About Us
Tebi is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System that makes hospitality flow. In one seamless platform, Tebi embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and all the data that powers it, creating smooth service and intuitive insights.
Founded by Arnout Schuijff, co-founder of Adyen, and backed by €50 million in funding from Index Ventures & CapitalG, Tebi is built in service of hospitality first. Thousands of restaurants, cafés, bars, and coffee shops across the Netherlands, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Denmark and Finland already love running on Tebi.

What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How we use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the Payments domain.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Strategy & Ops Senior Associate role is an experienced generalist role at Clipboard suited for the “all-around athlete” type who can do it all and wants exposure to a range of problems and opportunities.
You’re likely someone who’s interested in and capable of solving different problem types – you’re resourceful, adaptable, and confident you can figure it out if you can sink your teeth in deep enough.
Your first “tour of duty” will be on the Billing team (see more below). The specific projects you take on will depend on your strengths and what we learn during the recruiting process and your first days at Clipboard; that being said, here is a list of example initiatives to give you an idea:
- Build an internal predictive analytics model and corresponding underwriting process to catch bad payers early with high accuracy to inform our contracting decisions and risk mitigation tactics
- Research, vet, and onboard a new vendor that embeds AI agents into our customer-facing collections efforts
- Redesign our process for converting workplaces to new methods of payment, such as getting customers who send checks to start paying us via eCheck to speed up the cash conversion process
- Manage a team of Billing Account Managers
FIRST TOUR OF DUTY – QUICK BACKGROUND ON BILLING
Our most immediate need right now is on the Billing team. The TLDR is that we want to maximize our profitability by collecting money as fast as possible and minimizing losses, while preserving the customer experience, all in service of reliably converting revenue into cash (the lifeline of a capital-intensive business like ours). This in a way is “ensuring high-quality growth” for the company.
Although Clipboard provides a service where workplaces can find qualified professionals to fill shifts, we are in many ways a lending company at our core since we pay professionals immediately after they work a shift. For illustrative purposes: a nurse works a shift → we pay the nurse $100 immediately with our cash → the workplace pays us $120 a month later. We extend debt to workplaces using cash we borrow, with interest, from an Asset-Backed Line (ABL) of credit – workplaces use that debt to pay their staffing costs, and we expect to be paid back by the workplaces at a later date based on agreed-upon net terms.
Billing is doing the critical work of converting our revenue into cash that we put in the bank. Otherwise, money we cannot collect is money we’ve already burned. With thousands of customers operating in different regulatory environments, under different conditions, with nuanced capital structures and corporate setups, and using varied complicated processes…this can be hard to do at scale. We consistently fight a multi-faceted battle: a battle wherein we must maximize the speed at which we recognize revenue, maximize the margin associated with each shift, and maximize the customer experience, all without letting one unduly impact the other.
Optimizing collections is critical to make sure Clipboard is generating sustainable, high-quality growth and turning top-line revenue into cash that we use to service or grow other parts of the business, and you will help us do that.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We find those who are most successful in this type of role:
- Are insatiably curious and notice non-obvious clues and patterns: Curiosity https://creatingvalue.substack.com/i/46535664/noticing-and-curiosity sits atop our company values. Understanding something from first principles and getting to the root cause of the problem will often reveal the best solution, and a natural and unwavering curiosity to keep asking questions and digging will take you most of the way.
- Roll up their sleeves and go to the source: There are multiple ways to say this: touching reality, dogfooding, seeing for yourself, going to the front-lines, etc. Don’t just take someone’s word for it – go find out yourself by testing the feature, or listening to the agent call, or calling the customer, or executing the workflow. This is how you seek truth.
- Bring a tenacity and persistence to problem-solving: You’ll hit walls and find yourself in uncertain and unfamiliar situations. If you can sit with the uncertainty, look at the problem from new angles, and keep applying pressure to a problem – you’ll position yourself for breakthroughs.
- Bounce back from failure quickly: You’ll make mistakes, move in the wrong direction, and stumble from time-to-time. Just avoid big mistakes and don’t make the same mistakes twice, and learn from them quickly. Worry less about failing and more about losing momentum in your feedback loop. If you fail cheaply and quickly, that's worth the lesson/learning you get in return.
While performance on your case and interviews during the hiring process is the most important aspect of your candidacy, your years of relevant working experience will be taken into consideration for both (a) the work you’re placed into once hired and (b) compensation.
Please note: We are currently accepting applications only from candidates based in North America, South America or Europe. This role requires an overlap of at least 5 hours with the PST (UTC-8) time zone.

- 100% Remote – Always. Work from anywhere in the world.

We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
WHY JOIN CLIPBOARD?
- 100% Remote – Always. Work from anywhere in the world.
- Fast-Paced Startup Environment. Join a company that values curiosity, independence, and growth.
- A Hiring Process That Rewards Skills, Not Just Experience. Every applicant gets a fair shot—our selection is based on real-world problem-solving ability, not just credentials.
- Opportunity to make a significant impact with our workplace customers.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
👉 ABOUT THE ROLE

The community of designers is vibrant and inclusive; we are all learning, growing, and improving together!
As a product designer, you will:

- Communicate transversally and be a compelling storyteller, employing written visual and verbal techniques.
- Build an understanding of our members to nurture product thinking and transform insights into actionable opportunities.
- Maintain strong working relationships and collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers, from identifying problems and opportunities to finding solutions and delivering the product(s).
- Develop and evangelize design understanding and sensibility across the organization, improving ways of working and design processes.
- Mentor junior designers, increasing collective performance and quality across the team.
- Deliver a UI consistent with Alan’s brand with thoughtful design choices and a high-quality bar in delivering products.
- Contribute to the design system with components documentation for designers and engineers.
- Evaluate and maintain the quality of Alan’s product through continuous monitoring and testing.
✏️ Qualifications

- Strong English communication - You're fluent in English and can collaborate effectively with our international team (French is a plus but not required)
🙌 Products or teams you may work on
You'll be designing the direct touch points that connect our members with their healthcare journey. Your work will focus on:
- Alan Clinic: When prevention alone is not enough, our members need the best care possible. That's what the Alan Clinic is for. 120 health professionals (and one AI) work behind the scenes to answer all our member's questions, consult in video, redirect you to the nearest hospital, interpret your lab results. And while it feels effortless for members, the logistics behind it are next level. We plan to grow the clinic further in the best medical suite of tools for both members and doctors.
- Alan Spain: We're building Alan's own health network from scratch in Spain, designed around the real needs of Spanish members: from navigating a fragmented system to accessing the right care at the right time. At the heart of it is Alan Flex, our subscription model that goes beyond insurance to become a true health companion for individuals and families.

Our AI-powered platform lets leading banks, fintechs, marketplaces, and governments deliver friction-free experiences while defeating fraud and safeguarding privacy. Customers such as Citi, AirBnB, Block, Chime, Sixt, and TikTok rely on Incode to power their identity verification and security.
Recently named a Leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Identity Verification, we're scaling fast and we're looking for an Analytics Team Lead to make the quality of our identity technology visible, measurable, and relentlessly data-driven.
The Impact You'll Make
This role sits on the
Document Intelligence
team — the group behind Incode's industry-leading document processing. Our technology parses identity documents from around the world — passports, visas, driver's licenses, proof of address, and more — for some of the biggest enterprises on the market. Machine learning is the core of the product, and Analytics is what makes its quality visible and its roadmap data-driven.
We're looking for a Senior Lead of Data Analytics who is, first and foremost, a sharp hands-on analyst — and who has the leadership experience to grow a small, high-impact team around them. Today the team is three people; you'll be the fourth, owning it end-to-end. This is a true player-coach role: you'll manage and mentor the team while personally writing the pipelines, queries, and analyses. Our analytics is partially built — some data pipelines and testing procedures are already in place, but metric coverage and visibility are far from complete. Your mission is to close that gap.
What You'll Own & Drive
Lead & Grow the Team
— Run the analytics team as a formal manager: own the roadmap, hold 1:1s and performance reviews, develop your analysts, and participate in hiring as the team scales.
Stay Hands-On
— This role involves a lot of personal execution. You'll write SQL and Python pipelines for data collection, processing, and labeling — and do the analysis yourself.
Expand the Metric Tree
— Build out the end-to-end metric tree that measures product quality across the document-processing pipeline, closing coverage gaps where the product is currently blind.
Build Visibility
— Create reporting and dashboards that surface weak points and turn raw signals into clear insights for ML, product, and leadership.
Own ML Quality Evaluation
— Drive data preparation for ML, model quality assessment, and benchmarking, in tight collaboration with the ML team.
Drive Experimentation
— Design, run, and interpret A/B tests across mobile and server side, with genuine statistical rigor.
Guard Data & Labeling Quality
— Monitor accuracy and consistency, and build the controls that keep them high.
Bridge to Engineering
— When events or data are missing, pinpoint exactly what's needed and where it should come from, write clear and actionable tasks for the backend and data teams, and justify their prioritization in business terms.
Systematize
— Turn one-off analyses into repeatable, owned pipelines and reporting cadences.
Your Background
Team leadership experience
, paired with a genuine appetite to stay hands-on — you lead
and
you build.
Strong Python
, with a bias toward clean, maintainable, well-structured code.
Strong SQL
and solid experience with columnar / analytical databases.
Strong statistics and experimental design
— you can design tests (A/B and beyond), reason about significance and power, and interpret results correctly.
Modern data tooling
— experience with workflow orchestration, data transformation, cloud storage, and experiment-tracking. Our stack is Python, S3, Redshift, ClearML, Airflow, and dbt; equivalent tools are perfectly fine — what matters is that you've worked with this kind of stack.
Excellent communication
— you can translate a data gap into a prioritized, business-justified requirement, talk to engineers and stakeholders in their own language, and make the case for what gets built.
High ownership, autonomy, and pragmatism
— comfortable prioritizing impact over perfection in an evolving environment.
Bonus points for:
Experience with
ML-centered products
— evaluating model quality and working alongside ML teams. You won't be expected to train production models; at most simple models for data filtering, plus the ability to run existing ones.
Familiarity with
data labeling processes
and quality estimation/maintenance.
Domain exposure
to identity documents, OCR, or computer-vision pipelines.
The Qualities That Set You Apart
A player-coach at heart
— you draw energy from both growing people and doing the work yourself.
Craftsmanship in how you build
— clean code, sound pipelines, and analyses others can trust and reuse.
Intellectual honesty and statistical rigor
— you follow the data where it leads and know when a result is real.
A translator's instinct
— you turn ambiguous signals into clear insight and make the business case for what to build next.
Pragmatism and high ownership
— you thrive in an evolving environment and push for impact over perfection.
