About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
We're looking for an IT Operations Engineer who puts internal users first. You'll be the person Finom employees turn to when something breaks, and you'll make sure they leave every interaction unblocked and well looked after.
You'll join the IT Operations team and work day to day across Windows and macOS devices, identity and access, and the SaaS tools hundreds of Finom employees rely on. The team builds and owns the core platforms; you'll run them, support the people who use them, and spot where things could work better.
About You
You enjoy helping people and it shows. You stay calm under pressure, explain technical issues in plain language, and follow up until the problem is actually solved. You treat every ticket as a colleague who needs help, not a queue item.
You're pragmatic and learn quickly. You don't need to build systems from scratch, but you think like a builder: you notice recurring issues, ask why they happen, and suggest a fix, a script, or a better process. You document what you learn so the next person doesn't have to start over.
What You'll Do
Delivering Excellent Internal Support:
You'll be the first line of help for Finom employees through Jira Service Management and Slack. You'll triage and resolve requests within SLA, keep users updated, and close tickets with clear, friendly communication. You'll own the employee experience of IT, from a quick password reset to a stressful laptop failure before a big meeting.
Troubleshooting Windows and macOS Devices:
You'll diagnose and fix hardware, OS, software, and network issues on both platforms, remotely. You'll handle device enrollment and compliance issues in JumpCloud MDM, software installs and updates, and escalate complex cases with a clear write-up of what you've already tried.
Supporting Identity, Access, and the Employee Lifecycle:
You'll run day-to-day onboarding and offboarding tasks in JumpCloud, Google Workspace, and Torii, handle access requests and SSO issues, and follow our access governance and least-privilege practices.
Administering Everyday Platforms:
You'll handle user-level administration of tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Notion, and help keep JSM request types, knowledge base articles, and workflows accurate and easy to use.
Improving How We Work:
You'll spot trends in tickets and flag recurring issues. Where it makes sense, you'll write a knowledge base article, a small script, or propose an automation to the team. You'll support security and compliance efforts (DORA, ISO 27001, SOC 2) by following procedures carefully and keeping good records.
Who You Are
2+ years in IT support, service desk, or a similar user-facing technical role
Hands-on troubleshooting of both Windows and macOS: hardware, OS, applications, peripherals, and network connectivity
A strong customer service track record: patient, empathetic, and clear with non-technical colleagues, including under time pressure
Experience with an ITSM or ticketing tool, ideally Jira Service Management, and working to SLAs
Working knowledge of Google Workspace or M365 user administration
Familiarity with an MDM (JumpCloud MDM, Intune, or Jamf) and an identity provider (JumpCloud, Okta, Entra ID) for everyday tasks like enrollment, password resets, MFA, and SSO issues
Good written documentation habits: clear ticket notes and knowledge base articles
Fluent English, written and spoken
Nice to Have
Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) and a curiosity for automating repetitive work
Confident use of AI tools to speed up troubleshooting and documentation
Exposure to security and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, DORA, SOC 2) or SaaS management tools like Torii
Experience with meeting room and AV setups (Google Meet or Zoom Rooms)
Experience in a fast-growing or regulated company
What We Offer
A chance to shape the day-to-day IT experience of a growing fintech. You'll have real ownership of how employees are supported, room to grow your technical skills alongside an experienced IT Operations team, and a clear path toward systems administration and automation if that's where you want to go.

Social Discovery Group
(SDG) is a group of social discovery companies. SDG solves the problems of loneliness, isolation, and disconnection - transforming virtual intimacy into the new normal. SDG’s products redefine the way people interact and connect with one another.
Our portfolio includes social entertainment platforms designed to connect people online across different cultures and regions of the world.
We bring together a team of like-minded people and IT professionals who specialize in creating and developing globally impactful social discovery products. Our international team of digital nomads works remotely from all over the world.
We’re proud to be a two-time “Great Place to Work” winner (USA & Japan, 2024–2025) and a Top-5 Company for Work-From-Anywhere Jobs (FlexJobs, 2025).
We are looking for an
Lead QA Engineer (AI Native)
to join a new product in our portfolio.
Your will join a small senior team of four, and we build in a truly AI-first way: almost all of our code is written by AI agents (Claude Code, Codex), while we design the processes, set the tasks and verify the results. The codebase already spans millions of lines, with complex components and integrations, and the product works with real money. Ensuring its reliability is a challenge no textbook covers yet. That's why we need someone to own it.
This is an individual contributor role in a flat team, with no people management. Your leverage comes from processes, automation and AI agents, not team size.
Your main tasks will be:
Design and build the end-to-end testing pipeline for a product largely written by AI agents: pre-merge checks, nightly test runs, release and production gates;
Define the quality strategy for AI-generated code: where risks are highest, what coverage is needed, and how to keep it sustainable at scale;
Set up continuous automated UI testing across browsers and mobile devices, including AI-agent-driven testing; evaluate, choose and integrate external tools and services;
Own product reliability from a technical perspective, with special focus on critical financial flows;
Work closely with engineers and DevOps to embed quality into the development process and find the right trade-offs between speed and safety;
Use AI agents daily to create, maintain and evolve tests and testing tooling;
Drive quality initiatives proactively and share best practices with the team.
We expect from you:
Proven experience building and owning testing processes in large, complex products with high reliability requirements, as a QA Architect, senior QA/SDET, or a senior engineer responsible for testing strategy;
Strong engineering background: understanding of system architecture, backend services, CI/CD and deployment processes;
Hands-on experience with test automation and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines;
Daily use of AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar) as a core part of your work, and genuine interest in AI-first development;
High autonomy and ownership: ability to take loosely defined problems, propose solutions and drive them to completion without detailed specs;
Willingness to work as a hands-on individual contributor in a small senior team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work as part of a driven and creative team of Forward Deployed Engineers, Go to Market professionals, Product Engineers and other Strategists to deploy ElevenAgents, our enterprise AI platform, against the challenging problems our customers face. Your mission is to synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the most important problem is, what the existing workflows are, what the product needs, what users are motivated by, and where the impact could be.
No two days are the same, but as a Deployment Strategist you can expect to:
- Meet with strategic customers to deeply understand their AI transformation goals and locate their biggest pain points, particularly around customer-facing and operational workflows powered by AI agents.
- Own flagship deals end-to-end — from identifying the right use case to structuring commercial terms (including outcome-based pricing, license fees, and implementation arrangements) and driving them to close.
- Embed yourself deeply inside strategic customers: act as a trusted partner with a provisioned account, spend meaningful time onsite, and own delivery outcomes as if you were part of their team.
- Identify high-impact use cases through close engagement with customer problems and workflows, and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to bring them to life.
- Guide customers on best practices for deploying our products (e.g. ElevenAgents); including agent design, agent orchestration, production readiness to maximize adoption and impact.
- Scope out potential applications in new industries and expand our AI solutions across different sectors globally.
- Present the results of our work and proposals for future work to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives.
- Collaborate with our Research teams to feed field insights back into ElevenLabs' platform and models, helping shape the roadmap.
- Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents and our broader AI technology to new and existing customers.
- Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure agents reach production and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity. Direct enterprise customer experience is preferred.
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
- Commercial instinct: comfort engaging in deal conversations, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles alongside GTM partners.
- Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration, sufficient to prototype, demo, and communicate credibly with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; particularly the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and structure clear logic in pursuit of optimal solutions.
- A proven track record of taking ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results.
- Adaptability to work across different customer environments, industries, and technical use cases.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling and AI agent frameworks.
- Ability to creatively map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic believes AI capabilities are improving rapidly, and that AI safety policy needs to keep pace. Our Policy Development team translates technical insights into workable new policy ideas for governing frontier AI. As a member of the Policy Development team, you will drive our work on technical and cross-lab safety practices, deepen our work on frontier AI legislation, and develop new technical governance ideas that you pressure-test with researchers and carry into policy proposals. You will work closely with policy colleagues and with research, alignment, safety, and legal teams, and you’ll move easily between technical detail and how policy actually gets made.
Key responsibilities
Help develop technical safety best practices and standards for frontier development, working closely with policy, research, and safeguards teams
Support cross-lab discussions and initiatives and serve as the Anthropic representative in key standards initiatives and groups
Review and give substantive input on federal, state, and global frontier AI safety bills, including on risk reporting, independent evaluation, and incident reporting, helping shape AI safety legislation development
Work with our external affairs policy teams to strengthen our frontier AI legislative framework
Contribute research and analysis across the policy team’s pacing workstreams, including developing novel policy proposals that address challenges related to the acceleration of AI R&D
Engage with the external AI safety and governance community to track new thinking and feed it into our own
Write clear memos and briefings that help leadership align on decisions
Minimum qualifications
Are fluent in frontier AI safety and technical AI governance: the main players, proposals, and debates
Can read legislative text and comment usefully on it
Have expertise in any of the following domains: loss-of-control, alignment, compute governance, independent evaluation, model weight security, risk reporting
Write clearly for researchers, leadership, and policymakers
Can pick up new technical topics quickly and translate them to the broader policy landscape
Are comfortable with ambiguity and can own a project end to end
Preferred qualifications
Are excited about standards work, and also want to contribute across the wider technical governance agenda
Have direct experience in an AI governance or safety research organization or frontier lab
Have experience working closely with standards bodies or industry consortia
Have experience developing and shaping technical legislation
Have published novel policy thinking on AI governance

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Olo is a leading SaaS platform accelerating digital transformation in the restaurant industry, by helping customers deliver more personalized and profitable guest experiences. As a result, our digital ordering, payment, and guest engagement solutions enable brands to do more with less and make every guest feel like a regular.
We are looking for a motivated Mid-Market Account Executive to add to our industry-leading GTM team. In this role, you will develop relationships with prospective brands ready to scale their digital potential. The ideal candidate will possess technical aptitude, sharp project management skills, and comfort selling into all levels of an organization. Sound like you? Read on.
Olo's industry-leading online ordering platform has changed the restaurant landscape, helping many of our customers achieve 40%+ digital sales. You will be helping new logo brands move beyond fragmented tech by adopting an integrated platform for ordering, payments, and guest engagement.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing group of Account Executives within Olo's Mid-Market Sales team, focused on restaurant brands with between 5 and 49 locations. You will report to the Senior Manager, Mid-Market Sales, and can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s headquarters in NYC.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Own the full sales cycle — from self-sourced prospecting and territory prioritization through discovery, demo, proposal, and close.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, industry events, and partner channels.
Drive awareness of Olo products and services to an assigned “Book of Business” and book meetings to explore sales opportunities.
Deliver a unified vision of Olo’s Order, Pay, and Engage solutions, and present a recommended proposal for each prospect based on a thorough understanding of their business model, technology stack, and growth plans.
Build and manage key stakeholders and "champions" through multi-threading within target organizations.
Conduct high-impact product demonstrations (video conference or face-to-face) showcasing how Olo solutions help brands deliver personalized hospitality at scale while driving incremental revenue.
Coordinate customer meetings and deliver timely recaps with associated follow-up materials.
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial discovery and qualifying competitive threats to final contract negotiations.
Partner with the Deployment and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless program launches that meet client expectations.
Maintain a consistent pipeline to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and new client acquisition goals.
What Will Set You Up For Success
5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years in a closing role (B2B SaaS, payment solutions, or hospitality tech preferred).
You prospect as a daily habit to build pipeline independently, without solely relying on inbound or marketing leads.
You understand the whitespace of each account in your book and perform outbound prospecting to brands with relevant messaging to create the necessary pipeline coverage.
You conduct excellent discovery and adopt a structure to determine whether to continue the sales conversation.
You demonstrate an ability to identify, build, and manage key stakeholders throughout the process.
You adopt a standard sales process or methodology, clearly articulating the specific actions that each role is responsible for within the process.
You arrive for each key conversation with an agenda and set questions, and follow up with thoughtful discussion points and next steps.
You have experience selling platform-based products and are comfortable getting “into the weeds” with prospects.
Able to communicate with multiple internal departments about client feedback and work cross-functionally to solve problems.
You are proficient in demonstrating complex platforms and highly skilled in CRM (Salesforce), Excel, and data analytics tools.
Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for C-level or founder-level decision makers.
You are experienced with deciphering legal contracts and navigating the nuances of multi-year SaaS agreements.
Comfortable managing a high volume of deals simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
You're client-focused, motivated, and have prior results to prove it.
Experience selling to the hospitality/restaurant industry, payment solutions and/or SaaS-based products is a plus.
Experience building trust with "Founder-led" brands, where decision-making is often highly personal and less bureaucratic than enterprise environments, is preferred.
Ability to consult brands specifically on the "inflection point" of scaling from 5 to 49 locations, positioning Olo as the foundation for growth is a plus.
Preferred: skill in tailoring customized ROI models that quantify the "cost of inaction" regarding fragmented tech stacks. Deep knowledge of the hospitality tech ecosystem to proactively differentiate Olo against legacy POS providers and niche ordering and guest engagement apps.
The social intelligence to manage the varying priorities of a brand leader, an operations lead, a head of technology, a finance lead, and a head of marketing simultaneously is a plus.
