Engineering Manager, Production Engineering - Observability
An overview of this role
You'll lead the globally distributed Observability team. The team builds and operates the metrics, logging, alerting, and capacity planning platforms that GitLab engineers use to understand
GitLab.com
and GitLab Dedicated. You'll help determine how the team collects, stores, queries, and acts on telemetry, balancing reliable signals with scale and cost.
In your first year, you'll guide improvements to Prometheus-based metrics pipelines, log ingestion and retention, alerting driven by service-level objectives (SLOs), and capacity forecasting. You'll work with Site Reliability Engineering, Product Engineering, and other Infrastructure Platforms teams to make it easier for engineers to observe the services they own. You'll also take part in incident response and help keep the team's on-call work sustainable.
What you’ll do
Lead, hire, onboard, and develop a distributed engineering team working asynchronously.
Set priorities with Site Reliability Engineering, Product Engineering, and GitLab Dedicated teams, and help the team deliver observability services iteratively.
Own the reliability, scalability, and cost of the team's metrics, logging, alerting, and capacity planning platforms.
Reduce noisy or missing alerts and telemetry gaps, and use SLOs, error budgets, and self-service instrumentation to help engineers maintain the health of their services.
Guide technical decisions about time-series storage, high-cardinality metrics, log pipelines, and distributed tracing.
Participate in the Incident Manager On Call (IMOC) rotation, coordinating the response to high-severity incidents affecting
GitLab.com
.
Keep the team's on-call rotation sustainable through coverage across time zones, useful runbooks, better alerts, and follow-through on post-incident actions.
Use AI tools and agents to support engineering workflows and incident triage, reviewing their output while engineers retain responsibility for decisions.
What you’ll bring
Experience leading an observability, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering team operating at scale, including supporting people in a distributed, asynchronous environment.
Technical knowledge of metrics systems such as Prometheus and long-term storage, logging platforms such as Elasticsearch or cloud-native services, and alerting design.
Experience using SLOs, error budgets, and capacity forecasts to make reliability and investment decisions.
Experience operating a large software-as-a-service platform and investigating production issues such as telemetry gaps, ingestion limits, or noisy and missing alerts.
Experience participating in and improving production on-call rotations, including incident coordination and balancing operational load with project work.
The ability to explain technical tradeoffs to engineering partners and other stakeholders.
Experience using AI tools or agents in engineering or management work; you can describe how you would apply them to operational problems such as incident triage.
We welcome different paths into this role, whether through practical experience, formal study, or transferable skills. If the work interests you, please apply even if you don't meet every qualification.
About the team
We're part of Production Engineering within Infrastructure Platforms and work asynchronously across regions. Our tools include Tamland, the capacity forecasting tool. We bring lessons from operating GitLab's production systems back into the platforms we build.

About Osano
Osano is an innovative B-Corporation built around a simple belief: privacy is a fundamental right. Since day one, we’ve been focused on giving modern enterprises the ability to innovate quickly, stay competitive, and earn customer trust by respecting data privacy and complying with consent guidelines. Our products help organizations operate confidently in a rapidly evolving regulatory and technological landscape.
About the Role
Osano is looking for a
Demand Generation Manager
to help build and execute programs that create awareness, generate qualified pipeline, and ultimately drive revenue growth.
This is a
hands-on individual contributor role
for someone who enjoys both the strategic and executional sides of demand generation. You'll own campaigns from idea through execution and measurement, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Content, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to reach the right audiences with the right message at the right time.
We're looking for someone who is comfortable digging into performance data, experimenting with new approaches, and continuously improving how we generate and convert demand. You'll have meaningful ownership over your programs without direct people-management responsibilities.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns and programs end to end to drive qualified pipeline against Osano's revenue goals.
Build multi-channel programs across email, paid media, content syndication, sponsorships, webinars and events, content, organic channels, and account-based marketing.
Own Osano's in-house paid media program across core and emerging channels like Google/Bing search, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and ChatGPT
Partner closely with Sales to ensure campaigns align with target accounts, pipeline priorities, and the needs of the go-to-market organization.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content to develop compelling campaign messaging, offers, and assets for key audiences and stages of the buyer journey.
Work with Revenue Operations to ensure campaigns, lead flows, attribution, and reporting are set up accurately within our marketing and CRM systems.
Monitor campaign performance and pipeline contribution, using data to identify what's working, what isn't, and where we should invest next.
Analyze funnel performance across lead generation, conversion, pipeline creation, and revenue to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop audience segments and targeted programs based on industry, persona, account characteristics, intent, and buyer behavior.
Test and optimize messaging, channels, creative, audiences, and conversion paths to continually improve campaign performance.
Help develop and refine Osano's account-based marketing strategy and execute programs targeting high-value accounts.
Manage campaign budgets and make recommendations on how to allocate spend based on performance and business priorities.
Partner with Marketing Operations to maintain strong campaign tracking, reporting, and attribution.
Stay current on demand generation trends, channels, and tools, bringing new ideas and experiments to the team.
Share campaign insights and results with Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders, translating performance data into clear recommendations and next steps.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, integrated marketing, or a related B2B marketing role, preferably within SaaS or technology.
Demonstrated experience building and executing integrated campaigns that contribute to pipeline and revenue.
Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how marketing programs influence prospects from initial awareness through opportunity creation.
Experience working across multiple demand generation channels, including email, paid media, content, webinars/events, and ABM.
Hands-on experience running paid search and LinkedIn campaigns in the platforms yourself, not through an agency, with a track record of scaling spend efficiently.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and funnel data and turn insights into action.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
Familiarity with campaign attribution, funnel metrics, lead management, and pipeline reporting.
Comfortable owning projects independently and moving between strategy and hands-on execution.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities at once.
Collaborative mindset and experience partnering closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Content.
Curious and experimental approach—you enjoy testing ideas, learning from the results, and continuously improving performance.
Clear communicator who can explain both campaign strategy and performance to stakeholders across the organization.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, success isn't measured simply by the number of campaigns launched or leads generated. You'll help Osano build a demand generation engine that consistently reaches the right audiences and translates marketing investment into meaningful business results.
You'll be successful when you're:
Generating qualified pipeline that supports company revenue goals.
Improving conversion throughout the marketing and sales funnel.
Building repeatable, scalable campaigns rather than relying on one-off tactics.
Giving the team clear visibility into campaign and channel performance.
Using data and experimentation to continually improve marketing effectiveness.
Building strong alignment between Marketing and Sales around audiences, campaigns, and pipeline.
Who You Are
You're equal parts
marketer, operator, and problem solver
. You can zoom out to think about campaign strategy and the buyer journey, then zoom in to build, launch, analyze, and optimize the program yourself.
You're comfortable with numbers but don't lose sight of the people behind them. You understand that great demand generation isn't just about producing more leads—it's about creating the right engagement with the right buyers and turning that engagement into sustainable pipeline and revenue.
Most importantly, you're someone who likes to own your work. You don't need a large team beneath you to make an impact; you're energized by rolling up your sleeves, collaborating across the business, and seeing your ideas translate into measurable results.
Why Us
A well-defined career path that’s not just “climbing the ladder” - learn different competencies, skills, and concepts as you progress and get recognized for it.

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
AI agents at Honeycomb investigate, reason, and act on real observability data. They live in Canvas: the agentic workspace where engineers go to understand their systems.
The Agentic Intelligence team has shipped Canvas, the Honeycomb MCP server, and the Canvas Agent and Canvas Skills surfaces. What we're looking for today is someone who brings deep agent expertise and uses it to expand what the team can build: new agents, new surface area in Canvas, memory, spatial awareness, improved performance on our Bedrock loop.
Honeycomb's data store is fast and accepts high cardinality data; that's what makes agents built on top of it different from anything built on a conventional observability backend. This role is about taking advantage of that building agents that can do things no other observability product can do because the underlying data makes it possible.
Some of this work will start as a prototype. The expectation is that the code makes it through the full arc, from the rough first version through to something that holds up in production.
What you'll do
Design and deliver production-grade agents.
Build agents that investigate, reason, and act on live observability data inside Canvas. These agents must be trustworthy to engineers in high pressure situations, including mid-incident. Take one from rough first version to something that holds up under production traffic.
Own the agent work; support the whole product.
Scope, build, ship, and maintain the agents including the evals that tell you whether they got better or are just different. This role is agent-focused and also includes some fullstack development.
Build agents only Honeycomb can build.
Use a data store that returns high-cardinality queries in seconds to reason over signal a conventional backend can't serve at this fidelity correlating across services, drilling into a single trace, comparing before and after a deploy.
Extend the surface, and decide what's next.
Ship new capability into Canvas, the MCP server, and Canvas Skills memory, spatial awareness, a faster Bedrock loop and make the case for what comes after with working code. Distinguish hype from signal in a field with plenty of both.
Define what "good" means for agents here.
Set the bar: measurable against real evals, maintainable, and honest about their limits.
Example projects
Multiple agents collaborating on one shared Canvas investigation
each claiming a hypothesis, publishing findings, and narrowing the search space for the others so it resolves faster (blog).
Auto-investigation the moment an SLO burn alert fires
the agent forms hypotheses and prepares visualizations before a human looks, cutting mean-time-to-insight for on-call (o11ycon 2026).
Skills that encode a team's domain expertise
e.g. Kubernetes thresholds so agents and human colleagues can lean on them (o11ycon 2026).
What you'll bring:
AI and agent engineering experience.
You've shipped LLM-based systems people relied on in production not demos, not fine-tuned models in a research context. You know where agent systems break and how to design around it.
End-to-end ownership.
On a small team there's no handoff queue. You can take something from rough prototype to production-grade without needing someone behind you to do the durable engineering.
Current judgment, not just past experience.
You have informed opinions about what's shifted in agent design in the last six to twelve months that would change how you'd build today.
Agent architecture depth.
You understand how a fast, high-cardinality data store changes what an agent can reason about, and how to design for that.
Product judgment.
You can look at what the agent layer does today and see what it should do next and make that case with a prototype, not a deck.
Even better
Observability or developer-tools background.
Engineers are your users; you'll ramp faster with fluency in that world, and the work is better.
Familiarity with eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, and prompt engineering.
Base Salary based on level of experience
$250,000
—
$280,000 CAD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood
Annual development allowance
And much more...
Please note we cannot currently sponsor or support visa transfers at this time.
Additionally, in compliance with applicable law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Hardware is becoming critical to how AI gets built, and the legal questions are as new as the technology. We're hiring a Commercial Counsel, Hardware to help Anthropic's product teams move fast, build safely, and get the legal calls right.
In this role, you'll negotiate a high volume of fast-moving deals for hardware, components, software, and emerging technology procurement needs. This role will also lead multifaceted technology, data, and partnership deals, many of them the first of their kind at Anthropic.
You'll be the legal and risk partner that technical and business leaders turn to when they need a fast, practical read on a deal or purchase. You'll clear low risk transactions quickly, spot the ones that deserve a closer look, and build scalable solutions as new complexities come up, all while working alongside Procurement and Finance and Legal colleagues in areas like privacy, IP, and trade. Along the way, you'll also support partnerships with major tech companies, universities, and media organizations, which gives you a view across much of the business.
Key responsibilities
Negotiate and close a high volume of agreements for hardware and components, including review of embedded firmware and companion software licenses
Structure and negotiate complex technology, data, and partnership agreements
Track legal and regulatory changes that affect hardware products and components, such as product safety rules and restrictions on foreign-made components, and explain what they mean for our plans
Identify trade, export control, sanctions, and supply chain concerns in cross-border sourcing, and work with our national security and compliance teams to resolve them
Build and maintain self-serve guidance, templates, and AI-assisted review tools so routine purchases don't wait on Legal
Manage outside counsel for specialist questions and overflow volume
Cover other technology or hardware transactions on the Legal team as needed
Minimum qualifications
JD and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar (California preferred)
Hands-on experience buying hardware and firmware, components, and software in high volume, fast-paced environments
Deep experience leading complex deals, such as technology or data licensing, joint development, or supply partnerships
Working knowledge of international supply chains and how sourcing choices (and their associated risks) show up in contracts (lead times, single-source risk, warranties, country of origin, higher risk jurisdictions)
Working knowledge of trade and regulatory compliance for hardware, including export controls, sanctions, tariffs and customs
Clear, plain communication with scientists, engineers, and operators, so legal risk turns into a decision they can act on
A low-ego, "doer" attitude and real interest in taking on work outside your core practice area
Intense curiosity about AI and emerging hardware, and a commitment to responsible AI development
Preferred qualifications
At least 8 years of legal experience in hardware or a closely related technical space, with the judgment to run risk assessments and deals on your own from day one
In-house time at a hardware-intensive technology company (such as electronics, industrial automation, or complex devices) while it was scaling quickly
Experience supporting product or engineering teams as a dedicated counsel
Experience with facilities or on-site vendor services, including the insurance and safety questions
An engineering, product, or other technical background
Experience using AI tools to speed up your own legal work
Role-specific policy: For this role, we expect all staff to be able to work from our San Francisco office at least 3 days a week, though we encourage you to apply even if you might need some flexibility for an interim period of time.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$335,000
—
$385,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
You will serve as a founding Sales Development Representative for Ramp’s Strategic segment. You drive outbound prospecting and pipeline generation within a critical growth segment for Ramp.
You’ll partner with Account Executives, Leadership, Marketing, and Product to drive the Top-of-Funnel strategy and execute against business goals.
What You'll Do
- Help build the strategic account motion at Ramp — sourcing deals, bridging introductions, and progressing sales opportunities in the pipeline.
- Own a named book of Strategic Enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees), building durable coverage and pipeline across a smaller, higher-value set.
- Develop account plans with your AE: prioritize accounts, map the buying group, identify the "why now," and align on a path to engagement.
- Research and engage finance leaders through personalized, multi-channel outreach; qualify prospects through consultative discovery.
- Coordinate with AEs, Marketing, Partnerships, and Events to use warm introductions, executive programs, and customer stories effectively.
- Use AI tools thoughtfully to strengthen research, prioritization, and personalization — validating outputs before using them.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in Salesforce; use performance data to improve outreach quality.
What You'll Need
- Proven SDR/BDR, closing, or equivalent quota-carrying experience, with measurable evidence of attainment or overachievement.
- Experience working a named-account or account-based motion — prioritizing accounts and tailoring outreach to senior or complex buyers.
- Proven ability to partner with Account Executives on account strategy, meeting prep, and deal progression.
- Strong discovery, objection-handling, and written/verbal communication skills.
- A builder mindset: diagnose results, form a point of view, adapt, and turn what works into repeatable practice.
- Ability to operate independently in an evolving motion — creating structure, managing ambiguity, and raising issues early.
- Interest in building a long-term sales career and taking on the scope of a Strategic SDR role.
Nice to Haves
- Experience selling into large, complex, or enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders and longer buying cycles.
- Experience selling into finance, accounting, or operations teams, or familiarity with finance workflows (expense, AP, procurement, ERPs).
- Familiarity with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, or account research/intent tools.
- Prior experience scaling a new team or motion, or working with partner ecosystems and field events.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Marketing Analytics Lead at Anthropic, you will own how we measure marketing. You'll build and run a single measurement framework that shows how marketing activity turns into pipeline, revenue, and product usage, and you'll make that framework something marketers and executives actually use to make decisions. As our marketing programs grow across enterprise and product-led motions, your work will determine whether we invest in what works.
In this role, you'll own the marketing measurement framework end to end: the metric definitions, the data models behind them, the dashboards that surface them, and the insights they produce. This is a hands-on individual contributor role; data science and data engineering will support you, but you'll do the core work yourself. You'll partner closely with field marketing, partner marketing, campaign marketing, finance, sales strategy, sales development, data science, and data engineering to align on definitions and keep the whole organization working from one view of the funnel.
Key responsibilities
Own the marketing measurement framework that connects marketing activity to pipeline, revenue, and product usage
Set the direction for the framework and extend it to programs it doesn't cover yet
Define marketing metrics clearly and get cross-functional teams to agree on definitions early
Build and maintain the data models that power marketing reporting
Develop dashboards that marketers and executives rely on in their weekly reviews
Teach marketers and executives how the metrics work, and keep teaching as the metrics evolve
Lead adoption of the framework so that both marketing and executive teams use it as their shared source of truth
Partner with finance, sales strategy, and sales development to connect marketing measurement to the broader revenue picture
Find and share the insights nobody asked for, turning analysis into recommendations that change what we do
Write analytical SQL on large datasets to answer questions about funnel performance and attribution
Track framework gaps and data quality issues, and work with data engineering to resolve them
Present findings to marketing leadership and executives in clear, decision-ready formats
Minimum qualifications
Have deep experience with marketing analytics, including lead funnels, attribution to enterprise pipeline, and product usage measurement
Have designed metrics from scratch and know what makes a metric trusted and useful
Can write analytical SQL on large datasets with confidence
Have built data models in tools like dbt and dashboards that many people use daily
Are comfortable setting direction without waiting for a plan to be handed to you
Can turn vague questions into clear, measurable definitions
Work well across functions and know how to get teams aligned on definitions before problems surface
Enjoy teaching others how metrics work and helping non-technical audiences build data fluency
Finish what you start, from first definition to adopted dashboard
Are excited about Anthropic's mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial
Preferred qualifications
Experience building marketing measurement for both enterprise sales-led and product-led growth motions
Familiarity with marketing attribution models and their practical tradeoffs
Experience presenting metrics and insights directly to executives and shaping how leadership reviews performance
A background in data science, analytics engineering, or marketing operations
Experience working with CRM and marketing automation data, such as Salesforce and related tooling
Experience standing up a measurement practice where one didn't exist before
Familiarity with how finance and sales strategy teams think about pipeline and forecasting
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$255,000
—
$320,000 USD

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Principal Product Cybersecurity Assurance Engineer with deep expertise in product security, threat modelling, and risk assurance for highly regulated electromechanical systems. In this role, you will lead the delivery of product cybersecurity across Humanoid's HMND 01 platform family — the Alpha Wheeled industrial robot and the Alpha Bipedal home robot — both powered by our KinetIQ VLM/VLA-based AI framework. Working alongside product, firmware, autonomy, and hardware teams as part of the Systems Engineering and Architecture Team, you will define and maintain the cybersecurity assurance strategy for all product security activities from first concept through post-market deployment. Security at Humanoid is an engineering discipline inseparable from functional safety and central to our mission of creating the world's most reliable, commercially scalable, and safe humanoid robots. To excel in this position, you must demonstrate the authority to influence security architecture decisions across complex, cross-functional programmes, the rigour to build defensible security cases for novel cyber-physical systems, and the leadership to grow and guide a cross team of security engineers operating at the frontier of robotics.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Team Leadership & Product Security Delivery
- Lead and develop a cross-functional team of security engineers, maintaining accountability for the delivery of product security services within product teams throughout the HMND 01 development lifecycle.
- Define product security requirements and advise development teams on suitable implementation standards, techniques, and toolchains for embedded and AI-enabled robotic systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop security protocols, tools, and processes that keep HMND 01 technologies ahead of emerging threats — including attack surfaces specific to the KinetIQ AI inference pipeline and cloud-to-robot communication architecture.
- Own and maintain key security artefacts for audit-ready cybersecurity documentation including Security Management Plans, Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA) reports, Risk Assessments, and Remediation Action Plans across both platforms.
Security Assurance & Certification
- Drive security assurance through the full product lifecycle, ensuring every HMND 01 design is robust, compliant, and resilient. Contribute to the continual improvement of security engineering capability across the organisation.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity obligations under the EU Machinery Regulation 2023/1230 where cyber controls intersect with safety-critical functions and compliance to IEC 62443 (for industrial/OT product security), and the EU Cyber Resilience Act.
- Provide independent Information Assurance (IA) reviews and risk assessments on complex, high-impact projects — with particular focus on cyber-physical systems where a digital compromise could result in physical harm to operators or end users.
- Review and provide guidance on security risk assessments, risk mitigation plans, mitigation gap analysis, and security management documentation in support of system cybersecurity certification.
Incident Response & Lifecycle Security
- Establish and maintain a Product Security Incident Response (PSIR) process, encompassing coordinated vulnerability disclosure, patch deployment pipelines, and post-field incident analysis.
- Define and oversee security monitoring requirements for deployed fleets, ensuring field data feeds back into risk files and security artefacts in line with post-market surveillance obligations.
Commercial & Bid Support
- Support the production of work package descriptions and cost estimates for product bids, services, and proposals that include product security scope.
- Represent Humanoid's security posture in customer and partner engagements, including regulatory consultations and certification body interactions.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven, hands-on experience with ISO 27001/27004/27005 and the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF), applied to regulated hardware or embedded product programmes.
- Experience owning a security risk management system for highly regulated, safety-critical products — with background drawn from automotive, commercial vehicle, or industrial automation environments.
- Working knowledge of IEC 62443, with the ability to adapt ISO/SAE 21434 lifecycle methodologies to robotic or electromechanical product context.
- Solid understanding of engineering development lifecycles and how the product cybersecurity specialism aligns with systems engineering, functional safety, and hardware/software co-development.
- Ability to interpret Penetration Test reports and author Remediation Action Plans that address identified vulnerabilities in a structured, risk-prioritised manner.
- Clear, structured communication skills — able to articulate complex security risk arguments to both technical engineers and executive stakeholders with equal confidence.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA) or equivalent threat modelling methodologies (STRIDE, PASTA) applied to embedded or OT/IT convergent systems.
- Understanding of secure-by-design principles for AI/ML-enabled systems, including securing inference pipelines, model integrity, and cloud-to-edge communication paths.
- Exposure to CAN bus, Ethernet backbone, or wireless interface security in mobile, vehicular, or robotic systems.
- Experience contributing to or establishing a Product Security Incident Response (PSIRT) process or coordinated vulnerability disclosure programme.
- Knowledge of UL 4600, UL 3300, or ISO 13482 and an appreciation of how cybersecurity evidence integrates into safety case arguments.
- Prior engagement with certification bodies (TUV, UL, BSI) or standards development organisations (ISO TC 184, IEC TC 65, SAE, IEEE RAS).
WHAT WE OFFER
- Comprehensive health coverage for US‑based employees, including fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, with virtual care and employee assistance resources.
- Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of PTO (accrued), separate sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- 401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer match.
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in‑office.
- Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.
- Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives.

About the job
We are seeking an Event Design Coordinator to manage the intake, production, and quality assurance of event-related creative requests coming from a wide range of teams across the business. This is a builder-and-gatekeeper role: you'll work hand-in-hand with designers to turn varied, often fast-turnaround requests into flawless deliverables, including booth graphics, signage, decks, digital assets, swag, and invites, while proactively spotting risks (timeline, brand, print spec, or logistical) before they become problems.
We are not looking for someone who simply routes tickets. We're looking for someone who understands both the creative process and the operational realities of live events well enough to catch a misaligned bleed line, a missing dieline, or a vendor deadline that's about to slip, and to fix it before anyone else notices.
Responsibilities
Request Intake & Triage
Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related creative requests coming from varied teams across Tether.
Scope each request clearly: deliverable type, format (print vs. digital), quantity, deadline, dimension, venue/vendor constraints, and brand requirements.
Flag conflicting timelines, unrealistic turnarounds, or missing information immediately, and propose a workable plan rather than waiting to be asked.
Design Collaboration & Project Management
Brief designers with complete, unambiguous specs so work is right the first time.
Manage multiple concurrent event workstreams across different teams and deadlines without dropping details.
Track status across all active requests and proactively surface bottlenecks before they affect the event date.
Quality Assurance (Print & Digital)
Review every designer deliverable before it goes back to the requesting team, checking brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode (CMYK vs. RGB), bleed/trim/safe zones, file formats, and platform specs (e.g., booth panel dimensions, social crop ratios, slide aspect ratios).
Catch errors that would be costly or embarrassing to fix on-site or post-launch (typos, wrong sizing, low-res exports, broken links, outdated logos).
Maintain a QA checklist/process that scales across event types and gets sharper over time.
Event Documentation & Knowledge Management
Document and file all assets, briefs, and final deliverables for each event in a shared drive, using a clear, consistent structure.
Organize files so the wider team can easily find past work, reuse assets, and cross-reference specs, timelines, or creative direction from previous events.
Keep a running record of vendor details, production specs, and lessons learned per event to speed up planning for future ones.
Risk & Logistics Ownership
Anticipate what can go wrong, such as vendor lead times, print production windows, last-minute scope changes, and shipping delays, and build buffer and contingency plans into every project timeline.
Coordinate with vendors and print/production partners as needed to confirm specs and delivery windows.
Keep stakeholders across requesting teams and design aligned with clear, proactive status updates rather than reactive fire drills.
Cross-Team Partnership
Act as a trusted liaison between business requesters and the design team, protecting designers' time from ambiguous briefs while protecting requesters from missed deadlines.
Continuously improve the intake and review process based on what goes wrong (or almost goes wrong) on each event.
5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong events component.
Proven experience managing print and digital production processes; you know what a dieline is, what "safe area" means, and why RGB assets can't go straight to print.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills: demonstrated ability to manage several concurrent, cross-functional requests with competing deadlines.
Sharp attention to detail, comfortable being the last line of defense before a deliverable ships.
Experience reviewing and giving actionable feedback on creative work from designers, without needing to be a designer yourself.
A proactive, risk-first mindset: you naturally ask "what could go wrong here?" and build a plan around the answer.
Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable managing stakeholders across different teams with different priorities.
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, or similar) and design review tools like Figma
Experience setting up shared drive structures or asset libraries for teams.
Fluent in English and Spanish / Italian is a plus.

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
