How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We are the global leader in tokenized treasuries, tokenized stocks and ETFs, and are building the future of institutional-grade financial services onchain.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
About the role
Ondo's user research team is small but mighty, and works horizontally across the whole product suite, not inside a single pod. We're hiring a senior quantitative user researcher to build and lead quantitative research across the portfolio.
You'll set your own UXR strategy with minimal guidance, take on the hardest decision-shaping questions whichever team they come from, and answer them with evidence that holds up at scale.
What You'll Do
Own the research intake and quant roadmap. Field research questions from product, design, GTM and leadership. Turn vague asks into answerable questions, decide which need quantitative evidence (and which don't), and prioritize where evidence most reduces risk on our biggest bets.
Answer the big questions before launch. Use MaxDiff and conjoint to show which features, benefits and messages actually drive decisions. Design pre-launch experiments (stimulus tests, matched cohorts, vignettes, threshold studies) with decision rules set before fielding, and pretest instruments with cognitive interviews.
Build measurement and segments that last. Adapt or develop validated scales for trust, perceived security and comprehension, track them across products and markets, and turn our user profiles into statistically validated, sized segments.
Get data you can trust, and connect it to behavior. Design sampling, translation and fraud controls for a global, crypto-native audience, and partner with data science to link survey data with product data.
Evaluate AI-assisted experiences. Design human evaluation for AI-assisted finance features: rubrics, rater reliability, and whether user trust matches how reliable the system actually is.
Be leadership's partner for evidence. Present findings as recommendations with effect sizes, confidence and what would change the call. Give quick, right-sized answers to ad-hoc leadership questions, whether that's existing data, a fast pulse survey or a full study. Set the standards that let PMs and designers run sound lightweight surveys or data-driven validation themselves.
Requirements
7+ years of UX or applied research experience, including at least 5 years leading quantitative studies end to end, from study design through recommendation.
Experience leading quantitative research studies for financial products (e.g., brokerage, trading, banking, payments, wealth or lending).
A self-starter who operates with minimal guidance: you scope ambiguous problems, set your own priorities, and drive studies to a decision.
Deep survey science expertise: sampling and weighting, instrument design, bias control, data-quality screening, and programming in Qualtrics or similar.
Hands-on experience designing and analyzing MaxDiff and/or conjoint studies.
Strong applied statistics: regression, power analysis, and experimental and quasi-experimental design.
Fluency in R or Python for analysis and visualization.
You have an existing AI-assisted research setup, from drafting survey instruments to writing and reviewing analysis code, and you proofread/validate every output with rigor.
A track record of quantitative work that changed a product or business decision, and the ability to explain uncertainty clearly to executives and non-researchers.
Nice to Have
Experience with crypto, onchain or tokenized-asset products.
A master’s or PhD in a quantitative field such as statistics, survey methodology, behavioral economics, or marketing science.
Depth in advanced methods, such as hierarchical Bayes and simulators, psychometric scale development, segmentation, pricing research, or SQL and multilevel modeling.
Experience evaluating AI or LLM-powered products, such as human evaluation design, rubrics or rater reliability.
Research across markets in LATAM, APAC or EMEA, including translating survey instruments.
Responsible AI-native research workflows, such as using LLM tools to speed up instrument design, coding of open-ended responses or analysis.
What we offer
Competitive compensation including but not limited to salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — We are well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation.
Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO).
Remote-first team across many countries — You will be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices.
A+ colleagues — Our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap.
Best-in-class investors — We are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures.

SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT
Our Solutions Architecture team connects business priorities with practical technical solutions, helping customers understand how Chainalysis can support their most important objectives.
In this role, you will provide technical leadership throughout the customer journey. You will turn complex requirements into clear recommendations, help customers envision how our products fit into their operating environment, and guide them toward measurable business outcomes.
As a Solutions Architect, you'll develop a deep understanding of Chainalysis solutions and the problems our customers are trying to solve. You'll explain complex concepts in a clear, compelling way to technical practitioners, business leaders, and executive stakeholders. You'll also build practical, customer-specific solutions that support deployment, integration, adoption, and long-term value.
In this role, you'll:
- Serve as a core member of the account team, partnering closely with Sales, Services, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
- Take ownership of customer outcomes across the full lifecycle, from initial discovery and solution design through investigation support, compliance program delivery, deployment, enablement, adoption, and expansion.
- Lead discovery conversations that uncover customer objectives, operational pain points, use cases, technical constraints, and success criteria.
- Translate business and operational needs into clear technical requirements, solution designs, and implementation paths.
- Articulate Chainalysis capabilities in a way that is relevant to each customer's compliance, risk, fraud, investigations, or security environment.
- Create tailored demonstrations, proof-of-value experiences, and technical narratives that show how Chainalysis can address customer priorities.
- Conduct blockchain investigations, deliver compliance and regulatory guidance, and build technical solutions such as notebooks, dashboards, automation workflows, data integrations, reference architectures, and agentic workflows.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows that accelerate and automate investigations, analysis, and customer processes, adapted to each customer's operating model, data, controls, and risk framework.
- Design automation that fits into existing compliance, risk, fraud, investigations, or security operations rather than requiring customers to redesign how they work.
- Help customers access and operationalize Chainalysis data through APIs, integrations, and fit-for-purpose technical patterns.
- Provide guidance on solution architecture, API implementation, workflow design, data movement, and integration considerations.
- Drive platform adoption by connecting customer workflows to Chainalysis capabilities and identifying new use cases.
- Identify creative, responsible approaches to difficult customer problems, while balancing speed, scalability, security, maintainability, and measurable impact.
- Build trust through sound technical judgment, clear communication, reliable execution, and a strong understanding of the customer's business.
- Assemble the technical evidence base, including outcome data, consumption metrics, adoption analysis, and expansion signals, that supports quarterly impact reporting and renewal conversations.
- Build customer capability and self-sufficiency rather than creating ongoing dependence on the Solutions Architecture team.
- Own the feedback loop between customers and Product/Engineering, translating field insights and feature requirements into product improvements and bringing those improvements back to customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, meeting them at their current level of crypto-maturity and partnering with them to advance their understanding, processes, and outcomes.
- Represent Chainalysis at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.
- Contribute to the wider Solutions Architecture team through reusable assets, knowledge sharing, internal initiatives, and better ways of working.
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Several years of experience in one or more relevant areas, such as financial services, compliance, investigations, fraud, cybersecurity, digital assets, transaction monitoring, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise product management.
- Experience making complex technical or operational concepts understandable to different audiences.
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- A creative, structured, and investigative approach to solving challenging customer problems.
- Comfort working with technical tools and learning new technologies quickly. Experience with Python or another programming language, SQL, data analysis, notebooks, workflow automation, APIs, integrations, or AI tools is valuable.
- The curiosity and initiative to develop technical depth over time; you do not need to arrive with a complete technical stack, but you should enjoy investigating how things work and building the skills to solve new problems.
- The ability to operate effectively when requirements are ambiguous, information is incomplete, or the best path forward has not yet been defined.
- A collaborative, generous approach to working with others, including a willingness to share knowledge, seek input, and improve team practices.
- A demonstrated focus on measurable customer outcomes, not simply technical activity or product usage.
- An interest in blockchain and a desire to keep building your understanding of the technology, the market, and the customers we serve.
Total Compensation:
• Base Salary Range: $160,000-$185,000
• Offers Commission: 75/25 OTE
• Offers Equity
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, and Seattle
We’re looking for a Senior HR Generalist to own the day-to-day of Runway’s HR function and shape how it scales. You’ll run core programs end to end, advise managers and employees on sensitive situations, unblock teams so they can move faster and build the processes that keep a fast-growing team compliant and well supported. You’ll work directly with the HR Manager as a strategic partner, and you’ll have the autonomy to make decisions, set priorities and fix what’s broken without waiting to be asked.

- Own HRIS administration and data integrity in Rippling, including reporting, audits and workflow automation
- Manage employee visa and immigration processes in partnership with outside counsel
- Oversee leave administration and accommodations across jurisdictions, and keep policies and practices compliant with current employment law
- Run key programs end to end with the HR Manager, including performance reviews, open enrollment, engagement surveys and compensation cycles
- Act as the go-to resource for employees and managers on benefits, policies and HR processes
- Identify gaps in HR operations and ship fixes: updated policies, clearer documentation and more efficient tooling
- Pitch in wherever the team needs; no task is too small if it moves things forward
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or people operations role at a high-growth company
- Deep working knowledge of benefits, leave administration, immigration basics and employment law across multiple states
- Experience running company-wide programs such as performance cycles, open enrollment and engagement surveys
- Strong HRIS skills, with Rippling experience a strong plus
- Clear written and verbal communication, and the credibility to advise managers and senior leaders
- Comfort operating independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- A high ownership mindset and a team-first attitude
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Our Partner Experience team is building an AI-native operating model on top of a growing set of partner-facing systems: Salesforce, PEM, the partner portal, enablement and certification platforms, and the integrations that connect them. Our systems lead owns the architecture and data model. Our GTM Systems team builds and releases changes in Salesforce. Our AI Operations Engineer builds the agentic workflows that run on top of it. This role connects the business to all of them: a senior business systems analyst who runs discovery, captures requirements, leads UAT, and publishes release notes for every bug fix, improvement, enhancement, and new build, and who is hands-on enough as a Salesforce admin to keep the platform healthy in production. You'll use Claude every day to draft requirements, write test cases and release notes, and keep documentation current, and you'll be the person who spots which recurring requests should become automations.
As our Senior Partner Systems Analyst, you'll own how change happens on the partner systems stack. When a partner program launches, a partner manager needs a new workflow, or a partner can't see their deal registration, you're the first call. You'll sit down with the people who raised it to understand the problem, write requirements the GTM Systems team or the AI Operations Engineer can build from, run UAT with the people who will use it, and publish release notes so nobody has to ask what changed. For smaller fixes, you'll make the change yourself as a Salesforce admin.
This is a senior analyst role with real ownership. You'll set up the intake, discovery, UAT, and release processes rather than inherit them, decide what gets worked on first, and make sure nothing ships without agreed requirements, UAT sign-off, and release notes.
Key responsibilities
Lead discovery for new requests: meet with partner managers, partner operations, and other stakeholders to understand the problem, map the current process, and size the change before anything is built.
Capture requirements for bug fixes, improvements, enhancements, and new builds: user stories, process flows, field and access definitions, acceptance criteria, and edge cases, precise enough that the systems lead, the GTM Systems team, the AI Operations Engineer, or an implementation partner can build from them.
Work with the GTM Systems team and the AI Operations Engineer through the full delivery cycle for enhancements, improvements, new builds, and bug fixes: hand over requirements, answer questions during the build, review what was built against the acceptance criteria, and coordinate the release.
Own UAT for every change: write the test plan and test cases from the acceptance criteria, coordinate testers from the partner team, log and retest defects, collect sign-off, and smoke test in production after each release.
Write and publish release notes for every release: what changed, who it affects, and what users need to do differently, in language partner managers can act on.
Prioritize the backlog with stakeholders, weighing partner impact, risk, and effort, and keep a clear, visible view of what's coming next and why.
Serve as the point of contact for bugs, enhancement requests, and system questions across Salesforce, PEM, and the partner portal, and own the intake queue end to end.
Triage production incidents: reproduce the issue, assess impact and severity, resolve it or route it to the right owner, and keep affected teams updated until it's closed.
Administer Salesforce for the partner org: objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.
Understand how data moves between Salesforce and PEM, monitor integration health, and diagnose sync failures, mapping errors, and access issues.
Document the platform: system documentation, data dictionary, integration maps, and admin runbooks.
Identify repeatable admin and support requests, log them as automation candidates, and partner with the AI Operations Engineer to move them off the manual queue.
Minimum qualifications
Experience running discovery and requirements sessions with business stakeholders, and turning what you hear into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
A track record of working with a systems or engineering team through a build, from requirements handover to release.
Disciplined testing habits: you have planned and run UAT with business users, with test cases written from acceptance criteria, defects tracked to closure, and sign-off before release, and you don't consider a change done until it has been smoke tested.
Clear written communication: your requirements get built correctly the first time, your release notes tell non-technical users what changed and what to do, and your documentation is something people actually use.
You already use LLM tools like Claude in your day-to-day work and can show where it changed how you gather requirements, test, or document.
A track record of owning a production Salesforce org or business systems stack, including the intake, triage, and release processes around it.
Strong Salesforce admin skills: declarative configuration, flows, validation rules, the security and sharing model, and reporting.
Working knowledge of integrations: how records sync between systems through APIs or middleware, how to read an error log, and how to trace a data issue back to its source.
A structured approach to incidents: you separate symptoms from root cause and communicate clearly while things are broken.
Judgment about priorities: you can say "no" or "not yet" and explain why.
Preferred qualifications
5+ years as a business systems analyst, Salesforce administrator, or in a similar role where you owned discovery, requirements, and UAT for business systems, ideally supporting a partner, sales, or customer success organization.
Experience working in a sprint-based delivery model, with a shared backlog and regular sprint reviews.
Experience with partner relationship management (PRM) platforms, partner portals, or channel programs such as deal registration, certifications, or MDF.
Salesforce release management experience: sandboxes, change sets or DevOps tooling, and deployment checklists.
SQL or scripting skills for data investigation and cleanup.
Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Business Analyst certification.
How this role works with the team
You'll work day to day with our Partner Business Systems Lead, who owns systems architecture and the partner portal, the GTM Systems team, who build and release changes in Salesforce, and our AI Operations Engineer, who builds the agentic workflows that run across those systems. The systems lead designs the platform, the GTM Systems team and the AI Operations Engineer build on it, and you connect the business to the build: you run discovery, capture the requirements, lead UAT, and publish the release notes for enhancements, improvements, new builds, and bug fixes. You'll also be the main point of contact for partner managers and other internal teams who depend on these systems.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$215,000
—
$300,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

on what that will take.
About this role
GiveDirectly gives cash directly to people living in poverty and in emergencies. Both depend on the same question: did this person live in this place, at this time? We ask it when we target the poorest households, and when a disaster displaces a community overnight. Location records held by Mobile Network Operators (MNO) can help us estimate an answer to this question at scale. We work with MNOs so they can infer, from their own records, whether a subscriber was resident in a target area over a defined period. Robust residence location inference from MNO data requires in-depth analytical work, and the methods we design have to run on an operator's systems - most often implemented by their engineers - under strict data protection and confidentiality rules.
We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist to progress our work on location inference from MNO data, and to make it repeatable. Your job is to improve and extend our library of method templates, adapt them to each new operator and setting, and design new elements when an intervention requires it. You'll assess what can be inferred from a given operator's data, specify the analysis clearly enough for their data engineers to implement, then test it with them remotely or on site. You'll support introductory meetings with MNOs, describing methodologies at a high level, and inform the work of data privacy and cybersecurity teams to ensure only necessary data are shared securely. You'll also help colleagues across GiveDirectly understand the strengths and limitations of this data source, so we design programs around questions it can best answer.
This work is live in several countries, and we're expanding it across the countries where we have offices and to low- and middle-income countries anywhere in the world when a crisis hits.

Senior Product Manager - MNO data
Level
: Senior Manager
Location:
At this stage of GiveDirectly’s growth and scale, we’re prioritizing hiring in the countries below, where we can employ you through a GD entity or an established employer of record: Cameroon, Canada, Colombia, DRC, Germany, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Netherlands, Nigeria, Poland, Portugal, Rwanda, South Africa, Spain, Turkey, Uganda, United Kingdom, and United States. This list reflects where our employment infrastructure is established today, and may evolve as we grow. If you’re based elsewhere and not open to relocation, we may not be able to consider your application for this role right now, but we’d encourage you to check back.
Please note that we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment Visas in the U.S. or U.K. at this time.
Travel Requirement:
Substantial international travel, roughly 25 to 50% of your time depending on emergencies, sometimes at short notice - for workshops with operators to support programs and emergency responses.
What you’ll do:
Improve and extend our library of analytical method templates for establishing where people live from MNO data, and depending on circumstances, for detecting displacement or estimating poverty. Design novel methods when an intervention requires it.
Support colleagues in technical conversations with operators, bringing clarity on the data we need and why, and steering discussions toward technical designs that make the analysis workable.
Assess the information that can be inferred from each operator's data given data types and sparsity, and for each geography and targeted area. Support intervention design to account for data quality.
Write tests and method specifications for MNO data engineers to implement: steps, parameters, pseudocode, validation criteria.
Guide operator engineering teams through implementation, in writing and in person. Adapt methods to accommodate large data volume and computational constraints, balancing accuracy and operational needs.
Run in-country workshops with operators to support the set-up of new analyses and - where feasible - tune parameters based on statistical tests and distributions.
Feed every new analytical and implementation element back into standard templates, so the next country or intervention starts from a better position than the last.
Design for privacy from the start, so that as little data as possible has to be shared: aggregation, minimization, and where useful, privacy-enhancing technologies such as private set intersection or homomorphic encryption.
Protect the confidentiality of what operators share with us and improve internal data security processes and tools as we grow.
Build internal training material so that our technical and non-technical teams understand the strengths and limits of this data, and design interventions accordingly.
What you’ll bring:
Exceptional alignment with
GiveDirectly Values
and active demonstration of our core competencies: emotional intelligence, problem solving, project management, follow-through, and fostering inclusivity. We welcome and strongly encourage applications from candidates who have personal or professional experience in the low-income and/or historically marginalized communities that we serve.
Strong mathematical modeling, machine learning and statistics. You choose methods for the question rather than for their sophistication, and you value being able to explain a result over squeezing out the last point of performance.
Deep comfort with spatio-temporal data: temporal filtering, GIS, probability distributions, combinatorial reasoning, and working with sparse, irregular observations. Direct experience with Call Detail Records (CDRs) or latching data is a strong plus. Comparable experience with mobility, transport, sensor or remote-sensing data counts.
The ability to reason without ground truth. Much of this work has no validated answer to check against, and you're comfortable setting parameters by reading the shape of the data and defending that choice.
Pragmatism about the trade-off between accuracy and implementability. You've deliberately simplified a method to fit an operational constraint, and you can say what it cost you.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You can explain a method and its limitations to an operator's engineers, to their data protection officer, to their leadership and to colleagues with or without technical background. You write well and are comfortable presenting to these multiple audiences. You build trust with counterparts you don’t manage, and they want to work with you again.
Experience writing technical specifications that other teams implemented, clear enough that people you don't manage could follow them correctly.
Able to read and review SQL and Python written by others, and to find the logical error in someone else's query. Writing production-quality code yourself is welcome but not required. Enough understanding of large data volumes and databases to judge when analytical simplification is required.
Commitment to privacy by design as a foundational value and starting point rather than a compliance step: designing analyses so that less personal data has to be shared. Familiarity with privacy-enhancing technologies for shared computation (private set intersection, secure multi-party computation, homomorphic encryption) is a strong plus.
Commitment to confidentiality. You've handled a partner's commercially sensitive data and can describe the habits you built around it, not just the clause you signed.
Experience designing training material that changed how non-specialist colleagues used a data source.
Comfort in fast-moving contexts where the brief may often shift, and where your technical expertise and understanding may not be shared by other stakeholders.
Additional desirable experience may include: poverty modeling; familiarity with survey data and survey instruments; experience inside a mobile network operator or working closely with one; open-source contributions in the mobility estimation space.
Comfortable with travel to fragile and post-disaster contexts.
Language Requirement: English.
Language Preferences: French, Portuguese, Swahili or Spanish.

Product Marketing turns Chainalysis innovation into customer value. We position our intelligence as solutions customers can understand and consume through our platform, shape how we commercialize them, and give GTM the stories and strategic assets to win.
The public sector is a priority growth segment for Chainalysis, spanning law enforcement, intelligence agencies, regulators and tax authorities. As digital assets become more integrated into the financial system, these organizations need the intelligence, tools and tradecraft to advance their missions—from shaping policy and enforcing the rules to disrupting illicit networks and protecting national security. This role connects Chainalysis capabilities to those mission priorities, with a clear, compelling story for agency leaders and operational teams.
As Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Public Sector, you will own how Chainalysis shows up in the market for these buyers. You will shape our intelligence, data, products, AI capabilities, and services into a differentiated customer story—one that connects to real workflows, urgent problems, and mission outcomes.
This is a role for a strong marketer and an exceptional writer. You can take a complex capability, a shifting market, or a fuzzy customer problem and shape it into a sharp point of view, a persuasive narrative, and practical tools that sellers and customers actually use. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing & Communications, subject-matter experts, and GTM Solutions & Readiness teams to make the story land in the market.
In this role, you’ll:
Position the value
- Define and evolve the public sector value narrative: what Chainalysis enables, why it matters, and why we are meaningfully different.
- Build messaging for priority buyer and user personas, from agency leaders to investigators, intelligence analysts, regulators and tax specialists.
- Create the narratives, proof points, and strategic assets that help sellers communicate differentiated value with conviction.
- Own public-sector competitive intelligence, translating market moves into clear offensive and defensive positioning for deal teams.
Turn value into solutions
- Partner with Product, R&D, Marketing & Communications, and subject-matter experts to translate innovation into compelling industry solutions, use cases, and sales plays.
- Lead go-to-market planning for launches, major releases, platform capabilities, and commercial offerings.
- Shape customer-facing value narratives for pricing, packaging, and usage-based commercial models, including business cases, operational value and mission impact.
- Bring a customer lens to product and market decisions: explain not only what a capability does, but how it advances the customer’s mission.
Win and learn in market
- Produce the strategic content that moves government opportunities forward: first-call decks, solution briefs, talk tracks, discovery frameworks, proof points, and sales plays.
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, GTM & Enablement teams to scale the strongest narratives into field tools and enablement.
- Bring customer, field, partner, and competitive insight back into the work — sharpening positioning, converting market evidence into credible stories, and building repeatable use cases.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- 5–8 years in product, solutions, industry, or B2B enterprise technology marketing, with experience marketing to public-sector customers across law enforcement, intelligence, regulatory or tax functions.
- A demonstrated ability to build positioning and messaging that changes how customers and sellers see a problem—not simply content that fills a library.
- Exceptional writing and editorial judgment. You can write crisp headlines, persuasive narratives, practical sales content, and executive-level messaging; you know the difference between jargon and precision.
- Strong understanding of public-sector buying journeys, decision-making processes and mission-oriented sales motions.
- The ability to connect technical capabilities to mission and operational value for both executive buyers and hands-on users.
- A collaborative self-starter, comfortable working across R&D, Sales, technical and revenue teams, and senior leaders to drive ambiguous, multi-stakeholder work forward independently.
Nice to have experience:
- Experience with blockchain, digital assets, or crypto-native financial infrastructure.
- Experience marketing AI-powered products, data platforms, intelligence products, cybersecurity, or risk and compliance technology.
- Familiarity with consumption- or usage-based pricing and packaging.
- Familiarity with investigative, intelligence, national-security, regulatory or tax use cases for intelligence and technology, and the policy developments shaping digital-asset markets.
You’ll thrive here if:
You can shape complexity into a story people remember and a sales conversation people can use. You write with precision, bring sound judgment to ambiguous problems, build for repeatability rather than one-off requests, and care about the quality of what reaches customers and the field.
About Chainalysis
Chainalysis is the blockchain data platform, making it easy to connect the movement of digital assets to real-world services. Powered by deep blockchain data and AI, organizations can investigate illicit activity, manage risk exposure, and develop innovative market solutions built on the industry's most trusted blockchain intelligence. Our mission is to build trust in blockchains, blending safety and security with an unwavering commitment to growth and innovation.
You belong here.
At Chainalysis, we believe that diversity of experience and thought makes us stronger. With both customers and employees around the world, we are committed to ensuring our team reflects the unique communities around us. We’re ensuring we keep learning by committing to continually revisit and reevaluate our diversity culture.
We encourage applicants across any race, ethnicity, gender/gender expression, age, spirituality, ability, experience and more. Product Marketing turns Chainalysis innovation into customer value. We position our intelligence as solutions customers can understand and consume through our platform, shape how we commercialize them, and give GTM the stories and strategic assets to win. Customers reach our intelligence through products, AI agents, workflows, APIs, data and expert services. This role owns what those add up to. Our segment leads make it specific to an industry; you make the case for Chainalysis as a whole, and build the programs that grow each customer over time.
As Senior Product Marketing Manager for Platform, you will own the positioning for the Chainalysis platform as a whole, then turn it into the lifecycle campaigns and programmes that drive adoption, usage and expansion across our customer base.
This is a horizontal role working across every segment. It suits a problem solver rather than a feature marketer: you start from what customers are trying to do and what gets in their way, then work back to what we offer. You are metrics-savvy. You know what moves the needle and which levers to pull to meet an objective. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Outcomes, Marketing & Communications and GTM Solutions & Readiness, alongside the segment leads who go deep on their industries.
In this role, you'll:
Position the value
- Define and evolve the Chainalysis story: what our intelligence enables, why we are meaningfully different, and why the whole is worth more than any one part.
- Build the messaging that lets GTM teams tell that story consistently.
- Own competitive positioning: frame the category and turn market moves into guidance deal teams can act on.
Build the programmes that grow it
- Build the lifecycle campaigns that take customers deeper into the platform and scale them in partnership with demand generation, product and sales strategy: onboarding, activation, expansion and renewal, each with its own message and moment.
- Spot the expansion patterns that hold across segments and turn them into cross-sell and upsell plays: the trigger, the message, the proof, and the asset a seller uses.
- Explain our commercial model in the customer’s terms, so buyers can see how what they use connects to what they get.
- Lead go-to-market planning for launches that span the portfolio, working with segment leads on the value proposition for each audience.
Win and learn in market
- Produce the strategic content that moves these conversations forward: first-call decks, value maps, discovery frameworks, ROI stories, objection handling and sales plays.
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, GTM & Enablement teams to turn the strongest narratives into field tools sellers can find and use without asking.
- Turn churn, win-loss, field feedback and competitive signal into sharper positioning, and measure what reflects business health rather than activity.
We're looking for candidate who have:
- 8+ years in product, solutions, industry, or B2B enterprise technology marketing.
- Experience building something from nothing: a new proposition, segment or business line where there was no playbook.
- Positioning that changes how customers and sellers see a problem, and connects many capabilities into one value story.
- Experience designing lifecycle campaigns or expansion programmes where you owned the messaging and mechanics.
- Exceptional writing and editorial judgment. You can write crisp headlines, persuasive narratives, practical sales content, and executive-level messaging; you know the difference between jargon and precision.
- A collaborative self-starter, comfortable driving ambiguous, multi-stakeholder work forward across Product, Sales, technical and revenue teams, and senior leaders.
You’ll thrive here if:
You enjoy connecting many products into one story more than marketing a single product in isolation. You build from first principles and create structure where none exists. You write with precision, build for repeatability rather than one-off requests, and care about the quality of what reaches customers and the field. You know when to go deep and when to simplify, and help raise the standard of the work around you.

The role
About Strategic Market Making Desk
Our Strategic Proprietary Market Making team researches and deploys systematic trading strategies across digital asset markets. Within the DeFi track, we focus on how blockchain mechanics, protocol design and on-chain market structure shape liquidity, execution and risk.
As a DeFi Quant Research Intern, you will work alongside quantitative researchers, traders and engineers to study on-chain markets and support the development of data-driven trading strategies. You will analyse blockchain and market data, test hypotheses through backtesting and simulation, build research tooling, and investigate how real-world execution—including gas, transaction ordering, liquidity fragmentation and MEV—affects strategy performance.
This is a technical and applied internship. We are looking for someone who combines strong quantitative reasoning and coding skills with genuine hands-on DeFi experience. You should be curious about how protocols work beneath the interface and able to connect blockchain mechanics to market behaviour and trading outcomes.
Key Responsibilities - DeFi Quant Research Intern
- Research on-chain market structure by analysing liquidity, price formation, participant behaviour and execution across decentralized markets.
- Study how protocol mechanics, transaction ordering, gas, slippage, latency and MEV affect execution quality and strategy performance.
- Formulate trading hypotheses and evaluate them using blockchain data, market data, backtests and simulations.
- Build reusable Python tools and data pipelines for research, monitoring and performance analysis.
- Analyse relationships between centralized and decentralized markets and identify their implications for pricing, hedging and risk.
- Support live strategies through monitoring, post-trade analysis and investigation of unexpected performance.
- Present findings clearly, including assumptions, limitations, risks and recommended next steps.
WHO YOU ARE/KEY REQUIREMENTS - DEFI QUANT RESEARCH INTERN
- Quantitative and coding foundations: You are pursuing or recently completed a degree in mathematics, computer science, engineering, physics, quantitative finance or a related field. You are proficient in Python for data analysis and comfortable with SQL, Git and command-line workflows.
- Practical blockchain understanding: You understand transactions, state changes, gas, blocks, consensus and finality at a working level, and can reason about how smart-contract interactions execute on-chain.
- DeFi market knowledge: You understand AMMs, concentrated liquidity, swaps, liquidity provision, oracles and liquidations, and how decentralized execution differs from a centralized order book.
- MEV awareness: You understand how transaction ordering and block construction can create arbitrage, liquidation, backrunning and sandwiching opportunities or risks, and how these dynamics affect execution.
- Hands-on curiosity: You have used DeFi beyond coursework or social media. Ideally, you have built or analysed something yourself—such as an on-chain dataset, trading or monitoring script, AMM simulation, protocol integration or research project.
- Trading judgement: You naturally question whether an apparent edge survives fees, gas, latency, slippage, adverse selection and changing market conditions.
- Ownership and communication: You can structure an ambiguous problem, test assumptions and communicate findings and limitations clearly in English.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience querying blockchain data through RPCs, indexers, subgraphs or analytics platforms.
- Ability to read Solidity, contract interfaces and event logs.
- Exposure to Rust or another systems programming language.
- Familiarity with non-EVM ecosystems or Layer 2 execution models.
- A technical project demonstrating sustained interest in DeFi or on-chain markets.
Our offer
- A 6 month paid internship at world-renowned digital assets company with accommodation provided for entirety or part of it
- The opportunity to learn about digital assets and blockchain from a 30,000 ft view of the entire ecosystem
- Working from one of Brussels newest, nicest and most advanced office spaces
- A global, collaborative and tech-driven environment.
- Autonomy & Impact - our flat structure means you can contribute your ideas from day one and help shape the foundation that will power Keyrock’s future business.

Quantitative Analyst Intern - Digital Assets Market Making (HFT) - Brussels
Since 2017, Keyrock has been a change-maker in digital assets. We're a global, remote-first team of 200+ people across 40+ nationalities, with hubs in Brussels, London and Paris and New York.
We provide liquidity across 80+ centralized and decentralized exchanges - a position cemented by our Series C, led by SC Ventures. Today we run a full spectrum of capital markets businesses across centralized and on-chain venues: market making, high-frequency trading, options, OTC, DeFi trading desks, advisory, and asset management.
We're building toward the agentic investment banking capabilities for the era of digital finance. A proprietary agentic layer runs the mechanics of the market, so our people can focus on the work code cannot do: the deal, the relationship, and the judgement.
We're not just envisioning the future of finance - we're building it.
ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Our internship programme gives early-career talent the opportunity to build practical skills, contribute to meaningful projects and learn alongside experienced colleagues in digital finance.
Typically lasting six months and based in our Brussels office (London possible), each internship includes hands-on experience, clear learning goals and dedicated guidance and regular feedback. We look for curiosity, relevant foundational skills, deep, active interest and passion for digital assets and the potential to grow exponentially with us - you don’t need to arrive with all the answers. Where performance, business needs and available opportunities align, an internship may lead to a permanent role, though this is not guaranteed.
We are looking for 3-4 high-caliber Quantitative Analyst Interns to sit within our Strategic Market Making (CeFi and DeFi), Credit and Corporate Development desks/teams (see other openings on our career page for details).
Application deadline: 30 November 2026
Start date: 1 March 2027
Selection process:
- Interview with Talent Acquisition representative
- Interview with Hiring Manager
- Recruitment Challenge
The role
About Strategic Market Making Desk
Our Strategic Proprietary Market Making team researches and deploys systematic trading strategies across centralized digital asset venues. We study how order-book dynamics, fragmented liquidity, exchange design and participant behaviour shape pricing, execution and risk.
As a Quantitative Analyst Intern within the HFT track, you will work alongside quantitative researchers, traders and engineers to analyse market and trading data, test hypotheses through backtesting and simulation, and build tools that improve strategy performance and risk visibility. You will investigate how fair value, liquidity, latency, queue position, fees and adverse selection affect real-world execution across venues.
This is a technical and applied internship. We are looking for someone who combines strong quantitative reasoning and coding skills with a detailed understanding of electronic markets. You should be curious about how exchanges work beneath the interface and able to connect market microstructure to trading outcomes.
Key Responsibilities - Quantitative Analyst (HFT)
- Analyse multi-venue top-of-book and depth data, trades, orders, fills and cancels to study liquidity, price discovery and execution quality.
- Build and validate latency-aware, event-driven backtests with explicit assumptions around maker/taker execution, queue position, fill probability, fees and cancellations.
- Measure spread capture, forward markouts, fees and adverse selection, and investigate how execution quality changes across venues, instruments and market regimes.
- Build reusable Python tools and data pipelines using modern columnar analysis and SQL for strategy research, performance attribution and monitoring.
- Study cross-venue price discovery, lead–lag relationships, fair-value construction and spot–perpetual basis while accounting for data staleness, instrument design and settlement-currency differences.
- Support live strategies through PnL, inventory and exposure analysis, post-trade review and investigation of unexpected performance.
- Evaluate liquidity-program economics by balancing execution quality, market share, fees and incentives, and work with traders and engineers to translate research into robust production improvements.
- Present findings clearly, including assumptions, limitations, risks and recommended next steps.
WHO YOU ARE/KEY REQUIREMENTS - QUANTITATIVE ANALYST (HFT)
- Quantitative and coding foundations: You are pursuing or recently completed a degree in mathematics, computer science, engineering, physics, quantitative finance or a related field. You are proficient in Python for data analysis, ideally including Polars or similar columnar tools, and comfortable with SQL, Git and command-line workflows. Experience with ClickHouse or another analytical database is valuable.
- Electronic market structure: You understand limit order books, order types, maker/taker mechanics, matching and priority rules, spreads, market depth and how trades move prices.
- Execution awareness: You can reason about the order lifecycle from signal to acknowledgement and fill, including exchange APIs, latency, queue position, partial fills, cancellations, fees, slippage and adverse selection.
- Digital asset markets: You understand key differences between spot and perpetual futures, including basis, funding, leverage, liquidation risk, settlement currencies and residual exposure.
- Quantitative reasoning: You are comfortable with probability, statistics, time-series analysis and evaluating noisy results without overstating significance.
- Hands-on curiosity: Ideally, you have built or analysed something yourself—such as an order-book study, trading bot, exchange connector, backtest, execution simulator or market-data pipeline.
- Trading judgement: You naturally question whether an apparent edge survives latency, fees, market impact, changing liquidity and real execution constraints.
- Ownership and communication: You can structure an ambiguous problem, test assumptions and communicate findings and limitations clearly in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with exchange WebSocket/REST APIs and asynchronous market-data pipelines
- Exposure to Rust or another systems programming language
- Experience with tick/order-book data, event-driven simulation or execution modelling
- A technical project demonstrating sustained interest in systematic trading or market microstructure
- Culture of Excellence - we value nimbleness, drive for success, owner mentality and collaboration.
- Opportunity to leave your mark and start your career in one of the most reputable companies in the digital assets world
- We are envisioning for the internship to be based pre-dominantly in Brussels. It is possible for a selected candidate to be based in London, UK, provided at least 1-2 months onboarding period would be spent in Brussels together with the rest of the interns cohort.

You will turn fragmented processes into scalable, AI-ready operations that return real capacity to the business.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Establish a unified catalogue and SOP library:
Create a single, cross-brand catalogue of all People Services activities with named owners, version control, and clear process mapping across Workday, Jira, and local tools.
Eliminate process waste and standardise:
Identify and cut redundant handoffs, rework, and unnecessary approvals before documenting standard operating procedures, ensuring we simplify before we automate.
Size, prioritise, and track capacity:
Implement a consistent T-shirt sizing framework (effort, complexity, risk) across all tasks to prioritise the operational backlog, plan team capacity, and measure FTE hours returned.
Lead the agile methodology for agentic AI:
Define intake, sprint frameworks, and definition-of-done standards to prepare SOPs and decision rules for AI agents, partnering with People Tech to launch priority automations.
Optimise case management workflows:
Design structured Jira workflows, auto-routing rules, and an AI case assistant to ensure seamless single-front-door intake, higher first-contact resolution, and strict SLA adherence.
Drive cross-functional transformation:
Partner closely with People Tech, Knowledge & Content, Payroll, and Centres of Excellence to seamlessly transition work into centralised services and measure tangible efficiency gains.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential:
Significant experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or HR shared services transformation, ideally within a complex, multi-country organisation.
Demonstrated ability to catalogue, size, and simplify end-to-end processes, eliminating waste to deliver measurable gains in hours or cost.
Strong practical understanding of agile methodologies (e.g. kanban, sprint cycles, backlog management) applied to operational or tech-enabled teams.
Hands-on experience designing or governing AI-enabled and agentic workflows, including setting quality benchmarks and identifying critical human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
Proven ability to design ticketing and case management workflows (ideally in Jira) and influence cross-functional stakeholders across HR, technology, and compliance without direct authority.
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience configuring Jira Service Management or Workday.
Formal training or practical application in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience writing prompt evaluations, structured decision trees, or knowledge architectures for LLM-powered tools.
Exposure to EMEA employment compliance, payroll handoffs, and operational change management.
