● Lead paid influencer partnerships end-to-end with agency support: creator sourcing and evaluation, outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, deliverable management, approvals, and post-campaign reporting.
● Develop creator campaign briefs that translate campaign strategy into creator-native storytelling (what to say, what to show, what to avoid), and ensure creators clearly understand product positioning and key beats.
● Partner with Social, PR/Comms, Local Campaign Managers and Global PlayStation teams to integrate creators into broader campaigns and community moments.
● Coordinate creator “capture plans” and access moments (e.g., content days, livestream plans, behind-the-scenes access, event activations) and provide on-site/on-set support when required to ensure optimal content capture and creator experience.
● Stay ahead of creator platform trends, emerging voices, and cultural moments in Canada, proactively identifying opportunities where PlayStation can show up with relevance.
● Run and grow the PlayStation creator and talent partnership program in Canada: recruiting and onboarding creators, tiering/relationship management, ongoing communications, community touchpoints, and program operating rhythms
● Identify, build, and maintain relationships with key influencers, content creators, and power users, evaluating the impact of these partnerships on an on-going basis.
● Develop and implement content creator tactics for key software and brand campaigns, collaborating closely with the Global Marketing Talent Partnerships team.
● Create and define an always-on engagement strategy.
● Ensure top-tier influencers are informed about upcoming feature and product launches, major content updates, and key announcements.

● Establish metrics to grow and engage the content creator community; regularly analyze sentiment and performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
● Own creator/influencer governance and operational hygiene: creator database management, documentation of learnings, and consistent sharing of best practices across teams.

● Foster positive and supportive conversations with content creators around content opportunities, contests, and initiatives relevant to the player community.
● Distribute player surveys and collect feedback from core players on a regular basis.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key community leaders to better understand community needs and insights.
● Protect PlayStation brand and community trust by setting clear creator standards: brand safety, inclusion, community conduct expectations, and Local Canadian disclosure compliance.
Administration:
● Manage budgets and timelines for influencer and content creator initiatives, working with agencies to identify and vet the right influencers and ensure content is delivered on schedule for local and global review as needed.
● Define and manage campaign budgets, thoroughly reviewing proposed spend prior to approval and ensuring all activities remain within agreed financial parameters.
● Oversee monthly budget forecasting and financial administration related to influencer and content creation programs.
● Monitor social sentiment and consumer reactions to announcements, capturing key insights, and sharing findings with partners across SIE territories and global teams.
● Deliver comprehensive post-launch evaluations summarizing performance, insights, results against key metrics, and actionable learnings.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
● 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or creator programs, ideally working with consumer-facing brands or products.

● Exceptional briefing and storytelling ability: can translate a launch strategy into authentic creator-native content moments.
● Deep fluency in gaming culture and creator ecosystems, including how gamers discover, discuss, and adopt new games/products across social platforms.

● Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
● Passion for gaming and community building.
● Deep understanding of the digital, social, and media landscape, with the ability to identify and interpret emerging digital trends.
● Proven ability to work independently, demonstrate creativity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Experience developing and managing creator-led initiatives such as giveaways, contests, and community engagement programs.
● Understanding of mobile gaming, free-to-play models, or live-service operations is a strong plus.
● Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives effectively.
● Data-literate: comfortable defining success metrics, reading creator performance signals, and using insights to optimize strategy
● High integrity and compliance mindset, including understanding of disclosure requirements and brand safety expectations in Canada and globally

Job Summary
The Bugcrowd RL and Reasoning Team focuses on pushing the boundaries of autonomous cybersecurity by building authentic, verifiable reinforcement learning environments for world-leading foundational AI companies. As a Reinforcement Learning Engineer specializing in Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards (RLVR), you will design and scale automated verification pipelines that transform real-world software vulnerabilities into deterministic reward functions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between low-level security analysis and modern LLM reasoning models, engineering environments where AI agents learn to discover, exploit, and remediate software vulnerabilities with mathematical certainty. Instead of relying on subjective human feedback, your work directly powers the rigorous, verifiable reward signals that teach next-generation frontier AI models how to master complex cybersecurity domain logic. You will work at the intersection of fuzzing, dynamic program analysis, system exploitation, and scalable ML infrastructure to shape the safety and offensive/defensive capabilities of future artificial intelligence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy high-throughput RLVR (Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards) environments that evaluate LLM action sequences against deterministic execution outcomes.
Develop automated test harnesses, sandboxes, and verification engines that convert complex vulnerability research (e.g., memory corruption, web security, logic bugs) into binary pass/fail reward signals.
Integrate Bugcrowd’s Mayhem automated analysis platform and real-world vulnerability feeds into continuous, scalable RL environment generation pipelines.
Architect safe, isolated, and highly reproducible execution environments (using Docker, BuildKit, or Nix) capable of running thousands of simultaneous agent-driven exploitation and patching trajectories.
Collaborate directly with researchers at frontier AI labs including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Cohere to define standard benchmark formats, observation spaces, and verifiable evaluation metrics for cybersecurity tasks.
Implement precise telemetry, ground-truth verification algorithms, and trajectory logging to analyze agent reasoning paths and prevent reward hacking or false positives.
Build low-level instrumentation and debugging tools to monitor memory states, process executions, and network behaviors during agent interaction cycles.
Optimize infrastructure performance and environment reset latency to support massive-scale parallel sampling and distributed RL training workflows.
Benchmark and evaluate frontier AI model performance across diverse offensive and defensive security challenges, such as automated fuzzing, exploit payload generation, and patch validation.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Understanding of RL training workflows used by modern LLM systems, specifically execution-based feedback or Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards (RLVR).
Proficiency developing applications in Python and low-level systems programming in C, with Rust experience being a strong plus.
Solid understanding of software vulnerabilities, binary exploitation, fuzzing methodologies, or program analysis.
Experience with DevOps pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions), reproducible builds (Docker, BuildKit, Nix), and comfort working with Linux systems and low-level debugging.
Experience working with or building benchmark environments (e.g., CTFs, SWE-bench, security challenges, or execution sandboxes).
Preferred Experience
Experience designing custom reward functions, ground-truth verifiers, or automated grading engines for AI safety and reasoning models.
Background in low-level program analysis tools, sanitizers (e.g., ASan/MSan), compiler instrumentation, or automated exploit generation tools.
Proven track record of participating in or developing competitive cybersecurity benchmarks, CTFs, or open-source AI evaluation frameworks.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Sitting and / or standing - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Carrying and / or lifting - Must be able to carry / move laptop as needed throughout the work day.
Environment - remote, work-from-home 100% of the time.

About the role
We're looking for an experienced Analytics Engineer to join our Data team as one of its first hires. You will own the transformation layer between raw data and business decisions: modelling our data in dbt, defining the certified metrics the company runs on, and setting the standards that every analyst and data scientist at ElevenLabs builds.
- Drive the implementation of a world-class metric layer for the company: modelling conventions, project structure, testing, CI, and documentation.
- Design and maintain the certified KPI layer for product (activation, adoption, retention, usage), finance (billing, ARR, revenue), and company-wide topics, built to withstand audit scrutiny.
- Partner with Data Engineering on evolving the data warehouse architecture, and with stakeholders to turn ambiguous questions into trusted, reusable data products, including data served through AI agents.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience building and scaling a dbt project and metrics layer, ideally as one of the first analytics engineers on a growing team.
- Expert knowledge of dbt and advanced SQL (required); strong grasp of dimensional modelling, grain, and incremental patterns.
- Proficiency across the modern data stack (BigQuery or similar warehouse, Python, BI tools such as Looker).
- Rigour around data quality: you test, document, and reconcile by default, and you spot a model that runs cleanly but is quietly wrong.
- Strong ability to understand varied stakeholder requirements, push back where needed, and translate them into generalised, well-documented models.
Bonus:
- Experience modelling billing, subscription and ARR data (Stripe, Salesforce) or product event data at scale.
- Experience serving data to LLM-based agents or building semantic / metrics layers consumed by AI tools.
- Experience with CI for data (Slim CI, data contracts, PII policy tags) and infrastructure-as-code for warehouse access.
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe, with the ability to operate in GMT and GMT+1 timezones. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London and Warsaw.

ABOUT THE ROLE
ElevenCreative brings together leading image and video models alongside our own audio models, so our users can make everything they need in one place. We are looking for someone to own our relationships with the model providers who make that possible, starting with video.
You will be the main point of contact for our model partners, help bring new models to ElevenCreative, and build partnerships that are good for our partners, our users, and our business. You will work closely with product, engineering, finance, marketing, and sales.
This is a green-field role. You will define how we work with model partners as the ecosystem grows.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Build and manage relationships with image and video model providers.
- Identify and evaluate new partners and models to bring to ElevenCreative.
- Own the commercial side of our partnerships, working closely with finance.
- Drive marketing including joint launches, campaigns, and co-marketing.
- Work with product and engineering to shape which models we offer and when.
- Support enterprise sales on partnership needs for large customers.
- Stay close to the generative video landscape and the models creators and marketers want next.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for someone who combines strong partnership skills with sound commercial judgment. You will thrive in this role if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles at a technology company, ideally in AI or infrastructure.
- Have deep familiarity with the generative AI model landscape.
- Are comfortable with numbers and can connect partnership decisions to business outcomes.
- Can manage several partner relationships at once and build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Have worked cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance, and marketing.
- Can operate with US and European timezone overlap, with flexibility for partners in Asia.
- Thrive in fast-moving environments where you define the playbook rather than follow one.
BONUS
- Experience working with AI model or API providers.
- Familiarity with usage-based or credit-based pricing.
- Experience running co-marketing or channel partnerships.
LOCATION
This role is remote. The team operates across US and European time zones, so the ability to maintain meaningful overlap with both is important.
