Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to own the systems that power a large-scale data collection operation, including the collection platform, operator tooling, data pipeline, and fleet infrastructure.
This is an engineering role. Day-to-day teleoperation is performed by a dedicated operator team that you direct — you build what they run on, and you own what comes out of it.
Project Details
Location: 100% Onsite (Santa Clara, CA, US)
Employment: Full-time W-2, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 12-month contract with possibility of extension
Rate: $105/hour
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain the software behind our data collection stations — teleoperation stack, multi-camera recording, and session tooling.
Deploy and upgrade that stack across the fleet without stopping collection; keep workstations, containers, and networking healthy.
Own the data pipeline end to end: automated validation, conversion into our dataset format, upload, metadata, and versioning.
Build the QA tooling that catches dropped frames, stream desync, bad calibration, and mislabeled episodes before data reaches training.
Direct a team of teleoperators — define task protocols and SOPs, onboard them on new tasks and embodiments, review session quality, and unblock them daily.
Own fleet reliability: calibration and firmware pipelines, sensor and end-effector integration, root-cause analysis of recurring faults, and vendor escalation.
Bring up new stations and new embodiments; report throughput, yield, and data health to the research team.
What we need to see
MS in CS, Robotics, EE/ME, or a related field (or BS with equivalent hands-on experience).
3+ years building software for real robot systems — not simulation only.
A system you designed and shipped that other people depended on daily, and that you kept running.
Strong Python and Linux; Docker, git, CI, and SSH-based fleet administration.
Robot middleware and real-time multi-sensor recording — ROS 2 or equivalent vendor SDKs.
Experience supporting a data collection or teleoperation operation: you have built the tools operators depend on and owned throughput and quality numbers.
Comfortable around robot hardware — arms or humanoids, dexterous hands, RGB-D cameras, and the calibration that keeps them honest.
Able to lead operators without formal authority: you write clear SOPs, train people, and communicate status without being asked.
Ways to stand out from the crowd
Humanoid or bimanual platforms (Unitree, Fourier, ALOHA/ARX-class rigs) and dexterous hands.
XR teleoperation: Quest / PICO / Vision Pro, motion-capture gloves, whole-body retargeting.
Imitation-learning data tooling — LeRobot, HDF5/Zarr episode stores, dataset versioning, S3 at TB–PB scale.
Built internal dashboards or tooling for a production line or high-throughput lab.
Open-source contributions to robotics data or teleoperation tooling.

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
Why this role exists
Higgsfield is one of the fastest-growing generative AI companies in the world. Every generation is a policy decision at scale, and the surface area (NSFW, IP, likeness, anti-fraud, deepfakes, regional law) grows every week. Trust & Safety needs a PM who can turn ambiguous legal, policy, and financial-abuse inputs into shipped systems, not another doc.
What you'll actually do
• Own the T&S product surface end-to-end: classifiers, appeals, user-facing warnings, moderator tooling, enforcement flows.
• Own anti-fraud alongside content safety: multi-account farms, free-trial abuse, refund abuse, chargebacks, prompt-injection cost exploits, reseller wrappers. Fraud is a large and growing share of the T&S problem here.
• Translate legal, policy, and financial-risk requirements into concrete product specs the ML and engineering teams can build against.
• Set thresholds and enforcement policy in partnership with Applied ML: what gets blocked, what gets warned, what gets appealed, and the dollar and reputational tradeoffs behind each choice.
• Run the incident loop when something breaks in production, provider escalations, misuse incidents, fraud spikes, new abuse vectors, and ship the fix.
• Design the metrics that matter: dollars saved from fraud, false-positive cost to legit users, false-negative legal exposure, appeal reversal rate, coverage across new models and markets.
• Work directly with Legal, Applied ML, Backend, Growth, Payments, and external providers to keep our contractual and regulatory obligations current.
Must-haves
1. Founding or early-operator experience. You've spent years trying to build something of your own. You know what it's like to own an outcome when nobody hands you a spec.
2. Shipped T&S, moderation, fraud, risk, or compliance products at scale. You've made real enforcement decisions that affected real users and real money.
3. Comfort with legal, policy, and financial-risk ambiguity. You've worked with counsel, payments providers, or regulators and translated their inputs into product.
4. Strong technical judgment. You can reason about classifier tradeoffs, fraud-detection tradeoffs, threshold selection, and evaluation without needing an engineer to translate.
5. You make decisions in dollars and risk, not opinions. A block rate has a cost, a miss has a cost, a false fraud flag has a cost, you can argue all sides.
Who this is not for
• You prefer working from complete specifications rather than defining problems yourself.
• You want to write strategy docs more than ship enforcement changes.
• You are looking for a slower release cycle. We ship weekly, and incidents can compress that to hours.
Nice to have
• Background at a generative AI, UGC platform, marketplace, or fintech risk team in the US, EU, or Asia.
• Direct experience with C2PA, child safety classifiers, IP takedowns, DMCA, GDPR enforcement, chargeback flows, or 3DS.
• Comfort with adversarial abuse patterns and how they evolve.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
- A seat where your policy call ships to millions of generations the same week
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, or other office benefits.
This is a fully on-site role based in our Almaty office. Our team works from the office five days per week for the full working day. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems, and build strong teams.

Staff/Senior Java Engineer, OKX Wallet (Web3)
Who We Are
OKX Wallet is OKX's self-custody wallet, built for users worldwide to securely and conveniently store, manage, and use their on-chain assets. The wallet backend operates in a multi-chain, multi-asset, high-concurrency environment shaped by on-chain state uncertainty and strict fund-security requirements — combining the complex-systems challenges of traditional internet backends with the transaction, signing, and on-chain interaction problems unique to blockchain.
We're looking for a Senior Java Engineer with roughly 5–10 years of backend experience: someone with strong engineering fundamentals who can independently own core modules, exercise sound judgment on complex problems, and proactively coordinate across upstream and downstream teams to drive work to completion.
What You'll Do
Own core wallet backend modules.
Build and continuously improve address management, asset synchronization, transaction construction, broadcasting, on-chain confirmation, gas estimation, nonce management, and transaction-state tracking. Understand each module's role in the full wallet flow, and keep stability, performance, and maintainability front of mind. For complex requirements, break the problem down before choosing an implementation rather than stacking code or reusing old designs.
Build transaction and on-chain interaction scenarios.
Work on transfers, token approvals, contract interactions, cross-chain, swaps, DApp connections, and signature-request handling. Understand a transaction's full lifecycle — from initiation through construction, signing, broadcasting, on-chain confirmation, and final state update — and diagnose issues like stuck transactions, duplicate submissions, state inconsistencies, and on-chain success that isn't reflected in the business system, using logs, on-chain data, and call traces.
Support multi-chain and new-chain integration.
We already support EVM, Tron, and Solana, and continuously onboard new public chains, Layer 2 networks, and asset standards. Contribute to technical research, integration design, and feature development, accounting for differences in address models, account systems, transaction structures, signing methods, fees, and confirmation mechanisms — as well as node stability, asset sync, exception compensation, monitoring, and security boundaries.
Ensure stable operation.
Contribute to day-to-day stability work — monitoring, alerting, rate limiting, graceful degradation, retries, compensation, data reconciliation, and troubleshooting. When incidents occur, help investigate, narrow scope, and fix root causes; for recurring issues, drive systemic fixes such as added monitoring, stronger fallbacks, or design improvements.
Drive your projects to delivery.
Take ownership of the modules and projects you're responsible for. On work spanning product, QA, frontend, infrastructure, or other backend teams, proactively sync information, surface dependencies and risks, and drive issues to resolution. When requirements are unclear or opinions diverge, lay out the context, offer your own judgment, and help build consensus.
Continuously raise engineering quality.
Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and system optimization. Spot unreasonable designs, duplicated logic, and latent risks, and propose actionable improvements. Document technical decisions, post-incident learnings, and best practices, and help less-experienced teammates.
Apply AI in daily development.
Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc.) to assist with code comprehension, scaffolding, unit tests, code review, troubleshooting, refactoring, and documentation — validating AI output for correctness, project conventions, performance, and security rather than using it unchecked.
What We're Looking For
Solid Java backend fundamentals.
~5–10 years of Java backend experience with a strong grasp of collections, concurrency, thread pools, the JVM, network communication, and common performance issues. Proficient with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis, or comparable stacks, able to independently design and build medium-to-large backend modules and reason about the mechanics behind the frameworks you use.
Strong system design ability.
Experience with complex or high-concurrency systems; comfortable with idempotency, retries, compensation, caching, message queues, distributed locks, data consistency, rate limiting, and service degradation. Able to own module- or service-level design and clearly explain the core flow, failure scenarios, and key trade-offs.
Cognitive ability and judgment.
Able to understand context and goals on ambiguous problems, separate symptom from root cause, and choose a fitting solution based on business value, user experience, stability, cost, and security — rather than reflexively adding complexity.
Drive and ownership.
Able to independently own a module or project end to end, from design through development, testing, and launch. Proactively communicates and resolves dependencies, risks, and blockers, and follows through on launch outcomes rather than stopping at code merge.
Blockchain or wallet experience.
Experience with wallets, blockchain, trading platforms, on-chain data services, or related systems. Understands addresses, public/private keys, mnemonics, transaction signing, broadcasting, on-chain confirmation, gas, and nonce; familiar with the transaction mechanics of at least one of EVM, Tron, or Solana, and with token standards such as ERC-20 and TRC-20. (Strong backend fundamentals and fast learning can offset gaps in blockchain coverage.)
High security awareness.
Sensitive to private-key, signing, permission, and user-asset security; familiar with replay protection, API authentication, tamper resistance, sensitive-data protection, and least-privilege principles. Actively considers malformed input, duplicate requests, privilege bypass, and data-leak risks when building transaction features.
Independent production troubleshooting.
Able to diagnose live issues via log analysis, metrics monitoring, distributed tracing, and thread/memory analysis; can form hypotheses and narrow scope even with incomplete information. Hands-on experience with performance degradation, timeouts, message backlogs, data inconsistencies, memory issues, or unstable third-party services.
Engineering in the AI era.
Willing to use AI coding tools to improve daily efficiency and able to judge whether AI output meets real business requirements before shipping it. Has a basic understanding of prompts, context management, RAG, AI agents, and MCP, or a genuine willingness to keep learning — treating AI as an engineering tool, not requiring an algorithm/model-training background.
Nice to Have
Integration work on new public chains, new asset standards, or cross-chain protocols
Familiarity with WalletConnect, DApp Browser, or signature-request handling
Knowledge of MPC, multisig, hardware wallets, or TEE-based key-security schemes
Experience with Swap, staking, cross-chain bridges, or DeFi aggregation
Address risk detection, allow/deny lists, anti-fraud, or wallet risk-control experience
High-concurrency transaction systems, blockchain node services, on-chain data indexing, or transaction-state-tracking systems
Familiarity with RPC calls, block scanning, chain reorgs, transaction compensation, and reconciliation mechanisms
JVM performance tuning, stability governance, or complex production-incident experience
Cross-team collaboration with a track record of driving projects to delivery
Real projects built with AI — e.g. AI code review, development agents, MCP servers, intelligent troubleshooting, or knowledge bases
Follows developments in AI coding assistants and LLM applications and shares practical takeaways with the team
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation
Comprehensive insurance coverage for you and your dependents
More benefits to be discussed after you join

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Staff Mobile Engineer to join our OEX Mobile Growth team — a pure mobile team sitting at the intersection of engineering rigour, consumer growth craft, and product instinct. This is not a feature delivery role. You will own the client-side architecture for new user acquisition, referral and virality mechanics, and the reward and conversion funnels that drive growth for millions of users.
You bring deep expertise in mobile attribution — from MMP design and evolution through to anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation — and you know how to turn attribution data into decisions. You are also fluent in AI-assisted development and bring the discipline to build, maintain, and continuously improve your own AI engineering workflows.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the client-side architecture for core growth conversion flows — new user acquisition, referral and virality loops, reward mechanics, and activity-driven engagement systems.
Design and evolve the mobile attribution system — including MMP integration, attribution modelling, and the application of attribution data across anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation scenarios.
Build and optimise growth infrastructure including funnel instrumentation, experiment frameworks, and acquisition loops that directly serve the mobile user base.
Collaborate closely with Product, Business Development, and local market teams to translate commercial goals into concrete, data-backed engineering proposals.
Drive technical decision-making on growth infrastructure, articulating trade-offs clearly and defending or revising positions based on evidence.
Apply AI coding tools actively in your workflow — not just for code generation, but to build and maintain repeatable personal AI development workflows.
Mentor engineers on the team and help establish a culture where engineers bring solutions, not just responses.
What We Look For In You
8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production-quality systems at scale.
Deep familiarity with new user growth, referral and virality mechanics, activity and reward systems, and the client-side architecture behind core business conversion flows.
Strong expertise in mobile attribution design and evolution — hands-on experience with attribution platforms and solutions, and proven ability to drive attribution data into anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation applications.
Proficient in AI-assisted development — able to independently build and maintain personal AI engineering workflows, not just use AI tools ad hoc.
Data instincts: you think in funnels, know how to instrument what matters, and use metrics to drive decisions.
Outspoken and proposal-driven — you come to the table with a point of view, push back when you disagree, and bring data and a counter-proposal rather than just flagging concerns.

We are hiring the Procurement Lead to build the procurement function and policy from the ground up and drive standardization and savings across our largest spend categories: Networks, Sales & Marketing, and IT/Software.
You will design how Airalo buys, embed a disciplined purchase-to-pay process into our new ERP, and turn fragmented, function-by-function spending into a governed, competitive, and auditable process, and drive savings to every dollar we spend with third parties.
This is a senior role for a builder who will set the policy, run the high-value negotiations, and deliver hard savings that fund growth and protect EBITDA. You will report to the CFO and partner across every spending function in the company.
What you'll do:
Procurement policy & governance
Design and roll out Airalo's procurement policy, delegation-of-authority thresholds, supplier onboarding, and competitive-tendering standards.
Establish clear, proportionate approval workflows that bring control without slowing the business.
Category management
Own the category strategies across the major spend areas: network and infrastructure spends, S&M (agencies, media, martech), IT and SaaS, and professional services.
Build single source of truth with spends visibility and a vendor taxonomy so we know what we buy, from whom, and on what terms; build standardization and a framework to adhere to credit terms.
Maintain a validated savings pipeline reported with Finance, and ensure segregation of duties, audit trail, and anti-fraud controls aligned to the SOX-lite framework.
Strategic sourcing & negotiation
Lead competitive sourcing and high-value negotiations on a total-cost-of-ownership basis; set and deliver savings targets and improve working capital.
Partner with Finance's zero-based budgeting and the process to convert sourcing wins into budgeted savings;
Supplier & contract management
Own master agreements, a renewals calendar, supplier performance, and third-party risk and due diligence.
Purchase-to-pay process & systems
Follow through the PO/PR process and three-way match, support clean accruals, and embed procurement into the ERP as a core stakeholder.
What you'll bring:
10+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or commercial / category management, including building or materially scaling a procurement function in a fast-growth company.
Deep category expertise across indirect spend (marketing, IT/SaaS, professional services); exposure to network, telecom, or infrastructure spend like capacity, routing, wholesale in a must have.
Track record of running competitive tenders and complex negotiations with measurable, validated savings.
Hands-on experience designing PO/PR and purchase-to-pay processes, potentially within an ERP (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft) environment.
Strong command of procurement policy, delegation of authority, supplier risk, and controls.
Influence without authority: credible with senior leaders across Networks, Marketing, and Technology, able to change buying behaviour with evidence.
Preferred Experience
Experience in a high-growth company, including controls and audit-readiness maturity.
Direct involvement in an ERP / P2P implementation.
Comfort operating in a globally distributed, multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction business.

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join the OEX Mobile Growth team — a pure mobile team sitting at the intersection of engineering rigour, consumer growth craft, and product instinct. This is not a feature delivery role. You will sit upstream of requirements, shape initiatives alongside product and business stakeholders, and own the engineering end-to-end on growth bets that move real metrics for millions of users. The ideal profile combines a solid engineering foundation, hands-on growth experience serving mobile users, and the conviction to bring proposals, not just execute them.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the full engineering lifecycle of mobile growth initiatives - from shaping the brief with product and business through to production launch and iteration.
Build and optimise growth systems - including funnel instrumentation, referral mechanics, acquisition loops, and experiment frameworks — directly serving the mobile user base.
Collaborate closely with Product Manager, Business Development, and local market teams across multiple regions to translate commercial goals into concrete, data-backed engineering proposals.
Apply AI coding tools actively in your workflow to accelerate development, improve code quality, and bridge across tech stacks where needed.
Drive technical decision-making on growth infrastructure, articulating trade-offs clearly and defending or revising your positions based on evidence.
Mentor engineers on the team and help establish a culture where engineers bring solutions, not just responses.
What We Look For In You
8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production-quality systems at scale.
Hands-on growth engineering experience — funnel optimisation, experiment frameworks, acquisition or referral systems — in a consumer-facing (ToC) product context.
Understanding of mobile users: how they behave, what drives retention and conversion, and how mobile-native growth mechanics differ from web.
Actively uses AI tools as a core part of your engineering workflow — not just for code generation, but for building repeatable workflows and bridging across stacks.
Outspoken and proposal-driven: you come to the table with a point of view, push back when you disagree, and bring data and a counter-proposal rather than just flagging concerns.
Strong cross-functional communication — comfortable working with Product Manager, Business Development, and local markets to align on goals and hold the line on engineering quality.
Data instincts: you think in funnels, know how to instrument what matters, and use metrics to drive decisions.
Nice-To-Haves
Mobile development experience in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) — or backend experience building growth systems that serve mobile apps directly (e.g. growth APIs, attribution pipelines, notification infrastructure).
Experience with Rust or other systems languages — especially candidates who have recently migrated from mobile-native stacks and are building fluency in backend tooling.
Depth in mobile attribution and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, SKAdNetwork).
ASO operational experience (App Store Connect, Google Play Console).
Experience building referral systems, k-factor mechanics, or anti-fraud layers.
Background in fintech, crypto, or regulated consumer financial products.
Experience operating across US, EEA, and APAC markets.
A/B experiment framework ownership at meaningful scale.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!
