Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We're looking for an executive communications manager to shape Figma's story and how our execs tell it. You’ll partner with leaders across the business to turn early ideas into clear, compelling points of view and build platforms that only they can credibly own. From there you'll work with our comms team and Figmates across the company to get those stories told in the spaces and places where they’ll have the most impact.
A lot of the work is writing: essays, keynotes, social posts and op-eds. The rest is strategy: figuring out which ideas are worth developing, which audience needs to hear them, how a story travels and what makes people excited to share it.
This is a new role reporting to our VP of Communications. The ideal candidate will write and speak with the same precision and clarity they’d expect from the execs they support. They’ll know how to make someone sound sharp in a 140-character post and credible in a 3,000-word essay. You’ll operate with low ego, high conviction and the curiosity to uncover stories people want to hear and that our execs want to tell.
This is a full-time role based in San Francisco or New York City hubs.
What you'll do at Figma:
Build the narrative framework executives across the business use to tell Figma's story, and their own
Work with our comms team on media strategy, and bring sound judgment to messaging and channel selection
Partner with (and occasionally spar) with executives to sharpen their ideas and the broader point of view behind them
Build the system and infrastructure this function needs to keep our executive storytelling consistent and differentiated
Find ways to measure impact and drive a culture of experimentation in our exec comms
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Extensive experience crafting narratives for senior executives across formats, channels and audiences
A track record of writing for C-suite executives with strong opinions and high standards
Executive presence, and a track record of influencing people who don't report to you
Media relations experience and sound judgment on press, messaging and reputation
Comfort with ambiguity, deep curiosity and a record of shipping strong work
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
A journalism or editorial background, with an instinct for what's newsworthy and how a story reads to an outside audience
Experience in tech, creative pursuits and/or product design and development
Strong business literacy and the ability to translate complex financial and technical topics for a broader audience
Passion for Figma and what we do!
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

Our mission is to help customers grow valuable media brands with their content. Join our diverse group of focused, hardworking professionals who are passionate about doing work that’s challenging and fun — and who strive to maintain a healthy work/life balance.
About the Role
Lineup and FatTail are the leading Order Management Systems (OMS) for media companies, and this role will own product vision and strategy across both. It's a high-touch, customer-facing product leadership role: you'll build close, lasting relationships with the customers and prospects who rely on our platforms, and turn what you learn from those relationships into a roadmap that drives real growth.
We're looking for a VP of Product with a genuine commercial mindset — someone who is energized by being in front of customers and prospects, not just building for them at a distance. You will be the primary product voice representing our vision and roadmap to the market: presenting directly to prospects and clients, building trust with the people who buy and use our products, and channeling what you hear back into product decisions that grow the business. You will also lead and grow a team of product managers, building the strength and depth of the product organization as it scales.
You'll have a key voice in shaping the direction of Chartbeat's broader, unified platform vision — helping define how we integrate Chartbeat and Tubular's content and audience analytics with Lineup and FatTail's order management systems to deliver innovative solutions that help media companies grow their business.
Key Responsibilities
10+ years in product management, including 5+ years in a senior product leadership role (VP, SVP, or equivalent) in B2B SaaS focused on the Media or Ad Tech industry.
Direct Ad Tech experience is required, ideally with an OMS or adjacent systems (e.g., Google Ad Manager, ad servers, DMPs/CDPs, or similar sell-side ad tech).
A track record of delivering innovative, differentiated products, including AI-driven features or workflows — you know how to identify where AI creates real customer value versus where it's a distraction.
A track record of commercial involvement, including presenting roadmap and vision directly to prospects and customers, and being trusted as a credible voice in high-stakes customer conversations.
Experience in enterprise or upper-mid-market B2B settings, ideally within media, publishing, or adjacent verticals, where building close customer relationships is central to the business.
People leadership experience, having built, managed, and grown teams of product managers.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
Define and evolve a long-term OMS strategy and roadmap establishing a clear vision across our two OMS products that strengthens competitive differentiation, drives customer growth and retention, and deepens platform adoption.
Prioritize ruthlessly across customer commitments, competitive differentiation, and platform/data unification to ensure we’re making the right investments to move the business forward.
Collaborate with product leaders across the business to define and deliver a unified platform vision that strengthens all four brands together.
Customer & Market Engagement
Serve as a primary product voice with prospects and clients — presenting vision and roadmap directly, and building close, lasting relationships with the people who buy and use our products.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to improve win rates, adoption, and renewals — bringing product perspective into customer conversations and helping remove product-related obstacles
Grow a strong network across media and publishing that expands our credibility and reach in the industry.
Turn customer and market insight into clear, credible product decisions, balancing near-term needs with long-term platform investment.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
Lead and grow a team of product managers and leaders, setting a high bar for product craft, commercial fluency, and customer engagement.
Partner with the executive leadership on org design, hiring, and development plans to strengthen the product team as it grows.
Coach PMs into strong functional leaders who own outcomes across product strategy, roadmap creation and execution, client-facing communication, vision storytelling, and commercial support.
Cross-Functional & Platform Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and commercial teams to translate strategy into delivered and adopted products.
Champion platform thinking that unlocks cross-sell and deepens customer value across Chartbeat, Tubular, Lineup, and FatTail.
Represent OMS product strategy to the executive team and, where relevant, the Board — shaping investment decisions with clear business impact.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $225,000-$275,000
Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance

Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Partner with product designers and the creative team to bring our product to life at our bi-annual Wealthsimple Presents live events, building and refining prototypes that bring product moments to life on stage, and translating product UI into more stylized storytelling assets where the moment calls for it
- Own design for our Product Marketing surfaces including: What's New (in-app), The Report, and Social Wrapped (spotlighting top shipped products/features)
- Create launch and feature visuals for major releases and manage our app store presence.
- Produce animations, static assets, and video (including talking-head-over-product style content) that explain features and educate clients
- Serve as the brand and marketing team’s go-to resource for everything product design related.
- Build and maintain a library of UI assets and product demos that marketing and influencer partners can pull from
- Partner closely with the team who owns the marketing website to product UI elements for product detail pages, making sure the product we’re selling is elevated and showcased at its best
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 6+ years of experience in a design role that spans product and marketing
- Portfolio that includes examples of motion design, marketing design, brand design, or product design with strong production chops
- Is strong at productionizing and can take existing product UI, brand direction, or campaign concepts and turning them into polished, launch-ready assets quickly, rather than originating core product or brand design from scratch
- Build and maintain AI-powered workflows to create scalable, repeatable asset production processes.
- Has hands-on motion and video skills as a core, daily-use part of their craft. Comfortable in After Effects and Premiere (or equivalent), producing everything from lightweight UI animations to more produced explainer/talking-head content
- Is fluent in product design tools (Figma)
- Can move fluidly between product, marketing, and creative, understanding the priorities, constraints, and voice of each without needing much translation
- Has a track record of shipping high-quality, on-brand work fast and independently, managing multiple concurrent requests from different stakeholders (product marketing, growth, brand, dotcom)
- Has sharp taste and an eye for polish, but treats that taste as being in service of clarity and reusability, not personal authorship
- Is a clear, proactive communicator who is comfortable managing intake from multiple teams and setting expectations on scope and timelines
Nice to have:
- Experience building or maintaining a shared asset/component library for cross-team reuse
- Experience working with financial services or other regulated-industry marketing content
- Familiarity with social-first video formats and platforms
If you're excited about this role, along with your resume, send us a portfolio or reel that shows:
- Examples of product UI you've translated into marketing/education content
- At least one motion or video piece you led end-to-end
- How you've worked across product, marketing, and creative stakeholders to ship something quickly

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Solutions Marketing Manager to shape how LangChain brings its full platform to priority industries, enterprise buyers, and high-value use cases.
This role sits at the intersection of product and GTM. You’ll translate customer problems into clear solution narratives, repeatable sales plays, campaign themes, and customer-facing assets that help teams understand where LangChain fits in their AI strategy.
You’ll develop industry solutions, use case solutions, and enterprise solution stories for segments such as financial services, healthcare, life sciences, and other priority markets. You’ll work closely with sales, solutions, product, demand generation, field marketing, education, and customer teams to understand what matters in the field, turn those insights into messaging and collateral, and help create programs that support pipeline and revenue generation.
The role covers the full LangChain platform, including Observability & Evaluation, Deployment, Sandboxes, LLM Gateway, Fleet, Engine, and OSS. The goal is to explain how these products work together to help companies build, deploy, monitor, and improve agents in production.
You’ll define the problems we solve for specific audiences, package those into repeatable narratives, and help GTM teams take them to market.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
DEVELOP INDUSTRY AND USE CASE SOLUTIONS
- Build solution narratives for priority industries and enterprise use cases. Initial focus areas include financial services, healthcare, and life sciences, with room to expand based on GTM priorities.
- Translate customer problems into clear solution stories. You’ll connect LangChain’s platform capabilities to the business, operational, governance, and technical needs of specific audiences.
- Define repeatable use case messaging. You’ll identify where agents can create value across functions and industries, then turn those patterns into solution briefs, use case pages, campaign assets, sales decks, webinar narratives, and customer-facing content.
- Build a point of view on enterprise AI adoption. You’ll help explain how companies move from prototypes and isolated experiments to production deployments with the controls, visibility, and evaluation practices they need.
- Stay close to the market. You’ll synthesize customer conversations, sales feedback, competitive activity, industry trends, and product signals into sharper messaging and GTM recommendations.
SUPPORT ENTERPRISE GTM MOTIONS
- Partner with sales, solutions, field marketing, demand generation, and customer-facing teams on targeted enterprise campaigns and account motions.
- Build sales enablement for industry and enterprise conversations. This may include talk tracks, discovery questions, objection handling, use case maps, executive-ready decks, demo narratives, and competitive context.
- Turn field learnings into reusable sales plays. You’ll work with account teams to understand what resonates with buyers and turn those insights into repeatable messaging, collateral, and campaign programs.
- Create materials for complex buying committees. You’ll help LangChain speak clearly to technical buyers, AI leaders, IT and security stakeholders, business leaders, and functional teams.
- Support pipeline and revenue programs. You’ll help connect solution narratives to campaigns, events, webinars, ABM motions, field programs, and sales follow-up.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- You have 3–6+ years of experience in solutions marketing, enterprise marketing, product marketing, developer marketing, industry marketing, or a related GTM role.
- You’ve built messaging, collateral, or campaigns around technical products, AI/ML products, developer tools, B2B SaaS, infrastructure, automation, productivity tools, or platform products.
- You can turn customer problems into clear solution narratives. You know how to move from “what the product does” to “why this matters for this audience, industry, or use case.”
- You understand enterprise buying motions. You know how to create assets for complex buying committees, regulated industries, sales-led motions, and executive conversations.
- You’re comfortable with technical products. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be able to learn technical concepts quickly, ask good questions, and translate details into customer-facing messaging.
- You like working with sales and customer-facing teams. You’re interested in what happens in the field and know how to turn that feedback into stronger messaging and enablement.
- You’re comfortable working across many audiences, including developers, technical buyers, operators, admins, AI leaders, business stakeholders, and nontechnical end users.
- You can balance strategic thinking with execution. You can define a messaging POV, then build the deck, brief, landing page copy, or sales asset that brings it to life.
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity and iteration. The market for production-ready AI agents is still being defined, and you’re excited to ship, learn, and improve.
- You have genuine curiosity about agents, enterprise AI adoption, and how they will change how teams work.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building industry or solutions marketing programs for financial services, healthcare, life sciences, public sector, or other regulated industries.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales teams through enablement, account-based campaigns, customer-facing storytelling, competitive support, or executive-facing collateral.
- Familiarity with the LLM, agent, or AI application development ecosystem.
- Experience with PLG motions, onboarding, activation, lifecycle marketing, or self-serve adoption.
WHY JOIN
- You’ll help build the solutions marketing motion at LangChain. There is room to shape how we define priority industries, package use cases, support enterprise campaigns, and enable the field.
- You’ll work on a category that is moving from experimentation to enterprise adoption. Companies are trying to understand where agents can create real value and how to deploy them with control.
- You’ll join a small, fast-moving team. You’ll get real scope, close access to product and GTM leaders, and the ability to ship meaningful work quickly.
Compensation: 140,000 - 195,000K

The Role
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to lead go-to-market for AI Mosaic, one of our exclusive pioneering technologies, launching soon.

We're an engineering- and product-heavy company. What we're missing is someone who can represent AI Mosaic in business conversations, find the demand, and convert it into real revenue.
This is not a passive role. It's hands-on, outward-facing, and revenue-driven. You own the pipeline end to end: from first outreach to closed deal.
What You Will Do
Own go-to-market and new revenue for AI Mosaic as it moves from launch into growth.
Identify, qualify, and close new business across studios, platforms, content networks, and technology buyers, with a focus on Japan.
Own the full sales cycle: outbound, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline with clear stages, forecasts, and accountable ownership.
Represent AI Mosaic at industry events, conferences, and client-facing meetings.
Translate a complex technical product into clear, commercial value for each buyer.
Create and deliver pitch decks, commercial proposals, and business cases tailored to different audiences.
Work with leadership to define target segments, pricing angles, and go-to-market priorities.
Coordinate internally with product, engineering, and legal to scope, structure, and land deals.
Contribute best practices, market signals, and key findings to the company's knowledge base.
What We Are Looking For
Native or fluent Japanese, with confidence in negotiations and senior-level business conversations in the Japanese market.
Proven experience working with the Japanese market, with an existing understanding of how business gets done and deals get closed there.
Solid B2B experience in business development or sales within tech, media, or platform-driven businesses, with a track record of closing deals.
Ability to represent a complex technical product and translate it into clear buyer value.
Proactive in sourcing new opportunities, clients, and markets, without waiting for inbound.
Comfortable attending industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Strong sense of ownership over pipeline, follow-ups, and revenue outcomes.
Bonus Points
Working English for internal collaboration with a global team.
Experience in streaming platforms, tech, media, or the Japanese content industry.
