Eneba is a marketplace trusted by 20M+ active users — and we're entering our next phase of scale. We're looking for a designer who doesn't just use AI tools but thinks in them: running research synthesis with AI, accelerating prototyping cycles, and producing handoff-ready specs that engineers can move on immediately.
We're looking for a Product Manager to join our New Horizons team to own delivery end-to-end for high-impact, early-stage product initiatives: turning priorities into scoped, sequenced releases and seeing them through to measurable outcomes. You'll work closely with engineering day to day, and partner across data, design, payments, risk and marketing to keep delivery moving and unblock your team when things get in the way.
This role is ideal for a PM who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments and has a data-driven, execution-focused mindset. It's a high-impact seat: you'll shape how our initiatives actually get built and shipped, working closely with the people who define what we build to make sure it lands.
Responsibilities:
- Own delivery end-to-end for your product area — turn prioritized problems into scoped, sequenced releases your team can actually hit.
- Scope ambiguous priorities into a clear v1: explicit in/out, non-goals, acceptance criteria, dependencies and risks called out before a line of code is written.
- Build a realistic plan grounded in team capacity, estimates and dependencies — separate committed from aspirational, and re-plan calmly when things shift.
- Keep delivery on track day to day: know what every engineer is working on, spot risk early from leading signals rather than the deadline, and unblock the team before small slips become big ones.
- Define success metrics, guardrails and kill criteria before build; instrument what you ship; roll out in stages with a clear decision point at each one.
- Communicate progress honestly, including when something slips — with options, not just status.
- Work with engineering as a peer: understand trade-offs, challenge estimates and technical approaches with substance, know when to stay out of the “how.”
- Partner across stakeholders to align priorities and push back on scope or timeline with data when it’s warranted.
Requirements:
- 3+ years running delivery for a team of 3-5 engineers — planning, estimation, release management, incident response.
- A track record shipping integration-heavy or transactional systems: marketplaces, payments, trading, logistics, or platforms with real external dependencies.
- Ownership of outcome metrics, not just output — you can give baseline, target and actual on releases you’ve personally driven.
- Comfort working directly with engineers: can read an architecture trade-off, challenge an estimate, tell a two-sprint problem from a five-sprint one.
- Experience turning ambiguous priorities into a scoped plan without waiting for someone else to hand you a finished roadmap.

Engineering Manager - Product
We're looking for an Engineering Manager who's both a technical leader and a product builder. You'll guide a cross-functional team (5-10 engineers across backend, frontend, mobile, and QA) in delivering products that create real value for hundreds of thousands of businesses across Europe.
What You Will Be Doing
You're a seasoned technical leader with strong engineering roots and a track record of building teams that ship products that matter. You communicate clearly with everyone – engineers, product managers, executives – and you're genuinely curious about the product, the users, the business, and how your team's work drives real impact.
You don't just manage delivery. You challenge problem framing with your PM partner, ensure the team solves the right problems, and think in terms of business outcomes, not just technical outputs. You're comfortable discussing retention and conversion funnels alongside system architecture. You help the team understand ROI and prioritize based on value and effort.
You have deep technical expertise and can still step in to unblock when needed. You balance feature delivery with technical debt, keeping scalability in mind while ensuring the team ships at pace. You make technical decisions through explicit trade-offs, not gut feelings, and help everyone understand the "why" behind choices.
You take ownership of both outcomes and people. You run meaningful 1:1s, create growth plans, and own hiring and promotions. You build engaged teams through honest feedback and coaching. You invest in making the team more productive – better tools, smarter processes, fewer bottlenecks.
You drive predictable delivery by partnering tightly with Product and Design. You communicate proactively about priorities, risks, and constraints. You encourage healthy debate and move toward "disagree and commit" when needed.
Who You Are
5+ years of software development building data-intensive production systems
Proven track record leading cross-functional engineering teams
Deep technical knowledge: hands-on experience with at least one of the common general-purpose languages and platforms (C#/.NET, Java/JVM, JavaScript/Node, Go), distributed architectures, databases, messaging and queueing systems.
Experience in product-led organizations, ideally with international scopeStrong business acumen – you connect engineering work to revenue, retention, and trust
Comfortable with product metrics (DAU/MAU, retention, conversion funnels)
Exceptional communication in English across all audiencesA builder's mentality: you care about shipping great products and growing great teams
Our tech stack
Backend: .NET Core, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Kubernetes
You'll lead teams using React, Swift/Kotlin, Python/ML frameworks, and modern QA tools

Finom is a fast-growing European tech startup, headquartered in Amsterdam, on a mission to revolutionize the financial landscape for entrepreneurs globally. We are developing an all-in-one financial B2B solution that seamlessly integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a mobile-first platform.
Following a significant €115 million Series C equity round, bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million, we are expanding aggressively across key EU markets (Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy, Spain). We go beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, to simplify financial management for small and medium-sized businesses.
At Finom, we empower our employees to make a real difference. We nurture an innovative and inspiring environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation, and ensuring every effort benefits our users, partners, and our business as a whole.
