About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The Office of the Chief Commercial Officer is a small team that works directly with our CCO, go-to-market leadership, and company leadership on Anthropic’s highest-priority commercial initiatives. We take on problems that do not sit cleanly inside one team, such as standing up a program that spans Product, Finance, Legal, and Sales, or preparing the material our executives and Board use to make decisions. Our commercial business is growing faster than its operating processes can be built, so a growing share of the job is stepping into gaps and running something important, while making sure other teams are building the capabilities to permanently own.
You will own workstreams end to end. One week that means running the go-to-market side of a pressing situation, from the communications plan for customers and account teams to the daily readout for executives. Another week it means building the analysis behind a resourcing decision or a new program and writing it up for the CCO. This is an internal role. You will report to the CCO’s chief of staff, and you will have an unusually broad view of how the company makes decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive priority go-to-market initiatives from plan to delivery, removing blockers, escalating early, and connecting the right people across teams at the right time
Build the analysis, draft the document or deck, and turn input from many teams into a recommendation executives can act on
Prepare content for the CCO and leadership team, including weekly staff meetings, updates to the Office of the CEO, Board materials, and leadership offsites
Track the go-to-market organization’s top priorities and keep a current view of status, owners, and risks
Act as a bridge between go-to-market and Product, Finance, Legal, Safeguards, and Research, so that what account teams hear from customers reaches product decisions and those decisions reach account teams in a usable form
Step in where something important has no clear owner, run it until it has a permanent home, and hand it over cleanly
Close out same-day executive requests quickly and to a high standard
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, a chief of staff team, or a similarly rigorous environment working with senior executives
Structure ambiguous problems well and get to a clear recommendation
Can get to a number yourself in a spreadsheet, in SQL, or with Claude, check it against a second source, and explain where it came from
Write and speak clearly and briefly for executive audiences
Are as willing to maintain the tracker and chase the last open items as to write the strategy
Are comfortable with significant autonomy and with priorities that shift on short notice, pay close attention to detail, and know when to escalate
Build trust quickly with senior people across the company who are short on time
Use AI tools as a core part of how you work
Care about Anthropic’s mission and about getting safe, useful AI to customers
Strong candidates may also have
Experience in technology, SaaS, or enterprise software, or exposure to go-to-market strategy, sales operations, or customer success
Experience running a product launch, a program office, or another cross-functional effort with many owners and a fixed date
Familiarity with how large enterprises buy and adopt technology, including security, legal, and procurement review
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$190,000
—
$270,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

At GoMining, a General Manager is the end-to-end owner of a business direction, responsible for its strategy, P&L, product, team, and overall results. A GM combines business, product, and operational ownership — setting priorities, managing unit economics, driving execution, and making decisions based on data. The goal is to run the direction as a business and take full responsibility for its growth, profitability, and performance.
We are looking for a General Manager to own Custody & Compliance at GoMining — the business line responsible for how customers move funds into and out of our ecosystem safely, quickly, and reliably.
This is not a traditional compliance role. You will own the entire direction as a business and product — from custody infrastructure and KYC/AML to deposits, withdrawals, Travel Rule, fraud controls, provider relationships, and customer experience.
Your goal is to build a system where compliance protects the company without becoming an unnecessary barrier for legitimate customers.
You will own the strategy, economics, product roadmap, delivery, key metrics, and engineering team behind the direction.
Responsibilities
Business & Product Ownership
Own Custody & Compliance end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap, priorities, budget, and business results.
Define and track the key metrics for deposits, withdrawals, KYC, fraud, and customer activation.
Improve the speed and conversion of customer onboarding and money movement.
Balance risk prevention with customer experience and commercial impact.
Build financial and operational models and make decisions based on measurable business outcomes.
Work directly with C-level stakeholders on strategy and priorities.
Custody & Money Movement
Own custody infrastructure and relationships with custody providers.
Own deposit and withdrawal flows across the GoMining ecosystem.
Improve transaction processing speed, reliability, and success rates.
Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve the customer experience around money movement.
Manage incidents and critical issues related to customer funds.
KYC, AML & Travel Rule
Own the operational implementation of KYC, AML, and Travel Rule requirements.
Build scalable compliance operations, including case management, decision SLAs, escalation processes, and operational workflows.
Ensure compliance controls are effective without unnecessarily reducing conversion.
Continuously analyze false positives and missed fraud cases.
Work closely with Legal and Risk while maintaining ownership of the customer and business outcome.
Fraud & Risk
Develop fraud prevention guardrails across deposits, withdrawals, and customer verification.
Monitor fraud losses and false-positive rates.
Build data-driven approaches to identifying suspicious activity.
Ensure risk controls scale together with transaction volume.
Providers & Partnerships
Own relationships with custody, KYC, AML, and infrastructure providers.
Negotiate commercial and operational terms.
Reduce dependency on individual providers where appropriate.
Drive integrations together with engineering teams.
Hold providers accountable for agreed service levels.
Team & Delivery
Lead a dedicated engineering team and work directly with the Tech Lead.
Own priorities, backlog, releases, and delivery.
Set clear goals and measurable outcomes for the team.
Hire, develop, and make performance decisions when required.
Use AI and automation to keep the team lean and increase execution speed.
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience in crypto custody, payments, KYC/AML, or related financial infrastructure.
Experience owning custody and compliance processes in a crypto exchange, wallet, broker, crypto bank, BaaS, custody platform, or similar environment.
Practical experience with platforms such as Fireblocks, Copper, BitGo, Uphold, or similar.
Strong understanding of KYC, AML, Travel Rule, transaction monitoring, and fraud prevention.
Experience building operational compliance processes at scale.
Experience working directly with external providers and negotiating commercial terms.
Strong product and commercial mindset.
Ability to understand how compliance decisions affect conversion, revenue, and customer experience.
Strong analytical skills and comfort making decisions based on data.
Technical literacy and ability to work directly with engineers.
Experience managing teams and owning delivery.
Experience in crypto or fintech is highly preferred.
Benefits
Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).
Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams.
Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year
Recognition programs: structured performance reviews and team awards.
Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion has been at the cutting edge of AI since before ChatGPT launched. The job of the Model Capabilities team is to keep us there. We own the model layer of Notion AI: integrating frontier models as they ship, keeping inference reliable and economical at scale, and building new capabilities that other teams take advantage of.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Bring new frontier models into production quickly, making them available for our users and our engineers.
- Make inference reliable: better error categorization, self-healing retries, and cross-provider failover.
- Own observability for the model layer, driving down both time to detection and time to fix.
- Build new model-level capabilities and help product teams adopt them.
- Act as connective tissue across Notion's AI teams: find the gaps, unblock people, and make sure fixes land with the right owner.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Comfort with a moving frontier: The model landscape changes monthly. You keep up with it, form your own view of what's real, and stay pragmatic about what's worth adopting now.
- AI fluency as a practitioner: You use AI tools seriously in your own work and have opinions about where they help and where they don't.
- Production AI systems experience: You've built and operated systems on top of LLM APIs, not just prototyped with them. You understand token economics, streaming, tool calling, context limits, and how each of these fails in production.
- Measurement before conviction: You don't ship a prompt or model change on vibes. You define what "better" means, build or use the evaluation to test it, and are willing to be proven wrong by your own data.
- Cost and performance instincts: You treat latency and dollars as product qualities, not afterthoughts, and you can reason about the tradeoff between them and output quality.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $255,000 – $300,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

Tempo’s payment-first design provides a scalable, low-cost predictable backbone that meets the needs of high-volume payment use cases. Our goal is to move money reliably, cheaply, and at scale. Our north star is simplicity for users: fintechs, traditional banks, merchants, platforms, and anyone else looking to move their payments into the 21st century.
We're building Tempo with design partners who are global leaders in AI, e-commerce, and financial services: Anthropic, Coupang, Deutsche Bank, DoorDash, Mercury, Nubank, OpenAI, Revolut, Shopify, Standard Chartered, Visa, and more.
We’re a team of crypto-optimists, building the infrastructure needed to bring real, substantial economic flows onchain. We like to move fast and swing for the fences — join us!
Tempo is building the future of enterprise payments on-chain, and we need someone to own the success of our partners after they sign. As our Technical Account Manager, you’ll manage a book of enterprise customers as their primary point of contact—from onboarding and integration through launch and ongoing growth.
This is a founding role. You’ll build trusted relationships with your partners while defining the playbooks, processes, and feedback loops that turn early design partners into long-term anchors of our ecosystem.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Build deep knowledge of each partner’s use case, architecture, and business goals, translating them into clear account plans and success milestones
- Lead regular check-ins and business reviews to track progress, address risks, and identify opportunities for deeper adoption alongside the Partnerships team
Onboarding & Technical Success
- Own the handoff from GTM and guide partners through onboarding, integration, and production launch
- Work with partner engineering teams to define integration scope, resolve blockers, and establish production readiness
- Serve as the primary escalation point for technical and operational issues, coordinating with engineering and product and keeping partners informed through resolution
- Provide ongoing technical guidance as partners scale their implementations and adopt new Tempo capabilities
Ecosystem & Scale
- Develop repeatable playbooks for onboarding, account management, and integration support across enterprise and ecosystem segments
- Establish account health metrics and success frameworks to proactively identify adoption gaps and partner risks
- Act as the voice of your partners internally, translating feedback into actionable product, engineering, and documentation improvements
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in technical account management, technical customer success, or a similar role at a blockchain, API-first, or fintech infrastructure company
- Experience managing a book of partners or customers, carrying relationships from signed agreement through scaled production deployment
- Strong technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and infrastructure; comfortable troubleshooting alongside developers and engineering teams
- Comfortable working across business and technical stakeholders, connecting implementation details to business outcomes
- High EQ and strong ownership; partners trust you as an extension of their team, and you follow through on commitments
- Experience with payments, blockchain infrastructure, or validator operations is a strong plus
ATTRIBUTES
- Scrappy and hands-on—you’ll dig into a complex integration without being asked
- Proactive and anticipatory; you identify risks before they become partner problems
- Organized and dependable, balancing priorities across a growing portfolio
- Clear communicator who translates technical complexity into business value
- Energized by ambiguity and the pace of an early-stage company
- Deeply curious about payments, blockchain infrastructure, and the ecosystem being built around stablecoins

PlanetScale is growing rapidly and reinventing the database space. The PlanetScale platform offers both Postgres and Vitess clusters. Vitess, an open-source database clustering system for horizontal scaling of MySQL, enables businesses to efficiently handle large-scale data workloads — without sacrificing developer experience.
Our customers entrust us with what is often their most precious digital asset, their data, so the stakes couldn’t be higher. We’re looking for a Customer Support Engineer to help developers and businesses get the most out of PlanetScale, resolve issues quickly, and build the support function that helps us scale.
What’s the job to be done?
You will advise and handle support requests from customers and developers on the PlanetScale platform.
You will respond to, debug, and resolve customer support issues through support tickets, customer Slack channels, public discussions, and other support channels.
You will help customers understand how to use PlanetScale effectively, including how to reason about queries, schema changes, application behavior, database connectivity, and production workflows.
You will create and improve internal and external documentation, support playbooks, troubleshooting guides, and customer-facing materials.
You will identify product gaps and recurring sources of customer friction, then work with Engineering to prioritize improvements.
You will contribute to the systems, processes, and practices that help PlanetScale deliver excellent developer-focused support at scale.
These attributes best describe you.
You are customer-focused, empathetic, and clear in how you communicate, while knowing when to push back in ways that help customers become successful on their own.
You have excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, with the curiosity and persistence to follow issues across applications, databases, infrastructure, and product behavior.
You are comfortable stepping outside your comfort zone. Whether that means reading unfamiliar application code, digging into database behavior, testing a new framework, or learning a connector you haven’t used before, you’re willing to go where the problem leads.
You are a self-starting, enthusiastic individual who takes responsibility for outcomes and wants to make a meaningful impact on the business.
You can operate independently, but you know when to ask for help and how to bring the right people into an issue.
You are highly organized and able to operate in ambiguous or changing situations.
You are data-driven, team-oriented, and comfortable communicating across many audiences.
You enjoy working cross-functionally and translating customer pain into actionable product, documentation, and process improvements.
What you will need.
Experience supporting production applications, databases, developer tools, infrastructure, or other technical products.
Working knowledge of SQL, preferably with experience in MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
Strong debugging skills and the ability to reason through application and database behavior.
Programming experience. You will not be programming full-time, but you should be comfortable reading and navigating unfamiliar code to understand customer issues.
Experience with common application frameworks, ORMs, database connectors, or application deployment patterns.
Willingness to explore new languages, frameworks, tools, and customer environments as needed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong empathy for customers, developers, and teammates, with the ability to advocate for customer needs clearly and constructively.
What else will help you be successful.
Experience working in a remote organization.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and debugging tools.
Experience helping build support processes, documentation systems, or teams from an early stage.
Why PlanetScale.
We’re redefining how high-growth companies manage data at scale — and we work with some of the most exciting brands in gaming, consumer tech, and B2B SaaS. As a Customer Support Engineer, you’ll be on the front lines helping developers and businesses solve real production problems, while also shaping the product, documentation, and support systems that make PlanetScale better for every customer.

Location: San Francisco
NOTE ON ELIGIBILITY: this role is for industry candidates already working in software engineering for the past 1+ years. New grads and current students should NOT apply to this role (instead, visit pplx.ai/newgrads https://pplx.ai/newgrads).
ABOUT THE ROLE
In 2026, we launched Computer, the defining product for the new era of agentic AI. Millions of people now use Perplexity to transform knowledge into action, through Search, Comet, and Computer. Product Engineering owns those experiences end to end, from the interface a user touches to the search and model calls behind it, on top of roughly 200M queries a day and a 200B+ URL index.
This is a full stack role in the truest sense. There are no frontend or backend lanes here, and no one waits for a ticket before starting. It suits people who love to build and want the room to do it. What you have shipped and how quickly you learn tell us far more than years on a resume or where you went to school.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own a user-facing surface end to end, from the interaction, design, and frontend through the application logic, APIs, data models, and the search or model calls behind them.
- Ship to production continuously. New engineers typically have code in front of users in their first week.
- Build with AI as a primary tool, not a novelty. We expect you to use agents and coding models aggressively to move faster, and to have sound judgment about when their output is wrong.
- Turn ambiguous product ideas into working prototypes, then use real usage data and evals to decide what survives.
- Raise the quality bar on reliability, latency, and craft for the surfaces you own.
- Work directly with designers, PMs, and research engineers, without unnecessary process in between.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- 1+ years of professional software engineering experience, or a track record of strong internships where you shipped production code at scale.
- Strong in at least one backend language, such as Python or Go, with real experience across services, APIs, and relational data modeling. Comfortable working in React and TypeScript on the frontend.
- Real evidence of building: production work you understand in depth, shipped side projects with actual users, meaningful open-source contributions, hackathon wins, or research you turned into working software.
- Comfort with ambiguity and an instinct to start building incrementally rather than wait for a spec.
- Hands-on experience with AI products, with opinions about their rough edges and what that means for the product you are building.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with our stack: React or Next.js, Python, Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, AWS. You will not be expected to know all of it on day one.
- Experience building on top of LLMs: AI orchestration, RAG, evals, agents, tool use.
- Product taste. You can tell a good interface from a bad one and explain how to improve it.
- A public track record we can read, such as GitHub, a technical blog, or a demo we can try.

You'll own the region's indirect go-to-market strategy — growing and managing the partners (resellers and distributors) who help Tenable reach customers across a region that spans a diverse market.
You'll manage and build a channel team and a partner network that can operate at that scale, while working closely with Sales, Marketing, Services, and Support to make sure partners are set up to sell, deploy, and support Tenable well in their local markets.
Your Opportunity:
Lead, hire, coach, and manage a team of channel sales professionals across APJ — helping each person grow their skills and their career.
Own and execute Tenable's channel sales strategy for APJ: set clear KPIs, build repeatable playbooks, and raise the bar on channel sales best practice across the team.
Grow the Tenable Assure Partner Program footprint across APJ — recruiting, enabling, and scaling resellers and distributors across the Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum partner tiers.
Partner with global and regional Sales, Marketing, Services, and Enablement teams to build consistent partner compensation, training, and incentive programs suited to APJ's markets.
Manage the end-to-end channel sales process: pipeline health, deal registration, forecasting, and the metrics that keep the channel funnel healthy.
Own key partner and customer relationships across the region, and lead commercial discussions — including volume discounts and deal terms — for strategic partners and high-value accounts.
Represent APJ's channel priorities to global channel leadership, and adapt global partner programs so they work for local market realities (e.g. distributor-led models in parts of Southeast Asia and Greater China vs. direct reseller models in Australia and New Zealand).
Travel regularly across APJ to support partners, customers, and your team in person.
Take on other reasonable duties as the business needs — this list covers the core of the role, not all of it.
What You'll Need:
A genuine people leader — someone with a track record of coaching a team and helping them grow into stronger channel sellers and, eventually, leaders themselves.
5+ years of indirect/channel sales leadership experience in technology or cybersecurity, including at least 2 years at Director level leading a channel sales or partnerships function across APJ.
A solid understanding of how channel and distribution models differ across APJ's markets, and the judgement to adapt strategy country by country rather than applying one approach everywhere.
Experience setting and managing channel KPIs, quota attainment, and sales funnel metrics — and a track record of hitting them.
Established relationships with channel partners and distributors across the region.
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage partner and customer executives on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Experience designing or managing partner pricing, incentives, and deal registration programs, including for high-profile accounts.
The ability to work at both the strategic level (regional channel strategy) and the operational level (day-to-day deal and partner support).
Willingness and ability to travel regularly across APJ.
And Ideally:
Experience selling or partnering in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or exposure management specifically.
An additional regional language (e.g. Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or Bahasa) — a real advantage given the number of markets in scope, though not required.
Experience working within a tiered partner program (e.g. Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum-style structures) at a global technology vendor.
