ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp needs a senior immigration and mobility expert to build the policies, operating model, and trusted guidance that support global growth. This person will be Ramp's internal subject-matter expert and work closely alongside external counsel to translate current immigration law, policy, and business needs into clear, consistent decisions.
They will set program direction, hold vendors accountable, guide difficult cases, and give employees and cross-functional partners the rationale behind high-stakes decisions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
IMMIGRATION PROGRAM AND POLICY LEADERSHIP
- Own and continuously refine Ramp's immigration, sponsorship, business-travel, and relocation policies, including eligibility, cost coverage, exceptions, and service standards.
- Stay current on relevant immigration laws, policy changes, and market practices; assess their impact on Ramp and recommend program updates.
- Develop practical decision frameworks for common pathways and scenarios— including travel timing, filing approach.
- Explain the rationale behind policies and visa-pathway recommendations in plain language, building trust with employees, managers, Recruiting, and other partners.
- Partner closely with external counsel on complex, precedent-setting, or white-glove cases; know when to seek legal advice and ensure Ramp makes timely operational decisions.
VENDOR AND CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP
- Own the strategy and operating cadence with immigration counsel and relocation vendors, including selection, SLAs, escalation paths, QBRs, and performance improvement.
- Serve as Ramp's practical voice of reason for cross-functional stakeholders (HR, legal, recruiters, etc.), balancing employee experience, business urgency, consistency, cost, and compliance risk.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll, Tax, Recruiting, Compensation, People Partners, IT, and Workplace on sponsorship decisions, relocations, and new-country employment.
- Build repeatable playbooks for country entry, relocations, and high-impact hiring so stakeholders know the decision maker, dependencies, timeline, and escalation route.
PROGRAM SCALE AND TEAM LEADERSHIP
- Set the function's roadmap, risk reporting, core metrics, and communication standards.
- Personally lead the most sensitive or complex cases and coach the Associate on judgment, prioritization, employee communication, and escalation.
- Turn recurring case patterns into better policy, vendor accountability, self-service guidance, and automation priorities.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 8+ years in corporate immigration, global mobility, international People Operations, or a closely related field; deep U.S. immigration expertise strongly preferred.
- Current working knowledge of immigration pathways, filing considerations, and policy changes, with sound judgment about when counsel must advise.
- Experience owning program policy, managing outside counsel/vendors, and influencing decisions with senior cross-functional stakeholders.
- A record of building scalable programs in a high-growth or global environment.
- Exceptional, empathetic communication and the ability to explain complex requirements clearly without giving legal advice.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- UK, Canada, EU, APAC, or LatAm mobility/immigration experience.
- New-country employment or global expansion experience.
- Experience managing or mentoring an operations teammate.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
We’re seeking a Revenue Operations Manager with a strong track record, a builder’s mindset, and a bias for action to join our in-person team in New York or SF.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role. You’ll own the entire revenue operations function, from top-of-funnel lead routing through deal close and commission administration. You’ll work closely with our Head of Finance & People Ops and sales leadership to build the systems, dashboards, and processes that scale our go-to-market motion.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Own the inbound lead routing process, partnering with Marketing to ensure proper attribution
- Run territory management and strategy for geo-based decision-making
- Support and strategize on every aspect of revenue operations in your territory
- Own capacity forecasting strategy, including inputs, throughputs, and outputs, and serve as the conduit back to Finance in the US for effective capacity forecasting
- Provide input and strategy on comp-based decisions and benchmarking
- Support leadership on overall regional operations and finance strategy across all functions, including sales, presales, and ecosystem
- Evaluate new tools on the market and be responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team
- Build and maintain dashboards, leaderboards, and pipeline reporting to give leadership real-time visibility
- Monitor deal progression and hold reps accountable for CRM hygiene and accuracy
- Support deal reviews at the pricing and negotiation stages, coordinating with outside counsel as needed
- Own the closed-won process from signature through handoff to post-sale
- Administer commission plans across the sales org, ensuring accurate and timely calculations and serving as the source of truth for comp-related questions
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have 3–7 years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations at a high-growth, usage-based sales organization
- You’ve built core GTM infrastructure before: lead routing, CRM architecture, pipeline reporting, commission administration, and deal desk
- You have deep proficiency in CRM workflows, lifecycle stages, custom properties, and data hygiene
- You’ve owned commissions end-to-end: building the model, calculating payouts, fielding rep disputes, and keeping it reconciled with Finance
- You’ve run a deal desk, know what makes a contract clean, and catch errors before they become problems
- You’re strong in Excel or Google Sheets: you can build a pipeline coverage model and know which metrics actually matter
- You’ve earned trust with a sales team by making their lives easier while holding them accountable to process
- You have a builder’s mentality: you identify gaps, propose solutions, and execute without being asked twice
- You can zoom out and think strategically while staying close enough to the work to get your hands on the keyboard
- You have an AI-forward mindset: you actively use AI in your work and are excited to pioneer its use in go-to-market operations
- You have strong communication and collaboration skills and earn trust across Sales, Marketing, and Finance
- You’re a player-coach: you’re not above the details, and you’re excited to own the work yourself

Own the day-to-day cost of your category — recommend solutions that optimise cost without compromising quality or delivery.
Visit suppliers and production sites as needed — including urgent cases and primary/quality inspections — to understand the process and strengthen good results and cooperation.
Uphold integrity in all supplier dealings — transparent, fair and free of conflicts of interest.
Drive process improvements and digitalisation within your scope.
What we expect:
8+ years as Commodity Buyer / Operational Buyer / Procurement Specialist in a manufacturing environment — ideally supplying components to in-house production.
Solid command of the end-to-end purchase-to-pay process and a confident user of an ERP system + Excel
English at B2 level for daily work with international stakeholders across our manufacturing locations.
Ability to manage several projects and priorities at the same time, identifying problems and driving them to a result.
Strong getting-things-done attitude: ownership, sense of urgency, hands-on involvement, structured problem-solving, and flexibility for a growing and changing scope.
Willingness to travel to suppliers and production sites as required.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or similar); a technical degree is a plus.
Hands-on SAP experience — a strong plus as we evaluate it for our procurement landscape.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Master’s degree in finance, engineering, or supply-chain / foreign-economic-activity.

The role
You own operational procurement for a defined commodity/category of components end-to-end — from purchase order to component delivered to our factory, on time, in the right quantity and at the agreed quality. Because we run our own production across several manufacturing locations, you are the day-to-day single point of contact with your suppliers and the link between them and our Planning, Quality, Logistics and Finance teams.
We move fast, and our scope keeps growing and changing. We expect a strong getting-things-done attitude and hands-on. Own your issues end-to-end, stay close to the detail, and close them.
Key responsibilities:
Full order management, expedite / de-expedite and drive OTIF ≥ 97 % for your category (e.g., passive components, PCBs, semiconductors, mechanicals, plastics, raw materials, radio modules).
Manage shortages and escalations end-to-end; keep production running across our sites and stakeholders informed.

ABOUT THE TEAM & ROLE
Ramp's procurement product is changing how companies buy. We've built the fastest intake-to-pay platform on the market — 3x faster than traditional P2P workflows, with AI that automates sourcing, contract extraction, approval routing, and invoice matching in one place. Customers save an average of 16% on vendor spend annually and eliminate 46+ hours of manual purchasing work every month.
As Manager of Procurement Activation, you're the person who makes that real at scale. You'll lead a team of Procurement Activation Specialists working with Mid-Market customers, typically 100 to 999 employees, $50M to $100M in revenue, from discovery and configuration through go-live. Where your ICs work directly with CFOs and controllers to redesign how individual companies buy, you're building the system that makes those implementations excellent, repeatable, and fast.
🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead & Develop the Team
- Hire, onboard, and develop Procurement Activation Specialists; own their ramp from week one to full independence
- Run structured 1:1s and coaching that moves ICs from reactive to proactive, and from execution to insight
- Build a team culture where CSMs, AMs, and AEs don't just loop you in on escalations — they come to your team first, before things get complicated
Define & Lead Strategy
- Build the Procurement Activation playbook from the ground up: define what excellent looks like at every stage — discovery, configuration, customer education, go-live — and codify it so the team can execute it consistently and independently
- Turn implementation patterns into structured product feedback Engineering and Product can act on. You're the bridge between what customers experience in the field and how the product gets better.
- Partner with Sales, AM, and CSM leadership to define how procurement deals get handed off, scoped, and resourced — and own those standards across the organization
Operationalize & Scale
- Build the implementation process to survive growth: as Ramp's procurement product ships new capabilities and the customer base expands, you're ahead of what needs to change
- Spot systemic blockers across implementations, drive resolution across functions. Product gaps, handoff failures, coverage issues.
- Represent procurement activation in GTM planning, headcount conversations, and roadmap discussions. This team has a seat at the table because you've earned it!
🧠 WHAT YOU BRING
- Procurement depth that earns the room: you understand procure-to-pay workflows, approval structures, ERP integrations, and vendor management well enough that a Controller or VP of Finance trusts your judgment on the first call.
- Real people development experience: you've managed or closely mentored ICs and can point to specific moments where someone's skills or confidence visibly changed because of how you worked with them. Formal management tenure matters less than the quality of those examples.
- Cross-functional influence without authority: you get alignment from people who don't report to you, communicate clearly at every level — AE, CSM, AM, VP — and hold your position when priorities compete
- You've built something people actually use: a playbook, a training program, an escalation framework — something you created from scratch that outlasted your direct involvement and others adopted as their own
- Writes and speaks with precision: you can walk a Controller through a procurement workflow and brief a VP on why an implementation is stalling, on the same day, in the same register of credibility
🌟 NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in a customer-facing implementation or success role at a procurement software company (Coupa, Zip, Procurify, Stampli, Ivalua, or similar) or working in Procurement at a previous company.
- Familiarity with AP automation, ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks), or invoice-to-payment workflows
- Background in CS, implementation, or solutions consulting in B2B SaaS
🏆 WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
At 6 months: You're onboarding new hires on your own, making customer escalation calls without day-to-day guidance, and you've built a real reputation as the procurement authority inside Ramp.
At 12 months: You're running independently and generating ideas that move procurement forward, not just executing what you inherited. You've influenced product direction based on patterns you spotted in the field. You have genuine relationships across CS, Sales, AM, and Product leadership — not just working ones. And the team you've built has changed how Ramp thinks about what a specialist program can do, with a clear path to doing the same in other product areas.

We are hiring the Procurement Lead to build the procurement function and policy from the ground up and drive standardization and savings across our largest spend categories: Networks, Sales & Marketing, and IT/Software.
You will design how Airalo buys, embed a disciplined purchase-to-pay process into our new ERP, and turn fragmented, function-by-function spending into a governed, competitive, and auditable process, and drive savings to every dollar we spend with third parties.
This is a senior role for a builder who will set the policy, run the high-value negotiations, and deliver hard savings that fund growth and protect EBITDA. You will report to the CFO and partner across every spending function in the company.
What you'll do:
Procurement policy & governance
Design and roll out Airalo's procurement policy, delegation-of-authority thresholds, supplier onboarding, and competitive-tendering standards.
Establish clear, proportionate approval workflows that bring control without slowing the business.
Category management
Own the category strategies across the major spend areas: network and infrastructure spends, S&M (agencies, media, martech), IT and SaaS, and professional services.
Build single source of truth with spends visibility and a vendor taxonomy so we know what we buy, from whom, and on what terms; build standardization and a framework to adhere to credit terms.
Maintain a validated savings pipeline reported with Finance, and ensure segregation of duties, audit trail, and anti-fraud controls aligned to the SOX-lite framework.
Strategic sourcing & negotiation
Lead competitive sourcing and high-value negotiations on a total-cost-of-ownership basis; set and deliver savings targets and improve working capital.
Partner with Finance's zero-based budgeting and the process to convert sourcing wins into budgeted savings;
Supplier & contract management
Own master agreements, a renewals calendar, supplier performance, and third-party risk and due diligence.
Purchase-to-pay process & systems
Follow through the PO/PR process and three-way match, support clean accruals, and embed procurement into the ERP as a core stakeholder.
What you'll bring:
10+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or commercial / category management, including building or materially scaling a procurement function in a fast-growth company.
Deep category expertise across indirect spend (marketing, IT/SaaS, professional services); exposure to network, telecom, or infrastructure spend like capacity, routing, wholesale in a must have.
Track record of running competitive tenders and complex negotiations with measurable, validated savings.
Hands-on experience designing PO/PR and purchase-to-pay processes, potentially within an ERP (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft) environment.
Strong command of procurement policy, delegation of authority, supplier risk, and controls.
Influence without authority: credible with senior leaders across Networks, Marketing, and Technology, able to change buying behaviour with evidence.
Preferred Experience
Experience in a high-growth company, including controls and audit-readiness maturity.
Direct involvement in an ERP / P2P implementation.
Comfort operating in a globally distributed, multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction business.
