or in a research/data role at a perps exchange or prediction market
- Deep understanding of prediction market and perpetual futures market structure
- Active in trader communities and comfortable picking up signal from X, Discord, and Telegram
- Proficient with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Dune or similar)
- Strong writer with a track record of research that drives decisions
- Analytical and a self-starter, comfortable owning a research agenda independently
- Comfortable with startup pace and evolving scope
