WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You'll be Recruiting's dedicated people analytics partner — owning the data, shaping the strategy, and in the room where decisions get made. The core of the role is building trusted recruiting analytics infrastructure (funnel + stage conversion, pipeline aging, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, sourcing channel quality, and recruiter capacity) and making it self-serve for recruiters and leaders. You’ll own the stack end-to-end — from raw data in Ashby and Snowflake to clear insights that hold up in a pipeline review.
You're the person who turns workforce signals into recruiting strategy — bringing a point of view.
This role may be based in either our San Francisco or New York City offices. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own recruiting analytics end-to-end: Build and maintain the dashboards and reporting infrastructure Recruiting leadership relies on (funnel health, conversion rates by stage, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, pipeline aging, interview/interviewer effectiveness, and recruiter capacity) — real-time, self-serve, and trusted.
- Build headcount + velocity models: Translate hiring targets into pipeline math (volume needed by stage, ETA to close, roles trending behind plan) and tie it to recruiter capacity and prioritization — so leaders see issues early and know what to do about them.
- Make talent data decision-grade: Define core recruiting metrics and their definitions, document them, and build toward a single source of truth the team can align on.
- Bring signal to pipeline leadership reviews: Show up to pipeline reviews and QBRs with crisp analysis and a recommendation (where the bottleneck is, what changed, what to test next), not just a slide deck.
- Improve the recruiting system: Use data to spot where process, calibration, or prioritization is creating drag — and partner with Recruiting and Finance to fix it.
- Use AI as leverage in your first 90 days: Use AI to accelerate query iteration, metric QA, and insight narratives (e.g., draft + test SQL approaches, anomaly checks, and concise readouts) while keeping the underlying logic and definitions clean and auditable.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Proven ability to build analytics that gets used: You’ve shipped dashboards/models that teams rely on to run real weekly decisions — not one-off reports.
- Strong SQL + data modeling judgment: You can write complex queries, debug data issues, and build maintainable models/pipelines that other people can trust.
- Quantitative modeling for recruiting problems: You can translate hiring stages into clear funnel math and capacity views, and you know how to stress-test assumptions.
- Strategic partner instincts: You anticipate the questions leaders will ask, show up with the analysis, and can say what the data implies for decisions.
- AI-fluent, with good taste: You use AI as a daily multiplier (analysis, QA, drafting narratives) and know when to rely on it vs. when to go to first principles.
- Build in Notion: You’re comfortable structuring knowledge and workflows in Notion (databases, views, documentation) so your work is easy for others to find, trust, and build on.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $225,000 - $275,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

Track and synthesize the full picture of what’s happening across DIS – internal initiatives, external engagements, open gaps – so leadership is always informed
Help the organization stay ahead of capacity and staffing needs: understand what’s coming, what it requires, and where we need to hire, realign, or augment
Own delivery coordination for the most complex, cross-functional DIS initiatives – platform integration, institutional client programs, and strategic product buildouts
Translate strategic intent into structured delivery plans with clear owners, milestones, and accountability – and hold teams to them
Act as the connective tissue between engineering, product, distribution, and external stakeholders – ensuring no handoff falls through
Stay deeply familiar with the active deal landscape – understanding where each engagement stands, what’s required to close or deliver, and where we have product, resource, or capability gaps
Build and maintain high-quality client-facing materials: pitch decks, capability presentations, proposal documents, and engagement readouts
Represent DIS in institutional client engagements as appropriate – including workshops, technical sessions, and implementation reviews with tier-1 banks, asset managers, and infrastructure providers
Proactively identify blockers, scope drift, staffing gaps, and resource conflicts – and bring them to the right people before they compound
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of DIS’s operating model – delivery cadences, cross-team rituals, and program tooling – and identify patterns across projects to build repeatable processes
Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.
What We’re Looking For:
8+ years in a strategy, business partner, operations, or execution-focused role – ideally within a fast-moving technology or financial services organization
Proven ability to support senior leadership on internal transformation: org design, operating model changes, team alignment, and cross-functional prioritization
Strong commercial instincts – able to understand a deal landscape, identify capability and staffing gaps, and connect the dots between pipeline and organizational capacity
Exceptional written communication and materials production – pitch decks, executive briefings, capability documents, and client-facing presentations that reflect well on leadership
Highly structured thinker with a bias for action – creates order in ambiguity rather than waiting for it
Comfortable operating across functions and org levels simultaneously – org design in the morning, a client session in the afternoon, an engineering status review by end of day
Low ego, high accountability – you own your work and say what you see
Bonus Points:
Experience in digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, or institutional financial services
Familiarity with custody, staking, DeFi, or tokenization products
Prior experience supporting or working alongside tier-1 financial institutions (banks, asset managers, custodians)
Background in post-acquisition integration, platform transformation, or org redesign
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Hybrid/Flexible Working Arrangements
Flexible Time Off (paid)
3% 401(k) company contribution
Company-paid health and protective benefits for employees, partners, and other dependents
Generous paid Parental Leave
Competitive family planning benefits for US employees
Opportunities to learn about the Crypto industry
Smart, entrepreneurial, and fun colleagues
Free daily snacks and weekly breakfasts/lunches
Employee Resource Groups
Free coaching and counseling sessions through Headspace
Apply now and join us as we grow the economy that runs on code.
The base salary ranges included below will be commensurate with candidate experience, expertise and local market. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise. At Galaxy, we maintain a total compensation philosophy which consists of a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and equity incentives.

Creatio is an AI CRM and workflow platform where people and AI agents work together — with no limits on users, agents, or scale. We help midsize and large organizations run customer workflows in the AI era. With a global team and a large ecosystem of partners, Creatio serves thousands of customers in over 100 countries and automates tens of millions of workflows daily. Genuine care for our clients and partners is at the heart of our DNA.
We’re proud to be recognized by top industry analysts as a Leader and Strong Performer in multiple Gartner and Forrester reports.
In 2025, Creatio was named to Inc.’s Best Workplaces list, recognizing our commitment to employee wellbeing and a strong workplace culture.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for an
AI Software Engineer
to design, build, evaluate, and operate AI-powered capabilities within the Creatio platform. This is an AI-first engineering role: you will spend most of your time designing agents, engineering prompts and context, building retrieval and evaluation pipelines, and directing AI coding agents - with solid .NET engineering as the foundation rather than the whole job.
You will join the AI teams building the
agent platform
that enables AI agents to safely perform real work in the product: call tools and APIs, read and write data, maintain context and memory, follow permissions, and escalate to humans when needed.
The team also owns the core infrastructure for evaluation, monitoring, logging, observability, and cost/performance control, ensuring AI agents are reliable, scalable, secure, and production-ready.
This role combines strong software engineering expertise with hands-on AI engineering experience. You will work on enterprise-grade AI solutions, including assistants, copilots, knowledge systems, semantic search, RAG-based capabilities, and agentic workflows - and you will use AI coding agents as your primary daily development workflow.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement AI-powered product features within the Creatio platform: assistants, copilots, agentic workflows, knowledge systems, RAG, and semantic search.
Design agent architectures - tools, memory and context strategy, orchestration, permissions, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop escalation - and choose the right pattern for each problem (single LLM call vs. tool-using agent vs. multi-agent).
Engineer prompts, system instructions, and agent context as first-class artifacts: versioned, reviewed, and covered by evaluations.
Integrate LLM providers, MCP servers and tools, enterprise data sources, embedding pipelines, and vector/hybrid search into the platform.
Build evaluation datasets, offline and online evals, quality gates, and observability (tracing, logging, drift detection) for AI capabilities.
Monitor and improve the quality, latency, cost, reliability, and security of AI capabilities in production, including prompt and model updates.
Identify and mitigate AI-specific risks: prompt injection, data exfiltration through tools, hallucinations, over-permissioned agents, and sensitive-data leakage.
Develop and maintain backend services using C# and .NET.
Use AI coding assistants and engineering agents as the default development workflow; critically review and verify agent output; contribute reusable rules, skills, and prompts to the team.
Follow the AI landscape closely and bring new models, tools, and patterns to the team.
Requirements:
Must have:
Hands-on experience shipping LLM-based features to production: prompt engineering, function/tool calling, structured outputs, context-window and cost management.
Practical understanding of agent architectures (tool loops, planner/executor, multi-agent, human-in-the-loop), MCP, and at least one agent framework or SDK.
Working knowledge of RAG: chunking, embeddings, vector and hybrid search, re-ranking, grounding and citations, and common failure modes.
Experience with AI evaluation (datasets, offline evals, LLM-as-judge), LLM observability and tracing, and AI security (prompt injection, OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, Responsible AI practices).
Daily proficiency with AI coding agents: the ability to direct, review, and verify agent output rather than only write code by hand.
Solid experience with C# and .NET, API design, distributed systems, and software architecture.
Experience with SQL databases, automated testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native development; Docker and basic Kubernetes.
Strong knowledge of engineering best practices and production-grade software development.
Nice to have:
Python for prototyping, data work, and evaluation scripting.
Hands-on experience with a major AI platform (Anthropic API, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI).
Experience building agent-facing tools or MCP servers.
LLMOps practices: prompt and model versioning, evaluation gates in CI/CD, canary rollouts of prompt changes.
Fine-tuning, distillation, or adapter-based model customization.
Experience with Creatio or other low-code CRM platforms.
What to expect from us:
Growth & Development:
Clear career paths, mentorship opportunities, and access to continuous learning to help you reach your full potential.
Flexibility & Well-Being:
We provide flexible work arrangements and initiatives that empower you to manage your schedule effectively, stay productive, and thrive both personally and professionally.
Recognition & Impact:
A culture that celebrates achievements, values your ideas, and empowers you to make real contributions from day one.
Innovative Culture:
Be part of a company that embraces new ideas, modern technologies, and bold thinking to stay ahead of the curve.
Benefits & Rewards Package:
We provide competitive compensation and benefits designed to support you and your family. Our rewards approach goes beyond salary, recognizing your contributions and commitment. The exact package may vary depending on your country of residence and employment type.

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
About this role
We’re looking for a hands-on SEO Manager to join our Marketing team and help us strengthen Synthesia’s organic growth engine. This is a role for someone who loves experimentation, automation, and creativity as much as analytics — and who gets excited about building high-quality, high-converting website experiences (UX + CRO) that drive users into product.
What's exciting about this job?
You’ll play a critical role in building the future of Synthesia’s organic growth engine, collaborating with smart, highly motivated peers. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, test bold ideas, and explore how AI and automation are reshaping search optimization. We move fast, value experimentation over theory, and encourage you to break the “SEO rulebook” when it leads to better outcomes.
How will your day-to-day look?
Managing end-to-end SEO initiatives across on-page, technical, and content — with a particular focus on creating outstanding landing pages and journeys that drive users into product. You’ll partner closely with Product, Brand/Design, and Engineering to improve UX, conversion, and performance, while using data and experimentation to continuously iterate. We move very fast and prefer doing > talking.

🤔 Interested?
Imagine joining Airbnb, Stripe, or Figma — when they had product-market fit, but the world hadn’t completely realized it yet. That’s how early we are.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, with strong on-page and technical foundations.
- Strong UX + CRO instincts, with experience improving website journeys (copy, interaction patterns, information architecture) to increase conversion.
- AI-native operator. You do the work in Claude or your AI tool of choice. You’re able to automate workflows to ship faster and scale output without sacrificing quality.
- Track record of shipping high-quality landing pages that combine SEO best practices with product marketing and clear conversion paths into product.
- Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering to scope, ship, and iterate on website improvements.
- Skilled in auditing and optimizing localized websites, improving performance and visibility across multi-language and geo-specific markets.
- Strong attention to detail with a solid understanding of UX/UI across both mobile and desktop.
- Experience with measurement and reporting tools (Looker, GA4, HubSpot, or other BI tools) and the ability to turn complex data into clear insights.
- Self-starter with a strong bias for action, thriving in fast-moving environments where doing > talking.
- Bonus: experience with off-site SEO and driving performance in AI search
- Curious, adaptable, and deeply interested in how AI is transforming search — eager to experiment with new discovery channels, test what drives results, and push the boundaries of what SEO can achieve.
Our culture
At Synthesia, we’re passionate about building, not talking, planning, or politicizing. We strive to hire the smartest, kindest, and most unrelenting people — and let them do their best work without distractions. Our work principles serve as our charter for how we make decisions, give feedback, and structure our work to empower everyone to go as fast as possible.
