Key Responsibilities
— Build and manage your own sales pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and other creative strategies
— Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and lead discovery meetings to understand clients' business goals, technical challenges, and hiring needs
— Present Plus8Soft's services, demonstrate how we can help, and prepare tailored commercial proposals
— Own the entire sales cycle, from the first outreach and discovery call to negotiations, contract signing, and a smooth handover to the Account Manager
— Keep your pipeline moving by maintaining consistent follow-ups, managing opportunities in the CRM, and driving deals to successful closure
— Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market opportunities to identify new business potential
Requirements
— 3+ years of proven experience selling IT outstaffing, staff augmentation, or custom software development services to international clients
— C1 English or higher, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as you'll be communicating with international clients every day
— Understanding of complex tech stacks (SaaS, Cloud, AI/ML, etc.) and daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce) to automate and optimize your own outreach workflow
— A proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of your pipeline.
Bonus points if you have an existing network of decision-makers in one of our target markets

— Long-term freelance contract with a fully remote setup
— Base salary plus an aggressive, uncapped commission package based on closed deals

Responsibilities
Own and lead manual testing of complex features across multiple environments
Drive exploratory and regression testing using structured documentation and product knowledge
Identify, log, and track reproducible issues with precision using bug tracking tools (e.g. Jira)
Analyze production logs and real-user behavior to proactively identify quality gaps
Create and maintain detailed test cases, checklists, and QA documentation
Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to ensure reliable CI/CD test coverage
Evaluate and integrate AI-powered tools (e.g. test generation, log analysis, visual regression) into QA workflows
Set up and manage test environments, staging pipelines, and job configurations
Conduct load/stress testing and performance investigations
Act as a quality advocate across sprint planning, reviews, and release cycles
Mentor junior QA engineers and promote a culture of proactive quality ownership
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in software QA or testing roles, including ownership of end-to-end quality
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and defect life cycle
Proficiency with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira) and version control (e.g., Git)
Practical experience using Postman and similar tools for API validation
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment readiness processes
Proficiency with browser developer tools and basic terminal/command-line usage
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Familiarity with AI-powered testing tools (e.g., test case generation, smart test prioritization, AI log analysis)
Good to Have
Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium for automated test development
Understanding of backend technologies, APIs, and familiarity with PHP or related languages
Experience working in Linux environments and using Bash scripting
Hands-on with AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Testim, Mabl, or AI-based bug triaging tools) in a QA context

Вакансия предполагает работу системным аналитиком и разработчиком с использованием low-code платформ в области планирования цепочек поставок (Supply Chain Planning). Требуется специалист уровня Middle+ или Senior, обладающий навыками системного анализа и разработки. Проект ориентирован на B2B-сферу, работа выполняется удаленно по территории России и стран СНГ.
- Поэтапный перевод системы с графа сценариев и скиллов на управляемый LLM-based диалог; - Дебаг голосового пайплайна (поиск причин high latency, галлюцинаций LLM, проблем с передачей аудио, графовых ошибок и т.п.);
- Опыт развертывания и настройки managed-кластеров Spark (Yandex Data Proc, Google Dataproc, AWS EMR). - Владение Terraform (или Ansible) для автоматизации инфраструктуры.
Задачи:
— Анализ корректности клиентских отчетов, расчет формул доходности MWR/TWR, дюрации, подготовка управленческих отчетов на базе 1С и с использованием прикладных инструментов;
— Участие в регулярных встречах с бизнесом, подготовка ответов на запросы бизнеса и клиентов, поддержка операционных процедур и сервисных матриц.
— Контроль корректности загрузки данных в систему из внешних источников, обновление справочников ценных бумаг, контроль корректности котировок в системе, реконсиляция данных между системами, анализ расхождений, исправление ошибок;
— Постановка задач в ИТ, мониторинг выполнения регламентных процедур в системе, оперативный анализ возникающих проблем в работе системы, анализ клиентских отчетов по результат инвестирования (точечные проверки явных «нестандартных» результатов / «всплесков» в доходности портфелей).
— Обсуждение с бизнесом задач по развитию функциональности системы, предложения по оптимизации бизнес процессов и минимизации операционных рисков;
— Проведение бизнес-анализа и подготовка функциональных требований на новый функционал / развитие существующего функционала, проведение тестирования доработок системы (нового функционала / новых релизов).
— Подача неторговых поручений на вывод ДС с биржи на р/с в торговом терминале Quik
Требования:
— Опыт работы по требуемому функционалу, сопровождение/поддержка бизнеса (middle office);
— ФСФР аттестат 5.0;
— Excel, Power Point – уверенный пользователь;
— Знание 1С, Аванкор.
