You will be the enablement presence for the region, creating and adapting content, building programs, and supporting the EMEA sales team across a diverse set of markets.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a build-from-scratch environment, knows how enterprise sales work across EMEA, and can move between content creation, regional training, and cross-functional collaboration without losing momentum. You'll work closely with the global enablement team, Marketing, and Product Marketing while independently owning the regional agenda.
If you're someone who knows that a playbook that works in North America doesn't automatically work in EMEA, loves building things that sales teams actually use, and wants to be the first enablement hire in a region with real room to shape how it's done, this role is for you.
This position follows a hybrid work model. Candidates should be local and able to work from our London office on a regular weekly basis, with scheduling flexibility.
What you’ll do here

- Build and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for EMEA sales reps, ensuring they ramp quickly and stay current on product and messaging updates
- Partner closely with Product Marketing and Marketing to translate global messaging and positioning into field-ready content that actually resonates with EMEA buyers. Pushing back constructively when global content needs regional adaptation
- Work with EMEA sales leadership and SDR leadership to understand what reps need in the field and turn that signal into content and programs that are practical and immediately useful
- Collaborate with the global Content & Learning team to ensure regional content is consistent with global standards while remaining locally relevant
- Identify gaps in the EMEA enablement program and proactively build resources to close them
What we’re looking for
- 2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, content creation, or a revenue-facing role with an EMEA focus
- Proven ability to create high-quality enablement content independently. You can go from a brief to a finished playbook without hand-holding
- Strong understanding of EMEA enterprise sales dynamics
- Comfortable working remotely and autonomously as the sole enablement person in a region. You can set your own priorities and manage up effectively
- Strong internal collaborator. You know how to consume global messaging, identify where it needs to flex for the region, and work cross-functionally to get it right
- Excellent communicator in English; additional European language proficiency a plus
- High ownership, strong judgment, and the ability to own your domain as a P3 individual contributor.
Bonus tacos if you have
- (Tacos? If you need an ice-breaker, ask how we say thanks by giving tacos!)
- Background in B2B SaaS, enabling enterprise sales teams
- Experience enabling sellers in a developer tools, infrastructure, or platform engineering context
- Familiarity with various sales platforms (Highspot, Nooks, LetterAI)

An overview of this role
As a Senior Product Manager for Switchboard, you'll shape how customers manage their GitLab Dedicated infrastructure and how our engineering teams operate a growing fleet of customer instances. Switchboard is the control plane for Dedicated: it helps internal teams scale upgrades and maintenance, while giving customers a place to configure their infrastructure, understand the health of their environment, and receive critical updates.
You'll own the product vision and roadmap, balancing technical and operational needs with a clear, useful customer experience. Dedicated is GitLab's fastest-growing deployment option, and your work will help the business support more customers efficiently. You'll have the autonomy to identify the most important problems and decide where Switchboard should go next, with support from your manager and engineering partners.
What you’ll do
Set the vision and roadmap for Switchboard, connecting customer needs and internal operational challenges to priorities for the engineering team.
Work with engineering and site reliability engineering teams to improve the tools used to operate Dedicated instances, including upgrades and maintenance.
Improve the customer-facing console so customers can manage infrastructure settings, configure private networking and authentication, and understand their instance's health.
Talk directly with customers to understand their needs, explain product decisions, and use their feedback to shape the roadmap.
Bring a strong user experience perspective to product decisions. Work hands-on with engineering to develop and refine workflows, including when a dedicated design partner isn't available.
Explore opportunities to improve the tooling and experience for customers migrating from self-managed GitLab to Dedicated, how we help manage incidents, and to extend Switchboard to support GitLab.com as its architecture evolves.
What you’ll bring
Experience owning a product vision and roadmap and working with engineering to deliver improvements for users.
Technical understanding that helps you discuss infrastructure and operational tradeoffs with engineers and translate them into clear product decisions.
A strong focus on user experience, with experience making complex technical workflows easier to understand and use.
Clear communication and the ability and interest to work directly with customers. Experience with internal tools is relevant, provided you're comfortable taking on customer-facing product work.
The ability to work independently, make sense of an evolving problem space, and prioritize across customer experience, operational efficiency, and business needs.
You may also bring experience with control planes, cloud management consoles, infrastructure products, internal operational tools, customer migrations, or incident management, but these aren't required.
About the team
We work across product management, engineering, and site reliability engineering to solve technical, operational, and user experience problems.
At GitLab, our mission is simple: to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
The Role
As a Legal Operations Specialist – Data Licensing on the IP & Licensing team, you will own the processes that let Mistral license content and data without slowing down. This role exists because we need someone who can turn legal analysis into repeatable workflows — managing rights, obligations, and restrictions across our growing dataset portfolio. You will work closely with the colleagues who negotiate our commercial and legal agreements, turning their work into clear metadata, tracked obligations, and automated systems.
Your impact will be visible in how smoothly data moves into our AI products: fewer bottlenecks, clearer rights status, and one reliable record for every data agreement we sign. You will sit where copyright, data protection, and AI meet, making sure that as we acquire and use training data, we comply with EU and US law, respect third-party rights, and enforce the restrictions our contracts impose. In scope: clearing permissions for inbound data, reviewing and codifying contracts, maintaining a central rights-and-obligations database, and building AI-powered workflows that make all of this scalable.
What You Will Do
- Clear inbound data usage requests by researching rights status, scope, obligations, and restrictions — including anonymization and data protection requirements — before data enters our systems.
- Review data-related agreements and codify their key terms into structured metadata, maintaining our template library and playbook alongside Legal.
- Assess whether specific AI use cases fall within the scope of third-party agreements, flag gaps, and recommend contract amendments.
- Build and maintain a central database that serves as the single source of truth for every signed data-related agreement.
- Track and manage compliance with ongoing obligations — permitted uses, confidentiality, re-use rights — automate our reporting, and administer master licensing partnerships.
- Verify provenance, ownership, and consent for acquired data, and identify obligations that require active monitoring.
- Monitor that Mistral clients and partners stay within their granted rights, operating the approval system that enforces legal restrictions.
- Design and run AI-powered workflows for contract review assistance, obligation extraction, and renewal alerts.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in law, publishing, information science, business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in copyright, permissions, licensing, legal operations, or contract administration — ideally in an AI, tech, or data-driven environment.
- Working knowledge of EU and US copyright law and contract administration, with demonstrated ability to interpret contracts independently.
- Meticulous attention to detail and discretion with confidential contracts, combined with strong project-management skills.
- Clear, direct communication and the initiative to anticipate needs through ambiguity.
- A legal-ops mindset: you want to turn legal analysis into repeatable, scalable processes, not just handle one-off reviews.
- Comfort building agentic AI workflows in a complex enterprise environment — you are an AI power user, ideally with experience setting up such workflows in a legal team.
- Additional depth in formal legal training, CLM platforms (e.g., Ironclad), publishing-house contracts, or European languages (French, German, Spanish, etc.) is welcome.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

We strongly encourage you to apply if you’re at all interested. Show us how your experience could improve our team and widen our perspective. Our selection process includes assessing the requirements of the role vs the individual, and how well we think they will work in the VALD team.

About the job
As we expand our partner ecosystem to support global growth targets, we are expanding our team to scale responsibly. We are seeking a versatile
Partner Program Manager
to drive an exceptional experience across our Systems Integrators (SIs), ISVs, Resell, and Technology partners. This balanced role bridges the gap between high-touch partner experience, strategic cross-functional project management, and advanced lifecycle automation. If you have a deep background in partnerships, an AI-forward mindset for process optimization, and hands-on experience with modern ecosystem toolsets, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our global network.
In this role, you won't just follow a static blueprint—you will help build it. We are seeking a highly proactive partner program manager to drive exceptional experiences for our Systems Integrators (SIs), ISVs, Resell, and Technology partners. You will take the lead on optimizing the end-to-end partner journey, managing cross-functional projects, and eliminating operational friction.
This position requires a "can-do" attitude and a passion for continuous improvement. You will be responsible for transforming manual workflows into automated, scalable systems, managing key vendor capabilities, and implementing strategic initiatives that directly unlock ecosystem revenue velocity.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Drive Program Modernization & Scale:
Act as an operational engine for the team, identifying process bottlenecks and proactively designing new ways to automate existing manual workflows.
Own Problem-Solving:
Step into complex challenges across the partner lifecycle and chart a clear path forward to build repeatable, programmatic solutions.
Optimize the Partner Experience:
Lead and refine core partner onboarding pathways, lifecycle touchpoints, and support workflows to deliver a seamless, world-class journey for external ecosystems.
Accelerate Partner Revenue Mechanics:
Build and execute operational frameworks that eliminate transaction friction, streamline incentive administration, and maximize partner-sourced revenue pipelines.
Manage Technology & Vendor Capabilities:
Serve as a strategic owner for key components of our partner tech stack and vendor relationships, ensuring our data models and tools are optimized for ecosystem scale rather than mere maintenance.
Orchestrate High-Touch Communications:
Develop and execute comprehensive partner engagement strategies, ensuring clear, accessible program documentation, impactful updates, and consistent enablement communications across all segments.
Lead Cross-Functional Project Execution:
Develop and run end-to-end project plans for new partner initiatives, collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Tech teams to ensure alignment and timely milestone delivery.
Qualifications
Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!
*Required:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered.
Experience:
5–8 years of experience in partner program or project management, partner management, strategy and operations, or a similar role within a fast-paced technology company.
The "Get-Stuff-Done" Mindset:
A proven track record of operating effectively in complex environments, turning ambiguous problems into plans, and delivering results without a rigid instructions script.
Project Management & Collaboration:
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex cross-functional timelines, align diverse stakeholders, and drive accountability.
Communication & Content:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating complex program guidelines into clear, compelling partner assets, guides, and updates.
Desired:
Ecosystem Acumen:
Solid understanding of modern partner program structures, lifecycle methodologies, and experience working with SIs, ISVs, Resell, or Technology tracks.
Tech Stack & Automation Familiarity:
Hands-on exposure to CRM and partner ecosystem technologies (such as PRMs, account-mapping utilities, or data integration tools) with a strong desire to leverage software and AI to remove manual tasks.

Experience designing or supporting commercial program models, referral paths, or joint sales plays that directly drive channel pipelines.
