ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Developer Relations Engineer based in London to join our team and help more developers discover, learn, and build with Supabase. You'll create high-impact content, build real-world projects, and represent Supabase across communities and events. If you're equally energized by writing code and teaching others, this is the role for you.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Supabase is growing fast with 350,000+ developers, 1,000+ OSS contributors, and a thriving open source ecosystem. Our users are builders, startup founders, weekend hackers, and engineers scaling to millions of users. DevRel is how we meet them where they are: through content, community, and code.
We're building a community of communities that brings together developers from many backgrounds, including first-time open source contributors. As a DevRel Engineer, you'll be a bridge between Supabase and the broader developer ecosystem, helping people get started, go deep, and feel connected.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Make content — Publish compelling technical content, especially video, to help developers learn Supabase quickly
- Build demos and tutorials — Ship real-world apps using Supabase and tools like Next.js, React, and Stripe. Write guides that others can follow and remix
- Represent Supabase — Speak at meetups, livestream builds, and engage with the developer ecosystem. You'll be a visible and trusted voice of the platform
- Support and grow the community — Celebrate contributors, answer questions, highlight cool projects, and bring developer feedback to the team
- Collaborate across the company — Work with engineering, product, and growth to amplify launches, prioritize content, and reduce friction for new users
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF
- You've built full-stack apps and enjoy sharing your knowledge
- You create content that makes people want to open their code editor
- You're equally comfortable writing a video script and TypeScript
- You're energized by community whether it's on Discord, Twitter, YouTube, or in person
- You're self-directed, organized, and excited to contribute to open source
REQUIREMENTS
This role is based in London to support regular in-person DevRel video shoots, attend local events, and be an active presence in the London tech ecosystem.
- Strong engineering skills, especially with JavaScript or TypeScript, Postgres, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Svelte, Vue, etc.)
- Experience creating technical content (written or video)
- Comfortable representing a product publicly (on camera, on stage, or online)
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
- A growing audience on YouTube, Twitch, or Twitter
- Prior experience in DevRel or open source
- Have used (and loved) Supabase
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

Workplace: Hybrid
Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Search is being rebuilt in real time. Millions of people now start with a question to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity, and the answer they get decides which products they try. When someone asks how to build an app, a website, or a tool for their business, Replit needs to be the answer.
We're hiring an AEO/GEO/SEO Lead to own how Replit gets discovered, across AI-generated answers and traditional search. This is a zero-to-one role. You'll define the strategy, then execute it yourself with AI-leveraged production, agency partners, and cross-functional teams behind you. You'll work daily with our Web, Growth, Brand, Content, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
The fastest-growing AI-native companies have already turned AI answers into a primary acquisition channel. Your mandate is to do the same for Replit: grow AI referral traffic into one of our largest sources of new builders, keep our traditional search presence compounding, and make Replit the platform AI assistants recommend when anyone wants to build software.
Replit moves fast. We ship continuously, experiment relentlessly, and aim to make every builder more productive and creative. We're looking for someone who thrives in that environment: part strategist, part operator, part scientist of a channel that changes every month.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the AEO/GEO Strategy Define where Replit must show up across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, for which prompts and buyer intents, and build the playbook to win those answers. Set targets, sequence the roadmap, and defend the strategy with data.
- Win Citations Across the Open Web LLMs cite what they trust: Reddit threads, YouTube videos, high-authority publications, community content, and well-structured owned pages. Build durable programs on each of these surfaces, understand the half-life of an AI citation, and keep Replit ranked as models retrain and retrieval systems shift.
- Run SEO End to End Own keyword strategy, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content-driven organic growth in partnership with our Head of Web. Protect and grow search equity through a major site relaunch, and coordinate with our paid search team on keyword coverage.
- Build the Content Engine Produce and direct content designed for two readers at once: LLM crawlers and humans. Blogs, comparison pages, videos, and structured resources, created at volume with AI-assisted workflows and held to a high quality bar. The durable human work here is judgment: strategy, editorial quality, and distribution.
- Stand Up Measurement Build reporting for a channel that lacks perfect attribution: AI referral traffic, share of voice in AI answers, citation tracking, and downstream signups and revenue. Run controlled experiments, isolate what actually moves citations, and teach the rest of the company what you learn.
- Direct Agencies and Tools Own our agency and vendor relationships across search and AI visibility, plus the tool stack that powers tracking and production. Write the briefs, hold the quality bar, and decide what stays in-house.
YOU'LL BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:
- Have 4+ years in growth marketing, SEO, content, or technical marketing (SaaS, technology, or developer-focused businesses a plus)
- Have owned a channel end to end and can walk through what you built, what moved, and the numbers behind it
- Have taught yourself a new channel or skill from zero and turned it into shipped results
- Use AI daily as a builder (automations, agents, dashboards, small apps you can show) and are forming your own point of view on how AI assistants find and cite sources
- Have working technical SEO literacy (crawling, indexing, structured data, site architecture) and the appetite to go much deeper
- Write clearly and quickly, and can direct people, agencies, and AI tools to produce content that earns citations
- Have a founder mindset: you identify gaps and fill them, move quickly, don't wait for someone else to define the playbook, and dig into the details with low ego\\
Bonus Points:
- Shipped AEO/GEO work with results you can show, especially if you helped make AI answers an acquisition channel
- Earned presence on surfaces you don't own: Reddit communities, YouTube, digital PR
- Hands-on with AI visibility and citation tracking tools (Profound, Peec, Ahrefs Brand Radar, or similar)
- Programmatic SEO at meaningful scale
- You've built with Replit or other AI building tools and understand our audience firsthand
Full-Time Employee Benefits Include:
💰 Competitive Salary & Equity
💹 401(k) Program with a 4% match (US Only)
⚕️ Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance
🩼 Short Term and Long Term Disability
🚼 Paid Parental, Medical, Caregiver Leave

Participate in the team’s on-call rotation and take ownership of production systems in a you-build-it-you-run-it culture.
Support teammates through thoughtful code reviews, design reviews, knowledge sharing, and informal mentorship.
Qualifications:
6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant experience building and operating backend services in production.
Fluency using AI tools in software engineering workflows, including the judgment to direct, evaluate, and validate AI-generated output.
Experience designing and delivering customer-facing systems that are scalable, reliable, observable, and maintainable.
Strong programming experience in Go or a comparable backend language such as Python, Rust, or C++. Our team is using Go.
Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, data pipelines, APIs, data modeling, or data-intensive services.

Experience diagnosing production issues and improving system reliability through metrics, logs, traces, alerting, and other observability practices.
Experience working in a cloud environment and with infrastructure-as-code or equivalent deployment and operations tooling.
Ability to take an ambiguous problem from discovery and scoping through design, implementation, launch, and ongoing operation.
Clear, thoughtful communication and a collaborative approach to working with technical and non-technical partners.
Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, analytics, data platforms, or similarly data-intensive products.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
WHO WE ARE:
This role sits on the EMEA Leadership Team and reports to the General Manager, EMEA.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the GTM strategy, operating rhythm, and growth plan for Germany, with accountability for overall regional revenue outcomes across Sales Assist and Self Serve contribution.
- Lead as a second-line manager: hire, coach, and develop frontline leaders and IC teams across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, and supporting GTM functions.
- Scale a country-first GTM motion that brings Notion closer to German customers through local executive engagement, market nuance, and faster field-level decision-making.
- Accelerate the land engine by opening the right front doors, growing professional workspaces, increasing net-new and upgrade opportunities, and connecting self-serve signals to sales-assisted motion.
- Win lighthouse customers and turn them into market momentum by making them wildly successful, telling their story locally, and using those wins to influence peer companies across Germany.
- Embed Notion’s AI-era GTM model across the team, including agent-enabled customer journeys, first-agent workflow activation, AI/agent demo proficiency, and stronger “build with the customer” motions.
- Make agentic transformation central to the German GTM motion: help customers identify high-value workflows, build and deploy Notion Agents, automate cross-functional work, and measure outcomes from AI adoption.
- Partner tightly with Solutions Consultants, Outcomes Architects, Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers, Professional Services, and Channel to reduce handoffs and deliver faster, more durable customer value.
- Build “sell with” partner motions in Germany, including partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell plays, enablement, AI/agentic solution packages, and joint account planning.
- Establish Notion as a visible force in the German ecosystem through executive dinners, field events, startup and community engagement, partner activations, and customer advocacy.
- Represent the voice of German customers back to Product, PMM, Marketing, and EMEA leadership, especially around AI transformation, enterprise requirements, security, compliance, localization, and competitive dynamics.
- Create a talent destination in Germany by hiring builder-oriented leaders and ICs, raising the craft bar, and developing the next generation of AI-native GTM talent.
- Drive operational excellence across forecasting, pipeline quality, territory planning, inspection cadence, performance management, and cross-functional execution.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
A strategic and hands-on GTM operator who has scaled enterprise SaaS or AI businesses in Germany and knows how to build a market, not just inherit one. You have led through managers, owned complex revenue outcomes, and created local market momentum through customers, partners, community, and talent.
You combine second-line leadership with builder energy. You can set a crisp country strategy, install the operating system to execute it, and step into the field when needed — whether joining an executive customer conversation, sharpening a pipeline plan, coaching a manager, or helping the team translate a customer problem into an AI-powered, agentic workflow.
You are excited by Notion’s shift to an AI-native, country-first GTM model and believe the best GTM teams will increasingly be builders: BDRs who identify transformation opportunities, Solutions Consultants who build with customers in the room, Outcomes Architects who turn early workflows into durable adoption, and Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers who design the technical systems behind complex agentic workflows.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years SaaS or AI sales & GTM teams in Germany.
- Proven second-line leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing frontline managers and high-performing IC teams.
- Track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets across new business, expansion, and renewal/churn dynamics.
- Deep knowledge of the German enterprise and startup ecosystem, including executive buyer networks, local partner channels, and market-specific buying dynamics.
- Experience building or scaling a regional/country business in a high-growth or ambiguous environment.
- Experience selling, implementing, or leading GTM teams around AI, automation, agentic workflows, collaboration, productivity, developer, or data products.
- Strong strategic judgment: ability to define a country plan, segment the market, prioritize accounts and plays, and align cross-functional teams around outcomes.
- Operational rigor across forecasting, pipeline generation, inspection, performance management, territory planning, and sales process.
- Executive presence with CIO, CTO, CPO, COO, and business transformation buyers, with the ability to shape a compelling AI and agentic workflow narrative.
- Strong understanding of modern GTM motions across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, Professional Services, Channel, Marketing, RevOps, and Product.
- Builder mentality and deep AI curiosity: comfortable learning, demoing, and coaching teams on agent-first workflows, proof-of-value motions, and customer co-building.
- Fluency in German and English.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience launching or scaling a country-first or regional GTM operating model.
- Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, APIs, webhooks, connectors, data residency, AI governance, and technical evaluation processes.
- Experience scaling partner, channel, marketplace, or consultant-led GTM motions around AI or workflow transformation.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp wins when our customers win. Ramp’s customer base is scaling rapidly, spanning more businesses, more users, and more use cases across increasingly complex finance operations. At the same time, our expanding product surface area — from cards and expense management to bill payments, procurement, vendor management, accounting automation, and emerging products — is creating more nuanced customer needs and more cross-functional support moments. AI is changing what is possible in parallel: giving CX new ways to route, resolve, and guide customers, while raising the bar for where human judgment, specialization, and consultative support matter most.
We are hiring a Director to lead a critical part of our omni-channel Customer Experience organization: the teams and leaders serving customers across Phone, Email, and Chat. You will lead within a 24/7 customer operation, ensuring the right coverage, leadership, and customer experience across channels. This role is accountable for the performance of its channel portfolio, helping customers get the right answer quickly and delivering consistent results across quality, speed, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
The role combines direct leadership of channel teams with close partnership across CX Operations, CX Specialized teams, CX AI Ops, and Product Operations. You will develop strong managers and frontline teams, create real accountability, and stay close enough to the work to understand where customers and teams are getting stuck. You will translate the department’s direction into clear priorities, stronger operating routines, and measurable improvements across Phone, Email, and Chat.
Because Ramp’s CX team sits within the Product organization, this role has close ties to the technical teams and products our customers use every day. That proximity gives CX a unique opportunity to turn frontline insight into better workflows, stronger product feedback loops, and an AI-powered way of working.
This role is a strong fit for a thoughtful, hands-on leader who learns quickly, raises the bar, and makes clear decisions in a fast-changing environment. You are comfortable owning the day-to-day, rolling up your sleeves to understand the work and the product deeply, developing people, setting high standards, and turning complex problems into clear plans that improve outcomes for customers and teams. You will help define how managers lead, how frontline teams use AI and automation, where human judgment matters most, how channels work together, and how CX scales through Ramp’s next chapter.
If you love building high-performing teams, solving hard operational problems, and helping customers win through rapid product, business, and AI-driven change, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own day-to-day channel execution — lead Phone, Email, and Chat teams, stay close to the work, and drive frontline performance across customer satisfaction, quality, service levels, resolution quality, and productivity.
- Develop CX leadership — coach Managers, set clear expectations, and build accountability for team performance and customer outcomes.
- Serve as an escalation point — help resolve high-priority customer and internal escalations, bringing sound judgment, urgency, and clear communication to complex issues.
- Improve tools, workflows, and channel execution — use product knowledge, customer feedback, quality findings, and performance data to improve operating routines, resolve cross-channel trade-offs, and partner with CX Operations, CX Specialized teams, AI, Product Operations, Product, Engineering, Risk, and other stakeholders on better workflows and automation opportunities.
- Challenge how we operate — evaluate whether our metrics, workflows, team structures, training, and operating model meet today’s customer and business needs. Bring a founder mindset by questioning assumptions, testing new approaches, and helping the organization evolve.
- Shape the AI-powered future of CX — define how CX should evolve as Ramp grows, including how managers lead, how frontline teams use AI and automation, where specialization improves the customer experience, and where human judgment should be elevated.
- Turn strategy and emerging opportunities into scalable operations — translate department priorities and new business areas into clear channel plans, repeatable processes, strong change management, and high adoption across Phone, Email, and Chat.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Experience as a leader who has managed large, complex operational teams in a fast-paced environment; traditional support experience is valuable but not required.
- Exceptional learning agility and horsepower, with startup or similarly high-ownership operating experience; you learn new domains quickly, move through ambiguity, and build structure without waiting for perfect information.
- A record of improving customer-facing operations through rigorous analysis, strategic problem solving, and strong execution, including finding practical solutions to complex problems others may miss.
- An empathetic, direct leadership style that develops people while holding a high personal and team bar for performance, quality, ownership, and follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to align teams and cross-functional partners around difficult decisions.
- A builder mentality around technology and operations, with experience using AI, automation, or workflow tooling to transform the customer and team experience and drive changes from idea to adoption.
- Curiosity about the business behind the support motion, with the ability to connect customer needs, product complexity, frontline workflows, and company priorities.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience leading multiple customer-facing channels, such as Phone, Email, Chat, or other real-time and asynchronous support operations.
- Experience in FinTech, financial services, or another complex, highly regulated environment.
- Experience partnering with operations, product, or tooling teams to improve customer-facing workflows across multiple teams.
- Experience scaling customer operations at a high-growth startup.

For candidates located in New York City or San Francisco, the base salary range for this role is $220,000–$290,000. For candidates located in all other locations, the base salary range will be between $190,000-$260,000.

You'll partner closely with Solutions Consultants to identify and target companies that are ready to rethink how they work—and your job is to get them in the room. This isn't generic pipeline work: you're qualifying for workflow-first, build-ready opportunities that set SCs up to win. If you're competitive, curious, and energized by outbound that actually means something, this is the role for you.
This role is based in Dublin, Ireland. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Generate qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts in your assigned book, partnering with your sellers on account and outbound strategy
- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns—email, phone, LinkedIn, and events—to create urgency and secure first meetings with the right decision-makers
- Conduct initial qualification to ensure meetings handed to sellers are "ready to build," not just "ready to talk"—validating ICP, intent, and workflow fit before the handoff
- Document and deliver clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals, pain points, workflow hypothesis, and stakeholder context so sellers can hit the ground running
- Leverage GTM System tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting, prioritize accounts by signal strength, and increase the quality and consistency of your outbound motion
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation, with hands-on experience in cold prospecting across phone, email, and social channels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, persona-specific outreach that earns a response
- Sharp qualification instincts—able to quickly assess ICP fit, identify urgency, and set solutions consultants up for high-quality first conversations
- Passion for AI/ML and understanding of API-first or consumption-based business models
- High-activity mindset with the discipline to prioritize based on signal and data, not just volume
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
- Fluency in Dutch
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar GTM tooling
- Familiarity with Notion as a product or prior experience selling productivity, collaboration, or workflow software
- Background in a high-velocity, metric-driven outbound environment with clear pipeline targets
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €70,000 OTE per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Clipboard is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to help build and run the systems behind our sales organization.
You'll work across Salesforce, data, automation, and internal tools to help our sales team operate more effectively. That might mean building an automation that eliminates a recurring workflow, investigating a messy data problem, redesigning part of our Salesforce setup, or building a new system from the ground up.
We are a small team with an unusual operating model. Much of our execution runs through AI agents that we direct and quality-check, allowing each analyst to operate with the leverage of a much larger team.
This is equal parts builder and operator. You'll own systems end to end, work through ambiguous requests from reps and leadership, and be accountable for making sure the things you build actually work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own live systems. Take ownership of production systems such as account distribution, deal intelligence, competitor tracking, and data sync pipelines. You'll be accountable for their accuracy and reliability.
- Solve ambiguous problems. Work through requests from sales reps, managers, and leadership, figure out what is actually needed, and execute quickly.
- Direct AI agents. Write specs and prompts, supervise AI agents, and rigorously QA their output before it touches production data.
- Build automations and tools. Create scripts, scheduled jobs, Slack bots, and lightweight web apps that turn recurring manual work into scalable systems.
- Analyze and report. Use SQL and other tools to answer important revenue questions and build reporting the organization can trust.
- Guard data quality. Handle merges, deduplication, account mapping, enrichment, and other work required to keep our systems accurate at scale.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Evidence of building. You've built scripts, automations, tools, systems, or other solutions to real problems.
- AI-native working style. You already use AI to multiply your output and understand where it can fail and how to verify its work.
- High judgment under ambiguity. You can take a loosely defined problem, figure out what matters, and know when to act versus when to ask.
- Strong attention to detail. You're comfortable being the last line of defense before changes affect production systems and large datasets.
- Bias to ownership. When something you own breaks, you don't just fix the immediate issue. You look for the underlying problem and improve the system.
SQL and Python experience are strong pluses, but we're more interested in your curiosity, judgment, and ability to ship than checking every technical box.
NICE TO HAVE
- Salesforce administration or development experience, including flows, SOQL, or data model design.
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, analytics, or a similar environment.
- Experience building automations with tools, scripts, APIs, or AI agents.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
1. Application Review – We'll review your experience and evidence of things you've built, automated, or owned.
2. Take-Home Assessment – A practical, ~2-hour assessment using a fictional company, mock website, and CRM. You'll have 48 hours to complete it, and AI tools are encouraged.
3. Technical Walkthrough – A 30-minute session where you'll demo what you built, explain your decisions, and make a small live change to your system.
4. Manager Interview – A 30-minute conversation focused on communication, ownership, judgment, and how you operate under ambiguity.
5. Final Steps / Offer! – Some candidates may have an executive conversation, followed by references and an offer.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary
- Insurance benefits + 401k options
- Unlimited PTO and flexible holidays
- Remote-first working environment

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Senior Sales Regional Enterprise Manager
At Wolt, we create technology that brings local communities, merchants and customers closer together. What started with restaurant delivery has grown into a broader local commerce platform, helping customers discover and access more of what their cities have to offer.
As our Retail business continues to grow, we’re looking for a
Senior Sales Regional Enterprise Manager
to expand our selection of high-value regional retail partners. You’ll join our Sales team and take ownership of some of the most important regional acquisition opportunities across priority retail verticals, helping shape what customers can find on Wolt in their cities.
This role can be based in Berlin, Cologne, Frankfurt, Hamburg or Munich .
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you’ll own the acquisition and development of high-value regional Enterprise retail partners in Germany, from identifying and engaging the right prospects through commercial negotiations, signing and initial rollout. You’ll combine strong commercial execution with a strategic view on which partners can have the greatest impact on Wolt’s selection, coverage and long-term growth.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Own the end-to-end sales cycle for regional Enterprise retail opportunities, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, contracting and signing.
Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of larger regional retailers and multi-location partners across priority verticals such as grocery, convenience, pet, pharmacy and beauty.
Develop a deep understanding of prospective partners’ businesses and create compelling commercial propositions that demonstrate the value of partnering with Wolt.
Lead complex commercial negotiations, balancing partner needs with sustainable economics and Wolt’s long-term business objectives.
Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers and act as a trusted commercial partner throughout the sales process.
Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Account Management, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Product to structure partnerships and enable successful launches.
Take ownership beyond the signature, ensuring a strong handover and initial rollout so that newly acquired partners can successfully go live and scale.
Use market insights, pipeline data and commercial learnings to identify opportunities, prioritize the highest-impact accounts and continuously improve our regional Enterprise sales approach.
Contribute to sharing best practices and raising the bar for Enterprise sales execution across the wider team.
Our humble expectations
You have significant experience in B2B sales, business development or strategic partnerships, ideally working with Enterprise or other complex, multi-stakeholder customers.
You have a strong track record of independently managing and closing complex commercial opportunities from initial outreach through contract signature.
You’re an excellent negotiator and understand how to build partnerships that create sustainable value for both sides.
You’re comfortable engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, both externally and across cross-functional internal teams.
You combine a hands-on, results-oriented sales mindset with strong commercial judgment and the ability to prioritize opportunities based on their strategic impact.
You’re highly structured and comfortable managing multiple opportunities and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
You’re comfortable working with data and commercial metrics to evaluate opportunities, build business cases and inform decisions.
You communicate clearly and persuasively and are fluent in German and English.
What we offer
This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in the next phase of Wolt’s Retail growth. You’ll have direct ownership of high-impact regional partnerships and the autonomy to take opportunities from first conversation all the way through to launch.
You’ll work at the intersection of sales, strategy and operations, collaborating with experienced colleagues across Wolt while building relationships with some of the most important retailers in the market. The role offers substantial commercial ownership and exposure while giving you the opportunity to develop further in Enterprise sales and contribute to how we scale our Retail business.
You’ll also join a fast-moving international environment where good ideas can quickly turn into action, with the tools, support and trust to take ownership of your work and make a visible impact.
Next steps
If this sounds like an opportunity you’d be excited about, we’d love to hear from you.
After you apply, our Talent Acquisition team will review your application and get in touch with selected candidates for an initial conversation. The process will typically include interviews with the hiring team and relevant stakeholders, giving you the opportunity to learn more about the role, team and business while we get to know your experience and approach.
Depending on the role and location, the process may also include a practical case or commercial exercise. We’ll share the exact interview steps and expectations with you as you progress through the process.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Are you the person on your team who builds the agent everyone else ends up using? We're looking for an AI Engineer to join our Training Product team and do that at Baseten. You'll build AI-driven product features for the customers training and post-training frontier models on our platform, and you'll raise the ceiling on how Baseten itself uses AI internally, turning manual workflows into agentic ones that make every other team faster.
You'll work directly with our research engineers to scope and build products, taking ideas from a research loop that already works internally to something customers can run themselves. This is a hands-on role with real autonomy. You'll pick the problems worth solving, build the harnesses, execution flows, and guardrails that make AI systems reliable, and own the results. If you've been shipping agents and want that to be the job, let's talk.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
Take a look at these blog posts written by members of our team:
- Baseten Training: an autoresearch substrate https://www.baseten.co/blog/baseten-training-an-autoresearch-substrate/
- Introducing Baseten Loops https://www.baseten.co/blog/introducing-the-baseten-loops-sdk/
- Harnesses are everything. Here's how to optimize yours. https://www.baseten.co/blog/harnesses-are-everything-heres-how-to-optimize-yours/
- Building with NVIDIA Nemotron 3 Ultra and LangChain Deep Agents Code on Baseten https://www.baseten.co/blog/nvidia-nemotron-3-ultra-and-langchain-deep-agents-on-baseten/
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and ship agentic product experiences, including chat-style and assistant-like interfaces, from prototype to GA.
- Design the harnesses, execution flows, and guardrails that make AI systems reliable in production.
- Build internal automation and AI tooling that measurably increases the velocity of engineering, research, and go-to-market teams.
- Partner with research engineers to scope product opportunities out of internal research workflows and turn them into customer-facing features.
- Define and instrument evals so you know whether a change actually improved output quality.
- Work throughout the stack (API layer, backend, agent orchestration, frontend) to implement features end to end.
- Use Baseten's own training and inference products yourself to develop intuition around customer workflows.
- Identify where AI can replace manual process across the company and build the thing rather than write the proposal.
- Fix bugs and resolve customer issues with urgency.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping software applications.
- Demonstrated experience building AI or LLM-powered products, agents, or agentic workflows that real users depend on.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to clear a real technical bar, not just prompt well.
- Ability to build accurate mental models of how systems work under the hood, including the models and harnesses you're building on.
- Proficiency in Python, with fluency in at least one other language.
- Comfort working autonomously in a fast-moving environment with limited structure.
- Ability to move between customer-facing product work and internal tooling and automation.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical depth and business needs.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience as a founding engineer or early employee at a startup.
- Experience building evals, agent observability, or tooling for non-deterministic systems.
- Familiarity with agent frameworks and harnesses (LangChain, Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, MCP).
- Experience with model development methods like supervised fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, synthetic data generation, LoRA, and full fine-tunes.
- Frontend fluency.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).
