About the Role:
BOSS Revolution helps millions of people around the world stay connected with family and friends through international calling, mobile top-up, and money services. As a Senior Flutter Developer on the DTC Calling team you'll build and evolve the flagship BOSS Revolution app.
Your main direction is Product-Led Growth (PLG): the referral program (Refer-a-Friend), onboarding and activation funnels, promo and reward mechanics (loyalty and subscription offers, first-transfer and recharge bonuses, upsell offers), and the experiments that decide which of them ship. It is the main direction, not the only one: you'll take on any work the team owns — home, calling, money-transfer and top-up flows, subscriptions and payments — as the roadmap requires.
You'll work in one of the largest Flutter codebases in production — a monorepo of 100+ internal packages, feature-first clean architecture, and a strong engineering culture around code quality, testing, and automation — and ship in short, instrumented iterations: hypothesis → flag → variant → metric → decision. The app also carries a native calling stack (SIP/VoIP on Android and iOS); experience there is welcome, not required.
What You'll Do:
Growth (main direction)
Build growth mechanics end-to-end
: referral flows (invite links, deferred deep links, reward tracking), onboarding & activation funnels, promo/reward dialogs and offer surfaces, in-app surveys — from a PRD with a success metric to a measured result in production.
Run experiments as a habit
: ship behind feature flags, wire variant assignment from our remote-config / A/B service (fixed-split and multi-armed-bandit tests) and Firebase Remote Config, tag events with test and variant, watch guardrail metrics, and remove the flag once the test is decided.
Instrument and validate analytics
: define and implement Amplitude/GA events and properties, keep the event taxonomy clean across releases, verify events before launch, and read funnel dashboards together with the PM and data team.
Render server-driven promo content
: integrate with our in-house campaign platform — targeted campaigns, remotely configurable copy and creatives, layout updates pushed from the backend in real time — with versioned fallbacks, so campaigns launch without an app release.
Integrate third-party growth SDKs
: attribution (AppsFlyer), Braze (push, content cards), ads (AdMob / AppLovin), payments and KYC vendors — mostly through Flutter plugins, occasionally extending them in Kotlin/Swift via platform channels.
Across the app and team
Ship product features beyond growth
: home screen, calling flows (Flutter UI over the native SIP stack), money-transfer and top-up flows, subscriptions and payments (card and wallet flows, Google/Apple Pay), country selection, chat and social features, performance and tech-debt work — the same standards, a different surface.
Own features within our architecture
: feature-first clean architecture, Bloc/Cubit state management, repositories, immutable state, Result-based error handling; migrate legacy Provider/ViewModel code in the modules you touch (e.g. the referral module) to the current patterns.
Work at real scale
: a Melos-managed monorepo with 100+ packages, strict dependency hierarchy, code generation (json_serializable / freezed), a shared design system, and a 90% diff-coverage gate enforced per package in CI (bloc_test + mocktail).
Keep releases healthy
: trunk-based development, ~2 releases a month through GitHub Actions and Fastlane, Crashlytics plus product-metric monitoring, staged rollouts and kill-switches for risky changes.
Collaborate cross-functionally
: with product managers (growth and core product), backend engineers (campaign, config and A/B services), data & BI, marketing (Braze campaigns) and QA — and push back on asks that cannot be measured.
Use AI-assisted development
as part of the everyday workflow: Cursor / Claude Code / Copilot with in-repo prompts, agents and MCP integrations.
We're Looking For:
5+ years building mobile apps, including 3+ years with Flutter in production.
Strong Flutter/Dart: Bloc/Cubit or comparable structured state management, async programming and isolates, code generation, dependency injection, clean architecture and modularization.
Hands-on, experiment-driven product development: feature flags and remote config (Firebase Remote Config, LaunchDarkly, Statsig, GrowthBook or an in-house service), A/B rollout mechanics (staged rollout, sticky assignment, kill-switch) and analytics instrumentation (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA or similar) — including knowing how your experiments ended.
Deep linking, including deferred deep links and App Links / Universal Links setup; understanding of attribution flows.
Working knowledge of native Android (Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift) at the level of platform-channel and SDK integrations.
Strong testing culture: unit and bloc tests with mocked collaborators, deterministic tests, comfortable working under coverage gates.
Full lifecycle experience: Git, CI/CD (e.g. GitHub Actions), code signing, store deployment, post-release monitoring.
Product mindset: can work from a PRD with success metrics, propose instrumentation and guardrails, and explain trade-offs to non-engineers.
English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
It Would Be a Plus:
Time on a dedicated growth or monetization team: referral programs, onboarding optimization, paywalls / subscriptions, retention work, multi-armed bandits.
Attribution and marketing SDKs by name: AppsFlyer, Kochava, Adjust, Branch; Braze, Iterable, CleverTap.
Server-driven UI or remotely configurable content systems.
Payments and subscriptions on mobile: card flows, 3DS, in-app purchases, Google/Apple Pay.
VoIP / real-time communication: SIP, WebRTC, CallKit / Telecom framework, push-triggered call handling, audio session management.
Large monorepos (melos, Mason, Dart workspaces); migrating legacy state-management patterns.
Beyond mobile: backend / BFF for growth features, data pipelines, observability.
Telecom, fintech or other regulated consumer products (KYC, fraud vendors).
Comfort with AI-assisted development tooling.
We are pleased to offer you:

Overview
Nex is looking for a Senior Producer, External Japan to drive our externally developed game projects on Nex Playground in the Japanese market. Sitting in the Publishing organization and reporting to the Japan General Manager, this is a pivotal role as we expand beyond our internal development capacity, and a unique opportunity to tap into Japan’s world-class game development ecosystem and its rich landscape of iconic IP.
You will own the external product pipeline from ideation through launch and sustain phases, working with a wide range of Japanese game developers, from major studios to mid-size and boutique teams, as well as leading IP holders spanning anime, manga, character, and entertainment franchises, to bring bar-raising experiences to Nex Playground.
The Senior Producer, External Japan will partner closely with internal game development teams, QA, BD, Legal, and the Japan GTM team, while collaborating with the US Publishing organization to ensure Japan’s external content pipeline is aligned with the global roadmap and platform standards.
The Role
Your core focus is managing Japan’s external game development pipeline end-to-end, from identifying and onboarding the right developer and IP partners, through green light, production, launch, and live operations. That includes:
Owning the full production pipeline for externally developed experiences in Japan, from developer pitch and selection through GTM and sustain.
Building and managing relationships with Japan-based game developers of all scales, from major studios to mid-size and boutique teams, as second-party development partners.
Negotiating and managing partnerships with Japanese IP holders, including anime, manga, character, and entertainment licensors.
Serving as the primary Japan-side partner to the US Publishing team, ensuring Japan’s external content pipeline is integrated into the global roadmap.
Reporting to the Japan General Manager and representing Japan’s external development strategy in global publishing forums.
What You’ll Do
Game Quality & Creative Direction
Develop a deep, inside-out understanding of each externally developed title, its gameplay systems, creative vision, target audience, and quality bar, so that all feedback and decisions are grounded in a clear view of what the game needs to be.
Set the destination clearly for each project, defining the quality bar and creative vision, while leaving how to get there to the developer and their Director. The Producer’s role is to bring out the best in the development team, not to do their job for them.
Conduct regular, structured playthroughs and build reviews throughout the development cycle, providing sharp, meaningful, and timely feedback through questions and commentary that motivate the team and elevate quality without overriding the developer’s creative ownership.
Continuously assess whether each project is tracking toward the right vision, not just technically complete, but genuinely fun, polished, and right for the Nex Playground audience, and course-correct early when it is not.
Recognize that a project requiring the Producer to take over creative direction is already in trouble; intervene early through clear communication, targeted feedback, and escalation before a project reaches that point.
Exercise the Producer’s ultimate authority decisively and with sound judgment when necessary, including recommending a change of Director or, in extreme cases, replacing the Developer entirely. Knowing when and how to make that call, and having the courage and clarity to act on it at the right moment, is one of the most critical responsibilities of this role.
Budget, Schedule & Green Light Management
Drive the green light process for each Japan external project, proactively coordinating with BD, Finance, Legal, and US Publishing to gather required inputs, align stakeholders, schedule green light reviews, and secure formal approval to proceed.
Own the milestone approval process end-to-end: prepare milestone review materials, schedule and facilitate approval meetings with relevant internal stakeholders, manage pre-meeting alignment, and ensure decisions are documented and communicated clearly.
Manage the full budget for each Japan external development project, tracking costs against approved budgets, processing milestone payments, managing change requests, and flagging financial risks to the Japan GM and Finance team.
Define, maintain, and enforce project schedules and milestone plans for all Japan external titles, holding developers accountable to agreed timelines and proactively identifying and resolving schedule risks before they become blockers.
Escalate budget overruns, schedule slippage, or unresolvable quality concerns to the Japan GM and US Publishing team promptly, with clear context and recommended actions.
External Production Pipeline Management
Oversee the entire production pipeline for Japan externally developed experiences, including developer pitch and selection, green light, project planning, milestone tracking, and launch readiness.
Build out production frameworks and implement tracking mechanisms to manage the Japan external pipeline from pre-green light through GTM and sustain phases.
Foster a collaborative, problem-solving approach with Japan development teams to drive high-quality games and experiences that meet Nex Playground’s bar.
Work with the internal Development team to support Japan external projects as needed, ensuring smooth integration with Nex Playground’s platform and technical standards.
Developer Relationships & Onboarding
Identify, evaluate, and onboard Japan-based game developers across all scales, from major studios and mid-size teams to boutique developers, as Nex Playground external development partners.
Manage the full developer onboarding process for Japan developers, including documentation, tooling access, Discord channel management, and ongoing developer communications.
Contribute to an evolving green light process for new Japan development projects, coordinating with BD, Finance, and Legal to conduct thorough developer due diligence and reviews.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with Japan’s game development community across all studio sizes and types, positioning Nex Playground as a premier platform partner.
Represent Nex Playground at Japan game industry events, developer conferences, and networking forums to identify and cultivate new development partnerships.
Japanese IP Partner Management
Identify and pursue partnerships with Japanese IP holders across anime, manga, character franchises, and entertainment properties that are a strong fit for Nex Playground’s audience.
Develop and implement a constructive feedback loop for Japanese IP holders and key internal stakeholders to enhance overall game quality while upholding high standards across gameplay, visuals, branding, and design.
Manage day-to-day relationships with IP licensors, including approval processes, creative reviews, milestone sign-offs, and compliance with licensor brand guidelines.
Work closely with BD and Legal to structure and negotiate IP licensing agreements, ensuring commercial terms and usage rights are clearly defined and protected.
Navigate the nuances of Japanese licensor relationships with cultural sensitivity and professionalism, building mutual trust and long-term partnership value.
Localization Support & Planning
Work closely with the Localization Manager to ensure localization is planned, scoped, and resourced from the earliest stages of each Japan external project, not treated as an afterthought.
Incorporate localization milestones into each project’s master schedule, ensuring string freezes, asset handoffs, translation turnarounds, and localization QA are accounted for and protected throughout the production cycle.
Monitor localization progress against the schedule, proactively identifying risks or delays and working with the Localization Manager and external developer to resolve blockers before they impact the launch date.
Facilitate communication between the external developer and the Localization Manager, ensuring developers understand localization requirements, handoff processes, and quality standards from the outset.
Ensure that localized builds are reviewed and signed off as part of the milestone approval process, and that localization quality is treated as a non-negotiable component of overall game quality.
Live Operations & Sustain
Plan and manage for success with Live Operations for Japan external titles, including developing update plans, quality of life improvements, and major content releases.
Monitor post-launch performance of Japan external titles using data-driven insights to inform live ops decisions and improve KPIs aligned with business goals.
Coordinate with Japan GTM, QA, and the US Publishing team on content release cadence and sustain strategy for Japan external titles.
Manage IP licensor approvals for ongoing live content updates, ensuring all new content meets licensor standards and is cleared efficiently.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with:
Japan General Manager: direct reporting line; external production strategy, green light decisions, and Japan content roadmap
US Publishing team: align Japan external pipeline with global roadmap, share production frameworks, and coordinate on platform standards
Japan GTM & Performance Marketing Manager: coordinate on launch readiness, GTM planning, and content marketing for Japan external titles
Internal Game Development team: technical integration support for Japan external projects

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We are looking for a Product Security Engineer to build the systems that triage and validate bug bounty and other externally reported security findings, not to work the queue. This role suits a software engineer moving into security or a security engineer with a strong engineering background. You will build large language model (LLM) and agent-based tooling that validates findings, traces them to their root cause, and opens fixes for well-understood vulnerability classes. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco or New York City, with three days a week in the office.
What you’ll do
Build the systems that take in externally reported vulnerabilities and assess validity, severity, and reproducibility at a volume manual triage cannot match
Build LLM and agent-based analysis that validates business logic, authentication, and design-level findings, not just known signatures
Build systems that trace validated findings to their root cause and propose, and increasingly open, fixes for well-understood vulnerability classes, with human review gates
Own the bug bounty program, including scope, policy, and researcher engagement, and feed every resolved report back into automated triage
Extend the tooling into security testing capabilities that customers can use on what they build and deploy
What you need
5+ years of software engineering or security engineering experience, building and shipping production systems or internal tools
Wrote production code in JavaScript/TypeScript on Node.js, with hands-on experience in web frameworks such as Next.js or React
Built with LLM or agent-based tooling
Reproduced and assessed externally reported vulnerabilities, including judging severity
Bonus if you
Built security automation used across an engineering org, not just for your own team
Built systems that auto-generate or propose code fixes, not just findings
Tested or secured multi-tenant platforms where customer-built applications run on shared infrastructure
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $208,000.00 - $312,000.00. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
WHY THIS BET
Most humanoid efforts are racing toward fully general-purpose bipeds with five-fingered hands. We made a different call — informed by direct customer conversations and a team that has actually deployed robots at fleet scale in prior companies. Our wedge is the practical one: wheeled industrial humanoids that solve real customer problems today, on a generalized hardware platform with generalized learning paradigms.
What that means for the role: The combination of generalized hardware and generalized learning lets us deploy and integrate astonishingly fast — high-performance capability landing in customer facilities in days to weeks, not quarters. Industrial customers used to the multi-quarter integration cycles that are the industry norm consistently tell us this looks different. It is.
HOW WE THINK ABOUT AI
The AI stack is our long-term flywheel. We are aggressively pushing the envelope on modern robot learning — fleet learning, embodied agents, foundation models for autonomy — and leveraging AI agents across the product workflow itself. The platform is generalized enough that a capability trained once propagates across every robot in the field. Our public AI white paper has more: https://thehumanoid.ai/ai/
ABOUT THE ROLE
As VP of Industrial Product Engineering, you will be the single engineering owner of industrial product delivery — the person who, across hardware, software, AI, and system integration, makes sure what we ship is what our customers actually need, in the order they need it, on the timeline they need it.
You won't run a siloed sub-org. You will work as a peer to our functional engineering leaders — hardware, software, AI, test — leading prioritization for engineers dedicated to the industrial product. Think of this as a technical GM for industrial: you own what and when; you partner with functional leads who own how.
This role reports directly to the CTO.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own end-to-end engineering delivery for the industrial product — from design, through pilots, through scale and iteration in the field — across HW, SW, AI, and system integration & test.
- Direct prioritization for the engineers hard-allocated to industrial across our matrixed functions (industrial / common / home). Partner closely with functional leads on shared platform work, and with Ops on manufacturing readiness.
- Be the single source of truth on industrial engineering delivery and forward roadmap for the CEO, Commercial team, Product, and customers.
- Build a delivery engine that releases production software on a fast, predictable cadence and that scales beyond the first industrial product line.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 15+ years in engineering leadership, with a track record of shipping multi-disciplinary HW/SW/AI products at meaningful scale.
- Software-biased background. Most of the long-term work here is software and AI — deployment, fleet learning, capability iteration. We need a leader whose center of gravity is software, with the HW and AI fluency to drive us to a world-class holistic product.
- Deep understanding of the industrial market — what real industrial customers in logistics, manufacturing, automotive and adjacent verticals actually buy, integrate, and rely on. UK or EU industrial experience is a strong plus; US industrial deployment experience is equally valued.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrix — you have driven outcomes across teams you didn't directly manage, and you can show how.
- You have taken product from zero to one, and have delighted customers with innovative solutions to solve their real pain points.
- Deep technical credibility across HW, SW, and modern AI — enough to debate functional leads as a peer, not just review their work.
- Comfort operating across distributed teams (London, Boston, Vancouver, San Diego).
- Calibrated for the pace of a company moving from prototype to production at the same time it's raising and growing.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AT 12 MONTHS
- Long term pilots transition smoothly into scaled deployments at multiple customer locations.
- Robots in reliable operation around the clock, delivering to strict SLAs.
- HW, SW, and AI are all moving at best-in-class quality — none of the three is sacrificed to hit a near-term gate.
LOCATION
London required. The role requires daily proximity to the people you'll be coordinating with across engineering/ops/product/business.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

You will own identity and IAM end to end, replacing the approval queue with access that is self-serve, time-bound, and provable, built so identity is defined as code, reviewed in pull requests, deployed through CI, and observable in production, and you will help decide how agents act on behalf of users and systems. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco or New York City, with three days a week in the office.
What you’ll do
Migrate Okta and related IAM configuration to Terraform so every identity change is reviewed, tested, and versioned, and help engineering teams adopt infrastructure as code
Build a self-serve access platform, including just-in-time (JIT) access, that lets team and system owners define, request, and time-bound their own access
Own provisioning, deprovisioning, and access review workflows that generate System and Organization Controls 2 (SOC 2) audit evidence automatically
Unify corporate IAM (employee identity, SaaS access, devices) and production IAM (service accounts, infrastructure permissions, on-call access) into one identity plane, and enforce least-privilege access across cloud, SaaS, and production infrastructure
Define and build how agents request and hold access, working with the Accounts team on product-facing identity
What you need
7+ years building and owning identity, access management, or platform security systems, including IAM design across corporate (Okta or equivalent) and production (AWS or GCP) environments
Built and operated production services or self-service platforms in TypeScript/Node.js, Go, or Python, including REST APIs
Implemented OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), and System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) at the protocol level, including failure modes such as token replay and sync drift
Managed IAM infrastructure as code in Terraform
Bonus if you
Led a Terraform migration for IAM or identity infrastructure at scale
Designed or built a JIT access system or access governance platform
Designed delegation or scoped-credential models for agents or service identities
