ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will be a front-line manager to a group of Account Managers who are responsible for hunting, pitching, and expanding the existing customer base at Ramp.
You'll lead a group of 6-8 Account Managers, each carrying a book of 60-70 Enterprise customers with real latitude over how they grow it. This is a build role, not a maintain role: the playbooks, coaching systems, and performance bar you set are the ones this team runs on next year. Your ceiling is set by how well you turn individual AM judgment into a repeatable, scalable motion that grows the segment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and run a high-performing team of 6-8 Account Managers - setting the bar for culture, morale, and daily execution.
- Get embedded in the relationships that matter. Engage directly with key customers and top accounts alongside your team, building trust and long-term partnership.
- Own the number. Manage quota performance and pipeline generation across your team to hit spend activation, product activation, retention, and expansion goals.
- Forecast and report team performance to senior leadership with clear-eyed visibility into what's working and what isn't.
- Hire and develop the next generation of AMs - training on product, buyer personas, competition, and tooling through role-plays, game film, and real deal work.
- Coach relentlessly. Run daily 1:1s, dissect call feedback, lead enablement sessions, and build career paths for every rep on your team.
- Turn what works into a system. Continuously refine team processes and tooling to improve output and efficiency as the segment scales.
- Represent Account Management cross-functionally, partnering with Sales, CX, CSM, Risk, and Product to remove blockers and drive outcomes.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Minimum 5 years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience as an individual contributor, with a proven, consistent track record of exceeding goals (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years building and leading account management or sales teams, with a track record of exceeding goal (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Prior success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS or AI companies
- A genuine passion for hiring, with a thoughtful approach to talent development
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value to customers, including C-Suite and executive leaders
- Strong track record negotiating, structuring, and executing complex agreements
- Proficiency with data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, Excel) and a bias toward using data to drive decisions
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, backed by excellent communication and presentation ability.
- High agency and adaptability - no two days are the same, and the only constant is change
- A desire and willingness to jump headfirst into complex, challenging problems for the good of the business.
Great to Haves
- Experience at a high-growth, top SaaS/AI startup
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
UNITED STATES
- 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents
- One Medical annual membership
- 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp
- Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay
- Pet insurance
- In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Business Risk & Insurance (BRI) team, part of Treasury, safeguards the company's balance sheet, people and physical assets. We are the financial and operational safety net for a company building some of the world's most advanced AI systems, from large-scale compute and data center infrastructure to our offices and the products we put in customers' hands. The team is scaling quickly as Anthropic grows.
As a Risk & Insurance Specialist, you'll build operational excellence across contracts, claims, and day-to-day insurance operations, using AI and automation to streamline processes wherever you can. You'll work closely with Compute, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Security, Product and Payroll to spot emerging risks early, help structure global insurance programs, support our risk-financing strategy and drive loss prevention. This is a rare chance to insure one of the fastest-growing companies, where parts of the risk landscape are still being defined, and to help Anthropic pursue its mission boldly by keeping our operations resilient and protected.
Key responsibilities
Insurance review of contracts: Review insurance and indemnity requirements in customer, vendor, lease, and compute agreements, and advise Legal and business partners on compliant, practical positions.
Insurance operations: Manage claims intake and tracking, certificates of insurance, broker coordination, and policy administration. Build a data warehouse / repository and repeatable processes as volume scales.
Data gathering and reporting: Collect and maintain exposure data (property values, payroll, revenue, headcount, etc.) for renewals, audits, and underwriting submissions.
Actuarial and quantitative analysis: Support limit-adequacy, loss, and retention analyses to inform program structure and decisions.
Captive operations: Support captive formation and ongoing operations, including fronting and reinsurance coordination.
Automation: Identify and implement ways to automate manual insurance workflows using AI and workflow tools.
Cross-functional support: Partner with Compute, Finance, Legal, and Payroll on insurance questions across the business.
Minimum qualifications
Experience in insurance, corporate risk management, brokerage, underwriting, or risk consulting.
Hands-on experience supporting a multi-line commercial insurance program (property, casualty, cyber/tech E&O, D&O/management liability, and similar).
Preferred qualifications
8–12 years in insurance, corporate risk management, brokerage, underwriting, or risk consulting
At least 4 years on the corporate (buyer) side, or in a broker or carrier role serving corporate clients
Experience at, or insuring, a technology company or other fast-growing, complex organization
Property insurance experience, including large or complex property, construction, or data center exposures
Captive insurance experience (formation, management, fronting, or reinsurance)
Experience insuring emerging technology risks, such as AI or technology liability and cyber
Background at a major broker, carrier, or large technology company risk team
Actuarial training or credentials, or experience with actuarial analysis
Familiarity with insurance management systems, SQL or Python, or building workflow automation
Experience building processes from scratch in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is growing fast, and our SOX program needs to keep up. Many of the controls that matter for financial reporting run on engineering systems: who can access production and financial systems, how code changes are reviewed and deployed, and how usage is metered and billed.
We’re hiring a Technical Program Manager to own the technology side of our SOX program. You'll work across engineering, security, GRC, Finance, and Internal Audit to design and run IT controls, drive gaps to closure, and make compliance lighter for engineering teams. You’ll also use Claude to automate evidence collection and control testing, so the program scales without more manual work.
Responsibilities
Own the technology side of the SOX program end-to-end, from planning and control design through evidence, testing, remediation, and year-end reporting
Work with engineering teams to design and roll out IT general controls and IT application controls
Work with engineering teams to build Claude-based workflows, tools, and dashboards to automate evidence collection, control testing, and monitoring that warns engineering teams about compliance issues before an audit finds them
Lead large SOX projects, such as bringing new systems into scope, with clear success criteria, dependencies, and delivery dates
Turn control requirements into concrete engineering work with clear scope, owners, and deadlines, and a design that fits how our teams already build and ship
Build processes to evaluate new products, systems, and major engineering changes for SOX impact before they ship, so the right controls are in place from the start
Build strong working relationships with engineering control owners, help them understand what their controls require, and support them in producing evidence for auditor requests
Investigate control failures down to root cause, and drive engineering teams to fix them in time for the fix to be tested
Help keep an up-to-date list of the systems, apps, and infrastructure in SOX scope, with an owner named for each control
Track system migrations and scope changes, and make sure controls are updated as systems move
Build metrics and dashboards on control health, open findings, and remediation progress
Give regular updates on program status, risks, and remediation to technical leadership
Keep improving the program: simplify control processes, remove manual steps, and raise the share of controls that run cleanly
You may be a good fit if you
Have 7+ years of experience in technical program management, IT audit, or technology compliance, with a focus on SOX and IT general controls
Have run or supported a SOX program at a public or pre-IPO company
Have used automation or AI tools to make compliance work faster and more reliable
Know IT general controls and IT application controls in depth, including access management, change management, and application controls, and how they support financial reporting
Have worked closely with external auditors
Understand cloud infrastructure and engineering workflows, such as code review, CI/CD, and cloud access, well enough to work through a control design with an engineer
Can explain technical risks and control gaps clearly to executives and other non-technical audiences
Are comfortable driving outcomes across engineering, finance, and audit teams that don't report to you
Strong candidates may also have
A background in software, systems, or security engineering
Hands-on experience building with Claude Code or other AI tools
Experience with automated controls in revenue or order-to-cash systems, such as billing and usage metering
Experience with financial systems such as ERP and billing platforms, and the controls around them
Experience building or rebuilding a SOX program at a fast-growing company
Familiarity with other security and IT frameworks, such as NIST or ISO 27001

An overview of this role
As a Senior Partner Solutions Manager, Strategic Partnerships, you'll own the technical strategy and validation of joint work with GitLab's strategic partners: hyperscalers, artificial intelligence (AI) labs, AI-native companies, and development, security, and operations (DevSecOps) vendors. You'll work with partners, Product, and Research and Development (R&D) to turn partner and customer needs into integrations, influence product design, and build the business case for each joint effort, from the first architecture review to a shipped integration. In this role you will also own the AI model evaluation process with our model partners, working closely with our R&D teams to assess new models ahead of release and ensure GitLab is built on the best-performing models for our customers. Unlike a customer-facing Solutions Architect role focused on adoption, you'll work with partners to make GitLab better. This role has no sales quota or variable pay.
At GitLab, our mission is simple: to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world. Our platform doesn't just bring people together-it unites teams and organizations, breaking down barriers and redefining what's possible in software development.
What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end technical strategy for assigned strategic partners, connecting technical requirements with joint business objectives.
Turn partner technology and roadmaps into integration, architecture, and product opportunities across the GitLab platform, from planning to monitoring and AI agents and model integrations.
Resolve complex technical issues across GitLab and partner systems, including cloud architecture, tool integrations, and AI model and agent evaluation and integration. Build working prototypes to validate concepts with partners.
Manage the end-to-end AI model evaluation process with our model partners, coordinating with R&D to secure early access, align on evaluation criteria and timelines, and translate results into partnership and product roadmap decisions.
Design and facilitate partner workshops, architecture reviews, and cloud financial management (FinOps) sessions, bringing in the right participants and documenting outcomes and next steps.
Build business cases for joint technical efforts, defining expected gains, costs, and resources, and securing agreement from partner managers, R&D, and leadership.
Bring partner requirements and technical feedback into Product and R&D discussions to influence product design and the roadmap.
Coordinate Engineering, Product, FinOps, Finance, Sales, and Marketing with partner technical teams to move joint work from evaluation to delivery.
Track cloud, AI, and DevSecOps developments to advise partnership investment, and share reusable findings through documentation, the handbook, reference architectures, and technical content.
What You’ll Bring
Experience as a Senior Solutions Architect, Partner Solutions Architect, Partner Engineer, or in a similar senior technical role. Experience with technology partners or alliances is strongly preferred.
An end-to-end understanding of the software development lifecycle, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), and DevSecOps, with the ability to use GitLab in depth.
Hands-on cloud architecture experience with at least one hyperscaler: Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure. Cloud cost or FinOps experience is a plus.
Working knowledge of AI model evaluation frameworks and agent technology, including large language model (LLM) application programming interfaces (APIs), agent frameworks, and Model Context Protocol (MCP), and how they fit into developer workflows.
Experience designing and facilitating technical workshops with senior technical and business stakeholders, and building business cases that scope work, estimate gains and costs, and size resources.
An autonomous, ownership-driven approach: you identify work and move it forward without waiting for a project backlog.
Clear, concise written and spoken communication, adapting technical and commercial trade-offs for audiences from engineers to executives.
Ability to travel about once a quarter and work hours that overlap with Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). If you're on the US West Coast, expect to start around 7 a.m. Pacific Time; when the day ends is flexible.
About the team
You'll join Strategic Partnerships and report to the VP, Corporate Development and Strategic Partnerships. The team manages GitLab's relationships with hyperscalers, AI companies, and select DevSecOps companies, acting as the business owner and coordinating work across hosting contracts, product integrations, go-to-market activities, purchasing, and partner-specific marketing. Partner managers and directors lead each relationship; you'll own the technical side across partner types and collaborate with R&D, Engineering, FinOps, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
