About inKind
inKind is transforming restaurant financing and customer engagement through an innovative fintech platform that provides restaurants with growth capital while helping consumers discover and enjoy dining experiences nationwide.
As inKind continues to scale, our Finance organization is increasingly powered by technology, automation, and interconnected data. We’re looking for a
Finance Systems & Automation Analyst
who can help operate, troubleshoot, and improve the systems and workflows behind our accounting and financial processes.
Position Summary
This is not a traditional accounting role, and we are not looking for a software engineer.
We are looking for a
systems-oriented problem solver
who is naturally good at understanding how things work, breaking complicated processes into logical steps, working with financial data, and figuring out what is happening when something doesn’t work as expected.
You will sit at the intersection of
Finance, Accounting, Data, and Technology
, helping operate and improve the automated workflows that support our financial infrastructure.
A significant portion of the role will involve working in
NetSuite
, alongside tools such as Google Sheets, SQL, internal data sources, integrations, and third-party platforms.
You do not need to be an expert programmer. You do need to be comfortable looking at an unfamiliar process, dataset, formula, query, or piece of logic and methodically figuring out how it works.
The ideal person has strong numerical intuition, exceptional attention to detail, and the curiosity to ask not only
“Is this number correct?”
but also
“Where did this number come from, how did it get here, and how could we make this process better?”
What You Will Do
Finance & Accounting Operations
Operate and maintain recurring accounting and finance workflows, including cash transaction categorization, journal entry preparation and uploads, reconciliations, and weekly/monthly reporting processes.
Work extensively within NetSuite to support accounting operations, investigate issues, manage imports, and maintain accurate financial information.
Manage the inputs and outputs of automated finance processes, including data validation, CSV preparation and uploads, exception handling, and transaction-level corrections.
Adapt established processes to accommodate one-off transactions, new business scenarios, and evolving Finance requirements.
Support weekly and monthly accounting close activities and maintain the automated workflows supporting those processes.
Systems, Data & Automation
Monitor automated financial data flows from source systems through accounting, forecasting, and reporting outputs.
Ensure the continued availability, completeness, and accuracy of transaction history, balances, forecasts, and other financial information used across the organization.
Build, maintain, and troubleshoot automated financial workflows across accounting systems, internal data sources, and third-party platforms.
Investigate issues across Google Sheets logic, SQL queries, CSV imports, integrations, NetSuite, and other financial systems.
Trace data through multiple systems to identify where errors or inconsistencies originate.
Independently resolve routine systems and data issues while identifying the source, scope, and appropriate escalation path for more complex problems.
Process Improvement & Problem Solving
Break complex financial processes into clear, logical steps and identify opportunities to simplify or automate them.
Understand existing formulas, queries, scripts, integrations, and workflows well enough to troubleshoot and improve them.
Identify repetitive manual processes that could be standardized, automated, or eliminated.
Support the implementation of new products, systems, and business processes as they interact with Accounting and Finance.
Create ad-hoc reporting, tools, and analyses to answer new business questions.
Partner across Finance, Accounting, Product, Engineering, Data, and other teams to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
Document processes and workflows so that systems remain understandable, scalable, and maintainable as the company grows.
What We Are Looking For
Strong
systems thinking
— you naturally break problems into inputs, rules, dependencies, outputs, and exceptions.
Strong
numerical intuition
and an ability to recognize when financial data does not make sense.
Comfort working with large datasets and identifying patterns, anomalies, and inconsistencies.
Ability to approach ambiguous problems with limited context and determine what questions need to be answered first.
Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the broader process or business objective.
Comfort learning unfamiliar systems, tools, formulas, and technical concepts independently.
Ability to read and reason through existing formulas, queries, or code even if you would not consider yourself a developer.
Ability to troubleshoot systematically rather than relying on trial and error.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical or financial processes in straightforward terms.
Tools & Technical Experience
Experience with some combination of the following is valuable:
NetSuite
or another ERP/accounting platform
Advanced
Google Sheets or Excel
SQL
and relational data
Large structured datasets
Financial reporting and reconciliation
APIs, integrations, or third-party data connectors
Automated workflows or low-code automation tools
Financial or accounting data structures
Deep expertise in every tool is
not required
. We care more about your ability to understand unfamiliar systems, reason through problems, and learn quickly than expertise in a particular programming language.

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
We’re hiring a Field Marketing Manager in San Francisco to build and run the programs that turn Modal’s target accounts into active customers. You’ll work closely with our Sales team to plan regional campaigns, run events for the engineers and technical leaders we sell to, and report on how those programs contribute to pipeline and revenue. This is a hands-on role for someone who has run account-based field programs at a technical company and wants to help shape the function as it grows.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales, aligning field programs with sales priorities and helping AEs create and accelerate pipeline in their territories
- Develop and execute account-based programs for named accounts, working with Sales to identify key stakeholders and the right mix of touchpoints for each
- Decide which industry conferences and sponsorships are worth investing in, and own what we bring, who we send, and whether we go back next year
- Plan and host high-touch 1:1 and 1:few events for prospects and customers, such as executive dinners, roundtables, and technical workshops, in partnership with AEs
- Own pre-event and post-event execution, including targeted invitations, meeting booking, and timely follow-up with Sales
- Build co-marketing programs with VCs, accelerators, and ecosystem partners to reach their portfolio companies and customers
- Track and report on program performance, including meetings booked, account engagement, and sourced and influenced pipeline, and use the results to plan future investment
- Own the VIP experience at Modal’s flagship events, including our annual conference, Runtime
- Build repeatable processes and playbooks as the team grows
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have a track record of running field programs at a technical company and can point to specific ones and clear outcomes
- You’ve worked directly with AEs and you’re happy sharing a number with them
- You have good judgment about where to spend: a lot of sponsorships look better than they perform, and you can tell which is which
- You’re organized and self-directed, and comfortable running many events, partners, and vendors at once
- You’ve produced events across a range of formats, from small executive dinners to large conference sponsorships and brand events
- You have strong attention to detail and a high bar for taste and the quality of every event and touchpoint
- You’re comfortable with data and reporting, including CRM, attribution, and pipeline analysis
- You’re familiar with ABM, intent data, and marketing automation tools
- You’ve built AI into marketing workflows, such as account research, audience development, event operations, and reporting
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Experience at an AI, developer tools, or cloud infrastructure company
- Experience marketing to technical audiences such as engineers, ML teams, and technical executives
- Experience bridging product-led and sales-assisted growth
- Existing relationships with Bay Area VCs, accelerators, or AI communities

ABOUT AVOCA
Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Field Engineer on the Pre-Sales team, you'll be the technical builder behind how we win and enable deals. You'll own two things: the integration work that proves technical feasibility to prospects and partners during the sales cycle, and the demo tooling that lets the entire go-to-market team tell a credible, product-accurate story.
You'll work at the intersection of Sales, Partnerships, Product, Engineering, and AI, partnering with Account Executives and the Partnerships team as their technical counterpart. Unlike our Sales Engineers, who lead the customer-facing technical narrative, this role goes a layer deeper on the build: you're the person who can actually stand up a working integration against an unfamiliar API and turn it into a repeatable demo asset. This is a pre-sales role: you won't carry a closing quota, but your work directly determines whether technical buyers and integration partners trust that Avoca does what we say it does.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own technical scoping and feasibility for pre-sales opportunities and partner integrations; turning ambiguous requirements from prospects, partners, and AEs into concrete, working implementation plans.
- Build working integrations against third-party APIs, CRMs, field service management (FSM) platforms, telephony systems, and partner ecosystems, writing real code, handling REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and webhooks, and getting a credible proof of concept working quickly.
- Build and maintain the demo and sandbox tooling the GTM org relies on: reusable demo environments, representative fixture data, and internal tools, treating one-off deal builds as reusable assets (integration patterns, reference implementations, scripts) rather than throwaway work.
- Configure and tune Avoca's conversational AI for demo and POC scenarios, including prompt engineering to reflect real customer workflows.
- Serve as the technical counterpart to Account Executives and Partnerships in the room with a prospect's or partner's engineering team, establishing credibility from the C-suite to individual developers, and translating those conversations into plans a non-technical AE can run with.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that surface during evaluations, pilots, and POCs, protecting at-risk deals and partner launches.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to feed recurring integration gaps and field learnings back into the roadmap, and to keep demo environments current as the product evolves.
- Partner with (not replace) Forward Deployed Engineering and Implementation when a build needs to graduate from a working POC to a hardened production deployment: you own the pre-sales build and the demo layer; production delivery is a handoff.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 4+ years in a technical, customer-facing role: Solutions/Sales Engineering, Forward Deployed / Deployment Engineering, Implementation or Integration Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or software engineering with meaningful customer exposure.
- Hands-on ability to build. Proficient in TypeScript/JavaScript (Next.js, React, Node/Fastify); ships production-grade code and independently stand up an integration or demo tool, not just spec one for someone else to build. You don't need to be a production backend engineer, but "can build it yourself" is the bar.
- Practical experience integrating against third-party APIs and enterprise systems: REST, JSON, authentication/OAuth, webhooks, and comfort working from unfamiliar or incomplete API documentation.
- Working SQL and a solid grasp of relational data: enough to model, transform, and wire up realistic data for integrations and demo environments.
- Experience owning something technical end-to-end, from requirements through build, testing, and a working rollout, even if handed off afterward.
- Strong technical judgment and troubleshooting instincts, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A product mindset toward internal tooling: you treat demo and sandbox infrastructure as a product with users (the GTM team).
- Familiarity with AI-powered products, conversational AI platforms, or data-driven systems. Bonus: prompt engineering, call center / communications platforms, CRM or FSM integrations, or prior Partnerships/channel support experience.
WHO YOU ARE
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
Security isn't a feature at 1Password. It is the product. We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to shape security strategy across the company, working with Security Engineering, who hold one of the highest technical bars in the industry, and with the product teams building everything our customers touch.
You'll be the bridge. You'll understand cryptographic and architectural detail well enough to earn the trust of our security engineers, and you'll translate what matters into clear priorities for feature teams. Just as importantly, you'll bring a deep respect for the customer: a security control nobody can stand to use makes everyone less safe. You'll help us find the design that's both rigorous and usable, and have the credibility to say so in a room full of experts
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with product teams on security early. Work with PMs and feature teams to understand their upcoming roadmaps, identify security requirements and threat-model implications before designs are locked, and make sure those needs are visible, prioritized, and resourced.
- Align Security Engineering with product strategy. Translate feature-team needs into prioritized security work, and make Security Engineering's priorities legible to the rest of the company so tradeoffs are made in the open.
- Own an independent security roadmap. Set direction for platform-level security investments, such as key management and recovery, the cryptographic foundations of our zero-knowledge architecture, authentication, and our long-term readiness for post-quantum cryptography.
- Lead our strategy for the AI era. Define how 1Password approaches agentic access to credentials, secrets for non-human identities and AI agents, and the trust models emerging around tools and protocols like MCP.
- Balance risk and usability with evidence. Help security engineers weigh real-world risk against user friction, using adoption, support, and telemetry data alongside threat models. Shipping with accepted, documented residual risk is sometimes the right call, and you'll help us make and defend those decisions.
- Represent 1Password to the security community. Engage with security researchers and our bug bounty program, speak at conferences, and contribute to the wider conversation about where credential security is heading.
- Raise the bar for product work. Coach PMs on security thinking, challenge assumptions constructively, and set the standard for how security-critical product work gets done.
OUR PHILOSOPHY ON PRODUCT CONSISTS OF FIVE CORE PILLARS:
- Focus and execution: Can you ship quickly and measure results?
- Customer empathy: Are you motivated first and foremost to solve customer problems?
- Effective communication: Can you bring the entire organization, horizontally and vertically, along on the journey?
- Go to market: Can you understand and drive business outcomes through product decisions?
- Technology: Articulating how our technology beats our competitors
Product Managers play a highly visible role at 1Password and are critical to the development and execution of our product strategy. As PMs, we are responsible for setting and championing a high bar for our products. At the Principal level, you also set the standard for how product work gets done. You coach, you challenge assumptions, and you make the whole team better. You must excel at prioritization, collaboration, and communication, while holding yourself and others accountable for measuring quality and business results. You will work with Engineering, Design, Security Research, and GTM teams to ensure every decision we make as a product is grounded in our commitment to verifiable security.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of product management experience, including significant time on security-critical products or platforms in a SaaS environment. We'll also strongly consider exceptional candidates with equivalent depth, such as security engineers or researchers who moved into product.
- Deep, demonstrable knowledge of security fundamentals: cryptography, authentication protocols, identity and access management, zero-knowledge and end-to-end encrypted system design, and threat modeling.
- Fluency in the credential and identity landscape, including passkeys, WebAuthn/FIDO, and the standards shaping how people sign in.
- A track record of earning credibility with security engineering teams, not just working alongside them.
- The ability to read and reason through technical specifications, security audits, and cryptographic design documents.
- Experience making and defending risk-based tradeoffs, and explaining them clearly to engineers, executives, and customers.
- A history of shipping security features that users actually adopt, and of using friction and adoption data to improve them.
- Experience setting strategy at the platform or infrastructure level, and influencing roadmaps you don't own without formal authority.
- Communication that scales from a security research paper to an executive briefing without losing precision in either direction.
- A strong point of view on how the security landscape is shifting, and the ability to connect it to concrete roadmap decisions.
STRONG PLUS
- Standing in the security community, through conference talks, publications, research, open-source work, or standards participation.
- Hands-on experience with AI security: agent identity and authorization, prompt injection, secrets management for automated systems.
- Experience with compliance and certification regimes such as SOC 2, FedRAMP, or FIPS.
- Prior work in vulnerability disclosure, incident response, or threat intelligence that gives you a practitioner's intuition.
- Experience running or working closely with a bug bounty program or researcher community.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Working with a passionate, highly motivated Product and Security team that holds an exceptional bar and genuinely cares about getting it right
- A direct line to decisions that shape the security architecture millions of people depend on every day
- Empowerment to set long-term security product strategy and drive it through execution
- A culture where technical depth is respected, tradeoffs are named honestly, and shipping the right thing matters more than shipping fast
- A collaborative environment where the best argument wins, regardless of title

Recraft is a graphic design research lab building state-of-the-art image generation models and tools for designers, illustrators, marketers, and developers.
Founded in 2022 and based in London, we build for commercial design standards: full creative control, style consistency, and native vector outputs, an API for teams who want to integrate that capability directly into their workflows, plus mobile app for those who prefer not to be distracted from the process without a computer.
Over 3 million creators across 190+ countries use Recraft. Our mission is to help everyone who works with visuals get the job done, without lowering the bar on design.
If you want to help set that standard, we'd like to hear from you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Most AI companies sound the same. We'd rather not.
We're looking for a copywriter who understands design from the inside: someone who has designed, or still does, and writes like a person with opinions, not a model with a prompt. You'll own how Recraft sounds, from the tone of voice guidelines down to the label on a button.
This role is for someone who uses the product every day, knows what designers actually need, and can turn a model release into a story worth reading. It isn't a content calendar to fill.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Shape our tone of voice. Develop and evolve Recraft's voice guidelines, and make sure the brand sounds like itself in every channel.
- Write the launches. Write social posts, release announcements, and launch copy for new models and features across X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Discord.
- Write for the camera. Write scripts and copy for motion videos, tutorials, interviews, and other storytelling formats.
- Join creative launches. Contribute to special projects and campaigns, with your focus on the words.
- Run the blog with search in mind. Write and edit SEO articles that rank and are still worth reading.
- Write inside the product. Work with product and design on UX copy in Recraft Studio: onboarding, empty states, tooltips, and feature descriptions.
- Name things. Help name new models, features, and products, and write the copy that introduces them.
- Use Recraft Studio. A lot. Test new models before they ship, find what's interesting, and write from first-hand experience.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll report to Head of Content and work as part of Creative Team. Day to day, you'll work closely with design, product, and the researchers who build our models, so you'll hear about releases early and in detail.
REQUIREMENTS
- A design background (graphic, brand, type, UI, or editorial) with writing as your main craft. Or you're a writer who has spent years working closely with designers and speaks fluent design. Content creators, social media writers, and brand or blog writers who've built a recognizable voice for a brand or for themselves are equally welcome.
- Excellent written English (C2 or equivalent): writing that's natural, idiomatic, and ready to publish. Plus a voice of your own.
- Work you can show: published articles, a blog or newsletter, social accounts you've run, or product copy you've shipped.
- Range. You can go from a launch post to a 2,000-word article to a button label without losing the voice.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools. You use them regularly, and your writing still doesn't sound like them.
- Curiosity about the design world: what designers are making, arguing about, and struggling with.
NICE TO HAVE
- A personal blog, newsletter, or Substack about design, type, visual culture, or AI
- SEO writing experience
- UX writing or content design experience
- Naming experience
- Scriptwriting for video or motion
- Experience at a design tool, creative tech company, or design studio
WHAT WE OFFER
- Ownership of the voice of a product that designers use every day
- Close work with design, product, and the people who build our models
- Room to experiment with formats, channels, and ideas
- A competitive salary, with bonus potential tied to your performance review.
- A team that means it when it says it wants to build the best product in the category: people who give each other direct, useful feedback, share context openly, and step in to help without being asked.

Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Senior Software Engineer - AI & Agentic Architecture
This is a senior individual-contributor role combining deep hands-on engineering with multiple agentic frameworks & SDKs, harnesses, MCP, and APIs, technical leadership, and close collaboration with engineering, security, and product teams. You'll design and ship agentic systems, developer tooling, and reusable platform capabilities that improve productivity across SIE.
What you'll do:
Agentic & AI Engineering
Design, build, and operate production-quality agentic applications using agentic SDKs/harnesses — including multi-agent orchestration, subagent delegation, tool integration, and lifecycle hooks.
Design Model Context Protocol (MCP) tool and resource interfaces that give coding agents/harnesses safe, reliable access to backend systems and enterprise data.
Engineer prompts for reliable structured output (JSON schemas, few-shot examples, validation/retry loops) and build evaluation frameworks to measure and improve output quality.
Manage context effectively across long documents, multi-turn conversations, and multi-agent handoffs; design escalation and human-in-the-loop patterns for production reliability.
Developer Productivity
Configure and extend Codex/Claude Code for team-wide use:
AGENTS.md/CLAUDE.md
hierarchies, custom slash commands, Agent Skills, path-specific rules, and plan mode.
Integrate agentic development into CI/CD pipelines for automated code review, test generation, and PR feedback, tuned to minimize false positives and duplicate findings.
Build and maintain MCP server integrations (project- and user-scoped) that extend agent-native development capabilities across engineering workflows.
Identify high-value opportunities for AI-assisted development and design reusable capabilities that multiple teams can adopt, not just one-off solutions.
Discovery, Prototyping & Production Delivery
Partner directly with engineering teams to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities through hands-on discovery.
Rapidly prototype and validate new AI capabilities with real users, then take successful prototypes into secure, observable, maintainable production systems.
Own the full lifecycle: implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
Technical Leadership
Provide hands-on technical leadership through architecture discussions, code reviews, and troubleshooting of agentic systems.
Mentor engineers on agentic design patterns, prompt engineering, and agent-native development practices.
Communicate tradeoffs, risks, and results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute to engineering standards, reusable patterns, and documentation that help other teams build effectively with agentic development tools.
Requirements
6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant hands-on work building and operating AI/LLM-powered or agentic applications.
Strong programming skills (Java, Python, Go, Rust, or C++) and solid engineering fundamentals — API design, testing, debugging, code review, maintainable code.
Practical, production-grade experience with agentic SDKs/harnesses, MCP, and LLMs — tool use, orchestration, RAG, context management, structured output, and evaluation.
Experience designing MCP tool/resource interfaces and reasoning about tool selection, error handling, and reliability in multi-agent systems.
Demonstrated experience integrating AI into CI/CD and developer workflows.
Ability to work in ambiguous problem spaces, evaluate tradeoffs, and make pragmatic engineering decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience mentoring and leading through influence.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise across agentic architecture, MCP integration, Codex/Claude Code configuration, prompt engineering, and context management.
Experience building multi-agent research or customer support systems, or structured data extraction pipelines.
Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps in support of AI/agentic infrastructure.
Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and AI evaluation frameworks.
Contributions to open-source projects involving AI, agentic systems, or developer tooling.
Strong systems thinking — understands how models, agents, tools, context, APIs, data, and infrastructure fit together as production systems, and can reason about dependencies and tradeoffs across the stack.
A track record of adapting quickly to new AI tools, models, and frameworks as the space evolves.

ABOUT ONEPAY
OnePay is the consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better.
Our financial system is broken. High fees, low rates, and too few ways to actually grow your money. We’re fixing it. And we’re moving fast.
We’re an all-in-one financial services platform that brings together banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one place. We also partner with employers, HCM providers, gig platforms, and others to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers.
We’re backed by Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, and Ribbit Capital, one of fintech’s most respected investors, giving us rare scale, distribution, and the opportunity to build something truly category-defining.
But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
THE ROLE
As a Quality Platform Engineer at OnePay, your work will directly shape how confidently every engineering team ships to production, building the internal tooling that catches problems before they reach customers of a financial platform millions of people trust. You will:
- Design and own shared automation frameworks used by engineering teams across web, mobile, and backend services
- Build and maintain infrastructure that runs automated suites reliably at scale, including flaky-test detection and triage tooling
- Partner with engineering teams to raise coverage and testing maturity, embedding quality practices into the development workflow rather than bolting them on afterward

- Define quality standards, provide observability (coverage, pass rates, run times), and maintain documentation and best practices to help engineers write and maintain effective automated tests
YOU BRING
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend/backend/platform engineering with a strong testing focus
- Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js or similar languages, with experience architecting test frameworks rather than just writing test cases

TOOLS WE USE
We use Typescript front to back, with node and NestJS frameworks for server code and React Native for our iOS, Android, and Web clients. We run on a highly distributed cloud-native stack with Kubernetes and AWS, and scale and resiliency are at the heart of everything we build. We also embrace agentic development, so engineers have their choice of a variety of models and agent harnesses, including Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and more to fit their workflow. While you don't need experience with our exact stack, familiarity with modern software engineering practices will help you ramp up quickly.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
- A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact

THE ADVENTURE AHEAD 🚀
Our Salesforce team is at the center of how Docebo sells, renews, and serves customers. We're investing in how it operates, and this is a net-new role we're adding to lead that change. We have strong senior technical talent on the team — what we're adding is a product owner who can set direction, manage stakeholders, and give that talent well-scoped work to build.
You'll own the backlog and the priorities. You'll define the intake and process the team runs on. And you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our senior architects and admins as an advisor and partner — not to out-engineer them, but to make sure the team is solving the right problems in the right order, with the business bought in.
THE DAY-TO-DAY 🛠️
- The product backlog and priorities. Turn business needs into clear problem statements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize with stakeholders so the team always knows what's next and why.
- Stakeholder management. Be the connective tissue between the Salesforce team and the business — Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Finance. Manage expectations, negotiate trade-offs, and bring the team into solution design early instead of receiving pre-baked requests.
- Process and ways of working. Define and stand up how the team intakes, prioritizes, and delivers work. Set the standard for a good request and make it stick, so work enters the team ready to build.
- Partnership with senior technical leads. Work with the team's architects and admins as an advisor and thought partner. You bring the product and process lens; they own the technical design. Together you keep the org healthy and the roadmap realistic.
- AI-driven innovation. Champion how the team uses AI to work smarter — from AI-assisted ticket triage and intake scoring to identifying where automation and AI can improve how Docebo runs on Salesforce.
- A seat at the table. Represent the Salesforce team when the business evaluates new tools, so decisions that affect the platform are made deliberately, not discovered later.
YOUR SUPERPOWERS ⚡
- Platform Depth: Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, Senior Admin, or Business Analyst with the hands-on expertise needed to speak fluent platform and earn instant respect with technical leads.
- Product Ownership Mastery: Strong track record of running backlogs, scoping airtight requirements, prioritizing high-value features, and confidently saying "no" with strategic reasoning.
- Stakeholder Diplomacy: Exceptional ability to align competing business priorities across departments, negotiate trade-offs with senior leadership, and keep everyone bought into the plan.
- Process Architecture: Demonstrated success building lightweight, effective operating frameworks that bring structure and clarity to team workflows without adding bureaucratic bloat.
- Impactful Communication: Talent for translating technical complexities into business-friendly language for executives while keeping developers clear on the mission and priorities.
- AI-Forward Mindset: Natural curiosity and drive to leverage emerging AI solutions to optimize team operations and CRM efficiency.

BONUS POINTS 🌟
- Certified Expertise: Holding active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Architect track credentials).
- RevOps Synergy: Direct experience acting as the designated product owner partnering with a fast-paced Revenue Operations organization.
- Revenue Cloud Knowledge: Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing) or leading complex billing system migrations.
- Applied AI Experience: Practical background implementing AI-driven workflows or tools within CRM or delivery environments.

About Niantic Spatial
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It doesn’t know where things are, how spaces fit together, or what changes over time.
That’s one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it’s the one we’re solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That’s why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world’s most widely used maps. Now we’re building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.
About the Role
Niantic Spatial makes the physical world computable, helping people and machines collaborate safely by aligning how they understand reality. One of the fundamental problems we're helping autonomy teams and engineers overcome is the sim-to-real gap for visual-spatial understanding. We're applying our team's decades of experience encoding the world precisely as it is at Google Maps, Google Earth, and Niantic Labs to build the scalable real-to-sim stack for embodied AI.
We're looking for a Staff Engineer, Robot Learning to lead engineering for our real-to-sim product within the Embodied AI group. One of the fundamental problems facing autonomy teams is the sim-to-real gap in visual-spatial understanding, and we're applying decades of experience encoding the world precisely as it is to build the scalable real-to-sim stack for embodied AI.
Working alongside the group's General Manager and Product leader, you'll inform the roadmap, own the technical requirements our researchers and engineers build against, and personally prototype and evaluate the changes you propose. You've lived the problems our customers are solving: you've trained and deployed embodied AI systems, seen where and why simulation fails to predict real-world performance, and worked through the consequences.
This is not a role for someone who wants to manage and not ship, or someone who wants to ship without ownership of commercial consequences. This is a role for an entrepreneurial tech lead who loves to build and is energized by helping those around them do the best work of their lives. You have a co-founder mentality. You may have been part of a founding team before, or want to start your own business one day.
What You'll Do
- Sharpen the Roadmap - Bring first-hand knowledge of customer pain, existing solutions, and the value of doing better to roadmap decisions, and help focus effort on the most consequential problems to solve.
- Own the Technical Requirements - Guide the team to design the real-to-sim stack pragmatically. Make the final recommendation on what to build, integrate, and simplify, ensuring capabilities work within customers' existing training and evaluation workflows.
- Benchmark the Impact - Working with our Real-World Test Lab, design and run reproducible evaluations that measure the impact of our real-to-sim stack on policy transfer and real-world performance against customers' existing approaches.
- Build and Ship - Lead engineering delivery and personally build critical features. Keep scope tight, remove blockers, and get performant capabilities into customers' hands quickly.
- Raise the Technical Bar - Set a high bar for the team's work and deepen its understanding of robotics development and deployment, driving incremental improvement every week.
What You'll Bring
- Experience training, evaluating, and deploying robot policies in systems used by enterprise or government customers, with responsibility for performance in real operating conditions.
- Deep practical experience using simulation for policy training or evaluation, including tools such as NVIDIA Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, MuJoCo, or equivalent. You have diagnosed sim-to-real failures and understand when greater fidelity improves outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with reinforcement learning, imitation learning, or both, and with deep-learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
- A practical understanding of how visual perception and 3D scene representations affect robotics training, evaluation, and real-world performance.
- Experience running experiments on real robots, from an ambiguous hypothesis through to defensible results.
- Strong Python and C++ skills, with experience building reliable production software.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
Nice to Have
- You've authored or maintained a public robotics benchmark.
- You've helped take an early product to repeatable adoption across multiple customers.
- You've built or substantially extended robotics simulation infrastructure, including scene authoring, domain randomization, or large-scale training and evaluation.
- You've trained and deployed vision-based navigation or mobility policies, particularly in varied, unstructured environments.
- You've built pipelines that turn real-world reconstructions into simulation-ready environments.
Competencies
- Always Learning. Staying on top of the latest academic breakthroughs and commercial advancements, particularly in real-to-sim-to-real.
- Relentless bias for action. You make decisions and ship as if the company’s success depends on it, because it does. You set the pace, and drive the people around you to rise to it.
- Intellectually honest. You know there’s just one job that underpins every other in a startup: find the truth. You are relentless in your pursuit of it, including when it challenges your own convictions, and you raise concerns when you see them — even when it's uncomfortable, and especially when it's unpopular.
- Pragmatic. You have no patience for not-invented-here syndrome and analysis paralysis. You find the fastest path to delivering customer value without going through one-way doors that undermine future scaling.
- Confident and credible with customers. You can sit alongside an autonomy engineer and help them get to the root of their problems. You are comfortable speaking to customers and bring commercial nous to those discussions.
Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this role is $270,000 – $300,000 per year. Compensation also includes an annual bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and more.
Location & Work Model
This role is based in our San Francisco office, with three days per week in office.
Inclusive Application
We know the strongest candidates don't always tick every box. If you're excited about this role and believe you could do it well, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every qualification listed - you may be exactly who we're looking for.
