About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role:
We are looking for a Strategy & Planning Lead to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you'll be a key partner to the Director of Sales Planning and Strategy, going deep on the analytical foundations that power how Vercel plans, staffs, and quotas its go-to-market organization. You'll own the models that translate revenue targets into headcount, ratios, and quota — and as Vercel completes its transition to a consumption-based revenue model, you'll help design how we set and ramp quotas in a usage-based world. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who wants to build the analytical backbone of a fast-growing GTM org.
What you will do:
Build and maintain Vercel's GTM capacity model — connecting headcount plans to attainment probability and revenue target coverage across Sales, SAs, BDRs, and other supporting roles
Develop and operationalize the concept of a "minimum deployable unit" — the unit of supporting roles needed per rep/segment — and use it to inform hiring sequencing and investment scenarios
Own ramp curve, attrition, and productivity assumptions by segment, and use them to model longer-term headcount and investment scenarios for leadership review
Partner with the Director on quota-setting methodology, with particular focus on consumption-based quota design — how usage-based revenue signal translates into fair, attainable quota and ramp assumptions
Support the "leading indicators back from quota" analysis — translating quota by segment into pipeline coverage requirements and activity benchmarks
Build and maintain quarterly planning deliverables — quota-setting proposals, coverage model updates, and headcount recommendations
Track plan vs. actual on headcount, capacity, and quota attainment throughout the year; flag divergence early and model the revenue impact
Partner with Finance, Recruiting, and Data & Analytics to validate assumptions and ensure planning models are grounded in real data
About you:
6+ years of experience in revenue/sales operations, strategic finance, or a similar analytical GTM function at a high-growth SaaS company
Strong track record building headcount, capacity, or ratio-based staffing models tied to revenue targets
Experience with quota design and ramp modeling — ideally including consumption- or usage-based quota structures
Excellent quantitative and modeling skills
Comfortable operating with ambiguity — able to build a defensible model from incomplete data and clearly explain the assumptions behind it
Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to translate complex modeling into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
A builder's mindset — you'd rather build the framework than run point on day-to-day execution
Bonus if you:
Have direct experience with consumption-based or usage-based revenue models, especially quota and compensation design in that context
Have worked in developer tools, infrastructure, or cloud platform companies
Have a point of view on how automation or better tooling can improve planning and modeling workflows
Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $175,000 - $205,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role:
At Vercel, the Revenue Operations team plays a critical strategic role in our growth. We empower our GTM teams with the systems, strategy, and insights they need to be successful. By aligning people, processes, and technology across Marketing, Sales, and Field Engineering, we optimize the entire customer journey and build a scalable revenue engine that drives Vercel forward.
We're seeking a Sales Operations Lead to function as the operating partner to our Majors and Verticals sales organization in the US. You'll align directly to our sales leaders and their account executives, owning the strategy, programs, and operating cadences that make the segment successful— from territory design and sales plays to forecasting, quarterly business reviews, and pipeline inspection. You'll partner closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Development, Finance, and GTM Systems to sharpen our segment and vertical strategy, optimize the seller experience, and drive measurable revenue growth across our Majors motions.
This is a high-impact IC role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. Much of the infrastructure is already in place— a homegrown forecasting platform, weekly pipeline plan reviews, strong data foundation— so your job is to run the business on top of it, close the gaps, and define how Vercel scales into new verticals and wins in large enterprise. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco or New York City, with three days a week in the office.
What you will do:
Serve as the strategic and operational partner to Majors Sales Leadership— owning the segment's operating rhythm and using pipeline, win/loss, deal velocity, and retention analysis to advise on where and how to grow the business
Run core operating cadences, including weekly pipeline plan reviews, forecast calls, and monthly and quarterly business reviews— defining the metrics the team manages to, driving forecast rigor and pipeline health in our forecasting platform and Salesforce, surfacing renewal risk and upside early, and holding the team accountable on follow-through
Own territory and account planning for the segment: build the thesis behind each book (vertical, regional, or play-aligned), run carves and account transitions, manage rules of engagement between teams, and partner with Finance and Sales Leadership on capacity modeling, target setting, and annual planning
Design and operationalize sales plays and growth programs: sizing the addressable market, defining the motion, equipping the field with insights, and measuring what works
Partner with Sales Development on account prioritization, outbound programs, and crediting processes that accelerate Majors pipeline
Collaborate with GTM Systems, Engineering and Data to ship scalable tooling, automation, and AI-driven workflows (e.g. account prioritization agents, automated carves, deal and call insights) that remove manual work from sellers and leaders
Lead enablement and change management for new processes, operating changes, and planning rollouts affecting the Majors teams— and own the operational onboarding of new reps and leaders, from book assignment and tooling to how we run the business
About you:
8+ years in Sales Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy at a high-growth technology company, with experience directly supporting enterprise or majors sales teams
Track record as a high-impact IC— either broad, hands-on ownership at a scaling startup or an explicit enterprise or majors focus at a larger company
Proven ability to run operating cadences for senior sales leaders and turn them into decisions: you know what a good QBR, forecast call, and pipeline review look like and how to instrument them
Experience with territory design, account planning, capacity modeling, and target setting in partnership with Finance and Sales Leadership
Salesforce expertise (reporting, dashboards) and strong analytical skills in Excel/Google Sheets and BI platforms, with SQL preferred; able to turn complex data into clear recommendations for executive and front-line audiences
Ownership mindset— accountable, resourceful, able to turn ambiguity into action, and effective at building alignment with senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Systems
Bonus if you:
Have worked in a consumption or usage-based business, or at a developer tools, infrastructure, or cloud platform company with both PLG and enterprise sales motions
Have built or run vertical or industry-specific sales plays at an enterprise software company
Have a point of view on how AI and automation can transform sales operations— and have shipped something that demonstrates it

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a rare opportunity to partner directly with Replit’s President, Michele Catasta. As Replit leads in making useful intelligence accessible to all, you will serve as the company President's primary operational and strategic force multiplier across these critical organizations.
Your mandate is to own the most complex cross-functional challenges, unblock technical and operational bottlenecks, and ensure that the core product, engineering, and organizational engines operate with speed, coherence, and precision.
This is a high-leverage individual contributor (IC) role, not a traditional management track or team-building post. You will scale your personal leverage through AI workflows, agentic automation, and rigorous analytical judgment, influence, not headcount. You are the operator Michele turns to when an issue spans multiple disciplines such as technical architecture, product execution, support feedback loops, or organizational design and demands a single, decisive owner.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Act as Trusted Advisor & Operational Stand-in: Serve as a direct thought partner and proxy for Michele. Elevate core operational insights, synthesize briefings for high-stakes technical and organizational decisions, and step in as a representative when needed.
- Proactively Clear Cross-Functional Friction: Anticipate blind spots and resolve organizational bottlenecks before they escalate. Bridge natural seams between Engineering, Product, Support, AI teams to ensure high-cadence execution.
- Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for Complex Initiatives: Spearhead high-priority projects that lack a neat functional home such as evolving product unit economics, developer tooling infrastructure shifts, pricing models, or technical re-architectures.
- Scale Impact via AI & Automation: Actively build and deploy AI agents, automation pipelines, and modern operational workflows to multiply your personal bandwidth across status synthesis, metrics tracking, scenario modeling, and operational monitoring.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
- Not a Routine Data / BI Role: You will not be building routine dashboards, running routine SQL queries, or handling standard quarterly analytics. Those belong to Data, RevOps, and Strategic Finance.
- Not Bureaucracy or Process for Process’s Sake: We prioritize momentum, rapid iteration, and decisiveness over heavy governance frameworks or dense slide decks.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- 7+ Years in High-Growth Tech: Proven track record in strategy, operations, product operations, or technical chief of staff roles, with extensive time spent working shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineering and Product leadership.
- Cross-Domain Credibility: Strong technical fluency to earn the respect of Staff/Principal Engineers and AI researchers, paired with the operational empathy to partner effectively with Support and People teams.
- Exceptional Execution in Ambiguity: The ability to take ill-defined, sprawling problems, define clean problem boundaries, and drive them to resolution without formal line authority.
- Strong Quantitative & Analytical Toolkit: Deep comfort evaluating unit economics, interrogating technical systems data, building scenario models, and separating actionable signal from noise.
- Executive-Ready Communication: Direct, concise communicator who can deliver unambiguous trade-offs and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and brevity.
- Hands-on AI & Agent Automation: Active, practical experience leveraging LLM workflows, coding agents, and automation frameworks to amplify daily productivity and analytical depth.
- Presence & Proximity: Continual availability is essential. Ability to work in-person (at least) three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) in Foster City, CA, collaborating closely on-site with leadership.
- Scale Experience: Experience navigating rapid organizational scaling while maintaining high cultural and engineering standards.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Deep Developer Tooling Background: Prior experience in developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, AI coding assistants, or developer-focused software ecosystems.
HOW WE’LL KNOW IT’S WORKING
- Decision Velocity Across Functions Increases: Product, engineering, and support initiatives move from scoping to execution faster, with clear alignment and measurable business impact.
- Net-Negative Friction: Teams actively seek your partnership because your involvement removes ambiguity, sharpens priorities, and unblocks progress rather than introducing overhead.
- Integrated Health Sightlines: Replit's President has continuous, high-signal visibility into the operating health, technical execution, and organizational sentiment across all reporting groups.
Full-Time Employee Benefits Include:
💰 Competitive Salary & Equity
💹 401(k) Program with a 4% match (US Only)

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As the Sales Manager for Life Sciences at Anthropic, you’ll lead the foundational team introducing our frontier AI platform to the pharma and biotech ecosystem, spanning large pharma, mid-size and emerging biotech, and the organizations that support drug development. You’ll build and develop a team of Strategic Account Executives who drive adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic deals with pharmaceutical and biotech companies. You’ll bring deep domain fluency in how drugs are discovered, developed, approved, and launched to coach your team’s consultative sales approach, while becoming a trusted advisor yourself to senior pharma and biotech stakeholders, helping them embed and deploy AI across the drug lifecycle from target discovery through commercialization. In collaboration with Product and Marketing, you’ll continuously refine the team’s value proposition, sales methodology, and market positioning to resonate with decision-makers across large pharma and biotech.
The ideal candidate has a passion for developing new market segments within pharma and biotech, pinpointing high-potential opportunities across discovery, preclinical, clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial functions, and building a team that can execute strategies to capture them. By driving deployment of Anthropic’s emerging products across pharma and biotech organizations, you’ll help them accelerate the path from science to patients while advancing the ethical development of AI.
Key responsibilities
Build and lead a specialized team of Strategic Account Executives covering large pharma and biotech accounts, setting growth targets by segment and coaching reps through the full sales cycle from outbound to close
Design and oversee sales strategies tailored to the distinct procurement cycles of pharma and biotech, including R&D and discovery budgets, clinical development and operations, regulatory and CMC investment, commercial budgeting, and enterprise IT and digital transformation programs, translating market and trend analysis into account plans and campaigns that meet and exceed team revenue targets
Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities across target identification and drug discovery, preclinical development, clinical trial design and operations, regulatory affairs and submissions, medical affairs, manufacturing and quality (GxP), pharmacovigilance and drug safety, and commercial functions, partnering cross-functionally to differentiate Anthropic’s offering for pharma and biotech use cases
Run a disciplined pipeline and forecasting cadence across the team, managing an evolving sales process to deliver predictable, coachable performance against quota
Serve as Anthropic’s domain expert across the pharma and biotech value chain, including discovery research, IND-enabling studies, clinical trial operations, NDA/BLA regulatory submissions, tech transfer and manufacturing, post-market safety, and commercial launch, and translate that expertise into repeatable playbooks, frameworks, and go-to-market strategies your team and the broader field organization can scale
Partner directly with C-suite and senior R&D leaders (CEOs, CIOs, CDOs, CSOs, CMOs, Heads of R&D, Heads of Clinical Development, Heads of Regulatory, CCOs) across pharma and biotech organizations to design multi-year AI transformation roadmaps and build long-term trusted advisor relationships
Partner closely with Product and Applied AI to translate feedback from discovery scientists, clinical operations teams, regulatory and quality leaders, and commercial teams into product and roadmap input, strengthening Anthropic’s value proposition across the segment
Build strategic relationships with life sciences-focused system integrators, technology vendors, CROs, CDMOs, and industry organizations to scale go-to-market capabilities
Establish Anthropic’s position as the AI partner of choice across pharma and biotech through conference presentations, white papers, case studies, and participation in industry forums
Codify learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices, partnering with Marketing and Enablement to scale winning use cases and proof points across pharma and biotech accounts
Minimum qualifications
10+ years of experience in life sciences, with at least 5 years specifically selling into or working within pharma or biotech organizations (R&D, clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, or commercial functions, or related consulting)
Experience in leadership roles managing or coaching enterprise sales teams, with a track record of driving measurable revenue outcomes in pharma, biotech, or adjacent life sciences settings
Deep understanding of business models, operations, and economics across pharma and/or biotech, including the drug development lifecycle, the regulatory environment (FDA, EMA, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11), and competitive dynamics
A track record of managing or overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within pharma or biotech organizations, securing strategic deals by understanding both technical requirements and scientific, regulatory, and commercial use cases
Proven experience exceeding revenue targets by effectively managing a team’s pipeline and an evolving sales process
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present confidently across pharma and biotech audiences, from discovery scientists and clinical leaders to C-suite executives
A genuine interest in deploying AI responsibly and motivation to advance Anthropic’s mission of building safe, beneficial AI
Preferred qualifications
Deep understanding of buying cycles, decision-making processes, and key pain points across both large pharma and biotech, and across multiple functions (R&D, clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, commercial)
A strategic, analytical approach to assessing the pharma and biotech market, paired with creative, tactical execution to capture opportunities and a willingness to roll up sleeves on deals alongside the team
Experience developing and refining AI use cases in collaboration with customers and channel partners, spanning drug discovery, clinical development, regulatory and quality, pharmacovigilance, manufacturing, or commercial functions
Experience building or scaling a specialized sales team from an early stage
Passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems and their applications in drug discovery and development, with strong conviction around safe, ethical development of AI in these contexts

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As the leader of our Enterprise Asset & Wealth Management sales organization, you will build and lead a team that brings transformational AI to the world's leading asset managers, wealth managers, and private markets firms. These are organizations rethinking how they generate investment insight, serve clients and advisors, scale personalization, and meet fiduciary and regulatory obligations. They are looking for a partner they trust to take frontier AI from promising pilots into production at the core of their business.
You will own a broad portfolio of major AWM institutions at very different stages of AI adoption, from firms already running Claude in production to those just beginning their journey. Your coverage will span global and regional asset managers, alternatives managers, and wealth businesses. You will lead Account Executives, design the coverage and territory model, and build the repeatable, AWM-specific plays that turn early wins into durable, scaled adoption across research, portfolio and client operations, advisor productivity, and compliance and supervision. The selling is technical and multi-stakeholder: platform decisions, model governance, security and procurement rigor, and solutions built on Claude through our API, Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and partner cloud platforms. You will shape strategy and operating rhythm while staying personally engaged with executives on the pursuits that matter most.
This is a rare opportunity to build an organization, not just run a number: to shape how the asset and wealth management industry adopts frontier AI, and to do it at a company where safety, trust, and long-term customer outcomes are central to how we sell.
Key responsibilities
Define AWM go-to-market strategy and coverage design, including segmentation across asset managers, alternatives managers, and wealth platforms, territories, account prioritization, and vertical value propositions, and evolve the coverage model as the business scales
Recruit, coach, and retain Enterprise Account Executives with deep asset and wealth management and platform-selling expertise; develop leadership talent and create career paths that keep top performers growing
Codify the use cases, proof points, reference stories, and sales motions that make wins repeatable across AWM, such as investment research and idea generation, portfolio and client reporting, RFP and due diligence automation, advisor productivity and client personalization, and compliance and supervision workflows, partnering with Marketing, Enablement, and partner teams to scale them
Engage personally with C-level and business-line executives (CEOs, CIOs, COOs, Chief Data and AI Officers, Heads of Distribution, and Heads of Wealth) on priority pursuits, building business cases and value narratives and navigating complex procurement, security, model-risk, and legal processes through to production deployment and expansion
Own the organization's revenue targets and operating rhythm, instilling pipeline-generation discipline and running forecasting, deal inspection, and account planning cadences that make performance predictable and coachable across a high-volume book of business
Partner closely with Applied AI, Solutions Architecture, and Product to design solutions, prove value quickly, and translate AWM needs, including fiduciary, books-and-records, and client-data requirements, into product and roadmap input
Orchestrate cross-functional and partner motions with Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, cloud partners, and the data and technology providers that AWM firms rely on, to deliver a seamless customer experience, and represent Anthropic with customers and at industry events as a visible, trusted leader
Minimum qualifications
Experience leading enterprise sales teams that sell technical, complex products such as API-first platforms, cloud infrastructure, or data and machine learning platforms
A track record of winning and growing enterprise customers, including building C-suite relationships, in asset and wealth management (asset managers, alternatives managers, private banks, wealth platforms, or the technology and data providers that serve them)
Experience designing go-to-market coverage for an enterprise sales team, including segmentation, territories, and account prioritization
Operational rigor across both a high-volume pipeline and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, balancing velocity with deal quality and forecasting accurately in fast-changing environments
Credibility with technical buyers and builders, and with investment and distribution leaders: CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Heads of AI/ML, Heads of Research, and Heads of Wealth or Distribution, plus experience pairing effectively with solutions architects and applied AI teams
Strong coaching skills that raise team performance through deal coaching and account strategy, combined with personal effectiveness alongside executives on high-priority opportunities
A genuine interest in deploying AI responsibly and motivation to advance Anthropic's mission of building safe, beneficial AI
Preferred qualifications
Experience leading other sales leaders (second-line management), or demonstrated readiness to step into that scope
Experience building or meaningfully scaling a verticalized or multi-segment sales organization
Experience bringing generative AI or LLM-based products, or other emerging platform technologies, to large asset managers, wealth managers, or private markets firms
Familiarity with AWM use cases and buyers, such as investment research and portfolio analytics, client reporting and RFP automation, advisor and relationship-manager productivity, and fund operations and servicing
Deep familiarity with regulated-industry selling in AWM, including fiduciary and suitability obligations, SEC and FINRA expectations on supervision and books and records, model-risk management, client-data privacy, security review, and the governance expectations of financial institutions
Experience selling with and through cloud and ecosystem partners such as AWS, Google Cloud, and global systems integrators, as well as the data, analytics, and portfolio-technology vendors embedded in AWM firms
Familiarity with consumption- or usage-based commercial models and value-based pricing conversations
Experience leading organizations through rapid growth, re-segmentation, or significant change

About inKind
inKind is transforming the way restaurants access growth capital and build relationships with their guests. Sitting at the intersection of hospitality, fintech, consumer technology, and loyalty, our platform helps restaurant operators grow while giving consumers a better way to discover, experience, and engage with restaurants.
We're entering our next stage of growth, with significant opportunities to improve how we acquire, engage, retain, and monetize customers while building inKind into a recognized consumer brand.
We're looking for a Director of Marketing who is a builder and an operator — someone who can turn growth opportunities into working programs, launch new initiatives, optimize existing channels, and create repeatable systems that drive measurable results.
The Role
The Director of Marketing will lead the execution and optimization of inKind's marketing initiatives across consumer lifecycle, subscriptions, performance marketing, brand, and partner acquisition.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strong marketing instincts with analytical thinking, technical fluency, and a bias toward action.
You'll work across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Operations to identify growth opportunities, build solutions, launch campaigns, measure performance, and continuously improve results.
We are not looking for someone who simply develops strategies, manages agencies, or oversees campaign calendars. We want someone who understands how modern marketing systems work, can get into the details of execution, and knows how to turn ideas into measurable business outcomes.
Three immediate priorities will define the role:
Transform lifecycle marketing:
Move inKind from calendar-driven, ad hoc campaigns to automated, behavior-based customer engagement that increases activation, frequency, retention, and lifetime value.
Launch and scale consumer subscriptions:
Build and execute the go-to-market, acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention programs needed to establish a successful subscription business.
Integrate brand into B2B performance marketing:
Evolve inKind's transaction-focused restaurant acquisition channels by incorporating stronger brand storytelling, differentiated positioning, and creative that builds trust while improving commercial performance.
Beyond these priorities, you'll continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency, customer experience, and growth.
What You'll Own
Build an Automated Lifecycle Marketing Engine
Lead the transition from one-off, calendar-driven campaigns to a scalable, automated lifecycle marketing operation.
Audit existing customer communications, journeys, segmentation, and engagement performance to identify gaps and opportunities.
Build and execute automated customer journeys across onboarding, activation, engagement, repeat usage, retention, and reactivation.
Use behavioral data, transaction history, customer preferences, and predictive signals to trigger relevant, personalized communications.
Work directly with Braze, Snowflake, and internal teams to improve audience segmentation, orchestration, and campaign automation.
Develop testing frameworks across messaging, creative, timing, offers, and channels.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automated agents to improve personalization, campaign execution, reporting, and optimization.
Establish clear performance dashboards and continuously improve conversion, engagement, purchase frequency, and customer lifetime value.
The outcome:
A lifecycle marketing engine that consistently drives customer behavior and revenue without relying on constant manual campaign creation.
Lead the Launch and Growth of Consumer Subscriptions
Own the marketing execution behind the introduction and scaling of inKind's consumer subscription offering.
Partner with Product, Finance, Data, and Engineering to develop and execute the subscription go-to-market plan.
Translate the subscription value proposition into clear positioning, messaging, creative, and customer-facing experiences.
Build the acquisition strategy across existing users, paid channels, referrals, restaurant partnerships, and owned media.
Develop conversion journeys that move existing inKind customers into paid subscriptions.
Execute subscription onboarding, activation, engagement, renewal, and retention programs.
Test pricing presentation, promotional offers, trial structures, messaging, and conversion flows in partnership with Product.
Develop targeted campaigns for different customer segments based on behavior, frequency, and potential subscription value.
Monitor subscriber acquisition cost, conversion, activation, churn, retention, and subscription lifetime value.
Identify opportunities to reduce churn and increase subscriber engagement through automated lifecycle programs.
The outcome:
A successfully launched subscription offering with a repeatable, measurable acquisition and retention engine.
Bring Brand Storytelling Into B2B Performance Marketing
Evolve inKind's existing restaurant acquisition marketing from primarily transaction-focused messaging into a more differentiated, brand-led growth channel.
Evaluate current B2B paid acquisition campaigns, messaging, creative, audiences, and funnel performance.
Develop compelling stories that communicate why restaurants partner with inKind, beyond the immediate financial transaction.
Build campaigns that highlight restaurant success stories, operator experiences, hospitality expertise, and the broader value of the inKind platform.
Work with Sales and Business Development to understand restaurant decision-making, objections, and buying motivations.
Introduce brand-led creative and messaging into existing paid channels without sacrificing lead generation performance.
Develop and execute structured tests comparing transactional, educational, and brand-led messaging.
Build content and creative that can be reused across paid acquisition, landing pages, email, sales enablement, and partner communications.
Improve conversion through stronger positioning, creative testing, audience targeting, and landing-page optimization.
Measure the impact of brand-led marketing on lead quality, acquisition efficiency, conversion, and partner engagement.
The outcome:
A more differentiated and effective B2B acquisition engine that strengthens inKind's brand while continuing to deliver measurable commercial results.
Drive Consumer Growth and Marketing Performance
Own the continuous improvement of inKind's consumer acquisition and engagement programs.
Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention across the customer journey.
Build and optimize campaigns across paid, organic, referral, partnership, and owned channels.
Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and cohort data to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and execute experiments across audiences, offers, creative, messaging, and conversion experiences.
Work with Product to improve customer journeys and reduce friction in the app and purchase experience.
Identify opportunities to use inKind's restaurant network as an acquisition and engagement channel.
Allocate marketing resources toward initiatives demonstrating the strongest incremental impact.
Maintain clear accountability for customer acquisition cost, conversion, frequency, retention, and lifetime value.
Build Scalable Marketing Systems and Automation
Help modernize how Marketing operates by reducing manual processes and improving the speed and effectiveness of execution.
Identify repetitive marketing activities that can be automated or simplified.
Leverage Braze, Snowflake, AI tools, and other technologies to improve campaign execution and decision-making.
Partner with Engineering and Data to improve the availability and use of customer data.
Develop reusable campaign frameworks, audience segments, reporting dashboards, and experimentation processes.
Introduce AI-driven workflows where they can meaningfully improve productivity, personalization, or performance.
Create processes that allow the marketing function to execute more effectively as the business scales.
Lead Marketing Execution and Cross-Functional Delivery
Take ownership of delivering marketing initiatives from initial concept through execution and optimization.
Translate business priorities into clear marketing initiatives with defined owners, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
Lead and develop marketing team members while remaining directly involved in execution.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Operations to remove blockers and deliver results.
Manage agencies, creative resources, vendors, and marketing technology partners where appropriate.
Establish clear operating rhythms for campaign planning, execution, experimentation, and performance reviews.
Maintain visibility into what is working, what is not, and where the team should focus next.
Balance longer-term marketing improvements with immediate commercial priorities.
Qualifications
7+ years of marketing experience, including experience owning and executing growth initiatives.
Experience within a high-growth consumer technology, marketplace, fintech, hospitality, loyalty, subscription, or e-commerce business.
Demonstrated success building and optimizing automated lifecycle marketing programs.
Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally Braze or similar.
Experience launching or scaling consumer products, subscription offerings, membership programs, or recurring-revenue initiatives.
Strong understanding of paid acquisition, conversion optimization, customer segmentation, retention, and LTV.
Ability to use data and analytics tools to evaluate customer behavior and marketing performance.
Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to implement marketing initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to develop and test brand-led creative within performance marketing channels.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing marketing resources.
Strong communication, prioritization, and project execution skills.
Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, AI-powered marketing workflows, or other technical marketing capabilities is a plus.

The Group Transaction Monitoring (TM) L3 Analyst plays a critical role in the detection, investigation, and reporting of financial crime across Capital.com's global entity footprint. The role sits within the Alert Operations pillar of the Group TM function, reporting to the Group Head of Transaction Monitoring, and handles the most complex end-to-end investigations from escalated alert review through to SAR/SMR/STR preparation, entity MLRO liaison, and cross-jurisdictional pattern analysis.
Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience conducting complex TM investigations, drafting SARs/SMRs/STRs to a regulatory standard, and making independent disposition decisions on high-risk cases within a regulated financial services environment.
The L3 Analyst operates with a high degree of autonomy. Where genuine suspicion is formed, the referral pack is submitted directly to the entity MLRO and is not subject to management approval. Responsibilities
Conduct complex investigations on escalated alerts: full transaction history review, source of funds and wealth analysis, beneficial ownership checks, open-source intelligence gathering, and cross-entity pattern analysis
Prepare high-quality SAR/STR narratives and supporting evidence packs to a standard suitable for entity MLRO review and regulatory filing, in accordance with regulatory timeframes and internal quality standards
Make independent disposition decisions on the most complex alerts, documenting rationale to an auditable standard — for the highest-risk alert categories, dispositions are subject to QC sampling and senior review
Perform background checks and contextual research on counterparties and entities linked to alerts using public and subscription databases

Liaise with entity MLROs on SAR filings, responding to queries and providing supplementary evidence where required

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Great Forward Deployed Engineers make deployments succeed. The Forward Deployed Engineering Team Manager makes the whole team succeed. In this role you will lead a team of FDEs and own delivery outcomes across your book: clean builds, on-time milestones, and healthy, growing accounts. You set the quality bar for everything the pod ships and turn what works into standard practice
This is a management seat with real autonomy. You decide how the pod runs and own the results. You will work closely with Account Partners, Implementation Engineers, and Product, so your focus stays on your whole book of business, the development of the people delivering it, and the systems that make your team run. The role reports to the VP of Solutions and is the proving ground for delivery leadership at Tennr.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own your team’s key metrics: time to first outcome from go-live, delivery predictability on key milestones, and adoption and health across all accounts.
- Hold the quality bar: review scoping and architectures before they are built, require dry runs for high-stakes moments (architecture reviews, demos, UAT), and sample live customer calls to coach execution.
- Hire and develop every FDE in the pod through weekly 1:1s, evidence-based reviews, clear 30/60/90 ramp expectations, and documented growth plans.
- Act as first line of defense on escalations: diagnose root causes, set direction, and coordinate the fix through the team, then coach so it does not recur.
- Serve as the technical solutioning partner for FDEs working through hard architecture and workflow problems.
- Act as the final scoping gate on pre-sales engagements, catching post-sale risk before contracts close.
- Turn patterns across the pod’s accounts into a clear signal for Product, and close the loop with the team on what ships.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience leading and developing a team of implementation, solutions, or technical delivery professionals
- Track record of successfully delivering complex customer implementations, healthcare or healthcare technology experience is preferred
- Strong technical judgment on architecture and workflow design, with the ability to guide a build without taking it over
- Comfort inspecting work and holding a high bar, including when the work looks fine
- Clear communication with customers and executives, and the ability to surface risk and trends upward early
- Experience partnering with Product to turn recurring field patterns into roadmap priorities
- High ownership mindset and comfort in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer-funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave

- Based in the New York City area and able to work onsite 4 days a week.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Active CPA
- Big 4 or public accounting background
- ERP implementation experience
- Multi-entity or international accounting experience (the company is establishing an international entity)

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
The Role
We’re hiring Solutions Engineers to build Synthesia’s pre-sales function in North America. This is a founding role: you’ll be one of the first SEs, shaping the playbook, tooling and best practices as we scale, not following an established model. If you’re someone who is excited by building while scaling, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Solutions Engineer at Synthesia, you will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs and design the technical solution for each deal. You will be a trusted advisor focused on the value customers get from Synthesia, and you’ll take what you learn in the field back to Product.
This is an incredible opportunity to join us as we become a multi-product company for the first time, and continue to scale across North America.
What You’ll Do
- Co-plan and support discovery calls with your AE to understand customer requirements, technical environment, and business challenges.
- Design and execute repeatable demo methodologies that prove Synthesia’s business value quickly, whether the customer is deploying Studio at scale, building Roleplay Sessions for skill uplift, or integrating Interactive Avatars into their product.
- Build and maintain strong working knowledge of Synthesia’s platform capabilities, roadmap, and positioning across all product lines, so you can speak to the use cases that drive value.
- Deliver demonstrations that speak to customer problems and tell a credible story of why Synthesia is the right solution.
- Identify technical objections and integration questions as they come up, working with your AE and the broader ecosystem to find a path forward.
- Contribute your assessment of technical fit and opportunity risk to help your AE shape account and deal strategy.
- Keep your deal team and manager informed on deal status, timeline, and technical dependencies.
- Identify, build relationships with, and actively enable technical champions within customer organizations so they can advocate for Synthesia internally.
- Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities, API and SDK integrations, security, compliance topics (SOC 2, GDPR, enterprise identity), and scalability for global deployments, troubleshooting issues and validating integrations with LMS, HCM, and content systems as they surface.
- Partner with Enablement to complete certifications, stay current on new releases, and keep your demo and objection-handling skills sharp.
We’d love to hear from you if you have
- 2+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience in a SaaS environment (or equivalent technical customer-facing experience).
- Delivers a strong standard demo aligned to the discovery points and agenda set with the AE, with a solid grasp of core demo technique (e.g., Tell-Show-Tell).
- Applies established solution designs and best practices to the customer’s use case, working with core ecosystem functions (Product, Customer Success) as the deal requires.
- Identifies and surfaces deal risk and next steps based on what the customer tells you, escalating clearly to your AE so it gets actioned.
- Working knowledge of MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, and can articulate why Synthesia is a fit for the prospect.
- Resourceful: knows how to find the right person or tool internally, and is building their own network across the GTM organization.
- Comfortable with the technical fundamentals in at least one area (creation flows, APIs, integrations, security, compliance) and eager to build depth quickly.
- Self-motivated and organized, able to manage a growing book of POCs, demos, and customer conversations while hitting deadlines.
- Willing to travel for customer discovery and on-site demos as needed.
- You like staying ahead of the AI-native learning and enablement space, so you can credibly discuss how customers are shifting from static methods to interactive practice and measurable skill development.
- Strong written and spoken communication in English.
We’d be particularly excited if
- You have previous experience as an AE.
- You have experience with video AI.

Sales cycle ownership
- Co-plan and execute discovery calls to understand customer requirements, their technical environment, and current business challenges.
- Design and deliver compelling demonstrations that solve customer problems, quantify the value of solving those problems, and tell a clear, credible story of how Synthesia solves them better than anything else.
- Understand and overcome technical objections and integration concerns; identify blockers early and develop solution paths with customers.

- Develop and maintain reusable assets across demo environments, use cases, integration templates, objections, and industry playbooks, brought to life directly in Synthesia’s platform.
- Support POC and pilot readouts as a business narrative, not a feature tour, learning to bring storytelling and executive presence to the room as you grow into more senior conversations.
- Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities, API and SDK integrations, security, compliance topics (SOC 2, GDPR, enterprise identity), and scalability for global deployments.
Product and industry expertise
- Maintain deep expertise on Synthesia’s platform capabilities across all product lines, roadmap, and positioning to highlight value-driving use cases.
- Develop deep vertical knowledge, establishing yourself as a subject matter expert and building trust with executive buyers.
- Stay ahead of the AI-native learning and enablement space, so you can credibly discuss how customers are shifting from current, static methods to interactive practice and measurable skill development.
Ecosystem collaboration
- Product: share customer and prospect product and competitive feedback with pre-sales leadership and Product, flagging pain points, missing capabilities, and gaps that surface in your deals to help shape the roadmap.
- Product Marketing: work with Product Marketing to understand and apply messaging and positioning in your deal cycles, and contribute to reusable assets like demo scripts and competitive battlecards.
- Customer Success: brief Customer Success on technical context and champion relationships at handoff, so your POCs and pilots convert cleanly into production deployments.
- Enablement: review and enhance enablement content based on what works best in preparing team members for client engagements, and deliver and evaluate certification as needed to accelerate understanding in the commercial team.
What we’re looking for
- We expect this person to have a minimum of 5+ years experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience at SaaS companies.
- Strong consultative discovery, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with both executive decision-makers (CHRO, CLO, Head of L&D, CTO) and technical audiences (IT, security, developers).
- Technical depth in at least one area (creation flows, APIs, integrations such as LMS, HCM, CRM, and identity, security, or compliance) and a willingness to learn quickly across domains.
- Fluency with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, and comfort translating technical requirements into business value and ROI conversations.
- A problem-solving approach built on gathering requirements, asking clarifying questions, and adapting solutions to customer needs.
- Excellent business and technical presentation skills, in person and remote, and the ability to explain complex AI and integration concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple POCs, demos, and customer conversations simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset; you thrive working with AEs, Product, Customer Success, and other teams to drive customer and company success.
- Product orientation and genuine curiosity about how customers use technology.
- Willingness to travel to visit key customers for discovery, executive conversations, and on-site demos.
We’d be particularly excited if
