About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Capacity Deployment Lead within Anthropic's Data Center Operations (DCO) organization, you will support and scale how we bring new compute capacity online across a growing fleet of partner-operated data centers. Deployment runs from construction kickoff to ready for service (RFS). You are engaged during planning and construction, and on-site and hands-on from EFA through infrastructure delivery and receiving, integration QA, power-on and network turn-up, burn-in and validation, and acceptance. You work with hardware vendors and operations partners for completion of each CU (capacity unit) with a structured handover into production operations and the maintenance program. The scope is compute: accelerator systems, racks, and the infrastructure around them - at the sites in service today and the ones coming online behind them.
This is a program and execution role. You will work with the Global Capacity Delivery Program Lead and the broader Data Center Operations organization, to extend its coverage across more sites and platforms as the fleet grows. Expect 50%+ travel: you get eyes on via boots-on-the-ground for each site in preparation for and during delivery, deployment, QA, and close-out, and your authority comes from being there. Working with vendors and partners, you set direction, priorities, and standards for execution, and you prove results with Anthropic-owned data rather than self-reported status. What you learn at one site - what worked, what slipped, what should become standard - becomes the playbook for the next wave. If you have delivered data center hardware at scale, are passionate about HPC data centers, & enjoy working in complex, fast-paced environments, we welcome you to apply.
Responsibilities Include:
Own deployment outcomes for your assigned sites and data-hall waves: CUs and hall ready-for-service dates met, with exceptions closed out, or risk called early enough for leadership to act.
Engage from construction kickoff and confirm deployment readiness ahead of each wave - floor access, power, network, receiving paths, and partner staffing - working the gaps with the site operations partner and facilities counterparts before racks arrive.
Be on site at key points before and during delivery, deployment, QA, and close-out; verify the work with your own eyes rather than from a dashboard, and support the on-site teams with your direct expertise.
Work with partner's site leadership to ensure success through rack delivery and receiving, integration QA, power-on and network turn-up, and burn-in and validation, setting daily priorities and quality gates and confirming results against Anthropic-owned ticket and telemetry data.
Validate the handover gate for each CU and data hall: acceptance criteria met, burn-in complete, documentation delivered, spares positioned, ticketing live, and a structured handover into production operations and the maintenance program.
Turn best practices, optimization, and lessons learned from each deployment into program-wide improvements: procedures, checklists, acceptance standards, and metrics, so the next wave runs faster and cleaner than the last.
Extend the deployment program to new sites and platforms, adapting standards and acceptance criteria as the hardware changes.
Communicate deployment status, dependencies, constraints, and risk to engineering, capacity planning, the team that owns the overall site schedule, and leadership.
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 8+ years of experience in data center operations or hardware deployment as a manager, technical lead or related role, including accountability for delivery milestones.
Can demonstrate a proven track record leading compute or network hardware deployments at a large scale across multiple sites or data-hall waves, from early floor access through ready for service.
Have managed vendors, OEMs, or contract workforces to measurable outcomes: milestones, quality gates, operational reviews, and corrective action.
Possess hands-on technical depth in server, network, and rack-level hardware, enough to independently verify deployment quality and audit vendor claims.
Have built or substantially improved operational processes.
Are comfortable working with schedule, ticket, and telemetry data to drive decisions.
Can travel heavily and work on site for extended stretches, including during delivery surges and turn-up windows. 50% Travel expected.
Possess a bachelor's degree in relevant domain or equivalent practical experience.
It’s a bonus if you have:
Experience with GPU/accelerator or high-density liquid-cooled infrastructure, including bring-up of liquid-cooled racks.
Experience standing up operations at a new site or data hall, from commissioning handoff through first deployment.
Experience deploying more than one accelerator platform, or introducing a new hardware platform into an existing deployment program.
Experience delivering deployment outcomes inside partner-operated or colocation sites where on-the-floor operations are staffed via third parties.
Familiarity with dense accelerator network cabling, optics, and high-speed interconnect at rack and pod scale.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🤖 WHO WE ARE
Alan Clinic. A health companion and a digital clinic for everyone.
We're a small team within Alan, on a mission to redefine the future of care by democratizing access to medical expertise. The Clinic is two crews building one experience:
- Mo. An intelligent, empathetic, multimodal LLM-based conversational AI assistant able to prescribe, triage, and proactively follow up on care. We kicked off in 2023 and launched Mo to all our French members (1M) in Q1 2026, making it the first safe AI health companion live at scale in Europe.
- Clinic Platform. The medical services behind the conversation: chat with health practitioners, teleconsultation, and care programs across primary care, mental health, and physiotherapy.
Imagine giving every person in the world instant, 24/7 access to personalised medical expertise (through chat, voice, or video) with AI agents working in tandem with real doctors and the health system. That's what we are building 🤖🏥.
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BUILD AND WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
We're building a medical experience that works reliably, safely, and at scale. An AI agent, and the clinic behind it. You'll lead the engineering team and you'll keep building alongside them.
The crews work at the intersection of product engineering, ML engineering, and medical expertise. As their engineering leader, you own:
- 💬 The team behind the most memorable chatting experience. Hiring, onboarding, honest feedback, and the mix of skills Mo needs as it grows. Talent density is yours to own.
- ➕ The architecture for Mo's next chapters. More context, new skills, new countries. You guide the calls on our architecture and agentic framework, and you stay close enough to the code to make them well.
- 🏥 The platform that turns conversations into care. Chat with health practitioners, teleconsultation at national scale, and the tooling doctors and therapists use every day. You drive alignment with the crews and medical teams on the other side, so members get from words to actions.
- 🛡️ Operational excellence. Mo and teleconsultation are real-time services that have to be live 24/7. Latency, error rates, incident response, and an on-call rotation that doesn't burn people out.
If you're excited by the idea of building the future of healthcare, this is the team for you. We're at the start of the journey. If you're curious, here https://arxiv.org/abs/2411.12808 is a paper we published recently.
⚡ WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL
- Dual impact: Shape both technical excellence and team growth - your engineers become better while building better products
- Leadership growth: Influence engineering culture, mentor future leaders, and drive technical strategy that shapes the future of healthcare delivery
- Startup speed, Alan's platform. Mo operates with the focus of a startup, on top of Alan's infrastructure, distribution, and health expertise. Small team, huge reach.
- Stakes that make the work matter. In medical AI, reliability and safety are the product. Every call you make on quality, architecture, and evaluation is a call about our members' health.
🔍 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for an engineering leader who gets excited about building state-of-the-art AI systems and applying them to real-world, high-stakes problems in healthcare.
LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years leading engineering teams, with a track record of building high performers.
- You partner with other product functions as a true equal: you shape the roadmap, name trade-offs honestly, and help the team commit to what it can actually deliver.
TECHNICAL FOUNDATIONS
- Experience establishing engineering excellence standards, with the ability to guide architectural decisions.
- First-hand experience shipping AI or LLM products to production is a big plus.
- You're excited and eager to keep writing code. You still review it, and you still ship some yourself.
- Comfortable with modern development practices and AI-assisted development tools.
WHAT WE VALUE
- Curious, self-starting, humble, collaborative, and eager to grow.
- You develop people as much as you develop products.
- Ex-founders are typically a great fit in our team.
MISSION ALIGNMENT
- Healthcare technology and innovation excite you
- You understand that great engineering teams are built on psychological safety and continuous learning
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply!
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
This is a sourcing-first role, not a deal-closing role. Baseten needs someone who can build and maintain deep relationships across the long tail of data center and powered land providers, well beyond the handful of large, well-known players that everyone in the market is already competing for. This coverage area is a key differentiator for Baseten's broader compute strategy, so we're looking for the best possible person in this specific lane rather than a generalist. You'll own the full lifecycle of a sourcing relationship — from first outreach to ongoing management — not just the introduction.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and maintain a comprehensive map of data center and powered land opportunities, with a particular focus on the long tail rather than the handful of major, oversubscribed players
- Own the full sourcing lifecycle for each relationship — from identifying and reaching out to new providers, through negotiation support, to ongoing relationship management — not just the initial introduction
- Develop and manage sourcing relationships across neoclouds, hyperscalers, brokers, and independent operators
- Quickly and independently evaluate new sites and spaces to determine fit and priority
- Prepare business cases and cost analysis to support new data center and powered land opportunities, partnering with Finance where needed
- Maintain accurate records of suppliers, contracts, and commercial terms so the team has a reliable source of truth
- Protect Baseten's standing relationships carefully — this role requires real judgment about not burning bridges with the very providers we depend on elsewhere
- Feed market intelligence back into the broader Supply team, including regular updates on pricing and market developments, to support deal strategy and prioritization
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A sourcer at heart, not a dealmaker — someone who thrives on building and maintaining a large network of long-tail relationships rather than closing individual transactions
- Strong project management instincts — you own the full lifecycle of a relationship, not just the handshake
- Background in neocloud, hyperscaler, or brokerage environments where data center or land sourcing was part of the role
- Ability to independently assess and prioritize opportunities without heavy hand-holding
- Comfortable with commercial analysis — building business cases, tracking costs, and engaging in contract-level conversations with suppliers
- Judgment and discretion in relationship management, given the sensitivity of sourcing from providers Baseten also depends on in other contexts
NICE TO HAVE
- Existing relationships across the data center and powered land brokerage community
- Familiarity with the broader GPU/compute supply landscape and how it intersects with power and site availability
- Experience managing supplier contracts or commercial records across multiple vendors or regions
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

ABOUT THE ROLE
ElevenLabs is building the creative suite for the AI generation. Millions of creators and marketers already use our platform to generate speech, music, images, and video — and many of the world's best creators already talk about our products organically. It's time to turn that signal into a real program.
We are looking for an Influencer Marketer to build our influencer program from zero to one. You will own the entire channel: strategy, creator sourcing and vetting, deal negotiation, briefs and creative direction, campaign execution around product launches, and measurement. This is not a coordination role — you will be the owner and operator of a channel we believe can become one of our biggest growth levers.
We are looking for the top 1% of people in this industry. The right person has already taken an influencer program from nothing to something — with real numbers to prove it — and wants to do it again with more budget, a better product, and a faster team. You have sharp taste in creators and content, you negotiate deals that work for both sides, and you think about influencer spend the way a performance marketer thinks about paid: in terms of true incremental impact, not vanity metrics.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and build the ElevenLabs influencer program from the ground up: strategy, creator tiers, budget allocation, and operating playbook
- Source, vet, and sign creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X whose audiences match our creator, marketer, and developer segments
- Negotiate and structure deals — flat-fee integrations, performance hybrids, long-term ambassadorships — and manage creator contracts with Legal
- Write briefs that protect brand quality while giving creators room to be authentic, and give fast, decisive feedback on draft content
- Plan and execute creator campaigns around product launches, feature releases, and cultural moments across ElevenLabs and ElevenCreative
- Own measurement: work with our data team on attribution and incrementality (we already run a halo attribution model), and make continue/pause/scale calls on every creator and agency based on true ROI
- Partner with paid marketing on whitelisting and amplifying top creator content, and with social to extend campaign reach
- Build repeatable systems — sourcing pipelines, rate benchmarks, brief templates, reporting — so the program scales beyond you
REQUIREMENTS
- A proven track record of building an influencer program from zero to a meaningful, measurable channel — you can walk us through the before and after with real numbers
- Experience negotiating and closing creator deals across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and/or X, including non-standard structures (performance hybrids, ambassadorships, usage rights)
- Fluency in measurement beyond last-click: promo codes, UTMs, lift studies, incrementality, and the judgment to make budget calls when attribution is imperfect
- Sharp creator taste — you can tell which creators will move the needle for a product like ours and which will just burn budget
- Excellent brief-writing and creative feedback skills; you raise content quality without killing authenticity
- Experience managing meaningful budgets and working cross-functionally with paid, social, product marketing, data, and legal
- A genuine understanding of the AI and creative tools landscape — you follow the space, use the tools, and have informed opinions about where things are headed
BONUS
- Built or scaled an influencer program at a creative tools, AI, or developer-facing company (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Figma, Notion, Runway, or similar)
- Managed 7-figure annual creator/sponsorship budgets
- Experience on the agency or creator side of the table — you know how the other side negotiates
- Built adjacent programs: ambassador, affiliate, or B2B thought-leader partnerships
- Multilingual capabilities
GROWTH POTENTIAL
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Lead the influencer and creator partnerships function as the program scales, building a team around you
- Expand into broader creator/community growth ownership across ElevenLabs brands
- Move into growth or brand marketing leadership as the Growth org evolves
LOCATION
This role is remote-first and can be executed from anywhere between the US East Coast and Europe, with the ability to collaborate across EST–CET timezones. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, Madrid, Warsaw and many more.
#LI-Remote
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

Anthropic is building AI compute at a scale and pace that outruns what off-the-shelf data center equipment was designed for. Much of the power and cooling equipment behind our next campuses — battery energy storage systems (BESS), grid-forming and grid-following inverters, solid-state transformers (SST), E-STATCOM and other power-quality devices, medium-voltage switchgear, UPS, and liquid-cooling systems — is either new to the market, new to the supplier, or being built at a volume the supplier has never shipped before.
The NPI Engineer owns the path from "the supplier has a design" to "the equipment is qualified, manufacturable at rate, and running reliably on site." You sit between our electrical and mechanical design teams, our supply chain and quality teams, and the supplier's engineering and factory organizations, and you make sure every new product or major variant clears the gates — EVT, DVT, PVT, FAT, SAT — before it is trusted with production load. This is a hands-on role: you will spend real time on supplier factory floors, in test labs, and at site commissioning.
What you'll do
Own the NPI program for each new power or cooling product
(BESS, inverters, SST, E-STATCOM, MV switchgear, UPS, CDUs, chillers) from concept selection through ramp, including the gate schedule, exit criteria, and risk register.
Drive early supplier design engagement:
translate our site requirements (fault current, grid interconnection, harmonic and ride-through requirements, thermal envelopes, footprint, serviceability) into product requirements and specifications the supplier can build to, and negotiate trade-offs with their engineering teams.
Lead DFM/DFT/DFx reviews
with suppliers so designs are manufacturable at the rate we need, testable in the factory, and serviceable in the field.
Plan and run prototype and pilot builds:
define EVT/DVT/PVT scope and sample counts, witness builds, own test plans (type testing, HALT/HASS, thermal, EMC, protection coordination, functional and integration tests), and drive root cause and corrective action on every failure.
Qualify the product for deployment:
define and execute first-article inspection, factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), and integrated system testing with the rest of the electrical and cooling chain, and sign off on production readiness.
Hand off to steady state:
transfer qualified products, control plans, test procedures, and known-issue lists to the Manufacturing Quality and Supply Chain Delivery teams, and support them through the first production ramps.
Build the reliability picture:
run FMEA/DFMEA with suppliers, define reliability targets and burn-in requirements, and feed field failure data back into the next revision.
Coordinate cross-functionally
with design engineering, construction, commissioning, utilities/interconnection, safety, and sourcing so NPI schedules are integrated with campus delivery schedules.
Keep suppliers honest:
track readiness and risk with clear metrics, escalate early, and hold technical reviews that resolve issues rather than admire them.
You may be a good fit if you have
8+ years of engineering experience in power electronics, electrical equipment, or industrial energy systems, with at least 4 years in an NPI, product development, or product engineering role that owned a product from prototype through production ramp.
Direct, hands-on experience with at least two of: BESS, utility- or data-center-scale inverters, medium-voltage transformers or switchgear, UPS, STATCOM/power-quality equipment, or liquid cooling systems (CDUs, chillers, hydronics).
Working knowledge of the relevant standards and how they get applied in qualification: UL 9540/9540A, UL 1741 and IEEE 1547, IEEE 2800, IEC 62477 / IEC 62909, IEEE C37 and C57 series, NFPA 70/855, UL 1778, and comparable IEC equivalents.
Experience defining and executing structured qualification programs (EVT/DVT/PVT, FAT/SAT, type testing, reliability testing) and closing failures with disciplined root cause analysis and CAPA.
Familiarity with supplier factory environments — production lines, test bays, quality systems — and the ability to assess a supplier's real readiness to ship at rate.
Fluency in design-for-manufacturing and design-for-test principles and the supplier ECO/change-control process.
Strong systems thinking: you can reason about how an inverter, a battery, a transformer, and a cooling loop behave together at a site, not just in isolation.
Clear written and verbal communication, and comfort driving decisions across engineering, supply chain, and executive audiences.
A bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or power engineering, or equivalent experience.
Willingness to travel 30–40% to supplier factories and data center sites, including internationally.
Strong candidates may also have
Experience with solid-state transformers, grid-forming inverters, E-STATCOM, or other emerging power-conversion equipment being introduced to data center or utility applications for the first time.
NPI or product engineering experience at a hyperscaler, a large utility-scale developer, or a Tier-1 power equipment OEM.
Background in grid interconnection studies, protection coordination, or power-system modeling (PSCAD, ETAP, PSS/E, or similar).
Liquid cooling product introduction experience — CDU, rear-door heat exchanger, direct-to-chip, or immersion systems.
Reliability engineering credentials (CRE, Six Sigma) or experience running HALT/HASS programs.
Firmware and controls validation experience for power conversion equipment (inverter control loops, BMS, EMS, PLC/SCADA integration).
Experience standing up or scaling new supplier manufacturing lines, including contract manufacturing and international sites.

Platform Security Engineering (PSE) sits within Data Center Security Engineering (DCSE). As Anthropic expands beyond traditional cloud providers into owned facilities, colocation, and partner sites, we take on the security responsibilities that cloud providers used to abstract away: firmware integrity, boot chain verification, platform trust, and host hardening. PSE exists so that Anthropic can deploy training and inference workloads to any qualified environment with a demonstrable security posture, including the technical controls behind our AI Safety Level commitments.
We are hiring an engineering manager to lead a group of platform security engineers covering firmware research, OS and kernel hardening, platform trust integration, and server manageability firmware. You will own the roadmap for this group, grow the team, and be accountable for the security posture of the compute platforms Anthropic runs on: hardware roots of trust, secure and measured boot, attestation, firmware supply chain, and the integrity of the hosts that hold model weights on bare-metal infrastructure.
This is a hands-on management role. You will not write most of the code, but you will review designs, make the final call on hard trade-offs, and be able to reason with your engineers from a silicon root of trust through firmware, bootloader, kernel, and host software. You will partner with infrastructure, fleet, and compute teams inside Anthropic, and with silicon vendors, OEMs, and compute providers outside it.
You will report to the Data Center Security Engineering manager.
Key responsibilities
Lead and grow the platform security engineering group: hiring, onboarding, development, performance, and prioritization for full-time engineers, and coordination of contractor and vendor engineers working alongside them
Own the platform security roadmap and its delivery: hardware root of trust and attestation, secure and measured boot across CPU, BMC, accelerator, and peripheral firmware, OS and kernel hardening, and the host-side pipeline that turns attestation evidence into production gates
Own the firmware supply chain posture for the fleet: SBOM and reference integrity manifests, authenticated update, rollback protection, and the vendor relationships needed to get fixes shipped
Drive platform risk assessments for new compute platforms and providers, and make evidence-based go/no-go recommendations with bounded risk rather than perfect-or-nothing gates
Partner with infrastructure, fleet, compute, and detection and response teams so that platform controls land in production without degrading training or inference performance
Manage relationships with silicon vendors, OEMs, and compute providers: security requirements, vulnerability management, disclosure and remediation timelines, and upstream and standards-body engagement (TCG, OCP, IETF)
Run the team's operating rhythm: design reviews, threat models, incident participation for platform-layer issues, and clear written status to security and infrastructure leadership
Minimum qualifications
Have 10+ years in systems security, with at least 5 years focused on firmware, hardware, or OS-level security
Have 5+ years as a people manager of security or systems engineers, including hiring and developing senior and staff-level engineers
Can go from architecture to implementation detail with your engineers: secure boot, measured boot, TPM and other roots of trust, attestation protocols (SPDM, DICE, remote attestation), UEFI and BMC firmware, and Linux kernel and OS hardening
Have owned a technical roadmap end to end, including the prioritization calls when security, performance, and delivery timelines conflict
Have worked directly with silicon vendors, OEMs, or cloud and bare-metal providers on security requirements and remediation, and can push a partner to a fix without burning the relationship
Write clearly: design reviews, risk assessments, and status for executives are part of the job
Are comfortable building a team and its processes from an early stage, with a scope that is broader than the headcount
Preferred qualifications
Experience managing a mixed team of full-time engineers, contractors, and vendor engineers while keeping design authority in-house
Hands-on background in OpenBMC or other server management firmware, DRTM or secure launch, or confidential computing primitives (TDX, SEV-SNP, ARM CCA)
A record of upstream contributions or maintainership in Linux, OpenBMC, or a comparable community, or standing in TCG, UEFI Forum, or OCP
Experience securing large-scale HPC or AI training infrastructure
Firmware vulnerability research, reverse engineering, or fuzzing background
Experience running coordinated vulnerability disclosure with hardware or firmware vendors

Anthropic runs one of the largest and fastest-growing infrastructure fleets in the industry, across multiple accelerator families, CPU families, clouds, neoclouds, and on-prem sites. Capacity Engineering owns the data, tooling, and systems that let Anthropic plan, measure, and maximize utilization of that fleet: we partner on supply deals, wire telemetry from day zero, own the canonical capacity data layer, and build the planning and enforcement tools every research and product team relies on. This role sits in the Planning pillar, on the Demand Planning team, and works daily with research engineering, pretraining, inference, compute supply, finance, and external vendors.
You own the tranches. The job has two halves that feed each other. Upstream, you take the Demand Planning forecast and turn it into per-tranche requirements — shape, interconnect, region, supporting resources, date — and carry those into sourcing negotiations and data center build reviews so we contract for capacity we can actually use when we need it. Downstream, you own the integrated schedule and system of record for every tranche in flight — from contracted through reserved, ingested, in-cluster, healthy, and occupied — and you drive the owners of each hop to their dates. Every slip you see downstream becomes a contract-language fix, an automation, or a correction fed back to the forecast.
What you'll do
Turn the forecast into per-tranche requirements.
Take the Demand Planning forecast plus direct input from research, pretraining, and inference planners, and convert it into concrete accelerator, interconnect, region, supporting-resource, and date requirements for each tranche. Represent those in sourcing negotiations and data center build reviews, including which contractual terms actually move delivery dates.
Qualify tranches for deliverability before signature.
The Capacity Planner signs fit-to-forecast; you sign whether the shape can land schedulable, healthy, and instrumented in that region on that date, with storage, egress, identity in place.
Close the delivery loop.
Track forecast-versus-delivered on shape, region, and timing for every tranche; publish the variance; and feed it back to Demand Planning and into the next contract.
Own the bring-up system of record.
Define the canonical contract-to-occupied state machine with explicit entry and exit criteria per stage, and make it a first-class object in the capacity data layer so every downstream tool sees in-flight capacity, not only what has landed.
Run a portfolio of bring-ups in parallel
— new cloud regions, on-prem sites, neocloud blocks — with one integrated schedule spanning provider milestones, cluster creation, network turn-up, storage readiness, health burn-in, and first-workload landing.
Drive readiness automation:
All capacity systems are fully integrated for all new capacity, from contracted through ingested, automated and scaled.
Instrument and publish the numbers that matter
— time-to-occupied and paid-idle dollars per tranche — with executive-level reporting on status, tradeoffs, and risk across the portfolio.
What you bring
Significant experience delivering large-scale infrastructure — cloud regions, accelerator clusters, HPC systems, or bare-metal fleets — at multi-region scale or ≥10k accelerators (or CPU/storage equivalent).
Technical range from through cluster orchestration and node health, up to the telemetry and planning tables on top — enough to debug where they disagree rather than route it.
SQL and enough Python to answer your own questions and build your own reporting.
A degree in a technical field or an equivalent engineering track record.
Preferred
Reserved-capacity onboarding, private offers, or capacity commitments with cloud or neocloud providers.
Enough demand-planning exposure to challenge a forecast, translate it into per-tranche requirements, and feed delivery variance back into it.
Data center or colocation delivery: power and space planning, network turn-up, site acceptance, vendor management.
Accelerator health and burn-in, collective-communications sanity testing, or fleet-health SLOs — and a rigorous definition of "healthy."
Systems of record or lifecycle services for infrastructure assets.
Onboarding a new hardware generation into an existing scheduler and observability stack.

About Anthropic

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic's infrastructure fleet spans a growing set of clouds, neoclouds, and on-prem sites. Every part of it is expanding rapidly. Capacity Engineering is the team that connects every stage of that growth, from capacity planning to supply management to capacity delivery to utilization. We partner on supply deals, wire telemetry from day zero, own the canonical capacity data layer, and build the planning and enforcement tools every research and product team relies on.
As an Infrastructure Capacity Planner on the Demand Planning team, you'll own the medium-range demand forecast for every resource class we consume: accelerators, CPU, storage, network, and managed services. Your forecast will support sourcing and purchasing, prioritization, efficiency targets, and workload optimization.
Key responsibilities
Build and own the medium-range multi-resource demand forecast: accelerators by chip/interconnect class, CPU by shape, storage by tier and access pattern, egress by path, managed services by SKU — driven by model roadmap, RL/inference growth, eval volume, and retention policy rather than trend lines.
Run the plan-vs-reality loop. Diff planned allocations against observed fleet occupancy weekly, surface unrecorded trades and stale allocations, and drive variance toward zero with our planning-tools and data teams.
Qualify each incoming capacity tranche against the forecast before signature: right shape, region, quarter, and supporting-resource envelope (storage, egress, CPU).
Partner with Finance and cost-efficiency teams to turn the forecast into core drivers covering the large majority (≥80%) of non-accelerator spend, and to aim savings work where waste will appear next.
What you bring
Have done capacity, demand, or supply planning for large-scale technical infrastructure (cloud, HPC, hyperscale, or a large internal platform) and can articulate the difference between a forecast, a plan, and an allocation.
Build the model yourself rather than specifying it for someone else: SQL against a warehouse, Python/pandas or a proper forecasting/optimization stack.
Understand data-center resource classes well to know why storage and egress don't forecast like GPUs, and why a contract's headline chip count is rarely the binding constraint.
Prefer simple, inspectable models to clever opaque ones, and instrument your own forecast error.
Preferred qualifications
Direct experience with cloud or neocloud providers on reserved-capacity onboarding, private offers, or capacity commitments.
Demand planning or forecasting experience for accelerator fleets, including translating research or product roadmaps into resource requirements.
Data center or colocation delivery experience: power and space planning, network turn-up, site acceptance criteria, and vendor management.
Experience with accelerator health and burn-in, collective-communications sanity testing, or fleet-health SLOs, and the ability to define healthy rigorously.
Experience building lifecycle or state-machine services, or systems of record for infrastructure assets.
Experience onboarding a new hardware generation into an existing scheduler and observability stack.

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
AI agents at Honeycomb investigate, reason, and act on real observability data. They live in Canvas: the agentic workspace where engineers go to understand their systems.
The Agentic Intelligence team has shipped Canvas, the Honeycomb MCP server, and the Canvas Agent and Canvas Skills surfaces. What we're looking for today is someone who brings deep agent expertise and uses it to expand what the team can build: new agents, new surface area in Canvas, memory, spatial awareness, improved performance on our Bedrock loop.
Honeycomb's data store is fast and accepts high cardinality data; that's what makes agents built on top of it different from anything built on a conventional observability backend. This role is about taking advantage of that building agents that can do things no other observability product can do because the underlying data makes it possible.
Some of this work will start as a prototype. The expectation is that the code makes it through the full arc, from the rough first version through to something that holds up in production.
What you'll do
Design and deliver production-grade agents.
Build agents that investigate, reason, and act on live observability data inside Canvas. These agents must be trustworthy to engineers in high pressure situations, including mid-incident. Take one from rough first version to something that holds up under production traffic.
Own the agent work; support the whole product.
Scope, build, ship, and maintain the agents including the evals that tell you whether they got better or are just different. This role is agent-focused and also includes some fullstack development.
Build agents only Honeycomb can build.
Use a data store that returns high-cardinality queries in seconds to reason over signal a conventional backend can't serve at this fidelity correlating across services, drilling into a single trace, comparing before and after a deploy.
Extend the surface, and decide what's next.
Ship new capability into Canvas, the MCP server, and Canvas Skills memory, spatial awareness, a faster Bedrock loop and make the case for what comes after with working code. Distinguish hype from signal in a field with plenty of both.
Define what "good" means for agents here.
Set the bar: measurable against real evals, maintainable, and honest about their limits.
Example projects
Multiple agents collaborating on one shared Canvas investigation
each claiming a hypothesis, publishing findings, and narrowing the search space for the others so it resolves faster (blog).
Auto-investigation the moment an SLO burn alert fires
the agent forms hypotheses and prepares visualizations before a human looks, cutting mean-time-to-insight for on-call (o11ycon 2026).
Skills that encode a team's domain expertise
e.g. Kubernetes thresholds so agents and human colleagues can lean on them (o11ycon 2026).
What you'll bring:
AI and agent engineering experience.
You've shipped LLM-based systems people relied on in production not demos, not fine-tuned models in a research context. You know where agent systems break and how to design around it.
End-to-end ownership.
On a small team there's no handoff queue. You can take something from rough prototype to production-grade without needing someone behind you to do the durable engineering.
Current judgment, not just past experience.
You have informed opinions about what's shifted in agent design in the last six to twelve months that would change how you'd build today.
Agent architecture depth.
You understand how a fast, high-cardinality data store changes what an agent can reason about, and how to design for that.
Product judgment.
You can look at what the agent layer does today and see what it should do next and make that case with a prototype, not a deck.
Even better
Observability or developer-tools background.
Engineers are your users; you'll ramp faster with fluency in that world, and the work is better.

ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Strategy & Ops Senior Associate role is an experienced generalist role at Clipboard suited for the “all-around athlete” type who can do it all and wants exposure to a range of problems and opportunities.
You’re likely someone who’s interested in and capable of solving different problem types – you’re resourceful, adaptable, and confident you can figure it out if you can sink your teeth in deep enough.
Your first “tour of duty” will be on the Billing team (see more below). The specific projects you take on will depend on your strengths and what we learn during the recruiting process and your first days at Clipboard; that being said, here is a list of example initiatives to give you an idea:
- Build an internal predictive analytics model and corresponding underwriting process to catch bad payers early with high accuracy to inform our contracting decisions and risk mitigation tactics
- Research, vet, and onboard a new vendor that embeds AI agents into our customer-facing collections efforts
- Redesign our process for converting workplaces to new methods of payment, such as getting customers who send checks to start paying us via eCheck to speed up the cash conversion process
- Manage a team of Billing Account Managers
FIRST TOUR OF DUTY – QUICK BACKGROUND ON BILLING
Our most immediate need right now is on the Billing team. The TLDR is that we want to maximize our profitability by collecting money as fast as possible and minimizing losses, while preserving the customer experience, all in service of reliably converting revenue into cash (the lifeline of a capital-intensive business like ours). This in a way is “ensuring high-quality growth” for the company.
Although Clipboard provides a service where workplaces can find qualified professionals to fill shifts, we are in many ways a lending company at our core since we pay professionals immediately after they work a shift. For illustrative purposes: a nurse works a shift → we pay the nurse $100 immediately with our cash → the workplace pays us $120 a month later. We extend debt to workplaces using cash we borrow, with interest, from an Asset-Backed Line (ABL) of credit – workplaces use that debt to pay their staffing costs, and we expect to be paid back by the workplaces at a later date based on agreed-upon net terms.
Billing is doing the critical work of converting our revenue into cash that we put in the bank. Otherwise, money we cannot collect is money we’ve already burned. With thousands of customers operating in different regulatory environments, under different conditions, with nuanced capital structures and corporate setups, and using varied complicated processes…this can be hard to do at scale. We consistently fight a multi-faceted battle: a battle wherein we must maximize the speed at which we recognize revenue, maximize the margin associated with each shift, and maximize the customer experience, all without letting one unduly impact the other.
Optimizing collections is critical to make sure Clipboard is generating sustainable, high-quality growth and turning top-line revenue into cash that we use to service or grow other parts of the business, and you will help us do that.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We find those who are most successful in this type of role:
- Are insatiably curious and notice non-obvious clues and patterns: Curiosity https://creatingvalue.substack.com/i/46535664/noticing-and-curiosity sits atop our company values. Understanding something from first principles and getting to the root cause of the problem will often reveal the best solution, and a natural and unwavering curiosity to keep asking questions and digging will take you most of the way.
- Roll up their sleeves and go to the source: There are multiple ways to say this: touching reality, dogfooding, seeing for yourself, going to the front-lines, etc. Don’t just take someone’s word for it – go find out yourself by testing the feature, or listening to the agent call, or calling the customer, or executing the workflow. This is how you seek truth.
- Bring a tenacity and persistence to problem-solving: You’ll hit walls and find yourself in uncertain and unfamiliar situations. If you can sit with the uncertainty, look at the problem from new angles, and keep applying pressure to a problem – you’ll position yourself for breakthroughs.
- Bounce back from failure quickly: You’ll make mistakes, move in the wrong direction, and stumble from time-to-time. Just avoid big mistakes and don’t make the same mistakes twice, and learn from them quickly. Worry less about failing and more about losing momentum in your feedback loop. If you fail cheaply and quickly, that's worth the lesson/learning you get in return.
While performance on your case and interviews during the hiring process is the most important aspect of your candidacy, your years of relevant working experience will be taken into consideration for both (a) the work you’re placed into once hired and (b) compensation.
Please note: We are currently accepting applications only from candidates based in North America, South America or Europe. This role requires an overlap of at least 5 hours with the PST (UTC-8) time zone.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an Operations Engineer who is technically curious, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and proactive to join our Global Technical Operations (GTO) team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to monitor and investigate production issues across a global platform, help improve how we detect and respond to incidents, analyze trends and patterns in production data, and contribute to better communication with partners and stakeholders during incidents.
Strong troubleshooting skills, observability platform experience, and scripting ability are essential, along with experience in SRE, DevOps, production operations, or NOC environments supporting high-availability platforms in the gaming industry. The ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English — both written and verbal — when writing incident updates, shift handoffs, and status page communications will be key to your success in this role.
If you’re passionate about keeping critical systems running and continuously improving operational processes and love being the first to spot issues and the one who drives them to resolution for game developers and players worldwide, we would love to hear from you!
ABOUT US

With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.
For more information, visit xsolla.com.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary dashboard monitor during your shift — continuously watch the GTO Operational Dashboard in Datadog, detect anomalies by correlating signals across APM, logs, metrics, synthetic tests, and Real User Monitoring, and determine whether alerts warrant an incident ticket or can be resolved through immediate investigation.
Triage and investigate production incidents — create incident tickets in JIRA Service Management, perform initial technical investigation using Datadog (traces, logs, infrastructure and application metrics), determine blast radius and likely root cause domain, and route to the correct team (Product SRE, Infrastructure SRE, or Engineering) using the smart routing model.
Own lower-severity incidents end-to-end from detection through resolution — diagnose, execute runbook procedures, and resolve without escalation where possible. Escalate promptly when an incident is unresolved within defined thresholds or requires a code-level fix.
Support the TSO Lead during major incidents as the technical right hand in the war room — surface real-time data (error rates, impact scope, deployment history, related alerts), maintain the incident ticket with live timeline entries and linked evidence, and execute mitigation actions as directed.
Draft incident communications under TSO Lead direction, including internal Slack updates, stakeholder notifications, and customer-facing status page updates (status.xsolla.com). Support clear, timely communication throughout the incident lifecycle.
During non-incident periods, analyze incident trends, recurring issues, and production bugs — compile data from Datadog, JIRA, and Slack, identify patterns, and contribute findings to regular reports for product and engineering teams.
Compile incident timelines and draft initial PIR documents for Post-Incident Review preparation. Track PIR action items post-session and flag overdue items to the TSO Lead.
Build and maintain operational automation (alert enrichment scripts, incident templates, Slack workflows, dashboard widgets) and contribute to runbook development — documenting new resolution procedures so they can be repeated by any Operations Engineer on any shift.
Conduct structured shift handoffs covering active incidents, at-risk services, upcoming deployments, and follow-up items. Participate in knowledge transfer sessions with SREs to continuously expand independent resolution capability.
Cover for the TSO Lead during vacations, absences, or emergencies — including severity classification, escalation decisions, stakeholder communications, and basic Incident Commander functions.
Publish health reports of critical apps periodically.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working at a gaming company is required — you understand the pace, player expectations, live operations dynamics, and the operational demands of the gaming industry.
4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, production operations, NOC, or technical operations in a high-availability environment.
Strong troubleshooting and investigation skills — ability to take an alert or user-reported symptom and methodically trace it through the stack: application logs, APM traces, infrastructure metrics, database queries, and network paths.
Hands-on experience with Datadog (or equivalent observability platform: Grafana, Splunk, New Relic, Elastic) — navigating APM, building log queries, reading infrastructure dashboards, interpreting SLO burn rates, and configuring monitors and alerts.
Proficiency in at least one scripting language: Python, Go, or Bash. You will write automation scripts, build operational tooling, and work with APIs.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English — ability to write incident tickets, investigation notes, Slack updates, shift handoff reports, status page communications, and PIR drafts that are clear, concise, and useful to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Working knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable) — understanding of pods, deployments, services, ingress, node health, and how to investigate Kubernetes-related production issues.
Understanding of SLOs, error budgets, and burn-rate alerting — knowing what a multi-window burn-rate alert means, how error budgets deplete, and how SLO breaches translate into incident severity.
Experience with incident management tooling: JIRA or JIRA Service Management, PagerDuty or OpsGenie, Slack, and Confluence.
Experience with or strong interest in AI/ML-assisted operations: anomaly detection, alert correlation, predictive monitoring, or automated remediation.
Comfort with 24x7 shift-based operations as part of a follow-the-sun model with handoff overlaps. Weekend on-call (rotating) is required.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with Datadog Service Catalog, synthetic monitoring, and RUM (Real User Monitoring).
Experience with distributed systems debugging: tracing failures across microservices, understanding cascading failures, and reading distributed traces end-to-end.
Exposure to database operations (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka) at a level sufficient to investigate connection pool exhaustion, replication lag, slow queries, or queue backlogs during incidents.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling (GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Helm) — enough to correlate recent deployments with production issues and identify rollback targets.
JIRA Service Management administration experience: workflows, automation rules, SLA timers, and queues.
ITIL Foundation certification is a plus but not required — practical experience matters more.
Benefits
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes unlimited Flexible Time Off, Gym membership, monthly train ticket and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote opportunity and we are looking for candidates from the UK, Sweden, Spain, Germany or Ireland.
About the role:
Grafana Cloud runs Mimir, Loki, Tempo and Pyroscope as multi-tenant SaaS databases across AWS, GCP and Azure in regions worldwide. Our highest-SLA customers depend on them to run their businesses. We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to keep these systems reliable at scale.
The role combines building and operating. You’ll write the software, automation and product changes that make our databases more reliable, including changes to the Mimir, Loki and Tempo codebases where reliability calls for it. You’ll also be on call for our highest-SLA customers and handle the operational work that comes with it. You’ll bring a production mindset to product engineering and engineering rigor to reliability, and you’ll set technical direction across squads.
What You’ll Do
Build reliability into the product.
Write production code in our services, tooling and the Mimir, Loki and Tempo codebases that makes our databases more resilient, self-healing and scalable as demand grows quickly.
Build automation and platform tooling
that removes toil and scales our reliability practices across regions and cloud providers.
Lead technical design.
Author design docs, review others’ designs and PRs, and shape feature design so it’s scalable and operable from day one.
Own the SLO framework.
Define and evolve per-tenant SLOs and reliability models. Use SLO burn and incident learnings to find and fix the causes of failure in the systems themselves.
Improve observability and alerting
so we find problems before customers do, and so escalations are actionable rather than noisy.
Be on call for our highest-SLA customers.
Act as a technical escalation point for complex customer environments. Lead customer-impacting incident response, including customer bridge calls when needed, and write blameless post-incident reviews that lead to engineering fixes.
Handle the operational work that comes from on-call.
This includes investigating customer escalations, following up on incident actions, tuning capacity and configuration, and turning recurring issues into permanent fixes or automation.

Mentor engineers, teach reliability practices that teams adopt early in development, and work with engineering leadership on roadmaps and product strategy.
We highly value those who are intellectually curious, who default to transparency, possess a high bias towards action, and who are also kind (this is important!)
On-Call
Weekday on-call is 12-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, split between North America and Europe so you cover your local working hours. Weekends are covered by a separate 24-hour rotation. You’ll take a weekend roughly once every six to eight weeks.
What We’re Looking For:
8+ years of software engineering experience, including significant time building and owning distributed systems in production.
Strong production software skills, ideally in at least one object-oriented language. You write clean, tested code and can make targeted changes in large open-source codebases you didn’t write.
Deep understanding of distributed systems: performance, scaling and failure modes. You can reason about how a system will break before it does.
Experience running multi-tenant systems at scale on Kubernetes in AWS, GCP or Azure, with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Helm or Jsonnet.
Hands-on experience designing and implementing SLOs.
Experience being on call for production systems. You troubleshoot calmly and methodically under pressure, and you’ve taken part in blameless incident response and written high-quality post-incident reviews.
Staff-level technical leadership: driving cross-team projects, setting technical direction and making the engineers around you better.
Working knowledge of Linux internals, networking and cloud storage.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Mimir, Loki, Tempo, Pyroscope, Prometheus or other observability and time-series databases.
Open-source contributions.
Customer reliability engineering (CRE) or customer-facing escalation experience.1

This is a remote opportunity and we are looking for candidates from the UK, Sweden, Spain or Germany.
Multiply the team.
Mentor engineers, teach reliability practices that teams adopt early in development, and work with engineering leadership on roadmaps and product strategy.
We highly value those who are intellectually curious, who default to transparency, possess a high bias towards action, and who are also kind (this is important!)
