About Our Clients
We are a recruiting partner representing
three leading, fast-growing e-commerce retention agencies
currently scaling their teams. By applying to this single role, you will be considered for three distinct agency dynamics depending on your background and career goals:
They are looking for experienced
Lifecycle & Retention Growth Strategists
who can take ownership of customer retention, lifecycle marketing, and growth initiatives.
The Enterprise Scale Agency:
Best for strategists who love global teams, structured multi-person account pods, and managing high-profile global brand portfolios.
The Agile Boutique Studio:
Best for autonomous, execution-focused strategists who love working closely with founders and driving rapid list growth for 7-figure brands.
The Data & Tech-Heavy Growth Shop:
Best for analytical minds who love custom data pipelines, proprietary funnel architectures, and leveraging advanced AI production tools.
This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who understands how to turn customer and performance data into actions that improve revenue, retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value.
Depending on the client, your scope may include email and SMS marketing, lifecycle automation, retention strategy, subscription growth, customer journeys, experimentation, and cross-functional team leadership.
Key responsibilities
Own lifecycle and retention strategy across email, SMS, subscription, and other customer touchpoints based on business needs.
Analyze customer, campaign, retention, and revenue data to identify opportunities and determine what should be tested or optimized.
Develop and execute experiments around offers, messaging, segmentation, customer journeys, subscription conversion, retention, and lifecycle engagement.
Build and optimize lifecycle programs, including campaigns, automated flows, onboarding, post-purchase, winback, cancellation/save journeys, and other retention initiatives.
Translate data and customer behavior into clear strategic recommendations and actionable plans.
Own performance against key business outcomes such as revenue, retention, customer lifetime value, subscription take rate, churn, or lifecycle program performance.
Work directly with clients, founders, or senior stakeholders to present performance, recommendations, and strategic priorities.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including copywriters, designers, project managers, developers, and other marketing specialists.
Provide clear briefs, direction, feedback, and quality control to ensure execution aligns with strategy and brand requirements.
Troubleshoot lifecycle marketing, CRM, subscription, or customer journey issues and provide practical solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and workflows, including the use of AI and automation where appropriate.
Monitor account/customer health and proactively identify risks, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Help build scalable playbooks, processes, and best practices that improve lifecycle and retention performance across the business.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, CRM, growth marketing, email/SMS marketing, subscription growth, or a closely related field.
Strong understanding of DTC/ecommerce, consumer, subscription, or digital businesses and how customer retention contributes to revenue and profitability.
Proven experience using data to make strategic marketing or growth decisions rather than simply executing predefined campaigns.
Strong experience with lifecycle marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or comparable CRM/marketing automation tools.
Hands-on understanding of customer segmentation, automated journeys/flows, retention programs, experimentation, and performance optimization.
Experience owning measurable business outcomes such as revenue, retention, churn, LTV, conversion, subscription growth, or lifecycle performance.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate performance data into clear recommendations and next actions.
Comfortable working directly with clients, founders, CMOs, or senior stakeholders and communicating recommendations with confidence.
Strong project ownership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
Able to work cross-functionally and direct or collaborate with creative, project management, development, and marketing teams.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills suitable for client-facing work.
Self-directed, commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments.
Strong attention to detail and ownership mentality; you check your own work and take responsibility for outcomes, not just assigned tasks.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve marketing workflows, analysis, content development, or operational efficiency is a plus.
Benefits
Competitive USD compensation based on experience and client requirements.
Remote flexibility – work from anywhere while collaborating with international teams.
Opportunities to work with international companies across ecommerce, DTC, subscription, and digital businesses.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work as part of a driven and creative team of Forward Deployed Engineers, Go to Market professionals, Product Engineers and other Strategists to deploy ElevenAgents, our enterprise AI platform, against the challenging problems our customers face. Your mission is to synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the most important problem is, what the existing workflows are, what the product needs, what users are motivated by, and where the impact could be.
No two days are the same, but as a Deployment Strategist you can expect to:
- Meet with strategic customers to deeply understand their AI transformation goals and locate their biggest pain points, particularly around customer-facing and operational workflows powered by AI agents.
- Own flagship deals end-to-end — from identifying the right use case to structuring commercial terms (including outcome-based pricing, license fees, and implementation arrangements) and driving them to close.
- Embed yourself deeply inside strategic customers: act as a trusted partner with a provisioned account, spend meaningful time onsite, and own delivery outcomes as if you were part of their team.
- Identify high-impact use cases through close engagement with customer problems and workflows, and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to bring them to life.
- Guide customers on best practices for deploying our products (e.g. ElevenAgents); including agent design, agent orchestration, production readiness to maximize adoption and impact.
- Scope out potential applications in new industries and expand our AI solutions across different sectors globally.
- Present the results of our work and proposals for future work to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives.
- Collaborate with our Research teams to feed field insights back into ElevenLabs' platform and models, helping shape the roadmap.
- Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents and our broader AI technology to new and existing customers.
- Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure agents reach production and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity. Direct enterprise customer experience is preferred.
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
- Commercial instinct: comfort engaging in deal conversations, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles alongside GTM partners.
- Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration, sufficient to prototype, demo, and communicate credibly with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; particularly the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and structure clear logic in pursuit of optimal solutions.
- A proven track record of taking ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results.
- Adaptability to work across different customer environments, industries, and technical use cases.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling and AI agent frameworks.
- Ability to creatively map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems
Location
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Italy, with a preference of Milan. Expect regular travel for customer onsites. Fluency in English and Italian and a deep understanding of the regional and cultural nuances is required.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a brand new Adoption Strategist role sitting at the intersection of adoption, enablement, scaled programs, and product expertise so we expect the scope to evolve and want someone excited to build as it does. You'll design and run the programs - onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, adoption playbooks - that drive corporate and mid-market customers to activate their core use case and expand into new ones. Everything you build has to scale across a high-volume book, not be custom to one account. You'll need deep product fluency - enough to be the most credible voice in the room on how to use the product well - without ever owning an account or its technical implementation directly. This is a builder role for someone extremely analytical, comfortable running live enablement at scale, and already advanced with AI tools to automate the systems behind it.
Since this is a new role, we expect the scope to evolve over time - being adaptable and excited to build is a core part of being successful here. Focus areas include, but aren't limited to:
- Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable enablement and activation programs that educate customers on best practices, and get them to time-to-value quickly on their core use case
- Develop deep product expertise across the entire ElevenLabs platform, with a focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative - you're a product expert on our existing product and you're constantly the first to learn new products coming to market
- Proactively audit customers' agent prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps, and share recommendations as a value-add service that drives deeper adoption
- Track and drive key leading and lagging adoption metrics, partnering with Revenue Operations to iterate on our reporting capabilities, and use those trends to develop data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks across the customer base in region
- Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns, including regional live workshops and webinars, based on opportunities or new product releases
- Engage with external implementation partner and internal teams to help unify adoption strategy across the customer journey (e.g., Solutions Engineering, GTM, Customer Experience, Product Marketing and Engineering)
- Partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives that support the local GTM team and global results
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth or similar role at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large, low-touch book
- Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
- A track record of building adoption focused programs from the ground up: onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-serve content, and more
- You think in systems but are creative: you're always asking "how do we scale or automate this," and building automations and workflows with AI tools is ingrained in how you work
- Extremely analytical: you identify trends easily and use them to close gaps, surface opportunities or standardize best practices. You also identify data points that aren't yet tracked but would uncover new insights and change strategy
- Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority, working effectively with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, and GTM to move adoption forward
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale, mid-market or commercial segment
- Language Requirements - must be proficient in English.
GROWTH POTENTIAL
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Growth Roles - Regional Adoption Lead
- Other teams: Account Management, Digital CX or Deployment Strategist

This is a remote-first role. Candidates must be based in North America.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp's Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) team is looking for a senior investigator ready to shift from running cases to scaling the systems that run cases. You've built real depth in TM Alerts, AML Investigations, Complex Fraud, and EDD Reviews; you know what a good escalation looks like, where analysts get stuck, and where automation actually holds up in production versus just looks good in a demo. In this role, you'll spend most of your time partnering with Engineering and the Head of FCC Tooling to turn that judgment into scaled AI systems: testing model outputs, labeling and calibrating results, and making sure every automated decision point is well-documented and properly governed. You'll stay close enough to FCC's day-to-day workflows and will partake in some of them, but this is fundamentally a builder role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner directly with Engineering and the Head of FCC Tooling on automation experimentation and AI initiatives across TM, sanctions, complex fraud, and EDD, moving prototypes from one-off calibration exercises to defined, repeatable evaluation processes.
- Design and run labeling and tagging workflows for model outputs (e.g., TM alert dispositions, sanctions/PEP hit review) building a structured, documented pipeline in place of today's ad hoc process
- Define and maintain test sets, scenario coverage, and evaluation frameworks for compliance AI/agent tools in partnership with the engineers building them
- Own the documentation and governance layer for every automated or AI-assisted decision point
- Work with the FCC team to understand current workflows to guide innovative solutions
- Recommend automation and AI adoption decisions with evidence and escalate control-posture or model-risk trade-offs to compliance leadership
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of financial services experience in compliance, AML, or related regulatory advisory roles, preferably in fintech
- Demonstrated senior-investigator experience across TM Alerts, AML Investigations, Complex Fraud, and EDD Reviews
- Direct experience testing, labeling, or evaluating AI/ML model outputs, or strong aptitude and demonstrated fast ramp-up if new to formal model evaluation
- Strong AI fluency and data analytics skills
- Comfort partnering with engineers day-to-day and ability to translate compliance judgment into build specs, test cases, and evaluation criteria engineers can act on
- Strong project management and documentation rigor
- Ability to scope an ambiguous automation problem, choose an approach, and deliver a durable outcome with minimal oversight
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Data science background
- Experience working with outsourced testing/QA partners on model tuning or signal collection
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
UNITED STATES
- 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents
- One Medical annual membership
- 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp
- Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay
- Pet insurance
- In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more
- Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed)

ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
- Proactively audit customer agents prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps, and share recommendations as a value-add service that drives deeper adoption
- 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth or similar role- at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large, low-touch book
- Language Requirements - Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
Growth Potential
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:

- Other teams: Account Management, Digital CX or Deployment Strategist

LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in South Korea, with a preference of Seoul. Expect regular travel for customer onsite. Fluency in English and Korean and a deep understanding of the regional and cultural nuances is required.
