From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We’re looking for a Staff Program Manager for our Central Engineering Operations team to help us reach our goals and help our Engineering team be the best that it can be!
The mission for the Staff Program Manager, Central Engineering Operations, is to drive operational excellence and improve execution effectiveness across key Engineering and R&D areas. Our Engineering organization is grouped into a number of functional global groups that are utilizing various processes, systems, tools, and KPIs in order to jointly deliver best-in-class data pipelines and drive innovation.
The role focuses on increasing engineering and R&D efficiency and effectiveness in delivering our strategic objectives by leading end-to-end major process and efficiency improvement projects and programs.
As the majority of the processes belong to the software development industry, the role assumes you have broad experience in software development, leading multiple programs, and shipping software from start to finish. You have worked closely with cross-functional teams with design, research, product, and engineering. Preferably, you work at a tech company and are heavily involved in engineering operations, understanding how engineering and R&D processes work under the hood and how to take them to the next level, leveraging data-driven approaches.
We want you to bring your passion for problem-solving, experience in the tech world, and the drive to help us get to the next level, and have some fun along the way.
This is a full-time position based out of our Novi Sad office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do
Ensure operations and strategy execution work seamlessly and effectively, and streamline engineering and R&D processes to be simple, value-oriented, and scalable.
Lead and manage engineering and R&D process enhancements to set up or improve engineering and cross-departmental processes, and be responsible for transitioning them to operational state (all in coordination with key stakeholders), resulting in documented, repeatable, and measurable processes. This includes end-to-end work from problem definition and data analysis through solution proposal, alignment with R&D leadership, and execution and adoption of the changes.
Partner with engineering group leaders to improve planning, execution, and operational health within their organizations, with a particular focus on increasing the efficiency, stability, and effectiveness in the delivery of their strategic objectives.
Support engineering leadership in quarterly planning, tracking OKRs, and driving execution against strategic priorities in consistent alignment with engineering-wide and R&D policies and practices.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team of operations managers to manage engineering initiatives, solve problems, and optimize and automate routine operations, increasing the team's and engineering's value-added time.
Work closely with senior engineers and leadership teams to ensure strict adherence to operational processes. Conduct audits and check-ins to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous process refinement.
Collaborate with operations managers and cross-functional partners to improve execution, automate workflows, and increase operational efficiency, and also directly contribute to the improvement and support of our internal knowledge management process and information structure in collaboration with other Ops and PMO teams.
Manage R&D-wide initiatives. Coordinate and oversee the preparation, planning, and delivery of engineering updates, events, and R&D-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
Drive operational excellence across R&D: spearhead and champion global operational strategies, focusing on optimizing engineering processes to be more efficient, scalable, and aligned with the company’s long-term vision.
Skills We’re Looking For
6+ years of experience in technical/operations management in the technology/software development industry with technical expertise that enables you to define automation requirements, automate operational workflows, and perform data analysis using query languages and AI.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
WHO WE ARE
Enterprise at Baseten means the companies with the most to gain from AI and the most complexity in getting there: large digital natives running products at massive scale, and category leaders in software, financial services, healthcare, and beyond. They have the data, the distribution, and the budget. Most are still deciding what to build, what to run themselves, and what it should cost.
That makes this a consultative sale. You'll spend as much time helping a VP of Engineering pressure-test their AI strategy as you will selling against an alternative, mapping use cases, framing build-vs-buy, and giving clear recommendations grounded in what you've seen work at the frontier. Then you'll do the enterprise work: multithreading across a buying committee, navigating security and procurement, and turning a first workload into an eight-figure relationship.
You'll work alongside our founders, forward-deployed engineers, and GTM leadership, in a seat where the playbook is still being written.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a revenue target end to end, from prospecting and outbounding through closing Tier 1 accounts in your verticals
- Act as a strategic advisor on AI adoption: identify use cases, shape architecture decisions, and lead with clear, opinionated recommendations
- Multithread across large organizations, from the engineers running evals to the executives funding the program to security, legal, and procurement
- Win lighthouse customers that become references for their entire industry
- Partner with forward-deployed engineering on technical evaluations, POCs, and architecture reviews
- Feed signal back to product and engineering. What enterprises need next is a roadmap input we don't get anywhere else
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in technology, ideally infrastructure, API/platform, or developer tooling
- A track record of closing seven- and eight-figure deals by navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees and long, complex cycles
- Demonstrated ability to run a consultative sale. You've helped customers define a strategy, not just evaluate a product
- Strong technical acumen: you can hold your own on model serving, GPU infrastructure, latency, and API architecture
- Experience selling into large digital natives or regulated industries (financial services, healthcare/life sciences, insurance, government)
- Excellent communication and comfort with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment
NICE TO HAVE
- Direct experience selling AI/ML infrastructure, cloud compute, or model deployment platforms
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

Chief Estimator
Location: Fairfield, NJ
Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 | Based on Experience
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing concrete and masonry subcontractor operating at the highest levels of the NYC-area construction market. They are seeking a Chief Estimator to take immediate ownership of the estimating function — a senior leader who will set the standard for precision, client engagement, and team performance.
This is a critical hire. The right candidate brings not only deep technical expertise in concrete and masonry estimating but also the executive presence to represent the company in front of clients and the leadership strength to develop and manage a small, high-performing estimating team. No shortcuts. No exceptions.
What
We’re Looking For
This role demands someone who earns trust at every level — from the field to the boardroom.
A proven leader with demonstrated success managing and mentoring an estimating team
Exceptional communicator — written, verbal, and client-facing with no gaps • Relentlessly thorough; sets and enforces the highest standards in bid accuracy and documentation
Experienced in NYC-area concrete and masonry construction — knows the market, the subs, the owners
Able to prioritize competing bids without compromising quality on any of them
Core Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, manage, and develop a small estimating team; establish performance expectations and mentoring practices
Serve as the final authority on all estimates prior to submission
Build and enforce estimating standards, procedures, and quality controls across the department
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Represent Solid Development Group in pre-bid meetings, client presentations, and scope review discussions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, GCs, suppliers, and vendors
Communicate proactively with clients throughout the bid process — from RFP receipt through award
Estimating Execution
Oversee and personally execute complex quantity take-offs for concrete material and rebar using take-off software
Read, interpret, and analyze structural, architectural, and MEP drawings and concrete specifications
Analyze, mark up, and respond to scopes of work (SOW) as part of the bid process
Receive, track, and manage all bid exhibits, addenda, and RFI documentation
Prepare complete bid packages including estimates, schedules, and material take-offs
Overlay and analyze drawing revisions to identify and quantify scope changes
Maintain current supplier and vendor pricing relationships to ensure competitive and accurate material costs
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in concrete and masonry construction estimating — required
Minimum 3–5 years in a senior or lead estimating role with direct reports • Deep familiarity with NYC-area construction market, costs, labor, and code requirements
Expert-level proficiency with estimating software (Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, or equivalent) • Advanced Excel skills; proficient in full Microsoft Office suite
Superior ability to read and interpret construction blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills — this is non-negotiable
Authorized to work in the United States; no third-party offers of service will be considered

Millwork Design & Production Manager
Location: Long Island City, NY
Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
About the Role
Our client is a distinguished luxury residential millwork division with a reputation built on unparalleled craftsmanship, advanced fabrication capabilities, and the delivery of truly custom solutions for high-end homes. Operating out of Long Island City, they combine sophisticated design with hands-on production — CNC fabrication, fine woodworking, metalwork, and specialty concrete — all under one roof.
They are seeking a Millwork Design & Production Manager: a versatile, technically deep professional who can bridge the gap between design intent and shop floor execution. This is a role for someone who is equally at home generating precise shop drawings and standing next to a CNC machine, and who has the leadership presence to develop a skilled fabrication team. It comes with a genuine growth path for the right person — this division is building toward expanded operations and wants someone who can grow into a senior leadership role as the business scales.
What
We’re Looking For
This role demands a rare combination: design sophistication, fabrication fluency, and operational leadership. The ideal candidate has done all three — not just one.
Technically expert in digital modeling and shop drawing production for complex luxury millwork
Hands-on CNC experience — knows how to run the machine, not just spec it
Comfortable managing a fabrication team and holding them to luxury-grade standards
A design thinker who understands material science and pushes what’s possible
Client-facing capable — able to communicate professionally about project details, specs, and logistics
Core Responsibilities
Design & Drafting
Lead the drafting process for custom luxury residential millwork projects, from concept through construction-ready shop drawings
Develop and refine digital models for structural details in coordination with architectural and engineering specifications
Generate precise shop drawings for the fabrication team, maintaining exacting standards of accuracy and detail
Contribute to project narrative and concept development, translating client vision into buildable design
Fabrication & Production
Operate and manage advanced CNC machinery including 3-axis CNC milling and laser cutting for custom component production
Coordinate fabrication workflows across design, engineering, and production to meet luxury quality and schedule standards
Provide hands-on expertise in fine woodworking, metalwork, and specialty concrete fabrication techniques
Supervise and support the fabrication team through assembly, ensuring meticulous attention to detail at every stage
Operations & Project Coordination
Manage project schedules, material procurement, and resource allocation within the millwork shop
Maintain client communication on project details, specifications, and logistics with professional, high-touch service
Uphold rigorous quality control standards across all production activities
Drive continuous improvement in fabrication methods, material applications, and shop processes
Leadership & Team Development
Mentor and develop fabrication team members, elevating their skills in high-end craftsmanship
Model the standards of quality, precision, and professionalism the brand is built on
Actively contribute to the growth and operational development of the division over time
Qualifications
Proven experience in a professional design and fabrication environment, specifically within luxury residential millwork or high-end custom fabrication — required
Demonstrated expertise in digital modeling for structural details and generating comprehensive shop drawings for complex projects
Hands-on CNC machinery experience, including operation and working knowledge of maintenance
Multi-material fabrication experience: fine woods, metals, and specialty concrete applications
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to manage demanding timelines and client expectations
A genuine passion for material science, fabrication innovation, and the application of advanced techniques to luxury environments
Degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, Construction Management, Engineering, Fine Arts (3D/fabrication focus), or a related field — or equivalent demonstrated expertise
Technical Proficiencies
CAD/CAM: Rhino + Grasshopper, RhinoCam, Revit, Polycam
Design/Graphics: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Office: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
The Opportunity
This is an exceptional opportunity for a design-fabrication hybrid professional to take ownership of a high-performing luxury millwork operation and build something meaningful within it. Our client offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience, a hands-on and craft focused environment, and real long-term growth potential for the right person. If you are technically exceptional, leadership-capable, and driven by the pursuit of quality without compromise, we want to hear from you.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
ABOUT COHERE AND NORTH
Cohere is revolutionizing enterprise AI with North, an agentic AI platform designed to securely deploy AI agents and automations within organizations' infrastructure. North empowers employees to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and unlock actionable insights while ensuring data privacy and compliance. North combines cutting-edge generative and search models with customizable integrations to drive productivity and innovation at scale.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an Agent Harness Product Manager to own the execution layer that makes North agents reliable, capable, and production-ready. This is a role that sits at the intersection of three domains:
Agent Loop and Execution.
Own the core agent runtime: tool orchestration, parallel execution, sub-agent delegation, sandbox code execution, and failure recovery. You will define how North agents plan and act across long, multi-step workflows and ensure the execution environment is robust enough for the most demanding enterprise tasks. You are expected to engage at the implementation level, contributing to architecture decisions alongside engineering rather than simply handing off requirements.
Context Engineering.
Own how our Agents manage the context window as a deliberately controlled resource. This includes progressive disclosure of tools and skills, context compaction and summarization, offloading of large payloads to a persistent filesystem, and the instrumentation that keeps agents oriented across extended trajectories.
Model-Scaffolding Co-evolution.
Own the feedback loop between North's harness and the Modeling Team. This PM is the connective tissue that makes that possible: ensuring harness design decisions are validated by Modeling before they are built, that evals are the shared bridge between both teams, and that as the harness evolves the model evolves with it.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and own the roadmap for North's agent harness, including the agent loop, context engineering layer, tool orchestration, sandbox execution, and sub-agent delegation
- Serve as the primary interface between North engineering and Cohere's Modeling team, ensuring new harness capabilities are validated before being built and that neither team paints itself into a corner
- Own North's agentic evaluation framework, ensuring evals are compatible with both the North harness and Modeling's training infrastructure, and that they serve as a reliable bridge between product and research
- Engage enterprise customers to surface real-world agentic failures and translate findings into concrete product and model requirements
- Partner with the agentic expert modeling team to define goals that maximize the impact of our models and prioritize model capabilities and evals most critical for delivering on those goals. Establish a clear roadmap for our agentic modeling capabilities.
- Stay current with the open-source and commercial agent ecosystem and drive adoption decisions that keep North's architecture aligned with emerging standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of product management experience as a research PM, in agentic AI systems,, or applied ML products
- Deep understanding of agentic harnesses, including the latest paid and open source offerings.
- Deep understanding of modern LLM agent architectures, including multi-agent systems, tool-augmented reasoning, memory and retrieval, programmatic orchestration, RAG, and long-horizon execution
- Strong grasp of agentic evaluation design, including how to measure task completion, failure recovery, and long-horizon reliability, and how to diagnose model vs. scaffolding gaps
- Technically deep enough to contribute to architecture decisions at the implementation level: comfortable reviewing and shaping design docs, reasoning about async execution patterns, sandboxed environments, filesystem design, and the tradeoffs that come with building harness capabilities into a production platform
- Ability to flex between ML research conversations and engineering architecture discussions with equal fluency
- Track record of shipping platform-layer products with demonstrated impact on reliability, performance, or capability.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Direct experience in developing and shipping leading agentic harnesses.
- An active practitioner of agent frameworks who regularly builds with and follows the latest developments in open-source harnesses, coding agents, and orchestration tools in both professional and personal work
- Hands-on experience with enterprise agentic deployments: multi-tenant orchestration, tool permissioning, audit trails, and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with infrastructure constraints relevant to enterprise deployments: on-premises environments, scalability challenges, and the operational tradeoffs of running complex agent workloads in restricted or air-gapped settings
- Prior work at the intersection of research and product, translating nascent model capabilities into shipped product features
- Background working within or closely alongside an ML research or post-training team.
WHY JOIN COHERE?
- Impact: Shape how Canada's most important public institutions adopt and deploy frontier AI.
- Innovation: Work alongside leading researchers and engineers solving complex ML challenges.
- Growth: Competitive compensation, equity options, and opportunities for professional development.
- Flexibility: Hybrid work model with offices in key global locations (Toronto, Montreal, New York, San Francisco, London, Paris, and Korea)
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities.
