Location: Remote, Global Workplace: Remote About Supabase Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. About the Role We’re looking for a Product Manager, Administration & Governance to join our Product Team and make Supabase the default starting point for software built inside a company. Supabase already spreads from the bottom up: someone has an idea, creates a project, and builds something useful. Inside most companies, Supabase starts the same way: someone has an idea, creates a project, and builds something useful. The next step is making that momentum company-wide: one platform where anyone can start building, and where IT can see what’s running, who owns it, and what it costs. You’ll own how companies run Supabase as their internal development platform: approved by IT and easy for anyone in the company to use. You’ll make it possible for people and the agents they work with to start building without waiting on infrastructure, while giving platform, IT, and security teams the controls they need to say yes. The goal is to make the approved path the easiest path, from an early experiment to a production application, with the controls companies need built in. WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR - Own the product strategy and roadmap for internal innovation, from a company’s first IT-approved rollout to adoption across teams and business units. - Make getting started self-service, whether someone creates a project in Supabase, through an internal developer portal, or with an agent. Give builders the access and infrastructure they need without a ticket for every project. - Steer scattered usage into a manageable company-wide platform. Give companies one view of everything they run on Supabase. Shape how ownership, delegated access, and boundaries work so teams can move independently as usage grows. - Partner closely with platform, IT, security, and finance teams to understand what it takes to approve Supabase and keep it approved. Translate their needs into practical identity, policy, audit, and spend controls that don’t slow builders down. - Define the path from experiment to production, including project ownership, access, and the guardrails that change as an application becomes important to the business. - Work with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to turn early customer rollouts into a repeatable experience, rather than a new custom integration for every company. - Define what success looks like, instrument it end to end, and let the data guide what gets built next—from time to first project and self-service adoption to production usage and expansion across the company. YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU - Have 7+ years of product management on developer tools, infrastructure, or internal developer platforms. - Have built self-service products that developers love and platform or IT teams trust. You understand both the person trying to ship an app and the team responsible for how it runs. - Can reason about identity, permissions, organization boundaries, and usage attribution, and turn those systems into workflows people can actually understand. - Have a strong point of view on how agents change who can build software inside a company and what an internal development platform needs to make that possible. - Know your way around controlled experimentation and data analysis, and can connect easier adoption to sustained product use. - Are biased toward speed and would rather ship, learn, and iterate than perfect a spec. - Build with what you own and form opinions through first-hand use, from creating a project to configuring the policies around it. - Use AI tools to compress research, drafting, and feedback synthesis so you can focus on judgment calls. - Work async by default, making decisions in writing in a fully remote team. WHAT WE OFFER - Fully Remote We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world. - ESOP Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together. - Tech Allowance Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work. - Health Benefits Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us. - Annual Off-Sites Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year. - Flexible Work We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when. - Professional Development Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth. ABOUT THE TEAM Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love. - ~400 team members - 60+ countries - 20+ languages spoken - Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F) - 540,000+ community members We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

Location: European Union Workplace: Remote ABOUT US Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/ ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Mobile Growth Manager to take full ownership of monetization and retention for our AI LLM chat mobile app on iOS and Android. You will be accountable for how much revenue each mobile user generates and for how long they stay. This is a senior, hands-on role with end-to-end ownership. You own the funnel from store listing to first session, trial, paid conversion, renewal and win-back. You decide what to test, what to scale and what to cut, and you are accountable for the results. We need someone who has grown ARPU and retention on subscription apps, who can run experiments quickly and independently, and who knows how to work within Apple and Google subscription rules. You will manage performance against real revenue data (ARPU, trial-to-paid conversion, ROI D7, retention and cohorts), not vanity metrics. We also work AI-first, and we expect you to use Claude and automation to move faster. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Own mobile growth end to end: from store page to paid conversion and renewal, across strategy, experimentation, launch, reporting and documentation. - Deliver a quarterly ARPU target on mobile (set against a measured baseline), through conversion, retention and perceived product value. - Own the paywall and pricing: offerings, packaging, trial and intro-offer structure, price tests by geo, and placement. Run them through RevenueCat or an equivalent. - Own onboarding and activation: shorten the path to the first moment of value and fix drop-offs in the first session and first week. - Build retention and win-back loops: push, in-app messaging, cancellation-save flows and involuntary-churn recovery (billing retries, grace periods). - Own store conversion: ASO, listing and screenshot tests, ratings and review prompts on the App Store and Google Play. - Keep web and app aligned: manage the web-to-app handoff and make sure subscribers get a consistent experience and entitlement across both. - Manage signal quality: subscription and in-app events, attribution and MMP data, and measurement under iOS privacy rules (ATT / SKAdNetwork). - Run a structured experiment process: own the mobile backlog, with a clear hypothesis, target metric and kill/scale rule for every test. Run the A/B tests end to end. - Review sessions daily: find friction, drop-offs and behavioural patterns, and turn them into backlog items. - Build the reporting: Mixpanel dashboards and a weekly report on mobile ARPU, trial conversion, ROI D7 on matured cohorts, 1-hour cancellation and retention. - Own policy compliance: keep paywalls, subscription disclosure, refunds and store listings within Apple and Google rules, with prevention-first checks before launch. - Prototype with AI: use Claude and automation for prototypes, analysis, QA and reporting, and ship the ones that work. - Diagnose drops and spikes quickly and act on them. - Document tests, learnings and playbooks. QUALIFICATIONS MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE - 5+ years in mobile growth, product growth or lifecycle roles on subscription apps. - Proven, measured ARPU, conversion or retention gains on a live subscription app, on both iOS and Android. - Strong understanding of subscription economics: trials, intro offers, renewals, LTV, payback windows and cohorts. - Hands-on paywall and pricing experimentation (RevenueCat, Superwall or similar). - Hands-on with Mixpanel or an equivalent: funnels, cohorts, custom boards. - Experience with StoreKit and Google Play Billing mechanics: grace periods, billing retries, refunds, cancellation flows. - Experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular or similar) and with ATT / SKAdNetwork-era measurement. - Experience with push and in-app messaging tools and with building retention mechanics. - Working knowledge of ASO and store listing conversion. - Strong experiment discipline: hypotheses, sample sizing, readouts and clean decisions. - Daily use of Claude or other AI tools for prototyping, analysis and writing. - Ownership mentality: you run the funnel with minimal supervision and take responsibility for outcomes. NICE TO HAVE - Experience with AI or consumer-subscription products. - Experience with web-to-app subscription funnels. - Experience coordinating paid acquisition with product conversion, as a partner to a UA lead. - Experience working under strict platform policy (subscription disclosure, ROSCA-type rules). LOCATION Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours. BENEFITS - Remote Work Environment: Embrace the freedom to work from anywhere, anytime, promoting a healthy work-life balance. - Unlimited PTO: Enjoy unlimited paid time off to recharge and prioritize your well-being, without counting days. - Paid National Holidays: Celebrate and relax on national holidays with paid time off to unwind and recharge. - Company-provided MacBook: Apple MacBooks provided to all employees who need them. - Flexible Independent Contractor Agreement: Unlock the benefits of flexibility, autonomy, and entrepreneurial opportunities. Location: United States Workplace: Remote ABOUT DOCKER Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout. We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default. _______________________________________________________________________ ABOUT THE ROLE Docker's Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team embeds senior engineers inside our most strategic customers to solve their hardest deployment, integration, and adoption problems. FDEs then bring what they learn back to Docker Product and Engineering so that every customer benefits. As the Principal Technical Program Manager for FDE, you define what good looks like for the organization and run the business that delivers it. You define the standards for how FDE plans, commits, delivers, and measures quality. You own the operating rhythm, track commitments Docker has made to customers, the commitments Docker Engineering has made to FDE, and the timelines and resourcing behind them. This is a senior role that works with stakeholders across the business to drive outcomes for Dockers most important customers. FDE is where Docker proves it can deliver for the customers that matter most while the technology around us changes quickly. You will set the standard for how a small team of senior engineers earns and keeps the trust of customers, and you will make what they learn useful to the whole company. The practices you establish will become the model for how Docker engages with its largest, most complex customers. _______________________________________________________________________ RESPONSIBILITIES DEFINE WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE - Define the FDE delivery standards, engagement model, and quality bar, and write them down so engagements are consistent across customers, regions, and engineers. - Decide which metrics matter for FDE, set targets, and revise them as the team learns. - Turn lessons from each engagement into reusable practice and product improvements. RUN THE FDE BUSINESS - Give executives a clear account of what is on track, what is at risk, what decision is needed, and from whom. - Own FDE capacity management and staffing plans with FDE leadership and recruiting: which engineers are aligned to which customers, where the gaps are, where and when to hire to stay ahead of demand. OWN CUSTOMER AND ENGINEERING COMMITMENTS - Instrument every commitment Docker has made to FDE customers, and every commitment Docker Product and Engineering teams have made to FDE. - Track commitments, map dependencies across teams, and surface risks early enough to act on them. - Negotiate and confirm dates with teams that run on their own planning processes, and hold them to those dates. INFLUENCE ACROSS DOCKER - Represent FDE with Product and Engineering leadership. Make sure customer needs are well defined using data, and that product decisions map to achievable FDEs action. - Improve the internal processes that slow collaboration between Field, Product, and Engineering, and bring those improvements to the wider company when they work. - Present FDE results and risks to Docker executives and customer stakeholders. LEAD THE PROGRAM PRACTICE - Set priorities for junior TPMs, define the reporting FDE needs, and mentor them in program management practice. - Choose the tools and standards FDE uses to track work. _______________________________________________________________________ QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED - 10+ years of technical program management experience, including 4+ years at Staff level or above, supporting customer-facing engineering, professional services, or field engineering teams. - A track record of delivering commitments on schedule for enterprise customers, including contractual or executive-visible deadlines. - Experience defining standards, quality bars, and operating processes that other teams adopted. - Experience running dependencies across many engineering teams that you do not manage, and getting reliable dates from them through influence. - Strong technical background in cloud platforms, containers, and modern software delivery. You can read a design, challenge an estimate, and tell a real blocker from a vague one. - Experience choosing metrics and setting targets, including working with incomplete data and deciding what is good enough to act on. - Executive communication skills, with the ability to deliver difficult news early and clearly to customer stakeholders, Docker leaders, and engineers. - High agency and comfort working autonomously in a distributed, remote-first company where processes are still being defined. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Occasional travel to customer sites and to Docker team gatherings. BONUS QUALIFICATIONS - Prior experience supporting a Forward Deployed Engineering, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, or Customer Engineering organization. - Familiarity with the agentic AI ecosystem, including coding agents, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and enterprise requirements for security and governance of AI workloads. - Experience with regulated or compliance-driven customers in financial services, healthcare, government, or similar sectors. - Experience at a developer tools, infrastructure software, or platform company. - Familiarity with Docker products, Kubernetes, and cloud-native development platforms. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE - FDE has written delivery standards, a quality bar, and KPI targets that FDEs, Field, Product, and Engineering all know and use. - Every customer commitment and every Docker engineering commitment to FDE has an owner and a date, and strategic customer deadlines are met. - FDE operating reviews run weekly, produce decisions, and close their actions. - FDE capacity, hiring, and customer alignment are planned ahead of demand. Visa sponsorship: Docker considers visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs. _______________________________________________________________________ COMPENSATION & EQUITY All full-time roles include equity. Final compensation is determined on factors including but not limited to experience, skills, qualifications, and location. United States: $162,505 - $254,650 base ______________________________________________________________________ POSTING INFORMATION - Open vacancy: This posting is for an existing open role. - AI in hiring: Docker may use AI-assisted tools during our recruiting process. - Interview recordings: Candidates will be invited to opt in to interview recordings to support interviewer calibration and consistent evaluations. Recordings are optional and require explicit consent. ______________________________________________________________________ PERKS & BENEFITS - Remote-first by design – Work from your home, with offices in Seattle and Paris for connection and collaboration. - Flexibility that fits your life – We trust you to manage your schedule while delivering great work. - Time to recharge – Generous PTO, designated quarterly Whaleness Days, and a designated end-of-year Whaleness break. - Home office support – Set up your workspace for comfort and success. - Technology stipend – Equivalent to US$100 net per month to help support your work. - Learning & development – Annual stipend for conferences, courses, certifications, and continued learning. - Parental leave – 16 weeks of paid parental leave after six months of employment. - Equity for all full-time employees – Share in Docker's long-term success as we continue to grow. - Comprehensive benefits – Medical, retirement, and paid holidays vary by country. - Docker swag – Because representing the whale never gets old. Docker is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a team that reflects a broad range of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe diverse teams build better products, make better decisions, and better serve our global community. #LI-REMOTE

About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the team The Integrity and Attestation team's remit is to prove what is running at Anthropic: what code it is, where it came from, and whether the machine underneath it is in a known-good state. We build the systems that cryptographically verify build artifacts, model weights, and machines, from hardware roots of trust through firmware and boot to the credentials a workload receives. We also secure the management plane of our servers. These controls protect our model weights and customer data across cloud providers and bare-metal AI data centers, including sites operated by partners. We are hiring an Engineering Manager to lead this team. Anthropic is bringing up new compute quickly, across new hardware platforms and new partners, and each one has to meet the same bar. In this role you will set the team's charter, practices, and priorities. You will partner with our infrastructure, data center, and hardware teams, as well as outside vendors, so that integrity is designed in rather than added later. The goal is simple to state: a machine gets secrets and workloads only after it proves it should, and a new site reaches that bar without slowing down compute. About the role Own the integrity roadmap: threat model from silicon and firmware up through the operating system and workloads, decide what to build, and deliver it Be able to reason about the design and implementation of remote attestation, measured and verified boot, hardware roots of trust (TPM, SPDM), machine identity, and the reference values that define known-good Make attestation the default path, so machines receive credentials and join clusters only after proving their firmware, system software, and security configuration, with no human in the loop Build provenance for what we deploy: signed build artifacts and model weights, independent verification, and tamper-evident transparency logs Lead the protection of sensitive data in use and at rest, including encryption and the chokepoints that control access to it Secure the server management plane across every site: scoped and audited access to baseboard management controllers and management of per-device credentials Make security repeatable as compute grows, so a new site or hardware platform inherits these controls in hours, not weeks Join compute bring-up, data center, and hardware teams at design time Define clear ownership with partner teams: when operations move to another team, your team keeps the security properties and can prove they still hold Own the integrity evidence for our security goals and compliance: the invariants hold, and you can prove it Hire, grow, and retain senior security software engineers; own their career development, and set the practices the team runs on as it scales Who you are Low ego, high empathy; has built diverse teams and has former reports who would vouch for them. Experience managing infrastructure or security engineering teams, including hiring, developing, and managing senior and staff engineers Has grown engineers into staff or lead roles, and experience with performance management Created and maintained a high performing in hypergrowth environments. Kept a team intact and delivering through reorgs, charter changes, or leadership turnover Experience owning a security or infrastructure domain end to end: setting multi-year strategy, delivering year-long cross-organizational work with little direction, and answering to executives for its risk and tradeoffs An appreciation for distributed systems and properties beyond security, including reliability, efficiency, and maintainability Scaled a team and its systems together through hypergrowth, where last quarter's architecture was already too small Hands-on engineering in at least one of: platform security, secure boot and firmware, hardware roots of trust, confidential computing, or software supply chain integrity Threat modeling and risk assessment for systems that span hardware and software, with strong security judgment and pragmatism Comfortable leading through ambiguity with multiple partner teams and outside vendors, where you don't control the hardware or the schedule You may be a good fit if you have: At least 5+ years managing engineering teams and 8+ years hands-on in platform, infrastructure, or security engineering Built or operated remote attestation, device identity, or fleet-wide boot integrity at production scale Worked with BMCs, Redfish, GPU or accelerator attestation, or large-scale bare-metal provisioning Experience with Nitro, SEV-SNP, TDX, or similar confidential computing platforms Built signing, provenance, or transparency systems such as Sigstore, SLSA, or binary transparency Designed key management or offline ceremonies for high-value secrets Worked in high-assurance environments where controls had to be evidenced, not just deployed Taken infrastructure from zero to one and then to maturity: built the first version where nothing existed, then run and hardened it into a system other teams depend on Built or rebuilt a hiring loop and held the bar while adding headcount quickly Pragmatic and steady: cares about unblocking research, product and compute as much as a clean architecture, and brings patience and judgment to opinionated senior engineers Clear and persuasive communicator in writing and in person Familiarity with AI security and safety concepts The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $405,000 — $485,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. For roles performing work in California: We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
