WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Collections Experience owns the product experience for Notion’s database block and everything on top of it: properties, views, forms, permissions, and many more features. If you’ve ever typed /database in a Notion page, you’ve already used something our team built.
We’re hiring an experienced software engineer to accelerate our mission to build a flexible, reliable, and intuitive primitive that gives everyone the power to model their work exactly as they imagine— from simple lists to the most complex workflows.
We’re 8+ engineers, designers, and PMs across SF and NYC. You’ll work across the stack in TypeScript, ship features that touch both the data model and the UI, and help shape where the database block goes next.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Design and ship new database properties and views that expand what people can model in Notion
- Design permission models that hold up at the scale of our largest customers
- Partner with the Agent team to grow what Notion Agent can do with databases, from tool development to eval-driven iteration
- Collaborate closely with product and design on features that are ambiguous up front and require strong technical judgment to scope
- Raise the bar on code review, testing, and technical design across the team
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- 10+ years shipping production software, with a strong track record of owning features end-to-end
- Fluency with TypeScript across both backend and frontend
- Strong product instincts: you can take a vague problem, propose a solid technical approach, and know when to cut scope
- Experience on systems where data model decisions have long-lived consequences (databases, permissions, collaborative editing, or similar)
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience building database, spreadsheet, or workflow tools
- Background in permissions or authorization systems at scale
- Familiarity with AI/agent tooling, evals, or LLM-driven product experiences
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $213,000 - $320,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.
Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that pairs remote work with top-tier talent. We help individuals from around the world connect with great companies that are looking for their specific skill set. Our mission is to provide great jobs to talented people, no matter where they are located.
We are looking for an absolute weapon of an AI Creative Strategist and Editor. This is not a role for a traditional copywriter or a slow-moving agency editor. We need a "cracked" hybrid: someone who lives at the bleeding edge of AI generative tools, possesses the ruthless efficiency of a native direct-response video editor, and understands the deep psychology of brand world-building.
Your mandate is clear: I own the Shoot Day Scripts and the core vision. Once those are locked and the raw assets (or core ideas) are handed off, you take the wheel. You are a self-contained production pod. Half of your brain is a direct-response killer who thrives in the timeline; the other half is a visionary artist building an aesthetic universe. You take the brief and return with a massive volume of high-converting gold.
What You Will Do
The Handoff & Execution: Take locked Shoot Day Scripts, raw b-roll, and core hooks, and autonomously transform them into a fully built-out ad ecosystem. You require zero hand-holding in post-production.
Hardcore DR Editing: You are ruthless in the timeline (Premiere, CapCut, AE). You know exactly how to chop b-roll for maximum retention, sequence aggressive captions, and manipulate pacing to optimize thumb-stop ratios and click-through rates.
Rapid Hook Iteration: Take one winning concept or piece of raw footage and aggressively chop it into dozens of hook variants (A/B testing visuals, pacing, text overlays, and AI voiceovers) to crush CPA goals and combat ad fatigue.
Organic World-Building & "Art": Generate breathtaking, non-DR organic content designed purely to associate thoughts, feelings, and ideas with our brand. You use AI to create cinematic, highly aesthetic "art" that builds brand aura and commands attention without directly asking for a sale.
Mass AI Content Generation: Spin core concepts into dozens of high-fidelity ad variants using AI image, video, and voice generation to supplement and elevate practical footage.
VFX & Polish: Elevate both raw footage and AI generation with actual VFX, motion graphics, and sound design. You composite, blend, and fix artifacts so the final output looks premium, not plastic.
Requirements
DTC Native & Timeline Obsessed: You actually understand how e-commerce ads work. You don't just edit; you edit to convert. You know Eugene Schwartz/Ogilvy principles, pacing for TikTok/Reels vs. Meta, and how to build a high-converting funnel.
Top-Tier AI Proficiency: Master of tools like Midjourney, Runway Gen-2, Pika, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, and ElevenLabs. You understand seed control, inpainting, and prompting at an advanced level.
The "Cracked" Mentality: You operate with extreme speed and autonomy. You experiment, break things, and deliver a volume of output that makes normal agencies look like they are standing still.
Dual-Threat Aesthetic Range: You possess the unique ability to pivot seamlessly. You can edit aggressive, tactical, fast-paced direct response ads one day, and switch to crafting moody, cinematic, emotionally resonant brand art the next.
VFX / Post-Production Mastery: Deep proficiency in Premiere and After Effects (Nuke is a plus). You know how to track, rotoscope, composite, and seamlessly blend AI generation with real-world b-roll.

You'll work closely with both people and AI systems — auditing outputs, supporting day-to-day execution, and helping teams apply guidelines correctly in fast-moving, real-world scenarios. The work combines data quality, light project coordination, and hands-on training, where your ability to guide others and think critically is just as important as your own output.

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
Why this role exists
Higgsfield is one of the fastest-growing generative AI companies in the world. The specialty studios get most of the attention, but the general-purpose creation surface, the library, the shared foundation every user touches, is what makes or breaks daily use. We need a PM with real taste to own it.
What you'll actually do
• Own the core product experience end-to-end: image, video, collaboration, asset management, and the overall UX that ties them together.
• Own the surrounding product: library, projects, sharing, cross-product navigation, the things that make Higgsfield feel like one product instead of a bag of tools.
• Set the taste bar. Every flow, every empty state, every default. You're the person the team looks to when something feels off.
• Ship weekly. Our release cycle is days, not quarters.
• Design the metrics that matter: activation, generation success rate, session depth, weekly retention, feature adoption, cross-product usage.
• Glue the org together on the core experience. Work directly with Design, Backend, Frontend, and the vertical studio teams so the surface stays coherent as new products land on top of it.
Must-haves
1. Deep passion and curiosity for generative image, video, and LLMs. You use these tools daily. You have opinions about which models are good at what, and why.
2. Taste. You can look at a flow and tell what's wrong before the metric moves. Design and Engineering both trust your judgment.
3. Experience launching new products and scaling existing ones. You've taken things from zero to one and from one to ten. Founding or early-operator experience is a strong plus.
4. Strong technical background with a real grasp of AI/ML concepts. You can reason about model tradeoffs, latency, quality, and cost without needing an engineer to translate.
5. You ask smart questions, dig for answers yourself, and update your view when the evidence moves. No ego on the line when you're wrong.
Who this is not for
• You prefer working from complete specifications rather than defining problems yourself.
• You don't use generative AI tools daily. This role is impossible without lived product intuition.
• You are looking for a slower release cycle. We ship weekly.
Nice to have
• Background at a consumer product, creative tool, or AI-native company in the US, EU, or Asia.
• Direct experience shipping image or video generation, editing, or creative software.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
- A seat where the surface you own is what millions of users touch every day.
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, or other office benefits.
This is a fully on-site role based in our Almaty office. Our team works from the office five days per week for the full working day. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems, and build strong teams.

🤖 WHO WE ARE
We’re building Mo — a health companion for everyone.
We’re a small team within Alan, on a mission to redefine the future of care by democratizing access to medical expertise. We are building Mo, an intelligent, empathetic, multimodal LLM-based conversational AI assistant able to prescribe, triage, and proactively follow up on care.
Imagine giving every person in the world instant, 24/7 access to personalised medical expertise - through chat, voice, or video. That’s what we are building 🤖.
We kicked off the project in 2023, and we have launched Mo to all our french members (1M) in Q1 2026, making it the first safe AI health companion live at scale in Europe.
🚀 WHAT KEEPS US UP AT NIGHT
We’re building a medical agent that works — reliably, safely, and at scale.
You’ll work at the intersection of product engineering, ML engineering, and medical expertise. Our mission is to build the most accurate and reliable medical agent in the world, while delivering an outstanding conversational experience. Things we’re working on:
- 💬 Deliver the most memorable chatting experience — You’ll work on making Mo the obvious choice when it comes to asking a health question. It means having a world-class snappy and delightful chatting experience, blazing fast time to answer, and rich content shared.
- 🧱 Integrate Mo with Alan services and our healthcare system — You’ll work on integrating Mo with our other services (digital chat with HP, map of physical location of HPs, tailored prevention programs, …) to help members get from words to actions.
- ➕ Extend our architecture to support the next chapters of Mo — You’ll work on our architecture, and agentic framework, to support Mo’s next needs (get more context, use new skills, be accessible in other countries we operate in)
If you’re excited by the idea of building the future of healthcare, this is the team for you - we're at the start of the journey. If you’re curious, here https://arxiv.org/abs/2411.12808 is a paper we published recently.
🎯 IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for Product engineers with 3+ years of experience who get excited about building state-of-the-art AI systems and applying them to real-world, high-stakes problems in healthcare.
- You’ll work at the frontier of LLMs, multi-agent architectures, and human-in-the-loop learning — and see your work deployed in production, helping real people.
- You’ll implement new capabilities for Mo, working across engineering, data, and medical expertise
- You'll have deep product ownership over the use cases supported in Mo, making sure we actually help our members get and stay better.
- You’ll have significant influence on system architecture and code quality
- You’ll mentor engineers, contribute to our product & engineering culture, and help build the team (including participating in hiring, shaping our interview loops, etc.).
You would be a good fit in Mo if most of this sounds like you:
- Applied background in software engineering and systems architecture
- Experience with traditional ML, or LLMs, or ML dev ops is a big plus.
- Product-minded: you want your solutions to be used, and impactful
- Self-directed, pragmatic, driven, hard working
- Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority!)
- Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching
- Fluent in English (no need to speak French!)
- Ex-founders are typically great fit in our team
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus.
🤘 HOW WE DO IT ?
