WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The People Team at Notion exists to help build a generational company - one that enables people to do their best and most meaningful work. Hiring exceptional talent, at the right time and with care, is central to that mission.
We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to create a thoughtful, well-run, and genuinely human candidate experience. This role sits at the center of our hiring process and plays an important role in how candidates experience Notion.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
CREATE A CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE THAT REFLECTS NOTION
You’ll be one of the first and most consistent touchpoints candidates have with Notion. From scheduling interviews to answering questions and resolving issues, you’ll help ensure every interaction feels organized, respectful, and intentional. You’ll collaborate closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to continually refine our processes—so candidates leave feeling excited about what we’re building, regardless of the outcome.
COORDINATE INTERVIEWS WITH CARE AND PRECISION
You’ll manage and schedule a high volume of interviews across primarily non-technical roles, balancing speed with attention to detail. You’ll anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and keep candidates and interviewers aligned - making the process feel smooth and predictable, even as things move quickly.
BUILD STRONG RECRUITING FOUNDATIONS
This role is designed for someone early in their recruiting career who wants to build durable fundamentals. Over time, you’ll gain exposure to how we plan, execute, and scale hiring at Notion. With support from the team, you could take on light sourcing work, process improvements, and additional ownership as your skills grow - creating a strong foundation for future growth in recruiting, operations, or people-focused roles.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 6–12 months of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling, ideally in a high-volume environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills - you’re proactive, reliable, and thoughtful about details
- A steady, calm approach in fast-moving environments
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with optimism
- Clear, kind, and professional communication skills - you’ll represent Notion to a large and diverse group of candidates
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience supporting both technical and non-technical roles, including remote and in-person interview scheduling
- Experience with Ashby, Workday, Slack
- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.
Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Notion is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About Beneficial Deployments
Beneficial Deployments ensures AI reaches and benefits the communities that need it most. We partner with nonprofits, foundations, and mission-driven organizations to deploy Claude in education, global health, economic mobility, and life sciences — focusing on raising the floor for those who need it most.
About the Role
We're looking for an Applied AI Architect to join our Beneficial Deployments, Life Sciences team, focused on helping scientists everywhere get the most from Claude, especially Claude Science. You'll run enablements, workshops and hackathons, build demos that show what frontier models can do for the field, and grow a community of scientists building with Claude. You'll also scale scientific enablement inside Anthropic, so our Applied AI and customer teams can support scientists without you in the room.
Responsibilities
Be the DRI for scientific enablement: decide what to run, build the materials, deliver them, and measure whether research teams reach daily use of Claude.
Lead our programs for activating scientists at scale, such as
LSVP
and Claude for Researchers: set the goals, design the program and run it.
Build demos, notebooks and tutorials that show scientists what frontier models can do in their own work, and be an active voice where scientists share tools online (X, LinkedIn, etc.).
Scale scientific enablement inside Anthropic: train our Applied AI and Customer Success teams, and build playbooks they can run without you.
Build and lead a scientist community around Claude, and be its ambassador (and support ambassador programs), from small meetups to large conferences.
Be the voice of scientists inside Anthropic: turn what you hear into concrete asks and see them through to launch, and partner with Marketing and Comms so campaigns and content reach the scientific community.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have
Deep hands-on expertise with AI tools for science such as Claude Science: you know where they shine and where they break.
Real credibility as a scientist: hands-on experience doing science in academic labs, biotechs, pharma or research institutes, ideally as a user of the kind of tools you'll help scientists adopt. Experience building or running programs for scientific communities is a plus.
A track record of helping many scientific teams adopt a new tool through demos, trainings, workshops or hackathons.
Up to date on AI for science, such as agentic analysis and AI co-scientists, and able to explain it to working scientists.
Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs: you can prototype a working demo. You don't need to write production code.
Clear written and spoken communication: talks, tutorials and docs that scientists find useful.
A track record of taking programs or products from idea to results: you set the direction, did the work and were accountable for the outcome, often with no playbook.
Comfort operating in ambiguity: you bring clarity to fuzzy problems, wear multiple hats and do whatever it takes to further the mission.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$275,000
—
$315,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a Provider Sales VP, you’ll be embedded in Provider Partnerships and report directly to the SVP of Provider.
You will own Garner's provider segment at its most senior level, as a quota-carrying seller responsible for the marquee health-system and enterprise relationships that define this category for us. You will help set the segment's go-to-market approach, from sub-segments to pursue, to lead generation, to closing strategy. This is a seat for someone who has built a selling book from limited infrastructure before and wants to do it again with a genuinely differentiated product and dataset behind them.
What you will do
Own the provider segment end to end, from go-to-market strategy through close, carrying an individual quota against your assigned budget.
Land and expand marquee health-system and enterprise logos, opening executive-level doors up to health-system CEO.
Run a data-driven sales motion at the most senior level: connect Garner's data to a buyer's top strategic priorities.
Lead complex, committee-driven negotiations to close, holding momentum and goodwill across long cycles and multiple veto-holding approvers.
Establish the repeatable playbook the segment adopts: messaging, target-account strategy, and objection handling grounded in healthcare economics and provider risk.
Partner with Product, Sales leadership, and Account Management, and build the feedback loop that turns market signal into roadmap and pricing change.
Build full fluency across Garner's product suite and match the right product angle to each buyer.
What we're looking for
8 or more years in fast paced selling environment carrying and consistently exceeding individual quote
Experience owning a new-market motion end to end: building a segment from limited infrastructure and landing marquee logos
Experience selling into into hospitals, health systems, or other healthcare provider organizations is preferred; if not, experience selling in other complex B2B SaaS environments
A track record of closing through multi-stakeholder, committee-driven buying processes, where clinical, analytics, finance, legal, and administrative approvers each hold an effective veto.
Command of the room with senior buyers up to the CEO: you build trust fast, go head to head on strategy, and secure buy-in for a high-consideration purchase.
Data fluency built by repeatedly entering new or ambiguous markets and learning the methodology deeply.
Repeatable plays for reviving stalled pipeline, applied across a book rather than one deal at a time.
Comfort selling while product, pricing, and positioning are still evolving.
The instinct to build an internal operating rhythm: who to pull in when, plus a feedback loop into product and pricing.
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.
What you’ll get here
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
Compensation Transparency:
The total compensation range (inclusive of base and commission) for this position is $325,000 - $385,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.

- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

The Opportunity
The Partnerships Associate is the execution backbone of the partnerships function across Nysonian's brands, covering both influencer and UGC creators. This is a hands-on, high-volume role focused on keeping the pipeline organized and moving: tracking creator performance, reaching out to and communicating with creators on day-to-day matters, preparing and issuing contracts from approved templates, submitting approved invoices, and chasing and logging deliverables.
The role does not set rates, negotiate terms, or manage anything sensitive within a creator relationship. Cancellations, disputes, negotiation, and any non-routine or difficult conversation are handled by the Head of Partnerships. The Associate works from approved templates, rates, and formats, and keeps communication with creators clear, friendly, and consistent for the routine, ongoing parts of the relationship.
What You'll Own
Track influencer and UGC creator performance, including content delivery, posting timelines, campaign results, and overall SLA adherence.
Maintain accurate creator databases, SLA trackers, and Monday.com boards, ensuring real-time visibility into stages, deliverables, and status changes.
Research and build targeted creator lists, manage approved outreach, and serve as the primary point of contact for routine scheduling, product, shipment, and follow-up needs.
Prepare and issue creator contracts using approved templates, terms, and rates, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established processes.
Process approved creator invoices, verify documentation, and coordinate payment tracking with Finance.
Manage end-to-end deliverable tracking, including submission follow-ups, content routing, revision coordination, and status updates across relevant systems.
Support Superfiliate operations and cross-functional coordination with Creative, Operations, and Order Management, escalating sensitive creator issues and exceptions to the Head of Partnerships.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume tracking, contracts, and invoices.
Clear, friendly written communication for ongoing creator outreach and follow-ups.
Good judgment on when to handle something directly versus when to escalate.
Comfort with repetitive, consistent, same-day record-keeping.
Familiarity with creator marketing, influencer/UGC, or social media ecosystems is a plus.
Experience with Monday.com, Google Sheets, or similar tracking tools is preferred.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Admin & Identity and Access Management (Admin & IAM) team at Mural defines how users sign in, manage their identities, and access Mural's products, as well as how administrators configure and govern their organizations. We own authentication & authorization, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), user provisioning (SCIM), session management, and the core permission model that powers roles and access control across companies and workspaces. YOUR MISSION
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Admin & IAM team, you will design and ship these capabilities end-to-end, from identity primitives like the permission model and authentication flows to the admin surfaces enterprise customers use every day. Senior Engineers on Admin & IAM own complex technical initiatives, influence platform and security best practices, and collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Infrastructure to deliver secure experiences that feel simple and intuitive. You will report to an Engineering Manager and work with a small, focused team in a remote-first environment, with the option to work from our Buenos Aires office.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and evolve core identity and access systems that power authentication & authorization, SSO, user provisioning, session management, and permissions across Mural

- Experience learning new technologies, platforms, and stacks, and getting productive quickly in large, existing codebases
- An outcome-oriented and pragmatic interest in using AI-driven development practices to improve productivity, code quality, and system understanding
- Strong experience building backend systems and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript / JavaScript, MongoDB, or comparable technologies
- Hands-on experience building production user interfaces with React and modern frontend patterns
- Proven ability to plan and deliver technical projects iteratively, balancing speed, quality, and long-term maintainability
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across product, design, security, and engineering partners
- Experience working in a fast-moving or growth-stage environment, adapting to evolving requirements and priorities
- Domain experience with identity and access management concepts such as authentication flows, authorization models, roles and permissions, SSO, SCIM provisioning, or session management
- Experience building enterprise administration or B2B SaaS configuration surfaces, such as org management, billing, or admin dashboards
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. .

OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our Payments Team, based in the Hong Kong. Payments is where OKX meets the real financial world. Our team has built and operates the infrastructure connecting OKX to dozens of payment channels across global markets, giving users deposit and withdrawal options that are fast, convenient, and — most importantly — trustworthy. That platform moves and safeguards user assets at institutional scale, continuously, across time zones and regulatory environments.
This is not a greenfield team looking for its footing. The team is established, the platform is in production at scale, and we are actively expanding — both in scope and in headcount. That combination is rare: you get the leverage of joining a growing team where your work visibly shifts the roadmap, along with the discipline that comes from a system already trusted with real money.
It's also an unusually good place to learn. Payments is a domain that's hard to pick up from the outside — every market has its own rails, its own settlement behavior, its own failure modes, its own compliance expectations. Here you'll work across a wide range of payment methods and channels, and you'll build the judgment that comes from operating financial systems where the stakes are real: how to design for correctness when money is on the line, how to reconcile, how to recover, how to keep a platform observable enough that you find problems before your users do.
You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and partner-facing teams, and you'll set the technical bar for the engineers around you — through design docs, code reviews, and the everyday habit of doing things properly when nobody's watching.
If you like the sound of a team where the problems are genuinely hard, the standard is high, and your opinion changes the outcome, we'd like to talk.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design and build the core. Develop high-scale, 24/7 APIs and distributed payment services across multiple cloud providers, using Java and Spring Boot as the primary stack. Own systems end to end — from design doc through production ownership.
Expand our global reach. Help integrate and scale new payment channels and methods across markets, each with its own technical, operational, and reliability characteristics.
Protect user assets. Build for correctness first: consistency, idempotency, reconciliation, failure recovery, and the operational tooling that lets us stand behind every transaction.
Set the technical bar. Participate actively in design and code reviews, giving and receiving direct, constructive feedback. Help evolve the standards a growing team builds on.
Solve the hard problems. Investigate complex distributed-systems challenges and drive them to resolution rather than handing them off.
Partner across functions. Work with product, design, and partner teams across regions to turn ambiguous requirements into shipped systems, and to unblock dependencies before they become delays.
Grow the team's capability. Mentor engineers and share what you learn. Seniority here is measured in leverage, not just output.
Stay curious. Keep pace with a fast-moving industry and bring the good ideas back.
What you'll take away from this role
Deep, practical fluency across a wide range of global payment methods and channels — knowledge that is genuinely hard to acquire anywhere else
Experience designing and operating systems entrusted with substantial user assets, where correctness and recoverability are non-negotiable
A track record of shipping in a regulated, high-stakes domain at real scale
What We Look For In You
8+ years of backend software development experience, with a proven track record of building and operating high-availability, large-scale applications.
Strong engineering fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and software design patterns — and the judgment to know when to reach for which.
Ownership instinct. You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tickets. When something's broken or unclear, you move toward it.
Ability to drive cross-team collaboration, managing complex dependencies and competing requirements without losing momentum.
Excellent problem-solving skills, and comfort operating with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication. You can explain a complex technical trade-off to an engineer and to a non-technical stakeholder, and land it with both.
Genuine interest in crypto or fintech, and in building things that make money move better.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

Who we are
Our mission is to bring clarity and control to the world's most complex codebases. AI is accelerating code creation, but the infrastructure to understand, oversee, and evolve that code hasn't kept pace. Sourcegraph gives engineering organizations full visibility across their systems, precise context for their agents, and the ability to execute coordinated code changes at scale. As agentic development becomes the dominant engineering paradigm, we provide the context layer teams need to take control of their codebase.

Why this job is exciting
As our Compliance Manager, you will own and drive Sourcegraph’s governance, risk, and compliance program, with a primary focus on compliance. This is a highly cross-functional role that works closely with Security, Engineering, IT, Legal, People, Sales, and other teams across the company.
You will be responsible for maintaining and evolving our compliance program, including owning certifications such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001 and preparing Sourcegraph for additional frameworks as the business grows. This is not a role where you will simply coordinate work across a large compliance organization. We are looking for someone who has personally owned audit and certification programs end to end: designing and tailoring controls, collecting evidence, training internal teams, working directly with auditors, managing remediation, and driving follow-up work through completion.
📅 Within one month, you will…
You will build strong working relationships across Security, Engineering, IT, Legal, People, Sales, and other key stakeholders.
You will develop a clear understanding of Sourcegraph’s existing governance, risk, and compliance program, including our ISMS, risk register, controls, certifications, audit processes, and current areas of focus.
You will understand how our SOC 2 and ISO 27001 programs operate today, including key owners, evidence requirements, open risks, and upcoming milestones.
You will begin participating directly in day-to-day compliance activities and identify opportunities to improve or simplify existing processes.
📅 Within three months, you will…
You will have taken ownership of Sourcegraph’s ongoing SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance programs.
You will independently manage key audit activities, including control testing, evidence collection, stakeholder coordination, auditor requests, findings, and remediation.
You will evaluate existing controls and tailor them to Sourcegraph’s environment rather than relying on overly prescriptive or generic auditor recommendations.
You will actively maintain Sourcegraph’s risk register, ISMS processes, policies, and compliance documentation.
You will help internal teams understand their compliance responsibilities and provide practical guidance that allows them to meet requirements without creating unnecessary process.
You will support customer-facing compliance activities, including security questionnaires and compliance-related questions from prospective and existing customers.
📅 Within six months, you will…
You will have successfully led Sourcegraph through an audit or major certification milestone.
You will own the operating rhythm of the GRC program, including ISMS meetings, risk management activities, control reviews, documentation updates, and audit preparation.
You will have established a forward-looking compliance roadmap covering renewals, upcoming audits, new frameworks, regulatory requirements, and opportunities to improve how the program operates.
You will be able to independently identify control gaps or deficiencies, assess their risk, recommend practical solutions, and drive remediation with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You will have introduced automation, AI, or other process improvements that reduce manual compliance work while maintaining or improving program quality.
About you
You have built or operated compliance programs in a fast-moving technology environment and have personally owned major compliance initiatives from beginning to end.
You are comfortable operating independently, getting into the details, and doing the work yourself while coordinating with stakeholders across the organization. You understand that frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001 define requirements but often leave significant flexibility in how an organization satisfies them, and you know how to translate those requirements into controls that fit the business.
You are also comfortable working with technical teams and modern cloud environments. You can understand enough about infrastructure, systems, access controls, software development, and security processes to ask the right questions and effectively translate between auditors and technical teams.
5+ years of experience in governance, risk, compliance, information security compliance, or a related role.
Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of SOC 2 and ISO 27001 programs, ideally within a SaaS, technology startup, or similarly fast-moving environment.
Experience personally managing external audits and certification processes, including audit preparation, evidence collection, control testing, stakeholder training, auditor interaction, remediation, and follow-up.
Strong understanding of risk management, control design, ISMS governance, and compliance program operations.
Experience adapting compliance controls to an organization's actual environment rather than applying generic or overly prescriptive requirements.
Familiarity with cloud-based technology environments and the security and compliance considerations associated with a distributed or remote workforce.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from inception through completion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain compliance requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A hands-on mindset and willingness to personally execute the work required to keep the compliance program operating effectively.
Curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging technology, with an interest in using new tools to improve compliance workflows.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with additional security, privacy, or compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, HITRUST, FedRAMP, FISMA, PCI DSS, or related standards.
Experience supporting security questionnaires, customer assurance processes, or sales-related compliance activities.
Experience with GRC platforms, compliance automation tools, or building internal automation for evidence collection and control monitoring.
Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor, CRISC, or similar credentials.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Canvas Core team builds and maintains the foundational platform that powers Mural’s visual thinking experience. This includes the infinite canvas, key editor components, document editing behaviors, asset management, real-time collaboration, and the systems that enable fast, reliable, and intuitive interaction on the canvas.
We’re also responsible for the Mural UI, the real-time message protocol that enables seamless remote collaboration, and the developer-friendly APIs that internal teams use to build features like diagramming, workshops, presentations, integrations, and AI-enabled product capabilities.
Our mission is to ensure the Mural editor is fast, reliable, intuitive, and easy to build on.
We prioritize performance, simplicity, developer experience, and platform quality, enabling teams across the company to ship quickly and safely on top of Canvas Core.
YOUR MISSION
As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll help design, build, and improve the Canvas platform so that the Mural editor remains reliable, high-performing, and intuitive for our users.
You’ll work on the systems that power real-time collaboration, shared document editing, spatial interactions, rendering and interaction performance, asset management, developer APIs, and AI-enabled product capabilities across the Mural editor.
Your role will be to reduce platform complexity, improve the quality and speed of Canvas development, and help teams ship high-quality editor experiences quickly and safely. You’ll partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and other stakeholders to turn ambiguous product and platform problems into clear, maintainable technical solutions.
Senior Engineers at Mural lead by example through strong technical execution, thoughtful design, high-quality implementation, and collaborative problem-solving. They help raise the bar for their team through design discussions, code reviews, mentoring, documentation, and pragmatic improvements to engineering practices.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own and deliver new Canvas platform capabilities and improvements from problem definition through implementation, release, measurement, and iteration
- Partner with Product and Design to shape high-quality user experiences, balancing pragmatic technical delivery with long-term platform needs
- Design and build maintainable Canvas platform systems, with accountability for quality, performance, reliability, and developer experience
- Contribute to developer-friendly APIs, service boundaries, and platform contracts that internal teams can build on quickly and safely
- Use AI-assisted tools and agentic workflows as part of your engineering practice to prototype, implement, test, document, and measure work effectively
- Strengthen the team through technical design reviews, demos, code reviews, mentoring, and improvements to engineering practices
- Build and evolve canvas systems with rich document and object models, including hierarchical scene or document structures, spatial indexing and querying, layout behavior, asset management, and selection mechanics
- Work on large-scale concurrent and real-time collaboration systems that keep shared documents synchronized across users, contributing to design decisions around event ordering, latency, conflict handling, and failure-mode management
- Help design, build, and integrate AI-enabled product capabilities where they intersect with the canvas, document model, real-time collaboration systems, or developer platform
- Improve performance through profiling, bottleneck analysis, architectural simplification, targeted optimization, and moving expensive work out of critical interaction paths so systems remain responsive as document complexity and user activity scale
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Fluency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, with familiarity in React, Node.js, or comparable modern frameworks
- 6+ years building and shipping large-scale production software as part of an agile engineering team
- Strong engineering judgment, with experience designing and delivering scalable, reliable, high-performance systems and developer-facing abstractions that balance simplicity, developer experience, and long-term maintainability
- Experience designing clean API contracts and service boundaries, including thoughtful data models, versioning, validation, error handling, documentation, and long-term maintainability
- Experience building distributed, concurrent, collaborative, or low-latency systems, such as collaboration tools, MMO games, shared-state systems, messaging protocols, or other low-latency user experiences, with familiarity across synchronization, consistency, event ordering, latency, failure modes, and performance trade-offs
- Exposure to complex systems with rich object models, including hierarchical scene or document structures, spatial indexing and querying, layout behavior, asset management, selection mechanics, and performance-sensitive user interactions is a strong plus
- Interest in AI-enabled product capabilities, or hands-on experience building or integrating them in production, such as intelligent editing, automation, recommendations, semantic document understanding, or collaboration features powered by AI
- Performance optimization experience, including profiling, bottleneck analysis, memory and CPU efficiency, latency reduction, and responsiveness as document complexity and user activity scale
- Familiarity with parallel processing, off-main-thread architectures, rendering pipelines, background computation, or other multithreaded systems is a plus
- Practical experience using AI-assisted tools to prototype, implement, test, document, and measure engineering work
- Communication and collaboration skills, with a low-ego approach to working with Product, Design, and Engineering, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to technical discussions, collaborate across teams, and help improve team engineering practices
- Comfort operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments or scale-ups is a plus
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As a Senior Commercial Account Executive, you will own a focused territory of strategic high growth accounts and existing customers with 501-2,500 employees, with an emphasis on Fortune 1000 organizations. Your mandate is to create new executive relationships, build qualified pipeline, win complex multi-product platform opportunities, expand 1Password’s strategic footprint across an existing book of business and secure new logos to add to our customer base.
This is not a transactional or single-product sales role. You will lead an enterprise-wide security conversation, starting with a customer’s most urgent problem and building the strategic case for Unified Access across humans, AI agents, and machines. You will engage and multi-thread with CISOs, CIOs, IT and security leaders, IAM teams, DevOps and platform teams, engineering leaders, security architects, finance, procurement, and other executive stakeholders.
The Senior Commercial Account Executive role also requires experience selling to financial-services organizations headquartered in or operating from New York City. You will bring sector fluency and demonstrated experience and understanding of how to navigate and win within complex financial institutions.
This is a remote, field-based opportunity. Candidates must be based in the New York metro area and should expect regular in-person customer meetings, industry events, and travel throughout the territory, including travel to New York City as required.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 6+ years experience selling to Fortune 1000 organizations and high growth companies spanning 501-2,500 employees, with 2+ years of substantial cybersecurity sales experience.
- A consistent record of exceeding $1.5M+ annual quotas, including experience carrying quotas in the $1.5M-$3M+ range and closing complex, multi-product opportunities.
- Multiple years of elite sales performance and company recognition, such as President’s Club or equivalent top-performer awards.
- Demonstrated success selling multi-product platforms and broader solution transformations, rather than only transactional or standalone point products.
- Experience selling identity, Zero Trust, cloud security, endpoint security, privileged access, developer security, or adjacent cybersecurity platforms.
- Established, credible relationships with enterprise CISOs, CIOs, senior security and IT leaders, IAM leaders, and identity/security architects within the territory or relevant named-account segment.
- Proven ability to engage IAM, IT security, DevOps, platform engineering, and engineering leaders and connect their technical priorities to an executive business case.
- A record of winning net-new strategic logos and expanding existing accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and multi-year platform agreements.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate credibly with C-suite leaders and deeply technical audiences.
- Rigorous account planning, pipeline creation, opportunity management, forecasting, and negotiation skills.
Bonus points for:
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management, privileged access management, credential security, machine identities, agentic AI security, SaaS governance, device trust, or secrets management.
- Experience competing and winning against major enterprise identity and cybersecurity platform providers.
- Proficiency with MEDDPPICC, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and AI-enabled sales tools.
- Experience developing opportunities through channel partners, cloud alliances, systems integrators, or technology partners.
What you can expect:
Own and grow a strategic commercial territory
- Develop and execute sophisticated account and territory plans across your customer and prospect book.
- Create new executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, identity leaders, security architects, and other senior technology buyers to accelerate access and credibility.
- Identify whitespace, competitive displacement opportunities, and compelling events across identity security, AI adoption, privileged access, SaaS governance, developer workflows, and device security.
- Build and maintain the pipeline coverage, account engagement, and deal velocity required to consistently achieve or exceed a significant annual quota.
Sell the full platform story
- Elevate conversations from an individual point-product need to a strategic Unified Access vision spanning people, AI agents, and machines.
- Connect 1Password’s capabilities to measurable outcomes, including reducing credential and access risk, eliminating standing privilege, governing SaaS and shadow AI, protecting developer and machine workflows, strengthening device trust, and improving auditability.
- Land with the customer’s most urgent use case, then build an executive-backed roadmap for adoption and expansion across Enterprise Password Manager, SaaS Manager, Credential Broker, Device Trust, and Privileged Access.
- Translate complex identity, access, cloud, endpoint, developer, and AI-security concepts into clear business value for executive and deeply technical audiences.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Orchestrate 4-6+ month sales cycles involving security, IAM, IT, DevOps, platform engineering, application engineering, finance, legal, procurement, and executive sponsors.
- Build consensus across large buying groups and establish clear business, technical, economic, and decision criteria.
- Lead executive presentations, discovery sessions, workshops, business-value assessments, commercial negotiations, and close plans.
- Create and maintain mutual action plans and apply MEDDPPICC or a comparable enterprise qualification methodology with discipline.
- Structure and negotiate complex, multi-year, multi-product agreements with material ARR and platform expansion potential.
Expand strategic customer relationships
- Build broad, durable relationships throughout customer organizations rather than relying on a single champion.
- Uncover business and security priorities beyond the initial use case and turn them into platform expansion opportunities.
- Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, product specialists, and services teams to create adoption and expansion plans tied to measurable outcomes.
Operate as one team
- Collaborate closely with BDR, Solutions Engineering, Channels, Alliances, Customer Success, Onboarding, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Deal Desk.
- Co-sell with strategic partners, cloud alliances, channel teams, and systems integrators where they can expand reach or accelerate a decision.
- Represent 1Password at executive briefings, customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Maintain accurate opportunity data, next steps, forecasts, and account plans in Salesforce.
- Use AI and modern selling tools thoughtfully to improve research, preparation, coaching, and execution while creating more time for customer engagement.
New York financial-services expertise:
- Significant experience selling complex cybersecurity platforms to major banks, capital-markets firms, insurers, asset managers, fintech companies, or other financial institutions headquartered in or operating from New York City.
- Ability to build a network of CISO, CIO, CTO, security, identity, infrastructure, cloud, engineering, architecture, risk, and procurement leaders within New York financial-services accounts, relationships you can confidently activate to open strategic conversations.
- Strong familiarity with financial-services buying cycles, including security and architecture review, third-party risk management, regulatory and compliance requirements, procurement, legal review, testing, implementation planning, and executive approval.
- Working knowledge of the technology stacks and infrastructure common to large financial institutions, including hybrid and multi-cloud environments, identity and privileged-access systems, endpoint controls, developer platforms, legacy infrastructure, and highly regulated production environments.
- A demonstrated record of mapping complex stakeholder groups, building internal consensus, navigating incumbents and competitive dynamics, and winning large, multi-year cybersecurity agreements within New York financial-services accounts.
How you work:
- You lead with curiosity and strong discovery, uncovering the broader security and business problem rather than stopping at the initial product request.
- You create a compelling platform narrative while keeping the customer’s priorities, maturity, and path to value at the center.
- You combine strategic thinking with operating rigor; your account plans, pipeline, forecasts, and close plans are current, specific, and dependable.
- You are resilient, accountable, collaborative, and motivated by ambitious targets and complex opportunities.
- You hunt daily for new opportunities and consistently hit pipeline generation targets.
- You leverage AI daily to expedite your administrative work and identify strategic opportunities across your book.
- You are coachable, apply feedback quickly, and continuously improve your craft.
- You thrive in a remote, field-based environment and prioritize meaningful in-person customer engagement.

Accommodation is available upon request at any point during our recruitment process. If you require an accommodation, please speak to your talent acquisition partner or email us at nextbit@agilebits.com and we’ll work to meet your needs.
Remote work is a part of our DNA. Given that our company was founded remotely in 2005, we can safely say we're experts at building remote culture. That said, remote work at 1Password does mean working from your home country. If you've got questions or concerns about this, your talent partner would be happy to address them with you.
Successful applicants will be required to complete a background check that may consist of prior employment verification, reference checks, education confirmation, criminal background, publicly available social media, credit history, or other information, as permitted by local law.
1Password uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies, including natural language processing and predictive analytics, to assist in the initial screening of employment applications and improve our recruitment process. See here https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf for the latest third party bias audit information. If you prefer not to have your application assessed using AI/ML features, you may opt out by completing this form https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/1password/automation-notice.
