About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Deployment Manager on the Beneficial Deployments team, you will guide customers from a signed contract into a live, governed, and adopted deployment so that customers achieve tangible impact rather than simply incremental improvement with Claude. You'll guide organizations from contract signature to production deployment across Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and our API products, fundamentally changing how they work and deliver on their missions.
You'll be the technical hands that switch Claude on. Before any organization can drive adoption, before any champion can ship their first workflow, someone has to connect Claude to the customer's identity provider, get the right people provisioned into the right workspaces, and walk their CISO through how it all comes together. That's your work. You turn "we've signed the contract" into "our employees can log in, with the right access, under the right policies, the way our security team expects."
This is a high-leverage role where you'll pioneer scalable activation methodologies that enable hundreds of nonprofit customers to unlock transformative use cases and realize measurable outcomes at unprecedented speed. You won't just follow playbooks. You'll design the frameworks and repeatable processes that can be deployed consistently across diverse customer environments, and you'll shape them into programs that reach customers we could never serve one at a time.
You'll operate at the intersection of technical deployment, enablement, and program design. Some days you'll be in the weeds with a customer's IT team debugging a SAML assertion; other days you'll be stepping back to ask how the last ten deployments should change the next hundred. Your systems-thinking approach will directly shape how we activate customers, and your strategic management will ensure every customer achieves meaningful outcomes within their first 90 days. By identifying patterns across activations, you'll build replicable approaches to organizational change while maintaining the agility to customize solutions for each customer's unique transformation journey.
Responsibilities:
Own the complete activation journey from contract signature to production deployment, orchestrating cross-functional resources and customer teams to ensure rapid time-to-value across Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and API products.
Deploy Claude inside customer environments. Configure and troubleshoot SSO (SAML), SCIM and JIT provisioning, MCP connectors, admin policy templates, and seat-assignment logic across Okta, Entra ID, Ping, and Google Workspace. Deliver informative transitions to Support for deeper issues that require investigation or engineering support.
Act as a trusted advisor to customer CISOs and CTOs on governance and enterprise setup. Bring a clear point of view on best practices, help security and IT leadership make the design decisions that determine whether a deployment holds up over time
Light up the capabilities that make Claude valuable. Enable and govern MCP connectors to the customer's systems, ensure Skills, Projects, and other capabilities are turned on and configured for their use cases, and work with their IT team on the approvals and OAuth consent this requires, so that day one feels ready
Design and scale activation frameworks by identifying patterns across deployments and building templated playbooks that balance standardization with customization for breakthrough outcomes.
Turn playbooks into programs. Package what works into repeatable, increasingly self-serve motions (deployment checklists, admin enablement sessions, onboarding cohorts, Claude-powered guidance) so that activation quality no longer depends on you being in the room.
Drive organizational transformation by developing change management strategies, rollout plans, and Train-the-Trainer programs that build internal AI champions and catalyze adoption across customer organizations.
Define and track success metrics across activation rate, time-to-value, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, using data to continuously optimize the motion.
Channel customer insights back to Product, Support, and Security teams, serving as voice of the customer so that repeat deployment blockers get solved once.
You may be a good fit if you have:
5+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as implementation management, technical account management, technical onboarding, solutions consulting, or customer success, with a track record of running multiple concurrent enterprise deployments with documented handoffs.
Experience serving nonprofits or mission-driven organizations. You've worked with (or inside) them and you understand how they differ from commercial enterprises.
Hands-on, sustained ownership of enterprise identity integration work. SAML, OIDC, SCIM v2, and JIT provisioning across at least two major identity providers (Okta, Entra ID, Ping, Google Workspace). You can debug a broken SAML assertion or a misconfigured SCIM attribute map without escalating, and you know when a Support handoff is the right call.
Experience advising CISOs, CTOs, or IT leadership on enterprise governance and setup for a SaaS or AI platform, with an informed point of view on org topology, access models, RBAC, and OAuth.
Working knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR) sufficient to anticipate what a customer's security review will ask, and to know when to bring in our AI Security Specialist.
You've designed, shipped, and measured programs that serve many customers at once: onboarding cohorts, enablement series, admin academies, lifecycle or engagement motions. You naturally ask "how might we scale this?", turn 1:1 moments into 1:many programs, and instrument what you build so you know what's working.
Hands-on fluency with AI in your own workflow. You've prototyped, generated content, analyzed accounts, or replaced internal processes with LLMs, and you can talk concretely about what worked, what didn't, and what's next. You don't wait for AI tooling to arrive; you build it.
Organizational change and enablement experience including developing rollout strategies, navigating stakeholder resistance, building internal champions, and designing programs that drive adoption at scale.
Comfort building in ambiguity. This is a new role on the team, and what you build becomes the template. You'll thrive creating structure where none exists, adapting quickly as the business evolves, and learning continuously.
Data-driven and metrics-oriented. Experience setting and tracking success metrics from day one, using data to optimize approaches, and demonstrating impact to diverse stakeholders.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
ABOUT THE HEALTHCARE TEAM
- Our healthcare agents already reach over 50% of U.S. families. We partner with leading health plans, providers, and healthcare platforms to deliver AI agents that handle some of the most sensitive and high stakes conversations in any industry. From helping members understand their benefits to resolving billing questions with empathy, our healthcare agents are transforming how patients and policyholders interact with the healthcare system.
- Our healthcare customers include major health insurance networks, nonprofit providers, multi-site primary and urgent care practices, healthcare diagnostics companies, and healthcare financial platforms.
- Join us to transform the patient experience across the healthcare system—and help build technology that makes care more accessible, more human and more affordable for everyone.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design integrations grounded in real healthcare workflows. Translate customer requirements into clear recommendations on interfaces, data flows, and EHR configuration. Identify assumptions, tradeoffs, and limitations so engineering teams have an actionable implementation plan.
- Resolve customer-specific EHR complexity. Understand how each organization configures and operates its EHR, including scheduling rules, patient identity, permissions, and workflow dependencies. Work with customer analysts, vendor teams, and Sierra engineers to investigate unexpected behavior and resolve integration blockers.
- Guide integration readiness through go-live. Define customer setup requirements, dependencies, and validation criteria. Guide EHR and IT teams through application registration, access provisioning, environment setup, and workflow testing, partnering with engineers to verify that integrations behave as intended.
- Bring EHR expertise to customer discovery. Partner with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Agent Development to assess feasibility, explain integration requirements, and scope achievable projects. Make clear what Sierra supports today and what requires additional configuration or development.
- Shape Sierra’s healthcare integration roadmap. Evaluate vendor capabilities, integration programs, and emerging customer needs. Recommend where to invest, distinguishing reusable platform capabilities from customer-specific configuration and implementation work.
- Make each implementation easier than the last. Turn deployment experience into reference designs, implementation guides, and internal training. Help teams apply proven approaches and recognize when a customer’s requirements call for a different design.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare interoperability or EHR implementation, with direct responsibility for designing or delivering integrations at an EHR vendor, health system, healthcare technology company, or implementation consultancy.
- Deep expertise in at least one major EHR ecosystem, such as Epic, athenahealth, Oracle Health, eClinicalWorks, MEDITECH, or similar systems. You understand its integration options, configuration model, and implementation processes, and can investigate unfamiliar capabilities independently.
- Practical knowledge of patient-access workflows, such as scheduling, registration, or referral management. You can explain how operational rules and customer configuration affect what an integration can do.
- Technical fluency in healthcare integrations. You can read API documentation, interpret requests and responses, and troubleshoot data and configuration issues. You have hands-on experience with relevant approaches such as FHIR, HL7v2, vendor APIs, or file-based exchange, and can explain when to use them.
- A track record of taking third-party integrations through deployment. You have worked through application registration, authentication and permissions, test and production environments, workflow validation, and go-live dependencies.
- Clear communication and independent judgment. You can lead discovery with EHR analysts and operational teams, turn incomplete information into an implementation plan, and explain recommendations to software engineers and business stakeholders. You know when to validate an assumption before committing to an approach.
EVEN BETTER...
- Epic certifications in areas such as Bridges, Cadence, Prelude, or Interconnect, or comparable expertise in another EHR ecosystem.
- Experience across multiple EHR vendors or health systems, particularly integrating third-party products into patient-access or contact-center workflows.
- Experience using SQL, scripts, or code to investigate integration issues, or working with teams building AI agents for healthcare.
- Hands-on software development experience, including building or extending integrations with EHRs or other healthcare systems.
- Comfortable contributing directly to integration code, including implementing API calls, troubleshooting failures, and writing tests. Experience with TypeScript, Go, or Python is a plus.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. - Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Lead, Credit Card Growth to own how we acquire new Credit Card clients and deliver against ambitious growth targets.
You’ll own the growth model, projections, roadmap, and execution across every acquisition lever at our disposal. A major focus of the role will be building and scaling our offer engine — testing and optimizing sign-up offers, welcome bonuses, referral incentives, and other promotions to drive incremental growth.
You’ll partner closely with Product on product-led growth opportunities and with channel leads across paid, search, affiliates, referrals, lifecycle, and other acquisition channels. Where there isn’t an owner, you’ll build and run the channel yourself.
We’re looking for someone analytical, highly hands-on, relentless about results, and willing to find or invent new ways to grow.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the growth plan: Build and maintain the model for how we’ll hit Credit Card new-client targets, and translate it into a clear, prioritized growth roadmap.
- Build the acquisition engine: Own the plan for delivering new clients across paid, search, affiliates, referrals, lifecycle, partnerships, and new channels — partnering with channel owners where they exist and directly owning execution where they don’t.
- Own the offer engine: Develop and optimize sign-up offers, welcome bonuses, referral incentives, and other promotions to drive incremental growth efficiently. Run a high-velocity experimentation program to continually improve performance.
- Obsess over the funnel: Know the acquisition and application funnel inside and out, identify the biggest opportunities to improve conversion, and work closely with Product to prioritize the product growth initiatives that will have the greatest impact.
- Deliver the number: Be accountable for hitting Credit Card new-client targets. Know where growth is coming from, where we’re behind, and what needs to change to close the gap.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- A track record of building 0→1 growth playbooks, owning ambitious targets, and exceeding them.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver tangible growth, not just develop strategy or manage programs.
- A highly analytical, hands-on approach to growth, experimentation, forecasting, and execution.
- A relentless, channel-agnostic mindset: you’ll use any channel that works — and build a new one if you need to.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to drive results through Product and channel teams without directly owning them.
Nice to have
- Experience in credit card growth
- Experience building or optimizing incentive offer programs
- Experience with credit card affiliate programs
- Comfortable using SQL to analyze performance and uncover growth opportunities

Lead and own the Group Internal Audit function for Capital.com, providing independent, risk-based assurance across all regulated entities, business lines, and geographic markets. The Group Head of Internal Audit is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the audit function, designing and operating a hybrid audit framework, and providing the Group Board, Audit Committee, and senior leadership with timely, credible assurance on the adequacy and effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal controls across the group.
The role has an unconditional duty to escalate material control failures, significant audit findings, and regulatory concerns directly to the Group Audit Committee, independent of any instruction from executive management or any group function.
The role operates at the intersection of group governance and local regulatory accountability, requiring both strategic thinking and deep knowledge of multi-jurisdictional financial services regulation. The postholder works in close coordination with the Global Head of Compliance and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment between audit and compliance risk assessments, while maintaining the independence required of an effective third-line function.
Responsabilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and own the multi-year internal audit strategy aligned to group growth plans, regulatory expectations across all six entities, and the evolving risk landscape of a digital CFD and trading business.
Build and lead a high-performing, independent internal audit function capable of providing credible assurance across a complex, multi-jurisdictional group.
Act as a trusted adviser to the Group Board, Audit Committee, and CEO on control environment quality, emerging risks, and regulatory developments with audit implications.
Audit Planning and Delivery
Develop, maintain, and execute the annual group audit plan, covering all entities, material business processes, technology infrastructure, regulated activities, and outsourced functions.
Lead and oversee audit fieldwork and reporting across operations, trading systems, technology and cyber, AML/KYC, financial crime, market abuse surveillance, conduct risk, Consumer Duty (UK), product governance, third-party and outsourcing arrangements, model risk, and financial controls.
Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, identify control weaknesses and gaps, and provide actionable, proportionate recommendations.
Ensure audit reports are clear, accurate, evidence-based, and issued within agreed timescales.
Issue Management and Follow-Up
Maintain a group-wide audit issue log, tracking the status of all open findings across entities, escalating overdue or high-risk items to the Audit Committee as appropriate.
Challenge and validate management remediation responses and closure evidence to ensure issues are genuinely resolved rather than administratively closed.
Regulatory and Governance Alignment
Ensure the audit programme addresses the regulatory expectations of all relevant regulators: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus), ASIC (Australia), SCB (Bahamas), SCA (UAE), and CNMV (Spain).
Provide independent assurance on material business change programmes, new product launches, strategic outsourcing decisions, and regulatory change implementation across the group.
Liaise constructively with external auditors and regulators, coordinating audit coverage where appropriate and providing regulators with access to audit documentation as required.
Requirements
Significant internal audit leadership experience within a multi-jurisdictional financial services group, broker, or investment firm — ideally including FCA-regulated and CySEC-regulated entities.
Strong working knowledge of FCA requirements for investment firms (MIFIDPRU, SYSC, COBS, PROD, DISP, AML/CTF, Consumer Duty) and familiarity with CySEC, ASIC, and other regulatory frameworks relevant to Capital.com's operational footprint.
Proven experience designing and operating a hybrid or co-sourced internal audit model at group level, including methodology ownership, panel governance, and quality assurance of specialist providers.
Experience auditing trading platforms, CFD or derivative products, technology infrastructure, financial crime controls, AML/KYC processes, and outsourced services.
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain productive relationships with Boards, Audit Committees, and senior management while maintaining audit independence.
Track record of preparing clear, compelling assurance opinions and presenting findings at Board and Audit Committee level.
Experience managing or developing an internal audit team across multiple locations or entities.
Qualifications

IIA membership or equivalent professional body membership.
Strong knowledge of the IIA International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) and its application in a multi-jurisdiction financial services context.

In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Are you excited about shaping the future of how people shop, and ready to take ownership of a portfolio that drives real commercial impact?
At Wolt, we are looking for a Sales Manager who combines strong commercial thinking with the drive to build a market-leading portfolio of merchant partners.
Wolt's mission is to make cities better places to live through technology. Since 2014, we have expanded to 30 countries and serve more than 40 million users. From restaurants to retail and Wolt Market, we are building the everything app that brings the best of your city straight to your door.
In Norway, we are live in 58 cities and are continuing to grow. To strengthen our restaurant and retail selection across the country, we are now looking for a Sales Manager to join our Sales team.
In this role, you will become an expert in your own assigned area - geographically and/or functionally - managing a pipeline of small to medium retail and restaurant partners. You will apply strong commercial thinking to identify the right partners across verticals, and use your communication, negotiation and presentation skills to show the value Wolt can bring to the industry and to merchants. You will also take on strategic sales projects, working closely with stakeholders across Norway and Woltwide, and act as a role model for more junior members of the team.
Join us in building Wolt together and making Norwegian cities even better.
What you will be doing
Define and develop a local market sales strategy, identifying the highest-potential partnerships that strengthen Wolt's portfolio
Contribute to Wolt's overall sales strategy to accelerate market entry in new areas and strengthen our position in existing ones
Develop a deep understanding of the competition and the different retail verticals, knowing which players are a "must-have" for Wolt
Target new partners in line with the company's strategy to meet the objectives for your area
Build and systematically manage a pipeline of new potential partnerships, tailoring your approach to position Wolt as a partner of choice
Own the full sales cycle with new merchant partners - from researching leads and prospecting, to meetings, market visits, negotiation and closing
Lead projects and initiatives that contribute to Wolt's growth and market position, working collaboratively across Sales and other functions
Contribute to capability building in the team by mentoring and guiding junior sales colleagues
Our humble expectations
You have a strong track record in B2B new sales and field sales, ideally combined with knowledge of the restaurant and/or retail industry
You can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
You have demonstrated experience setting direction for sales initiatives
You are a natural "hunter" with a drive to build and grow a merchant portfolio, and you get excited about overcoming bottlenecks and objections

You are tech-savvy, curious and a quick learner with a can-do attitude
You have good analytical skills and can translate sales metrics, commission levels and market potential into clear priorities
You allocate your time strategically, focusing on the best potential leads
You are a natural team player who enjoys helping more junior colleagues grow
You are fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written Experience with CRM tools is an advantage, but not a requirement
What’s in it for you
You will be part of an ambitious and supportive Sales team in a fast-growing company, with real ownership over your own area and the strategic projects you take on. This role offers strong development opportunities for those who demonstrate ownership, commercial sharpness and consistent performance.

Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $169 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Tax Planner on our Wealth Management team, you'll ensure that financial plans built for our high-net-worth clients are optimized for tax efficiency. Your job isn't to build a financial plan from scratch — it's to take an already sound plan and push it further: identifying every applicable strategy and maximizing tax alpha for each and every wealth management client we serve.
This is a role for someone who thinks like both a tax expert and a financial planner. You'll need the technical depth to spot the strategy, and the CFP-level fluency in financial planning to know how it fits into the bigger picture of a client's plan.
We move fast here, and we expect this role to move with us. Naive ambition is one of our core values — and this team pushes hard to find better, faster ways to do the work, including using AI as a genuine extension of how we operate.
Unlike traditional roles in this space, this position is fully salaried with no commission structure or sales targets.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Review and optimize financial plans across our $1MM–$3MM client segment (with some exposure up to $5MM), ensuring every applicable tax strategy has been identified and applied
- Maximize tax alpha for every wealth management client — finding the incremental value that even a good plan misses
- Act as the internal liaison to our Advisor team on complex tax strategies, including building and modeling those strategies as needed
- Apply your expertise to complex situations involving corporations, trusts, and estates
- Support occasional client-facing conversations on sophisticated tax planning questions — note that you will not be providing specific tax advice directly to clients or acting in the capacity of their accountant
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our "CPA Designed" financial planning offering
- Bring an AI-native mindset to the role — using AI tools to work faster, model strategies more efficiently, and raise the bar on what the team can deliver
WHAT YOU BRING
- CPA designation required
- CFP designation required, with genuine comfort and fluency in financial planning — this isn't a tax-only role
- 5+ years of experience in tax planning, wealth management, or financial advisory roles
- Strong knowledge of Canadian tax law and financial planning strategies
- Proven track record of implementing effective tax optimization strategies for HNW clients
- Experience with Conquest strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly to advisors and clients alike
- A client-first mentality in everything you do
- An AI-native mindset and enthusiasm for using AI tools to move faster and work smarter
- Bilingual (English/French) capability is a significant asset
WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE
- A purpose-driven role focused on client outcomes, not sales targets
- The chance to challenge industry norms and put clients first, for real
- A fast-moving, ambitious team that isn't satisfied with the status quo
- Access to cutting-edge fintech tools and an AI-forward way of working
- Career growth in a rapidly expanding company
- Competitive salary and benefits package
- Be part of revolutionizing how wealth management is delivered in Canada

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
WHY THIS ROLE
Enterprises hand Cohere their most sensitive data and put our models inside workflows they can't afford to get wrong. Securing that means working on problems the industry hasn't settled yet, what authorization means when an agent acts on a user's behalf, how to contain tools that consume untrusted input, and whether tenant boundaries hold when a model can be steered by the data it reads. The established playbooks only take you so far.
We're hiring a Senior Product Security Engineer to work these problems alongside the engineers building the products, reviewing architecture and code, threat modeling before implementation, testing what ships, and turning what you learn into defaults other teams inherit. This is a hands-on engineering role, not an advisory one.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead security reviews. Review architecture, code, and security-sensitive changes. Identify both individual vulnerabilities and the recurring design patterns behind them.
- Secure AI-powered products. Evaluate risks such as prompt injection, unsafe tool use, identity and delegation failures, excessive agency, data exposure, tenant isolation, and sandbox escapes.
- Threat model new capabilities. Identify trust boundaries, abuse cases, and high-impact failure modes before implementation. Translate findings into practical, prioritized mitigations.
- Perform hands-on testing. Investigate suspected vulnerabilities, develop proofs of concept, assess exploitability and impact, and partner with engineers through remediation.
- Build scalable guardrails. Develop secure defaults, approved patterns, reusable controls, review requirements, and automated checks that reduce recurring risks.
- Strengthen engineering capability. Pair with engineers, document practical guidance, and help product teams develop durable security expertise.
- Influence risk decisions. Explain technical findings, business impact, and remediation options clearly to engineers, product leaders, and executives.
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF
- You have strong software engineering fundamentals and can independently understand, test, and contribute fixes to production codebases.
- You are proficient in at least one of Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- You have led security reviews or threat models for complex production systems and can point to meaningful design or risk improvements that resulted.
- You understand common vulnerability classes and their underlying design failures, including injection, authorization flaws, IDOR, SSRF, unsafe deserialization, race conditions, cryptographic misuse, and software supply-chain risks.
- You understand modern application architecture, including web applications, APIs, OAuth/OIDC, cloud platforms, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD systems.
- You can reason rigorously about untrusted input, authorization, isolation, identity, delegation, and data boundaries. Direct experience with agentic AI systems is valuable but not required.
- You have driven security improvements involving multiple engineering teams, including situations where influence mattered more than authority.
- You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building or operating security tooling such as SAST, DAST, SCA, custom linters, or policy-as-code.
- Experience securing multi-tenant SaaS, enterprise software, or systems that process sensitive customer data.
- Offensive security experience through penetration testing, red teaming or security research.
- Experience operating or participating in a vulnerability disclosure or bug bounty program.
- Contributions to open-source security projects, published research, conference talks, or credited vulnerability discoveries.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs.
We may use AI-enabled tools to screen and assess applicants against the criteria for this position. This helps our recruiters identify potentially qualified candidates, but it doesn't limit the applications our recruiters may review or consider.

About the Project
Project Hydrus is a scripted and conversational audio data collection project. The recordings produced help build natural, everyday-sounding synthesized voices for conversational AI products — voices that sound like real people talking, not scripted performances.
As Session Director, you'll lead live recording sessions with Voice Contributors, guiding them through scripted scenarios to produce natural, conversational-quality audio. This hands-on role blends creative direction, coaching, and technical audio judgment — making scripted material sound authentic and unscripted, rather than recited, while keeping sessions moving at a natural pace.
What You'll Do
- Direct voice performers through scripted scenarios, coaching for natural, conversational delivery rather than verbatim recitation.
- Build quick scene context for performers (who, where, why) and improvise to fill narrative or dialogue gaps live, keeping sessions flowing naturally.
- Adapt scripted wording for natural phrasing and regional/dialect authenticity as needed.
- Monitor and correct technical audio quality in real time: mic technique, pacing, clarity, and background noise.
- Manage session pacing to meet recording targets without sacrificing performance quality, and maintain organized notes on adjustments and retakes.
- Create a supportive, low-pressure environment for performers, including those with limited prior voice experience.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Native fluency in the required language (with specific dialect), with a strong ear for natural, colloquial phrasing.
- Experience directing, coaching, or producing voice or audio talent (e.g., voice direction, casting direction, audio/podcast production, dubbing/ADR, or theater direction).
- Demonstrated ability to give clear, specific, actionable performance direction.
- Strong working knowledge of basic recording/mic technique (proximity, plosives, room noise, levels).
- Comfortable improvising and adjusting scripted material on the spot.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly with performers of varying experience levels.
Preferred (nice to have, not required)
- Background in improv, theater direction, or acting coaching.
- Experience directing non-professional or first-time voice talent specifically.
- Familiarity with DAWs or recording software (e.g., Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, Reaper) for spot-checking audio quality.
Commitment & Compensation
- Estimated time: Approximately 8 hours calibration, plus supervision across two recording sessions of ~4 hours each per participant
