ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Technical Consultants are on the frontlines working to establish partnerships with Ramp customers, and act as a liaison between customers and our internal technical teams. You'll be partnering with Customer Activation & Account Management teams to identify, prioritize and build financial solutions for new and existing customers so that Ramp continues to scale with their needs.
You will act as the technical and financial subject matter expert for our customers, and design solutions that address the customer's needs through Ramp and partner integrations. You will partner with Post-Sales teams to drive Product, Design and Engineering teams' roadmaps to evolve Ramp to better serve our customers at scale and offer increasingly higher value to the customers.
You will define the customer's financial & technical success criteria from onboarding through activation and expansion. You will represent Product, Design and Engineering externally and will operate with deep conviction and understanding of Ramp's technical capabilities. The role requires technical skills necessary to understand and educate on robust accounting features, and integrate them across all the touchpoints and surface area of a customer.
This role is specifically focused on Enterprise and Strategic Enterprise customers running Workday, supporting large, complex organizations with multi-entity environments, advanced ERP integrations, and highly customized financial workflows.

- Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to assess customer requirements and propose scalable solutions involving Workday Finance & Operations, HRIS, and API integrations
- Collaborate with onboarding specialists and implementation leads to support technical workstreams, ensuring faster time-to-value and customer success
- Work with customers to problem-solve technical hurdles and propose effective product implementations with a deep understanding of Workday integration and configuration options
- Participate in technical discovery to understand customer Workday environments and workflows, and recommend best-fit Ramp architecture including when and how to use Ramp's API
- Be a subject matter expert across Workday and Ramp's accounting integration capabilities, partnering with Sales, Product and partners to advocate for integration development aligned with customer needs
- Troubleshoot Workday integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions
- Contribute to internal documentation and tooling that scales Ramp's ability to support Workday integration use cases across a growing customer base
- Influence Ramp's product roadmap by channeling Workday customer pain points and feedback to the Product and Engineering teams
WHAT YOU NEED
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field
- 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Workday, including integration patterns and enterprise deployment models
- Deep familiarity with Workday finance and accounting workflows, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, financial dimensions, and legal entity structures
- Comfort working with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture and being able to explain those concepts to finance and operations stakeholders
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design on enterprise-driven gaps, influencing roadmap decisions that unlock scale across Ramp's largest customers
- Advise on non-standard Workday implementations and edge cases, balancing customer needs with long-term platform scalability and supportability
- Strong communication skills: able to translate complex technical solutions into business value and guide customers toward scalable approaches
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
- Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward action and a high level of ownership
- Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments; adaptable and resourceful as we scale Ramp's upmarket motion

Build distributed systems to scale alert ingestion and delivery of Prometheus-based alerts
Unify Alerting setup and delivery to work the same for Grafana and Prometheus-based alerts
Build distributed systems to scale alert evaluation of Grafana-managed alerts, reaching over 500 evaluations per second in production.

Solid experience with at least one programming language. We use Go, but if you have familiarity with Python, Java, C++, Rust or similar then that translates well

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote opportunity and we would be interested in applications from Germany.
The Opportunity:
The Grafana Alerting squad operates at the core of the Grafana open-source project
(link)
, and our mission is to provide the most in-depth way to let users manage their alerts. The backend-focused team works closely with customers and the Grafana Cloud teams to make Alerting work on-prem and at infinite scale in Cloud. The team's scope spans both Grafana Alerting and the SLOs product, so engineers get to work across two products that are deeply connected in how they help users detect and respond to problems.
Grafana Alerting is trusted by major organizations worldwide, monitoring essential medical devices and critical infrastructure. We thrive on collective creativity and diverse perspectives, every team member is encouraged to contribute ideas that shape our product into a dependable tool.
Our domain is quite large, so to get an idea of the kind of work we do, here are some projects we recently worked on:
Build distributed systems to scale alert ingestion and delivery of Prometheus-based alerts
Unify Alerting setup and delivery to work the same for Grafana and Prometheus-based alerts
Build distributed systems to scale alert evaluation of Grafana-managed alerts, reaching over 500 evaluations per second in production.
Grafana Alerting is trusted by major organizations worldwide, monitoring essential medical devices and critical infrastructure. We thrive on collective creativity and diverse perspectives, every team member is encouraged to contribute ideas that shape our product into a dependable tool.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Take an active role in influencing our roadmap and your own career objectives
Work with your team to deliver new features, then use the results to iterate and improve.
Drive projects from initial ideation all the way to operations once it is in the hands of customers
Embrace our open-source culture and contribute to other projects that may not directly fall within your team’s scope
Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems, owning the reliability, performance, and availability
Be a part of your team’s on-call rotations and take ownership of the services you’re running
Mentor and support other team members, participate in design discussions and collaborate with the team
Learn new skills by gaining a deeper understanding of our cloud product and our customers and getting to know the codebase of a large distributed system
As we are remote-first and our engineering organization is largely remote, we provide guidance and meet regularly using video calls, so an independent attitude and good communication skills are a must.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
You are a motivated self starter with a bias towards action
You are customer focused
We build everything with our users in mind.
You have a passion for creating intuitive products that fit customers’ needs
Pragmatism: You are able to take on complex challenges and break them down to achieve short feedback loops: to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather data and feedback and then progress iteratively
Collaboration and communication: The smallest unit we have is a team. You’ll be working with your teammates in a fully remote setup. Good communication skills are a must
Solid experience with at least one programming language. We use Go, but if you have familiarity with Python, Java, C++, Rust or similar then that translates well
Some experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements, brainstorming ideas all the way to shipping a product to the customer’s hands in a self-driven way
Some experience with developing software that runs in the Cloud
or
some experience with systems engineering
Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained by others

ABOUT YOU
Xsolla seeks a security engineer to join a new security team during a critical build-out phase. You work across application security and infrastructure security - reviewing code, hardening cloud environments, supporting incident response, and partnering with engineering teams to improve security posture across the company.
This is a generalist role well-suited to an early-team hire. You are comfortable working across domains rather than specializing in one, and you grow into deeper expertise as the team and program mature. You collaborate closely with the security program manager and work directly with engineering teams on secure design, findings, and remediation.
Our tech stack includes GCP, vSphere/ESX, Kubernetes and container workloads, MariaDB, CockroachDB, Go, PHP, and Python. You do not need expertise in all of these, but you are comfortable navigating a mixed environment and learning what you need.
As always true in job descriptions, there is an intangible value that is hard to capture. We look for a diverse set of perspectives and skills. Even if you don't match every requirement, we encourage you to apply if you think you can be highly successful in this role.

Security Testing Tools
- Hands-on experience with Burp Suite or similar web application security testing tools. You have used them to intercept, modify, and replay requests — not just run automated scans.
Vulnerability Documentation
- Able to reproduce a vulnerability and write it up clearly: reproduction steps, proof of concept, and impact statement. Findings that engineering teams cannot reproduce or understand do not get fixed.
Secure Development Awareness
- Familiarity with foundational secure coding concepts: input validation, output encoding, parameterized queries, and least privilege.

Clear Written Communication
- You write findings and summaries that are precise, reproducible, and useful to the engineers who need to act on them.

- You dig into problems rather than stopping at the surface. When something looks wrong, you investigate before concluding
Nice to Have

competitions;
Basic scripting ability for automation - Python or Bash;
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and where security tooling fits;
Exposure to cloud environments - GCP, AWS, or Azure;

Position Summary:
The Strategic Finance Analytics Manager is a newly created role that builds and leads the financial modelling and analytics capability at the core of PointClickCare’s strategic finance function. The role delivers the models, tools, and decision support that enable leadership to drive profitability, optimize commercial strategy, and allocate resources with precision — with work that is highly visible to executive leadership, the Board, and investors. Positioned at the intersection of Finance, Strategy, and Go-to-Market, the near-term focus is Pricing & Monetization Analytics, while the broader mandate is to build scalable analytical frameworks applicable across any strategic finance domain the business identifies. A defining attribute of the role is the hands-on application of AI/ML to modernize and accelerate modelling, scenario generation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Modelling & Scenario Analysis.
Build and maintain in-house financial and profitability models that evaluate the revenue and margin implications of strategic decisions, beginning with pricing and commercial strategy and expanding to other strategic finance domains. Run scenario and sensitivity analyses on packaging, pricing changes, GTM strategies, and investment trade-offs, measured against NRR, ARR, and contribution margin.
AI-Led Modernization of the Analytics Toolkit.
Apply AI/ML tools, including LLMs and predictive modelling, to accelerate modelling, scenario generation, and reporting, raising the speed and sophistication of decision support across the function. Build scalable, self-serve analytics tools that give Finance, Pricing, Sales Ops, and business unit leaders consistent, decision-ready intelligence.
Pricing & Monetization Analytics.
Evaluate pricing changes through quantitative modelling of customer, revenue, and margin impact across segments and geographies. Track pricing and monetization KPIs (discount compliance, revenue realization, contribution margin) against targets, and quantify the financial impact of commercial governance decisions including pricing policies, discount frameworks, and packaging structures.
Executive & Profitability Reporting.
Deliver regular profitability and commercial performance reporting to ELT and GTM leadership, including a measurement framework that tracks strategic initiative effectiveness, monetization outcomes, and contribution margin across products, segments, and geographies. Partner with FP&A and Sales Ops to integrate pricing and profitability analytics into the forecast and planning cycle, and with Revenue Assurance and Finance Ops to remediate pricing-related revenue risks.
Stakeholder Engagement & Decision Support.
Act as the primary analytical partner to Pricing, Sales Enablement, and business unit leaders on profitability decisions, translating complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations. Present findings, models, and recommendations to senior leadership in executive-ready format, and contribute to Board and investor materials covering pricing strategy, monetization performance, and platform progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field
5–7 years in financial analysis, FP&A, or quantitative/strategic finance in a SaaS or technology environment.
Exceptional financial modelling and scenario-analysis skills, with a demonstrated track record building revenue, profitability, or pricing models and translating them into decision support (the core qualification for the role).
Hands-on experience applying AI/ML tools (including LLMs and predictive modelling) to accelerate and modernize modelling and reporting workflows — a defining attribute of the role, not a nice-to-have.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Pricing or monetization experience (an asset, not a requirement)
Experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred) and executive-grade data visualization.
Exposure to Salesforce (SFDC), including Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).
