When high-stakes incidents strike, you are the calm in the storm. Senior Specialist, Incident Response, you will play the main part in incidents during major, complex, or reputation sensitive events. You take command of ambiguous situations, translate technical chaos into clear client and executive communication with the support of a high-performing team of Incident Response Specialists to raise the overall bar for crisis execution across the business.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Deliver proactive, cadence-based briefs to senior leaders while authoring clear, transparent external communications (status pages, app/web banners, client emails) in the Wealthsimple voice.
- Bridge the gap between engineering and the business and translating system logs, error codes, and technical root causes into plain-language client and business impact.
- Identify when Legal or Compliance review is required during a crisis and seamlessly weave regulatory checks into the response flow.
- Serve as a chief editor for team communications, establishing playbooks and writing standards that ensure accuracy, speed, and empathy under real-time pressure.
- Build a culture of psychological safety, calm, and focus: shielding responders from external noise during active incidents while keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Rapidly identify who needs to be involved across Engineering, Product, CX, Legal, and Risk, anticipating downstream friction before it happens.
- Navigate high-severity situations with confidence, managing executive expectations without distracting active responders.
- Partner with Data Science to quantify incident impact and lead post-incident reviews to drive root-cause remediation and long-term CX improvements.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years in major incident response, crisis communications, or technical service operations within fintech, high-growth SaaS, or fast-paced digital product environments. You have a proven track record leading live-fire, SEV-1/P0 operational crises from inception to resolution.
- Rapid, decisive judgment under pressure: You have a strong bias for action and excel at making quick, high-stakes decisions with incomplete information, knowing intuitively when to push forward, when to escalate, and when to hold.
- Exceptional crisis communications & translation skills: You can digest raw system telemetry, logs, and engineer chatter, translating technical chaos into clear, empathetic client messaging and concise executive updates in real time.
- Tech-native and async-first operational fluency: You are deeply accustomed to modern tech workflows (Slack, Notion, linear incident bots) and thrive in fast, distributed environments where clear, documented async alignment is essential.
- Cross-functional network thinker: You intuitively map organizational ripple effects, rapidly engaging the right stakeholders across Engineering, Product, CX, Legal, Compliance, and Leadership before downstream friction occurs.
- Comfort with ambiguity and chaos: You stay composed when there is no playbook, bringing immediate structure, clarity, and psychological safety to high-stakes, reputationally sensitive events.
NICE TO HAVE
- Educational background or formal training in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Legal Studies, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical crisis communications experience).
- Incident tooling fluency: Comfortable navigating incident management platforms (PagerDuty, Rootly), monitoring tools (Datadog), and data tools (Preset, SQL) to understand system behavior and measure client impact.
- Risk intuition: Strong intuition for compliance, legal, and reputational risk within a regulated financial institution.
- Bilingualism: Fluency in both English and French.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role owns the partnerships that bring new clients to Wealthsimple. Every motion you own ladders up to one goal, customer acquisition, across both digital and real-world channels: partner-driven acquisition campaigns, referral partnerships that feed our business banking line, and brand and experiential sponsorships that let us acquire customers in person. The job is to turn partners and campaigns into net-new clients and deposits, and to convert our brand presence into people walking in the door, wherever they already are. You'll source, negotiate, and activate these partnerships end to end, and you'll build a lot of it from scratch. This is a builder's seat for a growth-minded commercial operator who thinks about acquisition wherever it happens, online or IRL.
IN THIS ROLE YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Drive acquisition campaigns with partners, including monthly millionaire: secure partner funding and co-marketing, and source smaller campaign partners to power specific moments.
- Own referral partnerships for the business banking line end to end: source, sign, and drive the channel partners that send us new business clients and deposits.
- Lead commercial negotiations from first outreach to signed terms, landing terms that work for both our clients and the business.
- Own the acquisition targets: net-new funded clients and deposits from referral partners, campaign performance, and sponsorship reach and ROI.
- Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Brand, PMM, and Business Banking Product to activate every partnership well and measure its impact.
SKILLS YOU'LL BRING:
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, or growth roles in banking or customer-focused industries.
- Negotiation and commercial ownership. A master negotiator with a track record of driving commercial and acquisition outcomes and turning partnerships into measurable growth.
- A growth and acquisition orientation. You've turned partnerships or campaigns into measurable client acquisition, online and in person, and you think in funnels, not just relationships.
- Channel or referral partnership experience. You've built or run a referral or channel pipeline that produced real, attributable results.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, with real comfort in CAC, LTV, and attribution.
- A strong network in Canada (and ideally the US) across relevant commercial, tech, and community ecosystems.
- A 0-to-1 operator with high urgency, strong ownership, and a bias for action.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Brand experiential marketing experience, especially activations built to drive real-world customer acquisition, including agency and rights-holder relationships.
- Business banking or SMB acquisition experience.
- Product partnerships experience as it pertains to integrated referrals.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on impact and outcomes.

ABOUT INSTITUTIONAL TRANSFERS
We're the team that makes it effortless for clients to move their investments to and from Wealthsimple. Behind every account transfer is a complex network of institutions, systems, and people — and our job is to make that all feel simple. We power the platform that ensures money moves reliably, efficiently, and transparently for our clients, and we're always growing our product offering so clients can transfer more accounts, in more ways and easier than ever.
We're hiring an Engineering Manager to lead one of our two teams. Transfers Platform owns the foundations that make transfers scalable and observable, including workflow architecture, operational tooling, and automation. Transfers Experience focuses on expanding our product offering so clients can move all types of accounts to Wealthsimple. Both teams partner closely with Product, Design, Operations, CX, and other Engineering teams.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead a team of software developers while helping shape the technical direction, delivery strategy, and culture of Institutional Transfers. You'll balance near-term client and operational impact with long-term investments in reliability, scalability, and developer effectiveness. Reporting to an Engineering Director, you'll contribute to the broader engineering leadership community and help build systems that support thousands of account transfers each day. You'll also have the opportunity to help shape newly formed teams with significant business and client impact.
IN THIS ROLE YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Build and grow a high-performing, inclusive team through hiring, coaching, feedback, career development, and thoughtful performance management.
- Set a clear technical direction and roadmap with Product and Design, balancing new capabilities with reliability, maintainability, and operational health.
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of the transfer platform and the tools that support our operations teams.
- Partner with Operations and CX to automate manual work — through both traditional software and modern technologies — and improve the accuracy, transparency, and speed of transfer processes.
- Help your team build new ways for clients to move their accounts to Wealthsimple, operating in data-driven environments and using that data to iterate quickly.
- Promote strong engineering practices, including thoughtful design, code review, testing, observability, documentation, healthy on-call, and effective incident response.
- Champion the use of AI-first development tools to materially improve your team's output.
- Work across Institutional Transfers, Bank and Brokerage Linking, Infrastructure, Security, SRE, and other teams to resolve dependencies and deliver end-to-end outcomes.
- Keep on top of industry best practices and standards that benefit our engineering organization, and hold teams accountable to them.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Experience managing and developing software engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, feedback, and performance management.
- Technical depth in production software development and distributed systems, with the judgment to guide architecture and implementation decisions.
- Experience delivering reliable products with cross-functional partners in a complex or regulated environment.
- A practical understanding of modern backend and frontend systems, relational databases (SQL), event-driven architectures, and cloud infrastructure.
- Effectiveness at communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A strong commitment to inclusive leadership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement — including improving team documentation and making meaningful improvements to the codebase.
- Comfort supporting a team through on-call duties and system maintenance.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with Ruby on Rails, React or React Native, GraphQL, Kafka, Temporal, Kubernetes, AWS, Datadog, or Sentry.
- Experience with Java, Kotlin, Python, or mobile development.
- Experience in fintech, banking, brokerage, or other systems that handle sensitive financial data.
- Familiarity with institutional transfer rails such as ATON or Fundserv.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In your first six months, you'll have built strong relationships with your team and partners, established clear goals and development plans, understood the health of the team's systems and operations, and helped shape a roadmap that improves reliability, delivery, and the client or operational experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Help build the engine behind what traders love
We are hiring a Marketing Operations & Campaign Manager to power our Active Trader business. This is the person who turns strategy into shipped work—the operational backbone who keeps creative projects, compliance reviews, and campaign briefs moving on time and at quality. You don't need to be a trader yourself, but financial literacy and genuine curiosity about markets will help you move fast and speak the same language as the rest of the pod.
You'll be the connective tissue of the Active Trader marketing team. Where our Product Marketing Managers set direction and shape narrative, you make it real: building briefs, running the creative pipeline, managing legal and compliance review, and keeping every campaign coordinated across a busy set of stakeholders. You'll own the systems and rituals that let a small team ship a lot, without dropping details or missing a regulatory requirement.
You'll thrive here if you're energized by getting things organized, love making messy processes simple, and take pride in being the person everyone trusts to have the details covered.
IN THIS ROLE YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Own the campaign operating rhythm: Run the end-to-end workflow for Active Trader campaigns, from brief to creative to launch to results analysis so work ships on time, on message, and on budget. Build and maintain the trackers, timelines, and intake process that keep the pod aligned.
- Write and manage briefs: Turn strategic direction into clear, complete creative and campaign briefs that give designers, copywriters, and partners everything they need. Chase down the open questions before they become delays.
- Drive creative project management: Coordinate designers, writers, agencies, and cross-functional partners across concurrent projects. Manage scope, feedback loops, versions, and approvals so creative lands polished and on schedule.
- Own compliance and legal review: Be the point person for getting marketing materials through legal, compliance, and regulatory review (e.g., CIRO requirements). Understand what's required, prep submissions cleanly, track approvals, and build the guardrails that keep us both fast and compliant.
- Keep stakeholders coordinated: Partner daily with Product Marketing, Growth, Brand, Design, Legal/Compliance, and external vendors—making sure the right people have the right information at the right time.
- Track and report results: Stand up the reporting and post-mortem process so we know what shipped, what worked, and what to do differently. Keep budgets and timelines honest.
- Leverage AI to streamline operations: Use AI tools to speed up briefing, drafting, reporting, and project coordination, and to remove friction from repetitive work.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 5+ years of experience: in marketing operations, campaign management, creative/project management, or agency account/traffic management—ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Proven project management chops: You've run multiple concurrent campaigns or creative projects end-to-end and kept them on time, on scope, and on quality.
- Experience managing compliance or regulatory review: Financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industry experience is a strong plus; you know how to move fast and stay within the lines.
- Excellent briefing and written communication: You write clear briefs and crisp updates, and you make complex processes feel simple.
- Financial literacy and curiosity about markets: You don't need to be an active trader, but you're comfortable with financial concepts and eager to learn the trader audience.
- Sharp attention to detail: You catch the typo, the missing approval, and the date that doesn't line up.
- Comfort with tools and light data: Familiarity with project management and marketing tools; basic comfort reading a dashboard or a simple dataset (SQL is a nice-to-have).
- Fluency with AI tools: Experience using AI tools that boost productivity and reduce busywork.
- Bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity: You make things happen without waiting to be told.
- Growth mindset and a service orientation: You take pride in making the whole team better and shipping quality work.

Location: Tokyo, Japan
Location: Japan (Tokyo)
Type: Contractor (12 months to start)
Hours: 40 hours/week
Role Summary:
We’re looking for a contractor based in Japan to support the development and growth of OpenAI’s student community efforts in Japan and Korea.
This role will focus on building strong relationships with students and campus communities, supporting locally relevant community activations, surfacing meaningful student stories and insights, and helping establish the foundations for sustained student engagement over time.
About the Team
OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity.
The Community team focuses on finding exceptional power users of our tools and turning real usage into stories and signals that shape both product direction and how the world understands OpenAI. We do that by learning directly from users, then working together to package up insights and use cases into formats that can travel: playbooks, webpages, launch assets, event series and clear “here’s how people actually use this” guidance.
About the Role
ChatGPT and OpenAI’s broader tools can help students learn, create, build and solve problems in new ways. But for many, discovering meaningful ways to use AI can still feel like navigating a black box without an instruction manual.
The OpenAI community exists to bridge that gap by working directly with the people using our technology every day.
Our role sits across three core areas:
- Build direct relationships and channels with student leaders and their communities
- Amplify how these cohorts are actually using AI, enabling peer-to-peer learning and accelerating adoption through real examples
- Channel insights and feedback from these communities into our product and research teams
Our current student engagements serve as a key entry point for building long-term relationships with students and priority campuses—helping us identify emerging power users and support growing communities through authentic, student-led engagement.
The goal is for every participant to leave not only with an “I wonder if…,” but with the confidence to build with AI—and a community to learn alongside.
This role will report to the Community Lead, APAC and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and our external agency partner to support the growth of OpenAI’s student community efforts primarily in Japan, and selected engagement efforts in Korea.
In this role, you will:
- Support the development and growth of OpenAI’s student community efforts in Japan, with opportunities to support relevant engagement efforts in Korea
- Identify, recruit, and onboard students to participate in our global OpenAI Student Collective program
- Build partnerships with student clubs and campus communities to host Labs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, hosts, and campus partners
- Coordinate communications, scheduling, logistics, and event execution; resolve issues and remove blockers
- Represent OpenAI on Campus
- Develop and maintain dashboards and systems to track events, performance, and program scale - including student participation and event engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and follow-through.
- Source, review, and curate stories and use cases across events and online communities
- Publish progress updates and monthly recaps, highlighting key insights, risks, and opportunities
- Collaborate with the Community team to improve, maintain community resources, including guides, templates and checklists.
Qualification
Must have:
- 5 years experience building, managing or growing communities, ideally student or campus-based communities.
- Excellent execution skills, with the ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams at once, from onboarding and event coordination to story capture and reporting..
- Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and driving follow-through.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with students, partners and internal teams.
- Comfort with tools like Slack, Google Docs / Sheets, Airtable or similar workflow systems.
- Willingness to travel for student community activations across Japan, and occasionally Korea where relevant
- Japanese language proficiency
Bonus:
- Active participation in tech and AI communities, with a strong understanding of how these ecosystems operate beyond top-line metrics
- Strong interest in AI and familiarity with how the space is evolving, including emerging product and agent experiences.
- Experience working with agencies and external partners.
- Strong relationships with student communities, clubs or universities in Japan and Korea
- Korean language proficiency

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Growth Engagement Specialist to play a critical role in Wealthsimple's proactive client communication initiatives. This role is both technical and creative, where you'll work on the planning and execution of end-to-end growth marketing campaigns across Wealthsimple's brand and product ecosystem, using AI-assisted tooling to do it faster and better than ever before.
The ideal candidate is one who can think "client-first," who can balance multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing on quality, and who understands the interconnected technical and creative elements of consumer performance marketing programs — including where AI can meaningfully accelerate or improve that work. You'll be joining our multidisciplinary Growth organization where you'll work with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, and other growth and lifecycle marketers like yourself.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own day-to-day execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (esp. in-app content, email and mobile push), including segmenting target audiences, orchestrating multi-channel journeys, building templates, QA & deploying campaigns, and reporting on performance
- Use AI tools (e.g. Claude, Braze's AI features, or similar) to improve QA, content generation, campaign briefs, and reporting, and help build repeatable AI-powered workflows for the broader lifecycle & growth teams
- Ideate & experiment on growth engagement strategies/tactics, including personalization and content variation, to drive client acquisition, activation, retention and engagement
- Split your time roughly 50/50 between partnerships (integrating and marketing new partner offers, growing perk usage/redemptions, and supporting sponsorship activations) and referral growth (running monthly campaigns and experiments to increase acquisition through referrals)
- Analyze campaign and program performance; proactively report on campaign impact, client behaviours, and experimental results/learnings, using AI tools to accelerate analysis and synthesis where useful
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2-5 years hands-on experience using marketing automation platforms (Braze or Iterable preferred); demonstrated ability to rapidly adapt to new tools and processes
- 1+ year experience coding for email, or equivalent HTML/CSS skill required; SQL experience a plus
- Genuine enthusiasm for using AI tools (e.g. Claude or similar) in day-to-day marketing execution, comfort experimenting with prompts, workflows, and AI-assisted QA, not just traditional tooling
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation across channels, campaigns, and more required
- Understanding of marketing technology best practices, including responsive design, inboxing/deliverability, and audience segmentation
- Campaign performance analysis & reporting, A/B testing experience required; demonstrated experimental design ability a strong plus
- Familiarity with key elements of lifecycle marketing acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention strategies & tactics (esp. automated customer journeys, triggered comms, and multi-channel campaigns)
- Experience with mobile marketing (e.g. push notifications, in-app messaging) is a plus
- Proven success in working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Product, Creative, Engineering, Data, etc.) to set and execute against data-informed growth targets/OKRs

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
This role sits at the applied end of our post-training research efforts. You will work directly with stakeholders from the world’s fastest-growing AI companies to post-train open-source models that outperform frontier closed models on their specialised tasks. Your day-to-day is finding creative ways to extract signal from complex, domain-specific datasets and building the reward functions, environments, eval harnesses, and training pipelines that turn that signal into better models. The models you train ship to production and reach millions of users.
We are looking for people with hands-on LLM fine-tuning and RL experience. Researchers who are excited by the prospect of shipping models into production, who can translate a customer's domain-specific requirements into an effective training curriculum, and who know when to be rigorous and when to iterate fast.
RECENT RESEARCH

- Repeated kv cache for long-running agents https://www.baseten.co/research/repeated-kv-cache-for-long-running-agents/
- Distillation without the dark – replicating black-box on-policy distillation on Baseten https://www.baseten.co/research/distillation-without-the-dark/
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and run post-training pipelines: SFT, GRPO, DPO, RLVR, reward function engineering, and synthetic data generation.
- Build task-specific training environments and evals tailored to customer domains like healthcare, code generation, and legal, spanning multi-turn tool use, sandboxed execution, and agentic workflows.
- Work directly with customers to translate production data into training signal, designing reward loops from real usage patterns and handling distribution shift.
- Run and analyze training experiments end-to-end: diagnose reward hacking, importance sampling drift, and advantage estimation instabilities.
- Publish findings at top venues and contribute to Baseten's open-source training libraries.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience training LLMs with reinforcement learning — demonstrated understanding of GRPO or PPO beyond recipe-level reproduction, including group advantage computation, clipped objectives, and KL penalty design
- Strong intuition for reward engineering: the ability to distinguish between a reward that trains effectively and one that will exploit at scale
- Experience building multi-turn agent environments with tool use, not limited to single-turn question-answering setups
- Comfort working across the full pipeline from dataset construction through training, evaluation, and deployment
- Experience with production ML systems. Preference for candidates who have closed a training–inference loop where production data feeds back into model improvement
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with RL training frameworks
- Publications at NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, focused on RL for LLMs, reward modeling, or alignment
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

At Wealthsimple, we're interested in humans and money — and the complicated ways humans feel about money. Our goal in the creative department is to be a part of that conversation in meaningful ways that are completely innovative and new. We have a deep aversion to making things that already exist and to ads that feel like ads.
We are looking for an experienced Associate Creative Director, Art Director to help us create innovative, human and ridiculously entertaining work. In this role you will often work as a team with a copywriter partner, but you’ll also collaborate with designers, writers, marketers and engineers across the org. You will be responsible for all aspects of creative development and production on integrated brand campaigns and projects large and small, and you will be leading creative voice in some of our biggest brand moments.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Be a highly conceptual thinker with strong storytelling and design skills.
- Develop big ideas and bring them to life through every stage of production.
- Own large and small brand projects and campaigns from kickoff to completion, often balancing multiple projects at once.
- Be a maker-owner, but also a director-delegator, and find the right balance between those two roles for each project.
- Provide art direction on visual design for integrated brand campaigns and projects of various scales and types – from film, social, digital, to interactive experiences.
- Be a creative and strategic thinker who can see how creativity can solve business problems.
- Use AI in a variety of ways. Whether it’s moving ideas into functional prototypes, drafts, mockups or animatics that can be evaluated more quickly, or developing and refining AI workflows for internally created assets.
- Present work in a clear, passionate and dynamic way, championing the creative and vision to internal stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with outside production partners when necessary.
Skills You Bring
- 6-10+ years of experience as an Art Director (agency experience preferred, but not necessary).
- Ability to concept and art direct, developing storyboards, comps or animatics without assistance from the Design team
- Extensive experience with integrated campaigns, from strategic development through creative development and delivery
- Production experience across all platforms - film, digital, social, and print
- Well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite and able to be a hands-on creative delivering comps, layouts, and assets across all media types as well as give direction to studio designers where applicable
- Familiarity with AI image and video generation tools.
- A truly collaborative creative approach.
- Give and receive constructive feedback in a respectful manner
- Travel for production when necessary.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
AI is changing both sides of the security equation, and Anthropic is focused on putting frontier AI capabilities in the hands of defenders. Cybersecurity is a fast-growing area for Anthropic, spanning enterprise security teams that adopt Claude for their own security work and security companies that build their products on our models. The buyers are demanding and data-driven, from CISOs to hands-on practitioners in security engineering, application security, security operations, threat intelligence, and incident response.
As Field Marketing Lead, Cybersecurity, you will lead Anthropic's field marketing for the cybersecurity audience around the world, helping position Claude as the trusted AI partner for security teams. You will align closely with the sales organization, develop the marketing strategies and tools the field needs, and partner with Anthropic's cybersecurity experts in product marketing, solutions marketing, and across the business to turn their positioning and messaging into programs and campaigns. You will be the cybersecurity lead that our campaigns and regional field marketing teams draw on, working with customers in every segment and with a focus on expanding within existing accounts. You will make sure that how we show up to CISOs, practitioners, and the buying committee is credible, consistent, and tied to revenue, whether in a global campaign, an executive roundtable, or a flagship industry event.
Location: this is a global role, with a preference for candidates based in San Francisco or New York.
Key responsibilities
Own the global cybersecurity field marketing plan: define how we reach CISOs, practitioners, and the buying committee in every customer segment, the annual program calendar, and the goals and success metrics agreed with sales leadership before budget is committed
Align with the sales organization worldwide: agree on target accounts and buying committees, build programs that expand Anthropic's footprint in existing accounts and open new opportunities, and make sure account teams have what they need to invite, follow up, and convert
Partner with product marketing, solutions marketing, and Anthropic's cybersecurity experts: build on their positioning, messaging, and enablement, and work with them to turn cyber use cases into the programs and campaigns that build awareness and demand
Develop the marketing strategies and tools the field needs: playbooks, program kits, speaker guidance, and event recommendations that let regional field marketers in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC run cybersecurity programs locally without starting from scratch
Design and run flagship cybersecurity moments in the field: executive roundtables, CISO dinners, practitioner workshops, and Anthropic's field presence around major industry events such as RSAC, Black Hat, Gartner Security & Risk Management Summit, and Infosecurity Europe, in step with the launch, content, and thought leadership plans led by product and solutions marketing
Serve as the cybersecurity field lead for integrated campaigns: bring audience insight, field feedback, and program ideas, and extend global campaigns into regional programs so they land with CISOs, practitioners, and the rest of the buying committee
Bring the voice of the security buyer back into Anthropic: share what you hear from customers, analysts, and the field with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership
Measure what matters: sourced and influenced pipeline, expansion within existing accounts, program-level attribution, and a clear read on which programs earn more investment, built with Marketing Ops
Protect the brand with a skeptical audience: hold a high bar for technical accuracy, keep the story focused on defenders and responsible deployment, avoid fear-based messaging, and know when to say no to a program that would not earn trust
Operate as connective tissue across Anthropic: Sales, Campaigns, regional Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, Partner Marketing, Partnerships, Events, and Comms all touch this audience. You keep them coordinated and the customer experience coherent
Minimum qualifications
Working fluency in the cybersecurity landscape, across areas such as security operations, detection and response, threat intelligence, application security, vulnerability management, cloud security, and governance, risk and compliance, with enough technical depth to hold a credible conversation with both CISOs and hands-on practitioners
A track record of partnering with sales teams on pipeline and on expansion within existing accounts, including account-based programs and executive engagement, with results to show for them
Experience across both integrated campaigns and field marketing, and the judgment to know which one a given goal calls for
Experience operating globally: you have led programs across multiple regions and enabled local teams to run them well
Strong influence without authority: able to set direction for campaigns and regional field marketers who do not report to you
Comfort building in ambiguity: the playbook for this motion is being written now, and you'll write much of it
Rigor on measurement: fluent in pipeline attribution with sales and ops counterparts
Experience working alongside product marketing and technical experts, and turning their positioning and messaging into field programs and campaigns
Range across customer segments: you can adapt a program for a large enterprise, a mid-size company, and a fast-growing startup
Preferred qualifications
8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with significant time in field marketing or demand generation for cybersecurity buyers at a security vendor or an enterprise technology company
Hands-on background in security, such as time as a practitioner, sales engineer, or product marketer for a security product
Familiarity with the AI ecosystem and how enterprises adopt AI products, including how AI is changing security work for defenders
Experience marketing trust-sensitive or dual-use products, where responsible deployment is central to the story
Existing relationships in the security community: CISO networks, analysts, industry groups, and event organizers
Experience marketing to regulated industries or public sector buyers, where security review shapes the deal
Experience working with security technology partners, managed security service providers (MSSPs), or global systems integrators
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:

Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the team
The Internal Controls team plays a critical role in adhering to controls frameworks and creating space for risk mitigation and oversight. We want to ensure that Wealthsimple maintains a secure operational environment by implementing, monitoring and testing controls designed to safeguard assets, keep our reporting accurate, and make our processes more efficient.
About the role
We are looking to expand our team with a Manager, Internal Controls to help build and run our internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) program. This role will be instrumental in ensuring Wealthsimple meets its regulatory obligations while building a scalable compliance function.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Internal Controls, the successful candidate will build and shape internal controls around the processes we already have and build the control framework for new products as we launch them. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role — you'll own the control framework and documentation, direct testing, and work with the control owners across Finance, Operations and Engineering who run the controls, so that they are designed, implemented and operating effectively.
What you’ll do
- Be a strong voice within the Finance team and across Wealthsimple by proactively shaping effective and efficient controls around existing processes as well as designing an effective control framework for new products;
- Work alongside our external advisors to build out the ICFR program, then own the process narratives, RCMs, flowcharts and test procedures and keep them current;
- Plan and direct walkthroughs and testing against the annual ICFR plan, whether testing is done in house or by a co-source firm, and support control owners as they remediate deficiencies;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, coordinating evidence requests, walkthroughs, and finding remediation. Coordinate testing activities to ensure deadlines are met with high quality outputs for:
- Financial reporting audits for all entities;
- SOC 1 audits;
- Other audits requiring control work as they arise;
- Proactively work with internal stakeholders to determine the impact of business decisions on the financial processes, operations and engineering; and

We work closely with cross-functional partners in Growth, Product, and Engineering to optimize our marketing investments and scale Wealthsimple's customer base.
The Growth Data team plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision making across all marketing channels. We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist who will serve as a domain expert for one of our key marketing pillars, driving optimization through sophisticated algorithms, measurement systems, and strategic insights that influence millions of dollars in marketing spend.
In this role, you'll be the DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) for your domain area, building data products and analytics solutions that directly impact business outcomes. You'll work on challenging problems ranging from marketing optimization algorithms to attribution modeling, experimentation, and strategic measurement. You'll collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions, while also partnering with data engineers and other data scientists on shared infrastructure.
This is a full-stack data science role where you'll wear many hats: algorithm developer, measurement strategist, analyst, experimenter, and business partner. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running with strong marketing analytics expertise and contribute to strategic direction from day one.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Build data products and algorithms that optimize marketing performance—including budget allocation, targeting strategies, and campaign optimization across multiple channels
- Design and implement measurement strategies for marketing initiatives, including attribution modeling, incrementality analysis, and multi-touch attribution
- Drive marketing strategy through data insights, A/B testing, and causal inference methodologies to maximize ROI on marketing spend
- Develop and maintain analytics pipelines and data infrastructure, working collaboratively with data engineers and other data scientists
- Conduct exploratory analysis to identify growth opportunities, understand customer behaviour, and optimize marketing tactics
- Provide business-as-usual analytics support including reporting, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis for marketing stakeholders
- Leverage AI tooling to handle operational tasks efficiently and focus your expertise on high-impact strategic problems
- Partner with ad platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) and internal engineering teams to ensure robust tracking, data integration, and measurement capabilities
- Take ownership and ship it—continuously look for the simplest, most effective way to approach challenges; Occam's razor is your friend
- Work where you are (while our Canadian offices are located in Toronto, we are a remote-first workforce and you can join from anywhere in Canada!)
SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Understanding of digital marketing mechanics including attribution, ad platforms, tracking, and conversion optimization
- Experience working with lifecycle data, understands various of ways of reaching out to new/existing customers and how they fit together holistically
- Strong technical skills in Python and SQL with experience building production-quality code
- Proven track record in algorithm development, optimization problems, or building data-driven decision systems
- Strong foundation in causal inference, A/B testing, and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ownership as the data DRI on complex projects end to end, with proactive understanding of business context and how cross-functional teams build systems together
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Can use AI effectively to increase efficiency and depth of the work, while still providing the strategic guidance and critical thinking
- Has full-stack data science experience, comfortable with everything from dashboards and reporting to sophisticated algorithm development
- Can contribute to strategic direction in marketing analytics from day one with minimal ramp-up time
- Thrives in a collaborative, multi-faceted environment with ongoing alignment across stakeholders and data team members
- Is passionate about measurement and understanding what drives business outcomes, navigating the complexities of attribution and incrementality
- Ideally has worked at larger-scale tech companies that develop internal analytics and optimization systems
- Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and effectively manages complexity in a fast-paced growth environment
- Values simplicity and pragmatism, knows when to build sophisticated solutions and when a simpler approach will suffice
- Is eager to teach and learn. We value making each other successful!
- Is a lifelong learner who's constantly seeking feedback to continue improving their craft
WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS ROLE:
- High visibility, high impact: Your work directly affects Wealthsimple's growth bottom line and influences strategic marketing decisions
