ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
Modal builds the infrastructure that lets engineers run AI workloads without the usual pain. To do this well, we need exceptional people, and that’s where you come in.
As the first dedicated GTM recruiter on our Talent team, you’ll own sales, GTM, and G&A searches end-to-end. You’ll work closely with our Head of Talent, founders, and GTM leads to shape how we hire and help bring in the people who will define what Modal becomes.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON:
- Drive full-cycle recruiting for key hires across GTM and G&A functions (sourcing, pitching, guiding interviews, and closing candidates)
- Partner with GTM leaders to understand the real work and calibrate on what great looks like
- Help set our hiring bar and how we evaluate talent
- Execute creative top-of-funnel strategies that resonate with a strong community of experienced GTM talent
- Deliver a fast, respectful, honest candidate experience
- Bring an equity lens to every stage of the process
- Use data and market context to keep searches on track and expectations aligned
- Support candidates as a trusted guide through high-stakes decisions
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You know GTM recruiting inside and out and enjoy challenging searches
- You’re curious: you ask the right questions and love understanding how things actually work
- You influence with insight and honesty, not by simply having the loudest voice in the room
- You move quickly and communicate clearly, even when things get messy
- You’re a strong closer who builds trust early and stays ahead of concerns
- You’re steady when priorities shift and can recalibrate without losing momentum
- You care about people and want them to have a thoughtful, fair, and human experience throughout the process

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and assessors
Manage Garner’s Security and Privacy trust center
Maintain the risk register and drive risk identification, scoring, and reporting
Manage the maintenance of our compliance policies, standards, and procedures
Report on our compliance posture to senior leadership
Scale our GRC function with AI and automation, building quick wins and scoping requirements for Engineering to fully automate the rest
What you will bring to the team:
5+ years of experience in GRC, IT audit, or information security compliance
Prior experience with HITRUST, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 audits
Hands-on experience with control design, evidence collection, and remediation in a cloud-native engineering environment
Proven ability to adapt your communication style across engineers, operators, and executives
A GRC Engineering mindset with prior experience using scripting and LLMs to automate repetitive tasks
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The Endpoint team (Client Platform Engineering) treats Anthropic's device fleet as a platform we build and run. We run our own MDM as a production service and manage every piece of device configuration as code. Policies, configuration profiles, queries, remediation scripts, and software all ship through pull requests, CI, a staging environment, and a canary group before they reach the fleet. The fleet is mostly macOS, plus a small number of Linux machines and a growing mobile footprint.
You'll own that platform end to end: the infrastructure underneath the MDM, the configuration on top of it, the patching and software pipelines that keep thousands of devices patched and secure, and the telemetry that tells us what is actually true on every device. You'll also build automation that cuts down on manual operational work. You'll work with Security teams on hardening, compliance controls, and detection and response, and with developer and infrastructure teams to make sure those controls don't get in the way of their work. Your work will let us base access decisions on whether a device can be trusted.
We value people who double check a compliance report before they believe it. The team is deliberately lean and runs with high autonomy. You'll help define the endpoint roadmap, make architecture decisions, and own the platform every Anthropic employee's work runs on. You'll also help us meet the security standards our Responsible Scaling Policy requires as models advance.
Responsibilities
Own endpoint configuration as code: author, review, test, and progressively roll out MDM policies, configuration profiles, and remediation scripts across macOS and mobile, with canary stages and rollback built in
Operate the MDM platform itself as a production service, including infrastructure as code, observability, upgrades, and incident response
Build patch management automation with rapid enforcement timelines while maintaining good user experience
Design zero touch provisioning that turns a sealed box into a productive machine on day one
Support a small number of Linux machines alongside the Mac fleet
Turn fleet telemetry into policy, dashboards, and early drift warnings, and use Claude to automate manual ops work
Partner with Corporate Security on endpoint hardening, binary authorization, and compliance controls
Take shifts on the team's rotation for incoming requests and escalations, and serve as the deep escalation tier for endpoint issues IT Operations can't resolve
You may be a good fit if you
Have 8+ years building secure IT systems in complex environments, including leading projects across multiple teams
Have managed endpoint fleets of thousands of macOS devices through a modern MDM
Treat endpoint configuration as code that is version controlled and peer reviewed, rather than clicking in consoles
Go deep on macOS internals such as launchd, configuration profiles, TCC, and system extensions
Write Python and shell scripts

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
