We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talented team.
We are looking for a
Senior Product Owner
to build the products behind our new Financial Investigation Unit as we expand into new financial products and markets.
You will own the roadmap for investigation case management and customer offboarding. You’ll use AI to give investigators a complete picture of each case faster, and turn approved decisions into workflows that run reliably. You’ll work closely with investigators, Compliance, Operations and Engineering. Because this is a new capability, you’ll shape it from the ground up and, over time, build the team that runs it.
Responsibilities:
Own and prioritise the product roadmap for financial investigation case management and customer offboarding, focusing on investigation quality, timely decisions and reliable execution.
Translate investigator needs into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria. Design workflows that make case ownership, status, next actions and escalation routes clear.
Lead the development of AI and automation to assemble evidence, support analysis and reduce manual investigation work. Ensure outputs are traceable and subject to appropriate human review and approval.
Bring relevant information together across systems, with clear sources and appropriate access controls. Enable complete, auditable case records that preserve evidence and reasoning through reviews and handovers.
Translate approved offboarding procedures into reliable workflows with operational and control owners. Define approvals, dependencies, sequencing and exception handling, with clear confirmation that required actions have been completed.
Deliver changes with Engineering through testing, staged rollout and monitoring. Test interrupted processes, duplicate requests and unavailable dependencies, with recovery routes and records of completed and outstanding actions.
Measure investigation quality, case rework, avoidable delays and offboarding failures alongside user feedback. Use the findings to improve performance without treating faster case closure as proof of quality.
Prepare Operations and Compliance for product changes, support adoption and resolve issues after launch. Feed quality reviews, audit findings and recurring operational problems into the roadmap.
Requirements:
5+ years in product ownership or product management, including end-to-end ownership of a product roadmap at a senior level.
Strong financial crime experience across investigations, AML, fraud or customer offboarding, gained in fintech, banking or another regulated business.
A track record of building workflow or case-management products for operational users.
Experience shipping AI or automation that cut manual work while keeping people in charge of key decisions.
Ability to write precise requirements and work closely with engineers on complex, failure-tolerant workflows.
Strong analytical skills, with experience defining metrics and using data to set priorities.
Excellent stakeholder management, including working with Compliance and control owners on regulatory requirements.
Experience building or growing a product team is desirable.

You'll own how ElevenLabs shows up in that market, from strategy and pipeline through to the team that delivers the revenue.
We don't use traditional job titles at ElevenLabs. This role is equivalent in scope and seniority to a Vice President of Public Sector, with ownership of the vertical, authority to hire and structure the team, and direct access to the executive team.
You'll work closely with the executive team, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Security. You'll set the vision for how ElevenLabs serves the government, decide how the team is structured and staffed, and stay close to the largest pursuits. This is a player-coach role. You'll lead from the frontline alongside your team while hiring the leaders who will take over portfolios as the business grows.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy across US Federal (Civilian, Defense, Intelligence), State, Local, and Education.
- Own the public sector revenue plan, forecast, and pipeline, and report on them to the executive team.
- Recruit and lead the team, including additional Account Executives, segment or regional leaders, capture and proposal support, and sales operations. You'll have the authority to shape the org.
- Lead from the frontline with your team on the largest and most complex pursuits, from first agency conversation through procurement, security review, and award.
- Shape our approach to contract vehicles and channels, including GSA Schedule, cooperative contracts, procurement vehicles, and partnerships with systems integrators and resellers.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior agency leaders, procurement officials, technical stakeholders, and the integrator and partner ecosystem.
- Work with Product, Engineering, and Security to define and prioritize what government customers require, including FedRAMP, StateRAMP, IL5, ITAR, data residency, FOCI Mitigation and sovereign or on-premise deployment. You'll bring customer and pipeline evidence to roadmap decisions.
- Work with Legal and Finance on government contracting terms, pricing, and the processes public sector sales depends on.
- Create repeatable sales processes, performance metrics, and operating rhythms so revenue becomes more predictable as the team grows.
- Partner with the Forward Deployed Engineer and Account Manager orgs so early deployments become references and expand across agencies.
- Work with Marketing on public sector messaging and content, and with government affairs and policy contacts to track regulation, funding, and procurement changes.
- Serve as the public face of ElevenLabs in the government market, at agency briefings, and industry events.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 15+ years of progressive experience in technology sales or business leadership, with at least 10 years in public sector markets.
- Experience leading government sales teams, with a record of hiring and developing both individual contributors and managers.
- Proven track record of securing, large ARR strategic contracts with government agencies.
- Prior experience building a public sector business unit or equivalent leadership role at a technology company, ideally at an early or growth stage.
- Deep knowledge of federal, state, and education procurement, including funding mechanisms, acquisition vehicles such as GSA Schedule, GWACs, and IDIQs, and how buying decisions are made.
- Working knowledge of compliance and security requirements such as FedRAMP, FISMA, CMMC, IL5, ITAR and FOCI mitigation strategies.
- Experience selling cloud, AI, or other advanced technology to the government; familiarity with navigating AI trust and safety questions.
- Executive credibility with senior government officials, program leaders, and technical and security reviewers.
- An established network across agencies, systems integrators, and public sector partners.
- Comfort staying hands-on in deals while building the team and the playbook.
WHY THIS ROLE
The opportunity is to define the strategy, hire the team, and shape what we build for government, with direct support from leadership and a company growing as fast as ElevenLabs.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
Senior Engineering Manager, Grafana Frontend
The Opportunity:
Grafana is an open-source observability product and a platform that teams and plugin developers build on. The Frontend group shapes its user experience (from dashboards and visualisation to navigation, search and sharing) and the foundations that support engineering teams and community contributors across the Grafana ecosystem.
As Senior Engineering Manager, you’ll lead the Frontend Platform and Navigation squads, owning their performance, delivery and customer outcomes. Frontend Platform enables teams to build reliable, high-quality experiences; Navigation helps users find and organise resources and move confidently through Grafana.
You’ll develop senior engineers, partner with Product and Design, and improve how teams work, including through AI and automation. We use Cloud-first rollout and experimentation to learn quickly, bringing relevant improvements to OSS and Enterprise.
AI Notice: We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Be accountable for the performance of
two
distributed engineering squads: set clear expectations, delegate effectively, coach and develop each team member, give timely feedback, address performance gaps and build a culture of trust and accountability.
Own hiring and team planning across both squads, aligning team capacity and skills with product priorities and longer-term needs.
Lead discovery with your squads: engage directly with customers, community members and internal users, combine their feedback with research and usage evidence, and use those insights to shape roadmaps and priorities.
Partner with Product, Design and engineering leaders to set priorities, resolve dependencies and make trade-offs between customer needs, long-term investments and operational demands.
Own delivery across both squads from discovery through rollout and measurement: set milestones, surface risks early and intervene when commitments are at risk.
Use AI regularly in your management work to synthesise research and feedback, inform roadmap and resourcing decisions, and streamline coordination, reporting and follow-through.
Improve how the squads plan, make decisions and deliver. Lead the adoption of AI and automation across engineering and operational workflows, evaluating their impact on delivery speed, quality and time spent on repetitive work.
Set engineering direction with senior engineers for the frontend foundations owned by your squads, including developer experience, accessibility, architecture, tooling, reliability and multitenant capabilities.
Set engineering direction for navigation, search and resource organisation, including where AI-assisted discovery can help users find what they need.
Set and uphold engineering standards for quality, security and operability, including how teams evaluate and validate AI-assisted work.
Lead improvements across Grafana and R&D that increase engineering productivity and improve business outcomes.
Participate in the engineering management on-call rota, coordinate responses and drive improvements that reduce recurring disruption. Regularly use Grafana’s AI capabilities for observability, incident investigation and management, bringing that experience into product feedback and roadmap decisions.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Significant experience managing senior engineers, building healthy teams and developing technical leaders. You give clear feedback and address performance gaps directly and fairly.
A strong technical foundation in modern web or frontend systems, enabling you to evaluate technical trade-offs and shape architectural and engineering-quality decisions with senior engineers.
A track record of turning ambiguous, cross-team problems into clear priorities and measurable results, managing delivery risks and operational demands.
Strong product and customer judgement, with the ability to connect engineering investments to user, developer and business outcomes.
Clear, concise written communication and the ability to work effectively in a remote, globally distributed organisation.
An appreciation for open-source development and the judgement to balance Cloud-first delivery with the needs of customers, community members and internal teams.
Practical experience using AI and automation in your own leadership work, and leading teams to adopt them effectively.
Bonus Points For
Experience with React, TypeScript or comparable large-scale frontend ecosystems.
Experience leading a developer platform team, including support for plugins or extensions.
Experience with navigation, search, information architecture or resource-management products.
Experience delivering multitenant SaaS or major platform migrations.
Experience working on a widely adopted open-source product.
Compensation & Rewards:
In the United Kingdom, the Base compensation range for this role is GBP
117,949
- GBP
141,539
. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We're looking for a technically-minded product designer who is excited to shape how design, code, and AI-powered workflows come together at Figma. In this role, you'll improve how Figma understands production code and design systems, design workflows that move from design to code and back again, and extend Figma's agentic capabilities into developer tools and the places teams already work. You'll turn ambiguity into clarity alongside engineers, PMs, and researchers, bringing simplicity and craft to complex technical problems as we help define the future of how software is made.
This is a full-time role that can be held from our London hub or remotely within the UK.
What you'll do at Figma:
Shape and prototype new workflows that bring design and production code closer together, including AI-powered experiences that connect Figma with the tools teams already use to build
Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction
Help deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities
Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, UX writing, data science, and research peers
Create and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals, as well as provide thoughtful feedback for others doing the same so you can all do your best work
Design and ship high-quality features and product improvements in Figma's core product surfaces
Contribute to our design org's culture by participating in design critiques, mentoring peers, and sharing best practices across teams
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of experience designing UX and UI for software products of similar scale and complexity
Strong visual craft and attention to detail across composition, typography, layout, interaction design, and prototyping
Proven ability to independently drive end-to-end design processes from discovery through launch, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
Ability to guide decision-making through structured thinking, clear design rationale, and user-centered research
Experience designing technically complex products, ideally developer tools or extensible platforms, with an understanding of software development workflows, APIs, and systems; experience prototyping and evaluating AI-powered or nondeterministic interactions is a plus
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Familiarity with web technologies like HTML/CSS, AI coding tools such as Codex, Cursor, or Claude Code
A strong understanding of advanced Figma features like Auto Layout, Variables, and Components
Hands-on experience building with web technologies, APIs, CLIs, MCP, model evals, or other tools used to create developer and AI products
A history of working on canvas-based interfaces or tools that support creative workflows
Prior work involving design systems, like creating, maintaining, or contributing to a design system
