- Infrastructure-as-Code: Terraform
- Security tooling: Wiz, SonarCloud, Burp, Cloudflare
- CI/CD and source control: GitHub, GitHub Actions, Artifactory and related build/deploy tooling
- Languages and scripting: Java, JavaScript, Python, Go
- AI Coding Agents, Tooling, Systems

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
THE ROLE
Alan’s Insurance Compliance Counsel, you will be Alan's expert on insurance compliance and consumer protection regulation. You will define how regulatory obligations translate into Alan's tools, processes, and products. You will own the compliance posture on your perimeter, proactively manage our exposure, and be the primary interface with regulators on the topics you cover.
You will also be a key connector between the compliance function, internal control, and the audit processes Alan conducts - ensuring audit findings are properly digested, remediated, and embedded into how we operate.
As Alan expands into new markets, you will play a central role in ensuring our compliance standards travel with us: adapting Group frameworks to local requirements and helping stand up the right compliance foundations in new geographies.
The role sits within the Legal Area in the Corporate Unit, and involves close daily collaboration with the Legal, Insurance, Operations, Sales, Care, and Product teams across all of Alan's markets.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Own Alan's Insurance Compliance Posture
- Define how regulatory obligations relating to Alan’s core product (IDD including duty of advice, product governance, AML/CFT, etc.) translate into Alan's operational processes, product design, and tooling
- Suggest optimal ways to meet regulatory requirements within Alan's products while improving members' experience - from pricing components and options design to UX choices and complaint handling
- Proactively identify compliance risks, assess their exposure, and develop mitigating action plans in coordination with internal stakeholders
- Lead the structuring and continuous improvement of Alan's complaints management framework across France, Belgium, and Spain, ensuring compliance with ACPR recommendations and local equivalents
Reporting & Audits
- Serve as the compliance function's key contributor to Alan's internal control system: document compliance-related risks and controls in the Group's centralised mapping, and co-deploy the internal control approach across teams (Insurance, Operations, Sales, Care)
- Prepare and support internal and external audits: assess Alan's standing against planned operational improvements, define remediation plans, and drive and monitor their effective implementation
- Report on compliance obligations and risk exposure to Alan's Board and governance committees, with clarity and foresight; Manage regulatory reporting obligations including the ACPR Questionnaire Protection de la Clientèle (QPC)
- Respond to regulatory inspections (ACPR, FSMA, or equivalent in Alan’s operating countries), coordinating internally and ensuring Alan is always audit-ready
AML/CFT & KYC
- Support the AML framework: conduct second-level analysis on suspicious cases, manage relationships with regulatory bodies and financial intelligence units, approve high-risk client relationships (including PEPs), and maintain the AML/CFT risk assessment framework
- Oversee KYC Ops referents' training and upskilling, including Belgium-specific AML requirements
- Coordinate with the AMLO on annual priorities, documentation, monitoring tools, and regulatory reporting to the ACPR and equivalent supervisors
Compliance Roadmap & Stakeholder Coordination
- Maintain Alan's compliance roadmap: prioritise, track progress, update the risk mapping, and re-prioritise as the regulatory environment evolves
- Lead compliance projects with internal stakeholders across Insurance, Product, Sales, Care, and Operations, translating regulatory requirements into concrete deliverables and timelines
- Contribute to pragmatic compliance positions on regulatory requirements that affect our products and contracts - turning complex constraints into well-reasoned, pragmatic solutions that support the business.
Regulatory Training & Internal Capability
- Design and maintain mandatory regulatory training programmes for Sales and Care roles (IDD competency requirements including duty of advice and product governance, Loi Evin, AML/CFT)
- Build internal compliance frameworks, guidelines, and decision-making tools that increase team autonomy and reduce reliance on external resources
- Contribute to Alan's written culture by producing high-quality documentation that teams can rely on independently
International Compliance & Localisation
- Ensure Alan's compliance standards travel consistently across all Group markets, whether existing (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada) or newly opened, adapting Group frameworks to local regulatory requirements and deploying them locally in coordination with local counsel.
PROFILE
Experience & Skills
- 4+ years of experience in compliance in an insurance or fintech company; solid coverage of at least two of the following: AML/CFT, insurance distribution (IDD), complaints handling, regulatory reporting
- Solid understanding of the French insurance regulatory framework and ability to work across EU/local requirements
- Proven ability to lead compliance projects cross-functionally: you translate regulatory requirements into clear priorities, align internal stakeholders, and deliver without creating bottlenecks or increased friction
- Bilingual French/English (both required, written and spoken)
- International exposure is a strong plus
You Will Thrive Here If You Are
- A pragmatic problem-solver: you find the right answer within regulatory constraints rather than defaulting to the most conservative one
- Rigorous and well-organised: you maintain high documentation standards, track your commitments, and keep stakeholders informed
- Business-minded: you understand what matters for the company's growth and your members' protection, and you calibrate your compliance work accordingly

We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to build one of n8n’s most predictable Enterprise sales teams. You’ll develop high-performing Enterprise AEs, instill forecast and pipeline discipline, and create a repeatable operating model that wins complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
To make that happen, you’ll be hands-on in coaching, deal inspection, and team development day-to-day, while staying close enough to strategic deals and customer executives to raise the bar on how we qualify, forecast, and win:
DEVELOPING A HIGH-PERFORMING, PREDICTABLE TEAM
- Coach and develop a team of Enterprise AEs through structured 1:1s, field coaching, and deal reviews, raising both the floor and the ceiling on individual performance.
- Build a rigorous forecasting and pipeline management cadence that makes your numbers predictable quarter over quarter, not dependent on late-quarter heroics.
- Create a repeatable operating model with clear playbooks, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC-based deal inspection, and coaching rhythms, so execution doesn’t rely on you personally driving every strategic deal.
- Hire, onboard, and scale the team quickly, establishing career paths and succession plans as we grow.
SETTING THE STRATEGY FOR YOUR TERRITORY
- Prioritize and run your Enterprise territory with focus, balancing new logo pursuits with expansion plays where community signals are strong.
- Set the strategy for the team’s most complex enterprise cycles, from discovery to close, staying close enough to coach without taking the pen.
- Elevate sales methodology adoption (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC), ensuring meticulous qualification, mutual action plans, and disciplined inspection of technical and business wins.
BUILDING A STRATEGIC, MULTI-THREADED SELLING MOTION
- Build a strategic selling culture that shifts the team from “running opportunities” to multi-threaded, value-led enterprise execution.
- Orchestrate executive engagement across your accounts, aligning economic buyers, champions, and technical evaluators to keep momentum and unblock deals.
- Run high-quality deal reviews and QBRs that sharpen strategy, elevate coaching moments, and improve win rates, cycle time, and forecast accuracy.
PARTNERING ACROSS THE BUSINESS
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, and Product to refine messaging for technical buyers, strengthen the enterprise playbook, and remove friction in the sales process.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-haves
- 🏆 Enterprise sales leadership: You have 5+ years in frontline sales management, leading ICs through complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals.
- 🔎 MEDDIC/MEDDPICC mastery: You have deep, practical command of MEDDIC/MEDDPICC and a track record of coaching teams to adopt it with real inspection.
- 📈 Forecast & pipeline rigor: You’ve run a disciplined forecasting and pipeline management cadence that makes revenue predictable, not reactive.
- 🧠 Strategic deal management: You’re fluent in qualification, mutual action plans, champion building, and executive alignment in longer-cycle deals.
- 🎙️ Executive presence: You confidently engage senior stakeholders, run tight meetings, and set a high bar for clarity, urgency, and outcomes.
- 🧑🏫 Coaching & talent development: You level up AEs through structured coaching, field observation, and actionable feedback.
- 🧩 Multi-stakeholder navigation: You’re skilled at aligning technical and economic buyers, de-escalating conflict, and maintaining deal momentum.
- 🇬🇧 UK location: You’re based in the UK and happy being on-site with customers once per week on average
- 🇬🇧 English: You’re a native or bilingual speaker of English.
- 🔧 Technical-buyer credibility: You have experience selling into technical stakeholders and navigating evaluation-heavy sales motions.
- 🖥️ Open-source / PLG experience: You understand how community and bottoms-up adoption influence enterprise outcomes and how to partner with that motion.
Nice-to-haves
- Additional languages: You're fluent in French or Spanish.
- 🌉 Developer / infra SaaS background: You’ve worked in DevOps, SecOps, IT Ops, data, infrastructure, or adjacent categories.
- 💡 Scrappy startup mindset: You’ve scaled in environments where playbooks are evolving, and you enjoy building structure without slowing teams down.
- 📊 Operational excellence: You have strong instincts for clean forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and turning data into coaching and better execution.
Why join us?
You’ll take a team of Enterprise AEs and turn it into a repeatable engine, in one of the fastest-growing open-source companies in Europe. The playbooks you build and the people you hire will shape how n8n sells to the world’s biggest technical organizations. You’ll work directly with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, and Product, so your voice carries well beyond your own team. n8n is a remote-first company with a passionate community of builders, a culture of autonomy and experimentation, and a very high bar for talent. If you want to build something that lasts while the company scales, apply now and help us make n8n the default way enterprises automate.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

- Experience handling non conformances and performing root cause analysis
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use 3D CAD for fixture and MGSE design, including GD&T
- Proficient English (written and spoken) for cross-functional collaboration
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Atlassian Cloud tools (Jira, Confluence)

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Manager, Mid-Market Solutions at Ramp, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of Solutions Consultants supporting Mid-Market prospects and customers. You will establish the operating rhythm for a high-volume, fast-moving pre-sales motion; coach the team on discovery, demos, solution fit, and value-based selling; and partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Account Management, and Technical Consulting to deliver a consistent customer experience.
This is a player-coach leadership role. You will stay close to important opportunities while building a scalable team model: clear engagement standards, repeatable demos and discovery practices, strong capacity planning, and effective handoffs. You will use customer feedback and performance data to improve how Mid-Market Solutions Consultants help Ramp win, activate, and grow customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mid-Market Solutions Consultants; set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and support career growth.
- Establish a high-quality operating cadence for pipeline reviews, staffing, deal strategy, call coaching, performance management, and cross-functional planning.
- Partner with Mid-Market Sales leadership to improve qualification, deploy Solutions capacity effectively, and build repeatable account and deal strategies.
- Coach the team to run high-quality discovery, deliver tailored and efficient demos, connect Ramp’s products to finance and accounting workflows, and navigate solution-fit conversations with confidence.
- Personally support the highest-priority or most complex Mid-Market opportunities, escalations, and customer-facing moments when needed.
- Build scalable playbooks, demo standards, discovery frameworks, enablement assets, and knowledge-sharing practices that raise the team’s quality and speed.
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management, and Technical Consulting to translate recurring customer needs into clear feedback, strong handoffs, and improved customer outcomes.
- Define and inspect team health metrics such as coverage, conversion, cycle efficiency, demo quality, solution fit, customer outcomes, and talent development.
- Foster an inclusive, high-accountability culture grounded in customer empathy, collaboration, urgency, and continuous improvement.
- Identify practical ways for the team to use AI to improve preparation, documentation, deal research, demo readiness, and customer-facing work while maintaining good judgment.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 6+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, or a related customer-facing technical role, including 2+ years of people management or demonstrated player-coach leadership.
- Proven success leading or mentoring teams in a high-volume SaaS, fintech, or other customer-facing commercial environment.
- Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting workflows, and the needs of finance and operations stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of business systems and integrations, including ERP, HRIS, identity, or accounting platforms; APIs and file-based integrations are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to coach others on discovery, solution fit, demo execution, commercial judgment, technical communication, and consultative selling.
- Strong operating judgment: able to prioritize team capacity, inspect pipeline health, use data to improve execution, and make clear trade-offs in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with Sales and post-sales leaders while protecting customer trust and delivery readiness.
- Track record of building repeatable team processes, assets, and rituals that improve consistency beyond individual contributions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and change-management skills.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in fintech, spend management, accounting automation, payments, or adjacent financial software.
- Familiarity with Ramp-relevant systems such as ERP, HRIS, identity, or accounting platforms.
