Требования:

- Опыт работы с Docker и CI/CD пайплайнами
- Опыт руководства инженерами и принятия технических решений
- Активный hands-on подход и желание работать с кодом
- Опыт использования AI-инструментов (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code или аналогичных) в ежедневной разработке

Задачи:
— Проектировать и разрабатывать пайплайны загрузки данных, оптимизируя их под потребности команд-потребителей
— Проектировать загрузку данных, раскладку по слоям, витрины в ClickHouse, включая выбор движка таблиц, ключей сортировки, партиционирования, шардирования и репликации
— Оптимизировать запросы и хранение данных, выявлять и устранять причины медленных запросов и аномального роста таблиц
— Разрабатывать и поддерживать DAGи в Apache Airflow с учетом идемпотентности, ретраев, бэкфиллов и зависимостей между задачами
— Обеспечивать качество данных через проверки полноты и консистентности, сверки между системами, алертинг и мониторинг пайплайнов
— Взаимодействовать с продуктовыми командами и аналитиками для разбора требований, согласования контрактов данных, объяснения ограничений и предложения вариантов
Требования:
— Опыт работы с ClickHouse, включая идентификацию проблем на кластере и работу с распределенной БД
— Уверенное владение SQL и опыт работы с большими объемами данных (таблицы 50+ Тб)
— Владение Python для разработки пайплайнов и бекенда на FastAPI
— Опыт работы с Apache Airflow, включая разработку и эксплуатацию DAGов в продакшене
— Опыт работы с Apache Kafka, понимание модели топиков, партиций, консьюмер-групп, оффсетов и семантики доставки, опыт построения загрузки из Kafka в хранилище
— Опыт интеграции данных из REST API и реляционных БД (PostgreSQL и аналоги), включая инкрементальную загрузку и работу с изменениями данных

Задачи:
- Влиять на качество архитектуры и процессов тестирования
- Использовать современные инструменты тестирования: автоматизация, нагрузочное и интеграционное тестирование
- Проводить ревью бизнес- и технической документации в рамках качества (QA)
- Разрабатывать тест-кейсы в соответствии с требованиями
- Создавать и согласовывать документацию по требованиям банка (тестовую стратегию, тест-планы, протоколы тестирования и т.п.)
- Настраивать QA-процессы и инструменты в рамках работы в кросс-функциональной команде
- Выполнять функциональное, регрессионное и сквозное (E2E) тестирование, участвовать в приёмо-сдаточных испытаниях
- Разрабатывать, сопровождать и совершенствовать решения по автоматизации тестирования
- Обеспечивать взаимодействие с разработчиками и аналитиками внутри команды, а также со смежными подразделениями
Требования:
- Опыт работы в роли QA Automation Engineer (Python) от 3 лет
- Опыт работы с Atlassian Jira/Confluence
- Опыт работы с TestIT или аналогом
- Опыт тестирования REST API: Postman/Soap UI, Swagger
- Опыт работы с Apache Kafka
- Навыки автоматизации на Python + Pytest, Allure (для отчётов)
- Опыт работы с базами данных, SQL-запросами (PostgreSQL/Oracle)
- Опыт построения и сопровождения централизованных систем логирования и мониторинга на базе стека ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) и Grafana
