Our client is a fast-growing performance marketing agency and part of a larger media group specializing in high-impact lead generation and creative strategy. With a primary focus on the renewables and B2B sectors across the UK, the team helps businesses scale by combining professional video production with data-driven Meta and Google Ads management. Operating with a "build in public" philosophy, the team prioritizes transparency and innovation in every project. They are dedicated to delivering high-converting content and automated marketing funnels that transform digital engagement into tangible sales appointments. Candidates will join a collaborative, results-oriented environment that values creativity, strategic execution, and the ambitious goal of generating significant ROI for a diverse portfolio of industry-leading partners.

Manage conversion tracking, including Pixel setup, Conversion API (CAPI), and UTM tracking to ensure 100% data accuracy.
Conduct rigorous A/B testing on creatives, headlines, and landing page elements to combat creative fatigue and audience saturation.
Manage client accounts independently, providing strategic insights and presenting performance reports to stakeholders.
Collaborate with the creative and account management teams to align campaign messaging with client goals.
Oversee lead flow integration between Meta Ads, GoHighLevel CRM, and third-party automation tools.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience specifically managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) at scale.
