WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
Notion is an in person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for three Anchor Days (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays). This internship will take place from Jan 25 - Apr 16 and you will need to be able to work out of our NY or SF office during this time.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Mobile devices have reshaped personal computing—the power of a desktop now fits in our pockets. By giving everyone the building blocks to create their own tools, we'll solve more problems wherever we go. A delightful, intuitive mobile experience: that's our guiding light, and we need Android and iOS engineers to make it a reality.
During your 12-week internship, you will be paired with a mentor that will help guide you as you work closely with our team to build and ship impactful projects. These projects will drive valuable impact to our customers and engineers. Take a look at what our past intern cohort worked on with our Blog post here https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Intern-Spotlight-d0260c4e2317490db89f367d95cb4e68 and here https://www.notion.so/blog/saluting-notions-winter-interns and TikTok https://www.tiktok.com/@notionhq/video/7216440106356395306?lang=en post.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Write clean, secure, tested, and documented code.
- You'll collaborate with the team to strategize, mold, and develop innovative features for our Android and iOS application.
- At our core, we prioritize crafting top-tier applications. Your role could involve enhancing the Android or iOS app's performance, reliability, and overall refinement. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to optimize aspects of the app within the web stack.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or another related field. Must graduate before December 2027.
- Previous mobile internship experience.
- Working towards a proficiency of one or more programming languages such as Kotlin, Java, Typescript, Node.js, Swift, Go, Python, or Rust.
- You find large challenges exciting and enjoy discovering problems as much as solving them.
- You are able to problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- This internship will take place from Jan - Apr and you will need to be able to work out of our SF or NY office during this time.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Thoughtful problem-solving: For you, problem-solving starts with a clear and accurate understanding of the context. You can decompose tricky problems and work towards a clean solution, by yourself or with teammates. You're comfortable asking for help when you get stuck.
- Put users first: You think critically about the implications of what you're building, and how it shapes real people's lives. You understand that reach comes with responsibility for our impact—good and bad.
- Not ideological about technology: To you, technologies and programming languages are about tradeoffs. You may be opinionated, but you're not ideological and can learn new technologies as you go.
- Empathetic communication: You communicate nuanced ideas clearly, whether you're explaining technical decisions in writing or brainstorming in real time. In disagreements, you engage thoughtfully with other perspectives and compromise when needed.
- Team player: For you, work isn't a solo endeavor. You enjoy collaborating cross-functionally to accomplish shared goals, and you care about learning, growing, and helping others to do the same.
NICE TO HAVES:
- You're proficient with any part of our technology stack: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android SDK, Dagger, Swift, React, TypeScript, Postgres.
- You've heard of computing pioneers like Ada Lovelace, Douglas Engelbart, Alan Kay, and others—and understand why we're big fans of their work.
- You have interests outside of technology, such as in art, history, or social sciences.

Our official partners include Juventus, FC Barcelona, Lifecell, FACEIT, and VISA.
Join us as a Head of Data Platform.
Requirements
:
Education & Experience:
— MSc in computer science, mathematics, statistics, physics or another quantitative field; PhD is a plus, not a requirement — research-grade methodology sits with the Quantitative Researcher
— 5+ years in data engineering / analytics, incl. lead / management experience; built a trading / financial data platform from zero at a crypto exchange, HFT / electronic-trading firm, market maker, or trading fintech. Bank / enterprise-DWH background alone does not qualify
— Personally carried production ownership of money data — trades, balances, positions, P&L — where a data error is a financial error
Core Technical Skills — data platform:
— Hands-on today: designs and ships pipelines personally — advanced SQL and Python; ClickHouse (or kdb+ / comparable columnar OLAP) in production
— Streaming and batch in one architecture: Kafka or equivalent, event feeds with second-grade freshness alongside hourly aggregates; trading-day logic — metrics counted within a trading day that starts and ends at a fixed morning hour, with an automatic daily reset
— Optimizes data footprint and computational overhead across every stage: selects the tech stack, partitioning logic, and execution flow based on cost-to-performance impact
— Data-correctness engineering: reconciliation, idempotent backfills, late / duplicate event handling, data-quality monitoring and lag alerting
— Vendor and API integration: institutional market-data providers (Kaiko / Amberdata class), exchange APIs, FX feeds; schema design and documentation others can build on
Core Technical Skills — analytics & applied math:
— Applied statistics at a working level: distributions, hypothesis tests and confidence intervals, correlation vs causation, time-series and aggregation pitfalls (session boundaries, survivorship, outliers) — enough to catch a methodological error in an analyst's query or notebook, and to have designed or reviewed metric / experiment methodology in past roles
— Metric and semantic design: one written definition per metric (P&L, uptime, spread, fill rate) enforced across every report; analytical data models (marts / star schemas) that make those definitions computable and cheap to query
— BI stack governance: Tableau / Grafana — performance, access control, versioned metric definitions; reviews dashboards for correctness rather than building them all himself
— ML literacy: understands when a model is — and is not — needed and can supervise applied work; research-grade modeling remains the Quantitative Researcher's mandate
Market & Domain Knowledge:
— Trading data from practice, not textbooks: maker/taker, fees and rebates, perpetual funding, realized / unrealized P&L, inventory and exposure, order-book depth and spread, slippage, quoting uptime
— Understands the consumers: how analysts, quants and desk heads use the data, and how market-quality / compliance metrics feed liquidity-provider terms
— Has built and run a mixed organisation of data engineers and analysts: separate hiring bars and growth tracks, peer review of queries and dashboards as a standard, methodology documented before a number ships
— Partners with quantitative research: turns the Researcher's methodology into production metrics and dashboards without distorting it; runs the sign-off process with quant and desk stakeholders
— Treats balances and client data as confidential by default: access control, least privilege, audit trail, no raw-data leaks
— Never ships silently wrong numbers: escalates early, cuts scope consciously, flags uncertainty in the data
Mindset & Soft Skills:
— Player-coach: the first months are personal hands-on delivery; scaling through the team runs in parallel, not instead
— Speaks business: reports status in money and deadlines; prioritizes by P&L impact — which dataset unblocks which decision; no jargon walls with management and stakeholders
— Owner of the direction's technical goals, not of a backlog: takes a business problem, decomposes it into tasks, executes and delegates
Responsibilities — Platform:
— Architect and ship the central data warehouse: every trade, position, balance and P&L across all trading services; an hourly contour for BI plus a real-time contour for monitoring; trading-day logic with automatic daily reset
— Build the data layers behind LP terms: market quality (spread, depth near mid price, fill rate, per-order slippage), quoting-uptime start/stop events per maker and pair, external tier-1 benchmarks and FX feeds for regional fiat pairs
— Close the data debt: gaps in realized-P&L coverage, history backfills, broken monitoring services — restore or replace
— Set and hold agreed data-freshness targets and pipeline-health alerting; own schemas and documentation
— Own analytics delivery end-to-end: the KPI rulebook published and signed, financial / attribution / historical-performance dashboards, compliance screens and provider scorecards
— Enforce a single semantic layer: one definition per metric across every report; methodology documented before a dashboard ships
— Quality gate: numbers are reviewed and challenged before they reach management; sign-offs from quant / desk collected per deliverable
Responsibilities
:
— Hire leaders-first and onboard the technical team (~10 people: data engineering, analytics & BI, technical PM) per the approved hiring plan; hand tasks down without losing velocity
— Single interface to exchange tech (requirements, acceptance, freshness targets) and to analytics / quant stakeholders; run delivery in Jira against the approved one-year roadmap
— After the build: run the platform as a service to the direction — researcher-generated tasks, new metrics and pair groups, regular recalibration.

OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Opportunity
The Trading Systems team builds the mission-critical order, execution, position, and risk infrastructure that powers OKX’s global trading platform. We operate at the intersection of high performance, correctness, resilience, and scale—where every design decision matters.
We are seeking a Senior C++ Software Engineer to lead the design and evolution of our trading counter and core trading systems. This role is for an engineer who combines deep systems expertise with strong ownership: someone who investigates root causes, raises the quality bar across the engineering lifecycle, and turns individual learning into reusable team capability.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex, high-performance C++ trading systems.
Design reliable distributed systems, including consistency, fault tolerance, disaster recovery, and resilience strategies across system boundaries.
Own work end to end—from technical proposals and design reviews through framework refactoring, implementation, deployment, production debugging, replay, and validation.
Solve low-level systems challenges involving networking, protocols, concurrency, memory management, performance, and operating-system-level behaviour.
Drive architectural improvements by identifying systemic issues and anti-patterns, such as overly coupled or “God Class” designs, and redesigning components with clear responsibilities.
Build proactive quality safeguards, including automated testing, failure-injection scenarios, stability validation, monitoring, and replay-based verification.
Design controlled experiments to validate architectural assumptions and diagnose complex production issues beyond surface-level symptoms.
Work effectively across heterogeneous technology stacks, making sound engineering decisions at language, service, and platform boundaries.
Independently explore and apply AI-assisted engineering practices across code understanding, solution design, cross-review, incident analysis, test validation, and knowledge capture.
Raise engineering standards through thoughtful code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvements to development practices.
Mentor engineers and share practical knowledge through documentation, playbooks, technical sessions, and reusable frameworks.
What We Look For In You
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with substantial experience building production C++ systems.
Strong experience designing and evolving complex systems, with a clear understanding of architectural trade-offs.
Proven knowledge of concurrency, multithreading, network programming, and performance optimisation in Linux-based environments.
Hands-on experience with distributed consistency, high availability, fault tolerance, disaster recovery, or other system-level reliability designs.
Strong understanding of computer systems fundamentals, including networking protocols, operating systems, memory, storage, and runtime behaviour.
A track record of taking ownership proactively, from defining the problem to delivering and validating a robust solution.
Exceptional debugging and analytical ability, with a habit of investigating why issues occur—not simply applying short-term fixes.
Experience using automated tests, simulation, replay, or comparative experiments to validate system behaviour and reliability.
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset; able to turn experience into documentation, standards, and practices that help the whole team.
Nice to Haves
Experience with exchange, brokerage, trading counter, order management, execution, market data, or other low-latency financial systems.
Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging systems, or high-throughput distributed platforms.
Familiarity with Rust, Java, Go, Python, or other languages used in multi-language production environments.
Practical experience applying AI tools to improve software engineering workflows and code quality.
Experience working with globally distributed, cross-functional engineering teams.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Open to hiring remote — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv.
Runway is hiring a Detection & Response Engineer to own how we find and stop attacks against our infrastructure, our research environment and our products.
Securing a company that trains and serves frontier video models is a different problem from securing a typical SaaS product. The environment includes research compute, large training datasets, a fast-moving build pipeline and engineers who work inside AI-assisted tooling every day. Each of those changes what an attack looks like and what you need to see to catch it.
You'll join the Security team and build our detection and response program the way an engineer would: detections as code, response as automation, evidence as something you can query. This is a role with real ownership: you'll own the detection program end to end, from what we log to how quickly we close an incident. You'll report to the head of security, partner with engineers across platform and research, and shape how this function grows from here.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own detection and response end to end: what we log, what we alert on, how we triage and how we recover
- Write and tune detections as code across multiple cloud environments, Kubernetes, identity systems, endpoints and SaaS, and measure them on coverage and precision rather than alert volume
- Lead incident response from the first alert through containment and forensics, then write the post-incident review people actually read
- Build automation that takes toil out of triage, including enrichment, correlation, containment actions and evidence collection, and use LLM-based tooling where it holds up under audit
- Monitor AI agents and developer tooling operating inside our environment, and turn that into concrete telemetry and controls
- Partner with platform and research engineers so new systems ship with logging and response playbooks in place on day one
- Run threat hunts and tabletop exercises against the parts of the environment that worry you most, and fix what you find
- Turn incident and detection metrics into evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001 and enterprise customer security reviews, working with our GRC team
- Participate in an on-call rotation for security incidents
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Hands-on incident response experience: you've triaged live alerts, led investigations and written up what happened afterward
- Experience building and tuning detections in a modern SIEM, ideally managed as code
- Working knowledge of how attackers move through cloud and Kubernetes environments (IAM abuse, container escape, credential theft, supply chain compromise) and what that leaves behind in logs
- Comfort writing Python, Typescript, Rust or another language to automate response work and connect security tools
- Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform and with Kubernetes at the level of audit logs, RBAC and workload identity
- Clear writing. Incident timelines, detection documentation and updates to leadership are all part of the job
- Judgment about what to alert on, what to automate and when to wake someone up
EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion has been at the cutting edge of AI since before ChatGPT launched. The job of the Model Capabilities team is to keep us there. We own the model layer of Notion AI: integrating frontier models as they ship, keeping inference reliable and economical at scale, and building new capabilities that other teams take advantage of.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Bring new frontier models into production quickly, making them available for our users and our engineers.
- Make inference reliable: better error categorization, self-healing retries, and cross-provider failover.
- Own observability for the model layer, driving down both time to detection and time to fix.
- Build new model-level capabilities and help product teams adopt them.
- Act as connective tissue across Notion's AI teams: find the gaps, unblock people, and make sure fixes land with the right owner.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Comfort with a moving frontier: The model landscape changes monthly. You keep up with it, form your own view of what's real, and stay pragmatic about what's worth adopting now.
- AI fluency as a practitioner: You use AI tools seriously in your own work and have opinions about where they help and where they don't.
- Production AI systems experience: You've built and operated systems on top of LLM APIs, not just prototyped with them. You understand token economics, streaming, tool calling, context limits, and how each of these fails in production.
- Measurement before conviction: You don't ship a prompt or model change on vibes. You define what "better" means, build or use the evaluation to test it, and are willing to be proven wrong by your own data.
- Cost and performance instincts: You treat latency and dollars as product qualities, not afterthoughts, and you can reason about the tradeoff between them and output quality.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $255,000 – $300,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
About the Position
Niger submitted a request to Gavi for support in optimizing Cold Chain Equipment (CCEOP). This submission includes a renewal and equipment allocation plan at the operational level over five years, from 2017 to 2021.
With UNICEF’s support, Niger updated the inventory of cold chain equipment in May 2017. The update revealed gaps in geographic coverage, storage capacity, and conservation capacity both at district levels and service delivery points, including Integrated Health Centers (CSI) and health posts (HP). The platform will enable the country to improve its supply chain and cold chain by increasing coverage with certified refrigerators and contribute to efforts to strengthen vaccination coverage and equity.
The Directorate of Immunization (DI) is responsible for implementing the Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) across its five components. DI must guarantee the supply and quality of vaccines up to the last mile of the supply chain, to ensure continuity of vaccination services. Vaccines are biological products requiring the availability and functionality of cold chain equipment (CCE) to ensure their effectiveness. Niger has adopted a policy promoting the use of new technologies, including solar-powered refrigerators, refrigerators with cooling jackets, and freezers for which this CCEOP support request was submitted to Gavi in October 2016.
The updated inventory documented that at the service delivery level, 3,767 structures were recorded, including 1,361 Integrated Health Centers (CSI) and 2,409 other service delivery structures (health posts, clinics, and hospitals) that provide vaccination services. Among these structures, 2,491 (66%) have equipment, including 1,322 CSIs (35%) and 1,169 other structures (31%). Furthermore, a total of 1,279 structures (34%) has no cold chain equipment (refrigerator), including 39 CSIs (1%) and 1,240 other structures (33%).
Of the total 4,046 cold chain equipment units:
2,899 (72%) are solar refrigerators,
950 (23%) are electric
197 (5%) are gas-powered.
Among these, 279 units (7%) must be discarded due to obsolescence or irreparable complex failures.
In implementing this project, UNICEF plays an important role in managing procurement, from ordering to installation of equipment at districts and CSIs. UNICEF, through its supply center, handles procurement and has contracted two manufacturers (represented in Niger by two service providers), to implement the equipment operational deployment plan submitted by DI.
To support this effort, the U.S. State Department, through the LEAP project, is providing the Directorate of Immunization with a National Technical Assistant (TA) to help implement the CCEOP2 operational deployment plan, oversee installation and user training, support GEV preparation, and monitor vaccine management for a period of at least one year. About the Position
As part of the implementation of the MOU between the Government of Niger and the Government of the United States, specialized technical assistance is envisioned to support the strengthening of the health system, particularly through the Health Information System and digital health.
The Directorate of e-Health plays a central role in coordinating, providing technical guidance, harmonizing, documenting, securing, and monitoring digital initiatives in the health sector. It must ensure that digital platforms and solutions are coherent, interoperable, secure, sustainable, and aligned with national priorities.
The Ministry currently has several platforms and business systems used for data collection, reporting, analysis, and utilization. However, significant challenges remain including fragmentation of solutions, insufficient documentation, interoperability needs, variable data quality, difficulties in user support, insufficient ongoing training, and the need to strengthen data sovereignty and protection.
The recruitment of an Advisor in HIS and Digital Health will strengthen the operational capacities of the Directorate of e-Health, providing cross-cutting support to technical directorates and programs, particularly for needs related to maternal and child health and malaria, without replacing the structures responsible for the programs.
The Advisor will support the e-Health Directorate in carrying out life-saving humanitarian assistance (LHA) service delivery in full alignment with the new Presidential Executive Order (EO) directives.
Responsibilities
Support the Directorate of e-Health in coordinating digital initiatives, preparing technical meetings, notes, reports, presentations, and monitoring documents.
Support the implementation of the e-Health master plan, roadmaps, action plans, annual priorities, and partner-supported activities.
Support the technical and functional monitoring of priority platforms such as DHIS2, eCHIS/CommCare, OpenClinic, mSupply/eLMIS, STELab, dashboards, and other solutions adopted by the Ministry.
Contribute to the mapping of data flows, indicators, and organizational units, the documentation of workflows, and the progressive application of interoperability standards.
Support the improvement of data quality, analysis, visualization, and use for decision-making, particularly in the areas of maternal health, child health, and malaria.
Contribute to addressing requirements related to data protection, cybersecurity, classification of digital interventions, service continuity, and digital sovereignty.
Support the establishment of sustainable mechanisms for training, e-learning, helpdesk services, knowledge base, user documentation, and skills transfer.
Produce and maintain guides, procedures, terms of reference, technical notes, reports, training materials, and knowledge capitalization documents.
Expected Results
The Directorate of e-Health has close, structured, results-oriented technical support.
Digital initiatives are better coordinated, better documented, and better aligned with the master plan.
Priority platforms, data, and interoperability workflows are better monitored.
Security, data protection, and digital sovereignty requirements are better addressed.
The capacities of national teams and users are sustainably strengthened.
Improved HIS for maternal and child health and malaria.
Expected Deliverables
Technical assistance work plan;
Technical notes, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations supporting the Directorate of e-Health;
Mapping platforms, data flows, interoperability needs, and prioritization matrices;
Contributions to Terms of Reference, specifications, guides, SOPs, procedures, and action plans;
Training materials, skills transfer documents, and knowledge base content;
Monthly or quarterly technical assistance reports, with operational recommendations.
REPORTING
:
The Advisor will provide a detailed monthly report to the U.S. Department of State submitted by the 5th day of the following month. Additionally, the Advisor will submit a weekly progress report to U.S. Embassy/Department of State (and participate in weekly calls) to include a short paragraph about main successes for that week.
Qualifications
University degree at Master's level (Bac+5) or higher in computer science, information systems, public health, statistics, epidemiology, data management, digital health, systems engineering, or an equivalent field.

- Support day one and San Francisco week one onboarding program, including coordinating with managers and buddies, room booking and coordination of start location
- Partner with IT and Workplace so new hires have the right access, equipment, and desk waiting on day one
- Manage the logistics behind our onboarding platform and manage the day-to-day vendor relationship
- Support more moments in the employee lifecycle as the role evolves, from job changes to location moves and more
- Bring ideas for making the day-to-day run smoother, from automating a task to fixing a clunky step
- Handle sensitive employee information with discretion
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-4 years in a high-volume coordination or operations role - People function preferred
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with a tactical, get it done approach, where tasks don't get dropped on your watch

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Product Operations partner for Ramp Procurement, you will help build and scale the workflows that enable customers to manage their procurement processes with speed, accuracy, and control. You will improve both the requester and approver experience while shaping product quality through data, customer feedback, and tight partnership with customer-facing internal teams.
Beyond your product vertical, you will also contribute to Product Operations process improvement and product building that allows our Product and Engineering teams to scale. You will use AI tools to improve release management, collect customer feedback, and enable internal teams to support customers and troubleshoot issues.
Our main goal is to reduce customer friction, measured by support tickets per active user and customer NPS.
*Please note that this Product Operations role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at our NYC HQ (located near Madison Square Park) at least 2 days/week*
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the voice-of-customer loop for Procurement — systematically capture, analyze, and prioritize feedback from CX, Sales, and direct customer channels
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements and specs
- Own launch operations for new Procurement features as they move from Alpha to GA, including AI-native experiences that require strong customer and internal enablement
- Directly ship product improvements (UX fixes and paper cuts) using AI tools — owning your own backlog of customer friction reduction, not just feeding the engineering backlog
- Use AI to automate processes and build products that enable teams to ship faster while maintaining a high quality bar
- Build scalable operating systems for release readiness, internal enablement, supportability, and issue escalation across Procurement workflows
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3+ years in product operations, product management, or a customer-facing analytical role supporting B2B SaaS; experience with procurement, intake and approval workflows, spend management, or financial operations preferred
- Proficiency using data to size opportunities and analyze adoption, support trends, payment flow performance, and customer friction
- Ability to translate qualitative feedback into crisp requirements and operational processes
- Comfort working in ambiguous, technically complex spaces and driving clarity across multiple stakeholders
- Strong problem solving, prioritization, and communication skills; bias to ship improvements quickly and measure impact
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate your work and directly make product improvements
ABOUT OUR TEAMS
- Spend Management owns our core spend product, including card issuance, reimbursements, and travel & entertainment to control spend
- Procurement owns streamlining new purchase requests, approvals, vendors, savings, and price intelligence products to help companies make better financial decisions
- Intelligence owns the reporting, savings, and price intelligence products to help companies make better financial decisions

Frontend architecture remains fast, maintainable and reusable as ActAI expands into new applications and workflows.
Tech Stack
TypeScript
React.js / Next.js
HTML / CSS
WebSockets / streaming APIs
Node.js
REST / GraphQL APIs

Joining our team requires the ability to bring structure, exercise judgment and execute independently. Our goal is to put in the hands of our users a truly magical product.
Interview Process
If there appears to be a fit, we'll reach out to schedule 3, but no more than 4 interviews.
Applications are evaluated by our technical team members. Interviews will be conducted via virtual meetings and/or onsite.
We value transparency and efficiency, so expect a prompt decision. If you've demonstrated the exceptional skills and mindset we're looking for, we'll extend an offer to join us and help bring practical AI benefits to billions of users globally.
