The Vault is looking for a hands-on Treasury Manager Expert to own and build the treasury function across a group of around 30 companies, covering both fiat and digital asset flows.
This is a build role. Today the group processes several hundred payments a month — payroll, taxes, intercompany transfers and operational spend and most of it is still tracked manually. You will take this from ad hoc to structured: set up the payment calendar, approval workflows and standard payment requests, automate what can be automated, and run a growing crypto treasury workstream alongside fiat operations.
The pace is high and the daily volume doesn't let up, so we're looking for someone who has done this before in a lean environment and knows how to plan, prioritise and delegate.
Responsibilities:
Own day-to-day treasury operations for the group: internal payments, payroll runs (200+ payments a month), tax payments, intercompany transfers and operational spend
Build the treasury function from the ground up: payment calendar, cash planning, approval workflows and standardised payment request processes
Move tracking and planning off manual exports, and work with internal teams to automate payment processes (currently 1C and Jira)
Run digital asset treasury operations: crypto transfers, wallet management and counterparty checks using blockchain analytics tools (e.g. Crystal)
Design and maintain approval policies, limits and the structure of multi-product wallets
Give management visibility on liquidity, upcoming payments and cash positions across entities
Set up controls and documentation so treasury processes are transparent, auditable and scalable
Organise, mentor and delegate to a small team as the function grows
Requirements
Current or recent (last 1–2 years) hands-on experience as a Treasurer or Treasury Manager, working directly with payment instruments and crypto flows
Experience in a family office, payment institution, fintech or multi-entity group, ideally in Cyprus, where the role covers a broad scope rather than one narrow function
A track record of building or automating treasury processes yourself: payment calendars, approval workflows, standardised payment requests
Hands-on crypto treasury experience: transfers, wallet management, counterparty verification tools (e.g. Crystal), approval policies and limits
Strong time management and the ability to delegate while handling high daily volume
Comfortable in a low-automation environment and motivated to improve it
Experience mentoring or leading a small team
Based in Cyprus and able to work on-site in Limassol
Fluent English; Russian is a strong advantage
Nice to have
CFA, a corporate treasury certification (e.g. ACT, CTP) or similar
Experience with 1C, Jira or other payment and ERP tools
Experience working with banks, EMIs and crypto providers across several jurisdictions
Benefits
Competitive salary;
Annual performance bonus;
Visa support;
Access to our Limassol offices, including daily drinks and snacks, as well as parking facilities;
Working hours are from 9:00 to 18:00, with a shorter day on Fridays until 16:30;
24 working days of paid annual leave, in addition to statutory public and bank holidays in Cyprus;
14 working days of paid sick leave per calendar year;
Work permit sponsorship and full support with all related arrangements;
The opportunity to participate in corporate sports activities and events, and receive corporate gifts.
Location: Mexico; Argentina; Colombia; Guatemala; Nicaragua; Paraguay

Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative to support a renovation business by managing incoming calls and messages during opening hours.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every inquiry is handled professionally, recorded accurately, and directed to the right person. This role is ideal for someone with customer service or call center experience who is comfortable using CRM software and can remain calm and organized when handling customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and messages promptly during opening hours, ensuring customers can speak with a real person.
Listen carefully to customer inquiries, take clear and accurate notes in GoHighLevel, and explain what happens next.

Book calls directly into the relevant person's calendar instead of simply forwarding messages.
Identify and immediately escalate urgent issues on active renovation projects, such as water leaks, incorrect materials, or wrong tiles installed on-site.
Follow the client's written manual and established procedures when handling customer interactions.
Ensure every customer inquiry is followed up on and resolved or handed over appropriately.
Maintain clear communication with the internal team to ensure customers receive timely updates.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be LangChain's dedicated cloud alliance lead for AWS, owning the relationships and revenue motions that make these partnerships produce real pipeline. This is a senior individual contributor role sitting within the Partnerships team where you'll be close to the product, close to the field, and expected to drive results without a lot of hand-holding. You'll own co-sell execution and marketplace presence end-to-end, working with cloud partner teams, field sellers, and LangChain's GTM organization to turn partner relationships into closed deals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Co-sell and pipeline
- Own and grow LangChain's co-sell motion with AWS: manage joint pipeline, coordinate deals with AWS field teams, and drive sourced and influenced revenue.
- Partner with LangChain sales leadership to define priority co-sell accounts, map territories to AWS coverage, and run co-sell plays region by region.
- Keep ACE hygiene high across the sales team so that opportunity sharing, acceptance, and launch become routine rather than a partnerships-team chore.
Marketplace
- Own LangChain's AWS Marketplace presence end to end: listings, private offers, CPPO through channel partners, and program enrollment.
- Operate our marketplace GTM platform (Suger today) and extend referral and offer automation so sellers can transact through Marketplace without partnerships-team involvement.
Programs and funding
- Operationalize AWS funding mechanisms across the team: MDF (market development funds for co-marketing), proof-of-concept credits, ISV Accelerate benefits, and any strategic collaboration funding we secure.
- Pursue AWS competency and specialization programs that strengthen our positioning with AWS sellers.
- Track funding drawn down against funding available and report it monthly.
Executive and partner relationships
- Own LangChain's working relationships at AWS: partner development managers, ISV sales managers, Marketplace category leads, and the Bedrock and AgentCore partner teams.
- Build executive sponsorship on both sides, and run a joint business plan with AWS that sets shared goals and a review cadence.
- Navigate the coopetitive dynamic: partner closely with AWS on Bedrock and AgentCore while differentiating LangGraph and LangSmith where AWS has competing offerings.
Field enablement and marketing
- Equip LangChain sales, solutions engineering, and marketing with better-together messaging, competitive positioning, and joint sales plays for AWS accounts.
- Partner with marketing on co-branded campaigns, content, and events that generate pipeline, including re:Invent, AWS Summits, and joint customer programs.
- Communicate results clearly to internal stakeholders, including a monthly readout on pipeline, Marketplace, and program activity.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 6+ years in cloud alliances, partner sales, or business development, with direct, hands-on ownership of an AWS relationship.
- A track record of scaling a hyperscaler co-sell motion, not just starting one: you have taken a working AWS alliance to materially higher Marketplace share, pipeline, or partner-sourced revenue, and you can describe the mechanisms that got you there.
- Deep working knowledge of AWS Marketplace transactions and programs: private offers, CPPO, ACE, ISV Accelerate, and the funding programs available to ISVs.
- Experience operating a marketplace GTM platform such as Suger, Tackle, or WorkSpan, including referral and offer automation.
- Experience shaping and running a joint business plan with a hyperscaler, including executive sponsorship on both sides.
- Enough technical foundation to speak credibly with builders. You do not need to write code, but you need to understand how LangGraph, LangSmith, and LangChain fit into a customer's AWS stack.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment where you set the operating rhythm for a partner motion rather than inheriting one.
- Strong operational discipline: you manage pipeline in the CRM, track partner activity, and report results clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with comfort owning senior relationships at a large cloud organization and resolving conflict constructively across company lines.
NICE TO HAVE'S
- Prior experience inside AWS in partner sales, ISV, or Marketplace roles, with a working understanding of how co-sell decisions and seller compensation work internally.
- Experience with commercial contracts with AWS like SCAs.
- Existing relationships across the AWS ISV, field, Marketplace, and Bedrock partner teams.
- Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem: how LLMs, agents, and developer tooling fit into enterprise stacks.
- Experience with AWS partner programs specific to AI and data, such as the Generative AI Competency and related partner tracks.
- Prior experience at a developer tools or infrastructure company with a product-led growth motion.
Annual salary range: $200,000 - $250,000 OTE + Equity
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

We're the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We’re building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn’t just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
Who we are looking for
Everyone at Higgsfield is an A-player. We're looking for teammates who bring:
- High energy, strong commercial instincts, and flawless execution.
- Ownership and accountability to drive deals end-to-end.
- The ability to build trusted relationships with partners, agencies, and enterprise clients.
- Resilience in high-pressure situations and an always-on mindset.
- A balance of sharp analytical skills and natural people intuition.
- Hunger to win and the grit to scale a B2B SaaS business globally.
About the role
This is the GTM Account Executive role for Japan. You will be our first person on the ground and our primary representative in the market, responsible for turning Japan's agencies, brands, broadcasters, studios and gaming companies into Higgsfield customers: sourcing and closing the first Japanese deals yourself and owning the accounts after signature. You work with our Almaty-based GTM team, our US-based Enterprise team, and directly with company leadership.
What you will work on
- End-to-end sales execution: identify, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with Japanese agencies, brands and B2B partners, with the patience and consensus-building that Japanese business relationships require.
- Open the market: build a named-account plan for Japan and work it, starting with advertising and creative agencies, consumer brands, broadcasters and streamers, anime and film studios, gaming and music.
- Convert platform demand: turn high-usage Japanese creators, teams and agencies already on Higgsfield into team and enterprise accounts.
- Account management: own relationships post-sale, ensuring adoption, expansion, and long-term success; navigate Japanese procurement, security and legal processes.
- Partner routes to market: identify and activate the trading houses, telcos and platforms, system integrators and large agencies that are the natural route in.
- Customer success: act as the voice of the Japanese customer internally, including localisation, rights and talent-likeness questions, ensuring feedback flows into product and engineering.
- Processes at scale: build the repeatable playbook that the next Japan hires will follow.
Your must haves
(You don't need to meet every single requirement to be a strong candidate. If you're excellent in a few of these areas and eager to grow, we'd still love to hear from you.)
- Revenue track record: demonstrable history of consistently achieving and exceeding multi-million dollar revenue targets, with deals you sourced and closed yourself with Japanese enterprises.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales and/or account management with measurable results, selling SaaS, AI, creative, advertising or media technology in Japan.
- An existing network in major Japanese agencies (for example Dentsu or Hakuhodo group companies), brands, broadcasters, studios, gaming or technology conglomerates.
- Native-level Japanese and professional English: you can bridge Japanese stakeholders and an international team.
- Deep understanding of Japanese business etiquette, organisational hierarchies and decision-making.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage sales data and metrics for decision-making.
- Ability to work in a high-growth startup environment.
Nice to haves
- Big3/Big4 consulting experience or equivalent top-tier professional background is a strong plus.
- Experience selling AI, GenAI, or ML products.
- Experience in early-stage, fast-scaling startups.
- Exposure to upselling, cross-selling, and customer success strategies.
- Experience opening Japan for a foreign technology company, or working inside an international company's Japan team.
- Relationships in anime, film, gaming or music, or with Japanese talent agencies.
The deal
- Competitive base salary in USD.
- Equity participation through the company's stock option program.
- Based in Japan, ideally in or near Tokyo, with regular in-person customer and partner meetings across Japan and periodic travel to Almaty.
- Our GTM team works six days a week and overlaps with US hours. Expect the same pace wherever you are based.
- Full-time position.
- Opportunity to become the cornerstone of Higgsfield's Japan sales engine.
