About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

Vice President, Partnerships
Level:
Director (we are open to hiring at Senior Director level for more experienced candidates)
Role overview
GiveDirectly intends to transfer $10B by 2035 while building a resilient, durable cash-first movement in the aid sector.
To reach this milestone, we have brought all fundraising efforts under one leadership, to enable better coordination and optimisation of fundraising streams and operations over time. This unified approach is building a high-performance fundraising team that identifies and secures high-quality leads, while standardizing revenue operations and knowledge-sharing across all verticals, enabling a better donor experience and securing long-term funding to achieve our goals of eliminating extreme poverty and responding better in crisis.
The Director/Senior Director, Revenue Operations will own the operating backbone of the Fundraising function: the data, systems, and processes that let Partnerships, Philanthropy, Individual Giving, and Special Projects run at scale. As we grow our Emergency Cash and US work alongside our work on ending extreme poverty, the candidate will also help ensure fundraising strategies are complementary rather than competing. This is a BizOps-first role. You will build the pipeline infrastructure, KPI architecture, and operating rhythms that make Fundraising's growth predictable and measurable, and you will represent Fundraising to Finance, Compliance, Grants Management, and the People team.
Alongside this, the role carries a chief-of-staff dimension: partnering with the Vice President of Partnership on strategic priorities, high-stakes internal and external communications, and organizational change management, so the VP's time is focused on the highest-impact work.
Depending on the skills and interests of the person we hire, this role may grow to manage a team of 3-5, covering some combination of: fundraising tech and data (e.g. Salesforce), donor experience, and knowledge management. Reflecting our "Team Next" value and commitment to organizational excellence, this person will drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure fundraising operations scale seamlessly alongside our global growth.
Key responsibilities
Own Fundraising's revenue operations: data, systems, and process (primary focus)
Build and own the strategic data and systems architecture for Fundraising: pipeline tracking, annual and in-year forecasting, and reporting infrastructure (e.g. Salesforce) that gives every vertical a single, trustworthy source of truth.
Define, standardize, and own tracking of fit-for-purpose Fundraising KPIs, aligned to Board reporting needs and the team's long-term strategic direction.
Partner with counterparts on Fundraising Data and Tech to prioritize, execute, and approve projects that serve both functions.
Design and institutionalize the operating rhythms of the Fundraising function: pipeline reviews, QBRs, reporting cadences, and the processes that turn strategy into consistent execution.
Develop revenue systems and processes alongside the Finance, Fundraising and Donor Experience teams that support scalable growth, protect donor journeys, and ensure capital moves securely and efficiently through the organization.
Own revenue reconciliation and recognition, pledge and receivable tracking, restricted-fund coding, monthly/annual close handoff, or audit support.
Own workforce and capacity planning for Fundraising in partnership with the VP: role scoping, hiring prioritization, and structural improvements as the team scales.
Build and lead a team as the function matures
As the role grows, manage a team of 3-5 covering fundraising tech and data (e.g. Salesforce), donor experience, and knowledge management, setting priorities, coaching, and ensuring quality across each area.
Set clear ownership and operating cadences across the team so each workstream (tech and data, donor experience, knowledge management) has a defined remit and reduces duplicated effort across Fundraising verticals.
Act as the go-to liaison between Fundraising and other functions
Maintain a comprehensive view of Fundraising needs across all verticals and sub-teams, and act as the single point of contact for Grants Management, Finance, and Compliance on run-rate donor management processes.
Represent Fundraising's operational needs to the People team, Legal, and other functions as cross-functional systems and initiatives are designed and launched.
Partner with the VP on strategy and organizational effectiveness (chief-of-staff functions)
Collaborate with the Vice President to refine the unit's strategy, manage organizational change, and lead internal communications.
Streamline decision-making, manage priorities, and provide strategic counsel to maximize the VP's focus and effectiveness on high-impact work.
Prepare briefing materials and executive-level communications for senior leadership and Board audiences as needed.
Lead on cross-fundraising initiatives and priorities
Address broader organizational priorities as needed, including high-level donor stewardship coordination, cross-functional system launches, flexible workforce planning, or market expansion initiatives.
This role would suit somebody who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, who is energized by building systems and structure out of ambiguity, and who enjoys pulling together disparate workstreams into a cohesive, impactful strategy. It's a strong fit for someone with a business operations, revenue operations, or chief-of-staff background who wants a role weighted toward building and owning systems (and, over time, building a team) rather than one focused primarily on executive support.
What we're looking for
8+ years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, or a chief-of-staff role, ideally within a fundraising, sales, or partnerships organization.
Demonstrated experience building or owning CRM/pipeline systems (e.g. Salesforce), KPI frameworks, and reporting infrastructure that multiple teams rely on.
Strong analytical operator: comfortable structuring ambiguity, setting priorities, and using data to drive decisions. An advanced degree (e.g. MBA) is a plus, not a requirement.
Proven track record managing cross-functional relationships and influencing senior stakeholders outside a direct reporting line.
Experience managing people or workstreams, with the ability to scope roles and structure as a function grows; direct people management experience is a plus given this role may build and lead a team of 3-5.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for high-stakes internal and Board-facing materials.
Deep alignment with GiveDirectly's values, especially recipient choice, transparency, and evidence.
Bonus
Experience working with institutional donors or fundraising teams in Africa.
Experience standing up a BizOps or RevOps function from scratch, including building out a team across tech and data, donor experience, and knowledge management.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The IT Operations team keeps Anthropic running. We make sure every employee can do their best work without friction. We're hiring an IT Operations Engineer to develop our global asset management and hardware lifecycle program across our offices in San Francisco, New York, Seattle, London, Dublin and Sydney. You will bring program expertise to how we track hardware as inventory through its whole life: procurement and receiving, the inventory of record, assignment, refresh, collection and recovery, e-waste and secure disposal, and reseller relationships, iterating and scaling practices as we mature. The same person runs day-to-day operations for our corporate mobile program in addition to expertise in management of laptop and workstation lifecycle operations.
You'll partner with several teams within the IT, Security and business operations organizations: IT Hardware Ops runs procurement, fleet logistics, onboarding and offboarding, the storage room, and physical intake. The Endpoint pod owns MDM, device policy and enrollment. Finance owns the budget and vendor contracts. Hardware requests that come through the IT Support queue land with the IT Support team, and you'll help define how they are handled.
Responsibilities
Strategy and Tooling
Develop the global asset management strategy: the lifecycle model, the data we keep on every device, and how each office executes against it
Select, implement and administer the asset management tool, define its data model and integrations, and partner with IT Engineering where the work needs platform-level access
Contribute to and develop the processes on-site engineers in each office execute against, including the storage room process
Support the evaluation and onboarding of a hardware lifecycle services vendor and, once in place, run the day-to-day relationship
Inventory and Assignment
Establish the inventory of record across systems and keep it accurate, from receiving through disposal: every device, its state, its location, and who has it
Run audits of who-has-what and reconcile physical counts against the system of record
Manage demo, loaner, and travel device inventories, ensuring devices are accurately tracked through complex logistical deployments
Maintain up-to-date inventory counts and make strategic purchasing decisions in support new hire onboarding and peripherals stock levels
Procurement and Refresh
Support hardware purchasing through our reseller and vendor relationships, working from the refresh calendar
Build out the refresh calendar and advance it across offices
Reconcile purchase orders, deliveries and invoices with Accounting and vendors so that what was ordered, received, and billed line up
Collection, E-waste and Disposal
Develop device collection and recovery workflows: offboarding returns, refresh swaps, remote-employee returns and the BPO fleet, including the shipping and tracking that goes with them
Build the e-waste program: certified recycling and secure disposal partners in each region, data destruction records, and the chain of custody from collection to certificate
Handle equipment under legal hold or other chain-of-custody requirements
BPO and Contingent Fleet
Provision, track and recover the device fleet for our BPO partners, and be the day-to-day hardware contact for those vendors
Corporate Mobile
Run day-to-day operations for the corporate mobile program and write its runbook
Manage deployment, break-fix, and carrier relationships associated with a mobile device fleet
Automation
Identify repetitive work throughout the operation and automate it with the tools at hand (scripts, systems integrations / connectors, AI tools)
You may be a good fit if you
Have implemented an asset management and lifecycle program for a multi-office fleet, not only run one: taken it from spreadsheets or nothing to a system of record and defined the processes around it (procurement, inventory, assignment, refresh, collection and disposal), ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
Have selected or implemented an asset management platform such as Jira Assets, Snipe-IT or similar, and developed the data model
Have run an e-waste or secure disposal program with certified partners and chain-of-custody records
Have managed reseller or vendor relationships for hardware purchasing and asset disposal
Write things down: runbooks, how-to guides and knowledge base articles
Recognize when a request reaches past this role and route platform work to IT Engineering, policy to the Endpoint pod, and budget to Finance

Have supported a corporate mobile program or carrier account
Have basic scripting experience (Bash or Python) for inventory or reporting automation
Have experience using AI tools to improve personal or team productivity
Have been the hands-on asset contact for an ISO 27001 or SOC 2 audit: pulled extracts from the register, produced disposal certificates and evidence of returned assets
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. About inKind
inKind is transforming the way restaurants access growth capital and build relationships with their guests. Sitting at the intersection of hospitality, fintech, consumer technology, and loyalty, our platform helps restaurant operators grow while giving consumers a better way to discover, experience, and engage with restaurants.
We are entering our next stage of growth, and our ambition is significant: to establish inKind as the market-leading brand in dining and become one of the most recognized and relevant consumer brands in hospitality.
We're looking for a VP of Marketing who has experienced hyper-scale before - someone who understands what it takes to take a rapidly growing company and turn it into a category-defining, nationally recognized brand.
Role Summary
The VP of Marketing will own the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of inKind's marketing function across growth, brand, lifecycle, acquisition, retention, content, partnerships, and product marketing.
This is a critical leadership role for the next stage of inKind's growth. We want someone who has seen and helped lead hyper-scale firsthand and understands how the marketing strategy, organization, channels, brand, technology, and operating model need to evolve as a company moves from high growth to true market leadership.
Your mandate is bigger than generating leads or running campaigns. You will help turn inKind into a market-leading consumer brand, creating the awareness, affinity, customer growth, and engagement required to make inKind synonymous with discovering and experiencing great restaurants.
This is not a role for someone who wants to operate purely at the strategy level. You will set the vision while remaining deeply involved in execution - understanding how channels perform, how consumers behave, where the funnel can improve, what the brand stands for, and where we should place our next bet.
You will combine brand building with commercial performance, ensuring every marketing investment contributes to sustainable growth and long-term brand equity.
What You'll Own
Hyper-Scale Growth
Build the marketing strategy required to drive inKind through its next paradigm of rapid growth.
Bring firsthand experience of what changes when a business moves from growth into hyper-growth - from channels and organizational structure to processes, technology, measurement, and brand investment.
Identify the growth engines capable of taking inKind from today's scale to the next order of magnitude.
Build repeatable, scalable acquisition and engagement models rather than relying on isolated campaigns.
Anticipate the capabilities, talent, systems, and infrastructure Marketing will need before growth creates the requirement.
Balance aggressive growth with disciplined economics and sustainable customer value.
Growth & Customer Acquisition
Own the overall strategy for consumer growth, acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
Build and continuously optimize a diversified acquisition strategy across paid, organic, referral, partnership, local, and emerging channels.
Establish clear performance expectations across the marketing funnel and identify opportunities to improve conversion at every stage.
Own key growth metrics including CAC, conversion, activation, retention, repeat behavior, frequency, and LTV.
Develop scalable growth loops that leverage inKind's restaurant network, consumers, partners, and product.
Test aggressively, learn quickly, and scale what works.
Build a Market-Leading Brand
Own the ambition of transforming inKind from a rapidly growing company into a nationally recognized, market-leading consumer brand.
Define and evolve the inKind brand strategy, positioning, voice, and creative direction.
Establish a clear point of view on what inKind should stand for in the minds of consumers.
Build awareness, consideration, preference, and affinity at scale.
Develop breakthrough campaigns and brand moments capable of expanding inKind beyond its existing audience.
Build a brand that consumers actively recognize, trust, talk about, and want to engage with.
Ensure brand investment and growth marketing work together rather than operating as separate disciplines.
Identify opportunities for inKind to define and lead its category.
Establish consistent and distinctive brand experiences across product, digital, social, restaurant, partnership, experiential, and corporate touchpoints.
Lifecycle, CRM & Retention
Own lifecycle marketing across the complete customer journey.
Develop sophisticated segmentation and personalization strategies based on customer behavior and data.
Improve onboarding, activation, engagement, frequency, reactivation, and retention.
Drive continuous experimentation across messaging, offers, timing, channels, and customer segments.
Partner with Product and Data to identify behavioral signals and turn them into actionable marketing programs.
Ensure lifecycle marketing becomes a meaningful driver of customer LTV and sustainable growth.
Optimization & Analytics
Build a marketing organization where data drives decisions.
Establish clear dashboards and KPIs across channels, campaigns, customer segments, brand health, and the overall marketing funnel.
Regularly analyze performance and identify where resources should be increased, reduced, or redirected.
Develop a rigorous testing framework across creative, audience, channel, offer, landing page, and customer experience.
Understand not simply what happened, but why it happened and what we should do next.
Translate marketing performance and consumer behavior into clear recommendations for Executive Leadership.
Create the measurement frameworks necessary to understand both short-term performance marketing and long-term brand impact.
Product & Partner Marketing
Partner closely with Product to ensure customer insights influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
Develop positioning and go-to-market plans for new products, capabilities, markets, and strategic partnerships.
Create programs that simultaneously drive value for
consumers, restaurant partners, and inKind
.
Ensure major launches have clear audiences, messaging, distribution strategies, and measurable success criteria.
Identify opportunities where product capabilities themselves can become powerful acquisition, engagement, and brand-building mechanisms.
Marketing Leadership & Execution
Set the overall marketing strategy while remaining close to the work.
Build, lead, coach, and scale a high-performing marketing organization capable of operating in a hyper-growth environment.
Determine what the marketing organization needs to look like at 2x, 5x, and 10x today's scale.
Establish clear ownership, priorities, goals, and accountability across the team.
Evaluate the existing marketing organization, capabilities, agencies, technology, processes, and investment strategy and determine what needs to evolve.
Manage marketing investment with a strong focus on incremental impact, scalability, and ROI.
Move comfortably between executive-level strategy and detailed campaign, creative, channel, or performance discussions.
Create a culture of experimentation, urgency, creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Who You Are
You've seen hyper-scale:
You have operated inside a company during a period of exceptional growth and understand what needs to change as the organization scales.
You've built brands, not just campaigns:
You understand how a growing company becomes a recognizable, differentiated, market-leading brand.
Strategic and hands-on:
You can build a multi-year marketing strategy and dive into campaign performance the same day.
Commercially minded:
You think about marketing through the lens of revenue, growth, customer behavior, market share, and enterprise value.
Brand + Growth:
You believe exceptional brand building and measurable performance should reinforce each other.
Data-driven:
You're comfortable interrogating dashboards, funnels, cohorts, CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, and channel performance.
Customer obsessed:
You have a deep curiosity about why consumers behave the way they do and what creates genuine brand affinity.
Highly experimental:
You naturally think in hypotheses, tests, results, and iteration.
Builder mentality:
You're energized by building the organization and capabilities required for the next stage rather than simply managing what already exists.
High agency:
When you identify an opportunity or problem, you take ownership and move quickly.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including significant senior leadership responsibility.
Firsthand experience operating through hyper-growth or hyper-scale, ideally within a business that achieved significant national consumer adoption.
Demonstrated experience helping transform a growing company into a market-leading or category-defining brand.
Experience within a high-growth consumer, marketplace, fintech, hospitality, loyalty, e-commerce, or technology business.
Demonstrated success scaling consumer acquisition and retention.
Strong experience across growth marketing, brand, lifecycle/CRM, customer segmentation, and performance optimization.
Proven ability to build and scale high-performing marketing organizations.
Strong analytical capabilities and experience using customer and performance data to drive decisions.
Experience managing significant marketing investments and evaluating channel-level ROI.
Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you will have:
Established a clear strategy for taking inKind from high growth toward true market leadership.
Significantly increased awareness and consideration of the inKind brand.
Created a clear and differentiated position for inKind within the market.
Built scalable acquisition engines capable of supporting the company's next stage of growth.
Improved customer acquisition efficiency and funnel conversion.
Increased customer activation, engagement, frequency, retention, and LTV.
Strengthened lifecycle, personalization, and customer segmentation capabilities.
Established clear marketing and brand dashboards, experimentation frameworks, and performance accountability.
Built the team, systems, processes, and capabilities required to support hyper-scale.
Created stronger integration between Marketing, Product, Data, and commercial teams.
Put inKind firmly on the path to becoming the market-leading consumer brand in its category.
Why inKind
This is an opportunity to join inKind at an inflection point.
The foundations have been built. The business is scaling rapidly. The opportunity now is to take that momentum and build a brand with national awareness, significant consumer relevance, and category leadership.
We're looking for someone who has experienced that journey before and wants to help do it again—this time with the opportunity to shape the strategy, organization, brand, and growth engine behind it.
You'll have the opportunity to build a marketing organization and brand capable of defining the next stage of inKind's growth - and ultimately help make inKind synonymous with how people discover and experience restaurants.

inKind connects passionate diners with exceptional restaurants across the country. inKind partners with thousands of restaurants and has millions of users who want to discover great places, dine confidently, and earn meaningful rewards.

Role overview
We are seeking a Senior Localisation Quality Engineer, a highly skilled and innovative individual who brings together design-phase product thinking, software engineering expertise, localisation awareness, and technical problem solving.
The role builds on the core responsibilities of a Senior Localisation QA Engineer, combining strong localization quality expertise with software engineering, automation, and earlier involvement in the product design and development lifecycle.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked closely with design teams in Figma, has experience reviewing and validating designs before implementation, understands how localisation impacts product and UI design, and can build scalable technical solutions to improve quality across the product lifecycle. You will partner with design, engineering, product, and localisation teams to identify risks early, improve design quality and localisation readiness, and create tools, systems, and solutions that enable faster and smarter delivery.
Rather than focusing only on post-implementation testing, this role emphasises early engagement in the design phase, including reviewing Figma files, prototypes, design systems, user flows, and content structures to ensure they are scalable, testable, and ready for localisation across languages and regions. You will also contribute as a hands-on engineer, building software, automation, integrations, and AI-driven solutions such as agents, assistants, or plugins that improve workflows, validation, and quality decision-making.
The ideal candidate combines strong software development skills, experience working with design systems and Figma-based workflows, practical understanding of localisation and internationalisation, and hands-on interest in engineering solutions to product and quality challenges.
Responsibilities
Design Systems, Figma & Early Product Quality
- Partner with designers, product managers, engineers, and the wider Localisation team to help identify localisation risks early in the design phase.
- Support the Localisation team by reviewing Figma designs and providing technical and design expertise to improve localisation readiness before implementation.
- Help the Localisation team identify and address design risks such as text expansion, truncation, layout issues, bidirectional languages, locale-aware components, and cross-market scalability.
- .Build and improve tools, automation, and processes that enable Localisation QA to identify issues earlier and at scale, including automated design and content validation, screenshot capture, localisation readiness checks, and quality validation across languages and regions.
- Work with the wider Localisation team to define best practices and guidance that help designers and engineers create products that are ready for localisation from the start.
- Collaborate with design teams on design systems, UI patterns, and content structures to improve quality and reduce downstream issues before code is written.
- Help define quality expectations, localisation considerations, and implementation guidance directly from design artefacts and product requirements.
Localisation Quality & Testing
- Perform hands-on Localisation QA testing across multiple languages, platforms, products, and regions, including linguistic, functional, visual, and internationalisation testing.
- Lead and support complex localisation quality initiatives, while contributing directly to day-to-day testing when needed.
- Develop and improve localisation test strategies covering linguistic, functional, visual, and internationalisation quality.
- Investigate complex localisation and internationalisation issues and work with engineering, design, product, and localisation teams to identify root causes and appropriate solutions.
- Help define localisation quality standards and ensure localisation considerations are integrated throughout the product development lifecycle, from design through implementation and release.
Software Engineering & Technical Solutions
- Design and develop software, internal tools, automation, and reusable services that improve product quality, design validation, and workflow efficiency.
- Build scalable software solutions that support validation of product experiences across design, development, and release stages.
- Contribute to codebases, frameworks, and technical infrastructure that improve quality signals, design consistency, and localisation support.
- Partner with software engineers to improve feature readiness, system testability, and quality-by-design practices.
- Integrate validation and quality workflows into modern development environments and CI/CD pipelines where appropriate.
Automation, Tooling & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve localisation and product quality across design, engineering, and localisation workflows.
- Design and build tools, automation, integrations, or other technical solutions that help teams review designs, validate content, detect issues, and improve workflows.
- Choose the right technical approach for each problem, which may include traditional automation, scripts, plugins, APIs, AI/LLMs, or existing internal tools.
- Develop solutions that help identify localisation and quality issues earlier in the product lifecycle and provide faster feedback to teams.
- Prototype and test new approaches, measure their value, and develop successful solutions so they can be used by the wider Localisation team and potentially other teams.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as a bridge across design, engineering, product, and localisation teams, helping align quality, scalability, and user experience goals.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex issues into actionable recommendations.
- Influence teams toward a shift-left, design-led quality approach.
- Contribute to planning, design reviews, implementation discussions, and release readiness with a focus on preventing issues early.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to members of the Localisation team, sharing engineering, automation, localisation, and quality best practices.
- Promote a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Education
BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Design Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, design technology, quality engineering, localisation engineering, or related product development roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in software development, with the ability to build tools, systems, integrations, or automation that solve real product challenges.
- Experience working closely with design teams and Figma workflows, including reviewing designs, prototypes, component systems, and user journeys before implementation.
- Experience validating or testing Figma designs for quality, scalability, localisation readiness, and implementation feasibility.
- Practical understanding of localisation and internationalisation principles in digital products.
- Experience with localisation quality or testing across multilingual products, platforms, or regions.
- Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java.
- Hands-on experience building or experimenting with AI agents, plugins, copilots, or intelligent workflow tools.
- Experience with APIs, structured data, system integrations, and modern software development practices.
- Familiarity with developer collaboration tools such as GitHub, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional delivery models.
Soft Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong product thinking and problem-solving ability.
Comfortable operating across design, engineering, product, and localisation domains.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
Desired qualifications
Experience with Figma design systems, component libraries, and design-to-development workflows.
Experience creating or contributing to Figma plugins, design validation tools, or workflow extensions.
Experience building AI agents, assistants, or plugins for design, engineering, content, or localisation use cases.
Experience influencing product quality earlier in the lifecycle through design review and engineering collaboration.
Familiarity with multilingual product development, translation workflows, or international launch readiness.
Experience in video games, consumer technology, digital entertainment, or large-scale product environments.
Fluency in one or more non-English languages is a plus.
What We Offer
The opportunity to shape next-generation quality, localisation, and design-to-development practices.
A dynamic and inclusive workplace where technical excellence, collaboration, and global impact thrive.
Competitive compensation, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
Career growth opportunities in a forward-looking engineering environment focused on quality, localisation, automation, intelligent systems, and early product excellence.

About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
We are looking for a Senior Treasury Manager to build and run Finom's treasury function.
Finom safeguards a significant book of customer funds across its regulated entities. Net interest income on that book is a meaningful revenue line, and it will grow. Today the function is up and running: the money is placed, the investment policy is in place, and a large part of the book sits with an external asset manager. What we are building now is the machinery around it — an evidenced limit framework, look-through into what our managers actually hold, automated investment accounting, and a reconciled NII number we can defend to an auditor and a regulator.
That is the job. You will take part in building it, and you will run it while it is being built.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of regulation, liquidity, and commercial impact — not a back-office position. It suits someone who has done this before in a regulated environment and wants to do it again without four layers of committee above them.
What you'll own
Liquidity and funding
Daily liquidity positioning and float management across entities and accounts
Intraday funding of payment channels; nostro and correspondent account management
Collateral and minimum-balance obligations across card schemes, T2, and credit providers
Contingency funding — the playbook for the day we need €20m by tomorrow morning
A daily treasury balance sheet — net liquidity and net capital available — that reconciles
Safeguarding and portfolio
Portfolio management of safeguarded client funds: term deposits, MMFs, short-dated debt, held directly and via external managers
Safeguarding adequacy: shortfall detection, top-up execution, same-currency discipline
Instrument eligibility screening under CRR risk-weight, maturity and WAL constraints, and UCITS/MMF rules
Independent, evidenced validation that externally managed allocations sit inside mandate — position-level look-through, daily monitoring of concentration, maturity, WAL and credit quality, breach escalation
NII forecasting, attribution, and reconciled performance reporting; treasury inputs into the financial model and company forecast
Governance and controls
Ownership of the investment policy, limit framework, and eligible-instrument register
Treasury governance: decision pack, agenda, decision log, and delegated-authority register
Pre-deal checks and post-trade evidencing, designed so that the first line executes and the second line challenges
Covenant tracking across credit facilities
Regulator, external audit, and second-line engagement on treasury and safeguarding matters
Systems and data
Selection and implementation of investment accounting and treasury tooling — a Clearwater/Advent-class implementation is already in flight and will be yours
Custodian, asset-manager and bank data feeds; API connectivity where it exists and pragmatic alternatives where it doesn't
Replacing manual spreadsheet processes with something that survives your holiday
Commercial
Bank, custodian, broker and asset-manager relationships: onboarding, commercial terms, mandate setting, service review
Challenging our managers on allocation, transparency and fees — and changing them if the answers are weak
What good looks like in the first 12 months
Investment policy and limit framework live, with treasury governance running on a documented decision log
Daily, evidenced mandate compliance across the full book — we can answer "are we inside the boundaries?" in minutes, not weeks
Investment accounting platform implemented; monthly close on the portfolio no longer manual
An NII number that is reconciled, attributed, and forecastable
A contingency liquidity playbook that has been tested rather than written
Who you are
5+ years in treasury, ALM, fixed income, or portfolio management at a regulated financial institution, EMI/PI, or asset manager
Direct experience with client money or safeguarding under PSD2 / EMD — core to this role, not adjacent to it
Experience building or materially rebuilding a treasury function, not only operating inside an established one
Strong command of bond math, yield and duration, MMF mechanics, and credit and concentration risk at instrument level
Track record of automating manual treasury processes and implementing treasury or investment accounting systems
Comfortable working with position-level data directly — you can interrogate a portfolio file rather than wait for a report
Experience with regulators, external audit, and external asset managers (mandate setting, IMA terms, performance challenge)
Sound judgement under time pressure in a lean environment with real accountability and limited cover
Strong Excel skills
Fluent English
Nice to have
Familiarity with IFRS 9 or Dutch GAAP (RJ 290) financial instrument accounting
SQL or Python
Experience in a firm transitioning toward a banking licence
Experience using AI tools (e.g. LLMs, copilots) to accelerate analytical and reporting workflows
