- Build the ecosystem: Establish relationships with founders, developers, and industry leaders shaping the future of AI-powered commerce and autonomous payments.
- Partner with Product and Engineering: Bring market intelligence and prospective partner feedback into product discussions, helping inform Rain’s roadmap and identify opportunities for new capabilities.

- Strong understanding of the AI ecosystem, particularly agentic commerce, AI agents, and the infrastructure enabling autonomous transactions.

- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to identify high-potential opportunities in rapidly evolving markets.
- Ability to form an independent point of view on emerging markets and translate it into commercial action.
- Ability to engage credibly with both technical and business stakeholders, translating complex technologies into clear commercial value propositions.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and limited established playbooks.
NICE TO HAVE

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to help Webflow scale our go-to-market systems with quality, scalability, and strong governance. You’ll design and build the Salesforce, CPQ, and integration solutions that our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams depend on every day. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and the broader Enterprise Technology team to turn business needs into clean, durable solutions.
This role combines hands-on engineering excellence with the judgment to know what to build, what to simplify, and what not to build at all. You’ll help make our platform easier to use, easier to trust, and easier to extend.
You’ll join a team of 5 architects, developers, and admins who own Webflow’s GTM systems end to end. We don’t have dedicated project managers, business analysts, or QA. Each of us runs our own projects from the first stakeholder conversation through requirements, design, build, testing, and rollout. We work as a community of practice. We share patterns, review each other’s work, and grow the craft together.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Location: Remote-first (Canada)
- Core working hours overlap with US Eastern / Pacific time
- Full-time
- Permanent
- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. The specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
- Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
- $116,600-$163,300
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

- Application Information:
- Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
- This posting is for an existing vacancy
- Reporting to Anna Duncanson
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will:
- Own the whole problem, not just the ticket. You’ll shape solutions from the first stakeholder conversation through launch, and bring your designs to a team that reviews, challenges, and builds on each other’s work.
- Partner with RevOps, MarketingOps, LegalOps, Finance, and Pricing & Packaging leaders to turn business needs into clear designs, with options and tradeoffs that help them decide well.
- Help own and evolve our Quote-to-Cash platform, from quoting and approvals through contracts and renewals, and help shape where Revenue Cloud Advanced fits.
- Make the platform simpler. Reuse before you build, consolidate overlapping automation, and retire tools and packages we no longer need.
- Design resilient integrations across the GTM tech stack, and chase data issues to their root cause even when they span several systems.
- Build shared AI tooling that speeds up the whole team, from test generation to code review to metadata analysis.
- Ship with care. Deploy your own changes through Gearset, build in monitoring, and fix production issues before users notice.
- Raise the bar. Set the Apex, LWC, and security patterns others build on, give thoughtful reviews, and mentor developers and admins.
- Help shape how we work, not just what we build. Take your turn as Scrum Master, run our ceremonies, and bring ideas that make the whole team faster and better.
ABOUT YOU:
Requirements:
- BS / BA college degree or relevant experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development in a complex Sales Cloud org.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications.
- Strong Apex, SOQL, Flow, and LWC skills, and a clear sense of when to use each.
- Deep understanding of the platform’s transaction model, including order of execution, synchronous and asynchronous processing, bulkification, and governor limits, plus experience tuning performance in large-data-volume orgs.
- Strong grasp of Salesforce security in code, including CRUD, FLS, sharing, injection prevention, and named credentials.
- Hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience.
- Experience with source-driven delivery: SFDX, Git, pull request workflows, static analysis, automated testing, and rollback planning in a CI/CD tool such as Gearset or Copado.
- Experience with event-driven patterns such as Platform Events and Change Data Capture.
- Experience building and supporting integrations designed for failure, including retries, idempotency, error handling, and clear system-of-record boundaries.
Preferred:
- Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and/or Platform App Builder certifications.
- Experience with identity provisioning or data warehouse integrations.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
You’ll thrive as a Senior Salesforce Developer at Webflow if you:
- Are comfortable wearing many hats. You’re as confident running a requirements session, managing a timeline, writing test plans, and handling a production issue as you are writing code.
- Hold a high bar for quality. You write clean, well-tested, well-documented code, and you treat production with care.
- Design for scale. You build for where Webflow is going, not just where it is today.
- Value strong governance. Clear standards, peer review, and documented decisions matter to you, and you help others follow them.
- Challenge assumptions, including your own. You ask why, test ideas with data, and change course when the evidence says you should.
- Always look for a better way. You reflect on your work and keep improving your skills, our patterns, and our processes.
- Find the root cause. You use logs, data, and testing to prove what’s wrong before you change anything.
- Communicate clearly. You can explain a technical tradeoff to a sales leader and to another engineer.
- Protect focus. You redirect out-of-scope asks into intake, prioritize by value and risk, and leave room for the unplanned.
- Help create a team where everyone feels safe to ask questions, raise concerns, and admit mistakes.
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.
OUR CORE BEHAVIORS
- Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.
- Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act.
- Reinvent ourselves. We don't just improve what exists, we imagine what's possible.
- Own it all the way. We move fast because the moment demands it, and we hold ourselves accountable to deliver outcomes — for each other, and for customers.
BENEFITS
- Ownership in what you help build. Every permanent Webflower receives equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company.
- Health coverage that actually covers you. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums.
- Support for every stage of family life. 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and 6+ weeks of additional paid leave for birthing parents. Plus inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions.

Workplace: Remote
Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We're looking for a Director of EPD Operations to run the operating system for Webflow's Engineering, Product & Design (EPD) organization. You'll own how EPD plans, tracks, launches, and reports on its work, and you'll make that system faster every quarter, increasingly with AI agents doing the repetitive parts. You'll report to the Chief Product Officer, sit on EPD Leadership, and lead a small, high-leverage team of program managers, technical program managers, and agentic engineers.
This role is for an operator who builds. You care about rituals and rigor, but you measure success by one thing: whether EPD ships more customer value, faster and more reliably.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)
- Full-time
- Exempt
- Reporting to the Chief Product Officer
- For this role, candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for Webflow's sponsorship for an immigration-related employment benefit (i.e., a work visa, work permit, etc.)
- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate's geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
- United States (all figures in USD)
- Zone A: 284,000 - 355,000
- Zone B: 267,000 - 334,000
- Zone C: 249,600 - 312,000
As Director, EPD Operations, you'll…
- Run the EPD operating rhythm. Own the leadership and org-wide rituals that keep a multi-pillar EPD org aligned: weekly EPD Leadership, pillar lead reviews, quarterly all-hands, offsites, and protected builder time. Cut what doesn't earn its time; make what stays drive decisions.
- Own planning, OKRs, and roadmap health. Run quarterly planning with pillar leads, manage the OKR program and its owners, and keep the roadmap current and trustworthy. Surface at-risk work early and route it to the right leader for a decision within a week.
- Tell EPD's story to leadership and the board. Produce accurate, on-time reporting for exec staff, board meetings, and QBRs, sourced from live roadmap and OKR data rather than one-off reconciliation.
- Own launch readiness and release governance. Run OK2GA and production-readiness reviews, coordinate high-profile launch moments (like Webflow Conf), and partner with Engineering and Support on post-incident follow-through so reliability work gets prioritized, not lost.
- Run alpha and beta programs. Give product teams a predictable path from build-complete to customers' hands, with clear feedback loops, in partnership with Product, Research, and GTM.
- Improve the product development lifecycle. Own PDLC standards (PRDs, stage gates, product-led releases), templatize or automate the repeatable steps, and make the process lighter for PMs, EMs, and designers.
- Lead EPD's internal AI and tooling roadmap. Direct a team of agentic engineers building agents and automations for EPD: triage intake and routing, status updates, beta recruitment, roadmap views, and a shared skills library. Own EPD tooling (e.g., Linear) and partner with IT and Finance on spend and adoption.
- Be the bridge to Finance and GTM. Partner with Finance and Accounting on headcount plans and capitalized software reporting, and with Marketing, Sales, and Support on launch plans and the flow of customer feedback into EPD.
- Build and lead the team. Hire, coach, and grow a team of program managers, TPMs, and agentic engineers across US and LATAM time zones. Set clear priorities and give them room to own outcomes.
In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.
ABOUT YOU
You'll thrive as Director, EPD Operations if you have:
- 10+ years in technical program management, engineering or product operations, or chief-of-staff roles at a software company, with at least 4 years leading teams.
- A track record of running planning, OKRs, and operating cadence for an EPD org of several hundred people, and of making that system simpler over time.
- Experience owning launch readiness or release governance for a SaaS product, including coordinating major launches with GTM.
- Strong executive presence. You can run a room of VPs, synthesize a messy debate into a decision, and write a board-ready update.
- Hands-on AI fluency. You use AI tools and agents in your own daily work, and you've led or sponsored automation that removed real operational toil and got adopted.
- Fluency with engineering and product tooling (Linear, Jira, Confluence, Slack, data/BI tools), and the judgment to change tools only when it pays off.
- Comfort with ambiguity and frequent change. You can re-plan quickly after a reorg or a strategy shift without losing the thread.
- Clear, concise communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Time off that’s actually off. Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program to help you recharge and come back inspired.
- Wellness for the whole you. Access to mental health resources, therapy and coaching.
- Invest in your future. A 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S., and support for retirement savings globally.
- Monthly stipends that flex with your life. Localized support for work and wellness expenses — from Wi-Fi to workouts.
- Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.
Temporary employees may be eligible for paid holiday and time off, statutory leaves of absence, and company-sponsored medical benefits depending on their Fixed Term Contract and their country/state of employment.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Training and serving frontier AI models requires compute infrastructure at a scale and density that pushes past what conventional data center designs were built to handle. The loads involved are large enough — and arrive fast enough — that utility supply alone often can't meet the need on the timeline required, and the step-load behavior of large accelerator clusters creates power-quality and ride-through demands that conventional backup-generation designs weren't built for. Anthropic's Data Center Infrastructure team is responsible for solving that problem: delivering facilities that can be energized early, ride through grid disturbances, and present a well-behaved load at the point of interconnection (POI).
As a Data Center Power Generation & Microgrids Engineer, you'll own the behind-the-meter generation and storage architecture for Anthropic's data center portfolio. That means the on-site generation fleet — reciprocating engine gensets, gas turbines, fuel cells — and the battery energy storage systems that buffer load steps and provide ride-through. It means the microgrid layer that ties them together: islanding and resynchronization, black-start, load-shedding, and generation dispatch. And it means the grid side: interconnection studies and agreements, IEEE 1547/2800 compliance, and power quality at the point of interconnection. You'll also own our temporary- and bridging-generation strategies — the plans that let a site energize and start serving load before permanent utility service is available, and transition cleanly once it is.
This is a deeply cross-functional role. You'll work closely with colleagues across the infrastructure team on where and how generation and storage tie into the site electrical distribution, controls, and SCADA, and with our hardware and compute teams to understand the load characteristics you're designing against. You'll be Anthropic's technical counterpart to on-site generation providers, BESS integrators, utilities, and ISOs/RTOs. Expect roughly 20–35% travel for design reviews, factory witness testing, and site startup.
Responsibilities
On-site generation engineering
Own Anthropic's behind-the-meter generation architecture across the portfolio — prime-mover selection and sizing (reciprocating engines, gas turbines, fuel cells), paralleling topology, redundancy, fuel systems, and emissions controls — and maintain the generation basis of design and technical specifications that build partners and generation providers design against
Set the day-one vs. day-N plant sizing and expansion strategy — what the plant needs on day one so it can be expanded or augmented later, and how to add units, storage, or a grid tie to a system already running
Characterize the data center load for external generation partners — step changes, ramps, oscillation, fault behavior, and non-IT load — so providers can size and tune their plant against the real duty
Model generation response against the load profile of large-scale ML training — step-load acceptance, block loading, transient frequency and voltage response, load rejection — and set the acceptance criteria (e.g., per ISO 8528-5) that generation packages are tested against
Develop temporary- and bridging-generation strategies that deliver early site energization ahead of permanent utility service, including the sequencing, protection, and controls changes needed to transition from temporary to permanent power without stranding equipment or capacity
Ensure generation designs meet NFPA 37, NFPA 110 where the plant provides emergency or legally required standby power, fuel-gas and fuel-storage codes (e.g., NFPA 54, NFPA 30), and applicable emissions requirements, and coordinate with environmental and permitting counterparts on the technical inputs to air permits
Energy storage & microgrid architecture
Size and specify battery energy storage systems for ride-through, step-load buffering, and power-quality support — including cell chemistry and enclosure selection, inverter selection (grid-forming vs. grid-following), UL 9540 listing, UL 9540A large-scale fire test data, and NFPA 855 installation requirements — and own the thermal and fire-protection interfaces
Define the site microgrid topology and operating modes — grid-parallel, islanded, and black-start — and the transition logic between them, including load-shedding schemes, resynchronization criteria, and the conditions under which the site separates from and reconnects to the utility
Specify the functional requirements for the microgrid controller — generation dispatch, set-point coordination across rotating and inverter-based sources, mode management — and drive its implementation, testing, and integration into site SCADA and the electrical power monitoring system (EPMS)
Help define the protection and control requirements for generation and storage sources so that interconnection protection, anti-islanding, and source-transfer schemes are consistent from the generator terminals through the point of interconnection
Grid interconnection & power quality
Lead the technical side of utility interconnection for sites with on-site generation or storage — interconnection applications, studies, and agreements, ISO/RTO processes, IEEE 1547/2800 compliance, and interconnection protection
Own power quality at the point of interconnection — flicker per IEEE 1453, harmonics per IEEE 519, voltage regulation, reactive-power and power-factor requirements — and design the generation, storage, and filtering mitigations needed to keep the site within its interconnection limits under real training-load behavior
Run or critically review the power-system studies that support interconnection and microgrid design — load flow, short-circuit contribution from rotating and inverter-based sources, transient stability, motor-starting and step-load studies, and electromagnetic-transient studies where inverter controls matter
Vendor diligence & delivery
Lead technical due diligence on on-site generation providers, BESS integrators, and microgrid-controller vendors — evaluating equipment and controls on engineering merit, stress-testing performance and availability guarantees, and reviewing proposed architectures against Anthropic's basis of design
Define the technical performance terms in energy-services agreements with on-site generation providers — availability, power quality, ramp, and ride-through, each with a definition, meter, test protocol, and acceptance criteria — working with energy commercial and legal counterparts
Review and disposition design packages, submittals, shop drawings, and deviation requests from generation providers and their EPCs, and hold partners to Anthropic's reliability and maintainability requirements
Support commissioning of generation, storage, and microgrid systems — witnessing factory and site acceptance tests, defining and observing integrated systems tests (islanding, resynchronization, black-start, load-step), and resolving field issues against design intent
Manage concurrent generation and microgrid scopes across multiple sites, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Anthropic's generation and interconnection design standards as the portfolio and the technology both evolve
You may be a good fit if you
Have 10+ years of engineering experience in power generation, microgrids, battery energy storage, or utility interconnection, with substantial time spent on on-site or distributed generation for mission-critical, data center, or large industrial loads, and deep hands-on delivery experience in at least one of these areas (generation, storage, microgrids, or interconnection)
Have deep hands-on experience with one or more generation technologies — reciprocating engine gensets (diesel and natural gas), gas turbines, or fuel cells — including sizing, paralleling, fuel systems, and emissions controls
Understand the thermal generation asset classes — reciprocating engines across the size range (sub-MW through 10–20 MW units), small- and medium-frame combustion turbines, and combined cycles — and how each responds to fast load changes and holds stable islanded operation
Understand battery energy storage sizing for a defined duty (ride-through, load-step buffering, peak shaving), inverter selection (grid-forming vs. grid-following), UL 9540 listing, UL 9540A test data, and NFPA 855 installation requirements
Understand microgrid architecture end to end — islanding detection and transition, resynchronization, black-start, load-shedding, and generation dispatch
Are fluent in interconnection standards and processes — IEEE 1547, IEEE 2800, utility interconnection requirements, and ISO/RTO study and queue processes
Are comfortable running or critically reviewing power-system studies — load flow, short-circuit, transient stability, and power quality — in tools such as ETAP, SKM, PSS®E, PSCAD, or EasyPower
Hold a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a closely related field, or have equivalent practical experience; Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is valued but not required
Have worked directly with generation OEMs, BESS integrators, generation-as-a-service providers, or utilities, and can evaluate equipment and proposals on technical merit rather than datasheet claims
Communicate clearly with technical peers, utilities, regulators, and non-specialist stakeholders, and are results-oriented with a bias toward practical solutions and a willingness to pick up work outside your core remit when the team needs it
Strong candidates may also have
Designed or delivered battery energy storage systems at MW scale
Specified or commissioned a microgrid controller for a site that can island and resynchronize
Taken at least one large load or generation interconnection from application through agreement
HV/MV substation design experience — main one-line development, equipment specification, grounding, and layout — since on-site generation and storage tie in at the substation and the two scopes are tightly coupled
A protection-engineering background covering generation and interconnection protection — relay selection and settings, anti-islanding schemes, and coordination between on-site sources and utility protection
Experience integrating renewable generation (solar PV, wind) with storage into hybrid behind-the-meter plants
Experience on the technical side of air permitting for stationary generation (e.g., Title V, NSR/PSD, or state equivalents) and emissions-control equipment selection
Electromagnetic-transient (EMT) modeling experience in PSCAD or EMTP for inverter-based resource and microgrid-transition studies
Direct experience with data center, hyperscaler, or other large-campus microgrids, or at a generation provider, BESS integrator, or developer serving those customers
A track record of authoring generation or interconnection reference designs or standards that were adopted across multiple sites or by external partners

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

The role will reinforce Galaxy’s corporate narrative, bring its businesses and perspectives to life, and support communications with investors, clients, employees, and broader audiences. The role will also support firmwide internal communications by building, maintaining, and disseminating information through Galaxy’s intranet, helping employees stay informed and connected to the firm’s priorities.
Especially important is that X is home to an active community of retail shareholders and clients, whose conversations are followed by a broad range of market participants, including institutional investors. This role will help Galaxy maintain a credible, informed, and consistent presence on the platform while supporting the firm’s broader communications priorities.
We are looking for a digitally fluent, exceptional writer with strong business instincts and a track record of delivering high-quality work in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment. The ideal candidate combines strategic judgment with hands-on execution, can translate complex topics into accessible content, and takes ownership of the details, workflows, and relationships required to execute consistently well.
What You’ll Do:
Drive execution of Galaxy’s corporate social media strategy across corporate, business, and executive channels, with particular emphasis on X and LinkedIn, in close partnership with Investor Relations and Marketing & Communications.
Support editorial planning and the coordinated corporate social media calendar, and manage publishing, monitoring, approval workflows, and day-to-day operations across Galaxy’s corporate social media channels, coordinating with relevant business teams and Marketing & Communications.
Contribute to the development of clear, timely, platform-native content on Galaxy’s businesses, strategic priorities, market insights, research, corporate news, events, and people, including drafting, editing, and coordinating contributions from relevant teams.
Monitor relevant conversations, audience sentiment, and emerging themes across social platforms, and identify opportunities to provide useful context, clarify the firm’s positioning, and support timely, thoughtful communications.
Identify and promptly escalate shareholder-related, reputational, and other sensitive social media issues to Investor Relations and Marketing & Communications, as appropriate.
Partner with Investor Relations on shareholder-facing messaging, earnings-related social content, key milestones, and consistent articulation of Galaxy’s investment thesis, while coordinating closely with Marketing & Communications on the broader brand and editorial strategy.
Work with business leaders and subject matter experts to translate developments across digital assets, trading, asset management, digital infrastructure, and AI data centers into engaging, understandable communications.
Support executive social media strategy and execution in partnership with Investor Relations and Marketing & Communications, including editorial planning, drafting, editing, publishing coordination, approvals, and identifying timely opportunities for engagement.
Coordinate content review and approval with Investor Relations, Legal & Compliance, and relevant business stakeholders, ensuring required approvals and applicable regulatory and internal policy requirements are met before publication. Investor Relations retains final editorial approval for corporate social content, subject to established delegation and applicable Legal & Compliance requirements.
Partner with internal and external creative teams on high-quality graphics, video, and multimedia content; provide clear editorial and creative direction.
Plan and optimize organic and paid social initiatives, monitor performance and audience insights, and turn analytics into actionable recommendations.
Build and maintain the firmwide intranet as a central hub for internal news, business updates, resources, and announcements; coordinate with stakeholders to keep information accurate, current, accessible, and effectively distributed to employees.
Strengthen governance, reporting, and workflows to ensure consistent brand voice, responsive execution, and high standards across channels and teams.
Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in social media, digital communications, corporate communications, or related roles, preferably within investment banking, alternative asset management, financial services, technology, digital assets, or another fast-paced, high-performance organization; public company experience preferred.
Proven ownership of brand or executive social channels, with strong knowledge of X and LinkedIn and an understanding of how audiences and content expectations differ across platforms.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, editorial judgment, and ability to simplify complex business and market topics without sacrificing accuracy.
Strong interest in financial markets, investing, technology, digital assets, and AI and data center infrastructure; prior digital asset experience is a plus, not a requirement.
Understanding of diverse social media audiences, including retail shareholders, clients, and other external stakeholders, and the ability to tailor communications appropriately.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, discretion, and ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
Ability to earn the confidence of senior executives and collaborate effectively with Investor Relations, Marketing & Communications, business teams, Legal, and Compliance.
Analytical and solutions-oriented, with experience using social metrics and audience insights to improve effectiveness.
Experience managing intranet content, internal communications channels, or content management systems is a plus.
Experience working with creative partners; familiarity with paid social, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled marketing tools preferred.

Your Role:
As an AI Security Engineer on Tenable's Information Security team, you will help shape and mature our approach to securing AI both within Tenable's products and across the enterprise. AI introduces a new class of risk at the intersection of application security, cloud risk, and data governance, and you will be on the front lines of defining how we assess, test, and address it.
You will apply hands-on AI engineering experience alongside product security and application security skills to design security controls for AI systems, lead assessments, and help engineering teams ship AI features securely. You will establish security standards for responsible AI use, influence decisions across the organization, and build tooling that raises our security posture.
This role is ideal for a practitioner who has spent time building or tinkering with AI systems, looking under the hood of model internals, and wants to channel that experience into a security specialty.
Your Opportunity:
Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end security controls across the AI/ML lifecycle.
Assist in the implementation of robust security guardrails, controls, and boundary mechanisms for Large Language Models (LLMs), Small Language Models (SLMs), and open-source models.
Continuously monitor the AI landscape for novel vulnerabilities and attack techniques, applying deep engineering experience to proactively defend enterprise AI deployments.
Assist in developing security reference architectures for AI deployment patterns, including MCP servers and agentic AI workflows and harnesses.
Deploy controls to ensure model integrity, governance, and proper access control across models and feature stores.
Build AI-driven tooling to strengthen cybersecurity posture across identity, incident management, vulnerability management, third-party risk, and emerging AI threat vectors.
Perform AI safety, security assessments, threat modeling for AI/ML systems, identifying risks such as data poisoning, model evasion, model extraction, adversarial inputs, and integrity attacks.
Collaborate with software engineers, and product teams to integrate security best practices into AI development, training, validation, and deployment processes.
Create security guidance, documentation, and training for internal engineering and development teams; develop metrics that drive desired security behaviors and outcomes.
Assist in researching emerging trends in AI security and contribute to innovative solutions that support Tenable's AI initiatives.
What You'll Need:
2 or more years of professional experience in information security or application security, with at least a demonstrated interest on securing AI/ML systems.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
Awareness of AI-specific security threats, including adversarial ML, data poisoning, prompt injection, model inversion, model evasion, and inference attacks.
Knowledge of data security principles, including encryption, masking, and tokenization.
Knowledge of SSDLC, DevSecOps, and security testing practices, including SAST, DAST, SCA, and threat modeling.
Knowledge of application security architecture best practices and patterns, including modern web applications, Docker, and microservices.
Ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, product, and business teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly translate complex AI security risks for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to lead projects with end-to-end ownership.
Self-motivated and effective working independently and across distributed teams.
And Ideally:
Hands-on experience with AI red teaming, adversarial prompt testing, or LLM security assessments.
Basic coding experience in Python and/or Go.
Experience with frameworks & libraries such as PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, TensorFlow or similar.
Strong understanding of the ML/AI lifecycle and the security risks associated with each stage.
Experience with application security assessment tools (Burp Suite, ZAP, Tenable WAS, etc.)
Knowledge of cloud security platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP including AI/ML-related services.
Security certifications: CISSP, CSSLP, SANS GIAC, CEH, or AI-focused security certifications are a plus, but not necessary.

Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, helping enterprises across Financial Services and Life Sciences design, build, and operate production AI systems. Our Forward Deployed Engineering model lets us embed with clients and deliver AI outcomes, not just advice. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete.
We are looking for an Alliances Team Lead to own and grow Provectus's most strategic partnerships: Anthropic and AWS. This is a build-and-lead role — you will create the programs for our alliances function from the ground up.
On the Anthropic side, you will run partner activation programs end to end: identify target accounts, align scope with Anthropic partner teams, coordinate delivery, and ensure funding milestones and closeout requirements are met. You will grow our standing in the Claude Partner Network and be the person inside Anthropic who advocates for Provectus.
On the AWS side, you will manage the alliance, maintaining AI and generative AI competency requirements, keeping Premier Tier standing current, and building the co-sell motion with AWS field teams. There is also an opportunity to develop early-stage partnerships with GCP and others as the ecosystem evolves.
You will lead a team and work directly with Provectus engineering, SO, and marketing leadership to turn partner programs into measurable pipeline.
Responsibilities:
Anthropic partnership
Own the Anthropic partnership end-to-end — build and scale partner activation programs, manage funded enablement engagements from scoping through completion and reimbursement.
Create repeatable playbooks for partner-funded customer activations: identify target accounts, align scope with Anthropic partner teams, coordinate delivery, and ensure funding milestones are met.
Grow Provectus's standing in the Claude Partner Network; track program changes, tier requirements, and new co-marketing opportunities.
Develop named executive relationships at Anthropic — field leadership, partner success, and product teams — who actively advocate for Provectus in joint accounts.
AWS alliance
Manage the AWS alliance day-to-day — keep Provectus current on Generative AI competency requirements, renewals, and program changes; maintain Premier Tier standing.
Build and expand co-sell motion with AWS field teams — drive opportunity registration, joint account planning, and pipeline reviews with AWS partner sellers.
Manage AWS funding programs; ensure Provectus maximises available program benefits.
Team and cross-functional leadership
Lead and develop a team of partner managers; set priorities, coach on partner engagement, and build the operating cadence for the alliances function.
Work with sales, marketing, and delivery to turn partner programs into pipeline — co-marketing campaigns, joint solution offerings, and partner-sourced revenue.
Represent Provectus at executive briefings and ecosystem events; bring relevant partner intelligence back to leadership.
Ecosystem expansion
Identify and develop early-stage partnerships with GCP and other emerging AI ecosystem players as the market evolves.
Track the competitive alliance landscape — which SI competitors hold which partner tiers, where there are white spaces Provectus can occupy.
What You Need to Succeed:
5–8+ years in technology alliances, partnerships, or channel roles, with meaningful time spent managing a hyperscaler relationship (Anthropic, AWS strongly preferred).
Direct experience with partner programs: competencies, funding programs (MDF, MAP, or similar), co-sell mechanisms, and partner portals — hands-on, not just supervisory.
Track record of building alliance programs from scratch — not just inheriting and running an existing book.
Experience leading and developing a team; comfortable setting direction and coaching without a large management structure behind you.
Comfortable operating at executive level with partners and customers, and hands-on enough to manage program mechanics personally when needed.
Strong written and verbal communication — able to translate partner programs into clear internal playbooks and joint value propositions.
Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem — enough to have credible conversations about implementation approaches and enterprise AI adoption challenges.
Vertical depth in Financial Services or Life Sciences — Anthropic's and Provectus's primary enterprise target markets.
Experience managing GCP, OpenAI, or other emerging AI ecosystem partnerships is preferred.
Willingness to travel (up to 40%) for customer meetings, executive briefings, onsite workshops, conferences, and other business development activities.
What success looks like:
Anthropic activation programs running as a repeatable, funded motion with a growing pipeline of customer engagements quarter over quarter.
AWS AI competency requirements current, with Premier Tier standing maintained and co-sell pipeline growing quarter over quarter.
Named executive relationships at both partners who actively advocate for Provectus in joint accounts.
An alliances team with clear ownership, operating cadence, and measurable partner-sourced revenue contribution.
About Provectus:

You will shape how a fast-growing AI consultancy goes to market at a defining moment for enterprise AI adoption.
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses.
Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and cloud solutions.
B2B contract model or full-time model.
OTE range $250k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
Unlimited Vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(K) matching plan.
