About You
You are a detail-oriented self-starter with a strong interest in regulatory compliance, digital assets, and AI. You are comfortable researching unfamiliar regulatory topics, organizing complex information, and producing clear first drafts. You are eager to learn how licensing applications and compliance reviews work in practice and can support both structured audit requests and fast-changing client-facing needs.
About the Role
You will support the Engineering team in regulatory research, licensing analysis, AI output review, and client-deliverable preparation. You will work with client-facing teams, compliance reviewers, and Engineering to organize regulatory knowledge, prepare initial drafts, and convert recurring compliance work into reusable mappings, templates, and workflows. All material regulatory conclusions and client deliverables will be reviewed by an experienced compliance professional.
Responsibilities
Research and summarize regulatory frameworks and licensing requirements.
Support licensing and regulatory-readiness projects, including applicability research, gap analysis, evidence requests, policy review, and application-document preparation.
Organize regulatory requirements into structured modules, evidence categories, checklists, and mappings.
Review AI outputs for factual consistency, source traceability, missing information, and formatting issues.

Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Strong written and spoken English; professional Chinese proficiency is preferred but not required.
Interest in digital-asset regulation, financial compliance, licensing, or AI-assisted compliance workflows.
Familiarity with digital-asset regulation, VASP licensing, or similar regulatory frameworks is preferred.
Previous internship, coursework, or project experience in compliance, law, audit, fintech, digital assets, or regulatory research is preferred.
Basic understanding of LLM limitations, hallucination risk, source traceability, and human-in-the-loop review is preferred.

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom. OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er. OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Opportunity
OKX’s Internal Audit function has an early-stage, working AI-native capability: live dashboards, agentic workflows, and AI-powered apps that let a very small team punch far above its weight. Your job is not to rebuild it at today’s maturity. Your job is to take it to a
regulator-grade production standard and well beyond
, and to drive AI Enablement across the department. You own the products people touch: the real-time dashboards that drive
Chief Audit Executive and board reporting
, the computer-assisted audit technique (CAAT) and continuous-monitoring surfaces auditors work from, and the agentic, AI-powered apps that make the team faster, and you get auditors to adopt them. You build on the platform’s runtime and harness rather than reinventing them. We hire on
demonstrated building
, not on claims or credentials. We expect you to be more capable than the hiring manager in your domain: you will co-own and challenge the tooling strategy, not just implement it. This is a two-person engineering team: you deploy, debug, and hotfix your counterpart’s stack when needed.
What You’ll Be Doing
Environment
Cloud on
AWS or GCP
.
Claude
as the starting point in a deliberately multi-model architecture: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, using the right model for each job, including plugins you build.
Google Workspace
for reporting and evidence.
JIRA
for the audit team’s workflow. Lark for team communications and alert bots. Today’s executive product ships largely as API-rendered Google Docs/Slides and branded PDF; you evolve that toward real applications without dropping the document standard. React / Next.js front-end, with testing and observability throughout. Treat this stack as the starting point, not a constraint: you build production-grade products end to end on what exists today, and you are expected to propose, prove, and adopt better tools as demand and capabilities evolve.
In your first year
A live, real-time Chief Audit Executive and board dashboard is in use for actual reporting.
CAAT and continuous-monitoring surfaces are used by auditors in multiple real audits, with full-population testing live in at least two audit domains.
Agentic, human-in-the-loop applications are part of the team's standard workflow: several in production, adoption measured and growing, and at least two demonstrably cutting cycle times, one in audit reporting and one in a board-cycle deliverable.
The hiring manager is out of the delivery loop for dashboards, reports, and rendering pipelines: each has a runbook and an owner who is not him.
How we assess demonstrated building
We assess demonstrated building in ways that respect your time and your confidentiality obligations to current and former employers: a portfolio deep-dive (walk us through applications you built and kept running, at the level of detail your obligations allow; we want architecture, decisions, and trade-offs, never proprietary code, data, or documents), a short, time-capped build exercise on a synthetic dataset unrelated to OKX's business (a live dashboard with drill-through, used for assessment only, never put to use by OKX, and the work remains yours) that you defend live, walking us through your design decisions and extending it on the spot, a working session on how you drove adoption with non-technical users, and references focused on whether you built and maintained applications in production.
Trust and compliance
This role handles highly sensitive audit data at a global crypto exchange. Expect background checks, confidentiality obligations, and personal-trading and material-non-public-information restrictions consistent with OKX policy.
What We Look For In You
6+ years building
and maintaining
full-stack web applications in production, owning them over time.
Strong engineering fundamentals
: data structures and algorithms, fluent
Python
(or a comparable backend language), and strong
SQL and data modeling
.
True full-stack
: from the data layer and SQL through resilient APIs to the UI, wired into the cloud (AWS or GCP).
Strong
front-end
(React / Next.js and TypeScript, with real design and UX sense) and proven
real-time / streaming data visualization
with drill-through to underlying evidence.
Agentic AI features with responsible-AI practice
: multi-step workflows, human-in-the-loop review, output validation, red-teaming, and honest handling of hallucination and error.
Data protection at the app layer
and audit-trail thinking (access controls, evidence, defensible handling), backed by automated testing and documentation. You build applications that could withstand external audit, by design. You ship inside locked-down enterprise environments (TLS-intercepting proxies, endpoint detection and response tooling, restricted installs, security guardrails) without treating security as someone else’s problem.
Experience integrating third-party systems (
JIRA
,
Google Workspace
, SaaS APIs) and
partnering with non-technical users
to drive adoption.
Nice to Haves
Model tooling across the Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google ecosystems; Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations and plugin development; agent-based apps.
Business-intelligence (BI) and analytics tooling and executive or board reporting, including continuous-monitoring dashboards.
Crypto and blockchain literacy; regulated financial-services, fintech, or crypto experience.
Document and presentation rendering pipelines: programmatic Google Docs/Slides/Sheets APIs or OOXML generation to an executive brand standard. Much of audit's product ships as board-grade documents, and this is trainable on the job.
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

- Collaborate across the legal team: partner with colleagues focused on licensing, compliance, and regulatory matters to align corporate transactions with Rain's regulatory obligations and licensing requirements.
You are likely to succeed if you have:
- 4 to 8 years of experience in corporate law, with meaningful M&A transaction experience (law firm, in-house, or a combination).
- Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, investment documents, and related ancillary agreements.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, entity management, and Delaware corporate law.
- The ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

AI Solutions Experience:
Direct experience evaluating, piloting, or deploying AI tools or solutions in a business context, with a solid technical understanding of how they work and where they add value. Proven ability to work closely with product and engineering teams, translating field needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
Self-Sufficiency:
Comfortable operating with significant autonomy — able to define scope, structure ambiguous problems, and drive work forward without needing detailed direction.

Strong project management instincts; able to manage multiple workstreams (roadmap, use cases, ops transformation, governance) in parallel without dropping details.
Innovative Mindset:
A builder's orientation toward new technology — curious about what's possible, willing to experiment, and able to separate genuine opportunity from hype.
Enablement/Sales Background:
Familiarity with field or sales enablement motions (onboarding, tool adoption, content, coaching) and how AI can realistically augment them.

Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
Vercel is hiring a Senior Integrated Campaigns Manager to architect and lead the global, multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline for Vercel's platform and developer tools.
You will report to the Head of Strategic Events & Integrated Demand Generation and own Vercel's integrated campaign motion. You'll translate product and business priorities into cohesive campaign narratives that resonate with developers, technical decision-makers, and enterprise buyers, then orchestrate the cross-functional machine that brings them to life.
Working alongside Product Marketing, Growth, Digital, Field Marketing, Strategic Events, and Sales, you'll unify individual channel efforts into a single integrated motion. Every campaign you run will blend developer-first storytelling with enterprise-grade messaging and span the full funnel from first touch to closed revenue.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of Vercel's global integrated campaigns, from big-idea development through channel activation, measurement, and iteration.
Translate product and business priorities into campaign narratives and messaging architectures tailored to distinct audiences: developers, full-stack teams, product leaders, and enterprise buyers.
Orchestrate multi-channel programs across paid, owned, and earned channels in partnership with Growth, Digital, and Performance Marketing, ensuring every touchpoint ladders up to a unified story.
Partner with Strategic Events and Field Marketing to extend campaigns into trade shows, regional events, and developer meetups to create experiences that reinforce the campaign narrative in person.
Align with Sales and BDR leadership so campaigns fuel outbound motions with the right messaging, content, and follow-up plays that convert.
Build and maintain the global campaign calendar, managing dependencies, sequencing, and regional alignment across functions and time zones.
Define success metrics upfront, then measure, report, and optimize by running structured experiments across creative, messaging, channels, and audience segments.
Mentor and guide campaign best practices across the marketing org, raising the bar for how Vercel plans and ships integrated programs.
What you need
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years leading integrated or demand generation campaigns — within developer tools, cloud infrastructure or other technical SaaS products.
A proven track record of owning global, full-funnel campaigns end to end, with clear pipeline and revenue impact you can point to.
Deep understanding of developer audiences and the nuances of marketing technical products without dumbing them down.
A strong storyteller who can shape a campaign narrative and hold it consistent across every channel and region.
Exceptional program management skills: you can coordinate across regions, time zones, and a dozen stakeholders without dropping threads.
Data-fluent, with hands-on experience defining KPIs, building reporting, and using performance data to make optimization calls.
Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly.
Bonus if you
Have marketed directly to developer communities or run technical content programs.
Have launched campaigns supporting AI, cloud, or infrastructure products.
Have worked in both high-growth startups and large-scale enterprise organizations.

An overview of this role
The Tech Operations Specialist keeps the field organization's AI tooling running smoothly day to day. You will maintain a clear inventory of AI tools in use across the field, manage an index of use cases and field needs, track adoption and utilization, manage access requests, and keep the underlying data feeding these tools clean and well-organized. This is a detail-oriented, execution-focused role for someone who enjoys bringing order to a fast-moving tool landscape and wants to build a foundation in Tech operations.
This role reports to the Vice President, Enablement & AI.
What You’ll Do
Tool Inventory & Consolidation:
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all AI tools used across the field org, identify overlap or redundancy, and support consolidation efforts to reduce tool sprawl.
Tool Adoption & Use Case Index:
Formalize a library of field-adopted and -requested use cases for our AI tools, in coordination with the AI Transformation Owner, CRO.
Utilization & Tracking:
Monitor usage of AI tools across teams, build simple reporting to track adoption trends, and flag underutilized or underperforming tools to stakeholders.
Comms & Enablement:
draft internal announcements for tool rollouts and create micro-enablement programs to engage the field in AI tools.
Tool Access Requests/Management:
Own the intake and processing of access requests for AI tools, ensuring provisioning is timely, accurate, and aligned with licensing and approval requirements.
AI Data Management:
Support the organization, quality, and hygiene of data used by or generated from AI tools, working with relevant teams to keep gDrive/datasets accurate and properly maintained.
What You’ll Bring
Early-Mid Level Experience:
Some experience in enablement, sales/business operations, IT operations, or a similar coordination-heavy function; comfortable owning recurring operational processes.
Organized & Detail-Oriented:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to track multiple tools, requests, and datasets simultaneously without things falling through the cracks.
Interest in AI Tooling:
Genuine curiosity about AI tools and platforms, with willingness to learn the technical basics of how they're configured, accessed, and maintained. Act as an advocate for AI Adoption and best practices in the field.
Process-Minded:
Comfortable following and improving structured processes (intake forms, access workflows, tracking dashboards) rather than needing to build strategy from scratch.
Collaborative:
Able to work with enablement, IT, and field stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve access or data issues efficiently.
Data Comfort:
Basic comfort working with spreadsheets, dashboards, or simple data tools to track utilization and maintain data quality.
GitLab Values Alignment:
Ability to work in an all-remote, asynchronous environment, leaning heavily on transparency and collaboration as defined in the GitLab Handbook.

About us
At
Praktika.ai
, we're on a mission to deliver efficient and engaging learning experiences for billions of students worldwide by bridging the gap between learning apps and human tutors. We've done this by building a fully automated language tutoring experience powered by generative AI avatars.
After raising $30 million in Series A funding, we're growing and looking for a Creative Strategist to join us. We're a small, global team pushing the boundaries of what's possible in language learning. We like independent self-starters who work well in a team and on their own, and who enjoy the pace of an early-stage startup.
About the role
You'll join our creative team, reporting directly to our Creative Manager. This is a strategist and producer role. You'll own our paid creative from first idea to live test: what we make, how good it is, and making sure every piece gets shipped and tested. You'll run all production across UGC, AI video and statics, and work closely with UA and media buyers to learn from the results.
This is a performance role first, not a design role. You'll be judged on what the creative does in-market, not on how it looks. You don't need to be a media buyer, but you do need to understand UA well enough to make creative decisions from the numbers.
What you'll do
Ideas and strategy
Own the creative ideas behind our paid campaigns across web, web-to-app and app (iOS and Android) on Meta, TikTok, Google, Apple Search Ads, AppLovin and Snapchat
Turn performance data, competitor ads and audience research into the next round of concepts
Test hooks, angles and formats, each with a clear hypothesis, and feed the results back into briefs
Production and quality
Own all creative production: UGC, AI video and statics
Write briefs for designers and UGC creators that spell out the angle, audience, references, models, tools and specs, so nobody has to come back with questions
Specify the right AI model for each shot. Different models win at different things, and you'll know which one to call for.
Hold the quality bar and keep the brand consistent across everything that ships
Full cycle, brief to test
Take every creative from brief through production to a live test
Work with UA and media buyers on test structure and on what to scale or kill
Read the results across the full funnel (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPM, CVR, CPA, ROAS) and know which metric is misleading you on a given creative
Making it faster
Build automated processes, prompt libraries, templates and batch pipelines that increase output and cut repetitive work
Keep up with new models and bring the good ones into the workflow
Document the processes so the team can run them
What we're looking for
2+ years in creative strategy for paid acquisition, ideally as a creative manager, creative lead or creative strategist working alongside a performance or UA team
Strong creative judgement: you come up with the ideas and hold a high quality bar
You've owned creative production end to end, including directing designers, editors and UGC creators
You've owned creative against a CPA or ROAS target and can walk us through specific numbers
Solid UA knowledge: account structure, testing frameworks, learning phase, creative fatigue, how the algorithm allocates spend, and why a creative with great upper-funnel metrics can still be the worst in the account
You understand how channels differ: web vs web-to-app vs app install, iOS vs Android, and Meta, TikTok, Google, Apple Search Ads, AppLovin and Snapchat. You know why the same creative can win on one and lose on another, and how ATT and iOS attribution change what you can read from the numbers.
Comfortable in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
AI-native. You know the current video, image and voice models and what each is good at:
Video: Veo, Kling, Seedance, Sora, Runway, Wan and Hailuo
Image: Nano Banana, Midjourney and Flux
Voice: ElevenLabs
You can explain why you'd pick one over another for lip-sync, character consistency, product close-ups, motion or cost per second.
Hands-on with agentic AI tools like Claude, Codex, Cursor or Antigravity. You use them to build automations and small scripts, not just to chat.
A portfolio of ad work you briefed or directed at volume, with results attached. When you apply, include at least two ads with the platform, spend, hook rate, CTR and CPA for each. We won't review applications without numbers.
It would be great if you have
Scripting or automation experience (APIs, batch pipelines, no-code tools)
Experience at a subscription app or in edtech
A film or production background
Why join Praktika
We expect dedication and hard work, and we reward it. Our compensation reflects the effort and results you bring.
Top-tier salary
Equity that grows with your impact through stock options
26 days' holiday plus bank holidays (34 days a year)
Yearly offsites (recent ones were in Istanbul and Morocco)
Health and wellness benefits through SafetyWing
A full AI toolkit, including Claude, Cursor and Codex
An annual learning budget of up to $1,000
Interview process
Application review (with the numbers above)
Intro call with our Talent team
Portfolio deep dive with our Creative Manager
Practical task
Final interview with our CEO
We'll give you feedback throughout the process.

WHAT THIS ROLE MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD
At Higgsfield, growth runs on data, and this role owns it.
This role owns the analytical engine behind growth:
- Data parsing & pipelines
- Dashboards & reporting
- Funnel analysis
- Insight & hypothesis generation
YOU MAKE SURE:
- The growth team always knows what's working, what's not, and why
- Every channel, cohort, and funnel step is measured accurately
- Hypotheses that could grow reach and revenue are surfaced constantly
- Decisions are made on data, not gut feeling
You are the person who turns raw data into growth.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Data & Analytics
- Parse, clean, and structure data from multiple sources: product, marketing, and payments.
- Own ETL processes.
- Build and maintain dashboards the growth team will use daily.
- Analyze the full funnel, from acquisition and activation to conversion, retention, and revenue, and find where we're suboptimal.
- Reconcile numbers across Sheets, dashboards, and analytics tools.
Insights & Hypotheses
- Constantly look for insights: anomalies, patterns, and opportunities.
- Generate and prioritize hypotheses that could increase our reach and revenue.
- Turn analysis into clear, human-readable recommendations: visualize data for humans, not for other analysts.
- Flag inconsistencies, broken tracking, or incorrect assumptions early, and drive fixes.
Enabling the Growth Team
- Answer the team's data questions fast, so growth managers can move without waiting.
- Help design experiments and measure their results honestly.
- Automate repetitive workflows:
- Data collection
- Reporting
- Dashboard refreshes
- Use tools like Google Sheets, SQL, Python, APIs, or scripts – we use AI heavily, so resourcefulness beats syntax.
- Reduce manual work and increase reliability as volume scales.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a high-agency https://www.highagency.com analyst.
You should have:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and SQL.
- Python at entry level is fine – we use AI heavily, resourcefulness matters more than syntax.
- Understanding of ETL processes and how data moves between systems.
- Ability to visualize data for humans: clear, decision-ready charts.
- An always-on instinct for insights.
- Resourcefulness, responsibility, and an ownership mindset: you get things done.
- Clear written and spoken English, B2+ level.
Backgrounds that often do well:
- Data or marketing analytics with strong execution bias
- Growth Ops / BizOps people
- Early startup analysts who built reporting from scratch
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This role is not a fit if you:
- Wait to be told what to analyze
- Prefer building models over driving decisions
- Need perfect data before you can say anything useful
- Are uncomfortable presenting findings and pushing back
- Want predictable 9–5 workdays
HIRING PROCESS
- Screening call (30 min)
- Hiring-manager screen (30 min)
- Business case (1 hour)
- Take-home with real-shaped data (7 days, ~10–12 hours of work)
- Team interview (60 min)
- Paid on-site trial (1 month)
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.

About the Project
This is a greenfield project: there is no product, team, license, or infrastructure yet — all of it needs to be built from the ground up. We are looking for a director who will take full end-to-end ownership of the project: from strategy, licensing and team building to the first customer and scaling.
Key Responsibilities
Leading the turnkey launch of a digital bank: from concept to operational go-live:
Product and operating strategy
: retail products, SME, payment services, cards, online channels.
Fintech architecture
: designing the architecture and managing development of the bank's digital platform.

Finance and planning
: financial and strategic planning, budget formation and execution control.

Experience building a team from the ground up (hiring key executives, organizational structure).
Background in digital banking/fintech in a senior management role (COO, startup CEO, Head of Digital Banking, Country Manager, etc.).
Understanding of technology: core banking systems, BaaS providers, payment infrastructure, mobile development (deep understanding of product and architecture, not necessarily hands-on technical expertise).
Fluent in French and English (French is critical for working with the regulator and hiring the local team).
Entrepreneurial mindset: ready to work in startup mode — from strategy to operational details.
Nice to Have
Personal network of contacts at ACPR/Banque de France or among licensing consultants.
Experience working with BaaS platforms or partner banks in France.
Experience raising investment/capital for a fintech project.
Benefits
Competitive salary and bonus scheme — the exact figure to be finalized at the final stages.
Operational and business support from our operating hub in achieving the project's goals.
A key leadership role in a strategically important project for the group — with real influence over architecture, product, and launch outcomes.
Backing and resources of an established international investment group: the holding's legal, financial, HR, and IT infrastructure.
The chance to build a bank and a team from a blank slate — a rare full-cycle launch experience for a professional at this level.
