Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom. OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
About The Opportunity
We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Growth Product Manager to join OKX's Growth team and own the programs that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention at scale. You will design, ship, and iterate on growth campaigns, referral mechanics, and incentive systems that directly move our core business metrics.
OKX is one of the world's leading crypto exchanges, serving over 50 million users globally. As we scale our US and European presence in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape, our Growth team sits at the intersection of product, data, and go-to-market. If you want to do the most impactful growth work in crypto right now, with real budget, real data, and real users, this is the seat.
What You’ll Be Doing
Define the growth product vision and own the roadmap and set the strategic direction for where we invest, what we build, and how we win across key markets.
Design, ship, and iterate on growth campaigns and features with clear hypotheses, rapid experimentation cycles, and measurable outcomes.
Read data like a native: independently conduct funnel analysis, cohort segmentation, and channel ROI modeling to identify the highest-leverage growth opportunities and make fast resource allocation decisions.
Build fraud-resistant growth systems by design — model abuse vectors proactively, architect product-level guardrails against bot attacks, multi-accounting, and reward farming, and balance acquisition scale with cost quality as a P&L owner.
Drive cross-functional execution cross-functionally in a fast-moving, globally distributed org.
Champion AI-native product development, leverage LLMs, agentic workflows, and automation tools to accelerate analysis, prototyping, and decision-making across the team.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to localize growth strategies and adapt playbooks across different regulatory and market environments.
What We Look For In You
5–10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years directly owning growth, user acquisition, or activation — ideally at a crypto exchange, fintech platform, or hyper-growth consumer company.
Proven track record of designing and shipping growth campaigns or referral/incentive programs that drove significant user or revenue growth, with quantifiable results.
Sharp product instinct for user experience, you can spot friction in a signup flow, a poorly positioned CTA, or a broken incentive loop from the user's perspective, and you fix it fast.
Strong understanding of fraud and abuse patterns in growth programs
Thrives in ambiguity and speed: you're comfortable operating with incomplete information, making fast calls, and course-correcting.
Genuine enthusiasm for AI-native workflows to multiply your output and are excited about integrating them into product development processes.
Excellent communication skills, can distill complex data and tradeoffs into clear recommendations for leadership, and can align diverse stakeholders without heavy process overhead.
Experience with multi-market or multi-region growth is a strong plus.
Crypto-native or fintech background is strongly preferred.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About The Opportunity
OKX's Trading Products team owns the core trading experience across Spot, Margin, and Perpetual/Futures — spanning the full user journey from pre-trade decision-making, through order execution, to post-trade settlement and risk management. As our trading volumes and product complexity continue to grow globally, we are looking for a
Trading Product Manager
who can own and evolve both the
user-facing trading experience
and the
underlying trading mechanics
that power it.
This role sits at the intersection of product design and trading logic. You will work on how users discover, price, place, and manage trades (pre-trade / trade / post-trade), while also owning the correctness and soundness of the core mechanisms beneath the surface — margin models, funding rate formulas, liquidation logic, risk parameter design, and order/matching behavior. You will work closely with engineering, risk, quant, and design teams to ship trading features that are intuitive for users and rigorous under the hood.
What You’ll Be Doing
Start from users and the market to uncover real trading-experience needs
— Continuously surface user pain points through user research, behavioral data, community feedback, and conversations with active traders, ensuring product direction is grounded in real signal rather than internal assumptions.
Benchmark against industry best practices to build best-in-class trading product competitiveness
— Continuously track developments in crypto and traditional finance markets and the latest moves from leading products, translating external insight into concrete product opportunities that keep our trading experience and competitiveness ahead of the industry.
Build and continuously refine the end-to-end trading experience
— Own the full journey across pre-trade (market data presentation, decision-support tools, leverage/margin setup, risk disclosures), trade (order flow, execution feedback, order book/depth interaction), and post-trade (position management, PnL display, settlement statements) — from defining requirements through to shipping the solution.
Drive efficient cross-team collaboration with mature program-management execution
— Bring a complete product methodology, independently write rigorous PRDs, and lead alignment and coordination across engineering, risk, quant, design, and compliance. Own the full project lifecycle — from requirements definition and solution design, through development scheduling, to launch validation and post-launch review — ensuring every stage closes the loop with a clear outcome, without relying on others to drive progress.
Apply rigorous quantitative thinking to understand and reason about trading mechanics
— Bring strong logical reasoning and quantitative analysis skills, with the ability to learn fast and quickly master core trading mechanisms such as margin, leverage, funding rates, and liquidation. Candidates with a deep understanding of trading systems are preferred.
What We Look For In You
We are open to two types of candidates for this role:
(a) Experienced Trading Practitioners
Prior hands-on experience in trading — either within crypto (exchange product, quant, trading desk) or in traditional finance (equities, futures, FX, derivatives) — with direct exposure to how trading products and mechanisms are designed and operated.
Solid understanding of core trading concepts: margin/leverage, order types, market microstructure, risk management, and P&L mechanics.
Comfortable reading and reasoning through trading formulas (e.g. mark price, funding rate, liquidation price) and translating them into clear product logic.
(b) High-Potential Talent
Strong quantitative/analytical foundation — a background in mathematics, physics, statistics, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, with strong academic performance.
High self-drive and fast learning ability — demonstrated track record of picking up complex, technical domains quickly and independently, even without prior trading experience.
Genuine intellectual curiosity about financial markets and trading mechanics, with the rigor to work through formulas and edge cases rather than relying on surface-level understanding.
Common requirements for both profiles:
3+ years of product management experience (or equivalent hands-on experience in quant/trading roles for candidates from profile (a)).
Strong technical intuition — comfortable discussing system architecture and data flows with engineers, and reasoning through quantitative models. You don't need to be a developer, but you think with the rigor of one.
Excellent communication skills — able to write a precise, technically sound PRD, and to explain complex trading mechanics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
High agency and execution velocity — comfortable operating in ambiguity, moving from open question to shipped solution, and making decisions with incomplete information.
Genuine passion for crypto and trading — actively uses trading products, understands order types and market microstructure, and can explain how margin, leverage, or liquidation mechanics work. Ideally, you have skin in the game.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required
to communicate effectively with internal engineering and product stakeholders in the China-based R&D center.
Nice-To-Haves
Experience with derivatives products (perpetual futures, options) either as a builder or an active trader.
Familiarity with risk parameter design (margin tiers, liquidation engines, insurance funds) at an exchange or financial institution.
Quantitative modeling experience (e.g. Python, SQL) sufficient to validate trading formulas or backtest mechanism changes.
Prior work in a high-growth crypto exchange, trading firm, or fintech company.
Fluency in English is preferred to better support communication with global product and business stakeholders.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants

- Increase organic traffic growth through SEO foundations, site structure, and content architecture
- Lead continuous iteration across key journeys: homepage, product pages, pricing, blog/docs, and landing pages
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Growth, and Design to ensure the website reflects Peec’s product quality and narrative
- Manage and coordinate designers and collaborators with high taste and clear direction
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience owning and evolving a website at a high-growth B2B SaaS company with a strong design bar
- Strong product and UX sensibility - you care deeply about navigation, clarity, storytelling, and user experience
- Comfort working hands-on in modern CMS and web tooling ecosystems (Webflow, Framer, headless setups, or similar)
- Experience with CRO, experimentation, analytics, and performance marketing-driven landing page workflows
- High taste and strong judgment - you know what good looks like and enforce high quality standards
- High ownership and proactive execution - you ship, iterate, and continuously raise the bar

- Experience at companies known for exceptional web and product craft (e.g., Framer, Raycast, Linear, Notion)

- Experience building scalable landing page systems for growth teams
- Background working with designers and agencies while maintaining strong internal direction
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category

Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that pairs remote work with top-tier talent. We help individuals from around the world connect with great companies that are looking for their specific skill set. Our mission is to provide great jobs to talented people, no matter where they are located.
We are looking for an absolute weapon of an AI Creative Strategist and Editor. This is not a role for a traditional copywriter or a slow-moving agency editor. We need a "cracked" hybrid: someone who lives at the bleeding edge of AI generative tools, possesses the ruthless efficiency of a native direct-response video editor, and understands the deep psychology of brand world-building.
Your mandate is clear: I own the Shoot Day Scripts and the core vision. Once those are locked and the raw assets (or core ideas) are handed off, you take the wheel. You are a self-contained production pod. Half of your brain is a direct-response killer who thrives in the timeline; the other half is a visionary artist building an aesthetic universe. You take the brief and return with a massive volume of high-converting gold.
What You Will Do
The Handoff & Execution: Take locked Shoot Day Scripts, raw b-roll, and core hooks, and autonomously transform them into a fully built-out ad ecosystem. You require zero hand-holding in post-production.
Hardcore DR Editing: You are ruthless in the timeline (Premiere, CapCut, AE). You know exactly how to chop b-roll for maximum retention, sequence aggressive captions, and manipulate pacing to optimize thumb-stop ratios and click-through rates.
Rapid Hook Iteration: Take one winning concept or piece of raw footage and aggressively chop it into dozens of hook variants (A/B testing visuals, pacing, text overlays, and AI voiceovers) to crush CPA goals and combat ad fatigue.
Organic World-Building & "Art": Generate breathtaking, non-DR organic content designed purely to associate thoughts, feelings, and ideas with our brand. You use AI to create cinematic, highly aesthetic "art" that builds brand aura and commands attention without directly asking for a sale.
Mass AI Content Generation: Spin core concepts into dozens of high-fidelity ad variants using AI image, video, and voice generation to supplement and elevate practical footage.
VFX & Polish: Elevate both raw footage and AI generation with actual VFX, motion graphics, and sound design. You composite, blend, and fix artifacts so the final output looks premium, not plastic.
Requirements
DTC Native & Timeline Obsessed: You actually understand how e-commerce ads work. You don't just edit; you edit to convert. You know Eugene Schwartz/Ogilvy principles, pacing for TikTok/Reels vs. Meta, and how to build a high-converting funnel.
Top-Tier AI Proficiency: Master of tools like Midjourney, Runway Gen-2, Pika, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, and ElevenLabs. You understand seed control, inpainting, and prompting at an advanced level.
The "Cracked" Mentality: You operate with extreme speed and autonomy. You experiment, break things, and deliver a volume of output that makes normal agencies look like they are standing still.
Dual-Threat Aesthetic Range: You possess the unique ability to pivot seamlessly. You can edit aggressive, tactical, fast-paced direct response ads one day, and switch to crafting moody, cinematic, emotionally resonant brand art the next.
VFX / Post-Production Mastery: Deep proficiency in Premiere and After Effects (Nuke is a plus). You know how to track, rotoscope, composite, and seamlessly blend AI generation with real-world b-roll.
