Salmon Bank (Rural Bank) Inc., the banking arm of Salmon Group Ltd, is a technology-driven challenger bank in the Philippines operating under a BSP license. We combine the trust of a regulated financial institution with the speed and convenience of a modern banking experience.
Here, product, risk, compliance, operations, technology, and customer experience work closely together to build and run a modern bank.
We work with fewer layers, close collaboration, and a culture where every voice can make a difference.
If you want to build reliable financial systems at speed, take on real operational complexity, and help raise banking standards across the Philippines, come build with us.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll own credit scoring across the full customer lifecycle — from application decisions to behavioral models that drive portfolio profitability.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and improve Application and Behavioral Scorecards that drive underwriting and collections decisions across live credit products.
- Work within a regulated environment — prepare model documentation and defend modeling decisions to internal governance and external reviewers.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering to translate model outputs into strategy changes and implementation specs.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Own the full modeling cycle: data exploration, feature design, model build, validation, deployment specs, and post-production monitoring.
- Track scorecard quality — AUC, KS, bad rate, stability index — and validate against real portfolio outcomes via NPV and backtesting.
- Prepare model documentation and governance artifacts for regulatory review.
- Shape credit strategy — your models directly influence approval, pricing, and collection decisions, not just inform them.
WHAT MAKES YOU A STRONG FIT
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building credit risk models — Application Scorecards and/or Behavioral Scorecards specifically (ECL/IFRS9-only experience does not substitute).
- Experience with model audits, documentation, or regulatory review support.
- Strong Python (pandas, scikit-learn) and SQL — you build models yourself, not just review others' work.
- Experience covering the full lifecycle: data, feature engineering, validation, and production monitoring.
WHAT WE OFFER
WORK AND OWNERSHIP
- Hybrid-first work environment with a modern office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila
- Company-provided tools and equipment
- Work with an international team combining global fintech experience with deep Philippine market knowledge
- Direct access to decision-makers and a real voice in how we build for the Philippine market
HEALTH AND TIME OFF
- Medical insurance for you and your family

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Developers and enterprises build on Claude through the Claude Platform. Our models are getting exponentially more intelligent, and our APIs and developer tools need to evolve just as quickly so developers can take advantage of that intelligence safely.
We're hiring Engineering Managers to lead teams that build these APIs and developer tools. We are shipping APIs and infrastructure for building and running agents in production. These APIs ship alongside SDKs, docs, and tooling that developers (and agents!) utilize in order to build high quality integrations. These abstractions are backed by our identity, verification, and trust platform, which lets us scale access to Claude responsibly.
Key responsibilities
Lead a team of engineers to ship high quality work quickly, owning planning, prioritization, delivery, and operational health
Partner with product to set your team's roadmap, and bring a strong point of view on what developers need
Talk to customers directly and turn what you learn into engineering priorities
Guide API design and architecture decisions for distributed systems that have to stay reliable as usage grows
Work closely with Research, Safeguards, Security, and go-to-market teams to bring new model capabilities to developers safely
Recruit, coach, and grow strong engineers
Minimum qualifications
You have experience managing high-performing software engineering teams shipping developer products, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
You're product-minded and customer-oriented. You care about who uses what your team builds, and you've shaped roadmaps alongside product partners
You've built and scaled distributed systems in production, and you have the technical depth required to guide architecture and API design
You've led teams that ship quickly and hold a high quality bar
You collaborate well across functions and can align teams you don't manage
You care about Anthropic's mission and about developing AI safely
Preferred qualifications
Experience building agent infrastructure or products on top of LLMs
Experience with identity, verification, access control, or trust and safety systems

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

We combine the trust of a licensed institution with the speed and convenience of a modern financial product. Work within regulated financial infrastructure, where product, risk, compliance, operations, technology, and customer experience are closely connected.
The Role
We are building our MSME lending business from the ground up and are looking for an experienced Underwriting Lead to design and own the credit function. This is a hands-on builder role — you will not inherit a finished framework. You will design it, document it, and develop the team that runs it. • Establish approval workflows, escalation paths, and documentation standards for credit decisions
• Coach and develop the local underwriting team, building internal capability to operate independently
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Product to ensure underwriting standards meet BSP regulatory requirements
• Review and sign off on credit decisions during the framework build-out phase
What We're Looking For
• Minimum 5 years of MSME/SME credit underwriting experience, ideally in SEA or emerging market banking or fintech
• Prior experience building or rebuilding underwriting functions and processes from scratch
• Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, cash flow-based lending, and collateral assessment
• Familiarity with BSP regulations and Philippine lending compliance standards
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where processes are still being shaped
• Strong leadership and communication skills — able to coach junior underwriters and collaborate across teams
Why Join Us
• Be part of building MSME lending in a BSP-licensed digital bank from the ground up
• Work within a regulated financial infrastructure with the agility of a startup
• Competitive compensation and benefits including HMO on Day 1
• Collaborative and international team environment

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As of May 2026, Claude authored
more than 80% of the code we merge
. In September 2026, we merged more than
30,000 changes per day
. Writing a change is fast now, and the hard part is knowing what is correct and safe to ship. Platform Acceleration builds the internal tools that close that gap for Anthropic's product engineers, who own the Claude API, our SDKs, and the rest of the Claude Platform. We work like a small product team whose customers are other Anthropic engineers.
We're looking for Staff+ engineers with a strong background in backend or infrastructure who care about developer experience and have built tools other engineers rely on. We prefer candidates who can work from our San Francisco office, and we'll also consider candidates based in Seattle.
What you'll do
Design, build, and operate the tools that help product teams ship faster
Own the technical strategy and roadmap for your area, and make sure its hardest problems get solved, by you or through others
Define what it means to trust a change, especially changes written by Claude, and build the tooling that holds the bar throughout the software development lifecycle
Build agents that take on repetitive engineering work, such as diagnosing failures, fixing broken tests, and running migrations
Embed with partner teams to find their biggest sources of friction, validate a solution with them, and turn the fix into a product other teams can adopt
Move between building new tools and improving the shared systems that teams already depend on, as priorities shift
You might be a good fit if you:
Experience building and operating backend services or infrastructure in production, in Go, Python, Rust, or TypeScript
Deep experience with developer tooling, CI/CD, test infrastructure, or deployment systems
Experience leading large, complex technical projects across teams, from an ambiguous problem to a solution developers adopt
Clear written and verbal communication, with experience supporting internal partner teams
Interest in Anthropic's mission of building safe, beneficial AI
Preferred qualifications:
Experience at a startup or on a similarly small team, taking a product from zero to one and talking directly to your users
Substantial experience with agents that do engineering or other technical work
Experience building widely adopted CLI tools, developer-facing services, GitHub automation, or open source developer tools
Experience measuring developer productivity and using the data to decide what to build
A point of view on how software engineering changes as agents write more of the code

Short-form editing (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Facebook)
Edit a high volume of vertical short-form videos (roughly 30–90 seconds) built to stop the scroll in the first 1–3 seconds.
Cut for each platform's native style: pacing, captions, safe zones, aspect ratios, trending audio and formats.
Turn raw footage, founder content, creator clips and transformation shoots into multiple hook and format variations per concept.
Repurpose long-form episodes into clips, carousels-to-video and cutdowns without losing the story.
Long-form editing (YouTube and Facebook)
Edit 8–30+ minute YouTube videos with strong story structure, retention-driven pacing, B-roll, music and sound design.
Build intros, chapter breaks, lower thirds and end screens that keep viewers watching.

Motion graphics and AI generation
Create motion graphics, animated text, transitions and branded templates in After Effects.
Stay current on new AI video tools and pitch ways to use them to ship faster or try new formats.
Workflow and ownership
Own projects from brief to delivery: organize footage, edit, self-QA, export platform-ready files and hand off on time.
Maintain and improve our editing systems: project templates, file naming, folder structures, presets, LUTs, caption styles and export settings.
Track work in our project management tool (ClickUp), updating status as each piece moves through the pipeline.
Turn around revisions quickly and fold feedback into future edits without being told twice.
How we work
Fully remote, async-first. Briefs, footage and feedback live in shared drives, Frame.io and ClickUp, so work keeps moving across time zones.
Daily overlap. A short daily check-in during your overlap window with Pacific Time, plus written updates on what shipped and what's blocked.
Turnaround expectations. Short-form edits typically delivered within 24 hours of brief; revisions within one business day; long-form on an agreed schedule.
Volume. Expect a steady weekly output across short- and long-form. [15–25 short-form + 1–2 long-form per week.]
