Tennr prevents these delays and denials by making sure every referral gets where it needs to go, with the right info, at the right time. Powered by RaeLM™ Tennr reads, extracts, and acts on every piece of patient information so providers can capture more referrals, slash denials, and reduce delays.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
Notion is an in person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for three Anchor Days (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays). This internship will take place from Jan 25 - Apr 16 and you will need to be able to work out of our NY or SF office during this time.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Mobile devices have reshaped personal computing—the power of a desktop now fits in our pockets. By giving everyone the building blocks to create their own tools, we'll solve more problems wherever we go. A delightful, intuitive mobile experience: that's our guiding light, and we need Android and iOS engineers to make it a reality.
During your 12-week internship, you will be paired with a mentor that will help guide you as you work closely with our team to build and ship impactful projects. These projects will drive valuable impact to our customers and engineers. Take a look at what our past intern cohort worked on with our Blog post here https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Intern-Spotlight-d0260c4e2317490db89f367d95cb4e68 and here https://www.notion.so/blog/saluting-notions-winter-interns and TikTok https://www.tiktok.com/@notionhq/video/7216440106356395306?lang=en post.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Write clean, secure, tested, and documented code.
- You'll collaborate with the team to strategize, mold, and develop innovative features for our Android and iOS application.
- At our core, we prioritize crafting top-tier applications. Your role could involve enhancing the Android or iOS app's performance, reliability, and overall refinement. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to optimize aspects of the app within the web stack.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or another related field. Must graduate before December 2027.
- Previous mobile internship experience.
- Working towards a proficiency of one or more programming languages such as Kotlin, Java, Typescript, Node.js, Swift, Go, Python, or Rust.
- You find large challenges exciting and enjoy discovering problems as much as solving them.
- You are able to problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- This internship will take place from Jan - Apr and you will need to be able to work out of our SF or NY office during this time.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Thoughtful problem-solving: For you, problem-solving starts with a clear and accurate understanding of the context. You can decompose tricky problems and work towards a clean solution, by yourself or with teammates. You're comfortable asking for help when you get stuck.
- Put users first: You think critically about the implications of what you're building, and how it shapes real people's lives. You understand that reach comes with responsibility for our impact—good and bad.
- Not ideological about technology: To you, technologies and programming languages are about tradeoffs. You may be opinionated, but you're not ideological and can learn new technologies as you go.
- Empathetic communication: You communicate nuanced ideas clearly, whether you're explaining technical decisions in writing or brainstorming in real time. In disagreements, you engage thoughtfully with other perspectives and compromise when needed.
- Team player: For you, work isn't a solo endeavor. You enjoy collaborating cross-functionally to accomplish shared goals, and you care about learning, growing, and helping others to do the same.
NICE TO HAVES:
- You're proficient with any part of our technology stack: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android SDK, Dagger, Swift, React, TypeScript, Postgres.
- You've heard of computing pioneers like Ada Lovelace, Douglas Engelbart, Alan Kay, and others—and understand why we're big fans of their work.
- You have interests outside of technology, such as in art, history, or social sciences.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

You will work closely with PSIRT engineers, Vulnerability Management, Security Engineering, Legal, Customer Success, Support, and Communications. This role is an excellent opportunity for an early-career security prfessional who is curious, organized, detail-oriented, and excited to build expertise in product security response.
This role is open to candidates across North America, though we encourage applications from those based on the West Coast US or West Coast Canada (British Columbia) as the team is looking to expand coverage in the Pacific Time Zone.
What you’ll do
Triage incoming bug bounty reports, including reviewing report quality, validating findings, assessing potential impact, identifying duplicates, and routing reports to the appropriate teams.
Triage vulnerabilities identified through vulnerability management activities and help track them through assessment, remediation, and closure.
Work with PSIRT engineers and development teams to gather technical details, reproduce issues, and clarify affected products, versions, and configurations.
Support severity assessment using frameworks and terminology such as CVE, CVSS, CWE, and OWASP.
Communicate professionally and respectfully with security researchers participating in coordinated vulnerability disclosure and bug bounty programs.
Support GitLab’s role as a CVE Numbering Authority by preparing information for CVE assignment, maintaining accurate records, and helping coordinate CVE-related activities.
Represent GitLab as an acting CNA representative in CVE-related discussions and operations, escalating questions and coordinating with the appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
Draft and coordinate customer-facing communications about security vulnerabilities, fixes, mitigations, and release information in partnership with PSIRT, Legal, Customer Success, Support, and Corporate Communications.
Maintain accurate issue records, timelines, researcher communications, remediation status, and follow-up actions.
Monitor queues and operational metrics to identify trends, aging items, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve response quality and consistency.
Create and improve runbooks, procedures, templates, and other documentation that make vulnerability handling more efficient and transparent.
Participate in incident handoffs, root cause analysis documentation, lessons-learned activities, and product security reviews.
Build technical and operational expertise in PSIRT, bug bounty, vulnerability management, and coordinated vulnerability disclosure.
What you’ll bring
Early-career experience or equivalent education in cybersecurity, software engineering, information technology, or a related field. Relevant internships, coursework, labs, research, customer support, or practical security projects are welcome.
Foundational understanding of software vulnerabilities and security concepts, including web applications, APIs, CI/CD environments, authentication, and authorization.
Familiarity with security terminology such as CVE, CVSS, CWE, OWASP Top 10, and coordinated vulnerability disclosure.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize and prioritize multiple reports or work items.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with a bug bounty or vulnerability disclosure platform such as HackerOne or Bugcrowd.
Experience reviewing security reports, participating in capture-the-flag exercises, performing vulnerability research, or working with security tooling.
Familiarity with CVE assignment, CNA processes, security advisories, or vulnerability databases.
Nice to have: Basic scripting, log analysis, issue tracking, or data analysis experience; experience writing technical documentation, customer communications, support responses, or operational procedures.
