Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll work alongside diverse, cross-border teams and supportive colleagues who share knowledge and want to see you succeed. Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, and a growing web of integrated SaaS tools run large parts of Wrike's business. As that footprint grows, we're hiring a dedicated analyst to bring stronger visibility, governance, and risk understanding to this business systems estate — partnering closely with the teams who own and use these tools.
Your Impact:
Own security for Wrike's business systems SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, and the integrations that connect them, covering permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, OAuth scopes, and integrations.
Build and maintain clear visibility into what data lives in these systems, why it's there, and how it flows between integrated tools.
Partner with RevOps, Marketing, Legal and others to embed security into how these platforms are configured, extended, and connected to third-party services.
Translate security and business-continuity issues into clear, actionable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure business systems handling personal data hold up against privacy frameworks including GDPR and CCPA, in close collaboration with Legal and Compliance.
Chase data-flow and permission questions to ground truth which means following through until the answer and its implications are genuinely clear.
Your Qualifications:
Your primary expertise is in Salesforce administration and business systems security. Everything else listed here is context you'll operate in. Depth in the primary domain matters more than breadth across all of them.
Salesforce administration experience with a strong security lens. This means permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, and integration patterns.
Solid understanding of how business systems interconnect and why that matters for data exposure and business continuity.
Able to communicate issues precisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Working knowledge of privacy frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA at minimum.
You don't need to tick every box! We're looking for depth in business systems security and the drive to grow across the rest.
Standout Qualities:
Certified Salesforce Administrator credential.
Security+, ISC2 CC, or an equivalent security certification.
Experience auditing or governing SaaS-to-SaaS integrations
Exposure to data security posture management (DSPM) or data classification in SaaS environments.
You use AI as a force multiplier — to move faster, think wider, and go deeper — but your security instincts and judgement are your own. You don't outsource thinking to a tool.
Demonstrated tenacity in chasing complex data flows and access permissions across multi-tool integrations to a definitive answer.
Team Dynamics:
You will be joining Wrike's 15-member global Security team led by Maksim Pekuryn, Director of Security. You will report directly to Swen Groeneveld, Head of Security Operations, whose 8-person sub-team includes Security Engineers, Application Security, and SOC specialists. You'll also work closely with cross-functional partners in RevOps, Marketing, and Legal.
Our Work Style:
Tech stack: Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, OAuth integrations, connected apps, and related business SaaS tooling.
Collaborative environment working closely with RevOps, Legal, and Marketing teams.
Hybrid mode.

About the job
We are seeking an Event Design Coordinator to manage the intake, production, and quality assurance of event-related creative requests coming from a wide range of teams across the business. This is a builder-and-gatekeeper role: you'll work hand-in-hand with designers to turn varied, often fast-turnaround requests into flawless deliverables, including booth graphics, signage, decks, digital assets, swag, and invites, while proactively spotting risks (timeline, brand, print spec, or logistical) before they become problems.
We are not looking for someone who simply routes tickets. We're looking for someone who understands both the creative process and the operational realities of live events well enough to catch a misaligned bleed line, a missing dieline, or a vendor deadline that's about to slip, and to fix it before anyone else notices.
Responsibilities
Request Intake & Triage
Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related creative requests coming from varied teams across Tether.
Scope each request clearly: deliverable type, format (print vs. digital), quantity, deadline, dimension, venue/vendor constraints, and brand requirements.
Flag conflicting timelines, unrealistic turnarounds, or missing information immediately, and propose a workable plan rather than waiting to be asked.
Design Collaboration & Project Management
Brief designers with complete, unambiguous specs so work is right the first time.
Manage multiple concurrent event workstreams across different teams and deadlines without dropping details.
Track status across all active requests and proactively surface bottlenecks before they affect the event date.
Quality Assurance (Print & Digital)
Review every designer deliverable before it goes back to the requesting team, checking brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode (CMYK vs. RGB), bleed/trim/safe zones, file formats, and platform specs (e.g., booth panel dimensions, social crop ratios, slide aspect ratios).
Catch errors that would be costly or embarrassing to fix on-site or post-launch (typos, wrong sizing, low-res exports, broken links, outdated logos).
Maintain a QA checklist/process that scales across event types and gets sharper over time.
Event Documentation & Knowledge Management
Document and file all assets, briefs, and final deliverables for each event in a shared drive, using a clear, consistent structure.
Organize files so the wider team can easily find past work, reuse assets, and cross-reference specs, timelines, or creative direction from previous events.
Keep a running record of vendor details, production specs, and lessons learned per event to speed up planning for future ones.
Risk & Logistics Ownership
Anticipate what can go wrong, such as vendor lead times, print production windows, last-minute scope changes, and shipping delays, and build buffer and contingency plans into every project timeline.
Coordinate with vendors and print/production partners as needed to confirm specs and delivery windows.
Keep stakeholders across requesting teams and design aligned with clear, proactive status updates rather than reactive fire drills.
Cross-Team Partnership
Act as a trusted liaison between business requesters and the design team, protecting designers' time from ambiguous briefs while protecting requesters from missed deadlines.
Continuously improve the intake and review process based on what goes wrong (or almost goes wrong) on each event.
5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong events component.
Proven experience managing print and digital production processes; you know what a dieline is, what "safe area" means, and why RGB assets can't go straight to print.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills: demonstrated ability to manage several concurrent, cross-functional requests with competing deadlines.
Sharp attention to detail, comfortable being the last line of defense before a deliverable ships.
Experience reviewing and giving actionable feedback on creative work from designers, without needing to be a designer yourself.
A proactive, risk-first mindset: you naturally ask "what could go wrong here?" and build a plan around the answer.
Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable managing stakeholders across different teams with different priorities.
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, or similar) and design review tools like Figma
Experience setting up shared drive structures or asset libraries for teams.
Fluent in English and Spanish / Italian is a plus.

With 1,000+ employees collaborating across nearly every time zone, we support talent through 10 global hubs — Australia, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, France, India, Ireland, Japan, and the United States — offering flexible ways of working that include remote work, hybrid environments, and co-working spaces across many locations.
While flexibility looks different across teams and regions, employees located near certain hubs — particularly in Prague (CZ), Nicosia (CY), Bangalore (IN), and Rennes (FR) — are generally expected to collaborate in person around 2–3 days per week, balancing the flexibility of distributed work with opportunities for in-person collaboration and connection.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⚡ THE INBOUND SALES 🇫🇷 ROLE
We're growing our Inbound Sales team in France.
Our Inbound Sales team is in charge of closing inbound requests from leads with 1 to 5 employees (Independent workers, very small companies, individuals).
You’ll be in charge of the whole sales cycle from qualification to closing by educating prospects and providing inspiring arguments to transform them into convinced customers.
At the same time, we expect you to understand, embrace and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method https://alan.com/fr-fr/blog/tout-alan/a/nos-commerciaux-ne-vendent-pas. This method stems from the concept that the prospect experience is an inseparable piece of the overall Alan customer experience. You are expected to make this experience pleasant, instructive and delightful by leveraging the most relevant messaging and materials (Smart) and by defining the high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft).
We also expect you to look at the big picture and help us grow and improve as a company. For that, you’ll have to be real team players even beyond your role. You’ll be expected to challenge us to improve our product(s), our methods, and our strategy, and get involved in other projects and initiatives relevant to growing our customer base.
What does make this role exciting :
- You will close deals every single day of the year, which is very stimulating!
- The Inbound Sales team is quite recent: You will contribute to building a new practice within the Sales Community, getting involved in tooling and process improvements
- You will help building the playbook of best practices to close deals in one shot
- You will contribute to making our products even better by sharing feedback and improving the self-serve experience for our members
- You will become an insurance expert and learn to master our products in order to confidently answer questions & objections from prospects
- We invest heavily in AI to transform the Sales practice. You'll have the opportunity to become one of the most modern Sales professionals in the market!
⭐ YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU:
- Have 1-2 years of experience in a Sales role including closing experience
- Have full working proficiency in French (C2 and above), and advanced level in English
- Are highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills
- Show a great balance between Active Listening and Assertiveness when interacting with your prospects

⛵ About our Crew
Data is at a strategic turning point for us. Our ambition is clear: we want to turn Data into a real machine for product and business impact, rather than just a support team responding to requests.
You will join a Product organization of 6 PMs leading feature squads. As our
first dedicated Data Product Manager
, you will partner with
4 Data Analysts
to build and run our
Data Squad
, structured and operating just like a classic product squad.
Together, your mission is to move away from a "request factory" mindset. The goal? Ensuring the majority of the team's time is dedicated to high-impact initiatives with clear objectives, measurable outcomes (ROI, time saved, KPI uplift), and defined timelines.
🚤 The Role
This is a newly created position.
Reporting directly to Camille (VP Product)
, you will be embedded in the Data team as the dedicated Product partner for Louis (Head of Data). You will work daily with our Data Analysts to run their roadmap like a true product squad.
This role is at the crossroads: you are neither a Data Analyst nor a classic PM who merely writes tickets. You are the person who will bring Product thinking into Data.
🛟 What floats your boat
Strategy & Roadmap:
You lead the Data team's backlog. You receive requests, challenge them, extract the real business stakes, and make clear trade-offs so the Analysts work on the highest-value topics.
Product Methodology:
You drive topics in the right direction. We start with a
problem
(not a request): for whom, why now, how do we measure success? You systematically seek to evaluate post-delivery impact (Did this analysis change a decision?).
Hands-on Data Product (NAO):
You will be the Product Manager for NAO, our company-wide AI and Data assistant. NAO is a game-changer designed to democratize data access, enabling anyone at Click&Boat to query company data and make data-backed decisions on their scope. As PM, you will drive NAO's company-wide rollout and continuous improvement hands-on: analyzing chat replays, understanding usage, testing and refining prompts, gathering BU feedback, and shipping new features.
Enablement:
Please note, you are not here to tell the Analysts how to do their job.
Your role is to empower them to do their best work by providing: business context, the problem to solve, prioritization, and success criteria.
🧭 What you bring aboard
Data & Product Lover:
You are very comfortable with Data (without necessarily being an Analyst yourself) and have a true Product DNA.
Hands-on & Tech-savvy:
You possess genuine technical curiosity and a desire to dive deeper into AI. You're not afraid to get your hands dirty (prompting, pushing your first MRs, testing things yourself).
Business Partner:
You have that rare blend of sharp business understanding, product vision, and technical agility.
Assertiveness & Leadership:
This is a highly exposed role. You will need to challenge stakeholders, know how to say "no", push the Analysts, and confidently stand by your decisions.
Pioneer Spirit:
This is a brand new role for us. We expect you to build the position from scratch. You are comfortable with trial and error, navigating ambiguity, and you are eager to solve this organizational challenge that is so important to us.
🗺 The hiring journey
HR call with Talent Acquisition.
In-depth interview with Louis (Head of data) to discuss vision, team, and stakes.
Meeting with the team including a practical case to test your approach.
Final interview with Camille (VP Product) and Nicolas De Nayer (CTPO) to confirm overall fit.
🙌
Perks & Benefits
At Click&Boat, we believe that enjoying your work is essential. This is why Click&Boaters are provided with a stimulating environment and perks ensuring they are happy and efficient, and spend only high-quality time with co-workers.
Therefore, we offer:
Remote policy:
As a developer, you'll have the opportunity to embrace remote work with our remote-friendly policy. To foster team synergy and maintain strong connections, we request that developers come to our Paris houseboat for two consecutive days each month.
Competitive Salaries:
We believe in recognizing and rewarding the talent and dedication of our team members.
Professional Growth
: Beyond technical skills, we'll support your growth as a strategic thinker and decision-maker
Boating Perks:
We offer a free boat license.
Benefits:
Enjoy lunch vouchers (Swile), private insurance (Alan), and 5 extra days off.
🪝 Ready to come aboard?
If this opportunity sounds like your next adventure, hit the “apply to this job” button 🚀
This is a role for someone who wants to
build, challenge and make an impact
. You don’t need to have followed a traditional Data Product path, what matters is your Product mindset, your curiosity for Data and AI, your ability to navigate ambiguity, and your drive to turn problems into measurable outcomes.
Even if you don’t meet every requirement, you might still be a great match for us. We’d love to hear from you!
At Click&Boat, every application is reviewed with equal care and attention, regardless of age, gender, origin, disability, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic. We hire for talent, drive, and mindset, the sea is open to all. 🌊

🤖 THE OFFER AREA
We’re the engine that decides what Alan sells, at what price, and on what terms.
Every Alan member, from a 3-person startup to a public administration body with 200K+ collaborators is covered by an offer that our area designed, priced, contracted and renews every year.
We own the whole offer lifecycle for several kind of services (health insurance, life & disability insurance, employee benefits) across 4 countries. We manage an incredible business complexity and diversity in a scalable way, and most importantly, we empower others to act autonomously on it:
- Offer creation: Enabling Sales to build compliant and relevant offers themselves in minutes, with a real-time pricer and AI assistance, without waiting days for an actuary.
- Contract Lifecycle: Not only signing a contract in one go and writing the settings that become the source of truth for the rest of Alan, but also providing Business Ops with the tools they need to pilot over the years a portfolio of 100K+ contracts
- Enabling growth: We’re at the root of Alan’s Insurance stack. Our technical decisions have a long reach: Claims, Billing and many other teams depends on us. We are key to lift blockers and enable the opening of new segments or markets.
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BUILD AND WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
- 🌍 One insurance stack for every country. We're replacing country-by-country code with a shared "Core Stack": one set of shared rules, with room for local differences. Spain already runs on it, and we’re now tackling France. The architecture decisions you make will shape how Alan sells insurance for the next 10 years. (How we made our offer builder global https://medium.com/alan/how-we-refactored-one-of-our-most-used-data-models-33cadaf31313)
- 🤖 AI-native underwriting. Insurance is complex, and most insurers need actuaries on every quote. We empower our Sales to build compliant and relevant offers themselves in minutes. AI-assisted smart alternatives, price explanations, pitching and more are already in the Sales hands, and there’s much more to build.
- 🛡️ Life & Disability as a first-class product: We’re bringing this historically smaller product at Alan to the same level of maturity as Health, with first class member XP, Ops and enabling access to a much wider population.
- 🧑🚀 A growing team. You'll hire it, shape it, and decide what it works on. Talent density, onboarding, feedback, and the mix of skills the area needs are yours to own.
- 🛡️ Technical direction and operational excellence. Architecture calls, quality standards and shaping the organization and incident response as we scale to more countries. And you stay hands-on: at Alan, engineering leaders are expected to build.
⚡ WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL
- Dual impact: Shape both technical excellence and team growth, engineers become better while building better products
- Leadership growth: Influence engineering culture, mentor future leaders, and drive technical strategy that shapes the future of healthcare delivery
- Your users sit next to you: Hundred of Alaners use what your team ships every day. The feedback loop between building and impact is very short, which allows you to iterate and move quickly.
- Complex domain, simple software: Regulated domain, many countries, many segments… The job is to model a messy real world into a stack that stays simple and easy to extend.
- Direct business impact. We own pricing, contract lifecycle and Sales tooling. We have a direct impact on Alan’s margin and growth.
🔍 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for an engineering leader who gets excited about building state-of-the-art AI systems and applying them to real-world, high-stakes problems in healthcare.
LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years leading engineering teams, with a track record of building high performers.
- You partner with other product functions as a true equal: you shape the roadmap, name trade-offs honestly, and help the team commit to what it can actually deliver.
TECHNICAL FOUNDATIONS
- Experience establishing engineering excellence standards, with the ability to guide architectural decisions.
- First-hand experience shipping AI or LLM products to production is a big plus.
- You're excited and eager to keep writing code. You still review it, and you still ship some yourself.
- Comfortable with modern development practices and AI-assisted development tools.
WHAT WE VALUE
- Curious, self-starting, humble, collaborative, and eager to grow.
- You develop people as much as you develop products.
- Ex-founders are typically a great fit in our team.
MISSION ALIGNMENT
- Healthcare technology and innovation excite you
- You understand that great engineering teams are built on psychological safety and continuous learning
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply!
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

Chief of Staff — Office of the CEO
Location:
Dubai, UAE (with regular travel to London & Courchevel)
Reporting to:
Chief Executive Officer
Level:
C-Suite / Executive Leadership
About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional
Chief of Staff
to serve as the CEO's most trusted right hand — a strategic, discreet, and highly capable executive who will oversee and integrate the full ecosystem of the CEO's personal and operational affairs. This is not a traditional administrative role; it is a
C-suite level position
requiring the judgment, gravitas, and operational command of someone capable of running a multi-domain enterprise on the principal's behalf.
The successful candidate will act as the central point of coordination and accountability across the CEO's private residences, personal staff, yacht operations, personal finance office, and property portfolio — ensuring every function operates seamlessly, securely, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
1. Estate & Household Management
Oversee full operations of three private residences:
Dubai, London, and Courchevel
Manage household budgets, staffing, maintenance schedules, and standards of service across all properties
Ensure consistency of service levels and protocols whether the CEO is in residence or traveling
Coordinate seasonal transitions, property opening/closing, and travel logistics between homes
2. Personal Team & Staff Leadership
Directly manage the CEO's personal staff across all locations (household managers, personal assistants, drivers, security, and household teams)
Recruit, onboard, and performance-manage senior personal staff
Establish clear reporting lines, SOPs, and accountability structures across the personal office
3. Yacht Operations Oversight
Provide executive oversight of yacht management, including crew HR matters, vessel readiness, itineraries, and owner's requirements
Liaise with captains, management companies, and crew agencies to ensure operational and service excellence
Act as the CEO's representative on all yacht-related decisions requiring principal-level authority
4. Personal Finance Team Management
Oversee the CEO's personal finance office, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and expense governance across all personal entities and properties
Coordinate with family office advisors, private bankers, and accountants
Ensure robust controls, confidentiality, and compliance across all personal financial matters
5. Property Renovation & Capital Projects
Manage renovation and capital improvement projects across the property portfolio, from planning through execution
Oversee contractors, designers, architects, and project budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification
Act as the CEO's representative in all major renovation decisions
6. Strategic & Executive Support
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, translating vision into coordinated execution across all personal domains
Prioritize competing demands across households, teams, and geographies, exercising sound judgment on the CEO's behalf
Represent the CEO in meetings and decisions where direct principal involvement is not required
Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding all personal, financial, and family matters
Requirements
Experience
10+ years in a senior Chief of Staff, Estate Director, Family Office, or General Manager role serving UHNW individuals, family offices, or private principals
Demonstrated experience managing multi-property households across international locations
Prior exposure to yacht operations, personal finance/family office structures, and capital/renovation projects is essential
Track record of managing and leading multidisciplinary teams at a senior level
Skills & Attributes
Executive presence and the ability to operate at CEO/principal level with total discretion
Exceptional organisational and multi-tasking ability across complex, geographically dispersed operations
Strong financial acumen and comfort overseeing budgets, reporting, and cost control
Outstanding people leadership — able to manage diverse teams (household, marine, financial, project) with authority and empathy
Impeccable judgment, loyalty, and integrity; unquestionable trustworthiness with sensitive/confidential information
Fluency in English required; additional languages (French, Arabic) an advantage given the London/Courchevel/Dubai footprint
Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively and be on-call for principal needs
Education
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent executive education strongly preferred
Benefits
A high-trust, high-impact executive role at the center of a sophisticated private office
Competitive executive-level compensation package, commensurate with experience

Money is moving onto the internet, and the shift has a name:
Open Money.
This is money that is open, portable, agentic, and owned by you. MetaMask spent the last ten years building it; with 100M+ downloads, users in ~190 countries, and trillions in cumulative transaction volume, it's the most trusted self-custodial financial platform on the internet. Now we're building the operating system for your money: one place to hold, move, grow, and use anything you own. Join a remote-first, global team rebuilding how money works: a problem that touches everyone, every day.
About the role
This role runs the internal posture engine — the risk register, critical control monitoring, evidence, audit operations and GRC tooling. It keeps risk state current so the Lead and the Risk Committee decide from accurate data in the Risk Dashboard and reporting. Drata is the register of record. Named owners close gaps; this role keeps the register, evidence and audit operations current.
Responsibilities
Planning
Operate the risk register from the Security Programme threat model: populate, track treatment, record acceptance decisions, follow up owners, and run the exceptions register.
Keep the ISMS and security policy library current as part of audit readiness. Draft security standards when commissioned by the Lead.
Run Drata as the control and evidence system — Statement of Applicability, framework crosswalk and automation.
Execution
Run critical control monitoring: health check-ins, drift flags and Drata automation. Route drift to the SOC. Maintain the evidence file for Lead assessments and independent internal audit.
Feed threat-assessment findings into the register and confidence ratings. Track which required assessments are current.
Lead audit coordination and preparation: ISO 27001 and SOC 2 logistics, ISMS readiness, team prep, management-review pack, and customer due-diligence questionnaires.
Coordinate the control register for external testing (red team, tabletop, pentest). Run security awareness and weekly alerts.
Tracking and evaluating performance
Track residual risk, exceptions and gap-closure against appetite. Exceptions expire and are reported; the underlying requirement stays in force.
Report register state and evidence health so the Lead and Risk Committee work from one view.
Achieving overall defined performance
Be accountable for a current, defensible posture engine — register, evidence and audit operations.
Ensure Drata collects evidence continuously, with automated evidence where coverage exists.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience running a risk register, control library and audit cycle (ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2).
Comfortable with GRC platforms (Drata or equivalent) and turning monitoring into evidence.
Proven ability to coordinate audits and customer questionnaires with named control owners.
Precise written work; register and Statement of Applicability quality matters.
Strong stakeholder management with control owners and auditors.
CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Auditor, or equivalent professional certification.

Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
At Finom, we're transforming how small and medium businesses across Europe manage their money - and financial crime prevention sits right at the heart of that promise. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll take over DRS: a production ML product that scores our whole client base daily and drives our quarantine, alert suppression, and soon our credit decisions. This is genuine end-to-end ownership on a small team - you'll deploy, serve, monitor, and improve the system rather than inherit a finished one. If you're the kind of engineer who quietly keeps production models honest and wants their decisions to actually reach live traffic, this is your seat.
What You Will Be Doing
Full-stack ML model development (binary classification and regression) for the detection and prevention of financial crime during transaction processing and client onboarding: gathering requirements, prototyping, and deployment in a production environment.
Own and evolve the Dynamic Risk Score (DRS) across all markets — daily scoring of the full client base that feeds decisioning across the client lifecycle.
Handle a portfolio of transaction rules with ML-driven detection inside, optimizing their performance and the number of generated alerts.
Set up continuous monitoring of model and rule performance in production, and develop the champion-challenger framework so the best-performing model is always the one live in production.
Participate in infrastructure development for ML model operationalization and inter-service interactions, so models of varying complexity can be served and inferred.
Who You Are
At least 5 years as a Machine Learning Engineer or Full-stack Data Scientist, with production deployment experience (incl. API services like FastAPI).
Strong in SQL and Python, and with cloud data platforms (e.g. Databricks).
Strong architectural skills — able to design and improve infrastructure that serves models of varying complexity.
Experience with model monitoring and champion-challenger / A-B evaluation in production. Exposure to graph modeling or foundation models/embeddings is a plus.
Critical, analytical thinker — proactive, result-driven, comfortable working with little supervision in a start-up setting.
A quantitative education (math, engineering, economics, or CS) and full working proficiency in English.
