Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation and growth drive everything we do. Our Product team defines how millions of people experience Deliveroo, turning complex marketplace challenges into simple, high-impact solutions.
Working at the intersection of data, design and engineering, we set direction, prioritise what matters most, and deliver outcomes that move the business forward.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our London team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us define and build purpose-built, highly differentiated shopping experiences across our growing portfolio of Retail categories.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Retail Categories team. Retail only wins category by category; a single, generic shopping experience cannot do justice to the unique ways people buy apparel, auto parts, or home improvement goods. This role owns the end-to-end category shopping experience for a defined portfolio, transforming broad customer promises into shipped surfaces and distinct emotional hooks that drive habitual buying behavior.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Define Category Strategy:
Formulate the category experience strategy and decide which categories and bets to invest in first, sequencing for maximum growth and impact.
Execute Signature Product Bets:
Translate each category's promise into concrete, testable product bets—such as personal-shopper features using doorstep returns for Apparel or fitment-accurate part lookup for Auto Parts—and ship them end to end.
Optimise Category Surfaces:
Own the category merchandising and storefront surfaces that differentiate one vertical from another while maintaining a cohesive and intuitive Retail experience.
Leverage Platform Capabilities:
Partner with shared platform infrastructure (such as doorstep returns or fulfillment) to build bespoke category experiences without rebuilding core infrastructure.
Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner deeply with BD, Sales, Catalog, and Search teams to ensure category surfaces are powered by accurate data and align cleanly with merchant relationships.
Measure Impact:
Use data, customer insight, and experimentation to prioritise initiatives, define success metrics, and directly move the needle on conversion and repeat purchases.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential
Proven Consumer Product Experience:
Demonstrated success in product management on consumer-facing products, ideally within e-commerce, marketplaces, or multi-sided platforms.
Track Record of 0-to-1 Innovation:
Proven ability to ship brand-new or highly differentiated shopping experiences, navigating ambiguity to break broad opportunities into focused, testable bets.
Strong Analytical Capabilities:
Comfort driving data-informed prioritisation, establishing robust success metrics, and utilising experimentation to measure category-level impact.
Stakeholder & Business Partnership:
Experience partnering closely with cross-functional product teams (Engineering, Design, Analytics) as well as commercial teams like BD and Sales to align business needs with product strategy.
Customer-Obsessed Product Instinct:
A natural intuition for customer behaviour, understanding what makes a shopping experience feel right and how to design the emotional hook that drives retention.
Nice to Have
Specialised Retail Domain Knowledge:
Prior experience working with merchandising, category management, product detail pages (PDP), or specialised shopping flows.
Data Structure Familiarity:
Experience working alongside Catalog or Search product areas to power front-end surfaces with complex item data.

Partner closely with Data Science to improve fraud models, optimise decisioning, and reduce false positives.
Develop executive reporting and dashboards that provide clear visibility into business performance and emerging risks.
Leading Cross-Functional Execution
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Fraud Operations, Payments, and external partners to deliver strategic initiatives.
Influence roadmaps, align stakeholders, and ensure our fraud capabilities continue to scale with the business.
Represent Payments Risk across senior leadership discussions and drive alignment on priorities and investment decisions.
Improve our Payments Ecosystem
Partner with payment providers, acquirers, and card networks to improve payment performance, optimise dispute outcomes, and maintain compliance with scheme requirements.
Continuously improve operational processes through automation, tooling, and scalable controls.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong analytical skills and enjoys solving complex business problems.
You'll likely have experience in payments, fraud, fintech, marketplaces, financial services, or another fast-paced, data-driven environment.
You'll bring:
Experience owning complex fraud, payments, risk, or trust & safety initiatives with measurable commercial impact.

A track record of leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Data Science.
The ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Experience with payment fraud, chargebacks, promotions abuse, or card payment ecosystems is highly desirable.
You'll thrive here if you...
Think like an owner and enjoy accountability
Love solving ambiguous, high-impact business problems
Are equally comfortable analysing data and influencing senior stakeholders
Enjoy working across multiple teams to turn ideas into execution
Balance customer experience with commercial outcomes
Continuously challenge the status quo and look for better ways of working

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
The Dev Environments team sits within DoorDash's Foundations group (Platform Engineering). We own the local and remote developer experience across the DoorDash group of companies supporting over 5000 engineers. Our mission is to enable engineering velocity, quality, and efficiency at significant scale by removing friction from the day-to-day developer loop: spinning up a working environment, getting code building, and getting feedback fast, whether the "developer" is a human or an AI agent.
As a Staff Engineer on Dev Environments, you'll be recognised as an expert across the dev environments space, covering both local and remote dev flows, devcontainers, IDE/remote backends, and how they all fit together, including owning accountability for outcomes that span multiple teams. You'll set technical direction for the team's roadmap, unblock deep cross-cutting technical problems other engineers can't resolve alone, and mentor senior and mid-level engineers. You'll partner closely with engineering leadership across the group to translate ambiguous, company-wide developer-experience problems into a concrete, sequenced technical strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing
Technical direction
Define the architecture for how thousands of engineers across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo actually develop and ship code: local and remote dev containers, remote IDE/VM lifecycle, and the full local-to-remote loop.
Build monorepo dev tooling at scale. It's part of consolidating all the companies under DoorDash’s umbrella onto one global backend - you're setting the standard, not patching one org's tooling.
Provision production-shaped environments in seconds, keep state in sync over the network, and make a remote machine feel local, reliably and cheaply, at thousands-of-concurrent-engineers scale.
Expect to invent as much as you adopt: much of this is genuinely unsolved elsewhere in the industry.
Design for AI agents as first-class consumers of the environment, not an afterthought: sandboxes that spin up on demand, run in parallel, and are safe to hand a real repo.
Support agents launched from an IDE, a CLI, or a Slack message - with no laptop required to review and ship what the agent did.
Collaboration & leadership
Align teams that don't naturally sit adjacent to each other (e.g. Security, Infrastructure, Product Engineering) around unstructured, ambiguous problems where there's no existing playbook.
Mentor engineers at all levels: run design reviews; raise the engineering bar through code review, pairing, and architectural guidance when appropriate.
Help set the hiring bar: lead interview loops, help calibrate, and support onboarding of senior hires.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential:
A track record of shipping production systems and leading cross-team initiatives with group level impact - comfortable owning delivery end to end, from design through to production and adoption.
Hands on fluency with the languages and tooling used to build developer tooling (e.g. Go, Python, TypeScript) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
Experience managing compute via Kubernetes (multi-tenant workload isolation, autoscaling ephemeral workloads, cost management), or lightweight VM/sandbox technology (e.g. Firecracker).
Working knowledge of cloud networking, including securely and cost-effectively routing traffic across network boundaries (VPNs, service meshes, etc.)
Experience integrating LLM/AI tooling into developer workflows - e.g. Claude Code - both locally, and remotely.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence senior stakeholders and align multiple non-adjacent teams without formal authority over them.
Experience building close working relationships with the engineering teams who consume your platform, not just the platform team itself.
Nice to have:
Experience in developer platforms or adjacent infrastructure: devcontainers, remote development, remote IDE backends, or developer workstation tooling.
Practical experience with JetBrains remote-backend flows, Codespaces/Codeserver-style products, or equivalent.
Experience with remote build/execution systems (e.g. BuildBuddy), or large-scale build caching.

The Role
As a Program Manager for our Operational Support team, you will lead the design and delivery of large-scale programmes across the SMB Hub — from structured engagement frameworks to communications and change initiatives — that keep the Hub's commercial priorities moving and measurable. As a Program Manager, you will work closely with Sales, New Partner Experience (NMX), Account Management and Partner Support leads to ensure the right initiatives land at the right time, applying a recognised delivery methodology to keep programmes on track.
This is an ideal role for an individual with strong project and time management skills who can manage multiple concurrent programmes end-to-end, while also designing long-term frameworks that drive lasting change across a large, fast-moving operation.
The Team
The SMB Hub brings together our commercial teams — Sales, New Partner Experience (NPX), Account Management and Partner Support — responsible for Deliveroo's relationships with thousands of independent restaurant and retail partners across Europe, supported through our in-house contact centre in Manchester and third-party providers.
The Operational Support team is the glue that holds the Hub together. Within the team, we own workforce management (WFM), commercial excellence, tooling and automation — and this role is central to delivering change, ensuring effective communication throughout the Hub, and driving commercial excellence for our partners and the Hub as a whole.
Core Responsibilities
Programme & Change Management
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale SMB initiatives — from scoping and governance through to sign-off, communications and reporting — so senior teams can track commercial impact.
Apply a consistent, recognised methodology (PRINCE2 or Six Sigma) to give initiatives clear milestones, risk management and quality control.
Design and embed a structured engagement framework for the Hub, defining how initiatives are prioritised, resourced and measured.
Strategic Planning
Translate Hub priorities into actionable delivery plans that support commercial objectives, such as Ad revenue growth and partner adoption of Ads and Offers.
Monitor delivery and engagement metrics (e.g. Peakon, adoption rates) and use the insight to adjust plans, manage risk and support decision-making.
Collaborate with senior leadership across Sales, NMX and Account Management to align delivery capacity with Hub priorities.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Own the SMB communications strategy — channel ownership, sequencing and accountability — to improve clarity and consistency of key messages.
Produce clear, structured reporting that translates operational detail into decisions for senior stakeholders.
Act as the conduit between Sales, NPX, Account Management, Partner Support and Ops, keeping a wide stakeholder group aligned and informed.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading delivery of the Hub's structured engagement framework, defining how initiatives are prioritised and measured.
Designing and implementing strategic communications and change initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment and coaching teams to embed new ways of working.
Applying PRINCE2 or Six Sigma to bring rigour, clear milestones and risk management to SMB programmes.
Delivering the Hub's career pathway and capability-building initiatives, connecting development and learning to progression.
Championing change and identifying new ways of working with Sales, NPX and Account Management to ensure agents have the right tools and content.
Partnering with the commercial excellence and central teams to build robust plans that drive change through better engagement, improved efficiency or increased capability.
Linking delivery directly to commercial outcomes, such as Ad revenue growth and partner adoption of Ads and Offers.
Identifying risks and inconsistencies before they affect delivery, escalating and problem-solving with appropriate autonomy.
What You'll Need to Thrive
This is a delivery-focused role that will require an individual who can manage a number of competing priorities across a live, fast-moving Hub while keeping sight of the bigger picture. The successful candidate will be structured, comfortable applying a recognised delivery methodology, and confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
The required skills include:

Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the Team
It’s an exciting time to join our rapidly growing Accounting team with ample development opportunities. We're growing the Revenue Data team with Engineering and Accounting Data openings to drive automation and systems infrastructure. All whilst while keeping pace within one of the fastest growing marketplace companies globally.
About the Role
The Engineer for Accounting Infrastructure and Systems designs, builds, and maintains the scalable backend services, data pipelines, and integrations that power DoorDash / Deliveroo's accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting workflows. Working closely with Finance, Accounting, and fellow engineers, this role translates complex financial and regulatory requirements into reliable, automated systems that ensure accuracy, auditability, and compliance at scale. The ideal candidate brings strong distributed-systems and data engineering expertise along with a solid understanding of financial processes, and takes technical ownership of critical projects while mentoring junior engineers and helping shape the team's architecture and best practices.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
Take technical ownership of critical accounting infrastructure projects — designing and building the backend services, data pipelines, and integrations that power DoorDash's financial reporting, reconciliation, and close workflows at scale.
Partner directly with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into reliable, auditable, and automated systems.
Shape the team's architecture and engineering best practices, mentoring junior engineers and raising the technical bar across the organization.
Drive measurable improvements in data accuracy, pipeline reliability, and system performance in a high-impact, compliance-critical environment.
We're excited about you because…
You have 3 - 4+ years of experience in software or data engineering, with a strong track record of owning and delivering complex backend or data infrastructure projects.
You have deep expertise in distributed systems and data engineering, with hands-on experience in tools like Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, or similar modern data stack technologies.
You can navigate the intersection of engineering and finance — understanding concepts like revenue recognition, reconciliation, and auditability well enough to build systems that meet those requirements.
You have a collaborative, low-ego approach and can effectively partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, and Engineering.
Familiarity with SOX controls, data quality frameworks, or financial systems (e.g., NetSuite) is a strong plus.

Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do.
We're looking for a Marketing Executive, Value & Promotions to join our Marketing Team in Dubai. This is a hybrid role.
Role Overview
As Marketing Executive, Value & Promotions, you will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Value & Promotions for the Middle East. You will own the day-to-day delivery and performance of our promotional and incentive campaigns, working cross-functionally to ensure every offer is targeted, well-timed, and commercially sound.
Incentives sit at the centre of how customers experience value on the platform - they influence whether someone tries the app, comes back, or drifts away. This role owns that layer day to day: turning the promotional calendar into targeted campaigns across the customer lifecycle, and making sure every campaign earns its budget.
What You'll Be Doing:
You’ll be joining the Middle East Marketing team. You will work cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Tech, Data Science, and Global/Central teams to build promotional plans that improve customer experience and drive operational excellence.
Here’s What Your Day-to-day Might Look Like:
Promotional Calendar Execution:
Own the day-to-day execution of the Middle East promotional calendar, translating the quarterly plan into targeted campaigns across the customer lifecycle: acquisition, activation, retention, and win-back.
Promo Strategy Development:
Contribute to the development of strategies focused on how value propositions can change customer behavior and drive ROI for Deliveroo and our Partners.
CRM & Lifecycle Campaigns:
Work with CRM and Tech to build and deploy in-app and lifecycle campaigns, ensuring offers reach the right customer segment at the right moment.
Campaign Set-up & Accuracy:
Own the set-up of promotions end to end - eligibility, caps, dates, and copy - so every offer goes live as briefed and on time.
Customer-centric Programmes:
Work with Data Science to translate customer and performance data into promo mechanics that are genuinely relevant, not just discounted.
Budget Tracking:
Own campaign-level budget tracking and reporting, flagging when a promotion’s ROI or margin impact is off plan.
Performance Optimization:
Own weekly reporting on in-flight campaign performance and post-campaign analysis, identifying what worked, what didn’t, and what’s worth testing next.
Test & Learn Agenda:
Design and run local test-and-learn experiments, feeding results back into the broader promotional strategy.
Competition Monitoring:
Keep on top of competitor trends and market activity to keep our offers sharp and well-positioned.
Customer Advocacy:
Champion the consumer voice, ensuring every promotion offers genuine value rather than just a lower price.
What You'll Need to Thrive:
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in Growth Marketing, CRM, Campaign Management, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or Promotions within a high-growth technology, marketplace, e-commerce, or consumer platform.
Commercial Acumen:
Experience owning or supporting customer incentive strategies and promotional campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes, with working knowledge of core commercial metrics (CAC, LTV, GMV, margin impact) and how promotional decisions move them.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related discipline.
Analytical Rigor:
Strong analytical skills - proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools like Looker, and comfortable interpreting data to shape campaign decisions.
Technical know-how:
Experience running or supporting A/B tests and translating results into recommendations.
Attention to Detail:
Organised and accurate, able to run several campaigns at once without letting the details slip.
Collaboration:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders and the confidence to communicate at all levels.
Execution Focus:
A self-starter attitude, with a proven ability to deliver results quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation.
Language Skills:
Fluent English; Arabic language skills are an advantage in this market.

Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation and growth drive everything we do. Our Analytics organisation sits at the heart of Deliveroo powering decision-making across our 3 sided marketplace.
We’re looking for an
Analytics Engineering Manager
to join our London team. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week on-site. In this role, you’ll lead a team of Analytics Engineers embedded in a key business domain, owning the pipelines, models and metrics that power day-to-day decisions and building the data foundations your stakeholders rely on.
About the Analytics Engineering Org
Analytics Engineering is a core pillar of Deliveroo’s Analytics organisation, alongside Data Science. With over 70 Analytics Engineers across the UK and India, we are embedded directly within product and business domains, owning the pipelines, models and metrics that power decision-making at scale: from self-serve AI-enabled analytics and experimentation through to executive reporting and strategic planning.
The discipline is evolving fast. With new tooling changing how we work, we are shifting from building data pipelines to building AI first data products, developing rich semantic and data context layers and empowering self-serve data users. This role leads that work across a defined business domain, directly managing a team of Analytics Engineers and helping shape AE standards, culture and direction across the wider org.
What You'll Be Doing
Directly lead a team of Analytics Engineers embedded in a defined business domain, owning their performance, development and wellbeing
Own the AE roadmap for your domain, identifying the highest-leverage investments, prioritising competing requests, and building the case for them with your business and product stakeholders
Drive a data products mindset across your estate: clear ownership, SLAs, observability and data contracts built into how your team works by default
Maintain strong technical involvement: reviewing data models and SQL, guiding architectural decisions, and stepping in hands-on when your team needs unblocking
Contribute to AE-wide decisions on tooling, standards and process, helping shape how Analytics Engineering works at Deliveroo beyond your immediate team
Build a high-performing, inclusive team culture by giving regular and actionable feedback, handling performance and motivation challenges, and running effective rituals
Partner with Recruiting to hire strong, diverse AE talent into your team
What You'll Need to Thrive
Essential
Experience in an Analytics Engineering, BI Engineering, or Data Engineering role, with strong, hands-on SQL foundations you still draw on regularly
Proven experience managing a team of ICs, with a track record of developing people, giving hard feedback, and handling typical team situations independently
Demonstrated ability to own a technical roadmap for a domain area and deliver against it with measurable business impact
Strong grounding across the modern AE stack (cloud data warehousing, transformation tooling, data modelling, and data quality practices), with the ability to engage credibly on technical decisions and unblock your team
Comfortable engaging and influencing at senior business and product level, with experience aligning analytics investment to domain priorities
Nice to Have
Experience in a marketplace, e-commerce, grocery or retail analytics context
Familiarity with semantic and metrics layer tooling, or Python for data automation and pipeline work
Exposure to AI for Data, including agentic AI methods, semantic layers, or AI-assisted analytics workflows
Experience contributing to analytics ways of working: documentation standards, peer review processes, onboarding, and knowledge sharing

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the team
The People Technology Product team builds the internal tools and frameworks that power every employee’s journey across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt. We combine a hybrid “build + buy” approach to deliver intelligent, scalable and people-centric experiences across hiring, pre-boarding, onboarding, learning, performance and more — connecting our mission to transform the way the world eats and shops with the experience of the people who make it happen. We partner closely with Design, Engineering, Analytics, People/HR and IT to build products that elevate the entire People Tech stack across all three brands.
About the role
We’re hiring a Staff Product Manager to own the product experience for pre-boarding and onboarding — one of the highest-leverage moments in the employee lifecycle — across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on the cross-functional experience that begins the moment a candidate signs and continues until a new hire is fully ramped, spanning both the People and IT functions. You’ll be the end-to-end product owner for the systems, workflows and experiences that get equipment, access, accounts, paperwork and early enablement right from day one. Based in London and working with global teams, you’ll drive measurable improvements to the new-hire experience and help our new hires ramp up faster, at scale across regions, legal contexts, and brands.
What you'll be doing
Own the end-to-end product roadmap and execution for pre-boarding and onboarding across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt, from offer acceptance through to a fully ramped new hire.
Design and evolve cross-functional experiences that connect People and IT workflows — provisioning, access and account setup, equipment, documentation and early enablement — into a single, coherent journey for new joiners and their managers.
Define and track the metrics that matter — time-to-productivity, new-hire satisfaction, day-one readiness and operational efficiency — and use them to prioritise work and demonstrate impact.
Build durable, modular product capabilities — task orchestration, status visibility, and manager and new-hire dashboards — that scale across geographies, orgs and brands and reduce reliance on manual, one-off processes.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, People/HR and IT to translate complex, cross-functional process needs into intuitive product capabilities.
Navigate the realities of a multi-brand, multi-region environment — varied legal and compliance requirements, regional differences and change management — without disrupting critical hiring moments.
Set the product vision and influence senior stakeholders across the People and IT functions, building alignment on a shared onboarding strategy across all three brands.
Model strong product judgement: define clear problem statements, scope MVPs intentionally and invest in foundations that compound over time.
Requirements
A track record of building and shipping products end-to-end — from problem definition and strategy through delivery and iteration — ideally in People/HR, IT or other complex, cross-functional environments.
Experience designing products and workflows that span multiple functions, systems and stakeholders, turning complexity into simple, usable experiences.
Comfort working with both custom-built tools and third-party SaaS platforms, including integrating data across systems.
Strong analytical skills and the habit of using data and metrics to define success, prioritise and measure impact.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain product decisions clearly and influence senior leaders across functions and brands.
Experience operating across regions, legal contexts or multiple brands, building products that work in a global environment.
A bias for delivering high-quality products in a fast-moving organisation, balancing speed, risk and technical constraints.
