An overview of this role
We are hiring a Staff Product Security Architect to join our Security Platforms and Architecture organization at GitLab.
Rather than operating as a purely consultative body, Security Architecture at GitLab functions as a hands-on technical driver. Our mission is to embed proactive guidance directly into modern developer workflows and automated coding environments, embedding security standards into the software development process from the outset. We strive to enable teams to deliver secure, resilient software seamlessly while minimizing reliance on manual security gates.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with product engineering organizations, spearhead architectural strategy for critical capabilities, and serve as the primary Security Owner driving risk reduction for key entries within our risk management framework. Your daily work will span architectural design reviews, technical prototyping, and establishing scalable patterns that enable engineering teams to execute autonomously.
What you’ll do
Partner with engineering and product leadership across GitLab, developing enough context in their domains to anticipate security problems rather than react to them
Lead security architecture and design work for strategic initiatives, and provide direction to the cross-functional teams delivering them
Identify, assess, and prioritise systemic security risks, and act as Security Owner for high-priority items in the Product Security Risk Register, co-executing remediation with the teams who own the code
Codify recurring security decisions into reusable artifacts — guardrails, standards, design patterns, skills, and reference threat models — delivered into developer and AI coding tool workflows
Build proofs of concept and prototypes to unblock engineering teams and shorten the distance between a security requirement and a working implementation
Conduct security architecture reviews for large or strategic projects, and coordinate with Application Security so that review coverage is comprehensive and correctly prioritised
Threat model new and existing systems, and establish the patterns that let teams threat model their own work
Work with Security Research on proactive exploration of unknown risks in GitLab's architecture
Anticipate emerging security challenges and propose architectural responses before they reach implementation
Mentor security engineers across the division, and represent security architecture to engineering audiences
What you’ll bring
Depth in application security architecture, including authentication and authorization models, privilege escalation, multi-tenant isolation, and trust boundary analysis
Experience securing distributed systems, including service-to-service authentication, secrets handling, and the failure modes of security decisions made across process boundaries
Working knowledge of software supply chain security: build and release integrity, artifact provenance, and dependency risk
A track record of proactive architecture work — identifying risk before it becomes an incident, and designing something that prevents a class of problem rather than an instance of one
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with engineering leadership and influence technical direction through expertise rather than gatekeeping
Experience defining security standards or patterns that teams adopted without being compelled to
The ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on, including reading unfamiliar code, building prototypes, and contributing changes
Clear written communication, and the ability to make a security argument to an engineering audience that does not already agree with it
A view on how security guidance should be authored and delivered for AI coding tools, not only for humans
About the team
Security Architects are a part of our
Security Platforms and Architecture
team, who address complex security challenges facing GitLab and its customers to enable GitLab to be the most secure software factory platform on the market. Composed of
Security Architecture
,
Security Research
, and Application Security, we focus on systemic product security risks and work cross-functionally to mitigate them while maintaining Engineering’s development velocity.
In FY27, we're implementing a new organizational model where each architect is dedicated to a specific functional area of GitLab's product, enabling deeper context, stronger relationships, and more proactive security guidance. As the Core DevOps architect, you'll be part of a team that includes architects focused on AI and the Sec Section, creating opportunities for collaboration on cross-cutting security challenges while maintaining specialized expertise in your domain.

- Co-define, build, and manage against customer success plans that help every customer achieve their desired objectives and realize measurable value
- Learn Notion’s product and the broader AI ecosystem inside and out so you can be the best build-beside partner for customers navigating new ways of working
- Innovate and iterate on Outcomes Architect programs that retain and grow customers while mitigating churn or contraction risk
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion within a B2B software environment
- Strong customer-facing discovery instincts, with the ability to understand business problems, map workflows, and translate goals into practical implementation plans
- Technical fluency and genuine comfort building live in software—you can co-design, configure, and troubleshoot with customers in the room

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

⛵ About our Crew
Data is at a strategic turning point for us. Our ambition is clear: we want to turn Data into a real machine for product and business impact, rather than just a support team responding to requests.
You will join a Product organization of 6 PMs leading feature squads. As our
first dedicated Data Product Manager
, you will partner with
4 Data Analysts
to build and run our
Data Squad
, structured and operating just like a classic product squad.
Together, your mission is to move away from a "request factory" mindset. The goal? Ensuring the majority of the team's time is dedicated to high-impact initiatives with clear objectives, measurable outcomes (ROI, time saved, KPI uplift), and defined timelines.
🚤 The Role
This is a newly created position.
Reporting directly to Camille (VP Product)
, you will be embedded in the Data team as the dedicated Product partner for Louis (Head of Data). You will work daily with our Data Analysts to run their roadmap like a true product squad.
This role is at the crossroads: you are neither a Data Analyst nor a classic PM who merely writes tickets. You are the person who will bring Product thinking into Data.
🛟 What floats your boat
Strategy & Roadmap:
You lead the Data team's backlog. You receive requests, challenge them, extract the real business stakes, and make clear trade-offs so the Analysts work on the highest-value topics.
Product Methodology:
You drive topics in the right direction. We start with a
problem
(not a request): for whom, why now, how do we measure success? You systematically seek to evaluate post-delivery impact (Did this analysis change a decision?).
Hands-on Data Product (NAO):
You will be the Product Manager for NAO, our company-wide AI and Data assistant. NAO is a game-changer designed to democratize data access, enabling anyone at Click&Boat to query company data and make data-backed decisions on their scope. As PM, you will drive NAO's company-wide rollout and continuous improvement hands-on: analyzing chat replays, understanding usage, testing and refining prompts, gathering BU feedback, and shipping new features.
Enablement:
Please note, you are not here to tell the Analysts how to do their job.
Your role is to empower them to do their best work by providing: business context, the problem to solve, prioritization, and success criteria.
🧭 What you bring aboard
Data & Product Lover:
You are very comfortable with Data (without necessarily being an Analyst yourself) and have a true Product DNA.
Hands-on & Tech-savvy:
You possess genuine technical curiosity and a desire to dive deeper into AI. You're not afraid to get your hands dirty (prompting, pushing your first MRs, testing things yourself).
Business Partner:
You have that rare blend of sharp business understanding, product vision, and technical agility.
Assertiveness & Leadership:
This is a highly exposed role. You will need to challenge stakeholders, know how to say "no", push the Analysts, and confidently stand by your decisions.
Pioneer Spirit:
This is a brand new role for us. We expect you to build the position from scratch. You are comfortable with trial and error, navigating ambiguity, and you are eager to solve this organizational challenge that is so important to us.
🗺 The hiring journey
HR call with Talent Acquisition.
In-depth interview with Louis (Head of data) to discuss vision, team, and stakes.
Meeting with the team including a practical case to test your approach.
Final interview with Camille (VP Product) and Nicolas De Nayer (CTPO) to confirm overall fit.
🙌

At Click&Boat, we believe that enjoying your work is essential. This is why Click&Boaters are provided with a stimulating environment and perks ensuring they are happy and efficient, and spend only high-quality time with co-workers.

We believe in recognizing and rewarding the talent and dedication of our team members.
Professional Growth
: Beyond technical skills, we'll support your growth as a strategic thinker and decision-maker

This is a role for someone who wants to
build, challenge and make an impact
. You don’t need to have followed a traditional Data Product path, what matters is your Product mindset, your curiosity for Data and AI, your ability to navigate ambiguity, and your drive to turn problems into measurable outcomes.
Even if you don’t meet every requirement, you might still be a great match for us. We’d love to hear from you!

The role & impact
In this key role, you will take ownership of regulatory compliance across a complex product area, ensuring our solutions effectively solve core compliance needs for our small business customers. You will act as a primary strategic advisor to product teams and senior leaders, shaping the regulatory roadmap and guiding how legislative shifts influence our long-term vision.
Working closely with large engineering teams, you will act as a trusted technical peer to sign off on overall compliance architecture. Your work will balance nuanced compliance questions with strategic trade offs, directly enabling Xero to deliver seamless, regulation-ready products that empower small businesses globally.

Initially, the role will focus on
- Translating complex regulatory changes into clear, high-level insights and product requirements.

- Engaging directly with key external regulatory and trade bodies to represent product compliance interests.

- A methodical approach to analytical research alongside an eye for detail and confident decision-making.
- Great self-management skills with a knack for prioritizing your time across both independent and collaborative work.
- Passion for upskilling others, sharing knowledge, and acting as a supportive mentor across the business.
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.
Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the Team
At Deliveroo we’re striving to build London’s best and most admired Security Engineering organisation as part of our global team based across North America and Europe.
Our London based Security Engineering team is looking for a
Senior GRC Engineer.
You will be a part of our inclusive, collaborative global team responsible.
This is a London based position reporting directly to the Security Compliance Manager based in London.
About the Role
We're hiring a
Senior GRC Engineer
to help take DoorDash's compliance program from something people run to something the platform runs on its own. You'll take primary ownership of how regulatory and framework change gets tracked, interpreted, and turned into real controls - one part of a broader GRC function that spans audit, policy, and risk. Day to day, that means less time updating spreadsheets and more time writing the automation, integrations, and control logic that let audit evidence collect itself.
You'll also lead major external audits from start to finish and help shape the policies and control standards the rest of the program is built on.
This is a hands-on role for someone who already has deep audit and assurance experience, wants to spend more time building than briefing and can move a program forward, and change how people work, without needing the title to make it happen.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Build the regulatory and framework change-management process that keeps DoorDash ahead of new obligations, instead of reacting to them.
Move manual, point-in-time compliance work onto Compliance-as-Code foundations: policy-as-code, automated control testing, and continuous evidence collection wired into CI/CD, so audit readiness holds up between audits, not just during them.
Design and run agentic workflows for evidence analysis, control testing, and audit response preparation, with a human in the loop where assurance demands it.
Partner directly with engineering and architecture teams to design controls into new systems at build time and translate that technical work into the narratives auditors actually need.
Partner with the Security Compliance Manager to shape and mature the global compliance program.
Design, implement and validate security controls relevant to DoorDash’s regulatory environment, not just document them.
Support development and refinement of security policies, standards, and guidance.
Mentor other members of the compliance team and help set the technical bar the rest of the function grows into.
Ensure policies are actionable, testable, and aligned to real-world controls.
We’re excited about you because you have…
6+ years of experience in security compliance, GRC or technology risk, with a strong track record in high-growth, technology-driven and regulated environments.
Hands-on experience building large language models and agent workflows with daily use of AI in your own work, grounded judgment on what to delegate to agents versus what needs a human, and the ability to evidence both to an auditor. DoorDash is an AI-forward organization and the ability to optimize efficiency using AI is crucial in this role.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with frameworks such as DORA, the EU AI Act, NIS2 and CRA.
Real, hands-on experience implementing and assessing controls against frameworks like PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001 - not just reading them.
Demonstrated ability to identify control gaps, assess risk and drive remediation in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience developing, implementing and improving security policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring they are operational and effective.
Strong understanding of compliance metrics and reporting, with the ability to track control effectiveness, audit outcomes, and risk exposure.
Ability to influence and drive accountability across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex audit and compliance requirements into clear, actionable guidance.
Comfort owning compliance metrics and reporting - you can show, not just assert, that a program is working.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. About the Team
The Platform Hiring Team (PHT) is building a centralized, technology-enabled hiring engine for repeatable, high-volume roles across supported DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt businesses.
You'll join Platform Hiring Operations, PHT's business-facing team. This team owns demand, market context, and pipeline health: translating business needs into hiring plans, keeping stakeholders ahead of risk, and clearing blockers before they reach the execution team.
About the Role
You'll own business readiness, attraction, and pipeline health for Wolt Market across the North region. You'll translate business needs into hiring plans, validate demand against strategy and cost, coordinate Marketing and sourcing partners, activate roles when requirements are complete, and monitor progress against hiring dates.
You'll advise business leaders on hiring strategy, market conditions, timing, location, quality, and delivery trade-offs using funnel and talent-market evidence. When pipeline volume declines, you'll coordinate targeted sourcing interventions and ensure the execution team has sufficient pipeline. You'll proactively coordinate blockers across onboarding, background checks, training capacity, HR, and local operations.
You'll identify recurring friction and work with the Platform Hiring Manager and PM Team on scalable improvements, automation, and AI adoption. You'll own market and business exceptions that require context beyond the standard platform workflow and maintain clear stakeholder communication and portfolio documentation.
You're excited about this opportunity because ..
Own the business partnership for Wolt Market hiring across the North region.
Collect, validate, and translate hiring demand against workforce strategy, timing, and cost expectations.
Set up approved headcount and role requirements in the active hiring platform.
Own relationships with Marketing, Employer Brand, and sourcing partners for top-of-funnel strategy.
Use historical funnel performance to establish the sourcing and application volume required for delivery.
Activate roles with the Platform Hiring team and maintain clear handoffs, service expectations, and priorities.
Monitor pipeline health, conversion, drop-off, and hiring dates and provide proactive business updates.
Advise business leaders on hiring strategy, attraction, market conditions, location, timing, quality, and delivery trade-offs using funnel and talent-market evidence.
Deploy targeted sourcing interventions or coordinate specialist sourcing support when pipeline volume declines.
Partner with low-volume recruiting teams and business leaders where work crosses operating-model boundaries.
Coordinate blockers across onboarding, background checks, training capacity, HR, and local operations.
Own market and business exceptions that require context beyond the standard platform workflow.
Support approved candidate-facing exceptions, including local-language communication, offer delivery, or low-volume work, while maintaining the standard platform workflow wherever possible.
Escalate recurring friction with evidence, volume, impact, and a recommended path to resolution.
Identify automation and AI use cases, adopt approved solutions, and track their effect on manual work and decision speed.
Maintain accurate portfolio documentation, decisions, risks, and source-of-truth reporting.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the Platform Hiring operating model through practical feedback and evidence from the Wolt Market portfolio.
We're excited about you because
You have 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, high-volume hiring, recruiting operations, or a consultative program role.
You have 3+ years of experience working with, managing, and influencing stakeholders across functions.
You have experience translating hiring demand into practical hiring plans and coordinating sourcing, conversion, offers, and onboarding dependencies.
You are comfortable owning a defined business portfolio and proactively managing its hiring risks and priorities.
You have confidence using hiring data and funnel performance to challenge assumptions and recommend action.
You communicate clearly and proactively, with strong business judgment and a focus on candidate experience.
You can coordinate effectively across Operations, HR, Workforce Planning, Marketing, Employer Brand, and Learning and Development.
You're comfortable with Fountain, Greenhouse, dashboards, workflow automation, continuous improvement, and light program management.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.
