- Logic-Driven: You enjoy breaking down complex problems and building elegant, logical solutions.
- Scripting Savvy: You are highly proficient in scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) and see manual tasks as a failure of automation.
- AI-Forward: You are already using AI tools to help you code, document, and troubleshoot. You know how to use these tools to do the work of a much larger team.
- Independent: With no internal apps or physical infra to manage, you are comfortable owning the entire IT security lifecycle end-to-end.

Our ideal candidate is an operator with strong drive and bias for action - they move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and are recognized for the impact they deliver. At Checkout.com, ambition and the quality work done gets met with opportunity, and growth is in your hands.
We view partnerships as a core growth engine for Checkout.com - not a support function.
This role exists to turn partnerships into a repeatable, scalable revenue channel through disciplined execution, strong commercial instinct, and relentless ownership.
What you’ll be accountable for
1. Deal Origination & Ownership
- Source and develop high-impact partnerships (including but not limited to advisories/consultants, ISVs/fintechs, SIs and agencies) to go deep with.
- Lead end-to-end partnership cycle: from first conversation → commercial structuring → negotiation → signature → go-live
- Own pipeline generation and progression, through collaboration with Sales Managers for different product pillars.
- Drive clear commercial outcomes: sourced / influenced revenue, pipeline contribution, conversion, partner growth and profitability.
2. Commercial Structuring & Negotiation
- Design scalable partnership models with provided guidance (referral, reseller, embedded)
- Navigate partner negotiations across commercial, legal, and operational dimensions
- Balance short-term revenue vs long-term strategic positioning within your portfolio, be able to forecast and plan ahead
- Operate with precision - all numbers, assumptions, and deal logic must be bulletproof
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the single-threaded owner across Sales, Legal, Product, Partner Engineering, and Marketing.
- Drive momentum and remove blockers - you own the outcome of the partnerships in your portfolio.
- Ensure internal alignment and readiness for launch (onboarding, integration, enablement, GTM)
4. Partner Performance & Revenue Delivery
- You’ll get recognized on partnerships converting into live merchants and revenue, not pipeline logos
- Track and manage performance against targets (Net Revenue, Total Processed Volume, Product Penetration, Conversion Rate, etc.)
- Identify and execute on growth levers, solo or in collaboration with the team (e.g. joint GTM, integration optimisation)
5. Operational Excellence
- Maintain high standards of forecasting accuracy, CRM hygiene, and reporting
- Contribute to building repeatable frameworks (tiering, integration health, GTM motions)
- Raise the bar on quality of output across the team - every deliverable has meaning.
What “good” looks like in this role
- You own your number - and consistently deliver against it
- You operate with speed and clarity, even in ambiguity
- You don’t wait for direction - you create momentum
- You can go from strategy → execution → revenue, without dropping the thread
- You build credible relationships externally and internally, and know how to leverage both to close deals
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
EXPERIENCE
- Experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales in payments / fintech / SaaS / platforms
- Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals is a plus
- Experience structuring commercial models (rev share, reseller, embedded partnerships)
SKILLSET
- Strong commercial acumen - understands what drives revenue and margin
- Solid negotiation skills - can hold ground while progressing deals
- Ability to operate in cross-functional, high-ambiguity environments
- High attention to detail - no room for approximation
MINDSET
- Owner mentality - accountability without excuses
- Performance-driven - focused on outcomes, not activity
- Low ego, high standards - direct, constructive, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable being challenged - and challenging back when needed
Additional Information

We work as one team, and we back each other to succeed. So whatever your background or identity, if you’re ready to grow and make a difference, you’ll be right at home here.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Hardware Lab Technician to own the physical side of a large-scale robot data collection operation. You’ll keep the fleet running, build what’s next, and be the person the lab calls when something stops working. This is a hands-on role across research and low-volume production where embodiments, grippers, and camera rigs change fast—and the hardware has to keep up. Day-to-day teleoperation is handled by a dedicated operator team you support; you maintain what they run on and help ensure data quality through reliable, well-calibrated hardware.
Project Details
Location: 100% Onsite (Santa Clara, CA, US)
Employment: Full-time W-2
Shifts: Monday–Friday, 7AM - 3:30PM or 9AM - 5:30PM
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 12-month contract with possibility of extension
Rate: $40 per /hour
What You’ll Do
Build, wire, and bring up data collection stations — robot arms, multi-camera rigs, workstations, teleoperation hardware, and cable management that survives daily operator use.
Keep the fleet running: daily checks, preventive maintenance, calibration routines, and diagnosing faults on arms, hands, and sensors.
Swap and integrate end-effectors and grippers, dexterous hands, force/torque and tactile sensors, and RGB-D cameras.
Run calibration and firmware procedures across the fleet, and catch drift before it reaches the data.
Assemble and iterate prototype hardware coming out of our mechanical and electrical engineers — printed parts, off-the-shelf components, vendor-fabricated parts, and custom harnesses.
Soldering, crimping, connectorization, harness building, and PCB rework support at the bench.
Own the lab's physical state: spares and consumables inventory, parts kitting, bench and tool organization, and shipping, returns, and RMAs with vendors.
Support teleoperators on hardware issues during live collection — triage fast, fix or escalate, and get the station back up.
Document what you do. Build sheets, maintenance logs, calibration records, and hardware SOPs the next technician can follow.
Help bring up new embodiments and new stations alongside engineers and researchers.
What we need to see
3+ years hands-on technician experience in a lab, prototyping, or low-volume build environment — robotics, medical devices, aerospace, semiconductor equipment, or similar.
AS in a technical field, a relevant trade or technical certificate, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Mechanical assembly fundamentals: fasteners and torque, bearings, belts, linkages, and the ability to read CAD and mechanical drawings (Onshape, SolidWorks, or similar).
Electrical hands: soldering including basic SMD rework, crimping and connectorization, harness building, and confident use of a multimeter and oscilloscope.
Comfortable in Linux at the command line — SSH into a workstation, run a calibration script, read a log, and tell us what it said.
Experience with motors, encoders, and sensor integration, and an understanding of what a bad ground or a marginal cable does to a data stream.
Methodical and self-documenting. An undocumented fix is a future outage.
Comfortable with ambiguity and frequent change, and able to prioritize when more than one lab needs you at the same time.
Able to work on-site in Santa Clara, with flexibility on shift coverage as the labs run extended hours.
Ways to stand out from the crowd
Humanoid or bimanual platforms (Unitree, Fourier, ALOHA/ARX-class rigs) and dexterous hands.
Maintenance and calibration on collaborative or industrial arms — UR, Franka, xArm, ARX, or equivalent.
Multi-camera rig build and calibration; RealSense, ZED, or Orbbec-class depth cameras.
Running and maintaining FDM or SLA printers, and designing your own simple fixtures and adapters.
Light scripting in Python or bash to automate a repetitive bench or calibration task.
Experience in a high-throughput lab or production line where uptime or yield was a number someone tracked.
Vendor-facing experience: RMAs, lead times, and spares planning.

About the role
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive ElevenLabs’ growth across Insurance: the carriers, MGAs, and brokers people rely on when life gets expensive and complicated. These organizations win or lose on trust and service at massive scale, under some of the most demanding regulatory standards anywhere.
Our ideal candidate learns fast, closes well from a warm introduction, and is passionate about AI voice technology. You’ll act as a strategic partner to insurers reimagining how they serve, sell to, and sound to their customers, safely and at scale.
In this role you will:
- Focus on prospecting and landing net-new customers to expand the market footprint that ElevenLabs has in the Insurance industry
- Balance a diverse pipeline of large national carriers that require a white-glove experience with regional and mid-sized insurers that require speed to close
- Identify where conversational AI can drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency in customer-facing and internal workflows, such as claims intake, policy servicing and renewals, billing and payment support, agent and broker support, and contact center coaching
- Stay current on the conversational AI landscape, including competitive solutions, build-vs-buy dynamics, and emerging trends in insurance AI governance and regulation
- Develop and execute account strategies across the whole buying group (Claims Operations, Customer Service and Contact Center, Distribution, Digital and Technology, and Compliance, Legal, and InfoSec), landing with one high-impact use case and expanding across lines of business
- Partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to solution high-impact use cases, manage a successful Proof of Value, guide customers through security, architecture, and AI governance review, and set them up to scale in production
- Partner closely with Legal teams to drive strategic, fast-moving negotiations
- Serve as a trusted advisor on generative AI and voice, and share what you learn in the field to sharpen our Insurance positioning, messaging, and references
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms
- Insurance experience (carriers, MGAs, brokers, insurtech) is preferred but not required. We weigh demonstrated adaptability and fast ramp in a new industry heavily
- Proven success closing [six- and seven-figure] deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Proven ability to take a warm introduction through discovery, Proof of Value, and procurement to close
- Experience selling to both technical buyers (product and engineering) and business buyers (claims, customer service, distribution, digital), and to compliance and risk gatekeepers, translating complex technology into business value
- Adept at deeply understanding a customer’s business and translating ElevenLabs’ capabilities into solutions that deliver against their needs
- Proficient in enterprise procurement, security review, and legal processes, including regulated-industry vendor risk, AI governance, and data protection reviews, and able to work autonomously as a cross-functional partner
- Strong executive presence, the ability to build relationships with senior executives, and willingness to travel frequently for onsite client visits and conferences
- High EQ, self-aware, and curious. Low ego and hands-on, comfortable running your own prospecting and deals
- Comfort in an early-stage, high-growth environment, where ambiguity is the norm and the state of play changes rapidly
- Passion for voice and conversational AI and how it can unlock transformative value for customers
Location
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the United States, however the ability to operate in EST, CST, or PST timezones is required. There is a preference for candidates to be based in New York or San Francisco, with the option to work out of our office.

About the role
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive ElevenLabs’ growth across Healthcare: the health systems, hospitals, clinics, health plans, and life sciences companies people trust with their health and their families’ care. These organizations win or lose on trust and access at massive scale, under some of the most demanding regulatory standards anywhere.
Our ideal candidate learns fast, closes well from a warm introduction, and is passionate about AI voice technology. You’ll act as a strategic partner to organizations reimagining how they serve patients, members, and clinicians, safely and at scale.
In this role you will:
- Focus on prospecting and landing net-new customers to expand the market footprint that ElevenLabs has in the Healthcare industry
- Balance a diverse pipeline of large health systems that require a white-glove experience with community hospitals, clinics, and regional providers that require speed to close
- Identify where conversational AI can drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency in patient-facing and internal workflows, such as scheduling and reminders, after-hours coverage, benefits and claims status, patient intake and outreach, and HCP support
- Stay current on the conversational AI landscape, including competitive solutions, build-vs-buy dynamics, and emerging trends in healthcare AI governance
- Develop and execute account strategies across the whole buying group (Patient Access and Contact Center Operations, Digital and Product, IT and Clinical Informatics, and Compliance, Privacy, Legal, and InfoSec), landing with one high-impact use case and expanding across facilities and service lines
- Partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to solution high-impact use cases, manage a successful Proof of Value, scope integrations with the EHR, claims, and telephony systems customers already run, and set them up to scale in production
- Partner closely with Legal teams to drive strategic, fast-moving negotiations, including BAAs
- Serve as a trusted advisor on generative AI and voice, and share what you learn in the field to sharpen our Healthcare positioning, messaging, and references
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms
- Healthcare experience (health systems, hospitals, payers, life sciences, health tech) is preferred but not required. We weigh demonstrated adaptability and fast ramp in a new industry heavily
- Proven success closing six-and-seven figure deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Proven ability to take a warm introduction through discovery, Proof of Value, and procurement to close
- Experience selling to both technical buyers (IT, product, and engineering) and business buyers (patient access, operations, digital), and to privacy and compliance gatekeepers, translating complex technology into business value
- Adept at deeply understanding a customer’s business and translating ElevenLabs’ capabilities into solutions that deliver against their needs
- Proficient in enterprise procurement, security review, and legal processes, including HIPAA, BAAs, and PHI data protection reviews, and able to work autonomously as a cross-functional partner

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking an experienced Government Lead to build and scale our public sector business across North America. This is a rare opportunity to define the government GTM motion from the ground up - shaping how federal, state, and public sector organizations adopt voice and conversational AI. You’ll work directly with the founders, product, and the broader revenue team to identify high impact use cases across government agencies and regulated environments, build the pipeline, and close strategic deals. Success in this role means combining deep public sector expertise with a builder mindset: establishing our presence in the market while helping shape the long-term strategy for the government vertical.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Build and own ElevenLabs’ Government GTM motion across federal, state, and public sector agencies in North America.
- Identify and pursue strategic opportunities where voice and agents can transform government services, citizen engagement, and internal workflows.
- Develop and execute account strategies across key agencies and departments.
- Navigate complex procurement processes, compliance requirements, and multi-stakeholder buying environments.
- Build trusted relationships with senior public sector leaders, procurement officials, and technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to shape solutions that meet government requirements (security, compliance, deployment models).
- Partner with Legal, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure successful implementation and long-term expansion.
- Represent ElevenLabs at government events, industry conferences, and strategic briefings.
- Help define the long-term public sector strategy and vertical playbook as we scale the business.
REQUIREMENTS
- Have 8+ years of experience selling into government or public-sector organizations.
- Have successfully closed complex deals within federal, state, or regulated environments.
- Are comfortable navigating government procurement frameworks and long buying cycles.
- Have experience building a new vertical or GTM motion from early stages.
- Possess strong executive presence and can engage credibly with senior stakeholders.
- Are passionate about how AI and emerging technologies can modernize government services.
- Thrive in fast-moving environments where you operate both strategically and tactically.
