WHY WE'RE OPENING THIS APPLICATION
We're growing our HAPS team in Valencia: the people building ICEYE's stratospheric electric aircraft and getting it safely into the sky. The program covers the aircraft itself along with the ground infrastructure and flight test campaigns that support it. It's early-stage enough that the people who join now will shape how it gets designed and operated for years to come.
This posting isn't tied to one fixed opening. We're building a pool of strong engineers so we can move fast as specific roles open, and we'll reach out directly about where you'd fit.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Since this is an open application rather than a posting for one specific role, here's what happens after you apply:
Our recruiting team reviews your background against current and upcoming openings on this program
If there's a fit, we'll reach out for an initial conversation about where you'd land
From there, you'll follow the standard process for that specific role: hiring manager interview, technical interview (often including a technical challenge), hiring team interview, and an offer decision

FlySto is a startup project with a small, distributed team. We have a server, web client, and Android and iOS apps – all written in Kotlin and supported by JetBrains.
Modern aircraft, even small ones, are equipped with sophisticated avionics systems that measure various flight and engine parameters and record them to internal storage or memory cards. The resulting log files contain enough data to literally “replay” an entire flight, displaying the aircraft’s precise position and orientation, along with all instrument readings available to the pilots. Our product allows pilots to store and analyze their flights from different perspectives on the web and mobile devices.
We are currently looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our team!
In this role, you will:
Guide a small team of product designers, ensuring team productivity and high-quality results.
